- 0:01Hi everyone, this is Dina from Mentor365 and good evening by the way.
- 0:07This is Season 2, Episode 4, Listening to Your Intuition.
- 0:12So welcome back, we're going to talk about something that has always been with
- 0:16you. Even in the moments when you feel doubted.
- 0:20Something quiet but powerful.
- 0:23Something gentle but deeply protected. So today we're going to talk about intuition.
- 0:28Your intuition is that inner voice, the feeling, that knowing,
- 0:32that does not always come with explanation, but always come with truth.
- 0:38It's the moment you feel something is off, even when everything looks right on the outside.
- 0:44So it's a sense of peace when you feel when something aligns with your past.
- 0:51And you pause and hesitate and you nudge.
- 0:54You know the clarity that shows up before logic
- 0:58has time to catch up right so the
- 1:02truth is your intuition has been speaking to your
- 1:04entire life so the question is not whether it existed or not but the question
- 1:11is whether you have learned to trust it so for many people trusting intuition
- 1:16becomes very difficult because of their past experiences maybe you were taught
- 1:21to ignore your feelings.
- 1:23Maybe you were told you were overthinking or being too sensitive.
- 1:27Maybe you learned to prioritize other people's opinion over your own inner voice.
- 1:32Over time, that can create distance between you and yourself.
- 1:36So when you begin to second guess what you feel,
- 1:41You begin to look outside for the answers that already existed within you.
- 1:47But healing reconnects you. As you grow, as you become more self-aware.
- 1:54You begin to understand your patterns and your emotions.
- 1:57Some things shift. You start noticing that your intuition was never wrong.
- 2:03It may have been quiet, but always there.
- 2:07And try to guide you away from what was not you or for you.
- 2:12Try to lead you towards what was meant for you. And now you are learning how to listen.
- 2:18So listening to your intuition requires stillness.
- 2:23It requires slowing down long enough to hear yourself.
- 2:27In a world where we live constantly, demands your attention,
- 2:32your energy, and your decisions.
- 2:34It can be easy to move too quickly or your intuition doesn't rush, doesn't shout.
- 2:43It speaks calm, steady ways. And when you give yourself some space,
- 2:48you begin to recognize its voice.
- 2:52So one way to strengthen your intuition is by paying attention to how things
- 2:57feel, not just how they look. So everything carries energy, people,
- 3:03environment, opportunities, conversation.
- 3:05You can feel when something is aligned and when something is not at all.
- 3:10You can feel when something brings peace and when something creates tension. That feeling matters.
- 3:16Your body often recognizes the truth before your mind does.
- 3:22And another important part of intuition is learning the difference between fear and guidance.
- 3:29Fear is loud, it's urgent, it's overwhelming, and can become often from past
- 3:35wounds, insecurity, or the need to protect yourself from imagining the outcome.
- 3:41So intuition, on the other hand, is calm, steady.
- 3:45You don't have to panic. It simply knows. the more
- 3:49you practice listening the clearer this difference
- 3:52becomes so trusting your intuition also means being willing to act on it and
- 3:59one thing to feel something and another thing is to honor it sometimes your
- 4:05intuition will guide you to walk away from something that doesn't look good on paper,
- 4:11but does not feel right in your spirit.
- 4:14So sometimes it will encourage you to take a step forward when you feel not certain.
- 4:21Sometimes it will ask you to
- 4:23wait, to be patient, to trust the timing instead of forcing the outcome.
- 4:29So that takes courage. Because
- 4:33not everyone will understand decisions when you
- 4:36are led by intuition not everything
- 4:39will make sense to others but your life is not meant
- 4:42to be lived based on external approval it
- 4:46meant to live in alignment with who you are becoming when you trust your intuition
- 4:52you begin to move differently you stop chasing things that are not meant for
- 4:57you you stop forcing connections that don't feel natural you stop ignoring.
- 5:05Ignoring the red flags,
- 5:08like you know, you stop ignoring the red flags and you stop abandoning yourself
- 5:12in the seat of comfort and instead you chose alignment, you choose peace,
- 5:18you choose clarity and over time this builds confidence.
- 5:24So not the kind of confidence that depends on your validation,
- 5:28but the kind that comes from knowing you can trust yourself again,
- 5:32the kind that allows you to walk away without feeling guilty,
- 5:36the kind that allows you to say yes without fear, and the kind that allows you
- 5:41to move forward with quiet assurance, even when the path is not fully visible.
- 5:47As you continue your journey of healing forward, I want you to remember this.
- 5:52You are not lost. You are not confused. You are not disconnected.
- 5:56You are learning how to listen again. Your intuition is not something you need to find.
- 6:02It's something you need to return to.
- 6:05So give yourself permission to slow down.
- 6:07Give yourself permission to feel. Give yourself permission to trust what sense,
- 6:12even when it cannot be explained.
- 6:16Give yourself permission to choose yourself, even when it feels uncomfortable.
- 6:19Because every time you listen to your intuition, you strengthen your relationship
- 6:25with yourself and that relationship is the foundation for everything in your life.
- 6:30You are guided, you are supported and you already have the wisdom that you are
- 6:36searching for. So trust it.
- 6:38Thanks again for listening. Have a great night.
