Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / TRUMP INDICTMENT: Everything You Need to Know about the Biden DOJ's Latest Corrupt Attack
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is verdict to with Senator Ted Cruz Ben
- 0:04Speaker 1: Ferguson with you. Donald Trump. He announced it. I've been
- 0:07Speaker 1: indicted apparently. It's a seven count indictment that has rocked
- 0:12Speaker 1: the media world, and really it is shocked to the
- 0:15Speaker 1: country center your reaction to this at former president being
- 0:19Speaker 1: indicted for a second time now by the special counsel
- 0:23Speaker 1: Jack Smith.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Well, Ben, you and I are talking. It is twelve
- 0:27Speaker 2: oh one am Friday morning. I was on an airplane
- 0:30Speaker 2: when this indictment happened. I was flying back to the
- 0:32Speaker 2: great state of Texas. So I'm in Texas now. And
- 0:35Speaker 2: when I landed, I discovered what had been heavily leaked,
- 0:39Speaker 2: had been heavily foreshadowed that Donald Trump was going.
- 0:42Speaker 3: To be indicted today.
- 0:44Speaker 2: I have to say today is a very sad day
- 0:48Speaker 2: in American history. It is a shameful day in American history.
- 0:54Speaker 2: It is a disgraceful day in American history. Look, our
- 0:59Speaker 2: constitution is bablish as a system of justice. Where number one,
- 1:04Speaker 2: we have had for forty six presidents consistently a peaceful
- 1:09Speaker 2: transfer of power, with each president leaving office on January twentieth,
- 1:14Speaker 2: At least in the modern times, and each new president
- 1:18Speaker 2: coming in on January twentieth. We have never in over
- 1:23Speaker 2: two centuries of our nation's history had a new president
- 1:28Speaker 2: who launched the entire Department of Justice, the entire machinery
- 1:31Speaker 2: of Justice, on a vendetta to persecute, to attack, to investigate,
- 1:37Speaker 2: to indict, to try to throw in jail the former president, who,
- 1:44Speaker 2: it should be noted, is also currently the leading contender
- 1:48Speaker 2: on the Republican side to run against the current president.
- 1:52Speaker 2: That has never happened at any point, no matter how
- 1:55Speaker 2: bad the vitriol is gotten. Nobody has tried to do that.
- 2:02Speaker 2: And part of the reason nobody has tried to do
- 2:04Speaker 2: that is for the vast majority of the history of
- 2:07Speaker 2: our country, no Department of Justice would go along with it.
- 2:09Speaker 2: No attorney general would countenance being turned into a political
- 2:15Speaker 2: weapon to attack your political opponent. The result of today,
- 2:23Speaker 2: Merrick Garland is going to go down in disgrace as
- 2:28Speaker 2: the most partisan and political attorney general in our nation's history.
- 2:32Speaker 2: And Joe Biden and the Biden White House has decided
- 2:36Speaker 2: to hell with democracy. By the way, today is an
- 2:40Speaker 2: assault on democracy. You know, one of the things about
- 2:43Speaker 2: the left, the language they use. They inevitably accuse their
- 2:49Speaker 2: opponents of doing what they are doing. So right now,
- 2:53Speaker 2: democrats piously frame themselves as defenders of democracy. Today is
- 3:01Speaker 2: a slap in the face of democracy, because what today
- 3:04Speaker 2: the Biden administration is saying is to hell with you, voters.
- 3:08Speaker 2: We're worried that the voters might decide they want to
- 3:12Speaker 2: re elect Donald Trump, and so we're not going to
- 3:15Speaker 2: let the voters do that. We're going to bring a prosecution.
- 3:19Speaker 2: And let me be clear, Look, we don't know the
- 3:20Speaker 2: details of the prosecution. This indictment is still sealed, but
- 3:24Speaker 2: the Biden DOJ is nothing if not political, so they
- 3:27Speaker 2: leak like crazy. So we have pretty good intel on
- 3:31Speaker 2: what the claims are. Now, I will say this this
- 3:36Speaker 2: podcast has said for a long time, over and over again.
- 3:39Speaker 2: I've been telling Verdict listeners, Merrick Garland wants to indict
- 3:43Speaker 2: Donald Trump. He intends to indict Donald Trump. Came into
- 3:47Speaker 2: office with the plan to indict Donald Trump. I'm going
- 3:51Speaker 2: to point out those predictions.
- 3:52Speaker 3: We're all entirely right.
- 3:54Speaker 2: I also predicted on this podcast as we discussed that,
- 3:58Speaker 2: I said, look, the indictment is not just going to
- 4:02Speaker 2: be for possession of classified documents. After you're out of office.
- 4:07Speaker 2: That I believe had been the plan. That I believe
- 4:09Speaker 2: had been what Garland wanted to do, But then he
- 4:13Speaker 2: ran into an enormous political complication. It's not as much
- 4:17Speaker 2: a legal complication as it is a political complication, which
- 4:22Speaker 2: is that Joe Biden was discovered having done the same
- 4:25Speaker 2: thing over and over and over again, that he had
- 4:27Speaker 2: classified documents it seems in every house he owns, and
- 4:30Speaker 2: he owns houses all over the place, including most laughably
- 4:35Speaker 2: classified documents just sitting in a box at his garage
- 4:38Speaker 2: next to his corvette. Suddenly Merrit Garland had a problem,
- 4:44Speaker 2: which is if he indicts Trump just on the possession
- 4:48Speaker 2: of classified documents after he's out of office, well, Joe
- 4:52Speaker 2: Biden has done the same thing. And so what we
- 4:56Speaker 2: predicted on this podcast is that Garland would indict Trump
- 5:01Speaker 2: for obstruction of justice instead that he would indict Trump
- 5:05Speaker 2: for lying.
- 5:08Speaker 3: About the documents.
- 5:10Speaker 2: That because Garland wouldn't indict Biden over it, he was
- 5:17Speaker 2: not saying was a crime. Well, it turned out that
- 5:19Speaker 2: prediction was mostly right, but not entirely right. So what
- 5:23Speaker 2: it appears to be the case is the DOJ's indicting
- 5:26Speaker 2: Trump for everything.
- 5:26Speaker 3: They just threw the kitchen sink at him.
