- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in the stubs. Not true. Good of
- 0:21Speaker 1: the listening to mother? Please, I don't join Jo. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta turn you're going to do? You gotta turn to
- 1:41Speaker 1: turn them out. Turn. You haven't got to turn them
- 1:44Speaker 1: out to turn the water the water? Got me? Come
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your thing? Huh. I shall will a good
- 2:04Speaker 1: morning everybody. Y'all listening to the voice, come on dig
- 2:08Speaker 1: me now one it only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I want to talk to you today about success. But
- 2:23Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about it like I
- 2:26Speaker 1: usually do in terms of a principle of it, but
- 2:29Speaker 1: I want to share something with you about it. And
- 2:33Speaker 1: I was talking to my daughter about it. I've talked
- 2:37Speaker 1: about my son in law about it, talking about it
- 2:39Speaker 1: with all my children, and I'm really starting to express
- 2:42Speaker 1: it to them now because I'm talking to a wide
- 2:45Speaker 1: range of people constantly. But I want to share something
- 2:49Speaker 1: with you. If you have any aspiration of being successful,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I want you to realize, starting right now, the effort
- 2:58Speaker 1: that is going to record wire. And that's why I
- 3:01Speaker 1: think it stops a lot of people. I think a
- 3:04Speaker 1: lot of people are never told or don't understand the
- 3:09Speaker 1: sheer efforts that it takes to become successful at anything
- 3:13Speaker 1: in any area of your life. If you think that
- 3:16Speaker 1: doing your best is enough, that I got news for you.
- 3:21Speaker 1: It's not. Well, Steve, what if you've done your best, though,
- 3:27Speaker 1: and your best ain't good enough? Well, let me ask
- 3:30Speaker 1: you that same question. Hold on. If you want to
- 3:33Speaker 1: be successful and you've done your best and best isn't
- 3:36Speaker 1: good enough? What you through? That's it? But Steve, it
- 3:40Speaker 1: was my best? No no, no, no no. It was
- 3:43Speaker 1: the best you had at that time, in that particular day.
- 3:48Speaker 1: But tomorrow add something to it. You've never done everything.
- 3:54Speaker 1: There is no you can't go no more, you can't
- 3:57Speaker 1: add no more. I've seen mary athon runners end up
- 4:01Speaker 1: crawling across the line. I've seen triathlon people man just
- 4:05Speaker 1: staggering in the street and didn't want nobody to help
- 4:08Speaker 1: them because they knew that would disqualify them from the race.
- 4:12Speaker 1: You got more? Have you ever dipped into your reserve tank?
- 4:19Speaker 1: That's what we're talking about now. See all of us
- 4:22Speaker 1: have a reserve tank, you know, I you know, on
- 4:25Speaker 1: my ranch. I like to ride four wheelers. I have
- 4:28Speaker 1: all terrain vehicles and all of them have a gas
- 4:31Speaker 1: tank on it and a gas tank and most of mine,
- 4:35Speaker 1: let me see all of them. Yeah, all of them
- 4:36Speaker 1: have gas tank needles on them, and it lets me know.
- 4:40Speaker 1: When I get down towards eat there's a little lane
- 4:44Speaker 1: that's read that lets me know. Okay, Steve, you're in
- 4:47Speaker 1: a danger zone. Now you're riding into the lowest part
- 4:50Speaker 1: of your tank. But if I keep riding and I
- 4:52Speaker 1: forget to get some gas in there, guess what when
- 4:56Speaker 1: it runs out of gas. All of my all terraine vehicles,
- 5:00Speaker 1: all of them, Honda, Polaris, all of them. Those are
- 5:05Speaker 1: the makers. There's a button on the gas tank itself
- 5:10Speaker 1: that I can click and it says reserve. That means
- 5:14Speaker 1: they know that for the hardcore riders, they're gonna ride
- 5:19Speaker 1: somewhere and they're gonna get themselves in a situation and
- 5:22Speaker 1: they're gonna run out of everything. They're gonna run out
- 5:25Speaker 1: of road, they're gonna run out of gas. They've prepared
- 5:29Speaker 1: because they know for the hardcore rider, every hardcore rider
- 5:33Speaker 1: needs a reserve tank. And so there's a button that
- 5:36Speaker 1: you can click on the gas tank that clicks it
- 5:39Speaker 1: into a reserve, and it will give you about fifty
- 5:43Speaker 1: miles or twenty miles worth of gas in that Now,
- 5:47Speaker 1: guess what in that reserve That may be all you
- 5:50Speaker 1: need to get you to where you're going, or get
- 5:53Speaker 1: you back to safety so you can refuel. Don't tell
- 5:57Speaker 1: me you've done your best. When your best, don't cut it.
- 6:00Speaker 1: What you're gonna do. See when best is possible, then
- 6:06Speaker 1: good enough ain't enough. See that's good enough. But if
- 6:10Speaker 1: the best is possible, why would you not shoot for that?
- 6:13Speaker 1: And you are all capable of making it. But you've
- 6:17Speaker 1: got to change your mindset and realize the effort that
- 6:20Speaker 1: has to be put forth in becoming successful. You've got
- 6:25Speaker 1: to do it relentlessly, over and over and over and
- 6:28Speaker 1: over and every day. I try to do something to
- 6:32Speaker 1: progress my life for the better. I try to do
- 6:35Speaker 1: something every day. I wake up every day with the plan.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Some phone calls, some meetings, some some some interviews. Something
- 6:43Speaker 1: man that's going to advance and move the brand forward.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Because here's what's gonna happen. You are Let's say you
- 6:50Speaker 1: reach your goal. Let's say your goal is to make
- 6:54Speaker 1: one hundred thousand dollars. Well, I got news for you.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Listen to this. When you make the one hundred thousand dollars,
- 7:02Speaker 1: you can't go nowhere and go on vacation and put
- 7:04Speaker 1: your hand behind your head and say I made a
- 7:06Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars. Guess what you got to do. You
- 7:10Speaker 1: got to find a way now to maintain that one
- 7:12Speaker 1: hundred thousand, to keep it coming in. So you can't
- 7:17Speaker 1: just get there and stop and rest and whoa. It
- 7:20Speaker 1: is harder to maintain your success than it is to
- 7:23Speaker 1: get successful. See, let's say, let me let me show
- 7:27Speaker 1: you this. Supposed it takes you five to eight years
- 7:33Speaker 1: to find a way to make fifty thousand dollars. Let's
- 7:37Speaker 1: say it takes you five to eight years to find
- 7:39Speaker 1: a way to make an extra fifty thousand dollars, and
- 7:42Speaker 1: you finally, through work and effort, you get to the
- 7:45Speaker 1: fifty thousand dollars. More. That's that's it's only just begun now,
- 7:51Speaker 1: because guess what, in order to keep the fifty coming in,
- 7:57Speaker 1: you got to duplicate what you did to get there.
- 8:00Speaker 1: And then, oh, here's what you're going to have the
- 8:03Speaker 1: audacity being a human being. You're gonna want another fifty
- 8:07Speaker 1: because you're a human being, because you gotta have something
- 8:11Speaker 1: else to shoot for. Now you're gonna want another fifty. Well, now,
- 8:14Speaker 1: I guess what you gotta do. Now, Now you gotta
- 8:16Speaker 1: do what you did before, plus you gotta come up
- 8:18Speaker 1: with something else. Then after that you're gonna have the audacity.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Because you're humans, you're gonna want another fifty. Says how
- 8:28Speaker 1: this works? And see that that's that that's the importance
- 8:33Speaker 1: of your relationship with God, because you're gonna constantly need
- 8:36Speaker 1: it and ain't have a point where you're gonna be
- 8:38Speaker 1: through needing it. But there ain't gonna become a point
- 8:41Speaker 1: in your life where you're gonna through. Won't through be through,
- 8:43Speaker 1: won't nothing unless you don't just gave up. And if
- 8:45Speaker 1: you don't gave up, who wants that? Come on, y'all,
- 8:49Speaker 1: this is going to take quite a bit of effort,
- 8:53Speaker 1: and if you think it will come to you any
- 8:55Speaker 1: other way, you're sadly mistaken. Because of all the successful people,
- 9:00Speaker 1: but I know, I know that the effort they put
- 9:02Speaker 1: out on a daily basis is daunting. And I think
- 9:04Speaker 1: that the average person just doesn't understand the requirement of
- 9:09Speaker 1: time and effort that it takes to get that and
- 9:11Speaker 1: willingness to put it out. You gotta cut a lot
- 9:14Speaker 1: of monkey business out your life. All that hanging out,
- 9:18Speaker 1: all that late and all that club and all that drinking,
- 9:22Speaker 1: all that. You gotta cut a whole lot of monkey
- 9:24Speaker 1: business out to be successful. Man, if you're planning on
- 9:29Speaker 1: being successful, get up early, stay up late, work, try, think, meet, greet, smile, attract.
- 9:38Speaker 1: It takes a lot, let's go, but you can do it.
- 9:41Speaker 1: God is pressed to plassing out blessings all day long.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Why are you not in line for yours? I'm telling
- 9:47Speaker 1: you right now I want everything God got for me
- 9:49Speaker 1: because what He's shown me so far. Who if he
- 9:53Speaker 1: got some more? Man on man, how good is God? Hunt?
- 10:02Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, it is here. It is time to
- 10:04Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show us a partners. Oh man, what
- 10:08Speaker 1: another glorious day. Glad to be a part of it. Hey, God,
- 10:11Speaker 1: I wanted to say thank you for letting me wake
- 10:14Speaker 1: up this morning to get at it. And how have
- 10:16Speaker 1: you go to day? I know you got me and
- 10:19Speaker 1: I know at the end of the day the end results.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Maybe not at the end of this day, but whatever
- 10:23Speaker 1: I'm going through this two shot pass and when it passes,
- 10:27Speaker 1: I will be better for it. And you pushing me
- 10:29Speaker 1: towards another goal, So thank you. I appreciate that. That's
- 10:32Speaker 1: how I'm rolling, ladies and gentlemen. Stars. And here Shirley
- 10:34Speaker 1: Strawberry Collin for Real, Mouth of the South, Junior Kills Page,
- 10:38Speaker 1: and nephew Timmy. We are all here. Yeah, Junior, we're
- 10:43Speaker 1: trying to get back to normal. But what's on your mind? Though? Yeah?
- 10:47Speaker 1: You know what, let me help us then? Uh, you know,
- 10:50Speaker 1: you know dating is difficult, right. Have you dated any
- 10:53Speaker 1: kind of woman that just aggressive? That really really was
- 10:57Speaker 1: aggressive for you? Man? How do you handle this very scary,
- 11:03Speaker 1: very bad scary? I just want it's very scary. It's
- 11:07Speaker 1: too much. We know, you can call me old school
- 11:11Speaker 1: or whatever you want, but you know I like to
- 11:14Speaker 1: lead and drive, you know, every nine and then they
- 11:16Speaker 1: can go the other way around. But you can't come
- 11:18Speaker 1: up in here, be tossing me in, telling me what
- 11:21Speaker 1: to do and pushing me on my shoulders. Yeah, but
- 11:24Speaker 1: I don't like you know, don't don't push. Don't push
- 11:26Speaker 1: you both my shoulders, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, don't
- 11:29Speaker 1: don't don't don't gather my shirt up in your hands.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Give all of my chicks, say all of that. I'm
- 11:37Speaker 1: just telling what that happened to me. Don't push me
- 11:40Speaker 1: on both my shoulders against no wall. I don't go
- 11:45Speaker 1: up against walls. Don't do that, and then I don't.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I don't want to be talked down too, you know,
- 11:54Speaker 1: put your poss on the bag, hold on, hold on,
- 12:00Speaker 1: be all that time. Yeah, shut your podcasts. I would
- 12:05Speaker 1: just say. All I said was baby. All I said
- 12:09Speaker 1: was hey, baby, shut your podcasts. Wait. Wait, you know
- 12:15Speaker 1: I'm not gonna talk to you that way. You know,
- 12:18Speaker 1: I mean, you know, you know, you know, you know,
- 12:20Speaker 1: you know, you know if you like a little rough talk,
- 12:23Speaker 1: I like you know, like how you like it? Now?
- 12:24Speaker 1: You know that's about it. You know that's all I
- 12:27Speaker 1: got for you. But don't you can't pick Yeah, let's see,
- 12:30Speaker 1: I don't. You can't give me your leg, you know,
- 12:33Speaker 1: my leg? Hold on? What is that what you're talking about?
- 12:38Speaker 1: Because that's what that's what I was asking about. She
- 12:42Speaker 1: she plushed junior heat little so junior junior can't handle
- 12:46Speaker 1: too much aggression. See I I didn't like verbal aggression,
- 12:50Speaker 1: But then when you physically try to be aggressive with me.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I got a little size on me, so you know
- 12:55Speaker 1: you know where we're going here. Very real friend, And
- 12:59Speaker 1: let me give you something gesture. How long were you
- 13:01Speaker 1: with her that evening? I'm talking about one night Stan,

