Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What an insane week in America. Welcome it is Verdict
- 0:03Speaker 1: with Ted Cruz Weekend Review, Ben Ferguson with you and
- 0:07Speaker 1: did we have some intense stories that need to make
- 0:11Speaker 1: sure they see the light of day. First up, border
- 0:14Speaker 1: agents are now saying we are so overrun at the
- 0:17Speaker 1: southern border that we may have let some terrorists in.
- 0:22Speaker 1: We'll break down that story for you. Also, where's the
- 0:25Speaker 1: accountability after the assassination attempt on Donald Trump? Not a
- 0:30Speaker 1: single agent attached to the Trump rally has been fired
- 0:33Speaker 1: so far, So what's behind this well cover up? We'll
- 0:38Speaker 1: dive into those details. And finally, Jordanian immigrants, yes, illegal
- 0:43Speaker 1: immigrants who tried to get into Quantico have been set
- 0:47Speaker 1: free on bail. What's behind this decision. We're going to
- 0:51Speaker 1: break it all down for you. It's the weekend review
- 0:54Speaker 1: and it starts right now. There's also the terrorism aspect
- 0:59Speaker 1: of this. The New York Post is now reporting that
- 1:02Speaker 1: three Palestinian terror suspects were caught after crossing the border illegally,
- 1:07Speaker 1: as overwhelmed agents warn quote, I probably let terrorists in.
- 1:14Speaker 1: So the people that their job is to try to
- 1:17Speaker 1: protect us are saying we're so overrun with illegal immigrants.
- 1:21Speaker 1: The reality is, yes, we are probably letting terrorists into
- 1:24Speaker 1: this country.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Well, and this is a story that broke this weekend
- 1:28Speaker 2: that you didn't learn about on CNN. You didn't learn
- 1:32Speaker 2: about it on ABC, CBSNBC. It was the New York
- 1:35Speaker 2: Post that broke the story. And let me read you
- 1:37Speaker 2: from the story, because this is gonna you want to
- 1:39Speaker 2: talk about the dangers we're facing. Here's what the New
- 1:41Speaker 2: York Post reported, quote. Border agents detained three Palestinian migrants
- 1:46Speaker 2: who illegally crossed the southern border after they were found
- 1:50Speaker 2: to have possible ties to terrorist organizations earlier this month.
- 1:53Speaker 2: According to sources, one of the migrants had quote salacious
- 1:57Speaker 2: photos on their phone, including a picture of a masked
- 2:00Speaker 2: man holding an AK forty seven rifle. Federal law enforcement
- 2:04Speaker 2: sources say. And by the way, it shows the picture
- 2:06Speaker 2: of the masked man, the man is wearing basically a
- 2:08Speaker 2: ski mask and holding an AK forty seven. Looks like
- 2:12Speaker 2: a very scary terrorist. That's what he's got on his phone.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Going back to the article, quote, In addition to the
- 2:18Speaker 2: three Palestinians, federal authorities caught one migrant from Turkey who
- 2:22Speaker 2: was also suspected of having ties to terror groups. The
- 2:26Speaker 2: migrants were among groups of dozens of migrants who turned
- 2:29Speaker 2: themselves into border agents at the San Diego sector set sources.
- 2:34Speaker 2: An investigation into the migrants is ongoing. The article continues,
- 2:38Speaker 2: it's the latest example of potential security threats entering the
- 2:41Speaker 2: US via the southern border, especially at San Diego. Overwhelmed
- 2:46Speaker 2: border patrol agents tell the posts that they do not
- 2:48Speaker 2: have the tools to fully vet the migrants who are
- 2:51Speaker 2: coming in from all over the world, particularly into the
- 2:54Speaker 2: San Diego area. Mostly they're only able to use US
- 2:58Speaker 2: terror watch lists and other American resources to help determine
- 3:02Speaker 2: which migrants could be a terror threat. Border agents do
- 3:05Speaker 2: not have access to terror criminal databases for other countries.
