- 0:00Speaker 1: Center. Nice to be with you.
- 0:01Speaker 2: As always, Joe Biden thought it was a good idea
- 0:03Speaker 2: this week to head to a college campus, give one
- 0:06Speaker 2: of those grand commencement speeches and throw Israel under the
- 0:09Speaker 2: bus in the process, all the gain votes of young people.
- 0:12Speaker 3: Well, it really is sad.
- 0:13Speaker 4: Every day every week we see the Democrats getting worse
- 0:16Speaker 4: and worse. They are abandoning Israel and the droves, and
- 0:19Speaker 4: they are embracing Hamas. And they're doing it because they
- 0:21Speaker 4: think they get political advantage. They're doing it because that's
- 0:24Speaker 4: where their radical base is. We're going to talk about that,
- 0:26Speaker 4: but we're also going to talk about legislation that I
- 0:28Speaker 4: filed this week to force every Democrat in the Senate
- 0:32Speaker 4: to vote and to choose between Israel and Hamas. Where
- 0:35Speaker 4: do you stand. We're going to force them and get
- 0:37Speaker 4: them on record. We're also going to talk about major
- 0:40Speaker 4: legislation that I'm filing today actually in the US Senate
- 0:43Speaker 4: concerning IVF in vitro fertilization protecting IVF. IVF is an
- 0:49Speaker 4: incredibly powerful technology that has enabled millions of parents to
- 0:53Speaker 4: have children, and right now the Democrats are engaged in
- 0:56Speaker 4: a lot of political deception and attacks suggesting IVF is
- 1:00Speaker 4: in jeopardy. I'm filing legislation today to ensure that IVF
- 1:05Speaker 4: is federally protected no matter what. And finally, we're going
- 1:09Speaker 4: to talk about the Trump trial. We're going to talk
- 1:11Speaker 4: about the absolute circus that is unplaying in New York
- 1:15Speaker 4: and the fact that the media is getting nervous, they're
- 1:17Speaker 4: getting scared that they're planned planned kangaroo court might not
- 1:23Speaker 4: turn out the way they want.
- 1:24Speaker 3: We're going to get into that as well.

- 3:05Speaker 1: Let's really get into this week.
- 3:07Speaker 2: I think it's fair to say that Joe Biden proved
- 3:09Speaker 2: the American people there is nothing he's not willing to
- 3:13Speaker 2: do to undermine Israel if it means getting the thirty
- 3:16Speaker 2: thirty five and under vote that is upset with him,
- 3:19Speaker 2: over standing with Israel early on, to stick with him
- 3:22Speaker 2: through election day, and it got a lot worse this week.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Well, that's right, the Democrats more and more captive of
- 3:29Speaker 4: the pro Hamas wing of their Democrat party. And pause
- 3:33Speaker 4: for a second and reflect on how utterly insane it
- 3:36Speaker 4: is that there is such a thing as a Prohamas
- 3:39Speaker 4: wing of a major political party in America. But that's
- 3:42Speaker 4: the simple reality. And young people in particular, Look, this
- 3:46Speaker 4: is the consequence of our universities being twisted and taken
- 3:52Speaker 4: over by the radical left, taken over by the cultural
- 3:55Speaker 4: Marxist who are poisoning our young people. It's what I
- 3:58Speaker 4: wrote about in my latest book book, Unwoke, how to
- 4:01Speaker 4: Defeat Cultural Marxism in America. But these young people are
- 4:05Speaker 4: being taught that Palestinians are victims and the Jews are oppressors,
- 4:09Speaker 4: and that the answer is violence and revolution against the
- 4:13Speaker 4: so called oppressors and its absolute vicious lies. But unfortunately
- 4:18Speaker 4: in the Democrat Party it seems there are no adults.
- 4:21Speaker 4: There is no one who will actually stand up and
- 4:23Speaker 4: point out there's not a moral equivalency between Hamas terrorists
- 4:28Speaker 4: murdering civilians and raping children, and the IDF attacking and
- 4:34Speaker 4: killing terrorists to protect civilians. Those are not the same.
- 4:38Speaker 4: One is evil and one is good. There is no
- 4:42Speaker 4: Democrat Joe Biden's not capable of that clarity, and so
- 4:46Speaker 4: instead he went this past week to Morehouse College and
- 4:50Speaker 4: take a listen to what he had to say.
- 4:52Speaker 5: Innocent Palestinians caught in the middle of all this, men,
- 4:56Speaker 5: women and children killed, are displaced in despit, in desperate
- 5:00Speaker 5: need of water, food, and medicine. It's a humanitarian.
- 5:05Speaker 1: Crisis in God.
- 5:07Speaker 5: That's why I've called for an immediacyaswire, an immediacy. Squire
- 5:11Speaker 5: stopped the fighting.
- 5:13Speaker 2: To be clear, he's saying, Israel stopped defending yourself, Stop
- 5:17Speaker 2: killing the terrorists that came after you. You know where many
- 5:20Speaker 2: of them are, You're continuing to try to find them.
- 5:22Speaker 2: And kill them because you understand that they're going to
- 5:24Speaker 2: keep coming after you if you don't kill them. They've
- 5:27Speaker 2: declared war on you. And he's saying, hey, cease fire.
- 5:30Speaker 2: And it's really a talk to Israel, not so much
- 5:32Speaker 2: to Moss.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Well, it's actually a talk to American radicals. It's a
- 5:36Speaker 4: talk to young people. And listen, Joe Biden. You listen
- 5:41Speaker 4: to what he just said there. You know, if someone
- 5:43Speaker 4: didn't know anything, they'd be like, gosh, why did Israel
- 5:46Speaker 4: attack those poor, helpless people. Well, there was this thing
- 5:49Speaker 4: called October seventh that somehow doesn't seem to be very
- 5:52Speaker 4: relevant to Joe Biden, to the Democrats calculus where Hamas
- 5:56Speaker 4: terrorists deliberately carried out the greatest mass murder of Jews
- 6:00Speaker 4: in a single day since the Holocaust. They deliberately targeted civilians,
- 6:05Speaker 4: They targeted children, that they mutilated, corpses. It was horrific.
