Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Wanderer & Chief at G7 plus Biden 'Says' He won't Pardon His Son
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Joe Scarborough MSNBC praising the wanderer in chief Joe Biden,
- 0:06Speaker 1: saying he's doing a great job at the G seven,
- 0:08Speaker 1: claiming Biden is getting lost his quote cheap fakes and
- 0:13Speaker 1: vicious lies by the RNC. After everyone's seen the tape
- 0:17Speaker 1: of the president walking around aimlessly, you add it as
- 0:21Speaker 1: the cover of the New York Post. Mirander, Meander, I
- 0:25Speaker 1: should say, in chief Biden embarrasses us with confused wanderings
- 0:29Speaker 1: at world conference. The media standing up saying that's a lie.
- 0:34Speaker 1: I tell you it's a lie. He was not doing that.
- 0:37Speaker 1: What you witnessed was not real, right, So you watch
- 0:40Speaker 1: it with your own eyes. You see the president wandering around,
- 0:43Speaker 1: mirandering around, not realizing, like what the hell is happening.
- 0:48Speaker 1: If you haven't seen this video, then you've been living
- 0:50Speaker 1: under rock. I'll put it on social media, you can
- 0:52Speaker 1: see it. But he's absolutely right, Meander, in chief, Biden
- 0:59Speaker 1: embarrassed is the US where they confuse wandering at a
- 1:02Speaker 1: world conference where world leaders had to go grab him
- 1:04Speaker 1: by the arm like he was a senile old man
- 1:07Speaker 1: that couldn't find his way back into the old folks home.
- 1:10Speaker 1: And and the media now those that are on the
- 1:13Speaker 1: Biden team. They're coming to his defense like never before.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Listen, well, you know, Nika, it just it needs to
- 1:21Speaker 2: be sad. I mean you you you have Joe Biden
- 1:24Speaker 2: here with it.
- 1:24Speaker 3: Schedule would be brutal for anybody be president of any age,
- 1:27Speaker 3: going to Europe, you know, gons on d Day and
- 1:30Speaker 3: and and.
- 1:31Speaker 1: By the way, it's it's this idea that's a brutal schedule.
- 1:34Speaker 1: The dude has a plane that you has a king
- 1:36Speaker 1: sized bed you can sleep in. The president of United
- 1:38Speaker 1: States America's schedule, it can be brutal.
- 1:41Speaker 2: There's no doubt about it.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Joe Biden's presidential schedule is not brutal.
- 1:46Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Joe Biden's presidential schedule, as they've described the White House,
- 1:50Speaker 1: we try to keep him noon to four and then
- 1:52Speaker 1: the rest of his days pretty much shut down. Okay,
- 1:55Speaker 1: Like like this, this this whole idea that is schedule
- 1:58Speaker 1: is brutal is a lie. It is not brutal.
- 2:02Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:03Speaker 1: They protect this present from a brutal schedule. So the
- 2:07Speaker 1: first thing they say there is they're trying to paint
- 2:09Speaker 1: this picture of a reality that's not a reality for
- 2:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden.
- 2:14Speaker 5: Keep listening, spending five days in France, going over to
- 2:17Speaker 5: the G seven.
- 2:18Speaker 2: In the middle of the personal struggles.
- 2:20Speaker 5: In the middle of the personal struggles, the Hudder trial,
- 2:25Speaker 5: and and yesterday I even even critics were saying that
- 2:30Speaker 5: he did a strong job, very good job representing the United.
- 2:34Speaker 3: States, even though again we have some some cheap fakes
- 2:37Speaker 3: that the RNC once again spreading vicious lies about Joe Biden.
- 2:43Speaker 3: But that's just that's that's who they are, that's who
- 2:46Speaker 3: they've become. We will point out in a second for
- 2:48Speaker 3: Jonathan Demir, I was struck by that, struck by the strong,
- 2:52Speaker 3: strong message as well that Joe Biden delivered yesterday. I mean,
- 2:56Speaker 3: the United States and our great allies said here a
- 3:00Speaker 3: have really stood shoulder to shoulder here other than Mike
- 3:03Speaker 3: Johnson and Donald Trump holding up badly needed security aid
- 3:09Speaker 3: the Ukraine. Now that that roadblock has gotten passed, and
- 3:14Speaker 3: people who actually love freedom and love democracy and hate
- 3:19Speaker 3: authoritarians who invade other countries, it seems to me we
- 3:23Speaker 3: have them out numbered as far as people in Europe
- 3:27Speaker 3: and America that actually support freedom at all times, unlike
- 3:32Speaker 3: a lot of Republicans in the House, but a very
- 3:36Speaker 3: strong message. The United States followed the EU and its support,
- 3:42Speaker 3: and now they get together the G seven and another
- 3:45Speaker 3: fifty billion dollars going Ukraine's way.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I mean, you hear that defense from them, and you
- 3:53Speaker 1: want to talk about, you know, wandering around aimlessly. That's
- 3:56Speaker 1: what that commentary sounded like from Joe Scarborough right this,
- 4:01Speaker 1: you know, Jeremy Bash. They then brought him on and
- 4:05Speaker 1: Jeremy Bash is saying, well, you know this is a
- 4:07Speaker 1: president that Biden that's leading on the world stage.