- 3:08Speaker 2: And here's a quote from a border agent, knowing who
- 3:11Speaker 2: these guys are. We have like no access to anything international,
- 3:17Speaker 2: Like we really don't. And it kind of sucks. And
- 3:22Speaker 2: the agent continues to go on, quote, I wanted to
- 3:25Speaker 2: get into border patrol and protect from terrorists. And it's like, well,
- 3:32Speaker 2: I probably let terrorists in the country. That's what Joe
- 3:37Speaker 2: Biden and Kamala Harris are doing.
- 3:40Speaker 1: And yet if you listen to Kamala Harris, here's what
- 3:43Speaker 1: she has to say about these issues.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Irresponsible. It's a height of irresponsibility for the commander in
- 3:51Speaker 3: chief to suggest that we have to build a wall
- 3:55Speaker 3: across our southern border because there are terrorists who are
- 3:59Speaker 3: trying to invade the country. It couldn't be farther from
- 4:04Speaker 3: the truth.
- 4:05Speaker 1: That's how either ignorant or how much of a pathological
- 4:09Speaker 1: liar Kamwa Harris is when she was attacking Donald Trump
- 4:13Speaker 1: for wanting to build the wall, because he said then
- 4:16Speaker 1: terres were coming across the southern border, and the media
- 4:19Speaker 1: went nuts, said no, they're not, and it sure enough
- 4:22Speaker 1: became true. You could fact check it. He was telling
- 4:25Speaker 1: the truth. And she calls it dangerous to even mention
- 4:29Speaker 1: the idea. And now it's happening under the Bidenharris watch
- 4:34Speaker 1: on a regular basis.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Well, and you know who has made clear that Kamala
- 4:39Speaker 2: was lying when she said that, actually the border patrol.
- 4:42Speaker 2: The same New York Post article continues. However, border agents
- 4:46Speaker 2: in the San Diego sector were warned to be on
- 4:48Speaker 2: the lookout for individuals tied to Palestinian terror groups after
- 4:52Speaker 2: the October seventh Amaas terror attack on Israel. And here's
- 4:55Speaker 2: the quote from the Border Patrol quote San Diego Field Office.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Until Leigens unit assesses that individuals inspired by are reacting
- 5:05Speaker 2: to the current Israel Hamas conflict may attempt to travel
- 5:09Speaker 2: too or from the area of hostilities in the Middle
- 5:12Speaker 2: East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border. Foreign fighters
- 5:18Speaker 2: motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt
- 5:23Speaker 2: to obfuscate travel two or from the US to or
- 5:27Speaker 2: from countries in the Middle East through Mexico. And then
- 5:30Speaker 2: it in particular adds the insignia. It lists the insignia
- 5:35Speaker 2: of Hamas of Hesbola and Palestinian Islamic Jihads, so Kabala.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Harris is claiming that's not happening, and yet the Border
- 5:43Speaker 2: Patrol is very explicit that's exactly what's happening.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Yeah, it is another national security issue, and this is
- 5:50Speaker 1: going to be one I think has to come up
- 5:52Speaker 1: in the presidential debates. It's not just the people that
- 5:55Speaker 1: are coming across committing crimes. It is the real threat
- 5:58Speaker 1: to terrorism, to the point where the people working under
- 6:01Speaker 1: you are now saying the reality is we're so overrun.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I mean, you go back and quote what you just
- 6:06Speaker 1: said in the article. The people that are supposed to
- 6:09Speaker 1: be doing the job to keep us safeer saying, yes,
- 6:11Speaker 1: we are failing because we cannot do our jobs.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Well. And when you have an administration that has decided
- 6:20Speaker 2: partisan politics matters more than protecting children from sexual predators,
- 6:26Speaker 2: protecting Americans from murderers, and protecting families all across this
- 6:30Speaker 2: country from terrorists seeking to attack and threaten our lives,
- 6:36Speaker 2: the result is that everyone is less safe.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Senat, I got a final question. I got to ask
- 6:41Speaker 1: you because this has been a story that has kind
- 6:43Speaker 1: of made its way around among social media circles with
- 6:47Speaker 1: conservatives but still not getting traction and it should. And
- 6:51Speaker 1: that is how insane Google has become. Even when you're
- 6:55Speaker 1: trying to google something about Donald Trump's assassination empt on
- 7:00Speaker 1: him and they want to suppress it. I don't understand
- 7:05Speaker 1: how this is a win for them, but sure enough
- 7:07Speaker 1: they're doing it.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Listen, big tech has been malevolent in this country and
- 7:14Speaker 2: there is no worst actor than Google. Google is and
- 7:18Speaker 2: I do not mean that this is not hyperbole. Google
- 7:21Speaker 2: is an enemy of democracy, It is an enemy of truth,
- 7:27Speaker 2: and Google has decided it is an enemy of reality.
