- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, Come on dig me now. One and
- 2:09Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got radio sill. Steve Harvey got a
- 2:16Speaker 1: radio show. Sometimes when I chuckle like that reminds me
- 2:19Speaker 1: of my oldest brother to pass the where he used
- 2:21Speaker 1: to laugh like that. It's kind of funny how jeans
- 2:24Speaker 1: get passed down through the line. I don't know why
- 2:26Speaker 1: I told y'all that, just don't to share with you,
- 2:28Speaker 1: that's all. As always, always kind of ask God to
- 2:32Speaker 1: help me, you know, um and and and and I
- 2:36Speaker 1: had I had gotten off track a little bit because
- 2:40Speaker 1: one of the principles of success I want to share
- 2:43Speaker 1: with you all today is a law of attraction that
- 2:47Speaker 1: is a very very serious principle. It cannot be ignored
- 2:52Speaker 1: the law of attraction. And I'm not going to be
- 2:56Speaker 1: able to explain it to you as well as the
- 2:59Speaker 1: books secrets can, or as well as some people. I
- 3:02Speaker 1: can only articulate it to you the way that I
- 3:07Speaker 1: see it. And the law of attraction is very, very real.
- 3:11Speaker 1: The law of attraction is a principle of success. It
- 3:15Speaker 1: is something that everyone has to adhere to. Now, whether
- 3:20Speaker 1: you know the law of attraction or not, it does
- 3:24Speaker 1: not make it not exist for you. This is the
- 3:28Speaker 1: case where ignorance is not the excuse. The fact that
- 3:33Speaker 1: no one told it to you. There is no pass
- 3:37Speaker 1: for this one. The fact that you never heard it
- 3:40Speaker 1: before it does not allow you to do it any
- 3:44Speaker 1: other way. So let me see if I can put
- 3:48Speaker 1: it to you best I can. The law of attraction,
- 3:52Speaker 1: the law of attraction, to put it real simple, is
- 3:55Speaker 1: the thing that you focus on, the thing that you
- 3:59Speaker 1: talk about, the thing that you think of, is the
- 4:04Speaker 1: thing that you draw to you. It's what you attract
- 4:07Speaker 1: to you. That's basically the law of attraction. The thing
- 4:11Speaker 1: that you talk about, the thing that you think about,
- 4:15Speaker 1: the thing that you focus on, whatever it is, that
- 4:21Speaker 1: is what you attract. The law of attraction does not
- 4:26Speaker 1: differentiate from positive and negative. It only does what it does.
- 4:34Speaker 1: What I am saying is this in the law of attraction,
- 4:40Speaker 1: no matter what you think of, no matter what occupies
- 4:44Speaker 1: your time, no matter what you say, or no matter
- 4:48Speaker 1: what the focus is, positive or negative, the law of
- 4:51Speaker 1: attraction knows neither one. It just attracts it. So let's
- 4:57Speaker 1: use some examples here, and just your best example always
- 5:01Speaker 1: uses me that way. I ain't got to figure out nothing.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I can just tell you my side of it. I
- 5:07Speaker 1: was in a lot of debt one time in my life,
- 5:11Speaker 1: as before any of you knew me, so you can understand.
- 5:15Speaker 1: In case you're not thinking, I don't. I don't want
- 5:19Speaker 1: you to think that this conversation is about your income level,
- 5:23Speaker 1: cause it's not. It doesn't matter what the income level
- 5:26Speaker 1: you are. The law of attraction works in all aspects money, family, relationships, job, career, love.
- 5:33Speaker 1: It just works that way. Okay, here's the deal. I
- 5:37Speaker 1: kept saying, man, this debt is killing me. I got
- 5:41Speaker 1: to get out. That's what I thought was a good goal,
- 5:45Speaker 1: to get out of debt. But what I kept saying was,
- 5:50Speaker 1: you know, I kept talking about debt. And you know
- 5:53Speaker 1: what it kept doing. It kept attracting debt to me.
- 5:58Speaker 1: So guess what, so I could get out? That's all?
- 6:02Speaker 1: Is that crazy? That is an amazing law to understand.
- 6:07Speaker 1: What turned it around for me was I started claiming
- 6:13Speaker 1: a life of abundance. God, I am seeking a life
- 6:19Speaker 1: of abundance. I want to have more than enough. I
- 6:23Speaker 1: want to be able to help other people. I just
- 6:26Speaker 1: want to have a law of attraction so that I
- 6:29Speaker 1: be able to provide my family the lifestyle that I
- 6:32Speaker 1: want to provide them. I want heavily, father, to be
- 6:35Speaker 1: able to be an example of your goodness and your
- 6:39Speaker 1: grace in my life. That is what I started saying.
- 6:43Speaker 1: And guess what, that's what I started attractive. I'm going
- 6:48Speaker 1: to have a great relationship with my children. I'm going
- 6:51Speaker 1: to be the father that I always wanted to be.
- 6:55Speaker 1: I'm going to be a good father. I'm going to
- 6:58Speaker 1: be a good husband. Now. I am going to do
- 7:01Speaker 1: the right things. I am going to be the type
- 7:04Speaker 1: of example that my sons can look no further and go.
- 7:08Speaker 1: I can be like my dad. I want to be
- 7:11Speaker 1: able to be a place, a beacon of light and
- 7:13Speaker 1: hope for my daughters to come to. That's what I
- 7:16Speaker 1: started saying. That's what I started attracting to my life.