- 5:29Speaker 2: So they're indicting him for apparently eighteen USC. Section seven
- 5:34Speaker 2: ninety three E, which is obstructing an official proceeding, eighteen USC.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Section fifteen twelve C, which is conspiracy to obstruct justice
- 5:46Speaker 2: eighteen USC. Section fifteen nineteen, and also making a materrely
- 5:51Speaker 2: false statement pursuing to eighteen USC. Section one thousand and one.
- 5:56Speaker 2: And so they're throwing all of this. They're doing obstruction
- 5:59Speaker 2: of justice, but they are also focusing on the confidential
- 6:04Speaker 2: documents that are doing both. This indictment is garbage. This
- 6:09Speaker 2: is a political attack. It is a political attack from
- 6:13Speaker 2: a thoroughly corrupted and weaponized Department of Justice, and it's
- 6:19Speaker 2: a sad day for America.
- 6:20Speaker 1: I got to ask you about the timing of this,
- 6:22Speaker 1: and this is one of the questions that so many
- 6:24Speaker 1: people are asking, and I want to get your take.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Center the very same day that the FBI agreed to
- 6:32Speaker 1: allow members of the Oversight Committee to review the documents
- 6:36Speaker 1: that are allegedly tying Joe Biden to a five million
- 6:40Speaker 1: dollar bribery scheme with a foreign national, President Trump is
- 6:44Speaker 1: informed that he's going to be indicted by the Biden
- 6:47Speaker 1: Department of Justice. I don't believe that's by accident.
- 6:51Speaker 3: Do you no?
- 6:54Speaker 2: And let me say the hypocrisy is massive. I'm sure
- 7:01Speaker 2: you've seen what Biden said when asked about that, and
- 7:07Speaker 2: and actually let's let let's play it right now, because
- 7:09Speaker 2: I want to point out what Biden's response was when
- 7:14Speaker 2: he was asked about the evidence that he was personally
- 7:18Speaker 2: implicated in a five million dollar bribery scheme. I'm supposed
- 7:22Speaker 2: to walk off the stage.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Wait wait, wait, wait, wait wait.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Wait issue Farmers flew and Nancy May says, there's damning.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Evidence that the outfile that you sold out the country.
- 7:32Speaker 2: Give response to the progression Republicans, where's the money to
- 7:39Speaker 2: a bunch of momarke.
- 7:41Speaker 1: It's a bunch of malarkey centater we. By the way,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I can't believe he said that. The comms team, I'm
- 7:46Speaker 1: sure was freaking out the fact that he even asked
- 7:49Speaker 1: that question. Where's the money? We know where the damn
- 7:51Speaker 1: money is. We know where it is from the bank accounts,
- 7:53Speaker 1: we know where it is from the suspicious activity reports.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And now members of Congress have seen where the money
- 7:58Speaker 1: went to all the different Biden family accounts and shell companies.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Well, look, that is exactly right, But I want to
- 8:06Speaker 2: step back for a minute. I want to put that
- 8:09Speaker 2: exchange which played out today in context with this shameful
- 8:14Speaker 2: indictment that came down today. Now, we've gone over two
- 8:20Speaker 2: centuries of our nation's history without any president trying to
- 8:24Speaker 2: indict his predecessor, without any president trying to indict his
- 8:29Speaker 2: potential future opponent. So look, theoretically that ought to be
- 8:35Speaker 2: a possibility. Should you possibly prosecute a former president, Yes,
- 8:43Speaker 2: but the threshold should be incredibly high. Any rational person,
- 8:49Speaker 2: anyone who respects our democratic system, anyone who respects our constitutions,
- 8:52Speaker 2: should recognize that you shouldn't be prosecuting a former president
- 8:57Speaker 2: for little tiki tak offenses, for little, little nonsense offenses.
- 9:01Speaker 2: That the threshold should be really damn high. So what
- 9:06Speaker 2: sort of things? If a president sold nuclear secrets to
- 9:11Speaker 2: our enemies, I prosecute that for a president for that.
- 9:15Speaker 2: If a president was Benedict Arnold and conspired with our
- 9:19Speaker 2: enemies against us, i'd prosecuted for a president.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Bennett Arnold wasn't a foreign president, but that's.
- 9:24Speaker 2: A great historical treason. If a president was receiving bribes
- 9:33Speaker 2: from foreign nations. That's the kind of thing you prosecuted
- 9:37Speaker 2: for a president for.
- 9:39Speaker 3: Now.
- 9:39Speaker 2: What's astonishing is Joe Biden right now is currently facing
- 9:46Speaker 2: allegations that he was personally party to a five million
- 9:51Speaker 2: dollar bribe from a foreign nation. That's a big damn deal.
- 9:54Speaker 2: That's not a small little ticki tac allegation. That's the
- 9:58Speaker 2: sort of thing people go to prison for decades for.
- 10:02Speaker 2: And his response, the smarmy, smug response, where's the money now,
- 10:10Speaker 2: Number one? Where's the money? That's something al Capone said.
- 10:14Speaker 2: That's something John Dillinger, the bank robber said, you know,
- 10:16Speaker 2: when they asked him, why do you rob banks? He said,
- 10:18Speaker 2: that's where the money is. That's something criminals say, drug
- 10:21Speaker 2: dealers say. El Choppa probably said, where's the money? You
- 10:25Speaker 2: can't find the money. But as you noted, we actually
- 10:29Speaker 2: know quite a bit about where the money went. We
- 10:33Speaker 2: know that with respect to the Chinese, that there were
- 10:37Speaker 2: millions of dollars that were paid up to twelve different
- 10:41Speaker 2: Biden family members. We know that we're with respect to
- 10:44Speaker 2: the Ukrainians, that Barisma, the natural gas company, paid Joe
- 10:50Speaker 2: Biden's son Hunter a million dollars a year, year after
- 10:54Speaker 2: year after year, eighty three thousand dollars a month. So
- 10:59Speaker 2: where's the money. That's one place the money. As we
- 11:02Speaker 2: also know that at least in the Chinese deals, that
- 11:06Speaker 2: the deals were structured with ten percent for the big
- 11:09Speaker 2: guy that would be Joe Biden, that would be the
- 11:12Speaker 2: current president. That's where the money is. And then this
- 11:15Speaker 2: five million dollar allegation. We don't know the details of it.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Why because the FBI won't make it public. The FBI
- 11:23Speaker 2: initially only showed it. Initially they said no one could
- 11:27Speaker 2: see it. Then Congress threatened to hold him in contempt.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Then the FBI said, we'll show it to James Comer
- 11:32Speaker 2: and Jamie Raskin, the chairman and ranking member. Then they
- 11:36Speaker 2: said we're not going to show it to everyone else.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Then Congress said we're going to hold you in contempt again.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Now where the FBI is, They said, we'll show it
- 11:42Speaker 2: to every member of the committee. Now, look, they're four
- 11:46Speaker 2: hundred and thirty five members of the House. Unless you're
- 11:49Speaker 2: on that committee, you haven't seen those documents. There are
- 11:51Speaker 2: a hundred members of the Senate. I haven't seen those documents,
- 11:54Speaker 2: to the best of my knowledge. No member of the
- 11:57Speaker 2: Senate other than I guess Chuck Grassley may have seen
- 12:00Speaker 2: those documents. So there may be one senator who's seen them.