- 6:11Speaker 4: Those Hamas terrorists are monsters. And Israel responded quite naturally,
- 6:16Speaker 4: quite rightly, by saying it was going to utterly eradicate Hamas. Understand,
- 6:22Speaker 4: Israel is not attacking civilians. Israel is attacking Hamas terrorists.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Now there are civilian casualties. Those civilian casualties happen because
- 6:31Speaker 4: Hamas wants them to happen, because they use human shields.
- 6:35Speaker 4: They use Palestinian civilians, they hide the terrorists. They put
- 6:39Speaker 4: their headquarters in Gaza, in the basement of a hospital
- 6:42Speaker 4: to use Palestinian mothers and babies as human shields. They
- 6:46Speaker 4: put missiles in the basements of elementary schools to use
- 6:49Speaker 4: Palestinian children as human shields. And it is Hamas that
- 6:54Speaker 4: wants Palestinian civilian casualties. Why Because useful idiots like Joejoe
- 7:00Speaker 4: Biden and the rest of the Democrat Party and the
- 7:02Speaker 4: rest of the liars in the corporate media will then
- 7:05Speaker 4: say what Joe Biden just said, which is Israel is
- 7:07Speaker 4: the bad guy.
- 7:08Speaker 2: And Hamas lies a lot. And I think that's part
- 7:11Speaker 2: of what people really need to understand. Hamas slied about
- 7:14Speaker 2: the attack on the hospital, for example, early on, and
- 7:17Speaker 2: they said that Israel bomb the hospital. We found out
- 7:19Speaker 2: it was a rocket that Hamas shot and a rocket
- 7:21Speaker 2: that basically misfired, landed in the parking lot, blew up
- 7:24Speaker 2: in that parking lot thing goods.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It didn't actually hit the hospital itself.
- 7:28Speaker 4: It was reported there were five hundred casualties in the hospital.
- 7:31Speaker 4: It turns out there were zero. I understand zero and
- 7:33Speaker 4: five hundred are often confused. It was reported that Israel
- 7:36Speaker 4: fired the rocket. That's kind of sort of right, except
- 7:38Speaker 4: it was actually Palestinian Islamic Jahad and actually it was
- 7:42Speaker 4: fired from inside guys. And understand, look, Hamas and Palastinian
- 7:45Speaker 4: Islamic Jahad they don't have technology. So Israel uses smart bombs,
- 7:49Speaker 4: bombs that are targeted, so that when they're aiming at
- 7:51Speaker 4: a terrorist, they hit the terrorist. Hamas does not. Hamas
- 7:55Speaker 4: fires thousands and thousands of rockets that have no guidance.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah, they say, away is Israel a.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Tube with some propellant and some explosive and often shrapnel
- 8:04Speaker 4: to kill civilians, and they'll fire it up in a
- 8:07Speaker 4: general direction. But a substantial percentage of the rockets Hamas
- 8:12Speaker 4: fires end up hitting Gaza because they don't know where
- 8:15Speaker 4: it's going. They're just throwing them in the air. And
- 8:17Speaker 4: by the way, they're also not aiming at military targets.
- 8:20Speaker 4: It's not like they're aiming in Israel and saying those
- 8:23Speaker 4: are soldiers, let's shoot at them. They just fire him
- 8:26Speaker 4: in the direction of Israel. And their view is if
- 8:28Speaker 4: I'm killing.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Jews, it's good, it's a good rock.
- 8:31Speaker 3: Hamas is happy if we are murdering Jews.
- 8:34Speaker 2: Well, and Hamas lies about their numbers. Yes, John Kirby
- 8:36Speaker 2: at the White House this week, he gave numbers. He
- 8:39Speaker 2: was asked about numbers, numbers that have multiple times been
- 8:43Speaker 2: proven to be lies from Hamas about their casualties, civilian casualties,
- 8:46Speaker 2: specifically trying to turn the world against Israel. And yet
- 8:49Speaker 2: he's taking these numbers as if they are truth. Take
- 8:52Speaker 2: a look at him at the White House.
- 8:54Speaker 6: I've a question about the death toll of Gaza.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Does President Biden.
- 8:57Speaker 7: Have confidence in the casualty numbers coming out Gaza. The
- 9:01Speaker 7: President watches this very very closely, and you've heard him
- 9:06Speaker 7: talk about the more than thirty thousand people that have
- 9:09Speaker 7: been killed, and he said the majority of women and children.
- 9:13Speaker 7: He's also said that's unacceptable. And as we've maintained time
- 9:17Speaker 7: and time again, the right number of civilian casualties out
- 9:19Speaker 7: to be zero. But in terms of you know what
- 9:23Speaker 7: specific number we're quoting or citing on any given day,
- 9:26Speaker 7: I mean, we're doing the best we can working with
- 9:28Speaker 7: the Israelis to ascertain the scope of the civilian suffering,
- 9:31Speaker 7: but it's obviously immense.
- 9:33Speaker 6: Is his confidence in the numbers come out of Gaza
- 9:35Speaker 6: increased since late October when he said he had no
- 9:37Speaker 6: confidence in the numbers.
- 9:39Speaker 7: You've heard the President talk about the numbers and talk
- 9:41Speaker 7: about the concern and the most important thing, aside from
- 9:45Speaker 7: obviously how tragic that is, is what we're doing to
- 9:49Speaker 7: alleviate and help improve conditions in Gaza, including through this
- 9:53Speaker 7: temporary here today.
- 9:54Speaker 2: This is how much they're pandering. It was, the numbers
- 9:56Speaker 2: are terrible. We don't trust them us, they're lying to us.
- 9:59Speaker 2: But now, well, well we need these numbers to be somewhat
- 10:01Speaker 2: high so we can justify demanding a seasfire from Israel.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Well, you know, it's interesting as you listen to John Kirby,
- 10:07Speaker 4: have you noticed that Kareem John Pierre has been utterly sidelined. Yeah,
- 10:10Speaker 4: that she's a terrible liar. And I'll give Kirby credit.