- 7:21Speaker 1: The law of attraction does not care if you want
- 7:25Speaker 1: it to be positive or negative. The law of attraction
- 7:30Speaker 1: just attracts whatever it is. You focus on, what you
- 7:34Speaker 1: think about, the words that come out your mouth. You
- 7:38Speaker 1: cannot overlook this principle of success and expect to make
- 7:42Speaker 1: it because of the fact that you've never heard of
- 7:45Speaker 1: the law of attraction, because of the fact that you
- 7:48Speaker 1: don't know how it really operates. It does not make
- 7:52Speaker 1: it not exist in your day. You can start today
- 7:57Speaker 1: attracting the right things to your life by changing what
- 8:02Speaker 1: you say, what you think, what you focus on, change
- 8:10Speaker 1: the focus, change the thought, change the words that come
- 8:16Speaker 1: out your mouth, and guess what you change what you
- 8:19Speaker 1: attract to yourself. You have got to ask yourself, why
- 8:24Speaker 1: is it? Man? Man, let me tell you something. Somebody
- 8:26Speaker 1: said the Bishop Jake's one time. They said, man, everything
- 8:31Speaker 1: you touch turns to gold. He said, no, I just
- 8:35Speaker 1: don't touch everything. Man, This is crazy. Come on, man,
- 8:41Speaker 1: he has a focus. He has a focus. See, he
- 8:46Speaker 1: ain't just everywhere. Bring me any idea, Let me try that. No, no, no, man.
- 8:50Speaker 1: He has a focus, he has a law of attraction
- 8:54Speaker 1: that's working, where he's attracting things to his life that
- 8:59Speaker 1: that's positive that he can't ask not to say, Bishop James,
- 9:03Speaker 1: don't have problems because we talk often and man, he
- 9:05Speaker 1: have them. Oh, please understand. And he's not trying to
- 9:09Speaker 1: attract the problems. But what he will attract is the
- 9:13Speaker 1: proper solution for the problem. And ain't that all you need? Sometimes?
- 9:18Speaker 1: God did not say that it would be easy. He
- 9:22Speaker 1: just said he would be with you. And if God
- 9:25Speaker 1: is with you, who can be against you? God will
- 9:28Speaker 1: make your enemies your footstool. God is powerful man, His
- 9:31Speaker 1: word is true. He do what he say he gonna do. Now,
- 9:35Speaker 1: all we got to do is do some of what
- 9:37Speaker 1: we say. We ain't gonna do everything, just do some
- 9:40Speaker 1: of what we say. Okay, here's a deal. God is
- 9:43Speaker 1: going to do everything he say he gonna do. You
- 9:46Speaker 1: and I just got to do some of the stuff
- 9:49Speaker 1: we say we're gonna do because he already know we
- 9:50Speaker 1: ain't gonna do all of it. Yeah, he clear on that.
- 9:53Speaker 1: He clear on that. All right, thank you, you're listening.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, may have your attention. Please this is
- 10:04Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. I'm trying to get your attention because it's
- 10:08Speaker 1: it's then't started. The morning show is own. H I
- 10:13Speaker 1: ain't gonna tell you what station it is because you
- 10:15Speaker 1: hear my voice. You own the station. You need to
- 10:17Speaker 1: be owner. Now. They had these things like station I
- 10:21Speaker 1: D and all like that, But if you're listening to me,
- 10:23Speaker 1: you already owned the station. I'm on too minute to
- 10:27Speaker 1: go around the room announcing it. But all of them
- 10:30Speaker 1: is great station, and you're greater for listening. Marty Shirley,

- 11:08Speaker 1: thought they had more of a all you know, co
- 11:10Speaker 1: worker existed. This sound like something would like a relationship, Tennis. Yeah,

- 11:54Speaker 1: here to day without them doing and she she alternates,
- 11:58Speaker 1: she'll go to the salon and she does them herself. Yeah,
- 12:01Speaker 1: she's good. She could do them herself. I can't do it, really,
- 12:03Speaker 1: I can't get down diffuse she's stay in the line.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's what I'm saying. She looks like I did.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Ain't and don't draw outside the line. Yeah, but it's
- 12:20Speaker 1: something with those. I don't know what it is, but

- 12:32Speaker 1: show I did I put something in the microway? I cooked?
- 12:38Speaker 1: Surely putting something in the microway to heat it is
- 12:41Speaker 1: not cooking. It's in the kitchen, thank you. It's here
- 12:45Speaker 1: in the studios in a machine that heats stuff up.
- 12:48Speaker 1: As far as I'm concerned cooking that. In my world,
- 12:51Speaker 1: that's cooking. Thank you. That's all right. Thirty two after

- 30:34Speaker 1: she's here, the talented miss Anne trip. Thank you, Thank you,
- 30:39Speaker 1: everybody one. This is a trip with the news. Get this.
- 30:43Speaker 1: According to the news service Pro Publica, members of a
- 30:45Speaker 1: secret Facebook group for current and former border control agents
- 30:49Speaker 1: supposedly recently posted some racists and vulgar items about Hispanics.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Pro Publica says they joked about the deaths of migrants,
- 30:56Speaker 1: talked about throwing burritos at Latino members of Congress, even
- 31:00Speaker 1: posting a vulgar cartoon depicting New York Congresswoman Alexandrio Kazio
- 31:04Speaker 1: Cortez engaged in a sex act with the detained migrant.
- 31:08Speaker 1: The group also made fun of the death of a
- 31:11Speaker 1: sixteen year old migrant team. Recently, the Border Controls, a
- 31:14Speaker 1: twenty thousand or so agents served US Customs and Border
- 31:18Speaker 1: Protection agency, which has been allegedly mistreating both children and
- 31:22Speaker 1: adults at its facilities, and investigation into all this is underway.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors have subpoenia records from the aircraft maker Bowing
- 31:29Speaker 1: I think it's seven to eighty seven Dreamliner in South Carolina,
- 31:33Speaker 1: amid allegations of shoddy work done by outsourced contractors working
- 31:37Speaker 1: in places like India for as little as eight dollars
- 31:39Speaker 1: an hour. So this latest development greatly expands the scope
- 31:43Speaker 1: of the Department of Justices a scrutiny of safety issues
- 31:46Speaker 1: at Boeing. Of course, Bowling is already being scrutinized over
- 31:49Speaker 1: the crash of two of its seven thirty seven Max
- 31:51Speaker 1: eight jets, one last October on Lion Here, the other
- 31:54Speaker 1: on Ethiopian Airlines in March, killing all the board both planes.