- 12:03Speaker 2: If there's another, I.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Don't know of it. But where we are right now
- 12:09Speaker 3: on the.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Day, there are allegations, serious allegations of the kind of
- 12:14Speaker 2: things for which presidents and former presidents might reasonably be
- 12:19Speaker 2: indicted and prosecuted, which is taking five million dollar bribes
- 12:23Speaker 2: from four nations. Joe Biden is simultaneously mocking the allegations
- 12:29Speaker 2: where's the money, because he knows that the Democrats in
- 12:34Speaker 2: Congress don't want to figure out where it is. He
- 12:35Speaker 2: knows that his lackeys at the Department of Justice don't
- 12:38Speaker 2: want to figure out where it is, and he knows
- 12:40Speaker 2: that the lap dogs in the corporate media don't want
- 12:43Speaker 2: to figure out where it is. There are no Woodward
- 12:45Speaker 2: and Bernstein's. They don't exist anymore. You go back and
- 12:48Speaker 2: read all the president's men follow the money. If if
- 12:52Speaker 2: some reporter out there had a shred of integrity, he
- 12:56Speaker 2: would listen to Joe Biden saying where's the money, and
- 12:58Speaker 2: he would set his mission to say, I'm going to
- 13:00Speaker 2: find that money and let the American people know, and
- 13:02Speaker 2: none of them want to.
- 13:03Speaker 3: They don't care.
- 13:04Speaker 2: It doesn't matter to them if Joe Biden was receiving
- 13:08Speaker 2: bribes from foreign nations. Why, because it's all about power.
- 13:12Speaker 2: And on that same day they indict President Trump. And
- 13:16Speaker 2: are there any allegations in here that Trump received a
- 13:20Speaker 2: bribe from a foreign nation?
- 13:21Speaker 3: No?
- 13:21Speaker 2: Are there any allegations that he committed the kind of
- 13:24Speaker 2: offenses that rise the level of gravity that may maybe
- 13:27Speaker 2: maybe you'd consider indicting a foreign president. No, this is
- 13:31Speaker 2: about hatred. Merrick Garland hates Donald Trump. He blames him
- 13:36Speaker 2: because Garland wants to be on the Supreme Court. He
- 13:39Speaker 2: feels like he was robbed. And I got to say,
- 13:41Speaker 2: Garland spent twenty four years as a federal judge. He
- 13:44Speaker 2: had built a reputation for integrity. And I am hard
- 13:50Speaker 2: pressed to think of anyone in public life who has
- 13:53Speaker 2: more lit their reputation on fire than Merrick Garland because
- 13:59Speaker 2: he is happy to play political attack dog and Joe Biden,
- 14:04Speaker 2: the Democrats are all perfectly content to see it.
- 14:07Speaker 1: I got to ask you a question about Merrick Garland
- 14:09Speaker 1: and to remind people about what happened to Merrick Garland
- 14:13Speaker 1: in twenty sixteen. Before I do that, though, I want
- 14:16Speaker 1: to tell you about our friends, the Gout of Precious Metals.
- 14:18Speaker 1: If you've been saving money for a long time, you
- 14:21Speaker 1: know how frustrating it can be when it comes to
- 14:24Speaker 1: protecting your hard earned dollars, especially with what the markets
- 14:27Speaker 1: have been doing over the last year. You've seen the
- 14:28Speaker 1: bank failures, you've seen what interest rates are doing inflation. Well,
- 14:32Speaker 1: I want to tell you about a company that you
- 14:34Speaker 1: should talk to, a company you can trust, a Gust
- 14:36Speaker 1: of Precious Metals. They're different because they'll even tell you
- 14:39Speaker 1: if a gold ira isn't your answer. Now, I actually
- 14:43Speaker 1: have an account with the Gust of Precious Medals, and
- 14:45Speaker 1: the reason why is because I want to diversify my investments,
- 14:48Speaker 1: especially when the economy is like it is right now.
- 14:51Speaker 1: They're all about protecting your iras and your four oh
- 14:54Speaker 1: one ks in this crazy economy, and that is the
- 14:58Speaker 1: most important issue, especially when you're this close to retirement,
- 15:02Speaker 1: because there is no time to make up losses. So
- 15:05Speaker 1: call Augusta Precious Medals. Not only do you get their
- 15:08Speaker 1: free guide on gold, which gives you a ton of
- 15:10Speaker 1: insight into how gold ira in a four to one
- 15:12Speaker 1: k can work for you, but also they will do
- 15:15Speaker 1: a one on one web conference with you. Call them
- 15:18Speaker 1: today and protect your hard earned dollars. Eight seven seven
- 15:22Speaker 1: the number four GOLDRA eight seven seven, the number four
- 15:27Speaker 1: gold DIRA or online Augusta Precious Metals dot com. That's
- 15:32Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Metals dot Com sentata. I got to talk
- 15:36Speaker 1: about the politics of Garland.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Uh.