- 10:13Speaker 4: He's a much better liar than she is. He's much
- 10:15Speaker 4: more skilled at it. He sounds more reasonable as he's
- 10:19Speaker 4: sitting there repeating Hamas's propaganda, and he says, well, you've
- 10:23Speaker 4: heard Joe Biden do it many times. Yes, that's the problem.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Joe Biden amplifies hamas propaganda, and that is part of
- 10:30Speaker 4: the strategy. That's something we've talked about on this podcast
- 10:32Speaker 4: a lot. Hamas's strategy. They are not strong enough alone
- 10:36Speaker 4: to defeat Israel. Their strategy is to put out lies
- 10:40Speaker 4: and also to use human shields to have Palestinian civilian
- 10:43Speaker 4: casualties that Hamas wants. In fact, when Palestinian civilians try
- 10:48Speaker 4: to flee harms way, Hamas will stop them and say no,
- 10:51Speaker 4: we need you there to die. And the reason they
- 10:54Speaker 4: do it is they know the useful idiots will repeat it. Look, listen,
- 10:59Speaker 4: listen to Joe Biden and back again at his commencement address.
- 11:02Speaker 5: What rights of the policy and people have. I'm working
- 11:06Speaker 5: to make sure we finally get a two state solution.
- 11:09Speaker 1: The only solution, the only solution center.
- 11:13Speaker 2: So the only solution is if the terrorists are involved,
- 11:16Speaker 2: they got to have their own state. And we got
- 11:18Speaker 2: to keep saying this no matter what Hamas does, no
- 11:20Speaker 2: matter how horrific the next attack is, they have to
- 11:23Speaker 2: have his two state solution.
- 11:24Speaker 1: And that's and he said it out loud.
- 11:26Speaker 2: He said, what we've been implying here for quite some
- 11:28Speaker 2: time that this is the president of United States of
- 11:30Speaker 2: America undermining Israel every chance he gets.
- 11:32Speaker 4: And that has happened literally from day one when Joe
- 11:35Speaker 4: Biden was sworn in. Understand Joe Biden has spent his
- 11:38Speaker 4: entire career in public life, over fifty years, consistently undermining Israel.
- 11:43Speaker 4: This has been constant. Now the media repeats, O Biden's
- 11:46Speaker 4: a friend of Israel. Look, you and I talked about
- 11:48Speaker 4: in this pod before, how in nineteen eighty two, when
- 11:51Speaker 4: I was eleven years old and you were an infant,
- 11:55Speaker 4: Joe Biden was threatening to cut off weapons to Israel
- 11:59Speaker 4: in nineteen eighty two in the Senate. He has been
- 12:02Speaker 4: doing this a long long time. When he came into
- 12:05Speaker 4: the White House, they systematically attacked Israel. They also funneled
- 12:10Speaker 4: over one hundred billion dollars to Iran. They funded Iran,
- 12:14Speaker 4: They funded Hamas. Now they funded Hamas both through Iran
- 12:18Speaker 4: because ninety percent of Hamas's funding comes from Iran. They
- 12:20Speaker 4: funded Hesbela through Iran because ninety percent of Hesbela's funding
- 12:24Speaker 4: comes from Iran. But they also sent hundreds of millions
- 12:26Speaker 4: of dollars to Gaza, which they knew would go directly
- 12:30Speaker 4: to Hamas and be used for terror killings. Joe Biden,
- 12:34Speaker 4: which he somehow didn't tell this to the college kids
- 12:37Speaker 4: in the commencement address, in a very real sense, funded
- 12:39Speaker 4: the death squads that murdered Jews. And you know what,
- 12:43Speaker 4: some of those radicals if he told them I paid
- 12:46Speaker 4: for the October seventh death squads, some of those campus
- 12:49Speaker 4: radicals would cheer for that, because if you look at
- 12:51Speaker 4: what they're cheering on their takeover on campuses, they are
- 12:54Speaker 4: cheering the mass murder they are promising from the river
- 12:57Speaker 4: of the sea more October seventh, October seventh, every day.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Now here's some good news, which is we're going to
- 13:06Speaker 4: force Senate Democrats to go on record. So this past week,
- 13:10Speaker 4: the House of Representatives passed legislation to force Joe Biden
- 13:16Speaker 4: to provide the weapons to Israel that it needs to
- 13:18Speaker 4: defend itself. Now, I remember Joe Biden lied to the
- 13:20Speaker 4: American people and lied to Congress when we were having
- 13:22Speaker 4: the big fight over the supplemental a couple weeks ago.
- 13:25Speaker 4: He said, we got to do this to get weapons
- 13:26Speaker 4: to Israel as soon as Congress passes it.
- 13:29Speaker 3: What did he do?
- 13:30Speaker 4: He said, oh, we're not going to give weapons to Israel.
- 13:32Speaker 4: Psych I mean, he's like Charlie Brown with Lucy in
- 13:34Speaker 4: the football. That's exactly what he's done. So he is
- 13:37Speaker 4: blocking the weapons to Israel. And by the way, listen
- 13:41Speaker 4: to John Kirby, he's still blocking him. Give John Kirby a.
- 13:44Speaker 7: Listen son a withholding. There was a pause put in
- 13:47Speaker 7: place on a shipment of the two thousand pounds bombs
- 13:52Speaker 7: and that pause is still in place.
- 13:54Speaker 3: So it's still in place.
- 13:56Speaker 4: And by the way, do you know what they're freezing
- 13:59Speaker 4: the precision guided munitions what actually lets them hit the
- 14:03Speaker 4: terrorists and not civilians. So understand, because the Biden White
- 14:07Speaker 4: House is so unhappy about civilian deaths, they want to
- 14:09Speaker 4: take away the precision guided munitions that allow Israel to
- 14:13Speaker 4: avoid hitting civilians that only hit terrorists.
- 14:15Speaker 3: It is.
- 14:17Speaker 4: These are a bunch of Israel hating left wing radicals
- 14:23Speaker 4: that are setting government policy. The House passed legislation this
- 14:28Speaker 4: past week that would force the Biden administration to provide
- 14:31Speaker 4: the weapons that Congress has already appropriated and directed to
- 14:35Speaker 4: be given. Now in the House, virtually every single House
- 14:39Speaker 4: Democrat voted. Now, it was very close to a party
- 14:41Speaker 4: line vote. Come over to the Senate.
- 14:43Speaker 3: What do you think is going to happen in the Senate.