- 31:58Speaker 1: The LA Police Department internal investigation into the way a
- 32:02Speaker 1: precinct front desk officer in the night, Nipsey Hustle, was murdered.
- 32:07Speaker 1: The grand jury testimony shows that a woman who drove
- 32:10Speaker 1: the getaway car allegedly went to the local preestinct because
- 32:13Speaker 1: she said her car was in the news. They say
- 32:16Speaker 1: the precinct coup just told her don't. A majority of
- 32:20Speaker 1: folks on social media are calling the people of Pleasant Grove, Alabama,
- 32:24Speaker 1: not some very pleasant names after a young pregnant black
- 32:26Speaker 1: girl was arrested recently for legedlie starting a fight that
- 32:29Speaker 1: ended with another woman shooting her in the abdomen, killing
- 32:32Speaker 1: her baby. The woman who shot Marshy Jones was not
- 32:35Speaker 1: charged with killing the fetus, but miss Jones was, and
- 32:39Speaker 1: while folks on social media calling residents backwards and misogynistic trash,
- 32:43Speaker 1: the people of Pleasant Groves want the formerly pregnant woman
- 32:46Speaker 1: to be punished further. President Trump says he's putting the
- 32:50Speaker 1: finishing touches on his big Fourth of July celebration, different one,
- 32:54Speaker 1: he says, different than any of the US has ever seen.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Actually Condon reminiscent of celebrations held over Ease's gonna have
- 33:00Speaker 1: a great Fourth of July and Washington, DC. It'll be
- 33:03Speaker 1: like no other. It'll be special, and I hope a
- 33:05Speaker 1: lot of it's gonna be about this country. And it's
- 33:09Speaker 1: a salute to America. And I'm gonna be here and
- 33:12Speaker 1: I'm going to say a few words, and we're gonna
- 33:14Speaker 1: have planes going over ahead, the best fighter jets in
- 33:17Speaker 1: the world and other planes too, and we're gonna have
- 33:20Speaker 1: some tank stationed outside. At least a huge army of
- 33:23Speaker 1: Army tanks have already arrived at the White House with
- 33:25Speaker 1: his so called salute to America. Finally, today's thanks to
- 33:28Speaker 1: that special person day. Now back to the Steve Harvey
- 33:32Speaker 1: Morning Show. You're listening show, It's time for something funny
- 33:37Speaker 1: and Junior's truth be told. Junior, come on, yeah, let
- 33:41Speaker 1: me tell you some A friend of man will no
- 33:46Speaker 1: longer be married no more. Okay, you know, and you
- 33:50Speaker 1: ain't got to prove that to me. Okay. Now, we
- 33:52Speaker 1: was in Kansas City, right brand of mine. Came through
- 33:55Speaker 1: club and he said, man, he said, we we're talking
- 33:57Speaker 1: to this and then we probably gonna go out to
- 33:58Speaker 1: sea going on something like that. He said, no, no,
- 34:00Speaker 1: I know a club he can go to. Now. The
- 34:02Speaker 1: whole time he talking to me, I don't even know.
- 34:04Speaker 1: This whole time he talking to me, his phone is on.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Oh no, oh, he talked, I got him all you know,
- 34:13Speaker 1: he just talking, got talk in the middle. When they
- 34:18Speaker 1: got quiet, we heard one voice say it word shoot
- 34:24Speaker 1: crazy yeah, coming through the phone, real clear. Everybody in
- 34:34Speaker 1: the road was quiet. I know I didn't say nothing.
- 34:37Speaker 1: I know, I know Brand didn't say nothing. It was
- 34:40Speaker 1: his wife hold the fault all she heard everything. Start packing.
- 34:47Speaker 1: I talk about get all your stuff tonight. Oh, he said,
- 34:51Speaker 1: enough yeah him, he named he naming people. Oh you
- 34:56Speaker 1: need to see this. Oh, look out of it now, don't.
- 34:59Speaker 1: We just didn't see it. Your way out that address.
- 35:01Speaker 1: That's what you need to be calling name god. Yeah. Yeah,
- 35:06Speaker 1: you ain't call her j all describing body parts. Where
- 35:10Speaker 1: did you see her? Did he say he did anything? Ah?
- 35:14Speaker 1: He said he did nothing. But how you know all
- 35:17Speaker 1: these body parts in words? What I said, Oh, lord,
- 35:26Speaker 1: a hang out. It's gotta be a way out. Though
- 35:30Speaker 1: I'm always looking for a way out. I don't know
- 35:32Speaker 1: how you get out of it. Ain't away getting out
- 35:34Speaker 1: of it. I said, you can't. You don't think you can, say, baby,
- 35:37Speaker 1: I was just trying to. I know. It was about
- 35:42Speaker 1: ten forty five at night. Unless she's stupid, really she
- 35:51Speaker 1: got really the only thing you could have did to
- 35:55Speaker 1: save yourself at that moment when you heard her voice
- 35:58Speaker 1: just go like like like like like his wife name
- 36:02Speaker 1: was Steve, Brenda Brenda. The only thing you could have
- 36:06Speaker 1: said it was Brenda. You there, you just got o girl, Girl,
- 36:17Speaker 1: ain't crazy? What did you eat today? Girl? I'm on
- 36:22Speaker 1: the way home. We were just na tell you she
- 36:30Speaker 1: franking man. But the worry on his face after that
- 36:33Speaker 1: fall was so serious. All right, we'll be back with
- 36:37Speaker 1: more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after you're listening.
- 36:45Speaker 1: All right, Steve, the crew is going to ask you
- 36:47Speaker 1: some random questions again. You know how we do it,
- 36:50Speaker 1: and you love this section. It's segment It's called time
- 36:53Speaker 1: Uh to ask Steve. Okay, you're ready, all right here,
- 36:56Speaker 1: all right, here's the first question. What is absolutely hilarious
- 37:01Speaker 1: as long as it's not happening to you. That's what
- 37:04Speaker 1: I want to set anybody falling down steps. People have
- 37:11Speaker 1: falling down steps looks, they look surprised, and they be
- 37:18Speaker 1: trying to stop to fall, But every time they get
- 37:21Speaker 1: ready to stop something, they're already flipping. So that's gone.