- 13:16Speaker 1: had had Junior. Let me tell you the best thing
- 13:18Speaker 1: you can do. First of all, always know where your
- 13:21Speaker 1: clothes off. Ever, be in the room where you ain't

- 13:30Speaker 1: done that, I made them where you gotta go. Coming
- 13:36Speaker 1: up at thirty two minutes the hour, run that prank

- 21:33Speaker 1: am Kurby, and I like my leggings and I like
- 21:35Speaker 1: my shorts. So what if I'm turning heads? So what

- 22:04Speaker 1: It's the coach his wife. Uh see, this ain't coming
- 22:11Speaker 1: from the coach. This coming from the coach wife and
- 22:15Speaker 1: the other bombas. Yeah, I ain't built banging like the
- 22:19Speaker 1: thirty year old coming up in that character box. But no,

- 22:48Speaker 1: It's the coach his wife. Alright, you're getting educated though,
- 22:52Speaker 1: getting educated? All right? Pooh, and Montgomery says, my boyfriend's
- 22:59Speaker 1: wife slashed my tires and I couldn't get a ride
- 23:02Speaker 1: to work, so I got fired. I told my boyfriend
- 23:05Speaker 1: that he would have to pay my rent because of that.
- 23:08Speaker 1: He told me that he has nothing to do with
- 23:09Speaker 1: what his wife did. How do I handle this? Wow,
- 23:13Speaker 1: your boyfriend's wife slash your tires. She couldn't tell he
- 23:20Speaker 1: got to pay her rent. Your wife did it, so
- 23:24Speaker 1: you got to pay my rent because I can't get

- 23:56Speaker 1: And you ain't got nothing you could do. What you're
- 23:58Speaker 1: gonna do? Tell his wife that y'all sleeping together, that's
- 24:01Speaker 1: why you got your ties cuts and then and then
- 24:07Speaker 1: a your boyfriend sleeping with you, and you got no
- 24:12Speaker 1: benefits from it at all. You just passing out quickie,
- 24:18Speaker 1: that's all you're doing. He ain't even gonna help you

- 25:14Speaker 1: she saw the girl. We stayed because we couldn't get
- 25:16Speaker 1: our money back. The bride to be is mad at us.
- 25:19Speaker 1: But what did we do wrong? Well, she knows she
- 25:22Speaker 1: been that lay down in expect little treatment. Her face
- 25:26Speaker 1: gonna look bright after, she gonna be looking straight. Maybe girl,
- 25:33Speaker 1: your skin. Raw took it off down at the spot
- 25:39Speaker 1: I didn't ask for. She gave me appeal. Yeah, you
- 25:43Speaker 1: don't get no peal right for your win. Just raw
- 25:49Speaker 1: y'all stayed. She couldn't stay. I ain't gonna need to
- 25:54Speaker 1: getting mad at y'all because y'all couldn't get y'all money back.
- 25:58Speaker 1: It's his ex, not her. X mm hmmm. So wow,
- 26:05Speaker 1: I don't know why she mad y'all couldn't get your
- 26:07Speaker 1: money back. She probably do great work, but the bride hell,
- 26:14Speaker 1: where she been out of her as I wanted? Was
- 26:18Speaker 1: smart of the bride? Yeah? That hot stone would have
- 26:23Speaker 1: been a different kind of hot burns all over her face? Yeah? Yeah,