- 14:45Speaker 1: I'm assuming Schumer is going to say, we don't like
- 14:47Speaker 1: any of this.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Schumer has already said he will not allow a vote.
- 14:50Speaker 4: So understand Chuck Schumer. If Joe Biden is the greatest
- 14:54Speaker 4: friend Hamas and Hesbela has ever had, Chuck Schumer is
- 14:58Speaker 4: the second greatest friend Hamas and Hesbel has ever had.
- 15:01Speaker 2: And by the way, and historically, Schumer's always said, oh,
- 15:03Speaker 2: I'm an Israel guy.
- 15:04Speaker 4: He's defined himself as the defender of Israel. Yeah, and
- 15:08Speaker 4: he is right now defending Hamas and supporting Joe Biden
- 15:12Speaker 4: and cutting off weapons to Israel. Like Chuck Schumer, the
- 15:18Speaker 4: language and words he said for thirty years are all
- 15:22Speaker 4: being turned on their head because Schumer, just like Biden,
- 15:25Speaker 4: just like the rest of the Democrats, is terrified of
- 15:28Speaker 4: the radical left that is their base. Now Schumer is
- 15:32Speaker 4: majority of leader controls whether we have votes. He said,
- 15:35Speaker 4: I will not allow a vote on what the House
- 15:37Speaker 4: has passed to force the weapons to be delivered to Israel.
- 15:40Speaker 3: Here's the good news.
- 15:42Speaker 4: Last week I filed two different pieces of legislation one
- 15:46Speaker 4: legislation in the Senate to force the Biden administration to
- 15:49Speaker 4: provide those weapons to Israel.
- 15:51Speaker 3: It's called the Armact.
- 15:52Speaker 4: Now, Schumer's not going to allow a vote on that either,
- 15:54Speaker 4: he doesn't want to vote on that. But secondly, I
- 15:58Speaker 4: filed what is called Warpwers resolution focusing on the Biden
- 16:03Speaker 4: administration that has built this floating peer in Gaza. Several
- 16:06Speaker 4: hundred million dollars. It sent the military in to build
- 16:09Speaker 4: the floating peer. The purpose of the peer is to
- 16:11Speaker 4: be able to fund quote aid to Gaza to Hamas.
- 16:15Speaker 4: They basically have built this so that they can get
- 16:18Speaker 4: supplies to Hamas because Joe Biden is very focused on
- 16:22Speaker 4: resupplying Hamas while while he's boycotting Israel. Now, why does
- 16:27Speaker 4: it matter that it's a war powers resolution, Because because
- 16:30Speaker 4: the legislation, the War Powers Act, has a provision that
- 16:35Speaker 4: makes a war powers resolution privileged. Now that sounds like
- 16:38Speaker 4: a lot of Senate gobbledegook, but it's important. What it
- 16:41Speaker 4: means is I can force a vote and Schumer can't
- 16:43Speaker 4: stop it. That the Majority leader has no ability to
- 16:47Speaker 4: stop a vote once you fire file a war powers resolution,
- 16:51Speaker 4: Because what it's focusing on is cutting off US military
- 16:54Speaker 4: action without congressional authorization. And in this case, the military
- 16:58Speaker 4: is who Biden used to build theer. And by the way,
- 17:02Speaker 4: Biden is saying to Israel right now, hey, the Israeli
- 17:05Speaker 4: military's got to protect this peer that we built. You've
- 17:09Speaker 4: got a risk is Raeli soldiers to protect the peer
- 17:11Speaker 4: that is there to resupply Hamas, and we're going to
- 17:16Speaker 4: have US soldiers also at harm's way. So the War
- 17:18Speaker 4: Powers resolution within two weeks, we will have a vote
- 17:22Speaker 4: on the Senate floor, and Schumer has no means of
- 17:25Speaker 4: stopping it. By the way, it's also a voter to
- 17:27Speaker 4: threshold of fifty and not sixty, which means if two
- 17:31Speaker 4: Democrats actually decided they supported Israel, we could prevail and
- 17:35Speaker 4: pass my resolution on the floor of the Senate.
- 17:37Speaker 2: So a guy like John Fetterman, for example, who's been
- 17:39Speaker 2: very outspoken on Israel, is somebody that you could say, hey, you.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Never know, look I'm gonna try. I don't know how
- 17:46Speaker 4: he'll vote, but this is a vote. The Biden administration's
- 17:51Speaker 4: policy is they've decided they support Hamas and not Israel.
- 17:55Speaker 4: That is exactly backwards what any rational policy would be
- 17:59Speaker 4: this v I'm going to force is going to let
- 18:01Speaker 4: every Senate Democrat decide which side are you on? Do
- 18:03Speaker 4: you want to support Hamas or do you want to
- 18:05Speaker 4: support Israel. Now, my prediction is we'll lose on a
- 18:09Speaker 4: party line vote or close to party line vote. That
- 18:11Speaker 4: I think the Democrats are quite happy today being the
- 18:14Speaker 4: party that supports Hamas. That they agree with what Joe
- 18:17Speaker 4: Biden told those college kids.
- 18:20Speaker 2: And that's because their data says, if you want to
- 18:22Speaker 2: get reelected, you need younger voters, and they're afraid they're
- 18:24Speaker 2: going to stay home, but they don't go anti Israel.
- 18:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Look, part of it is political.
- 18:29Speaker 4: Part of it is as we've talked about a lot
- 18:32Speaker 4: of times, Trump broke the Democrat Party. Their minds have
- 18:36Speaker 4: melted and as a result, they are now on the
- 18:41Speaker 4: hard hard left. And the cultural Marxist worldview divides the
- 18:46Speaker 4: world into oppressors and victims, and today's Democrats believe Jews
- 18:51Speaker 4: are oppressors. And importantly, ben I did not say israelis Yeah,
- 18:55Speaker 4: great point. If you look at what the radicals on
- 18:58Speaker 4: campus are chanting, chanting about Jews. At the University of Washington,
- 19:03Speaker 4: the radicals yelled, go back to the ovens. I mean,
- 19:08Speaker 4: that's evil, it is grotesque, but that is what they
- 19:12Speaker 4: are calling for. You recall we talked about this on
- 19:16Speaker 4: an early podcast, the protest at Columbia, where you had
- 19:20Speaker 4: this Columbia student, this blonde white girl who apparently is
- 19:25Speaker 4: the daughter of multimillionaires, who was wearing a mask and
- 19:28Speaker 4: holding up a sign with an arrow pointed at Jewish
- 19:32Speaker 4: students behind her waving an Israeli flag an American flag,
- 19:35Speaker 4: and she said al Casom's next target, Alkasam is the
- 19:38Speaker 4: military arm of Hamas. She was calling for the murder
- 19:41Speaker 4: of fellow students because they are Jewish. Let me point out,
- 19:46Speaker 4: as far as we know, the Columbia students waiting the
- 19:48Speaker 4: Israeli flag were not themselves Israeli, but it didn't matter
- 19:53Speaker 4: to her. If they were Jews, they should be murdered.