- 37:27Speaker 1: So it's just a series of attempted stops that never
- 37:31Speaker 1: worked till you get to the bottom of them. Town steps.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Never know what's gonna come out of your mouth, falling
- 37:37Speaker 1: down other people fall down steps. You got one. What's
- 37:41Speaker 1: the most unethical thing you've ever been asked to do?
- 37:45Speaker 1: Ye a core? Oh good one? Oh hell you say yeah, careful.
- 37:54Speaker 1: The sad thing is they always came to me with
- 37:57Speaker 1: these ideas because even if I didn't do it, I
- 38:03Speaker 1: always gave him a better way to do it. So
- 38:06Speaker 1: the most unethical thing was this dude at Ford Motor
- 38:10Speaker 1: Company who I can't say his name because he's still living.
- 38:14Speaker 1: We were making engines in the engine plant number two
- 38:17Speaker 1: at Brook Park. This dude had come up with an
- 38:20Speaker 1: idea where he was going forklift a finished motor. We
- 38:25Speaker 1: was making four fives, four fifties. He was gonna forklift
- 38:29Speaker 1: two engines at a time to the back door. He
- 38:33Speaker 1: wanted me to drive my forklift around, pick it up
- 38:36Speaker 1: and put it on back of this flatblad bed. But
- 38:38Speaker 1: it wasn't a Ford flat bed. He would had rented
- 38:41Speaker 1: a flatbed. Heven gonna load him up and then he
- 38:44Speaker 1: was gonna take him back and sell him. Yeah, so
- 38:49Speaker 1: he was taking motors out the back door free, whole
- 38:54Speaker 1: brand new motors just made I said, dog, you can't
- 38:59Speaker 1: do that. Well why not, I say, because Bro, somebody
- 39:04Speaker 1: gonna see you how, I said, First of all, with
- 39:08Speaker 1: the ass, I don't know, I don't know where you
- 39:13Speaker 1: know how you ain't thought this through a little bit better,
- 39:15Speaker 1: I said, Bro. Secondly, the whole parking lot got cameras on.
- 39:19Speaker 1: But yeah, if they don't know where the truck come from.
- 39:22Speaker 1: But dog, somebody got to dry the truck off. They
- 39:26Speaker 1: got cameras back. Killed, Bro, that's why we're gonna wear hoods.
- 39:30Speaker 1: See stop saying we I'm telling you, man, this ain't
- 39:36Speaker 1: gonna I'm not doing it. Man, So you're gonna punk
- 39:40Speaker 1: out on me just like that, I said, Dog, you
- 39:42Speaker 1: just came to me with this. This ain't a good idea, man, Bro,
- 39:46Speaker 1: I tried. I begged that, brother. I said, man, look,
- 39:49Speaker 1: you're not gonna be get away with this. What hell?
- 39:52Speaker 1: He got them trucks up on that and row them
- 39:54Speaker 1: damn injuries right off? Did he get caught? Ever, two
- 39:58Speaker 1: weeks later they let him load it up again. He
- 40:00Speaker 1: went back and try. They had just had that one
- 40:05Speaker 1: of the cameras had mouth. Two weeks later, he said,
- 40:08Speaker 1: I told you love. Two weeks later he loaded that
- 40:11Speaker 1: truck up. He got to the gate with a police call.
- 40:17Speaker 1: That's a good one. Come on, junior, all right, well,
- 40:20Speaker 1: look at what is something that you actually cared nothing
- 40:24Speaker 1: about at all? Just you don't even care at all?
- 40:34Speaker 1: That's right, that's rush, so damn close to the top
- 40:37Speaker 1: of the list I'm talking about at all, not even
- 40:40Speaker 1: remotely right it don't it don't look like now moment
- 40:45Speaker 1: of that would be enjoyable. Carla, you have a quick one.
- 40:50Speaker 1: I know you. Ok, here we go. What do you
- 40:52Speaker 1: miss the most about your younger self? Oh? Good? The
- 40:56Speaker 1: lack of responsibility, Yes, sir, I didn't have no damn kids.
- 41:03Speaker 1: I didn't have no damn ex wife. I didn't have
- 41:07Speaker 1: no credit. I didn't have a damn call. Oh to
- 41:12Speaker 1: be a kid again? Right, nobody looking for me. All
- 41:16Speaker 1: I had to do was hustling pop balls and turning
- 41:18Speaker 1: me in down and more delicate tested two center piece, Wow,
- 41:21Speaker 1: give me a hostess chair, Pine and Assi Cola. I
- 41:24Speaker 1: was all right, man, every now, I didn't I go
- 41:26Speaker 1: to Dennings and buy me a chicken dinner for a
- 41:28Speaker 1: dollar five? I didn't even know who Uncle Sam wool
- 41:33Speaker 1: Next it is the nephew he has a prank phone
- 41:35Speaker 1: call right after this. You're listening, coming up at the
- 41:42Speaker 1: time of the hour, right about four minutes after the hour,
- 41:45Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry letter. But first the nephew is on deck
- 41:49Speaker 1: with his prank phone call. What you got next? Yeah,
- 41:56Speaker 1: limo bank job man? Thanks than This is this is
- 42:07Speaker 1: all about mentoring. I like that, Steve, Good afternoon. How

- 42:20Speaker 1: seacre he cecil one of my boys. Game of your number, man,

- 50:13Speaker 1: depression or anxiety. The researchers also found that women are
- 50:19Speaker 1: not at all affected in this way by overdosing on sugar.
