One Year Anniversary-No Alcohol

Sept.25 will be one year since I had a drink. I was a functional drinker, and I stopped because I want to remain healthy. Someone scared me by telling me about their parent, who was healthy his whole life, and then one day had back pain, and is now on dialysis and waiting for a kidney transplant.That was enough to make me want to stop drinking.I am planning to step up my crusuade another notch now, and get into physical fitness.