- 7:30Speaker 2: If you type in on Sunday evening, attempted assassination of
- 7:36Speaker 2: tr Now, as you're typing that in, let me tell
- 7:39Speaker 2: you what the autocomplete results are for. That first one
- 7:43Speaker 2: that comes up is attempted assassination of Truman, because clearly
- 7:47Speaker 2: that's what people are searching for. The next one that
- 7:50Speaker 2: comes up is most attempted assassination. The next one that
- 7:52Speaker 2: comes up is list of attempted assassinations. The next one
- 7:56Speaker 2: that comes up is famous attempted assassinations. The next one
- 7:59Speaker 2: that comes up is failed assassination attempts in history. The
- 8:02Speaker 2: next one is attempted assassination of President Truman. The next
- 8:06Speaker 2: one is attempted assassination of Harry Truman. The next one
- 8:09Speaker 2: is attempted assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, and the next
- 8:14Speaker 2: one is attempted assassination Afford. So look what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania,
- 8:20Speaker 2: according to Google, did not occur. Here's what I tweeted
- 8:23Speaker 2: on Sunday. I said, this is insane. Google is engaged
- 8:27Speaker 2: in active election interference. They are gaslighting the American people
- 8:32Speaker 2: and trying to erase the attempted assassination of Trump. And
- 8:36Speaker 2: by the way, to be clear, it's not just Google
- 8:40Speaker 2: Chat GPT. If you type into chat GPT, was Trump
- 8:46Speaker 2: almost assassinated? Do you know what it responds with? What quote?
- 8:51Speaker 2: There is no verified information or evidence that Donald Trump
- 8:54Speaker 2: was almost assassinated during his presidency or afterwards. There have
- 8:58Speaker 2: been various threats and security incidents, but none have involved
- 9:02Speaker 2: a serious attempt on his life that would qualify as
- 9:05Speaker 2: an assassination attempt. Now, that is utter and complete garbage.
- 9:10Speaker 2: That is a lie. And by the way, Fire Chief
- 9:13Speaker 2: Corey Comparatory, who was murdered when the assassin shot him
- 9:20Speaker 2: after hitting Donald Trump in the ear and coming within
- 9:22Speaker 2: a half inch of murdering Donald Trump, that's directly the contrary.
- 9:27Speaker 2: And yet big tech is literally George Orwell would roll
- 9:33Speaker 2: over in his grave at the willingness, the eagerness, the
- 9:38Speaker 2: shamefulness of big tech to try to erase And we're
- 9:42Speaker 2: not talking ancient history. We're talking history in the last
- 9:45Speaker 2: couple of weeks.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah, in the last couple of weeks. And yet this
- 9:49Speaker 1: is exactly how you say, hey, don't believe you're lying.
- 9:52Speaker 1: Eyes Three different stories today, all going back to that
- 9:56Speaker 1: same consistent scenario with the less where it's Hey, if
- 10:01Speaker 1: we don't admit that it actually happened, if we just
- 10:03Speaker 1: don't believe what really happened and we don't report on
- 10:06Speaker 1: that way, somehow we can influence some people to believe
- 10:09Speaker 1: that it really didn't happen. And we've seen this on
- 10:11Speaker 1: social media, people like, oh, I think he faked it.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Oh I don't think it was real. I mean, even
- 10:15Speaker 1: the questions in Congress with like, oh, well, we're not
- 10:18Speaker 1: even sure a bullet actually hit Trump and the FBI
- 10:20Speaker 1: to come back out and clarify those remarks. It's it
- 10:24Speaker 1: is total insanity right now in this country and even
- 10:28Speaker 1: in Washington. I mean, the FBI director, well, we're not
- 10:30Speaker 1: sure if it was shrapnel or maybe it hit something.