- 50:22Speaker 1: But I really, I really have cutback on sum But

- 51:23Speaker 1: that's right, kill me. I love it. What you were
- 51:32Speaker 1: going to say something to Tommy. Tommy is doing today's
- 51:35Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. I've never turned over to Strawberry never, but
- 51:41Speaker 1: this one right here, this is I want us. I
- 51:43Speaker 1: want people to see just as how much trouble you
- 51:46Speaker 1: can get in with your damn mouth. You are going
- 51:49Speaker 1: to Oh, you're gonna regret those buggle up, Hold on tight,
- 51:55Speaker 1: we gotta pull you here. It is Strawberry Letter. So
- 51:58Speaker 1: excited I know kinda MANAGETI save my marriage. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 52:06Speaker 1: I've known my husband for twenty years and we've been
- 52:10Speaker 1: married for three years. He cheated on me multiple times
- 52:13Speaker 1: with multiple women, but I'm standing by my wedding vows.
- 52:17Speaker 1: I always prayed that the Good Lord would see us
- 52:20Speaker 1: through his infidelity, and now we're rebuilding our marriage. Not
- 52:25Speaker 1: many women would be as forgiving as I am. Having
- 52:28Speaker 1: said all of that, I still have plenty of good sense,
- 52:31Speaker 1: and I've reached my limit on foolishness. So you can
- 52:35Speaker 1: only imagine how I felt recently when my husband asked
- 52:38Speaker 1: me for a threesome. Yes, he asked me more than
- 52:42Speaker 1: once to have another woman join us in the bedroom.
- 52:46Speaker 1: He said that it will keep him from fantasizing about
- 52:49Speaker 1: other women and having the urge to cheat. I told
- 52:52Speaker 1: him he needs professional help and a better relationship with
- 52:56Speaker 1: the Lord. He told me that I need to obey
- 52:58Speaker 1: him like I obey the Lord, and give him what
- 53:01Speaker 1: he wants. Like I said, I stand by my vows,
- 53:05Speaker 1: and I do submit and obey my husband to an extent.
- 53:08Speaker 1: But this time he has gone too far. The God
- 53:13Speaker 1: that I serve would not condone this. I don't want
- 53:16Speaker 1: to lose my marriage, but this man may need more
- 53:18Speaker 1: than I can give him. Please help me figure this
- 53:21Speaker 1: one out. Wow. And as we mentioned earlier, Steve will
- 53:25Speaker 1: not be responding. Tommy will Jesus, You're gonna have to
- 53:30Speaker 1: I can, okay? All right? All right, Well you know
- 53:35Speaker 1: what you ask for us to please help you figure
- 53:37Speaker 1: this one out. I think you know, in your heart
- 53:40Speaker 1: of hearts you you already have this figured out. You
- 53:43Speaker 1: know what the deal is. You just want Steve and
- 53:46Speaker 1: I to confirm it for you. I mean, you have
- 53:49Speaker 1: to ask yourself wedding vows aside for a second, why
- 53:53Speaker 1: are you still taking this, this cheating and these ridiculous
- 53:57Speaker 1: requests from your husband? I mean, why are you still
- 54:00Speaker 1: standing in all of this. Your husband is disrespectful, he's
- 54:03Speaker 1: selfish and has obviously no regard for you, your marriage
- 54:08Speaker 1: or your marriage vows. Just because you've known him for
- 54:11Speaker 1: twenty years and have been hanging in there, it doesn't
- 54:13Speaker 1: mean you can't put his trifling but in his place.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Let him know how you really really feel. Just like
- 54:18Speaker 1: you told us in the letter, I mean, you're right.
- 54:21Speaker 1: Not many women would be as forgiving as you are.
- 54:24Speaker 1: So many women are, though, But I you know this
- 54:28Speaker 1: is a lot. Twenty years, he's been cheating on you
- 54:30Speaker 1: with multiple women, and you're still there. I mean, I
- 54:35Speaker 1: just don't know how much more you think you can take.
- 54:39Speaker 1: I mean, or are you willing to take? Why are
- 54:42Speaker 1: you willing to take this? You don't have to. You
- 54:44Speaker 1: don't have to. There is nothing in the marriage vows
- 54:46Speaker 1: that say you have to stay here if he's cheating
- 54:49Speaker 1: on you like this. This is ridiculous. You know. Like
- 54:53Speaker 1: I said, I think you've figured this out on your own.
- 54:55Speaker 1: You know what to do. You just want Steve and
- 54:56Speaker 1: I to confirm it. If he continues to do this,
- 55:00Speaker 1: you gotta get out of this. I think you made
- 55:01Speaker 1: a good suggestion. He does need professional help and a
- 55:05Speaker 1: better relationship with the Lord. Having said that, Tommy, you're up,
- 55:11Speaker 1: glad you've finished with the Lord. Obey me, Lord like
- 55:15Speaker 1: you obey the Lord, obey me the same way. What
- 55:20Speaker 1: do the Bioles say? What do they say, Anna and obey?
- 55:24Speaker 1: Don't they say that? Yeah, a lot of women don't
- 55:27Speaker 1: keep those in there, though, but they but they see
- 55:30Speaker 1: you can't just take out what you want. So let
- 55:32Speaker 1: me say this to you. Get some old people in
- 55:34Speaker 1: this room. I didn't ask for it, and ask for it, na,
- 55:39Speaker 1: I quit flirting with other women. If you do what,
- 55:42Speaker 1: get some old paper in this room. I'm at I
- 55:45Speaker 1: apologize for the twenty years of disrespecting you and cheating.
- 55:50Speaker 1: I'm asking you not wow, so I don't have to
- 55:52Speaker 1: cheat on you. We do this together. You want to
- 55:55Speaker 1: do stuff together. Let's do stuff together. Get some mold
- 55:58Speaker 1: people in this room. That's what I want. I'm asking
- 56:03Speaker 1: you to your faith for a manage dwy whatever they
- 56:06Speaker 1: called it, trio, it's what I want. It's one of
- 56:09Speaker 1: the threesome. Yes, asking you for it. Oh, I hope
- 56:12Speaker 1: sy listening this morning? Another thing. The cheat ain't stop.
