- 3:38Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I want to put something else on your radar screen,
- 3:42Speaker 1: and it's probably something that you've not heard about because
- 3:46Speaker 1: the media doesn't want to talk.
- 3:47Speaker 2: About this story.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Top IRS lawyer under Donald Trump pledged to quote resist
- 3:54Speaker 1: the president. We now know he is apparently a former
- 3:58Speaker 1: Democratic aid quote screw going high pack the court argue
- 4:04Speaker 1: this IRIS lawyer Anthony Soco. He is a top IRIS
- 4:08Speaker 1: lawyer involved in quote high level policy interpretations and his
- 4:13Speaker 1: advocated action to resist President Trump and holds radical, far
- 4:17Speaker 1: less left policy positions, pushing for Democrats to abolish prisons
- 4:23Speaker 1: for example, and anytime you don't get the ruling you
- 4:26Speaker 1: want at the Supreme Court, just pack the court to
- 4:28Speaker 1: quote defy Trump. Anthony Soako is an attorney for the
- 4:32Speaker 1: powerful IRS Office of Chief Counsel. He's openly advocated for
- 4:37Speaker 1: far left positions for years prior to joining the agency.
- 4:41Speaker 2: This coming from a.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Daily Wire review of his social media that has been found. Soaco,
- 4:47Speaker 1: who holds a key role in interpreting complicated federal tax law,
- 4:51Speaker 1: has called for people to quote resist the GOP and
- 4:55Speaker 1: attacked the police. Sounds exactly like what you would get
- 4:58Speaker 1: in the Democratic Party from so less communists in Marxist
- 5:01Speaker 1: right Now. Socco has co authored multiple revenue rulings, including
- 5:08Speaker 1: as recently as April the seventeenth of this year, that
- 5:11Speaker 1: would be three months into the Trump administration. Revenue rulings
- 5:15Speaker 1: are official IRS interpretations of how tax laws are applied
- 5:18Speaker 1: in specific situations and impact how government officials or government officials,
- 5:23Speaker 1: I should say, tax professionals and also you, the taxpayers,
- 5:27Speaker 1: maintain compliance with federal law now. Before joining the IRS
- 5:31Speaker 1: in September of twenty twenty two by the Biden administration,
- 5:34Speaker 1: Saco worked under the Oregon Democratic Senator Ron Widen for
- 5:39Speaker 1: the Senate Finance Committee. That's according to his own LinkedIn profile.
- 5:43Speaker 1: His social media activity demonstrated a strong opposition to President
- 5:47Speaker 1: Trump and his administration. In twenty twenty, for example, he
- 5:50Speaker 1: attacked Republicans ahead of the Senate vote to confirm Amy
- 5:53Speaker 1: Cony Barrett to the Supreme Court, saying this, the Republican
- 5:57Speaker 1: Party has completely obliterated principles, integrity and norms.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Screw going high, pack the court.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Hashtag resists, hashtag GOP, hashtag election, hashtag vote, hashtag pack
- 6:11Speaker 1: the Court now. Shortly after all of this came out,
- 6:14Speaker 1: The Daily Wire reached out to Soacho for comment on
- 6:17Speaker 1: his previous views. What did he do exactly? What liberals
- 6:21Speaker 1: always do. He locked his ex account restricted who can
- 6:25Speaker 1: see his posts, but not before the Daily Wire archived
- 6:28Speaker 1: and saved all of them.
- 6:30Speaker 2: SOCCO did not respond to the inquiry.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Briefed on the post by The Daily Wire, Arkansas Republican
- 6:36Speaker 1: Senater Tom Cotton said SOCCO should be fired immediately. With
- 6:40Speaker 1: deep state leftists in its leadership, It's no wonder the
- 6:43Speaker 1: IRS has repeatedly targeted conservatives and conservative organizations, Cotton said
- 6:49Speaker 1: to Daily Wire, this individual should be fired immediately. SOCCO
- 6:53Speaker 1: is currently one of the main attorneys like not low level,
- 6:56Speaker 1: not mid level, one of the top docs right, the
- 6:59Speaker 1: main attorneys in the IRAF Chief Council Office who specializes
- 7:04Speaker 1: in looking to at pass through businesses a tax structure
- 7:08Speaker 1: where owners are taxed at the individual rate than corporate levels.