- 15:38Speaker 1: There was a headline and I actually went back to
- 15:41Speaker 1: look in my Merit Garland file and when there is
- 15:44Speaker 1: important stories, sometimes I'll print them and I'll put them
- 15:46Speaker 1: in a file. There was a headline back in twenty
- 15:49Speaker 1: and eighteen by NPR and it said what happened with
- 15:53Speaker 1: Merritt Garland in twenty sixteen and why it matters now?
- 15:57Speaker 1: And they went into detail about how much it happened
- 15:59Speaker 1: to him in the past two years. Many have forgotten
- 16:02Speaker 1: what happened to Garland. In other words, saying like this
- 16:04Speaker 1: man has a right to be angry. This is the
- 16:06Speaker 1: man that was nominated to fill the twenty sixteen vacancy
- 16:09Speaker 1: in the Supreme Court created by the death of Justice Scaliam,
- 16:14Speaker 1: an icon of the conservative movement. You had President Barack
- 16:18Speaker 1: Obama that quickly named Garland. He was then sixty three
- 16:20Speaker 1: to fill the seat. Garland did not get a vote,
- 16:25Speaker 1: And this article written in twenty eighteen. You got to
- 16:28Speaker 1: go back to eighteen to see this article from NPR.
- 16:31Speaker 1: They basically justified Merrick Garland being angry at the world
- 16:37Speaker 1: and knowing that he had missed his chance to be
- 16:39Speaker 1: a Supreme Court justice because of his age since he
- 16:42Speaker 1: didn't get that time. You look at that article now, Senator,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and it is a very interesting connection to what he
- 16:51Speaker 1: seems to be doing now as the Attorney General. Is
- 16:53Speaker 1: this is there a very good chances could just be
- 16:56Speaker 1: him settling the score, saying you kept this from me,
- 16:59Speaker 1: and watch what I can do with the power I
- 17:01Speaker 1: have now.
- 17:02Speaker 2: No, No, this is not just Merrick Garland.
- 17:05Speaker 3: This is Joe Biden. This is the Democrats. Merrick Garland
- 17:09Speaker 3: is not.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Is this Merrick Garland's corrupt vendetta, personal vendetta? Yes, but
- 17:16Speaker 2: he's doing it with the explicit embrace of the Biden
- 17:20Speaker 2: White House. That's why Joe Biden put them there. And
- 17:23Speaker 2: by the way, Joe Biden publicly called for the Department
- 17:27Speaker 2: of Justice to investigate Donald Trump. You know, when he
- 17:30Speaker 2: was campaigning for president Joe Biden said, I'm going to
- 17:32Speaker 2: leave DOJ alone. I'm not going to try to influence
- 17:34Speaker 2: their decisions, and yet he violated that almost immediately after
- 17:38Speaker 2: he got sworn into office, where he called on them
- 17:40Speaker 2: to go after Trump is Listen, Garland is angry and
- 17:46Speaker 2: he's he's petty, and he keeps it as a personal grudge.
- 17:51Speaker 2: Look remember the many times and we played a lot
- 17:54Speaker 2: of them on this podcast. When Garland is testified before
- 17:56Speaker 2: the Senate and I and others question him the degree
- 18:00Speaker 2: of offense, he feels.
- 18:02Speaker 3: How dare you question me?
- 18:05Speaker 2: It's this self righteous entitlement that I don't report to anybody,
- 18:10Speaker 2: I don't answer to anybody. I am the attorney general.
- 18:14Speaker 3: To hell with the law.
- 18:15Speaker 2: He picks which laws to follow, he ignores the laws
- 18:18Speaker 2: he doesn't want to follow, and he has this absolute
- 18:23Speaker 2: view of on accountability and self righteousness. But it's not
- 18:29Speaker 2: just him. It is a mistake to think this is
- 18:33Speaker 2: just a rogue attorney general. By the way, if it
- 18:35Speaker 2: were a rogue attorney general, Joe Biden could fire him.
- 18:39Speaker 3: This was obvious. This was coming.
- 18:41Speaker 2: By the way, if it were also a rogue attorney
- 18:44Speaker 2: general and a rogue FBI director. You know what Joe
- 18:47Speaker 2: Biden could do, direct the FBI hand over the evidence
- 18:52Speaker 2: concerning the allegations that I was involved in bribery. If
- 18:55Speaker 2: Biden were innocent, he wouldn't say where's the money, This
- 19:01Speaker 2: is malarkey. He'd say, these allegations are false, these allegations
- 19:06Speaker 2: are serious, their lies, and I want all the information
- 19:09Speaker 2: made public to show that I'm innocent. That's what he
- 19:11Speaker 2: would say. He's not saying that because he knows that
- 19:17Speaker 2: his loyal partisan Democrat lackeys of the Department of Justice
- 19:22Speaker 2: will cover it up. They will stonewall, they will block it,
- 19:25Speaker 2: and at the same time they will go after Donald
- 19:29Speaker 2: Trump with everything they have. They were slowed down. They'd
- 19:32Speaker 2: hoped to indict him earlier, but then suddenly the unexpected
- 19:37Speaker 2: accident of Joe Biden storing classified documents all over the
- 19:41Speaker 2: place made that more complicated. But this, at the end
- 19:46Speaker 2: of the day, is a political attack. It is not legal,
- 19:50Speaker 2: It is not the rule of law. It is not
- 19:52Speaker 2: enforcing justice. It is DOJ acting as the opposition arm
- 19:58Speaker 2: of the DNC, attacking their opponent. And I got to say,
- 20:03Speaker 2: as someone who reveres our Department of Justice and the
- 20:08Speaker 2: role it is played in the history of our nation
- 20:10Speaker 2: for ensuring the fair and impartial administration of justice. Today
- 20:17Speaker 2: is a shocking and sad day if.
- 20:20Speaker 1: You're keeping score, Senator, and this is the part that
- 20:23Speaker 1: enrages so many people that are listening. You've got Hunter
- 20:28Speaker 1: Biden and everything that he's done. Zero indictments, the Big Guy,
- 20:33Speaker 1: zero indictments, the Quintons and everything that we now know
- 20:37Speaker 1: about the four investigations that were shut down into them,
- 20:40Speaker 1: and not only those investigations, but also her classified documents
- 20:45Speaker 1: and the email server. The list goes on and on.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Zero indictments. You put all these together, and then you
- 20:53Speaker 1: see what they're doing to Donald J. Trump. There's a
- 20:56Speaker 1: question that you got to ask, is.