- 4:10Speaker 2: No, he's not.
- 4:12Speaker 1: The world leaders know it too. They're watching this guy
- 4:16Speaker 1: walk around and wandering off, and then they try to
- 4:21Speaker 1: tell you that what you saw is somehow not real
- 4:25Speaker 1: when it's obviously real.
- 4:28Speaker 6: Joining it's now former chief of staff at the CIA
- 4:30Speaker 6: and the Department of Defense, Jeremy Bash, Jeremy, good morning.
- 4:34Speaker 4: It's good to see you.
- 4:34Speaker 6: So I'm curious what you make of this ten year
- 4:36Speaker 6: bilateral security agreement kind of cleverly created off interest from
- 4:41Speaker 6: frozen Russian assets over the last couple of years. What
- 4:44Speaker 6: does this provide Ukraine right now?
- 4:47Speaker 7: Well, this is critical both symbolically and tangibly, Willy, because
- 4:51Speaker 7: President Biden is saying on the world stage that the
- 4:54Speaker 7: United States is going to stand up for Ukraine. Can
- 4:57Speaker 7: a stand four square against Putin against her? And it's
- 5:01Speaker 7: a clear message that the United States is going to
- 5:03Speaker 7: stand with our allies together with NATO. And one of
- 5:05Speaker 7: the things that President Biden is showcasing during his week
- 5:08Speaker 7: in Italy at the G seven is that America is
- 5:11Speaker 7: back leading on the world stage. We are strengthening NATO,
- 5:14Speaker 7: we expanded NATO, we are standing with Ukraine, and we
- 5:18Speaker 7: are standing up to Russia in the same way that.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I look this like.
- 5:22Speaker 1: We are standing up on the world stage. By golly,
- 5:26Speaker 1: so standing up on the world stage now means we
- 5:28Speaker 1: sent a bunch of money to Ukraine.
- 5:30Speaker 2: And that's what you get credit for.
- 5:32Speaker 6: Now.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Glad that we clarified that.
- 5:35Speaker 1: CNN throwing a little shade in Italy this morning at
- 5:39Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America.
- 5:42Speaker 2: CNN's m J.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Lee on Biden telling reporters to quote play by the rules.
- 5:50Speaker 1: CNN irritated flying all the way to Italy, giving him
- 5:53Speaker 1: great press all the time, but then being told that
- 5:55Speaker 1: they got to play by the rules.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 5:58Speaker 8: The other moment that really stood out as a little
- 6:00Speaker 8: interesting to me was when a reporter asked him a
- 6:03Speaker 8: question about the ongoing seafire and hostages negotiations. You know,
- 6:07Speaker 8: earlier in the day he had said that he was
- 6:09Speaker 8: not hopeful that a deal was going to be reached soon.
- 6:12Speaker 8: But when a reporter pressed him on that, he initially
- 6:15Speaker 8: responded by saying, I wish you guys would play by
- 6:18Speaker 8: the rules a little bit, saying that he wished that
- 6:21Speaker 8: the questions could be on the topic of Ukraine. Obviously,
- 6:25Speaker 8: we all know there are no rules at these kinds
- 6:27Speaker 8: of press conferences. If you get a question to the president,
- 6:30Speaker 8: you can ask about any topic you would like. But
- 6:32Speaker 8: that did sort of seem to me and strike me
- 6:34Speaker 8: as the President expressing a little bit of frustration. And
- 6:37Speaker 8: I think that clearly captures the moment that we are
- 6:40Speaker 8: in in these negotiations, something that the President has been
- 6:43Speaker 8: pressing on for months and months, and as he has
- 6:45Speaker 8: made clear and other US officials have made clear, those
- 6:49Speaker 8: talks are very much stalled right now. And I think
- 6:51Speaker 8: you definitely sense that frustration on the stage behind me.