- 19:56Speaker 4: And she was by all appearances not Middle Eastern, she
- 19:59Speaker 4: was Palestinian. She's just a blonde, white liberal who's been
- 20:04Speaker 4: told Jews are oppressors, so they should be killed. It
- 20:08Speaker 4: is a sickness that sadly many of the administrators in
- 20:14Speaker 4: many of the faculty not only agreed with, they are
- 20:18Speaker 4: the ones who created the sickness, who inculcated the students,
- 20:21Speaker 4: who taught the students this garbage.
- 20:25Speaker 2: There are a lot of you that listen to show
- 20:26Speaker 2: that have been asking the question, how can I get
- 20:29Speaker 2: involved and help the people in need in Israel? Well,
- 20:31Speaker 2: right now there are major needs in Israel, and IFCJ,
- 20:35Speaker 2: the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, is on the
- 20:38Speaker 2: ground right now helping those in need. You may not realize,
- 20:42Speaker 2: but there are still many parts of Israel that are
- 20:44Speaker 2: under attack, and there are many people that have had
- 20:47Speaker 2: to move out of their homes altogether. There's also another
- 20:50Speaker 2: major need, and that is for bomb shelters, and i
- 20:53Speaker 2: FCJ right now is installing these temporary bomb shelters all
- 20:58Speaker 2: over Israel. Because when that that moment happens and you
- 21:01Speaker 2: need to get to a shelter, you have about fifteen
- 21:04Speaker 2: to twenty seconds to get there. So if you want
- 21:06Speaker 2: to get involved and help the people in Israel, go
- 21:08Speaker 2: to support IFCJ dot org to give. That's one word,
- 21:14Speaker 2: support IFCJ dot org. What's amazing is what they're doing.
- 21:19Speaker 2: They're providing life saving emergency supplies for twenty people that
- 21:23Speaker 2: can huddle in a bomb shelter and The cost to
- 21:26Speaker 2: put that together and distribute these life saving kits is
- 21:29Speaker 2: about two hundred and ninety dollars each, and your gift
- 21:32Speaker 2: will help save lives. Thanks to a matching challenge gift
- 21:36Speaker 2: from a generous IFCJ supporter, your gift right now will
- 21:40Speaker 2: be doubled in impact to help provide twice the support.
- 21:44Speaker 2: So if you want to call you can do that
- 21:46Speaker 2: as well. Eight eight eight for eight eight IFCJ. That's
- 21:51Speaker 2: eight eight eight for eight eight IFCJ, or go online
- 21:56Speaker 2: to support IFCJ dot org to give right now now.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Now that's one word support, ifcjt org. Final question on this,
- 22:05Speaker 2: You know, Boebe, you understand Israel right now? How concerned
- 22:08Speaker 2: are they about not getting these munitions and being paused?
- 22:10Speaker 1: And how long could this pause last?
- 22:12Speaker 4: Look, I think Israel will fight and will continue to
- 22:15Speaker 4: fight to defeat Hamas regardless of what Biden does. Israel
- 22:18Speaker 4: is a strong nation with a strong industrial base, and
- 22:21Speaker 4: they'll continue fighting.
- 22:23Speaker 3: This is about.
- 22:24Speaker 4: Domestic politics for the Democrats. This is about Michigan. This
- 22:27Speaker 4: is about Nevada, This is about dearborn Michigan. This is
- 22:30Speaker 4: about young people. There's a reason Biden went to a
- 22:34Speaker 4: college campus to give this speech because he's trying to
- 22:38Speaker 4: speak to the radicals, the people that are waving HEZBLA
- 22:42Speaker 4: flags sadly at BioMA Mater Princeton. That's whose votes Biden wants,
- 22:47Speaker 4: that's whose votes the Democrats want, and nobody speaks with
- 22:50Speaker 4: any clarity. He didn't stand up and say, let me
- 22:53Speaker 4: tell you right now, if you threaten the safety of
- 22:55Speaker 4: another student, if you threaten to harm someone because he
- 22:59Speaker 4: or she is Jewish, you will be arrested, You will
- 23:02Speaker 4: be prosecuted, you should be expelled, and if you're a
- 23:05Speaker 4: foreign student, you will be deported. That's actually what a
- 23:08Speaker 4: real president would do. He didn't do what Dwight D.
- 23:10Speaker 4: Eisenhower did when bigoted Democrats, and by the way, it
- 23:15Speaker 4: was Democrats then too, would not let African Americans be
- 23:19Speaker 4: integrated into school.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Dwight D.
- 23:21Speaker 4: Eisenhower set in the National Guard. Joe Biden hadn't sent
- 23:24Speaker 4: in the National Guard. Joe Biden hadn't sent in the
- 23:26Speaker 4: Civil Rights to Department to protect the rights of Jewish students.
- 23:29Speaker 4: He hasn't sent in the FBI to investigate the foreign
- 23:33Speaker 4: funding we've talked about in recent podcasts. The Chinese communists
- 23:36Speaker 4: funding behind this, the Cuban communists funding behind this. Also,
- 23:40Speaker 4: how much is this tied up with international terrorist networks?
- 23:45Speaker 4: He's not investigating any of this. Instead, when given a choice,
- 23:49Speaker 4: Joe Biden, the Democrats choose Hamas over Israel.
- 23:52Speaker 3: It's tragic.