- 20:58Speaker 2: And by the way, there's one. There's one other I
- 21:01Speaker 2: want to mention, Ben Sure, So, who is the most
- 21:04Speaker 2: vulnerable Democrat in the US Senate right now in the ballot?
- 21:09Speaker 1: Who is it?
- 21:10Speaker 2: Joe Mantioned from West Virginia, unequivocally, clearly, indisputably Joe Manchin,
- 21:16Speaker 2: incumbent Democrat. Senator Trump carried West Virginia by thirty nine
- 21:20Speaker 2: points Manchin. Most handicappers believe he is likely to lose
- 21:27Speaker 2: now mansion right now is facing one of two opponents.
- 21:29Speaker 2: He's either facing Jim Justice, who's the incumbent governor. He
- 21:33Speaker 2: had been a Democrat, he shifted to Republican he's running,
- 21:37Speaker 2: or Alex Mooney. Alex Mooney is a congressman. He's a
- 21:39Speaker 2: strong conservative. I like Alex Mooney a lot. I've endorsed
- 21:42Speaker 2: Alex Mooney. I think he's the stronger conservative in the
- 21:45Speaker 2: stronger candidate. I hope Alex wins. But what did doj
- 21:50Speaker 2: do in the last few days? In the last few days,
- 21:54Speaker 2: the Department of Justice announced that it was bringing a
- 21:58Speaker 2: civil case again against Jim Justice's son and the companies
- 22:03Speaker 2: that he ran, the coal companies that he ran, bringing
- 22:06Speaker 2: the against the multiple cases targeting Jim Justice's son. It
- 22:12Speaker 2: was so you literally have DJ saying, who's the opponent
- 22:16Speaker 2: of the most vulnerable Democrat senator, Let's go bring a
- 22:19Speaker 2: case against their son, within hours of them saying, oh,
- 22:25Speaker 2: and let's indict for President Trump, who is also the
- 22:29Speaker 2: leading Republican candidate right now for president. Like, it is
- 22:33Speaker 2: a level of absolute shamelessness, I tweeted out. I said, look,
- 22:38Speaker 2: in related news, the DNC has closed down it's it's
- 22:41Speaker 2: headquarters in Washington, d C. And simply moved into the
- 22:44Speaker 2: fifth floor of the DOJ building because they had an
- 22:48Speaker 2: empty conference room and they figured they might as well
- 22:50Speaker 2: share administrative costs.
- 22:51Speaker 3: This is I don't.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Understand an attorney general that that just says, I'm a Democrat.
- 23:00Speaker 2: I've got a bunch of prosecutors under my control, and
- 23:02Speaker 2: our job is to indict anyone who's a problem for
- 23:05Speaker 2: Democrats and to attack Republicans. The degree to which they
- 23:09Speaker 2: are lighting on fire the integrity of the Department of
- 23:12Speaker 2: Justice and the FBI is heartbreaking and it's dangerous. And
- 23:15Speaker 2: I'll tell you, Ben, there are thousands upon thousands of
- 23:18Speaker 2: men and women at DOJ and the FBI that are
- 23:21Speaker 2: horrified and angry, and many of them are coming as
- 23:23Speaker 2: whistleblowers to Congress right now because they don't like seeing
- 23:26Speaker 2: an institution that should be nonpartisan turned into a political
- 23:31Speaker 2: attack weapon.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Will this open the floodgates to more whistleblowers coming forward?
- 23:35Speaker 1: Number one and number two, Senator, is the Democratic Party
- 23:39Speaker 1: for all intentsive purposes dead? And I say that because
- 23:43Speaker 1: I don't believe it exists anymore. I believe they're a
- 23:47Speaker 1: communist party, a socialist party. I think that the Democratic
- 23:51Speaker 1: Party is dead as we know it. The days of
- 23:54Speaker 1: get part and O'Neill and others that could work together
- 23:56Speaker 1: for the other country that seems to be long gone.
- 24:00Speaker 1: They don't seem to be caring about what's right for
- 24:03Speaker 1: this nation. I believe that they the Democratic Party has
- 24:07Speaker 1: died and today is another tombstone for the Democratic movement.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Well, you know who can answer that.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Each of the serving Democrats in Congress right now, if
- 24:20Speaker 2: there's even a single Democrat in the Senate, if there's
- 24:23Speaker 2: even a single Democrat in the House who cares about
- 24:25Speaker 2: the rule of law, he or she has a chance
- 24:28Speaker 2: to denounce this. I'm going to make a prediction none
- 24:30Speaker 2: of them will. To the best of my knowledge, they
- 24:32Speaker 2: have in so far. I serve on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
- 24:36Speaker 2: That's the place that has jurisdiction over all of these
- 24:39Speaker 2: issues we've seen in the last week. The House is
- 24:43Speaker 2: very interested in the credible allegations from an informant who
- 24:47Speaker 2: the FBI had relied on previously that Joe Biden, then
- 24:51Speaker 2: the Vice President of the United States, now the President
- 24:53Speaker 2: of the United States, was involved personally in a five
- 24:56Speaker 2: million dollar bribery scheme of the foreign nation. If we
- 24:59Speaker 2: had a functioning Senate Judiciary Committee, we'd be holding hearings.
- 25:04Speaker 2: Why is it that James Comer wants to see these
- 25:06Speaker 2: documents but Dick Durbin doesn't because every Democrat on the
- 25:10Speaker 2: Judiciary Committee they don't care if the president was receiving
- 25:14Speaker 2: bribes from a foreign nation. And listen, I get partisan battles.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Although this is the point I make Democrats all the time.
- 25:24Speaker 2: It's not that hard to stand up to your own party.
- 25:28Speaker 2: I stand up to my own party all the time.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I battled Mitch McConnell. He and I have beaten each
- 25:33Speaker 2: other bloody and bruised a thousand different times. Democrats put
- 25:39Speaker 2: partisan loyalty above everything. And by the way, if you
- 25:43Speaker 2: contrast this to Richard Nixon, as you know, I'm not
- 25:48Speaker 2: a fan of Richard Nixon. I think he was corrupt.