- 10:32Speaker 1: And then they're like, okay, just kidding, We've got that wrong. Yes,
- 10:34Speaker 1: it was actually a bullet.
- 10:36Speaker 2: The stakes have never been higher than they are right now.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Now.
- 10:39Speaker 1: If you want to hear the rest of this conversation,
- 10:42Speaker 1: you can go back and listen to the full podcast
- 10:44Speaker 1: from earlier this week. Now onto story number two. Now,
- 10:50Speaker 1: according to the acting Secret Service Director, he admitted to
- 10:53Speaker 1: you guys yesterday that no agent assigned to the Trump
- 10:57Speaker 1: July thirteenth Rally has been fired. And in fact there's
- 11:02Speaker 1: only the secret the head of the Secrets Erce that
- 11:04Speaker 1: was forced to resign after a horrible display on Capitol Hill.
- 11:08Speaker 1: But it doesn't seem like there's been any other accountability.
- 11:11Speaker 1: And that's sad, isn't it.
- 11:13Speaker 2: It's infuriating. So, as best I can tell, in almost
- 11:17Speaker 2: four years of Joe Biden Kamala Harris being in the
- 11:20Speaker 2: White House, not a single person has been fired from
- 11:24Speaker 2: any job whatsoever. You have the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. It
- 11:29Speaker 2: was an absolute debacle that was embarrassing, It undermined the
- 11:32Speaker 2: US military. It led to the deaths of thirteen servicemen
- 11:35Speaker 2: and women. Nobody was fired, There was no accountability. You
- 11:39Speaker 2: have here the first shooting of a president, presidential candidate,
- 11:46Speaker 2: a former president since nineteen eighty one, since Ronald Reagan.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Nobody was fired. Like in any sane world, the director
- 11:54Speaker 2: of the Secret Service would have resigned that day. In
- 11:56Speaker 2: any sane world, the president would have fired the Director
- 11:59Speaker 2: of the Secrets. But there's no accountability. Now you now
- 12:02Speaker 2: have the acting director. And one question you asked me
- 12:05Speaker 2: at the beginning of this pot should the acting director
- 12:09Speaker 2: be fired, and I'm going to say, I don't know.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I think the proof is in the pudding. So on
- 12:16Speaker 2: one level, the acting director, whom I don't know personally,
- 12:20Speaker 2: but he's been a longtime career Secret Service agent and officer.
- 12:26Speaker 2: His answers demonstrated massively more candor than the old director.
- 12:33Speaker 2: The old director was hand picked by Joe Biden and
- 12:36Speaker 2: Joe Biden I believe the old director was there. She
- 12:40Speaker 2: used to be on Joe Biden's Secret Service detail when
- 12:43Speaker 2: he was vice president. I think they handpicked her because
- 12:45Speaker 2: they wanted the Secret Service to cover up Joe Biden's
- 12:49Speaker 2: massive mental decline, and so they put her in that
- 12:53Speaker 2: place as a political decision to protect his political vulnerabilities.
- 12:58Speaker 2: That's what I believe. But she was and we talked
- 13:01Speaker 2: about this in a prior podcast. When she did on
- 13:04Speaker 2: All Senators briefing, she stonewalled she would not answer any questions.
- 13:08Speaker 2: She said they did everything perfectly except for the fact
- 13:11Speaker 2: that the president was shot and by the way, to
- 13:13Speaker 2: be clear, had the bullet been a half inch to
- 13:17Speaker 2: the left, Donald Trump would be dead today. She described
- 13:22Speaker 2: this as a success for the Secret Service. It's not
- 13:25Speaker 2: a success. It is I think God's providence. I believe
- 13:30Speaker 2: God turned Trump's head, but we came within a half
- 13:35Speaker 2: inch of the history of the world being changed that day.