- 26:35Speaker 1: they fix this? Is what's gonna happen. Is she gonna
- 26:38Speaker 1: get them out of the wedding, kick them out of
- 26:40Speaker 1: the wedding. M If you kick them out the wind,
- 26:44Speaker 1: you ain't got no bridle party, right, Why would you
- 26:48Speaker 1: kick them out the wedding? Yeah, they didn't know. She
- 26:56Speaker 1: feels like they're not loyal to her. Yeah, but they
- 26:58Speaker 1: betrayed her or didn't quarter or something. Yeah, where they
- 27:03Speaker 1: supported data payment, Yes, they supported that's what they supported.
- 27:08Speaker 1: That's all right. Um, hopefully she'll get over at the bride.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Frisia and Chesterfield says, I'm a hairstylist and I'm a
- 27:19Speaker 1: beautiful and a beautiful young lady came into my salon
- 27:22Speaker 1: for a scheduled consultation, she said, referred by my husband.
- 27:27Speaker 1: I went outside and called him and he said she
- 27:30Speaker 1: works with him and her hair is always a met.
- 27:33Speaker 1: I want to believe him, but it seems fishy. Um,
- 27:36Speaker 1: what is going on here? Wait, I don't understand. She's
- 27:41Speaker 1: a hairstylist. Her husband referred this young lady to her.
- 27:46Speaker 1: She went outside called her husband and he said, yeah,
- 27:49Speaker 1: this young lady works with me and her hair is
- 27:51Speaker 1: always a met. So the wife wants to believe it,
- 27:55Speaker 1: but she says it seems a little fishy to her,
- 27:58Speaker 1: and she sent a co worker to his wife to
- 28:04Speaker 1: get her hair did uh huh? He ain't And she fine,
- 28:13Speaker 1: she said, beautiful, maybe your husband is just increasing your business,

- 28:24Speaker 1: That's it. I think that's it, because yeah, he could be.
- 28:27Speaker 1: That's stupid because it's no way. He houling at her
- 28:32Speaker 1: and gonna walk her down to the lion's mouth, right yeah,
- 28:39Speaker 1: and you'll be in the mall getting your head done
- 28:41Speaker 1: that super cuts that don't know nothing about black hair
- 28:45Speaker 1: before I set you down to her spot, right yeah, right,
- 28:49Speaker 1: right right, we'll cut it off. If you're in the
- 28:52Speaker 1: mall at that place called blow dry, just blow just
- 28:55Speaker 1: in the blow dry, you leave it. You're not going
- 29:01Speaker 1: to my wife's all right, thank you. Ciello coming up
- 29:07Speaker 1: at the top of the hour, we'll have some entertainment
- 29:08Speaker 1: news for you right after this. You're listening to the
- 29:12Speaker 1: Stave Morning Show. All right. We definitely want to show
- 29:18Speaker 1: some love to Quesslove. Okay. You can tell that Questlove
- 29:22Speaker 1: and his whole production producing partners they were feeling a
- 29:26Speaker 1: little strange stepping on the stage after Will Smith smacked
- 29:30Speaker 1: Chris Rock because that's what came after. That's why Chris
- 29:33Speaker 1: was there to present him with that award Questlove. Questlove's
- 29:36Speaker 1: directorial debut, Summer of Soul one Best Documentary Feature, but
- 29:42Speaker 1: his team's big of course, it was overshadowed as it
- 29:46Speaker 1: had the you know, it was directly after Will Smith,
- 29:51Speaker 1: that instant, that whole thing. Yeah, you know. Questlove reported
- 29:56Speaker 1: that he and its producers were ecstatic to win the
- 29:58Speaker 1: Academy Award. That found the situation a bit odd, you think. Uh. Nevertheless,
- 30:04Speaker 1: quest Love gave a very heartfelt and tearful speech. Um,
- 30:08Speaker 1: he paid tribute to his mother, tribute to his late father.
- 30:11Speaker 1: So you know, we just want to give him some
- 30:13Speaker 1: shine because Summer of Soul was a great movie. First
- 30:17Speaker 1: of all, if you guys haven't seen it, please check
- 30:19Speaker 1: it out. It's really good. I saw it was really good.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Seventies and Harlem, Yeah, it was really good. A beautiful concert. Yeah.
- 30:28Speaker 1: But anyway, so congratulations to quest Love. Yeah, I hate
- 30:33Speaker 1: that moment was kind of lost because of you know,
- 30:36Speaker 1: robbed him. Yeah, a lot of things were overshadowed because
- 30:43Speaker 1: of that, and and that's really the sadness of it.
- 30:47Speaker 1: That's really really the sadness of it. Yeah. Yeah, starting
- 30:54Speaker 1: with Will Packer and Shayla Cowen, the producers. You know,
- 30:58Speaker 1: that's my wheels right there. That was overshadowed. Beyonce's beautiful
- 31:06Speaker 1: performance was overshadowed. You know Blue Ivy did you see
- 31:09Speaker 1: yeah with people forming, yes, dancing, Yes, I did, Yes,
- 31:13Speaker 1: I did. She did her cameo thing. I mean just
- 31:16Speaker 1: so much. Even even Will's performance was bitter, his win
- 31:21Speaker 1: was bitter sweet. He did that to himself, you know,
- 31:24Speaker 1: even his win. But anyway, we're gonna get through this.
- 31:28Speaker 1: We're gonna be strong in the struggle to get I'm fine.
- 31:35Speaker 1: You're not. Oh no, no, no, no, no, I ain't
- 31:38Speaker 1: wearing this one. Oh no, no no, I'm fine. Everybody else,
- 31:45Speaker 1: Oh I didn't. I hadn't been the meme. I hadn't
- 31:49Speaker 1: been the topic of discussion. I've been four billion hit
- 31:53Speaker 1: in two thousand and fifteen within forty eight hours. I don't.
- 31:57Speaker 1: I'm fine, and i't by everybody else one in with
- 32:00Speaker 1: me and going and get it. You it ain't you man, don't. Don't.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Don't have a bad days because it is. Let Will
- 32:11Speaker 1: Smith drank this juice by his damn self. This this
- 32:17Speaker 1: is not fitting to be fun black people. I'm not
- 32:19Speaker 1: wearing this one. Yeah, this is a Will Smith moment.
- 32:23Speaker 1: This wasn't a Will nil na na. I ain't doing
- 32:30Speaker 1: that to my side. I had enough moments by my
- 32:32Speaker 1: damn self. You're drinking this one by yourself. Homing culture,
- 32:38Speaker 1: the coulture, the culture, just for the culture. Stop all that,
- 32:43Speaker 1: all that say for the cult. You this for will
- 32:48Speaker 1: ask got to work through some things. That's what this is. Fault.
- 32:51Speaker 1: This will working through some things. This ain't for the cult.
- 32:56Speaker 1: You all black people, This ain't calls us. A matter
- 33:01Speaker 1: of fact, if I was in comedy, I'll tell you
- 33:03Speaker 1: right now, our first thing I'll do is walk out
- 33:05Speaker 1: on stage and go, hey, let's get something straight. I
- 33:07Speaker 1: don't give a damn if something wrong. Yeah, just take
- 33:15Speaker 1: us to Timoth Anne, please, ladies and gentlemen, Miss Anne trip. Okay,
- 33:20Speaker 1: thank you very much. Anne. Good morning, everybody. Here we
- 33:23Speaker 1: go with the news. I don't know why it took
- 33:24Speaker 1: till the year twenty twenty two, or maybe I do.
- 33:27Speaker 1: President Biden has signed a measure into law that makes
- 33:29Speaker 1: lynching a federal hate crime, a measure overwhelmingly passed by
- 33:32Speaker 1: the Congress. The yeas are four hundred and twenty two,
- 33:36Speaker 1: the nays are three two thirds. Being in the affirmative,
- 33:40Speaker 1: the rules are suspended. The bill has packed, and it
- 33:42Speaker 1: went to the President. He signed. This comes more than
- 33:44Speaker 1: one hundred years after the ematil Anti Lynching Act was
- 33:47Speaker 1: first proposed. The US Congress turned down the idea two
- 33:51Speaker 1: hundred times. The innocent fortune year old Ematil brutally tortured
- 33:54Speaker 1: and murdered in Mississippi in nineteen fifty five after a
- 33:57Speaker 1: white woman told her husband that he whistled at her.
- 34:00Speaker 1: She's since admitted to a friend as she lied, but
- 34:02Speaker 1: she's not being prosecuted. Illinois Congus and Bobby Rush has
- 34:05Speaker 1: been trying to get an anti lynching law pass for years.
- 34:08Speaker 1: This one lays down a maximum sentence of thirty years
- 34:10Speaker 1: in prison plus fine. The Washington Post report and there's
- 34:13Speaker 1: a suspicious seven hour gap in Trump White House phone
- 34:16Speaker 1: logs on the day Trump supporters stormed the Capitol Building.
- 34:19Speaker 1: Reports are that there's a call from the White House
- 34:21Speaker 1: with Georgia GOP Senator David Puldu at about eleven am
- 34:24Speaker 1: that day and no other calls. Official log ends a
- 34:26Speaker 1: six fifty four. They all find that kind of suspicious. Meanwhile,
- 34:30Speaker 1: we have a sent Majority Leader Chuck Schumer joining calls
- 34:34Speaker 1: from several other Congressional Democrats who say that Supreme Court
- 34:37Speaker 1: Justice Claras Thomas should not be able to rule in
- 34:39Speaker 1: any cases related to the insurrection. Recently discovered text messages
- 34:44Speaker 1: shows his wife Jinny urging Trump's chief of staff not
- 34:47Speaker 1: to concede the election. I do think he should recuse himself.
- 34:51Speaker 1: The information we know right now raises serious questions about
- 34:55Speaker 1: how close Justice Thomas and his wife were the planning
- 34:58Speaker 1: in execution of the insurrection, and Schumer also says the
- 35:01Speaker 1: law should be changed those as a code of ethics
- 35:03Speaker 1: for supremes because right now there isn't apparently And finally, yeah,
- 35:08Speaker 1: people still talking about that slap. However, Jada Pinkett Smith
- 35:11Speaker 1: is calling for healing in the wake of Chris Rock's
- 35:13Speaker 1: joke that didn't go down so well and she lost
- 35:15Speaker 1: her hair because of an autoimmune disease alopecia, something she
- 35:19Speaker 1: went public with back in twenty eighteen, and most people
- 35:21Speaker 1: knew about. Tiffany Hatters says it was a beautiful to
- 35:24Speaker 1: see a black man at least defend his wife. Actor
- 35:26Speaker 1: Wendell Pierce has voice his support of Will. The Prince
- 35:28Speaker 1: of bel Air's first aunt, viv Jane Hubert, who didn't
- 35:31Speaker 1: even like Will Smith, says that Chris Rock is being spirited.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Tyree says that slap was a long time coming after
- 35:37Speaker 1: the way Rock insulted Jada's acting skills the last time
- 35:40Speaker 1: he hosted the event back in twenty sixteen, when she
- 35:43Speaker 1: was saying that the Oscars were too white, and he said,
- 35:46Speaker 1: you can't Chriser size the party you weren't invited to.
- 35:48Speaker 1: In other words, you didn't even get mentioned for Oscar. Meanwhile,
- 35:51Speaker 1: the Motion Picture Academy is holding an emergency meeting today
- 35:54Speaker 1: to decide what to do with Will Smith. Ticket sales
- 35:57Speaker 1: for rocks up incoming comedy to a selling like hotcake.