- 56:16Speaker 1: And soon as you get somebody in this room, we
- 56:19Speaker 1: could do it together. So it's okay to cheat as
- 56:22Speaker 1: long as you're in the Yeah together, this is fun,
- 56:26Speaker 1: This is this is this is answer. Yeah, yeah, you
- 56:31Speaker 1: want what you want me to say? To him? Oh?
- 56:34Speaker 1: He wronged. He shouldn't be asking you. He's down the question.
- 56:37Speaker 1: Steve is wrong for letting you do this. No, this
- 56:41Speaker 1: is a beautiful thing. We got to get it all
- 56:43Speaker 1: out in the open. You understand that. That's how naked
- 56:45Speaker 1: gets better. When you get it out in the open.
- 56:48Speaker 1: You ain't felt naked to you out there, comfortable with
- 56:51Speaker 1: yourself and see out there which naked together And we're
- 56:54Speaker 1: inviting friends over, Come on over to you understand, Come
- 56:59Speaker 1: on high. We're gonna have food, We're gonna have all drinks.
- 57:03Speaker 1: We're gonna be naked, y'all that U's gonna be in
- 57:05Speaker 1: that together having what? Button naked fun? I've never been
- 57:09Speaker 1: button naked, not having fun? Tell me that. But if
- 57:12Speaker 1: but she don't know it, if she don't try it,
- 57:15Speaker 1: if she wants this to work. She loved man, She
- 57:17Speaker 1: don't want to leave you to your body. What did
- 57:20Speaker 1: she say? I'm standing by my wedding bout Yes, you
- 57:23Speaker 1: are stand by your man, baby, standing by your man
- 57:26Speaker 1: naked along with other people naked do it together? Naked? Okay, well,
- 57:34Speaker 1: don't let naked fool What do you mean naked trying
- 57:39Speaker 1: to say something? Profile? Nick. Yeah, we'll be back hopefully
- 57:44Speaker 1: see if you can help. Yeah, I'll be talking on
- 57:47Speaker 1: the next half twenty three after the hours when we'll
- 57:49Speaker 1: be back with this strawberry letter. Subject canna manage tis
- 57:53Speaker 1: save my marriage. You're listening, Come on with me this
- 58:02Speaker 1: strawberry letter, the subject can manage twice saved my marriage. Please.
- 58:07Speaker 1: Let first of all, it's a ridiculous statement for this
- 58:11Speaker 1: woman to make. She's been with this husband for twenty years.
- 58:15Speaker 1: They've been married three He's cheated on her multiple times
- 58:18Speaker 1: with multiple women. You are she standing by her wedding vows.
- 58:22Speaker 1: She's prayed that the Good Lord would see us through
- 58:24Speaker 1: this infidelity. Now they're rebuilding their marriage, and she realizes
- 58:29Speaker 1: that not many women would be as forgiven as I am.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Having said that, and she still got plenty good sense.
- 58:38Speaker 1: She has reached her limit of foolishness. So I can
- 58:42Speaker 1: only imagine how we felt when he recently asked her
- 58:47Speaker 1: for a threesome. He asked this lady more than once
- 58:54Speaker 1: to have another woman join us in the bedroom. He
- 58:57Speaker 1: said it will keep him from fantasizing out other women
- 59:00Speaker 1: and having the urge to cheat. She told him he
- 59:04Speaker 1: needs professional help and a better relationship with the Lord.
- 59:08Speaker 1: He told her that I need to obey him like
- 59:11Speaker 1: I obey the Lord and give him what he wants. Well,
- 59:15Speaker 1: the lady then said, I stand by my vials, and
- 59:18Speaker 1: I do submit and obey my husband to an extent,
- 59:21Speaker 1: but this time he's gone too far. God, I served
- 59:24Speaker 1: would not condone this. I don't want to lose my marriage.
- 59:28Speaker 1: That's a key line here. But this man may need
- 59:31Speaker 1: more than I can give him. Please help me figure
- 59:34Speaker 1: this out. It's nothing to figure this out. Listen to me.
- 59:37Speaker 1: First of all, you're the only one honoring the vials
- 59:40Speaker 1: in this relationship. You're the only one. He has never
- 59:46Speaker 1: honored the vials and he's not willing to honor them. Now,
- 59:50Speaker 1: you don't really have a real marriage. You have something,
- 59:54Speaker 1: but he's not married to you. You're just married to
- 59:57Speaker 1: him not. The cold part about this dude, is he
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: didn't ask you to have a threeson. And the reason
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: he told you that because it would keep him from
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: fantasizing about other women and having the urge to cheat.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: What so you think if you bring another woman in
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: the bedroom, it'll stop you from fantasizing about him, and
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: it'll cause you not to want to cheat, when the
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: whole time you in that living out of fantasy and
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: cheating and your wife watching. Boy bye, I mean, for real,
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: are you serious, lady? You're not that stupid. You can't be.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: Here's the problem with the bringing the woman into the
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: marriage that's already in trouble. I'm gon, how do you
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: fix what's wrong with another wrong? He's not trying to
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: fix his marriage. He's trying to get all his urges
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: in fantasies ful field, and they don't include you, They
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: include other women. I can't believe you entertaining this. I
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: can't believe you still married to the Why are you
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: married to him? It's only but y'all only got twenty
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: years invested. My question is why don't you leave so
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: you can stop this misery you in? And do you
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: want twenty more years of this? Because that's all he
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: trying to do. He needs to be married to a striple. Yeah,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: he go down there and just get one of them
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: girls down off that pole that he don't mind doing
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: this way and that that that look man that work
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: with you, they will work with you. This is so sad,
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: and I want to apologize for my damn nephews. Thank you.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: I'm so solid. But meanwhile, around this country, I'm just
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: telling they're blowing the horn up on this with him,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: can't you. Nine A lot of them can't see it
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: at the house, but a bunch of them in their
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: car right now. You know what they're doing. Why are
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: they blowing their horn? They blowing their horn because I
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: see it. If you are a brother, that's a man
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: that's riding around right now, you would like to have
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: a threesome at the high ninety blow your horn, That's
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: all I said. And they are blowing. That is so crazy. Oh,
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: get your life, get some lord in your life. All right,
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: we'll see. We gotta get out of here. Um. You
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: can email us or instagram your thoughts on today's Strawberry Letter.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Two minutes. Okay, good, I didn't know. All right, Well
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: you can say more, Steve if you want. No. Okay,
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: So so let me just ask you, so this man,
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: the man, you ain't never had that thought again before marriage?