- 7:11Speaker 1: The revenue ruling he drafted in April, for example, with
- 7:14Speaker 1: Drew one he had written under Biden, which increased regulations
- 7:18Speaker 1: on certain business partnerships. It was based on an executive
- 7:22Speaker 1: order from Trump ordering his administration to cut unnecessary regulations,
- 7:26Speaker 1: meaning a advocate for resisting Trump was left responsible for
- 7:31Speaker 1: putting his orders into effect. According to one senior Republican
- 7:35Speaker 1: aid who worked on finance issues in the Senate, Soako's
- 7:38Speaker 1: office was viewsed as politicized. As a politicized office in
- 7:43Speaker 1: the financial policy world. It was, for example, behind plans
- 7:47Speaker 1: that would supercharge the RS beyond its current form. The
- 7:52Speaker 1: AID pointed to the irf's push for a quote direct
- 7:55Speaker 1: file program that was approved by the Chief Council's Office
- 7:58Speaker 1: during the Biden administration, which Republicans argued would have turned
- 8:01Speaker 1: the IRS into a tax preparer, tax selector, and tax enforcer.
- 8:06Speaker 1: The idea that a far left resistor who helped the
- 8:08Speaker 1: Biden's IRS set policy is now setting policy for Trump
- 8:13Speaker 1: is deeply concerning, the AID told The Daily Wire, adding
- 8:16Speaker 1: that the Treasury Secretary Scott Descent should clean house to
- 8:20Speaker 1: get his well politication of the office out. Here's something
- 8:24Speaker 1: else that was said. I'm not surprised he said those
- 8:27Speaker 1: far left things, because that's how this has operated, how
- 8:31Speaker 1: the Chief Counsel's Office has operated. The AID added, we
- 8:35Speaker 1: shouldn't trust left wing ideologues at the IRS and light
- 8:38Speaker 1: of their weaponization of the agency during the Obama and
- 8:41Speaker 1: also the Biden administrations. Now outside by the way of
- 8:45Speaker 1: social media, Sacho helped prepare link the academic article.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Arguing that prison should be abolished.
- 8:52Speaker 1: It was published by the Harvard Law Review, and the forward,
- 8:55Speaker 1: the primary author argued that quote white supremacy is deeply
- 8:59Speaker 1: woven into the fact of every legal institution in the
- 9:02Speaker 1: United States of America. So, in other words, if you're black,
- 9:05Speaker 1: you should be at a committee crime and not have
- 9:06Speaker 1: to worry about the consequence, apparently based on what the
- 9:09Speaker 1: Harvard Law Review has In a post discussing his work
- 9:12Speaker 1: on the project, Sako contemplated the future of criminal justice
- 9:15Speaker 1: in America by writing this, it was truly amazing to
- 9:18Speaker 1: work with Professor Roberts and my fellow ras on this
- 9:21Speaker 1: piece over the past summer. It's not easy to imagine
- 9:24Speaker 1: society without prisons, but I look at the prison system
- 9:27Speaker 1: in mass incarceration completely differently now after this experience. The
- 9:32Speaker 1: author of the article also wrote that there is quote
- 9:35Speaker 1: good reason to renounce the Constitution because constitutional law has
- 9:39Speaker 1: been critical to upholding the interests of the radical capitalist
- 9:44Speaker 1: regime while advancing legal theories that justifies it's inhumanity. The
- 9:49Speaker 1: article that he was a part of also said this, Indeed,
- 9:53Speaker 1: it is the realization the white supremacy is deeply woven
- 9:56Speaker 1: into the fabric of every legal institution in the United
- 9:59Speaker 1: States and upheld by the US constitutional law that made
- 10:02Speaker 1: me an abolitionist in the first place, the author added. Soco,
- 10:08Speaker 1: by the way, also frequently posts anti police messages on
- 10:12Speaker 1: his account, including a call for the Colin Kaepernick Neil guy.
- 10:17Speaker 1: You remember that guy, Colin caepern the quarterback that Neil
- 10:19Speaker 1: did in the National Anthem? Yeah, that guy to quote
- 10:21Speaker 1: abolish the white supremacist institution of policing, and another post
- 10:26Speaker 1: that claimed policing is based on race and that the
- 10:29Speaker 1: job itself is racist if you are a policeman, So
- 10:32Speaker 1: how does that work? Just out of curiosity if you're
- 10:34Speaker 1: like Asian or Hispanic or black, Like, are you a
- 10:37Speaker 1: racist cop if you were those races?
- 10:39Speaker 2: Like, I'm just asking for a friend, I want to.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Know Socco's account, by the way, now, Locke, because this
- 10:44Speaker 1: is what the left does, right. They get caught saying
- 10:47Speaker 1: what they believe, and then they shut it down.