- 23:54Speaker 2: I want to move out on to something else that
- 23:56Speaker 2: also is really important. There's been a lot of conversation
- 23:59Speaker 2: around I protecting IVF. My three kids are from in Vitro.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Without it, I don't think we would have the family
- 24:06Speaker 2: we have now. It allowed us to have a family,
- 24:09Speaker 2: and it is such an important issue. You understand that
- 24:13Speaker 2: and are moving forward with some really I say, cool
- 24:17Speaker 2: legislation bipartisan to protect IVF, and that's going to be
- 24:22Speaker 2: coming up. Tell us about that and how this came about.
- 24:24Speaker 3: Well, look the broader context.
- 24:26Speaker 4: This really started to become a political issue when the
- 24:28Speaker 4: Alabama Supreme Court issued decision a couple months ago, and
- 24:32Speaker 4: that case concerned a couple who had used IVF and
- 24:36Speaker 4: had frozen embryos and the clinic negligently allowed those embryos
- 24:41Speaker 4: to be destroyed. So they were supposed to preserve those embryos,
- 24:43Speaker 4: and the clinic screwed up, and so the couple was
- 24:46Speaker 4: in a lawsuit and the Alabama Supreme Court concluded that
- 24:50Speaker 4: the embryos should be protected. And what happened was, look,
- 24:54Speaker 4: that was a decision protecting the rights of parents to
- 24:57Speaker 4: have IVF, but the media to go nuts and to say, oh, well,
- 25:02Speaker 4: this is the Alabama Supreme Court saying you can't do IVF,
- 25:06Speaker 4: and then the Democrats leapt on it and it became
- 25:08Speaker 4: a major national issue that this is all about. Republicans
- 25:13Speaker 4: want to ban IVF, which is a flat out and
- 25:15Speaker 4: total lie. And my view, I strongly and unequivocally support IVF.
- 25:20Speaker 4: I think IVF is an incredible technology. You know Bennett's
- 25:23Speaker 4: amazing two percent of all live bursts in America.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Are through IVF.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Yeah, millions of babies have been brought into the world,
- 25:32Speaker 4: have seen life, millions of parents have become moms and
- 25:35Speaker 4: dads because of IVF. It is an amazing technology and
- 25:39Speaker 4: I strongly supported And the Democrats made a very cynical
- 25:44Speaker 4: political decision, which is listen for today. For Democrats, abortion
- 25:49Speaker 4: is front and center after hating Israel, It may be
- 25:52Speaker 4: their most important issue. But Democrats also realize their position
- 25:57Speaker 4: on abortion is wildly unpopular. Crats support unlimited abortion with
- 26:02Speaker 4: zero restrictions, partial birth abortion right up until the moment
- 26:06Speaker 4: of delivery. That is so radical and extreme. Only nine
- 26:09Speaker 4: percent of Americans agree with that. Ninety one percent of
- 26:12Speaker 4: Americans say that's too much. So Democrats can't defend their
- 26:17Speaker 4: actual position, by the way, that is the position of
- 26:20Speaker 4: every single Democrat in the Senate, because they voted in
- 26:22Speaker 4: favor of legislation striking down every single restriction on abortion
- 26:27Speaker 4: right up until the moment of birth. So what they
- 26:29Speaker 4: do instead is they want to talk about IVF and
- 26:31Speaker 4: they want to say, ooh, the big bad Republicans.
- 26:34Speaker 3: Want to take away IVF.
- 26:36Speaker 4: And so they engage deliberately in deception, and then the
- 26:40Speaker 4: corporate media is eagerly complicit in doing so because they
- 26:46Speaker 4: share the same radical views on abortion that they don't
- 26:49Speaker 4: want to talk about the radical views, so they want
- 26:51Speaker 4: to talk instead about IVF. Well, today I've introduced legislation
- 26:54Speaker 4: in the Senate called the IVF Protection Act. I teamed
- 26:57Speaker 4: up with Katie Britt, Senator from Alabama, she's a good friend.
- 27:01Speaker 4: The two of us have drafted it. It's very simple legislation.
- 27:04Speaker 4: It's straightforward, and it says that no state or local
- 27:08Speaker 4: government can ban IVF that IVF is fully protected at
- 27:12Speaker 4: the federal level, that it will be a decision of
- 27:15Speaker 4: parents if you want to have children using IVF, that
- 27:18Speaker 4: will be a federally protected right. This bill should be easily.
- 27:24Speaker 3: A bipartisan bill.
- 27:26Speaker 4: This bill, if enacted and written into law, would put
- 27:30Speaker 4: into law the protections that protect Look, look, your kids
- 27:36Speaker 4: came through IVF.
- 27:37Speaker 3: What did that mean mean to you? What did that
- 27:40Speaker 3: mean for your family?
- 27:41Speaker 1: I mean it got to be a father and my
- 27:43Speaker 1: wife got to be a mother.
- 27:44Speaker 2: And we tried for four years to have kids, and
- 27:46Speaker 2: you keep going to doctors, and you keep going to
- 27:48Speaker 2: these visits, and then finally they're like, look, we think
- 27:50Speaker 2: probably your only option is going to be IVF.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Let's hope this works.
- 27:53Speaker 2: And we went through it and we prayed, and you
- 27:56Speaker 2: saved money because it wasn't covered by insurance. It's very
- 27:58Speaker 2: expensive and it was one of those It was probably
- 28:01Speaker 2: the hardest time I think in our life, in our
- 28:03Speaker 2: marriage because you know, my wife want to be a mom.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Yeah, that's and when you.
- 28:08Speaker 4: Go that's a huge part of both of your lives
- 28:10Speaker 4: and and everything your legacy as much as you do
- 28:17Speaker 4: in life nothing will be important than the children you
- 28:20Speaker 4: raise and the legacy that goes forward.
- 28:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and you've got to protect it. I'm thankful that
- 28:24Speaker 2: you're doing this. I'm thankful that you're teaming up. I
- 28:26Speaker 2: hope that Democrats will say this is a non political
- 28:29Speaker 2: issue and we should push for this because everybody needs
- 28:33Speaker 2: to be able to have this and that wright and
- 28:34Speaker 2: be protected.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Have you heard from Democrats? Are they going to get
- 28:38Speaker 1: on board? Because this doesn't seem political to me.