- 6:56Speaker 1: I love how they're like, well, we're going to call
- 6:58Speaker 1: him out a little bit, like telling us play by
- 7:00Speaker 1: the rules.
- 7:01Speaker 2: What you don't tell us to play by the rules.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Another CNN host also talking about this, saying how the
- 7:09Speaker 1: President got snippy with the press and that's not something
- 7:14Speaker 1: we like to see again shout across the bow of
- 7:17Speaker 1: the CNN to the President, Hey, you don't talk to
- 7:20Speaker 1: us that way, listen.
- 7:21Speaker 9: And toubting this bilateral agreement between the United States and Ukraine,
- 7:25Speaker 9: one that would see the United States provide Ukraine with
- 7:28Speaker 9: material aid, security and intelligence for a period of ten years,
- 7:33Speaker 9: though there are serious questions about how long that deal
- 7:37Speaker 9: will last, given that a part of it includes this
- 7:39Speaker 9: executive authority in which a future president could potentially relinquish
- 7:43Speaker 9: that power. The President was also asked about a number
- 7:47Speaker 9: of other issues, notably his son Hunter, who was convicted
- 7:49Speaker 9: earlier this week of three felon accounts of inappropriate gun possession,
- 7:54Speaker 9: and he was asked a question about Gaza that he
- 7:57Speaker 9: apparently didn't enjoy being asked.
- 8:00Speaker 4: And we can talk a little bit more about that
- 8:01Speaker 4: with our panel as we open it up. But he's
- 8:03Speaker 4: been snippy recently about being asked multiple questions in these
- 8:08Speaker 4: press conferences, which we should just be clear and for
- 8:11Speaker 4: both former White House correspondents, these are very limited. They're
- 8:15Speaker 4: called two and two's, and the reporters tend to there's
- 8:19Speaker 4: a tradition of asking more than the questions. It's just
- 8:22Speaker 4: pretty usual because there are not that many questions.
- 8:26Speaker 9: To ask and follows as well.
- 8:27Speaker 4: That's right, and this president has I mean, he falls
- 8:32Speaker 4: far below his predecessors when it comes to interviews and
- 8:35Speaker 4: when it comes to press conferences. We just need to
- 8:37Speaker 4: be clear about that. They have a lot of questions
- 8:39Speaker 4: to ask him, and these reporters do not have many opportunities.
- 8:42Speaker 4: They've all dragged themselves to Italy for this G seven
- 8:45Speaker 4: summit to do one thing their jobs, ask these questions.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I love.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I mean, they're really turning on him, like they're not
- 8:52Speaker 1: screwing around. And this is their way of saying, uh huh,
- 8:57Speaker 1: like we carry water for you every day. You don't
- 9:00Speaker 1: slap us around publicly. You do not slap us around
- 9:05Speaker 1: that way. Uh Newke Gingrich also talking about this trip
- 9:10Speaker 1: and Biden and his team, he says, have no idea
- 9:15Speaker 1: what they are doing. Biden's lost on this trip. Rather,
- 9:20Speaker 1: the rest of the world is taking advantage of us. Listen,
- 9:27Speaker 1: they're showing the video now of Joe Biden walking away
- 9:31Speaker 1: after in Italy and looking out staring into the distance,
- 9:35Speaker 1: and then a world leader coming over and going hey, like,
- 9:38Speaker 1: come back over here.
- 9:40Speaker 10: I love how they all kind of don't know what
- 9:42Speaker 10: to do every time Biden kind of wanders off, like
- 9:45Speaker 10: are you gonna get him?
- 9:45Speaker 11: No?
- 9:46Speaker 2: You get them all right.
- 9:47Speaker 10: Once Biden's Italian chaperone turned him in the right direction, well,
- 9:51Speaker 10: he was ready to go his meeting with his best
- 9:53Speaker 10: pal Zelensky and promising to put Ukraine first.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Would we stand with Ukraine?
- 10:00Speaker 12: Would we stand for sovereignty, freedom and against tyranny?
- 10:03Speaker 2: Yes we will.
- 10:04Speaker 12: We will say it again, yes, again and again and again.
- 10:07Speaker 12: We're going to stand with Ukraine.
- 10:09Speaker 10: Thank you, and thanks to every American heart that does
- 10:14Speaker 10: not betray freedom and support US. Crane Shakum, Well, Biden
- 10:19Speaker 10: is wasting time, energy and resources on Ukraine. We're seeing
- 10:23Speaker 10: real threats to our national security right here in our
- 10:25Speaker 10: own hemisphere. A fleet of Russian warships right now are
- 10:31Speaker 10: parked off the coast of Cuba. They're getting ready to
- 10:33Speaker 10: hold military drills in the Caribbean. And China is building
- 10:37Speaker 10: a mega port in Peru.