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: Before marriage, you ain't never had that. Yeah, he's told
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: us his experience, though, Tommy, that's he didn't know what
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: he was doing. The most confusing thing happens most of
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: damn confusing thing I did. I didn't know how to
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: do it. I need some instruction. I need a manual.
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: When I was in there, we've been kissing for five seconds.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna kiss helf fire. I was back and forth.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: I was. I was so tired of turning over in
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: that bed for exhausted, funniest stories ever to slipping from
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: side to side. I was something. It was exhausted, ain't.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: I didn't even like one of them with the other
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: one tapping me hold up. But let me ask you
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: this that hold up before? Did you think this was
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: like the greatest thing? Oh you could dog? I thought
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: this was it the pinnacle you had reached. And then
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: you got there. Oh lord man, yeah myself even god,
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: it was all right, Stee, we gotta go email us
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: or instagram us your thoughts on today's Strawberry Letter, at
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, at them, and at my girls. Shirley. All right,
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Steve Morning Show. Uh listen. Uh,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: here's we got to do something today, dude. We gotta
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: let you know. Sometimes things are amiss, sometimes things are changing. Yeah,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: all the time. Nothing stays the same. All you gotta
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: do is listen to your neighborhood. If you listen to
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: your neighborhood, you're gonna know that it's about to change
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: just by listening to it. So here we go. This
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: is how you know your neighborhood it's about to change.
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: Like if you hit a song right here, it's the
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: comet coming moving in, the moving in. Yeah, if you
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: did that song, they're moving. I got one for you.
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: You got one. It ain't just that neighborhood, no, No,
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: white neighborhood has changed too. Yeah. Yeah, Now if you're
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: in a white neighborhood, it ain't bad. No. Who can
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: always tell that it's changing too. They're coming in the
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: white neighborhood and you hear this, it's changing. Get out
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: the way, Get out the waiver, get out the wave,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Get out the wave, get out the wavering, get out
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: the wave, get out the way, get out the watuta.
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, whe get the package. That that was us
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: moving to the summer. Okay, j all right, you got
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: another one. Here's another one. You you say it's a
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: mixed neighborhood, but it's just black and white. It's just
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: black and white. Comfortable, back, cool. You've learned to live
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: with what's there. You're not expecting anything else. Black, black,
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: the white, white, like the black all of us. Sudden
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: you hear this Slavin Minthem, Ben simmona Gettles and Slavios
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: best some Domino Travis Slavin Minthem, Ben summer Jack Gettles
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: and Slavios be Domo Travis Slave. Come on? What yeah?
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: Somebody here that Yeah, we'll be back. You're listening to
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: Steve Jay is here with things that have a cutoff age.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: Jay explain, well, well, well Steve actually has it is
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: these things, Sirley and everybody. There's a cutoff age to everything,
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: to everything you do. Some people some people just ignore
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: it and just keep doing it, but runt it down,
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: like come on, this should have a cutoff point. The
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: name name. If you over farted, we don't need to
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: look out there and see you doing the name name
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: the whip or the name name. And you fought it
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: really thirty five thirty three? Yeah, thirty three you asked
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: stop doing the whip and the name name. Here's what
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: you can't do. If you over thirty five, you cannot
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: go see the me goes to far man down so
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: you can listen to him. You can't, but you gotta
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: take your keys. Somebody with you just went way too old,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: way too old. People sitting next to her whom here's
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: something that has a cut off age. And we don't
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: have to cut off age. But just listen to this.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: You cannot wear crop tops. If you have a muffin
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: top man or woman, shut that's cut off too short.
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Like you Execio Elliott, Well you're not a good one.
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: I like it. Just a little muff you can't do it.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: I don't mind a little muffin on the woman, but
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: on the man. Man, dude, yeah, dude. If you're over
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: twenty five, you've got to stop using the word lit.
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: If you over twenty five, yes, Shirley, got to stop
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: using the word lit. If you are about fifty five,
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: you're still using the word cop asthetics. Everything that's cop asthetic, man, man,
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: that's cope asthetic. You need to come on out, come on.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: If you're four years old and you're in a stroller
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: with your legs crossed and you can pull yourself along
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: in the stroller. The ass needs to be walking something
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: for the babies. Babies his one if you're over eighty,
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: would a walker, and it's got to come hold a
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: fanny pat or place a hole of newspaper tennis balls
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: for a grip. Damn it, you gotta take something off.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: It's too much. You over farty and people are still
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: considering you ratchet. You're not ratchet. You're actually stupid. A
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: man over farty with two change, his name is not
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: two changed on the outside out. You are fifty and
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: still wearing any form of nugget jewel nuggets? What about
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: the set? You a nugget set? His one, Monica Sherley,
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: If you're over farty, five each finger nail ain't be
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: a different company. They've been doing it the polish whatever.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: You all don't know. We might not know. We know that.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: All right. We'll be back with more of the Steve
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to Steven Show, all right, listen,
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: it's Tuesday. We're getting closer. We're getting closer to the barbecue,
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: the potato salad banks. Yeah, what's up? Okay, So y'all
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: I got a cousin. He never call before he comes over.
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: He just always just dropped by reading. You know, we
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: got pool. You know you want to swing all the
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: time me because you know I love company, so I
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: do too. But come on now you should call. Do
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: he know y'all cooking us something? No, he's just don't
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: know what y'all doing. What it's the holiday? Door for
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: the holiday walking around and jas and and well is good.