- 36:54Speaker 1: what gem nis do. Will come on? Will I mean
- 36:57Speaker 1: you out here taking it to the wild wild West? Really?

- 37:56Speaker 1: he had one of the greatest documentars. Guess what will

- 38:01Speaker 1: a long time. Will He did not need no harm.
- 38:07Speaker 1: He went to India. He showed us where the hal
- 38:10Speaker 1: came from. Yeah, but you will you walk the longest
- 38:14Speaker 1: yard and slap care taker? That's what you did? Come on?

- 39:12Speaker 1: New York comedy club owner is a concern that Will
- 39:15Speaker 1: Smith's behavior has said a dangerous precedent for comedians. Oh
- 39:20Speaker 1: we'll talk about that when we come back. Wow, you're
- 39:23Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. A New York
- 39:28Speaker 1: comedy club owner is concerned for his acts after Will
- 39:32Speaker 1: Smith assaulted Chris Rock at the Oscars, stating that behavior
- 39:37Speaker 1: sets a dangerous precedent. Chris was hit for a joke.
- 39:41Speaker 1: This is what the comedy owner said. Comedy club owner said,
- 39:44Speaker 1: Chris was hit for a joke, and that's never okay.
- 39:48Speaker 1: Comedy seller owner Norm Dorman told us to page six,
- 39:53Speaker 1: there is no limiting principle to it. And it must
- 39:57Speaker 1: not be normalized. We support Chris completely, and I think
- 40:00Speaker 1: even Will Smith would agree and probably regrets what happened.
- 40:04Speaker 1: He says, he hopes this doesn't spark copycat incidents in
- 40:08Speaker 1: comedy clubs, and let's all hope, let's all hope that
- 40:12Speaker 1: it doesn't become a thing. So Junior Tommy, uh, Steve, Well, Steve,
- 40:17Speaker 1: you're not stand up anymore, but you, of course no comedy.