- 10:49Speaker 2: They don't stand by it. No, no, we're gonna we're gonna
- 10:51Speaker 2: lock it down.
- 10:52Speaker 1: And Satsy's currently focused on tax policy, racial and criminal justice.
- 10:57Speaker 1: The irs, by the way, is not respond to requests
- 10:59Speaker 1: for come on Zachos status at the end of at
- 11:02Speaker 1: the agency. And this goes back to the point that
- 11:04Speaker 1: I said earlier in twenty sixteen. I don't think Donald
- 11:07Speaker 1: Trump understood just how many people hated him. I don't
- 11:10Speaker 1: think he realized how much the deep state had dug
- 11:14Speaker 1: into our government.
- 11:15Speaker 2: This guy's a great example of that.
- 11:17Speaker 1: And how many people are like, oh, we can just
- 11:19Speaker 1: undermine Donald Trump anytime we want to, Like, we don't
- 11:21Speaker 1: have to worry about Donald Trump. We will just wait
- 11:25Speaker 1: him out. We'll undermine every single thing that he does.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And when we do that, then we will still win eventually,
- 11:33Speaker 1: because we're not going anywhere.
- 11:35Speaker 2: That, my friends, is the problem with all of this.
- 11:39Speaker 3: Next story number two.
- 11:40Speaker 2: All right, an appeals court, and this is big news.
- 11:43Speaker 1: A New York appeals court has thrown out a five
- 11:46Speaker 1: hundred million dollar penalty against Donald Trump Patitia James, that crazy,
- 11:51Speaker 1: insane civil case. It's another story and another big victory
- 11:55Speaker 1: for the President of United States of America.
- 11:57Speaker 2: The court ruled that this.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Was an ex sessive fine that actually violated the Eighth Amendment. Yes,
- 12:05Speaker 1: it violated it, and that's exactly why they said no.
- 12:08Speaker 1: The appellate court throwing out the five hundred million dollars
- 12:11Speaker 1: civil fraud penny against the sitting president in this quote
- 12:14Speaker 1: high profile case brought by that radical leftist New York
- 12:18Speaker 1: Attorney General. Now, remember when she was running for office,
- 12:21Speaker 1: what did she say she was going to do. She
- 12:23Speaker 1: was going to make sure that Donald Trump knew her name.
- 12:26Speaker 1: She said, if you vote for me, I'm going after
- 12:29Speaker 1: Donald Trump.
- 12:30Speaker 2: And that's exactly what she did.
- 12:32Speaker 1: And when she went after Donald Trump, she also fundraised
- 12:35Speaker 1: off of it, saying, give.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Me your money.
- 12:38Speaker 1: I'm the one trying to lock up Donald Trump. Well,
- 12:41Speaker 1: now we have real justice. The New York Compellate Division
- 12:46Speaker 1: overturning the penalty, ruling that this was egregious. It was
- 12:51Speaker 1: excessive fine that clearly violates the Eighth Amendment. The five
- 12:56Speaker 1: member panel all upheld findings that Trump and hisans were liable,
- 13:01Speaker 1: affirming that James acted within her authority and that this
- 13:05Speaker 1: injunctive relief to curb Trump's organization practices as.
- 13:09Speaker 2: They described it, were appropriate. And remember this is a
- 13:11Speaker 2: liberal court. But here's the other part you need to understand.
- 13:15Speaker 1: The ruling leaves liability intact, but eliminates the massive financial
- 13:20Speaker 1: penalty of three hundred and sixty four million plus interests,
- 13:23Speaker 1: which actually rises to around five hundred million. Trump took
- 13:27Speaker 1: the true social to declare quote, a total victory and
- 13:31Speaker 1: railed against James and the original trial judge you may
- 13:35Speaker 1: remember him as Arthur James claimed a win too, of course,
- 13:39Speaker 1: because the left always does that, noting that the appeals
- 13:42Speaker 1: court upheld the findings of fraud and restrictions on Trump's businesses,
- 13:46Speaker 1: and she pledged to appeal the penalty decision. Total victory,
- 13:50Speaker 1: she said, is fake news. Yes, Trump, there you go.
- 13:55Speaker 1: That's who she's going after. Here's the other thing that
- 13:58Speaker 1: was interesting. Listen carefully quote. I greatly respect the fact
- 14:01Speaker 1: the court had to the courage to throw out this
- 14:04Speaker 1: unlawful and disgraceful decision. Was hurting businesses all throughout New
- 14:09Speaker 1: York State. Others were afraid to do business there. The amount,
- 14:12Speaker 1: including interest and penalties, was over five hundred and fifty million.