- 13:40Speaker 2: So compared to the former director, the acting director is
- 13:46Speaker 2: at least admitting they screwed it up, they did something wrong.
- 13:49Speaker 2: He has some modicum of candor. Here's my answer in
- 13:51Speaker 2: terms of whether he should be fired. How does he
- 13:55Speaker 2: answer the questions for the record that I and other
- 13:58Speaker 2: senators ask him. Believe the Secret Service needs radical transparency.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Among the questions I'm asking also is how many threats
- 14:06Speaker 2: are directed right now in the last year against Donald Trump,
- 14:10Speaker 2: how many threats are directed against Joe Biden? How many
- 14:12Speaker 2: threat threats are directed against the First Lady? And I'd
- 14:14Speaker 2: be clear, all three need to be protected. I'm not
- 14:17Speaker 2: saying that Joe or Joe Biden should not be protected.
- 14:21Speaker 2: But one of the public press reports is on the
- 14:23Speaker 2: day of the Butler rally, they pulled members of Trump's
- 14:27Speaker 2: security detail and put them on the First Lady's detail.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Now I don't know this, but Secret Service does. But
- 14:34Speaker 2: I'm going to venture a guess that the number of
- 14:36Speaker 2: threats against Trump versus against the First Lady, it is
- 14:44Speaker 2: at least one hundred x, and it wouldn't surprise me
- 14:47Speaker 2: if it is a thousand X that I think Donald
- 14:51Speaker 2: Trump is the most threatened person on the face of
- 14:53Speaker 2: the planet. And if it is the case, it is
- 14:57Speaker 2: all the more indefensible that the Secret Service political leadership
- 15:01Speaker 2: would not provide sufficient agents to keep him safe. And
- 15:05Speaker 2: I'm asking them how many threats against Trump? How many
- 15:08Speaker 2: threats against Joe Biden? How many threats against Joe Biden.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Will see if they answer that, you know, based on
- 15:14Speaker 2: the testimony, I'm skeptical that they will.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Senator. Finally, I want to move to some of this
- 15:20Speaker 1: breaking news, and it is an important moment that's happening
- 15:24Speaker 1: in the Middle East right now. Israel is doing everything
- 15:27Speaker 1: they can to protect their people, and they're also having
- 15:31Speaker 1: success at taking out terrorists and terrorist leaders that have
- 15:36Speaker 1: been orchestrating many of these attacks on Israel, including taking
- 15:41Speaker 1: out someone in Iran in Tehran.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right, and they're two huge stories in
- 15:48Speaker 2: terms of the war in Israel, the war against Amas
- 15:51Speaker 2: and against HESBLA one story that broke late this afternoon
- 15:58Speaker 2: and evening is a story that says IDF kills Hesbel,
- 16:02Speaker 2: a commander behind brutal attack on children's soccer field, and
- 16:08Speaker 2: this is a Fox News story that's being reported everywhere.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Fuad Shukar, whose death is unconfirmed by HESBELA, was wanted
- 16:17Speaker 2: by US government connection to the nineteen ninety nineteen eighty
- 16:20Speaker 2: three Marine Barracks bombing in Beirut, and IDF forces on
- 16:25Speaker 2: Tuesday announced the death of Fuad Shukar, the hesbela commander
- 16:29Speaker 2: who was behind the drone strike that killed twelve children
- 16:32Speaker 2: and teens over the weekend. So over the weekend we
- 16:35Speaker 2: saw hesbel a fire rocket in northern Israel. It hit
- 16:38Speaker 2: a soccer field and twelve Israeli children were murdered. Continuing
- 16:43Speaker 2: back from the Fox News story, Shukar, who was also
- 16:46Speaker 2: known as haj Mohsen, joined HESBEL in nineteen eighty five.