- 40:38Speaker 1: is concerned. What are your guys thoughts? Not at all?
- 40:41Speaker 1: That's no. He said, Chris was hit for a joke
- 40:45Speaker 1: and that's never okay, No, I'll fall from this. So no,
- 40:49Speaker 1: I'm not concerned. That's not going to change act. No, No,
- 40:55Speaker 1: we're not changing. No act, no changing. So you're not concerned.
- 40:59Speaker 1: That's something you say, mate, upset an audience memory and
- 41:04Speaker 1: they come up on stage. I have a white stand,
- 41:08Speaker 1: I have a stool, I got a microphone. I got
- 41:10Speaker 1: plenty of women, so I got plenty of But but
- 41:13Speaker 1: I'm not mentioning with nobody in the audience. I got
- 41:15Speaker 1: I got material. I'm gonna do my stuff now. If
- 41:18Speaker 1: there's from back and forth, that's that's something they started. Yeah,
- 41:22Speaker 1: and then we got a different We got some different
- 41:24Speaker 1: happening here. Now I'm walking out looking for shall hair?
- 41:31Speaker 1: Why are you this way? Why are difficult? So many
- 41:39Speaker 1: g I Joe Jane out here? If I was out here,
- 41:44Speaker 1: let me. You don't even un stand. I'm writing GI
- 41:47Speaker 1: Joe Jane jokes. So are you with? So you're with
- 41:54Speaker 1: the New York I'm walking out there and finding a
- 41:58Speaker 1: man with short hair and Jane please understand. No, the
- 42:08Speaker 1: club bowner, he has a right to understand. I don't
- 42:10Speaker 1: think it's gonna set the president. That's been happening for years.
- 42:13Speaker 1: People have been going up on stages for years. It
- 42:16Speaker 1: very very rarely happens, but it's been going on since
- 42:19Speaker 1: comedy started. Yeah, some drunk ass dude, you get the
- 42:22Speaker 1: best of them to here he come. I had to
- 42:25Speaker 1: do walk up and saying I've had a girl throw
- 42:27Speaker 1: a shot glass at me at a club called Thunderbirds
- 42:31Speaker 1: in a Pensacola, Florida. She threw a shot glass. It
- 42:34Speaker 1: came through the lights. I didn't see it. I moved
- 42:37Speaker 1: my head out. She kipt my collarbone with a shot glass. Well,
- 42:41Speaker 1: I put the mic in the Mike stand walk. I
- 42:44Speaker 1: was twenty nine, so that's perfect time. Do something to me.
- 42:47Speaker 1: I have nothing. Mike stan walked down, walked down to
- 42:54Speaker 1: the stage, asked her where her man was. He still
- 42:58Speaker 1: um saying I'm humm man fuck damn Joe. Yeah cool,
- 43:04Speaker 1: because I can't hear no woman the bar back jumped
- 43:06Speaker 1: over the bar, broke the whole thing up. I went
- 43:08Speaker 1: right out there. Then the next morning my shoulder air
- 43:12Speaker 1: was so so and swallen. When the hospital had a
- 43:14Speaker 1: chip collar bone. Wow, yeah to the club, you remember
- 43:20Speaker 1: the joke. No, it was about her though. It was
- 43:26Speaker 1: about her though. I think she had short hair, so
- 43:31Speaker 1: you started this, who are yeah right? I ain't even
- 43:40Speaker 1: know what alopecia was. Neither did Chris Rock. Can we
- 43:47Speaker 1: just say that, yeah, Well, people thought he knew because
- 43:52Speaker 1: she shaved Jada shaved their hair off publicly on Instagram
- 43:56Speaker 1: and she's talked about it everybody. I'm just saying, I
- 44:01Speaker 1: think the assumption that he knew, but the majority of
- 44:03Speaker 1: people did not know. In this world, I can assure
- 44:06Speaker 1: you that I didn't know. Sorry, all right, all right,
- 44:11Speaker 1: we gotta move on. Coming up next, it is the
- 44:13Speaker 1: Nephew and the Prank Phone Call. Right after this you're
- 44:17Speaker 1: listening to show. Coming up about four minutes after the hour,
- 44:23Speaker 1: it's my Strawberry letter for today. The subject is I
- 44:26Speaker 1: didn't mean what I said. We'll get into that right
- 44:29Speaker 1: after this, find out what that's all about. But right
- 44:33Speaker 1: now it is time for the Nephew and the prank
- 44:35Speaker 1: phone call for today. What you got for us? Nap? Huh.
- 44:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a little gritty up in here. That's
- 44:41Speaker 1: still be gonna do today. Going through my files, my archives,
- 44:47Speaker 1: here's one here he'd o my house? What what? How?
- 44:57Speaker 1: I don't understand what's wrong y'all? Don't y'all don't like
- 45:00Speaker 1: these titles. I'm gonna say it again, peed on I
- 45:10Speaker 1: said it, peed on my house. You're mad? Right up
- 45:13Speaker 1: and do stopping, all right, don't get slacked, Okay, all right,
- 45:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna do like sitting in Portia when you slap me,
- 45:21Speaker 1: I'm gonna slap your back. Peed on my house. They
- 45:25Speaker 1: calling me, mister tips. Let's go peed on my house. Hello. Hello,
- 45:32Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach you. Uh, mister, I think that's
- 45:36Speaker 1: the name. Yeah, this is this? What's this in regard
- 45:39Speaker 1: to uh this boy the air conditioning unit. You did
- 45:42Speaker 1: some workoff force over on uh my household off street.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Do you remember coming out there last week? Yeah? Yeah,
- 45:49Speaker 1: I remember, yeah, right, my Uh it was a lady
- 45:53Speaker 1: that my wife, she let you in to come right
- 45:55Speaker 1: right there? Is the problem? Is the problem that is
- 45:57Speaker 1: not cooling the wood? No, no, no, no, it's cooling everything.
- 46:00Speaker 1: Matter of fact, I want to tell you, uh that
- 46:02Speaker 1: you did you did a good job. But I got
- 46:05Speaker 1: a question for you now. When you was at the
- 46:07Speaker 1: house and you was working on the A condition out
- 46:09Speaker 1: there in the backyard, did you did you happen to
- 46:12Speaker 1: go on the side of my house and pull out
- 46:17Speaker 1: and use the bathroom right there on the side. Did
- 46:20Speaker 1: you go then and you do number one on the
- 46:22Speaker 1: side of my eye? What? Well, what I'm saying is
- 46:25Speaker 1: that my wife tells me that when you were there,
- 46:29Speaker 1: that you you went on the side. She was looking
- 46:30Speaker 1: out the winners. She said that when you was there
- 46:32Speaker 1: that you uh and went and use the bathroom on
- 46:37Speaker 1: the side. I did, what what right? You? You? You?
- 46:44Speaker 1: You say you did number one over on the side
- 46:47Speaker 1: of the house. Not is that something that you did? Say? Man, Look,
- 46:51Speaker 1: you got to understand something. Man, all right, Nah, I
- 46:54Speaker 1: apologize if that did happen, but you got to understand something.
- 46:57Speaker 1: You know, we're downside man, and we're talking eighty five
- 47:01Speaker 1: ninety and ninety five degree weather. Man. I got to
- 47:03Speaker 1: stay high traded. I got to drink a lot of fluids.
- 47:06Speaker 1: So you know, with me being the age that I am,
- 47:09Speaker 1: I have to drink a lot of fluids and a
- 47:10Speaker 1: tend to pass through looking once and once again. I said,
- 47:13Speaker 1: I apologize, I understand all that, but you know what,
- 47:15Speaker 1: I can't accept no apologies like that when I got
- 47:18Speaker 1: a man this foot got on the side of my
- 47:20Speaker 1: house and then talking. Man, I'm apologizing to you and
- 47:24Speaker 1: you coming off on me like that. You didn't put
- 47:26Speaker 1: you on the side of my house in front of
- 47:28Speaker 1: my wife. I'm not looking at young man now if
- 47:31Speaker 1: your ain't shown me it was really she needs to
- 47:35Speaker 1: see some paper because you ever really ain't doing something
- 47:38Speaker 1: you do that happen? Oh you think you're talking to
- 47:41Speaker 1: you ain't watching me anyway, dude? My work? What is
- 47:45Speaker 1: she hit? Hold up that she got to look at
- 47:46Speaker 1: the ol man. Look, look, look. All I know is
- 47:50Speaker 1: I don't want to know man at my house in
- 47:52Speaker 1: the hiuse side of the house back yard. Nothing. Look, man,
- 47:58Speaker 1: let me tell you something. Dog Let me how I'm
- 48:00Speaker 1: the only person at my house. You understand me. You
- 48:04Speaker 1: ain't righty shit out there looking at me. Look at fun.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I'm a professional, Okay, I do my job, and I
- 48:11Speaker 1: take my job with pride. Okay, it's not being professional.
- 48:14Speaker 1: There's something that I did that's that water running through me? Right, okay,
- 48:18Speaker 1: but you don't. You don't at no other man's house,
- 48:21Speaker 1: and you at my house and my wife's sitting there
- 48:23Speaker 1: looking at you. I have to wonder, now I got
- 48:25Speaker 1: a problem with that. What you need to have problem
- 48:28Speaker 1: with your wife looking at me? If that's what I did?
- 48:31Speaker 1: You know what? You need to be at home and
- 48:34Speaker 1: get with something to look at other than looking at me.
- 48:37Speaker 1: You don't tell me what I need to do about
- 48:39Speaker 1: my wife. Now, you don't go to another man. Man,

- 48:55Speaker 1: you damn right, and you know that's that's I'm going
- 49:00Speaker 1: to study with. You don't at another man's house. You
- 49:04Speaker 1: don't do that. And people my wife looking out the window,
- 49:07Speaker 1: and I bet you knew that them blinds was open. Yo, man, Nah,
- 49:14Speaker 1: it isn't be real. Eufit with these accusations. All right, now,
- 49:17Speaker 1: Look you had, you had what it street? Now you are?
- 49:21Speaker 1: You know where I'm at, because I will show you
- 49:24Speaker 1: what I want you to bring your back over here.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Feelings exactly you did yas on that on that gone
- 49:32Speaker 1: on strength. I'm gonna come over and I hold that
- 49:36Speaker 1: for you. I got something for you. Will you this

- 49:42Speaker 1: you what being about. Look, man, what you don't do
- 49:46Speaker 1: is at another man house and that's what you did.
- 49:49Speaker 1: And you know it ain't called for now. You could
- 49:51Speaker 1: have held that hoologize man, I had to go. I
- 49:55Speaker 1: told you I drink a lot of fluids in this heat. Man,
- 49:58Speaker 1: what else do you want me to do? I want
- 50:00Speaker 1: you to keep your flu until you get to the
- 50:03Speaker 1: service station down the street, but not in my backyard.
- 50:06Speaker 1: Side of the house and my wife looking out the window. Man,
- 50:09Speaker 1: if what you're talking about, if I did I apologize