- 10:40Speaker 13: And this will only further make it easier for the
- 10:43Speaker 13: Chinese to extract all of these all of these resources
- 10:48Speaker 13: from the region. So that should be concerning. Do you
- 10:52Speaker 13: think about a port, the scanning of cargo. Who's going
- 10:56Speaker 13: to have all that information? Who's going to have all
- 10:58Speaker 13: that data?
- 11:01Speaker 2: This is just laughable.
- 11:03Speaker 10: It wasn't so scary, it would be laughable. Joining me now,
- 11:05Speaker 10: Newt Gangrich, former Speaker of the House, Fox News political
- 11:08Speaker 10: analyst Nut The New York Times published a piece today
- 11:11Speaker 10: saying that America has become a humbler superpower under Biden,
- 11:16Speaker 10: writing that America no longer presents itself as the confident
- 11:20Speaker 10: guaranteur of security, a trust us. We've got this, got
- 11:23Speaker 10: this superpower. The terrain is too vast, China's rise too
- 11:26Speaker 10: great a threat. Newt, This as the G seven is underway,
- 11:32Speaker 10: is it humility or failure?
- 11:36Speaker 11: Well, I think it's humility based on failure. Biden and
- 11:40Speaker 11: his team are incompetent, They have no idea what they're doing.
- 11:44Speaker 11: They were a disaster in Afghanistan, they have been a
- 11:48Speaker 11: disaster in Iran. They have I think been remarkably slow
- 11:53Speaker 11: and incompetent in helping Ukraine. They have no strategy for
- 11:58Speaker 11: Latin America. And you know, I think It's very sobering
- 12:03Speaker 11: if you remember the immediate imagery of Soviet, Soviet and
- 12:08Speaker 11: now Russian warships in Havana brings back to mind the
- 12:12Speaker 11: nineteen sixty two human missile crisis, and you have to
- 12:15Speaker 11: say to yourself.
- 12:17Speaker 3: John F.
- 12:18Speaker 11: Kennedy was at the peak of his ability in dealing
- 12:22Speaker 11: with the missile crisis. Does anyone believe that Joe Biden
- 12:28Speaker 11: could deal with the crisis like that with any kind
- 12:31Speaker 11: of cognitive relevance, energy level, toughness, strategic advice. I think
- 12:37Speaker 11: it's scary. This is not a political issue now, this
- 12:40Speaker 11: is an issue of survival. And of course the New
- 12:42Speaker 11: York Times, which is essentially anti American, is delighted to
- 12:46Speaker 11: have a weaker America. Refuses to report accurately about our enemies,
- 12:52Speaker 11: and these are our enemies, these are not you know, friends.
- 12:56Speaker 10: Now, there was a conversation brief about China's role, which
- 13:00Speaker 10: we've talked about a lot here on the angle newt
- 13:02Speaker 10: in helping Russia during this Ukraine war.
- 13:05Speaker 7: Watch I had phone conversation with a leader of China.
- 13:12Speaker 2: By phone. He said that he will not sell any
- 13:16Speaker 2: weapon to Russia that did the fils. We'll see with you,
- 13:21Speaker 2: we'll see.
- 13:21Speaker 14: But he said to me, if his respectable person, he
- 13:25Speaker 14: will not, because he gave me the word.
- 13:28Speaker 12: By the way, China is not supplying weapons, but the
- 13:32Speaker 12: ability to produce those weapons and the technology available to
- 13:36Speaker 12: do it, so it is in fact helping Russia.
- 13:40Speaker 10: Of course also buying vast amounts of Russian oil and
- 13:44Speaker 10: Russian agriculture, which is helping keep the Russian economy strong.
- 13:49Speaker 10: The sanctions never worked either, But that was interesting here
- 13:55Speaker 10: Zelenski say, well, if he's a respectable man about g
- 14:00Speaker 10: this is where we're sending hundreds of billions of dollars.
- 14:03Speaker 11: Really, look, I think that Zelensky's in a hopeless position.