- 28:40Speaker 2: I know so many people that have voted for Joe
- 28:42Speaker 2: Biden that have done IVF, voted for Bernie Sanders that
- 28:45Speaker 2: did IVF.
- 28:46Speaker 1: It's not political. It's one to have a family.
- 28:48Speaker 4: So we filed the legislation today. Today, Katie Britt and
- 28:51Speaker 4: I have an op ed in the Wall Street Journal,
- 28:53Speaker 4: So you should go and read the op ed we
- 28:54Speaker 4: wrote in the Wall Street Journal. It's in today's journal today.
- 28:59Speaker 4: I'm I'm in New York on Monday. I'm going to
- 29:01Speaker 4: be in New York City with Katie. We're going to
- 29:03Speaker 4: do a number of media interviews starting early in the
- 29:05Speaker 4: morning talking about this legislation. I think it is really
- 29:08Speaker 4: important legislation. This should be legislation that passes the Senate
- 29:13Speaker 4: one hundred and nothing. Every senator agrees with the substate policy.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Katie and I are going to try to pass it,
- 29:20Speaker 4: and we're going to go to the Senate floor and
- 29:22Speaker 4: seek to pass it. And what I do not know
- 29:25Speaker 4: is if the Democrats will block it. And if they
- 29:27Speaker 4: block it, it would be, even for today's Democrat party,
- 29:32Speaker 4: an incredibly cynical move, because what it would be is
- 29:36Speaker 4: the Democrats saying, you know what, we want to have
- 29:39Speaker 4: the issue. We want to accuse Republicans of trying to
- 29:42Speaker 4: ban IVF, and so we're going to prevent you from
- 29:46Speaker 4: protecting IVF so we can say you want to ban it,
- 29:48Speaker 4: so then we can falsely claim you want to ban it.
- 29:51Speaker 4: That would be the only conceivable reason the Democrats could
- 29:54Speaker 4: object is if they do not want to protect IVF. Now,
- 29:58Speaker 4: the Democrats have their own bill that claim is about IVF,
- 30:01Speaker 4: but it actually is an abortion bill focused on their
- 30:04Speaker 4: broader abortion agenda, and they know that this is a
- 30:06Speaker 4: very narrow bill that puts in clear, ironclad protections for IVF.
- 30:13Speaker 4: As I said, every senator, Republican and Democrat agrees with
- 30:16Speaker 4: that policy. So the only question is will the Democrats
- 30:21Speaker 4: play politics so much that they will oppose a policy
- 30:24Speaker 4: that they agree with because they don't want to give
- 30:26Speaker 4: up on the issue. I don't know. I hope not,
- 30:29Speaker 4: but we'll see. We'll see what the Democrat reaction to
- 30:32Speaker 4: it is.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Is this one of those moments where vertical listeners, people
- 30:36Speaker 2: that share this show on social media should definitely reach
- 30:38Speaker 2: out to their senators and say, hey, this is a nonpartisan,
- 30:41Speaker 2: non political issue we're asking to support it, and call
- 30:45Speaker 2: with that spirit in mind to their senator no matter
- 30:47Speaker 2: where they live.
- 30:48Speaker 4: Absolutely, yes, Look, this is something IVF has support. Nearly
- 30:52Speaker 4: ninety percent of American support IVF. IVF is profoundly profamily
- 30:57Speaker 4: is it is a miracle. Look for most of human
- 30:59Speaker 4: hell history, if parents are not able to conceive that
- 31:03Speaker 4: they're just left childless and in sorrow, and it is
- 31:07Speaker 4: through the miracles of science that that that that parents
- 31:10Speaker 4: who struggle with infertility are able to be moms and
- 31:16Speaker 4: dads and raise raise babies and children. That that is
- 31:19Speaker 4: a wonderful, beautiful thing. And and and I hope we
- 31:23Speaker 4: see some bipartisan unity the next week or two.
- 31:27Speaker 3: We'll find out.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Center.
- 31:29Speaker 2: I hope you have great success on this built We're
- 31:30Speaker 2: going to keep everybody updated on it as it moves forward. Finally,
- 31:34Speaker 2: I do have to call out the media. This week
- 31:37Speaker 2: was one heck of a week in New York City
- 31:39Speaker 2: where you're headed. Uh And it made me laugh because
- 31:42Speaker 2: the media now seems to be hedging their bets that
- 31:45Speaker 2: Donald Trump may win in a New York court because
- 31:49Speaker 2: of the disaster that's been this trial with brag at
- 31:51Speaker 2: the end and with Cohen, to the point where even
- 31:54Speaker 2: CNN said this, take a look.
- 31:56Speaker 8: If I'm enjoying, I've been warned that Michael Cohen lawes.
- 31:59Speaker 8: The prosecutors have said this, They've set it up. I'm
- 32:01Speaker 8: prepared for that. I'm prepared for. He's lied in the
- 32:04Speaker 8: past repeatedly. I don't know if a jury is prepared
- 32:08Speaker 8: for he lied to this jury two days ago, but
- 32:12Speaker 8: now he's really telling the truth.
- 32:14Speaker 6: If you have a cooperating witness that can't tell the
- 32:16Speaker 6: truth of a plea allocution, that means that that witness
- 32:19Speaker 6: is basically worthless.
- 32:20Speaker 8: He test fright. He lied to the judge in this
- 32:24Speaker 8: priority case.
- 32:25Speaker 6: And then Todd blanches cross examination. So basically, whenever you
- 32:27Speaker 6: get into a problem, it's always blamed somebody else. Blame
- 32:30Speaker 6: President Trump, blame the judge. How many places do you
- 32:33Speaker 6: have to go where this guy has lied many times
- 32:36Speaker 6: under oath and it's always somebody else's fault, it's not
- 32:39Speaker 6: his fault. And that's pretty powerful evidence to a jury
- 32:43Speaker 6: to say, you shouldn't believe anything this guy says. And
- 32:45Speaker 6: if you have to rely on his testimony in any
- 32:47Speaker 6: fashion whatsoever in order to convict Donald Trump, ie, in
- 32:51Speaker 6: order to fix Donald Trump's intent, you have a reasonable doubt.
- 32:54Speaker 6: You can't have anything else but a reasonable doubt.