- 54:09Speaker 1: a Strawberry letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject, I didn't mean
- 54:13Speaker 1: what I said. Dear Stephen Shirley. My husband and I
- 54:16Speaker 1: have been married for eight years and we've known each
- 54:19Speaker 1: other fifteen years. We have been through ups and downs
- 54:23Speaker 1: like most couples, but when we argue, it's because of
- 54:26Speaker 1: something that my husband has remembered from the past. I
- 54:30Speaker 1: won't say he's insecure, but he's always worried about me
- 54:33Speaker 1: leaving him for my ex boyfriend or this female I
- 54:36Speaker 1: pulled around with one time when we were separated. I
- 54:40Speaker 1: guess it's my fault for him thinking I would leave him,
- 54:43Speaker 1: because when I get mad, I say a lot of
- 54:45Speaker 1: things I do not mean. I want to hurt him
- 54:48Speaker 1: and win the argument. I always have to fix it
- 54:51Speaker 1: for days after we've made up. The last fight we
- 54:54Speaker 1: had is a lot different because I was still mad
- 54:56Speaker 1: days later and he overheard me on the phone with
- 55:00Speaker 1: the woman I used to fool around with. I told
- 55:03Speaker 1: her that my husband is mediocre in bed and she
- 55:06Speaker 1: has way better skills than he does. I told her
- 55:09Speaker 1: that my ex boyfriend has been begging for me to
- 55:12Speaker 1: meet up with him at a hotel huh by his house,
- 55:16Speaker 1: and I was thinking about going because he has a
- 55:19Speaker 1: lot more stamina than my husband does. I wasn't paying
- 55:22Speaker 1: attention to the camera that we have on the front porch,
- 55:25Speaker 1: or the fact that it has a microphone on it.
- 55:28Speaker 1: My husband was in the house and heard the entire conversation.
- 55:34Speaker 1: Conversation Yeah. I continued to sit on the porch after
- 55:38Speaker 1: my call, and he talked through the camera to tell
- 55:42Speaker 1: me to come inside. I tried to tell him that
- 55:44Speaker 1: I was still upset and I didn't mean anything I said,
- 55:47Speaker 1: but there was no way to fix it. I really
- 55:49Speaker 1: don't think my side chick has better skills than him.
- 55:53Speaker 1: I was talking vs because I was still salty with him.
- 55:58Speaker 1: I've never cheated on him unless we were separated, so
- 56:01Speaker 1: I need him to believe that it wasn't serious. I
- 56:05Speaker 1: wasn't serious. How do I get my husband to trust
- 56:08Speaker 1: me again? Please? Help? Wow? Trust is a hard thing
- 56:15Speaker 1: and this is just not cool what you're doing. Okay,
- 56:18Speaker 1: you really, really you need to grow up. I mean
- 56:22Speaker 1: you're very immature. Words hurt, words lead to actions. That's
- 56:26Speaker 1: why your husband is upset. He thinks you know because
- 56:29Speaker 1: you said it, you did it. And you need to
- 56:32Speaker 1: stop saying stupid stuff that you don't mean. You can't
- 56:35Speaker 1: take any of that stuff back. You can't take it
- 56:38Speaker 1: back periods. It's common sense that if it's the only
- 56:43Speaker 1: thing you guys argue about, this is what you say.
- 56:46Speaker 1: According to you, it's what you've said in the past,
- 56:48Speaker 1: that you should stop talking. Your husband is not insecure,
- 56:53Speaker 1: but like most men, he's got an ego, a fragile ego,
- 56:56Speaker 1: and no man wants to hear that someone else has
- 57:00Speaker 1: better skills than him or more stamina than him. What's
- 57:03Speaker 1: wrong with you? You really need to stop this. I mean,
- 57:06Speaker 1: even if you say you haven't cheated, he's not gonna
- 57:09Speaker 1: believe you because he heard what you said, he heard
- 57:12Speaker 1: it coming out of your mouth. You're playing a dangerous
- 57:15Speaker 1: game here with your husband, with your marriage, all of
- 57:17Speaker 1: that trust. That's a big thing in marriage, a very
- 57:21Speaker 1: very important thing. Once it's broken, it's really really hard
- 57:24Speaker 1: to get back, if ever, if at all. But your
- 57:28Speaker 1: husband is still here, he's still there with you, so
- 57:31Speaker 1: maybe there's a chance. So you got to stop playing
- 57:33Speaker 1: with this feelings. You've got to grow up. You're hitting
- 57:36Speaker 1: way below the belt. If you don't stop this and
- 57:38Speaker 1: work on fixing your marriage and trying to get your
- 57:41Speaker 1: husband to come back around. And these are things that
- 57:44Speaker 1: you've broken, you gotta lose him. You really are Steve. Wow,
- 57:50Speaker 1: this is really one of the more ignorant letters we've
- 57:56Speaker 1: had in a while, and we've had some ignorant once.
- 57:58Speaker 1: The subject is I didn't mean what I said. The
- 58:02Speaker 1: problem is he heard you. This Your whole problem, this
- 58:07Speaker 1: whole thing is her. I don't you know, I don't
- 58:12Speaker 1: even know. I don't even know how this dude still hell,
- 58:15Speaker 1: this is one of the worst. Look y'all been married
- 58:19Speaker 1: eight years, y'all known each other fifteen, she say, we've
- 58:23Speaker 1: been through ups and downs like most couples. But when
- 58:26Speaker 1: we argue, no, this ain't like most couples. Now not
- 58:30Speaker 1: reading this letter's like most couples I want to tell
- 58:32Speaker 1: you this right now. This is rare, but when we argut,
- 58:37Speaker 1: it's because of something that my husband has remembered from
- 58:41Speaker 1: the past. And I won't say he's insecure, but he's
- 58:46Speaker 1: always worried about me leaving him. Now why was he
- 58:50Speaker 1: worried about him leaving him? Guess what she says for
- 58:53Speaker 1: my ex boyfriend? All this female I food around with
- 58:58Speaker 1: one time we was separated. Now, let's just deal with
- 59:03Speaker 1: that part, right him. Your husband has an awful lot
- 59:07Speaker 1: to weary about. What he looking at? What's she looking at?
- 59:14Speaker 1: What you're looking at him fault? What you're looking at
- 59:18Speaker 1: her fault? Everybody walked by is a potential threat. I
- 59:25Speaker 1: can't even re relax. If a guy walked by, that's
- 59:31Speaker 1: a threat. If a woman walked by, that's a threat. Girl, girl,
- 59:37Speaker 1: you you too much? And she did. She said, I
- 59:41Speaker 1: guess it's my fault for him thinking I would leave him,
- 59:44Speaker 1: because when I get mad, I say a lot of
- 59:47Speaker 1: things I do not mean. I want to hurt him
- 59:49Speaker 1: and win the argument. Are you stupid? Hurting? Don't mean
- 59:53Speaker 1: you win? What is y'all? Y'all have an argument trying
- 59:57Speaker 1: to one up each other? Listen when you argue with
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: your wife. This ain't cracking or the joneses. Your mama's
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: so fat. Your mom's so fat, she need a belt
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: on the side of the equator. Well, your mama's so fat.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: That is what this is. Are y'all arguing to one
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: up each other, immature best not winning it argument? All right,
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: hold on, Steve, we'll have part two of your response
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: coming up at twenty three minutes after the our subject
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: up today's Strawberry letter. I didn't mean what I said.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: recap today's strawberry letter. The subject I didn't mean what
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: I said. I didn't mean it. Well, but what you're
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: saying it for? Because y'all arguing like fools. First of all,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: you've been together for fifteen years, but you think your
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: man is insecure because he's afraid you're gonna leave him
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: for your ex boyfriend? All or female you fool around
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: with when y'all are separated? Who who? Just a lot
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: to worry about? Yeah, he can he can't get on,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: he can't. I'm going out with the girls for a
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: happy hour, happy hour with them with the what with who? See,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: he ain't got to worry about who's gonna be down there.
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: All he gotta worry about it is people are gonna
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: be down there. It's some people. See, most people gotta
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: were about who all gonna be down there? And they're
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: the dude wait to hear some other dude's names or
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: a woman, wait to hear some women name. When you
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: say you're going to have the hour, your first question
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: is it's people gonna be there, because y'all appetite is
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: for everybody. And then I guess it's my fault for
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: him thinking I would leave him when I get mad
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: because I say a lot of things I don't mean
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: because I want to hurt him and win the argument.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Hurting a person is how you win an argument. No,
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: you got to stop thinking of winning an argument and
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: thinking about settling an argument. If you're arguing to win,
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: you're not going to do that. So now and then
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: you always got to fix it. For days after we'd
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: been made up in the last fight we had a
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: lot of it was was a lot different because I
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: was still mad days later and he overheard me on
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: the phone with the woman I used to fool around
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: when I told her on the phone that my husband
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: is mediocretting bad and she got way better skills than
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: he do. And he heard this with the woman you
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: used to fool around with. He heard that. Now that
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: ain't insecurity. That's not insecure. That ain't that's he heard it.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: That's a blatant statement. And you wasn't trying to hurt
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: him because you was talking about him without his knowledge.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: So now this ain't how you win this argument, because
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: you're talking about the man behind his back. So you
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: can't say that you was trying to win an argument
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: by hurting him. You wasn't even talking to him. Then
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: I told her that my ex boyfriend been begging me
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: to meet up with him at a hotel by his house,
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: and I was thinking about going because he got a
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: lot more stamina than my husband. Now, women, now this
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: man is here and there. First of all, he ain't
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: got no skill. Now, he ain't got no stamminents that
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: what he wants to hear? That why is he here? See?
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: And then once again, you talking to people he good, heap,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: bet you know you're too much to satisfy. I don't see,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: So far on this that I don't even know why
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: you still calling me your husband, because I'm telling you
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: right now this end. So I wasn't paying attention to
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: the camera that we got on front porch and he
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: got microphone on him. My husband in the house heard
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: entire conversation I said on the porch. After the call,
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: he talked to the camera, told me to come inside.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: I tried to tell him I was still upsetting. Didn't
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: mean anything I said, but there was no way to
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: fix it. I really don't think my side chick has
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: better skills in him. Are you listening to what you're writing?
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: You're so damn stupid. You type stupid See not only
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: did you say stupid stuff, ain't stupid stuff? You type
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: stupid stuff. Yeah, you actually said I don't think my
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: side chick has better skills than him. What let her
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: have it. I've never cheated on him unless we were separated.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: What you just y'all wasn't separated when you was in
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: here telling your girlfriend that she had better skill and
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: your ex boyfriend that you were talking about to your
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: side chick because she don't care because all y'all do everything.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: And I was talking bs because I was still salty
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: with him. Oh so I need I need him to
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: believe that I wasn't serious. How do I get my
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: husband to trust me again? Please help? Question number one?
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: How is he still your husband? See this? I'm stuck
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: with this hell because you're not my wife, because you
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: belong to too many people. You the other woman, you
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: got a side and ship cheating with you, you got
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: a boyfriend. I'm just gonna be real. Hush, this is
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: this is this. Ain't no marriage right here, and quit
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: quit asking us fixed stuff that's unfixable. Y'all need Bishop
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: jakeson somebody like this, because I ain't got nothing for you.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: I don't know. Just too many people in hell. Oh lord,
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: he come to waitress? Here, come to me the way
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: O the dishwasher, Oh, the bus boy, Oh look at
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: the oh look at this girl over here, sitty next
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: who this man just rubbed up against me. It's just
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: two hundred people in here. I'm confused here, I'm hot,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: I'm all this. It's just too much going on. Child.
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: I can't even eat everybody in here. Look fine to me.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: I'm just slobbling on myself. It's too much, all right.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: Please leave your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter like them
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: like it's about six to five people in here. I
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: go to Steve Harvey at them dot com and check
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: out the Scribery Letter podcast demand as well. Coming up,