- 14:08Speaker 11: He can't tell the truth. The truth will offend his
- 14:12Speaker 11: primary patrons, Biden. It's hard to overstate this. Biden and
- 14:18Speaker 11: his team are totally out of touch with reality. They
- 14:22Speaker 11: don't understand the real world. They don't understand the concept
- 14:25Speaker 11: of hetting real enemies. They don't have any concept of strategy,
- 14:29Speaker 11: and they sort of go from press conference to press conference,
- 14:33Speaker 11: making it up as they go along. They've had no
- 14:36Speaker 11: positive impact on Gaza, they've had no positive impact on Iran.
- 14:40Speaker 11: They were a total failure in Afghanistan, and frankly, the
- 14:43Speaker 11: Ukrainian war could have been solved much much earlier with
- 14:47Speaker 11: an effective, aggressive American government, and they've just drained it
- 14:51Speaker 11: out in ways to kill Ukrainians and spend a great
- 14:54Speaker 11: deal of American money.
- 14:56Speaker 10: Now, another fifty billion dollars shakedown today. Oh sorry, it's alone.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I love how that's described. Another fifty million dollars shakedown.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Oh wait, it's a loan. They're never going to pay
- 15:06Speaker 1: this back. We're going to forgive the loan. They know that,
- 15:09Speaker 1: but they also know that the American people are having
- 15:11Speaker 1: enough of their money going to Ukraine in such large amounts,
- 15:14Speaker 1: So now they're going to disguise it and fake it
- 15:16Speaker 1: as a loan.
- 15:16Speaker 2: This loan will never be paid back. Ever.
- 15:21Speaker 1: There is a new report out that Joe Biden, and
- 15:24Speaker 1: I can't even believe he's actually saying this with a
- 15:26Speaker 1: straight face, but he is is now saying that his
- 15:29Speaker 1: son Hunter Biden is quote the victim of a weaponized
- 15:35Speaker 1: system of justice after he was found guilty on those
- 15:40Speaker 1: drug being a drug addict buying a firearm. While obviously
- 15:46Speaker 1: that's you know, against the law, and I thought Democrats
- 15:48Speaker 1: are all tough on gun crimes, right, like that was
- 15:51Speaker 1: their thing. That's kind of their mo Well, President Joe
- 15:53Speaker 1: Biden reportedly believes that Hunter Biden is now a victim
- 15:58Speaker 1: of the weaponization of justice following his gun conviction. On Tuesday,
- 16:02Speaker 1: the Delaware grand jury, as you know, found Hunter guilty
- 16:05Speaker 1: on all three gun charges. He now faces up to
- 16:09Speaker 1: twenty five years in prison in seven hundred five thousand
- 16:12Speaker 1: dollars in fines. Let's be clear, that ain't gonna happen,
- 16:15Speaker 1: and we all know why because he's the President's son.
- 16:20Speaker 2: Now.
- 16:20Speaker 1: What's also even more crazy about this is when the
- 16:24Speaker 1: President was asked last week in France about pardoning his son,
- 16:28Speaker 1: he said he would not pardon Hunter.
- 16:30Speaker 2: I think he's probably just lying.
- 16:32Speaker 1: He has not, however, spoken about whether he would deliver,
- 16:35Speaker 1: as I've said here, a commutation of a sentence. I
- 16:39Speaker 1: think that's probably gonna happen. Quote the President feels guilty
- 16:43Speaker 1: over Hunter's legal predicament to people not authorized to speak
- 16:47Speaker 1: publicly about the private conversations about Hunter told Politico. They
- 16:52Speaker 1: also told the outlet Joe Biden believes he contributed to
- 16:56Speaker 1: Hunter's plight. I kid you not if if I weren't
- 17:00Speaker 1: running for reelection, he would have gotten the plea deal,
- 17:04Speaker 1: Biden told a confidante earlier this month. The person familiar
- 17:08Speaker 1: with the con conversation told Politico Hunter refused to accept
- 17:12Speaker 1: a gun related plea deal from the government in twenty thirteen.
- 17:16Speaker 1: The offer of the gun plea deal came after his
- 17:19Speaker 1: sweetheart plea deal blew up under judicial scrutiny, which the
- 17:24Speaker 1: judge characterizes a typical and not straightforward quote unquote. Legal
- 17:30Speaker 1: experts suggests that the government's proposal was a show of favoritism,
- 17:36Speaker 1: specifically towards the president's son, a sweetheart deal that no
- 17:42Speaker 1: one else could get or quote. The sweetheart deal came
- 17:45Speaker 1: with a special agreement that also gave Hunter immunity from
- 17:49Speaker 1: all potential future charges, including a provision to potentially wipe
- 17:56Speaker 1: a felony gun violation from his record. The deal if
- 18:00Speaker 1: Hunter the option of plead guilty to not paying taxes
- 18:02Speaker 1: on more than one point five million in income in
- 18:04Speaker 1: seventeen and eighteen. Receiving probation rather than jail time was
- 18:10Speaker 1: the other thing that was said as well. Following quote
- 18:14Speaker 1: the sweet oar ple deal debacle, the government offered one
- 18:16Speaker 1: hundred a second plea deal related to gun charges that
- 18:19Speaker 1: he rejected, opting to go to trial in Delaware, because
- 18:23Speaker 1: of course, the Bidens always think they're above the law.