- 14:16Speaker 1: It was a political witch hunt, the President said, in
- 14:18Speaker 1: a business sense, the likes of which no one has
- 14:21Speaker 1: ever seen before.
- 14:22Speaker 2: The court, by the way, agreed with the President on that.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Trump also blasted the case his election interference, saying it
- 14:29Speaker 1: was tried during the twenty twenty four presidential campaign, locking
- 14:33Speaker 1: him up in court instead of out on the campaign trail.
- 14:36Speaker 1: He also praised Justice David Friedman, who issued a partial dissent.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Freedman wrote that james true aim was political and argue
- 14:45Speaker 1: the entire case should be dismissed. He said her ultimate
- 14:48Speaker 1: goal was not market hygiene, but political hygiene, ending with
- 14:54Speaker 1: the derailment of President Trump's political career and the destruction
- 14:57Speaker 1: of his real estate business, and also blasted james use
- 15:01Speaker 1: of section sixty three twelve of New York's executive law,
- 15:05Speaker 1: which gives the state attorney general broad power to pursue
- 15:08Speaker 1: civil fraud claims. He wrote that it was unprecedented and political,
- 15:14Speaker 1: giving James essentially limited less power to prosecute her political opponents, which,
- 15:21Speaker 1: if you go back to her own words, that's what
- 15:23Speaker 1: she said she was going to do. Elect me, vote
- 15:26Speaker 1: for me, keep me in office, send me your money,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and I'm going to lock up Donald Trump and his family.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Freeman wrote that Trump's business deals involved sophisticated parties who,
- 15:35Speaker 1: by the way, profited without harming the public, and concluded
- 15:39Speaker 1: he would reverse the judgment and dismiss the complaint. Now
- 15:42Speaker 1: section sixty three twelve has never been used in the
- 15:45Speaker 1: way it is being used in this case. He can
- 15:47Speaker 1: continued to write, namely, to attack successful private commercial transactions,
- 15:54Speaker 1: negotiated arms links between highly sophisticated parties fully capable of
- 16:00Speaker 1: monitoring and defending their own interests. Friedman continued, All parties
- 16:05Speaker 1: to these private transactions profited handsomely from the deals from
- 16:11Speaker 1: which there were no negative effects on the public interest.
- 16:16Speaker 1: So this was one of those like victimless crime. No
- 16:19Speaker 1: one was hurt, everybody made money. And what do they do.
- 16:23Speaker 1: They went after the president of the United States of
- 16:25Speaker 1: America instead.
- 16:27Speaker 2: It's disgusting.
- 16:28Speaker 3: And finally, story number three, the.
- 16:30Speaker 1: Biden administration, we're now learning packed swing states with over.
- 16:34Speaker 2: One million illegal aliens. Why solely for a power graph.
- 16:40Speaker 1: In just two years into his first term as president,
- 16:43Speaker 1: President Joe Biden's border policies helped welcome more than a
- 16:47Speaker 1: million illegal aliens to the nation's electoral swing states, and
- 16:51Speaker 1: additionally some four hundred and fifty thousand illegal aliens into
- 16:55Speaker 1: Texas alone. The latest Pew Research Center estimates pacifically look
- 17:00Speaker 1: at the rate at which Biden increased the illegal alien
- 17:04Speaker 1: population in a two year window.
- 17:06Speaker 2: From twenty twenty one to twenty twenty three.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Notably, the Biden administration packed swing states with more than
- 17:12Speaker 1: a million illegal aliens during those two years, with likely
- 17:18Speaker 1: many more resettling in such states from twenty three through
- 17:22Speaker 1: twenty twenty four. In particular, the swing state of Florida,
- 17:26Speaker 1: so it's illegal alien population grow by a staggering seven
- 17:31Speaker 1: hundred thousand in just two years under President Biden. Another
- 17:35Speaker 1: example of just how much they wanted to pack this
- 17:38Speaker 1: country with legal immigrants to change the electoral map completely
- 17:42Speaker 1: is Georgia. Georgia not even close to the border with Mexico, well,
- 17:47Speaker 1: their illegal alien population grew by more than one hundred thousand.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Pennsylvania and Michigan.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Each added at least eighty thousand legal aliens to their
- 17:56Speaker 1: resident populations in twenty twenty one and twenty twenty two.
- 18:01Speaker 1: North Carolina is another great example is a swing state,
- 18:04Speaker 1: added one hundred thousand plus illegal aliens.
- 18:07Speaker 2: From twenty twenty one in twenty twenty.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Two, in Ohio adding almost seventy five thousand more as well.