- 32:57Speaker 2: Seven people are on that panel. Seven And this is
- 33:00Speaker 2: how they've been covering the Trump trial the entire time.
- 33:02Speaker 2: It's the center of the world for Democrats. They wanted
- 33:05Speaker 2: to be guilty. They've gone all in with their most
- 33:07Speaker 2: brilliant minds, and now at the very end they're like, yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 2: it's probably not gonna happen because this guy's.
- 33:11Speaker 1: A liar and the whole case is a joke.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Look, they are obsessed with the Trump trial.
- 33:16Speaker 4: CNN covers it from from dawn to dust, constantly, breathlessly.
- 33:20Speaker 4: They get so excited when Stormy Daniels is on the
- 33:23Speaker 4: stand and talking about sex with the president. Oh, that
- 33:26Speaker 4: that makes their their their cold little hearts go pitter
- 33:30Speaker 4: Pat's at CNN. But it says something when even Cianna
- 33:35Speaker 4: is like, wow, this case is weak and it only
- 33:37Speaker 4: takes one. They are getting very, very nervous. And and
- 33:42Speaker 4: here play the second clip. Anderson, let me ask you,
- 33:44Speaker 4: if I could put you in the jury box, having
- 33:47Speaker 4: just witnessed that piece of cross examination, do you.
- 33:50Speaker 2: Have doubts that that conversation happened the way Michael.
- 33:53Speaker 8: Cohen testified on his direct examination that I think it's
- 33:58Speaker 8: absolutely absolutely, I think devastating. I mean for Michael Cones's
- 34:02Speaker 8: credibility on this, I mean, in this one particular topic,
- 34:04Speaker 8: whether it's you know, he just didn't. I mean, it's
- 34:08Speaker 8: it's hard to I don't know. Yes, I think if
- 34:12Speaker 8: I was a juror in this case watching that, I
- 34:15Speaker 8: would think this guy's making this up as he's going along, right,
- 34:18Speaker 8: or he's making this particular story up. You know, Todd
- 34:22Speaker 8: Blams was pointing out you were testifying just on Tuesday
- 34:26Speaker 8: in this court, you know, and all morning along he's
- 34:30Speaker 8: been pointing out, you know, inconsistencies in Michael Conees's testimony,
- 34:35Speaker 8: or at least questionable aspects of Michael Cone's testimony, but
- 34:39Speaker 8: nothing that you would necessarily as a juror think, Okay,
- 34:42Speaker 8: that's clearly a lie. Maybe that's just a miss he
- 34:46Speaker 8: was misunderstanding, or you know, he was bragging or whatever.
- 34:51Speaker 1: This one.
- 34:52Speaker 8: Todd Blam's clearly saved this to write before the lunch break.
- 34:56Speaker 8: I'm assuming because it was just so well pres and
- 35:01Speaker 8: just point by point walking through the story, which at
- 35:04Speaker 8: first seemed you know why this seems like a ridico's story.
- 35:08Speaker 8: It's some fourteen year old at sending him, you know,
- 35:10Speaker 8: nasty text messages and he's gonna call it Keith Schiller
- 35:13Speaker 8: about it. And then you realize you look at that
- 35:15Speaker 8: he showed the phone lines that the prosecutor had shown,
- 35:18Speaker 8: and it's the phone call that that that that Michael
- 35:21Speaker 8: Cohen had previously talked about. I think it is severely
- 35:24Speaker 8: damaging to Michael Cohnes's testimony.
- 35:26Speaker 2: I mean, this has got to be like their worst
- 35:28Speaker 2: day ever at CNN went to watch this and they're saying,
- 35:30Speaker 2: they're going, look, Mike Cohen's a liar.
- 35:32Speaker 1: The whole case is a shanged.
- 35:33Speaker 3: Look.
- 35:33Speaker 4: I'm actually wondering if CNN, like like if the hosts
- 35:36Speaker 4: had become day drinkers now, like like if they're slamming
- 35:39Speaker 4: back to Kila shots, the sadness that they're saying it now,
- 35:43Speaker 4: now listen to be clear, Trump could still be convicted. Sure,
- 35:47Speaker 4: this is a wildly left wing prosecutor, this is a
- 35:49Speaker 4: wildly left wing judge, and this is a jury drawn
- 35:52Speaker 4: from a New York jury pool, so presumably it is
- 35:55Speaker 4: an overwhelmingly democrat jury. I don't believe any conviction. If
- 36:00Speaker 4: there is one, we'll stand up on appeal. But look,
- 36:03Speaker 4: given how bad things went, we could see an acquittal.
- 36:06Speaker 2: So if you're like me and you love to go shooting,
- 36:09Speaker 2: you're a hunter, maybe you just like to practice shooting.

- 38:17Speaker 2: on the stand before the end of this trial?
- 38:20Speaker 4: Absolutely not? Zero points zero zero zero percent chance?
- 38:24Speaker 3: Why uh?
- 38:25Speaker 4: Number one, the criminal defendant has no burden approof It
- 38:28Speaker 4: is the prosecution that has the burden of proof. The
- 38:31Speaker 4: prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the
- 38:35Speaker 4: defendant committed the crime.
- 38:37Speaker 3: Number two.
- 38:38Speaker 4: Any defendant has a Fifth Amendment right protected in the
- 38:40Speaker 4: Constitution not to testify at his own trial, and most
- 38:44Speaker 4: defendants choose not to. But number three, for any lawyer
- 38:48Speaker 4: to put Donald J. Trump on the stand under oath
- 38:52Speaker 4: and to open him up to cross examination, and by
- 38:55Speaker 4: the way, cross examination about damn near anything, particularly with
- 38:58Speaker 4: a left wing judge who's a partisan, who is not
- 39:01Speaker 4: going to corral in the cross examination, you are inviting disaster.
- 39:06Speaker 4: To be clear, there is no chance Donald Trump would
- 39:09Speaker 4: be put on the stand. It would be lunacy to
- 39:12Speaker 4: do so. I don't know if the Trump team will
- 39:14Speaker 4: have other witnesses they put on or not. They might,
- 39:16Speaker 4: they might not, but it is an absolute certainty Trump
- 39:20Speaker 4: will not be one of them.
- 39:22Speaker 3: And hopefully this circus will be over soon.