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: We gotta go out to the door so we can't
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: he see us. But on the holiday you'll give him
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: a pass, right, But any other day it's like dance
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: to open the naked to tell your husband it is
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: a deterrent, Carla, you know him from just nicking that
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: just naked ashen. You just might do that my second
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: line and everything second line Nike. But it sounds like
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: your cousin might be like, hey, Tush, walk right on
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: the right, Unbrella my napkins. All right, we'll be back
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: You're listening, it's time for something funny and Junior's truth
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: be told. Junior, come on, yeah, let me tell you something.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: A friend of mine will no longer be married no more. Okay,
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: you know, and you ain't gonna prove nothing to me. Okay. Now,
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: we was in Kansas City, right, friend of mine came
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: through the club and he said, man, he said, man,
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: we're talking to do this. He man, we probably gonna
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: go out to sea going on and something like that.
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: He said, no, no, I know a club we can
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: go to. Now. The whole time he talking to me,
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: I don't even know this whole time he talking to me,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: his phone is on. Oh no, oh, he talked. I
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: got him all. You know, he just talking, got talked.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: In the middle. When they got quiet, we heard one
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: voice say it words you're crazy. Yeah, coming through the
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: real clear. Everybody in the road was quiet. I know.
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: I didn't say nothing. I know, I know Brand did
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: say nothing. It was his wife on the fount all
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: she heard airthaying, head start packing. I'm talking about get
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: all your stuff tonight. Oh he said enough. Yeah, he
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: named he naming people. Oh, you need to see this.
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: Oh look after no, what you need to see it
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: your way out that address. That's that's what you need
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: to be name. Yeah. Yeah, you didn't call airtha j
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Ah describing body parts. Where did you see her. Did
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: he say he did anything? Ah, he said he did nothing.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: But how you know all these body parts in word?
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: What I said? Oh lord, An, it's gotta be away
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: out though I'm always looking for a way out. I
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: don't know how you get out of it. Ain't away
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: getting out of it? Said you can't. You don't think
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: you can say, baby, I was just in the top
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: and trying to I know. It was about ten five
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: at night. Unless she's stupidly got Really, the only thing
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: you could have did to save yourself at that moment
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: when you heard her voice just go like like like
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: like like his wife's name was Brenda, Brenda. The only
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: thing you could have said was Brenda. You you just
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: got girl? Girl? Ain't that crazy? Girl? I'm on the
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: way home. We were just through y'all. I don't tell you, man,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: but the worry on his face after that fall so serious.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: All Right, We'll be back with more of the Steve
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show right after. You're listening to Steve here
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: we are, end of the show. Um, with just one
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: more thing. You're closing remarks, Uh, you know today I
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: want to still stay on the encouraging tip and I
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: want to talk to people about something that you should make.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: These are just suggestions, folks. You know, I don't know everything,
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: but these are some things that I do to personally
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: keep myself moving forward in a positive direction because I'm
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: always trying to accomplish something new. You know, I'm never satisfied. Well,
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: it's not that I'm never satisfied. I'm never complacent. I
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: don't I don't believe in sitting still. I don't believe
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: in and not moving forward. I just don't see it.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: You know. Every day I try to wake up an
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: approach and attack a new challenge. I've always setting goals
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: out there because it just gives you something to aim
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: for throughout the day. One of the things I want
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: to remind people of something that I do and up
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: you're invited to do the same is, you know, have
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: a life feel with a mission, have a life feeled
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: with a mission. You can have several missions in life,
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: but get your life feeled with missions. Remember the show
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: Mission Impossible, and remember that tape recording that used to
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: come on every day and tell the guy what to
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: do and then at the end of it the tape
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: with self destruct. But that became the mission. It became
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: the purpose the task at hand, and until you completed
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: that task, you came back in and that's what the
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: whole show is. It's really funny thing, you know. It's
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: take recording comes on and then it fears and disintegrates,
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: and that's your mission. I still do that, man, it's
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: sort of a funny analogy. But I try to create
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: a mission in my life all the time. And in
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: order to accomplish your mission, one of the things you
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: have to do is you have to surround yourself with
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: people who are about the same mission. That will be
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: no missions accomplished in life solely by yourself. I don't
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: I can't think of anything that you can accomplish solely
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: by yourself. You know, even if you want to have
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: a relationship with God, Yeah, you can have a relationship
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: with God, but to draw closer, you know, you gotta
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: have some type of toolge. You know, you gotta read
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: some scriptures. Somebody's got to show you another way to
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: approach it. Somebody go, Man, if you're going through this,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: read this or read that, and it sort of helps
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: you with your goal even in that. But I don't
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: know anything that you can accomplish mission wise alone. So
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: you need to surround yourself who with people who are
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: like minded. As a motivational speaker, sometimes when I'm going
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: I use my motivational pictures that I keep in my
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: phone and I put them up on the big screen
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: and I show them to people. And one of my
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: favorite pictures is a picture of these lions walking and
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: the expression on the lion's face because they've they've woken
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: up from their nap and they're going out for the hunt.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: And if you look at lions when they're walking to
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: go out on a hunt, they all have that same
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: determined look on their face because they all about the
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: same mission. You ever notice when lions ready to go
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: out on the hunt, they leave the cubs back at
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: the den because, see, it ain't no time to play
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: out here, because we're going out here to feed, We're
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: going out here to hunt. So they leave the cubs
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: back in the den when they go out on the
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: hunt because the ain't got no time for no foolishness.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: And I have this picture in my phone of these
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: lions just striding and if you look at all the
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: looks on their face, they're serious. It ain't no playtime
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: because everybody is on the same mission. Everybody is of
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: the like mindedness that it takes to accomplish the mission.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: And the caption says, surround yourself with people who are
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: on the same mission. And I'm saying that to you today.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: Find someone who is about the business just like you are.
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: Start hanging out with people who are goal oriented, who
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: are success minded. Somebody was talking to somebody one time
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: and they said, man, Steve, let me manage you something.
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: Why rich people are always talking about money? That would
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: get on my nerves. Okay, what else you want to
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: talk about? You want to talk about what happened on