- 18:26Speaker 1: In turn, the government later indicted Hunter Biden in twenty
- 18:29Speaker 1: thirteen with tax violations in California. That tax trial is
- 18:33Speaker 1: set for September of this year. But now, apparently the
- 18:37Speaker 1: President believes that it's unfair that Hunter Biden is actually
- 18:41Speaker 1: having to face the music now as I tell you
- 18:44Speaker 1: about that. We also are being told now that Hunter
- 18:47Speaker 1: Biden is expected to appeal the gun conviction by himself
- 18:51Speaker 1: some more time so his dad won't be under pressure
- 18:55Speaker 1: to actually do two things. One to give him a deal,
- 19:01Speaker 1: right to give him, you know, a pardon, or two
- 19:04Speaker 1: have to deal with, you know, commuting a sentence before
- 19:07Speaker 1: election day, because after election day, whether he wins or loses,
- 19:11Speaker 1: I'm sure he's gonna give Hunter whatever Hunter wants.
- 19:14Speaker 2: So, Hunter Biden, we're now being.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Told, is it absolutely expected to appeal his gun conviction.
- 19:19Speaker 1: People in his orbit and legal experts are confirming this morning.
- 19:23Speaker 1: To the New York Times quote, a successful appeal would
- 19:26Speaker 1: be an uphill climb, according to the outlet, but Hunter
- 19:28Speaker 1: can still file the appeal once the judge sentences him
- 19:31Speaker 1: in the coming weeks, and then that gives us Dad
- 19:34Speaker 1: more political cover before he has to bail his son out. Now,
- 19:39Speaker 1: Hunter's gun trial judge recently delivered a one year sentence
- 19:43Speaker 1: to a defendant in a similar case. The defense asked
- 19:47Speaker 1: for six months sentence, but the governor gave him one year.
- 19:51Speaker 2: In that case.
- 19:52Speaker 1: The White House was silent on Wednesday on whether President
- 19:56Speaker 1: Joe Biden would again commute his son sentence, which I'm
- 19:59Speaker 1: sure that's exactly what.
- 20:00Speaker 2: They would do.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Hunter would likely base his appeal on the following basis.
- 20:05Speaker 1: The Times is also reporting that Hunter Biden is fifty
- 20:10Speaker 1: four that would base an appeal on a Supreme Court
- 20:13Speaker 1: decision that his father has described as an affront to
- 20:18Speaker 1: common sense and the Constitution and perhaps the crowning paradox
- 20:23Speaker 1: in a case with quote complexities. The Supreme Court's ruling
- 20:28Speaker 1: in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association Versus Bruin
- 20:32Speaker 1: paved the way for potential challenges to other gun laws,
- 20:35Speaker 1: including those that deny firearms to people addicted to drugs. So,
- 20:40Speaker 1: now the same part that's tough on gun crimes right
- 20:43Speaker 1: tough on gun convictions and tough on loopholes. Now is
- 20:48Speaker 1: advocating for people that are drug addicts to be able
- 20:50Speaker 1: to have a firearm and not lose the ability to
- 20:54Speaker 1: keep that firearm. That's now what the official line is
- 20:59Speaker 1: from Democrats. You want to talk about a one to
- 21:01Speaker 1: eighty like that's an impressive one eighty right there on
- 21:06Speaker 1: that one. Now, let me just pause on that because
- 21:10Speaker 1: I also have to get this other breaking news and
- 21:12Speaker 1: it matters, and that is coming out of Washington with
- 21:16Speaker 1: Netnyahu coming to Washington. D C, a far left organization
- 21:20Speaker 1: in New York City, has been at the forefront of
- 21:24Speaker 1: all the anti Israel protests around the country on college campuses.