- 25:51Speaker 2: I think he abused power. I think when he resigned
- 25:54Speaker 2: in disgrace it was because of incredibly bad conduct. I
- 25:59Speaker 2: wrote about that at length in my last book, Justice Corrupted.
- 26:03Speaker 2: But what tipped the balances was multiple Republican members of
- 26:08Speaker 2: Congress said enough is enough. We can't defend this anymore.
- 26:13Speaker 2: You know what's missing now? Even one Democrat not even
- 26:19Speaker 2: willing to say, like Republicans did with Nixon, enough is enough.
- 26:23Speaker 3: He's got to face accountability.
- 26:25Speaker 2: But even one Democrat who says, I care, I want
- 26:28Speaker 2: to know. What's amazing is there's not a Democrat member
- 26:32Speaker 2: of Congress who even wants to know what is the
- 26:36Speaker 2: evidence that Joe Biden took bribes? They don't care. And
- 26:39Speaker 2: by the way, the mainstream media doesn't care and doesn't
- 26:43Speaker 2: want to know what is the evidence Joe Biden took bribes? Instead,
- 26:47Speaker 2: they want to shift to the indictment. You know, as
- 26:50Speaker 2: I was heading over to do this podcast, I was
- 26:52Speaker 2: talking with a couple of friends of mine in Dallas
- 26:54Speaker 2: and we were talking about what the podcast was going
- 26:57Speaker 2: to be about tonight, and I said, yeah, I'm getting
- 26:58Speaker 2: ready to record it, and it's about, of course, the
- 27:02Speaker 2: Trump indictment. And one of them said, well, which Trump indictment?
- 27:08Speaker 2: And I left said, what an amazing comment that you
- 27:10Speaker 2: have to say, which Trump indictment? You also have to
- 27:13Speaker 2: say when you're concerning impeachments, which Trump impeachments? Trump was
- 27:17Speaker 2: impeached twice, both of them failed, both of them were frivolous.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Trump has now been indicted twice Alvin Bragg, which we
- 27:25Speaker 2: talked about at length, which was an utterly frivolous and
- 27:28Speaker 2: garbage prosecution, and now this one. And by the way,
- 27:32Speaker 2: this may not be the last one. You've still gotten
- 27:34Speaker 2: Fulton County, Georgia. On other potential indictment, we may see
- 27:37Speaker 2: three indictments where this is Democrats gone wild. We will
- 27:42Speaker 2: indict and indict and indict the man, not because of
- 27:45Speaker 2: evidence of criminal conduct, but because we hate him and
- 27:49Speaker 2: because they are angry at the American people that the
- 27:55Speaker 2: voters might just might have the temerity to elect him,
- 27:58Speaker 2: and their view is to hell with you, voters, to
- 28:02Speaker 2: hell with democracy. We're going to do everything we can
- 28:04Speaker 2: to burn him down because we hate him that much.
- 28:07Speaker 1: Let's talk about the timeline for this. Obviously, he's going
- 28:10Speaker 1: to go to court in Miami, we're being told President
- 28:15Speaker 1: Trump will. But let's talk about the timeline of what
- 28:18Speaker 1: happens after that, so people kind of know how long
- 28:21Speaker 1: this could linger. Could this be settled or thrown out
- 28:25Speaker 1: of court? Is there a chance of that before the election,
- 28:28Speaker 1: and or this could this drag on until well after
- 28:32Speaker 1: election day? And if that happens, then what happens if
- 28:35Speaker 1: you have a president United States of America that is
- 28:37Speaker 1: convicted of one of these crimes, if in fact that does,
- 28:41Speaker 1: they can find a jury that doesn't. And before we
- 28:43Speaker 1: get to that, I want to tell you about Chalk.
- 28:45Speaker 1: If you're a guy and you're dealing with a real problem,
- 28:48Speaker 1: and that is you're getting a little bit older, and
- 28:50Speaker 1: you feel like weakness and complacency is setting in. You
- 28:54Speaker 1: feel like you've lost some of your edge, your strength,
- 28:56Speaker 1: your vitality. Well, you're not alone. It's a problem that
- 28:59Speaker 1: is happening all over the country. In the world, men's
- 29:02Speaker 1: tatsas from levels are off a cliff historically and they
- 29:05Speaker 1: are at an all time low. The patriots at Chalk
- 29:09Speaker 1: are here to help real American men get back your
- 29:12Speaker 1: strength and vitality, get rid of that weakness and complacency
- 29:16Speaker 1: by boosting your testas from levels up to twenty percent
- 29:20Speaker 1: over ninety days now. I've been taking the Chalkmeil Vitality

- 29:49Speaker 1: oq dot com use a promo code Ben. What happens
- 29:52Speaker 1: now center moving forward? After the President goes to court
- 29:57Speaker 1: in Miami, and then and how does this play out?
- 30:01Speaker 1: And will this take a long time? Could it move quickly?
- 30:05Speaker 3: Well?
- 30:06Speaker 2: The President has been instructed to appear in a federal
- 30:09Speaker 2: courthouse in Miami on Tuesday of next week at three pm,
- 30:13Speaker 2: So he will go there, presumably to be arraigned. He
- 30:15Speaker 2: will plead not guilty, and then the proceedings could take
- 30:19Speaker 2: a long time. I think in all likelihood these proceedings
- 30:23Speaker 2: will not be over by election day. I think they're
- 30:26Speaker 2: certainly not going to be over by the time of
- 30:29Speaker 2: the primaries, by the Iowa caucuses, by New Hampshire, by
- 30:31Speaker 2: South Carolina, and I think they could easily extend for years.
- 30:36Speaker 3: Now.
- 30:36Speaker 2: There's a chance the court throws us out.
- 30:40Speaker 3: That's possible.
- 30:42Speaker 2: But when you have this kind of Department of Justice prosecution,
- 30:46Speaker 2: with this kind of major resources, the likely outcome is
- 30:50Speaker 2: it will drag on for a long, long time and
- 30:54Speaker 2: a big part of why DOJ is doing this. I
- 30:57Speaker 2: don't think they really think they're going to convict the guy.