- 1:07:18Speaker 1: little different show since the Oscars. Okay, just want to

- 1:07:43Speaker 1: y'all got, man, come on Villanova in Kansas. You ain't
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: seen You've missed the whole tournament. This is man, But
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: here you go. Here you go number one, number one
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: Kansas versus number two Villanova. All right, then you got
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: number eight North Carolina tar Heels versus Due That's the
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: final folt. That's the final fault man, all the powerhouses. Now,
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: I gotta say something, man, really nothing personal. I've spoken
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: at Villanova before, and I don't know why. I just
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: hated Villanova when they beat Georgetown that year because I
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: wanted Thompson to win and Patrick Ewing and I was
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: really hurting disappointed when Villanova one. But they was they
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: were some bad boys. So I really can't stay mad
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: at Villanova because I spoke at the college one time.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: It was a great great schools, great kids over there.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: And plus I don't need no hate right now. My
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: life is more smooth and I don't need to create
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: no limp. I have no love for cancers at all,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: no body out there. But when you come down to
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: them Liners Boy and Carol Liners, that Duke and that
- 1:08:54Speaker 1: and that and that, Michael Jordan Blew and all that.
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: I would love to see the coach for Duke. Yeah,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: coach k get up out of hill with the championship.
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: That would be a great story. It would, man, it would.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: Let me tell you too. Do you know this is
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: the first time that they've met in the NCAA tournament.
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: This the first time Duke and Carolina have played each
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: other in the nc double A tournament. You know something, Junior,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: that is really good sports facts. You have been doing
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: a wonderful job with sports because you keep it exciting. Yeah,
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: you know you ain't seen nothing, man, So you know
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: I already got the rival, so I gotta see that
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: what I'm talking about. Jun See, now you're talking sports.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Remember when you were trying to be political and you're
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: talking about you shut your black as you don't even
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: know what thank you? Coming up at the top of
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: the hour. Cussing can help ease your pain from right