- 16:52Speaker 2: He was also sought by the US government over his
- 16:56Speaker 2: connection to the nineteen eighty three suicide bombing of the
- 16:59Speaker 2: Marine Coarberics in Beirut that killed two hundred and forty
- 17:03Speaker 2: one US service members. Shukar served as a senior advisor
- 17:07Speaker 2: to HESBEL leader Hassan Nosrala at the time of his
- 17:11Speaker 2: death in an IDF strike on Tuesday in southern Bey route.
- 17:16Speaker 2: The IDF confirmed the news in a press release announcing
- 17:19Speaker 2: that its fighter jets eliminated hesbela terrorist organization's most senior
- 17:25Speaker 2: military commanders Shukar in Lebanon's capital city. Now understand, this
- 17:33Speaker 2: is a murderer responsible for murdering two hundred and forty
- 17:37Speaker 2: one US service members. This is a reason to celebrate. Listen,
- 17:41Speaker 2: the enemies of Israel are the enemies of America, the
- 17:46Speaker 2: enemies of Jews. Those who want to kill Jews want
- 17:50Speaker 2: to kill Christians. Hamas and Hesbela they hate Israel, but
- 17:55Speaker 2: they hate America too. And this is an example where
- 17:58Speaker 2: Israel fighting the war, fighting the war against Hamas and
- 18:01Speaker 2: hesbal at the same time is defeating someone who has
- 18:05Speaker 2: murdered hundreds of Americans. That is an enormous victory for
- 18:10Speaker 2: this country. And then let me say secondly, so you
- 18:13Speaker 2: and I are recording this podcast, it is eleven forty PM.
- 18:17Speaker 2: At eleven forty pm, this news has just broken. So listen.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Any time you're dealing with matters of life and death
- 18:24Speaker 2: and war in peace, the news can move. So what
- 18:28Speaker 2: we're recording right now, it may be different by six
- 18:32Speaker 2: am tomorrow, but at eleven forty PM, let me read
- 18:34Speaker 2: the AP story. Iran says Hamas leader Ismaeil Haniya was
- 18:42Speaker 2: assassinated in Tehran, and let me just read the AP story.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Hamas leader Ismail Haniya was assassinated in Tehran. Iran's peramilitary
- 18:52Speaker 2: Revolutionary Guards said early Wednesday. No one immediately claimed responsibility
- 18:57Speaker 2: for the assassination, but suspicion immediately fell on Israel No Dah,
- 19:03Speaker 2: which is vowed to kill Haniya and other leaders of
- 19:06Speaker 2: Hamas over the group's October seventh attack on Israel that
- 19:10Speaker 2: killed one thy two hundred people and saw some two
- 19:12Speaker 2: hundred and fifty others taken hostage. Haniya was in Tehran
- 19:18Speaker 2: to attend Iran President Masud Pezeshkians swearing in on Tuesday.
- 19:26Speaker 2: Iran gave no details on how Haniya was killed, and
- 19:29Speaker 2: the guards said the attack was under investigation. Analysts on
- 19:33Speaker 2: Iranian state television immediately began blaming Israel for the attack.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Israel did not immediately comment, but it often doesn't when
- 19:40Speaker 2: it comes to assassinations carried out by their Massad intelligence
- 19:45Speaker 2: agency to come up within twenty four hours with number
- 19:48Speaker 2: one killing the top military commander of Hesbelah responsible for
- 19:54Speaker 2: murdering twelve Israeli children in northern Israel with a rocket
- 19:57Speaker 2: attack and also responsible for two hundred and forty one
- 20:01Speaker 2: American servicemen and women being killed in Beirut in nineteen
- 20:06Speaker 2: eighty three. That's a big damn deal. And then this
- 20:10Speaker 2: taking out the top leadership of AMAS. It's a big,
- 20:15Speaker 2: big victory for Israel and a big, big victory for America.