- 18:14Speaker 1: Arizona added fifty thousand illegal aliens in the two years
- 18:19Speaker 1: of the first two years of Biden administration. Nevada and
- 18:22Speaker 1: Wisconsin each absorbed thirty thousand illegal aliens during that first
- 18:27Speaker 1: two years. Colorado, which is rapidly turned blue in the
- 18:31Speaker 1: last decade, saw more than forty thousand illegal aliens added
- 18:34Speaker 1: to its population in twenty twenty one and twenty twenty two.
- 18:39Speaker 1: If you look at the total population from these states,
- 18:41Speaker 1: this is a massive increase. And then look at New
- 18:44Speaker 1: Hampshire for example, they have a population of one point
- 18:48Speaker 1: four million. They added more than ten thousand illegal aliens
- 18:52Speaker 1: in the first two years of the Biden administration. Now
- 18:55Speaker 1: why is this so significant. The Biden administration knew what
- 18:58Speaker 1: they were doing. They knew they were overseeing a massive
- 19:02Speaker 1: surge of illegal aliens in non border states that would
- 19:05Speaker 1: help them when it came to redistricting and to how
- 19:09Speaker 1: many representatives different states receive based on population.
- 19:13Speaker 2: They knew that.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Illegal immigrants are going to be counted in the census.
- 19:17Speaker 1: And that's exactly why when the bob wire was put
- 19:19Speaker 1: down at the southern border in Texas, Joe Biden sent
- 19:23Speaker 1: in what forkliffs to raise it up to allow more
- 19:26Speaker 1: illegals into the country. You'll look at illegal aliens in
- 19:30Speaker 1: New Jersey, for example, which election predators say could become
- 19:34Speaker 1: a swing state over the next ten years. In Texas,
- 19:37Speaker 1: the GOP stronghold the Democrats have long sought to flip
- 19:40Speaker 1: to their side. Texas alone, during the first two years
- 19:43Speaker 1: the Biden administration absorbed about a half a million illegal
- 19:47Speaker 1: aliens in just the first two years under Biden. Now
- 19:50Speaker 1: New Jersey saw an influx of more than one hundred
- 19:52Speaker 1: and fifty thousand illegal aliens during that same period. The
- 19:56Speaker 1: Pew Research Center estimates that the illegal alien population also
- 20:00Speaker 1: had a record in twenty twenty three under Biden at
- 20:03Speaker 1: more than fourteen million.
- 20:04Speaker 2: Now, again, this was in twenty twenty three.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Scholarly estimates from years prior suggest the illegal alien population
- 20:12Speaker 1: today in twenty twenty five as well, above twenty two million,
- 20:18Speaker 1: which brings us back to reality. Why is Donald Trump
- 20:21Speaker 1: doing so much to secure the border, and why is
- 20:23Speaker 1: Donald Trump doing so much to make sure the census
- 20:25Speaker 1: doesn't count legal aliens? And why is Donald Trump doing
- 20:29Speaker 1: so much to make sure that illegal immigrants are not
- 20:33Speaker 1: given the right to vote so that they alter and
- 20:35Speaker 1: change our elections. Because he understands what the Biden administration
- 20:40Speaker 1: was trying to do. They were trying to pack swing
- 20:43Speaker 1: states with well over a million illegal aliens from day
- 20:47Speaker 1: one of the Biden administration within the first two years,
- 20:50Speaker 1: and what happened after we had an open border policy
- 20:53Speaker 1: during those first two years, they then rolled out the
- 20:56Speaker 1: red carpet for illegal aliens. They started giving them hotel
- 20:59Speaker 1: rooms and credit cards and sell phones and food. They
- 21:03Speaker 1: started giving them everything to entice them to flood America.
- 21:08Speaker 2: And you may ask yourself this question.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Why do we not have the numbers after twenty twenty two,
- 21:13Speaker 1: because there's so many people who are trying to count.
- 21:16Speaker 1: There are so many illegal immigrants there in this country,
- 21:19Speaker 1: which goes back to what Donald Trump has been saying
- 21:21Speaker 1: since the very beginning. If you don't have a secure border,
- 21:26Speaker 1: you don't have a country. And now we understand the
- 21:30Speaker 1: plan the Biden administration said, Let's pack the Swing States,
- 21:34Speaker 1: just like we want to pack the Supreme Court, and
- 21:36Speaker 1: then we'll give them amnesty and they'll vote for US forever.
- 21:41Speaker 1: And that's exactly why Donald Trump is fighting it so
- 21:43Speaker 1: hard right now.