- 1:10:16Speaker 1: According to a new study, I want you to hear
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: it too, Carla, According to a brand new study, shouting
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: curse words eases your pain. Did you guys know this here?
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: It's absolutely it's it seems that cursing, No, it ease
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: your pain. Like she's saying, I mean, yeah, yeah, okay.
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: It seems that cursing triggers the bodies natural fight or
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: flight response to stress, which in turns helps to alleviate pain.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: Researchers were so impressed with how much cussing works that
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: they suggest doing it medical treatments. As psychology professor doctor
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: Richard Stevens explained, swearing is drug free, calorie free, cost free,
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: and side effects free, so why not try it? So
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: I gotta ask you guys. Yeah, Steve, Tommy how its
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: custom helped you out? And carlitu Steve, how how tell
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: me it is? It has been such an intricral part
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: of my life. Yes, I'm telling you man, that's why
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: I don't have a hot blood pressure. I ain't got
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: dia beates, I ain't got awesome because I don't have
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: backup in me. See, I released stuff. I've tried to
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: tell it to people for years. There's a lot of people,
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: you know, he Christians be telling my own cussing on this. Okay,
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: that's fine, you know, but you are uptight, Uh can't uptight?
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Also having asked Christian? Yeah, that's what you have. That's
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: that's why you are also have an asked Christian. And
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: that's why a lot of Christians have also a lot
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: of you have diabetes. A lot of them got high blood.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: I ain't got none of them. So let's so let's
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: go to a custom session. Dog, that's gonna help us
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: relieve ourselves. Let's go to a custom session. Okay, go ahead, okay, careful,
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: alright on, real loud st kiss my horse, just go
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: give it to me right here. This is gonna ass.
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: That's one of my phrases. Hire. I like to put
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: the word hold in front of as it encompasses everything.
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: It's it's letting you know that you're gonna need to
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: really lick your lips to get this done, because I
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: need it for you to kiss my whole. Yeah. See,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: sometimes you can add attitude with cussing. That makes it better.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Next question, Okay, I wish, I wish to you will.
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: And it's important that the key word in it is
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: too too. That's very pointed. Yes, you gotta just this
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: is the word in front of the cuss word that
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: gives it. It's valdy. It's it's flavor. Who in the
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: See that's a real that's easy one because you could
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: just do a real simple one like that. Who in
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: the hell. If you don't like advanced cussom, you give
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: rout who the hell drink all it kool aid? In
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: hill level to level? This is entry level cussom. This
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: is get your started it at least helped out. Can
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: I ask you one to hear? Go? Yes, you say,
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: somebody that keeps saying your name over and over, Steve, Steve, Steve,
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: Steve mother. What see the reason you use that word
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: right there because you ta here name, so you have
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: to give him un name And that's why you want
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: to use that right you, guys, I got a question
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: for Steve. Come on, Carla, can I borrow four hundred
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: and fifty thousand dollars? Working enough? Hurry, hurry, all right, guys,
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: coming up in twenty minutes after the hour. We hate
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: to hear celebrity divorces, but we'll tell you who's splitting
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: up right after this. You're listening to the Steven Show.
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: Well sad news. A good friend, Anthony Anderson and his
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: wife Albina are divorcing. They're splitting up at two yeah,
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: twenty two years of marriage, according to court documents obtained
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: by TMZ albinga file last week in Los Angeles, citing
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: irreconcilable differences, and she is requesting spousal support and asking
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: for Anthony to pay her legal feeds. The estranged couple
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: met as students in nineteen eighty nine back at Howard University,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: and got married in nineteen ninety nine. They have two children,
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Kaya twenty six and Nathan twenty two. And uh, I mean,
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: I gotta ask you, Steve. We know you've been you
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: know here, you've been here once or twice, So do
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: you have any words of encouragement for Anthony? You know
- 1:15:46Speaker 1: it's going to be okay, you know, I know both
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: of you know, great, great, great people. Man. I know
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: both of them, and they'll be fine. You know. It's
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: just sometimes you know, people grow apart, and that's just
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: a matter of life, man. And when you grow apart,
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: then you shouldn't stay, you know, if you've grown a
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: part and it's irreconcilable differences because some of the differences
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: you can't get past. I don't know anything about them
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: personally like that. But you know, they're good people, you know,
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: and it's it's a shame though, but I mean it happens,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: you know, on a mind all the way out. You know,
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: my you know, Richard Paul, You know I stayed with him.
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: You know sickness and in health to death do you part?
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: I was right there and you know the reason I
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: stayed say to death do you part? Because once I
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: felt like I was dying, then it was hard for
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: me to get it. That's not me. We'll have more
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at thirty
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour, and we'll play around would
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: you rather? Right after this you're listening to show? All right, guys,
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: time for would you rather? Would you rather be stronger
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: than the average man? Or smarter than the average man?
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: And stronger or smarter? Tell me what you said? I
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: don't good damn by being strong picking up? I'm cool,
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: smarter though, And that's coming from a person who specializes
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: in stupidity. But you can't be but you can't be
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: super stupid if you're not smart enough, you know, go
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: ahead with it. I'm telling him as far as smart though, Damn, Corey, Corey,
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: what about your Steve? You haven't answered um smarter or
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: stronger than the average man? It's subjective. I haven't been
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: smarter than the average man, but I have been stronger.
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: I'm mentally stronger, physically stronger than the average guy. So
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: I would have to go stronger because the stronger will
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: help me survive things. M okay, all right, Junior used
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: to sound I'm not sid I'm gonna go. I'm gonna
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: go with stronger. I go in a hospital a lot.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: I need strength. I didn't know what I gotta get smart? Well,
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: all right? Would you rather have sex daily, every single
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: day with a sexy ghost or yeah, a sexy ghost,
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: or would you prefer would you rather have sex once
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: a month with your spouse, every day with a ghost
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: a sexy ghost now, or once a month with your spouse?
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: I'm this ghost. You're not gonna scare me in a
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: do everything? Boo? No? And what is she am? I'm
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: holding all my hands. Keep going through a happy so
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: stupid a real quickly, Shirley, real quickly? All right, all right?
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: Would you rather live the rest of your life naked
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: and afraid in the wilderness or live the rest of
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: your life in a four hundred square foot house, a
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: tiny house naked and afraid, or for a tiny house?
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: I hate both of them, but I can't be asked.
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Naked house, yeah house, I have tiny house. Soon as
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: I get a bump on you know who. We got
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: some Calaman lotion. Every day. Coming up at forty nine
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, we'll have our last break of
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: the day, and of course we'll get some closing remarks
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: from the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steven Show. Here we are, guys,
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: our last break of the day on this Wednesday, and
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: we got to send a special shout out Steve before
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: you get to your clothing remarks to leave Harvey Nation.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: Listen up. Judge Steve Harvey is looking for cases for
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: season two. If you have an issue with your sister,

- 1:20:34Speaker 1: Casting dot com. That is Judge Steep Harvey Casting dot
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: com and Steve and Judge Steep we'll see you in court.
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: All right, Come on and hall at your boy. That's right,
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: that's the way I see, Yes, yes, yes, feel how
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: you want to feel? How you see? Oh yeah, Oscar Wallace,
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: how I see it? Oh yeah? Oh let's see what
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: do I feel like sharing with you all today? You know, um,
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: you know what um. This whole oscar thing has drawn
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: so much attention everybody. Everybody likes to have opinions, and
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: everybody's opinion is valid. I've been surprised by some of
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: the opinions and surprised by some of the people who
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: have their line of thinking on it. But everybody's entitled
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: to it. But you know, when when you get through it,
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: all of this, what happened the other night, do you
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: know what really matters? It's really what's going on in
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: your life That's really what matters. What's going on with you? What?
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: What are you doing to keep yourself balanced, on track,
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: on target? What are you doing to accomplish your missions,
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: your dreams, your aspirations. What are you doing? What are
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: you doing to make your environment a better place? That
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: should be the concern of us. I'm done talking about it,
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: you know, everybody. Look, look, look, look, look, we got
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: a radio show. We have to talk about certain things.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: But really the truth of the matter is, and and
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: please know, I've made some very very public mess ups.
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: I haven't been out there, I haven't been the one before.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: So I know what it feels like, I know what
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: will is feeling. I know what Chris rocket is feeling.
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: I get it. I've been at the forefront of some
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: very major public opinionated scenarios out there, But at the
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: end of the day, I had to get right back
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: to fixing my life up and doing me. And I
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: suggest you do that, man. But there are some people
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: who spend the entire day enamorous with the internet, going
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: on Instagram, comment and troll and all like this. Do
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: you know that doing you is twenty four seven job?
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: Do you know that making sure you okay and your
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: children are okay, and your spouse is okay, and your
- 1:23:17Speaker 1: loved ones are okay, and your mate is okay? Do
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: you know that's twenty four seven? And do you know
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: if you do it properly you will run out of
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: the twenty four You can't get it all done in
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: a day, not if you're trying to do it the
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: right way. So I would suggest to everybody get your
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: focus where your focus belong, improving your environment. And the
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: reason I use the word environment is because you have
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: to be responsible for the lives that you come across
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: in touch. And if you're trying to live in this
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: world with caring about nobody but yourself, that's not how
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: it done. That's not how it's done. You won't make it.
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: I'm just here to tell you you will not make
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: it because we are all connected in some kind of way.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: I can't come in here and do like I want
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: to do on this radio show because I'm connected to
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: five six other people. And that's not to count the
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: people that you don't even hear on the radio, the engineers,
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: the editors, the people who work in production, the people
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: who work in sales, the people that do that work
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: in video. Are you, I can't even count. So if
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: you think that you're in this all by yourself, you
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: need to readjust your thinking. You are responsible for your environment.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: I am responsible for what happens to my children. I mean, look,
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: I can't do everything, but if they call me, I
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: have to respond. I'm their parents. I'm more experienced than
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: all my children. So when they call me for advice,
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: I have it for them. Now, if you choose not
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: to call me, then all of my children are grown.
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: Go do you. But now, when you get in the
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: spot and you come to me and you ask me
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: for my advice, I'm gonna give it to you from
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: my experience level. Now, if they don't want that that's
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: fine and dandy, trust and belief. I strongly suggest you
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: listen to me because you don't got yourself twisted. You
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: need to come somebody. Come talk to somebody that's been
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: twisted and gotten untwisted. You understand, and that's that's that's
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: the focus of your life. It is that way, and
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: it is on going and it never stops. Now you
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: have time to take vacations, You have time to get away.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: Sometimes you can need to get away during the course
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: of the day. Just go to happy house, sit down
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: with your friends, laugh, put your troubles down. Everybody has
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: to have a release, like they were doing a thing
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: earlier in the show about cussing. And you know, people
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: tell about I don't like people that show a lack
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: of intelligence. Okay, okay, that's you. That's you. It's people
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: who feel that because people worship God in a different
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: way than they do that they wrong. That's you. That's you.
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: It's more than one way to God. Now you don't
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: have the only way to him. So you know, I
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: try to employ people stop looking at the internet so much.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: Stop focusing on what's going on on social media. Folk.
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: If you put that attention on yourself, man, it is
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: much needed because, like I said earlier, taking care of
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: you and the people that are in your orbit is
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: a twenty four seven job, and if you do it right,
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: you are going to run out of the twenty four
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: Some stuff gonna have to get handled tomorrow if you're
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: doing it the right way. Take care of yourself, take
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: care everybody in your orbit, pay attention to your environment. Pray,
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: talk to God. Hey, y'all, those are my clothes in
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: my Oh? Did I tell you this? Talk to God today?