- 20:19Speaker 1: As before, if you want to hear the rest of
- 20:21Speaker 1: this conversation on this topic, you can go back and
- 20:23Speaker 1: dow the podcast from earlier this week to hear the
- 20:26Speaker 1: entire thing. I want to get back to the big
- 20:30Speaker 1: story number three of the week you may have missed.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Then we get this new shocking report that the illegal
- 20:36Speaker 1: Jordanian migrants who tried to breach Quantico base were allowed
- 20:43Speaker 1: to walk free after posting bail. This is a national
- 20:48Speaker 1: security risk at a high level, and they're like, oh,
- 20:52Speaker 1: you're illegal, Oh you came in. Oh you're from a
- 20:54Speaker 1: part of the world where there's a lot of terrorists. Yeah,
- 20:55Speaker 1: we're going to let you walk free. How the hell
- 20:58Speaker 1: does this happen?
- 21:00Speaker 2: Well, And this is something we covered on the podcast
- 21:02Speaker 2: when it happened that two Jordanian illegal immigrants were arrested
- 21:08Speaker 2: on May third for trespassing on to the military installation,
- 21:13Speaker 2: onto the Quantico Marine Corps base, and they were handed
- 21:17Speaker 2: over to ICE officers because they were illegal aliens. One
- 21:20Speaker 2: of them was Hassan Yusuf Hamdan, who's thirty two, and
- 21:24Speaker 2: the other was Mohammed Kair Dabus who's twenty eight, and
- 21:30Speaker 2: they were just released on bail. Hamdan's bail was set
- 21:39Speaker 2: at fifteen thousand dollars, Dabus's bail was set at ten
- 21:42Speaker 2: thousand dollars, and they were released and let go and
- 21:46Speaker 2: we'll see if we ever see them again. But understand Quantico,
- 21:50Speaker 2: so it's home to the FBI Academy, it's home to
- 21:54Speaker 2: the FBI Laboratory, it's home to a Defense Intelligence Agency facility.
- 21:59Speaker 2: In its home to several Marine Corps commands, including the
- 22:04Speaker 2: unit that flies the Marine I presidential helicopter. So we
- 22:08Speaker 2: don't know why they were trying to get onto the
- 22:12Speaker 2: Quantico base, but there are a lot of things there
- 22:17Speaker 2: that are serious national security priorities or law enforcement priorities,
- 22:24Speaker 2: and to have illegal immigrants from the Middle East trying
- 22:28Speaker 2: to get on there, as one federal law enforcement source
- 22:31Speaker 2: told the New York Post quote big time intel failure,
- 22:35Speaker 2: security failure. If it wasn't an act of terrorism, why
- 22:39Speaker 2: aren't the government officials releasing the details of this? What
- 22:43Speaker 2: was the intent? And of course Joe Biden and Kamala
- 22:48Speaker 2: Harris are not answering that question that they don't believe
- 22:50Speaker 2: apparently that they owe the American people an answer to
- 22:53Speaker 2: that question.
- 22:54Speaker 1: And let's remind the American people of something we played here.
- 22:58Speaker 1: These types of of breaches are happening on a shocking
- 23:04Speaker 1: regular basis. And this was the warning that happened on
- 23:10Speaker 1: Fox News from a man wearing a uniform saying back
- 23:14Speaker 1: in May, Yeah, this is happening a lot more than
- 23:16Speaker 1: anyone realizes.
- 23:17Speaker 4: Military base is getting penetrated by foreign nationals. Its happening
- 23:21Speaker 4: more and more. This is something we see probably two
- 23:24Speaker 4: or three times a week where we're stopping these folks
- 23:27Speaker 4: at the gate with a week a week at least,
- 23:31Speaker 4: And this is just Navy alone, where we're seeing folks
- 23:34Speaker 4: try to come in, and usually the cover story is
- 23:36Speaker 4: and I'm a student, you know, I'm here, I'm an enthusiast,
- 23:40Speaker 4: I want to see the ships. That type of thing.
- 23:41Speaker 4: We have to turn them around and typically we get
- 23:44Speaker 4: NCIS involved with those and we get biometrics when possible.
- 23:47Speaker 4: But yes, there's been an up taking out.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Did they have passports?