- 21:28Speaker 1: They have now vowed to shut down d C. That's
- 21:31Speaker 1: what they're calling it. Shut down DC when the Prime
- 21:35Speaker 1: Minister of Israel, Netnya who arrives to speak before Congress.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Net Yaho will be speaking before a joint meeting of
- 21:42Speaker 1: Congress on July the twenty fourth. We're now being told
- 21:46Speaker 1: The People's Forum wrote in a post on x Wednesday
- 21:49Speaker 1: that the group would be shutting down DC when net
- 21:53Speaker 1: noaw who arrives and would issue a notice of a
- 21:56Speaker 1: citizen's arrest. This is the Democratic Marxist Socialist immunist Party.
- 22:01Speaker 1: This is how crazy they are. This is who they are, folks.
- 22:04Speaker 1: The Democratic Party is dead. I've been saying it for
- 22:07Speaker 1: a long time. They went on to say. In their tweet,
- 22:11Speaker 1: the people charged net Yaho with genocide. The group wrote,
- 22:14Speaker 1: when the car, When the car criminal comes to d
- 22:18Speaker 1: C on July the twenty fourth, we will shut down
- 22:20Speaker 1: DC and issue a notice of a citizen's arrest. The
- 22:24Speaker 1: people of the world stand with Palesine against the genocide
- 22:27Speaker 1: committed by Israel. They went on to write, as they say,
- 22:31Speaker 1: arrest net and Yahoo now. So they're all about arresting
- 22:36Speaker 1: Net Yahoo, and they say they have the power to
- 22:39Speaker 1: do this. They said that net Yaho, the prime mister Visuals,
- 22:42Speaker 1: should be arrested by IT for war crimes and crimes
- 22:45Speaker 1: against humanity. In fact, the International Criminal Court has requested
- 22:49Speaker 1: arrest warrants for him and the Minister of Defense of Israel.
- 22:55Speaker 1: The group saying, quote, we won't let a war criminal
- 22:57Speaker 1: walk the streets of DC. If Biden the whole administration
- 23:02Speaker 1: refused to draw a real red line against genocide, we will.
- 23:06Speaker 1: We are the red line, they say. Then a flag
- 23:12Speaker 1: of Palestine next to it. Says national mobilization all out
- 23:17Speaker 1: to d C July twenty fourth, the Capitol, Washington, d C.
- 23:20Speaker 1: And then it says where red Red Line against Genocide
- 23:25Speaker 1: is their hashtag, saying they're going to shut down the
- 23:30Speaker 1: United States Capital and they say that Netnahu will not
- 23:35Speaker 1: be able to go anywhere. Okay, that's what was said.
- 23:39Speaker 1: He will not be able to go anywhere. Two things here.
- 23:45Speaker 1: I would expect them to become very violent. I want
- 23:48Speaker 1: to be clear about that.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Number One.
- 23:50Speaker 1: I would expect them to go all out and be
- 23:52Speaker 1: total radicals with extreme chaos. Number two, like, I have
- 23:56Speaker 1: every belief that that is exactly what is going to
- 23:58Speaker 1: happen here. So you should be ready for that. This
- 24:02Speaker 1: is going to be extreme. There are going to be
- 24:05Speaker 1: radicals involved. This is what they are going to do.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I'm going to keep covering it. But the Democratic Party
- 24:12Speaker 1: is not going to stop this, and the Democratic Party
- 24:14Speaker 1: is not going to call this out, So just prepare
- 24:20Speaker 1: for this. We got new breaking news from the White
- 24:23Speaker 1: House Joe Biden, and I warned you of this yesterday.
- 24:29Speaker 1: I said there's no way in hell his son's going
- 24:30Speaker 1: to go to jail. And Joe Biden said he would
- 24:33Speaker 1: he won't partner his son, That doesn't mean he won't
- 24:35Speaker 1: commute a sentence, so he never sees a day in jail. Well,
- 24:39Speaker 1: the same White House that preached no one is above
- 24:41Speaker 1: the law just a week ago with Donald Trump is
- 24:45Speaker 1: now saying unless their last name is Biden, at least
- 24:48Speaker 1: they're consistent. The Biden family, Yeah, they get away with
- 24:51Speaker 1: anything they want to. The White House is now officially
- 24:54Speaker 1: quote left open the idea the President Joe Biden might
- 24:59Speaker 1: commute by penning federal sentence following his gun related conviction.
- 25:04Speaker 1: There is no immediate date scheduled for Hunters sentencing, and
- 25:09Speaker 1: two to three month delay between conviction sentencing is typically
- 25:13Speaker 1: what they have in the federal system, so that's what
- 25:15Speaker 1: they're expecting.
- 25:17Speaker 2: There was a question that was asked White.