- 31:00Speaker 2: I don't think Alvin Braggs really thinks that he's going
- 31:02Speaker 2: to convict the guy. I think their objective is just
- 31:05Speaker 2: to drag him in the mud, to crap all over him,
- 31:08Speaker 2: and to attack him. It is an expression of hatred
- 31:13Speaker 2: rather than a prosecution based on the facts. But in
- 31:18Speaker 2: terms of timing, it could drag on potentially for years.
- 31:25Speaker 1: We've seen a lot of people that claim to be
- 31:28Speaker 1: conservatives who have been saying, over the last several hours, center, well,
- 31:33Speaker 1: this is the reason why we should, you know, move
- 31:35Speaker 1: on from Trump as fast as we can. In the primary,
- 31:37Speaker 1: he quote now has too much baggage. Your reaction that
- 31:41Speaker 1: because my thought is you are innocent until proven guilty
- 31:45Speaker 1: and everything. In the past they've accused Donald Trump up
- 31:48Speaker 1: and impeached him on not once but twice. None of
- 31:51Speaker 1: it was true, and still Dotsier wasn't true, the collusion
- 31:55Speaker 1: wasn't true. The list goes on and on, and when
- 31:59Speaker 1: people say, well, it's just too much baggage, that's exactly
- 32:01Speaker 1: what the Democrats these communists want, is for people to say, hey,
- 32:06Speaker 1: if we can bury a Republican, whether it's in West Virginia,
- 32:10Speaker 1: whether it's the presidential race, if we can take out
- 32:13Speaker 1: front runners running for governor or Senate in different races
- 32:16Speaker 1: by saying they quote have too much baggage, then we
- 32:19Speaker 1: win every election.
- 32:21Speaker 2: Well, I think the voters are going to decide that.
- 32:24Speaker 2: But I think here's what Democrats believe. I think I
- 32:28Speaker 2: think Democrats believe these indictments help Donald Trump in the
- 32:32Speaker 2: primary and hurt him in the general election.
- 32:36Speaker 3: When Alvin Bragg brought.
- 32:37Speaker 2: His indictments, you and I did an emergency podcast. We
- 32:41Speaker 2: did it within hours of the indictment. We put it
- 32:43Speaker 2: out very very quickly, and that night, what I predicted
- 32:48Speaker 2: is that would be a ten point bump in the polls.
- 32:52Speaker 3: That proved exactly right.
- 32:54Speaker 2: Trump went up ten points. Prior to that, Trump and
- 32:57Speaker 2: DeSantis had been relatively close in the But when Alvin
- 33:01Speaker 2: Bragg brought.
- 33:02Speaker 3: That utterly frivolous.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Garbage indictment, my comment at the time is that may
- 33:07Speaker 2: have been the single greatest in kind contribution to the
- 33:09Speaker 2: Trump campaign into any political campaign in the history of
- 33:13Speaker 2: the Federal Elections Commission. I think Democrats believe that indictment
- 33:18Speaker 2: in this indictment will benefit Trump in the primary, but
- 33:22Speaker 2: I think Democrats also believe it will hurt Trump in
- 33:25Speaker 2: the general election. I think they believe that if they
- 33:28Speaker 2: throw so much mud at Trump that it may make
- 33:32Speaker 2: general election voters less likely to vote for him. And look,
- 33:36Speaker 2: you got to view this from the perspective of a
- 33:38Speaker 2: hardcore partisan Democrat. If you want Joe Biden to get reelected,
- 33:44Speaker 2: you can't.
- 33:45Speaker 3: Run on his record.
- 33:46Speaker 2: His record is terrible. You can't run on the economy,
- 33:48Speaker 2: you can't run an immigration, you can't run a foreign policy,
- 33:51Speaker 2: you can't run an Afghanistan, you can't run on crime.
- 33:55Speaker 2: Like everything Biden has touched substantively has gone to crap.
- 34:00Speaker 2: So your only hope, and I think this is the
- 34:03Speaker 2: entire Democrat political strategy, is to hide Joe Biden in
- 34:07Speaker 2: the basement. Because you certainly can't have him talk to
- 34:09Speaker 2: the American people because he's not up to it. But
- 34:12Speaker 2: your hope is to hide him in the basement and
- 34:14Speaker 2: run an entire campaign attacking Donald Trump. And I think
- 34:17Speaker 2: Democrats believe the more times they have partisan and biased
- 34:21Speaker 2: prosecutors indicting Trump, the more they'll be able to throw.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Mod at him.
- 34:27Speaker 2: I'm skeptical that that's going to work, but I think
- 34:29Speaker 2: that's what their strategy is.
- 34:31Speaker 1: I want to ask you one last question about some
- 34:33Speaker 1: breaking news it's come out of the Biden bribery allegations.
- 34:38Speaker 1: There is one thing here that we now know that
- 34:42Speaker 1: has been leaked, and apparently Joe Biden allegedly got paid
- 34:46Speaker 1: five million by a Barisma executive as part of the
- 34:50Speaker 1: bribery scheme, according to the FBI document. Now, before we
- 34:55Speaker 1: get to that, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
- 34:56Speaker 1: If you're like me and you're just sick and tired
- 34:58Speaker 1: of giving your money to woke companies that go after
- 35:02Speaker 1: your family values, well, for years, when it comes to
- 35:05Speaker 1: your cell phone service, you just had to go with
- 35:08Speaker 1: the big companies. You didn't have another option. It didn't exist,
- 35:12Speaker 1: not anymore. Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 35:17Speaker 1: They offer you dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks.
- 35:24Speaker 1: What does that mean? You get the same great coverage
- 35:26Speaker 1: you're used to. You can get even maybe better coverage,
- 35:30Speaker 1: and you have right now without the woke propaganda push
- 35:34Speaker 1: by leftist working hard to destroy this country. Now, when
- 35:37Speaker 1: you switch to Patriot Mobile. You're supporting free speech and
- 35:41Speaker 1: religious freedom, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, our military,
- 35:45Speaker 1: our veterans, and even helping with adoptions. They are a
- 35:49Speaker 1: company that when you pay your bill every month, they
- 35:52Speaker 1: actually get back a portion of your bill without any
- 35:55Speaker 1: extra cost to you to these causes. They're one hundred
- 35:58Speaker 1: percent US based customers of his team, making switching easy.