- 23:51Speaker 4: They have a lot of times they have passports, they
- 23:53Speaker 4: have papers, Yes, but they're in no way, shape or
- 23:56Speaker 4: form authorized to be on our base. And it's really
- 23:59Speaker 4: hard for us to tell the underlying motive for these
- 24:01Speaker 4: type of cases.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Wow, that's that's stunning.
- 24:03Speaker 4: It is.
- 24:04Speaker 2: It's got to be a concern.
- 24:05Speaker 4: This is Russian, Chinese, this comes from all all these
- 24:08Speaker 4: different nations. We're seeing an uptick in it.
- 24:11Speaker 2: In addition to that, there's been some reporting on this.
- 24:14Speaker 2: Over the last six months.
- 24:15Speaker 1: You're getting two or three drones flying over military bases
- 24:20Speaker 1: in America per week.
- 24:22Speaker 4: That is no question happened.
- 24:23Speaker 2: How do you overcome that?
- 24:25Speaker 4: Well, you know, we are improving our capabilities to detect that,
- 24:28Speaker 4: to defend against that, to make sure that our folks
- 24:31Speaker 4: are trained to actually counter that. I do this under
- 24:34Speaker 4: my authorities from a US and Northern Command as the
- 24:37Speaker 4: component commander for that, and so I have great reporting
- 24:40Speaker 4: on it and generally in general, we believe it's mostly
- 24:43Speaker 4: just folks with drones that are buying commercially from Amazon
- 24:47Speaker 4: or whatever the case may be. But it's hard to
- 24:49Speaker 4: differentiate between that and a nation state trying to shore
- 24:52Speaker 4: ESPN on.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I mean, they're acting like this is just normal in
- 24:55Speaker 1: the United States of America now, like, oh, yeah, we
- 24:57Speaker 1: got people coming into bases. We got these terrorsts coming
- 25:00Speaker 1: across the southern border on a regular basis on the
- 25:03Speaker 1: Terraces watch list.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Yeah, he said, He says, many of these are Chinese
- 25:07Speaker 2: and Russians. Look, these are organized incursions, organized incursions targeting
- 25:13Speaker 2: our military bases. And and in the in the case
- 25:15Speaker 2: of these two Jordanians, what happened. So they lied to
- 25:19Speaker 2: the guards at Quantico. They claimed that they worked for
- 25:21Speaker 2: an Amazon subcent contractor and they were there to make
- 25:25Speaker 2: a delivery. And and the officers determined that they were
- 25:29Speaker 2: full of crap, that that was not true. And the
- 25:32Speaker 2: men who were in a box truck ignored the instruction
- 25:35Speaker 2: of the guards and tried to drive directly onto the
- 25:38Speaker 2: base before they were stopped by anti vehicle barriers. And
- 25:42Speaker 2: and so look, this is deeply concerning behavior, and and
- 25:50Speaker 2: and the fact that and both of them were here illegally.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Hamdan entered the US illegally uh at San Diego. He
- 25:58Speaker 2: came across the southern border in April, but you know
- 26:01Speaker 2: what happened. They released him quote due to lack of
- 26:04Speaker 2: detention space. Dubouse was also in the US illegally because
- 26:09Speaker 2: the overstate is student visa, and so both of them,
- 26:14Speaker 2: for whatever reason, for whatever motive, they decided they were
- 26:19Speaker 2: going to try to breach Quantico. They were issued citations
- 26:26Speaker 2: for trespassing and told to appear in federal court in Alexandria,
- 26:32Speaker 2: and a magistrate judge signed off on their release on
- 26:35Speaker 2: the condition that they continue to appear at future court
- 26:37Speaker 2: dates and they must also refrain from trespassing on any
- 26:41Speaker 2: government property, including the Quantico facility. Like this is truly absurd,
- 26:48Speaker 2: and as I said at the outset, this week is
- 26:52Speaker 2: a very good week if you're a terrorist. This week
- 26:55Speaker 2: is a very good week. If you want to threaten
- 26:58Speaker 2: the national security of this it's a terrible week if
- 27:01Speaker 2: you actually care about keeping Americans safe.
