Saint Lucian Delegation Advances Health Priorities at Regional Meetings
A Saint Lucian delegation led by Minister for Health, Wellness and Nutrition Hon. Moses Jn. Baptiste and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sharon Belmar-George participated in CARICOM and PAHO meetings in Washington, D.C. The delegation discussed health security, pandemic preparedness, non-communicable diseases, climate change, cancer control and disease surveillance, while highlighting digital health and disease prevention as key priorities for Saint Lucia.