- 36:20Speaker 1: We got more information. Biden's son Hunter was obviously a
- 36:24Speaker 1: board member Barisma pretty much. I think everybody knows that
- 36:28Speaker 1: he's also allegedly in on this scheme in this FBI document.
- 36:33Speaker 1: But now we know that President Joe Biden was allegedly
- 36:36Speaker 1: paid five million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural
- 36:39Speaker 1: gas firm Barisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden also
- 36:42Speaker 1: said on the board. This confidential human source, a highly
- 36:46Speaker 1: trusted source told the FBI, apparently during a June twenty
- 36:49Speaker 1: twenty interview. Sources familiar have now said to Fox News
- 36:54Speaker 1: the source brief Foxnews on the contents of the FBI
- 36:57Speaker 1: generated FD one zero two three form a judging a
- 37:00Speaker 1: criminal bribery scheme between then Vice President Joe Biden and
- 37:04Speaker 1: a foreign national that involved influence over US policy. What's
- 37:09Speaker 1: interesting about this coming out is Vice President Joe Biden
- 37:13Speaker 1: clearly was in a position, in his own words, to
- 37:18Speaker 1: influence natural gas positions and loans government a dollars going
- 37:24Speaker 1: to Ukraine. This is extremely damning just on the face
- 37:29Speaker 1: of it.
- 37:31Speaker 2: Yeah, if this is true, it is shocking. And this
- 37:36Speaker 2: is the first I'm hearing of it, Like as you're
- 37:38Speaker 2: reading it to me in the midst of this podcast,
- 37:41Speaker 2: I haven't read this article yet. I haven't seen this information.
- 37:43Speaker 2: This is breaking literally this moment. But you know, I
- 37:48Speaker 2: will say, Joe Biden, by his own description and by
- 37:51Speaker 2: Obama's description, was the Obama administration's point person on Ukraine policy.
- 37:57Speaker 2: We know that Joe Biden ex size that authority. There's
- 38:01Speaker 2: the famous son of a Bitch Explain exchange which Biden
- 38:11Speaker 2: said describing how he went to Ukraine and demanded the
- 38:15Speaker 2: firing of the prosecutor who was going after the corrupt
- 38:20Speaker 2: oligarch who owned Barisma, and as he put it, he
- 38:24Speaker 2: he held a billion dollars of USA hostage, and in
- 38:29Speaker 2: Joe Biden's words, son of a bitch, they fired the guy. Well,
- 38:35Speaker 2: if it is true that Joe Biden received five million
- 38:41Speaker 2: dollars from an executive at Barisma, that's stunning and on
- 38:47Speaker 2: its face, that screams of criminal bribery. That not only
- 38:51Speaker 2: screams of bribery. If that is true, that is an
- 38:55Speaker 2: undoubtedly impeachable offense, and it is a criminal offense for
- 39:00Speaker 2: which Joe Biden should serve a long jail term. No,
- 39:02Speaker 2: I don't know if it's true, So I want to
- 39:04Speaker 2: be clear. This is a leaked discussion of an allegation
- 39:09Speaker 2: from an informant, so it may not be true.
- 39:13Speaker 3: But holy crap.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Contrasts this to Trump had some documents like Biden had,
- 39:19Speaker 2: like Pence had, like every foreign president had, that was
- 39:22Speaker 2: classified and he didn't have.
- 39:24Speaker 3: Them locked up all that Well, Like.
- 39:26Speaker 2: In terms of allegations, that's pretty mild stuff. Yeah, this
- 39:31Speaker 2: in terms of allegations that you got five million dollars from.
- 39:35Speaker 1: What Yeah, I was gonna say that this new information
- 39:38Speaker 1: and what it says to your point. It says this
- 39:41Speaker 1: FT one zero two three form dated June thirty of
- 39:44Speaker 1: twenty twenty is the FBI's interview with quote a highly
- 39:47Speaker 1: credible confidential source who detailed multiple meetings and conversation that
- 39:53Speaker 1: he or she had with a top Borism executive over
- 39:57Speaker 1: the course of several years starting in two thousand than
- 40:00Speaker 1: in fifteen. The form is used by the FBI agents
- 40:03Speaker 1: to record unverified reporting from confidential human sources. The form
- 40:09Speaker 1: is used to document informations told to an FBI agent.
- 40:14Speaker 1: There's a lot of conversations apparently here, Senator, that this
- 40:18Speaker 1: informant said, Hey, this wasn't just one time. There were
- 40:22Speaker 1: multiple detailed meetings and conversations that this informant had with
- 40:27Speaker 1: a top Barisma executive over the course of several years.
- 40:30Speaker 1: About this bribery with the Biden family.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Well, let me say this to quote Joe Biden. Where's
- 40:38Speaker 2: the money and if it can be proven that Joe
- 40:44Speaker 2: Biden received five million dollars from Avarisma executive for making
- 40:48Speaker 2: official decisions that benefited Maarisma and Ukraine, Joe Biden should
- 40:53Speaker 2: go to jail for a very long time.
- 40:55Speaker 3: Now.
- 40:55Speaker 2: I don't know if that's true. But you know what,
- 40:58Speaker 2: we had to have this document public. Look, we ought
- 41:00Speaker 2: to have this informant testify public. The American people have
- 41:03Speaker 2: a right to know is it true? And if it's not,
- 41:06Speaker 2: you know who should be most angry about it. Joe Biden.
- 41:09Speaker 2: The person if it's false, the person who should most
- 41:12Speaker 2: want this information made public is Biden. And the fact
- 41:15Speaker 2: that he's stonewalling and dj is stonewalling, the FBI is stonewalling,
- 41:20Speaker 2: that raises a serious inference that they're covering something up.
- 41:24Speaker 1: Yeah, great point. This is going to be a very
- 41:27Speaker 1: interesting tough week obviously for Donald Trump. We're going to
- 41:32Speaker 1: be covering it. We'll give you updates on it. Will
- 41:34Speaker 1: also make sure that you know about all this news
- 41:37Speaker 1: that the media is not covering, especially with its bribery
- 41:40Speaker 1: scheme that they are accusing the President being involved in.
- 41:44Speaker 1: Now with a Barisma executive is what the reporting is saying.