- 25:20Speaker 1: House President Terry Jean Pierre on Air Force One about
- 25:24Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. You're gonna have to listen carefully listen to
- 25:27Speaker 1: what is asked and what she said.
- 25:31Speaker 15: What I'm saying is that the President I am not
- 25:34Speaker 15: spoken to the President about this, And what I'm saying
- 25:37Speaker 15: is he was asked about a party, he was asked
- 25:39Speaker 15: about he was asked about the trial specifically, and he
- 25:44Speaker 15: answered it very clearly, very forthright. As we know, the
- 25:48Speaker 15: sentencing hasn't even been scheduled yet. I don't have anything
- 25:51Speaker 15: beyond what the President said. He's been very clear about this.
- 25:54Speaker 2: There it is.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Oh yeah, so we're all about hey, you know, being
- 25:58Speaker 1: honest with you. Sure, okay, And the President was very
- 26:02Speaker 1: anesome forth right about you know, he's not going to
- 26:04Speaker 1: pardon him.
- 26:04Speaker 2: But what about commuting in sentences? Well, I don't know.
- 26:06Speaker 1: I have talked to the President about that one, right
- 26:09Speaker 1: and well, and I hadn't even the sentencing I hadn't
- 26:11Speaker 1: even been scheduled yet. So everybody calmed down.
- 26:14Speaker 10: Now.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Joe Biden told ab SO News last week in his
- 26:17Speaker 1: interview that he would not pardon his son.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Listen to him.
- 26:24Speaker 14: In that interview, you did address Donald Trump and the
- 26:26Speaker 14: guilty verdicts on thirty four felon accounts before the American people.
- 26:30Speaker 14: You told Americans to respect the jury and the outcome
- 26:33Speaker 14: of this case. You were at a campaign fundraiser and
- 26:37Speaker 14: you told the room a convicted felon is now seeking
- 26:40Speaker 14: the office of the presidency. You called it disturbing. What
- 26:44Speaker 14: do you think the American people should make of this?
- 26:46Speaker 14: How important do you think this conviction should be in
- 26:49Speaker 14: this race for president.
- 26:51Speaker 2: That's the public to decide.
- 26:53Speaker 12: But one thing for certain is stop undermining the rule
- 26:56Speaker 12: of law, stop undermining institutions. That's what this whole effort is.
- 27:01Speaker 12: All the MAGA Republicans are coming out saying this is
- 27:04Speaker 12: a fix, this was a jury, that this was a
- 27:07Speaker 12: a judge that set up to get Trump. There's no
- 27:11Speaker 12: evidence of any of that. None. He's trying to undermine that. Okay,
- 27:15Speaker 12: you got a fair trial. The jury spoke like they
- 27:18Speaker 12: speak in all cases, and this should be respected.
- 27:21Speaker 14: As we sit here in Normandy, your son Hunter is
- 27:24Speaker 14: on trial. And I know that you cannot speak about
- 27:27Speaker 14: an ongoing federal prosecution, but let me ask you. Will
- 27:32Speaker 14: you accept the jury's outcome, their verdict, no matter what
- 27:35Speaker 14: it is.
- 27:36Speaker 2: Yes?
- 27:37Speaker 14: And have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
- 27:39Speaker 2: Yes?
- 27:40Speaker 15: You have.
- 27:41Speaker 2: I love how comatose Biden's out of there. Yes. Yes,
- 27:47Speaker 2: it's like they prepped him.
- 27:48Speaker 1: Just say, hey, hey, this guy is only going to
- 27:51Speaker 1: ask you on World News tonight two questions about your son.
- 27:54Speaker 1: You can really go off on Donald Trump, and then
- 27:57Speaker 1: he's going to ask you a follow up about your son.
- 27:59Speaker 1: You say yes, you respect the jury's decision because this
- 28:03Speaker 1: is not a big deal. And you say, yes, you're
- 28:05Speaker 1: not gonna You're not gonna, you know, get rid of
- 28:07Speaker 1: the you know, the guilty verdict by pardoning him, and
- 28:11Speaker 1: you're totally fine because look, you can just lie.
- 28:14Speaker 2: The Bidens lie like that's what they do.
- 28:18Speaker 1: He could just flat out be lying, and then you know,
- 28:21Speaker 1: when the election, say, guess what, I'm not up for
- 28:24Speaker 1: reelection again, so I can do whatever the hell.
- 28:25Speaker 2: I want to. I'm gonna pardon him.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and
- 28:30Speaker 1: your friends. Please share it on social media, and I
- 28:34Speaker 1: will see you back here tomorrow
