Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Hunter Biden Indictment: Cronyism, Camouflage & Corruption
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdictra Centater, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you, Senator.
- 0:05Speaker 2: The big story, What a hell of a deal? Hunter
- 0:08Speaker 2: Biden cuts a massive plea deal and the media is
- 0:11Speaker 2: now saying, all right, it's all over. The five year investigation.
- 0:15Speaker 2: They called it a global investigation. This dude gets less
- 0:19Speaker 2: than a slap on the wrist. Hunter Biden, I'm angry.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Most people listening right now are furious over this. And
- 0:27Speaker 2: is there any reason to have any faith in the
- 0:29Speaker 2: Justice Apartment after this today?
- 0:32Speaker 3: Well, Ben, I think you're exactly right to be angry.
- 0:35Speaker 3: This is incredibly disappointing. Yesterday was a very sad day
- 0:41Speaker 3: for the rule of law. It was an outrageous day,
- 0:44Speaker 3: and it's worth breaking down what happened because I think
- 0:48Speaker 3: it was three things simultaneously. I think it was cronyism,
- 0:54Speaker 3: I think it was camouflage, and I think it was corruption.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Now let me break it down because, and let's say
- 1:03Speaker 3: at the outset, what happened yesterday with the Hunter Biden
- 1:07Speaker 3: indictment is exactly what this podcast has been telling listeners
- 1:13Speaker 3: was going to happen for months. We have said this
- 1:16Speaker 3: over and over and over again that yesterday was gonna happen.
- 1:20Speaker 3: It was going to play out exactly as it did.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Let's start with the cronyism. So Hunter Biden has committed
- 1:29Speaker 3: crime after crime after crime, and the Biden DOJ was
- 1:33Speaker 3: in a hard position because the Hunter laptop laid out
- 1:37Speaker 3: the evidence of his crimes. He had videos of himself
- 1:41Speaker 3: committing those crimes, and so they were forced to do something.
- 1:47Speaker 3: The reason it's cronyism is if Ben Ferguson did what
- 1:52Speaker 3: Hunter Biden did, if I did what Hunter Biden did,
- 1:55Speaker 3: if anyone not name Biden did it, if his name
- 1:59Speaker 3: was Hunter Smith, he'd be doing hard time. He would
- 2:03Speaker 3: be going to jail. The end result of this plea
- 2:06Speaker 3: deal is that Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two counts
- 2:11Speaker 3: of willful failure pay tax because he failed to pay
- 2:15Speaker 3: about one point two million dollars on his twenty seventeen
- 2:18Speaker 3: and twenty eighteen taxes. That's a lot of taxes. And
- 2:24Speaker 3: then secondly, the Biden DOJ filed a charge of possession
- 2:31Speaker 3: of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful
- 2:33Speaker 3: user of a controlled substance. Mind you, Hunter videoed him
- 2:37Speaker 3: doing this, so they were stuck with this problem. But
- 2:41Speaker 3: for that he entered a probation and diversion program that
- 2:47Speaker 3: it is very likely he will serve not a day
- 2:49Speaker 3: in jail, and he's required to stay drug free for
- 2:52Speaker 3: twenty four months and agree to never own a firearm.
- 2:56Speaker 3: That's not a deal your typical defendant could get if
- 2:59Speaker 3: you're a kid in Chicago who does the same thing
- 3:05Speaker 3: you're doing jail time. This was cronyism, But the cronyism
- 3:09Speaker 3: is not the most outrageous thing. And I got to say,
- 3:12Speaker 3: if you watch the TV coverage, if you watch Fox
- 3:16Speaker 3: or Newsmax or the various conservative outlets, they're mostly focusing
- 3:20Speaker 3: on the cronyism, and the cronism bothers me. It's not fair,
- 3:24Speaker 3: But it's the least concerning part of what happened yesterday
- 3:28Speaker 3: because the second part of it is camouflage. And again
- 3:31Speaker 3: we said this at length on this podcast. I have
- 3:36Speaker 3: said for months, Merrick Garland is going to indict Hunter Biden.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Why because he needs to mask he needs to cover
- 3:45Speaker 3: up his partisan vendetta against Donald Trump. And there's a
- 3:50Speaker 3: beautiful symmetry to saying I'm not partisan. I indicted a Trump.
- 3:54Speaker 3: I indicted to Biden. See how even handed I am.
- 3:57Speaker 3: So the biggest purpose this is to give Merrick Garland
- 4:04Speaker 3: a fig leaf to pretend that he's not being political
- 4:09Speaker 3: and biased. But actually, I say that's the biggest purpose.
- 4:12Speaker 3: That was a misstatement. There's an even bigger purpose, and
- 4:17Speaker 3: that is corruption. Now, recall, as we said at length
- 4:21Speaker 3: on this pot, why do we care about Hunter Biden? Listen,
- 4:26Speaker 3: Hunter Biden, the guy has led a troubled life for
- 4:30Speaker 3: a long time. He struggled with substance abuse. He's had
- 4:35Speaker 3: a life where he's made dumb decision after dumb decision
- 4:39Speaker 3: after dumb decision. Everyone has friends or family members who
- 4:44Speaker 3: struggled with substance abuse. This is something we all understand.
- 4:48Speaker 3: And by the way, it's the White House's chief spin
- 4:50Speaker 3: now is gosh, he's a troubled soul. He's agonized with
- 4:57Speaker 3: these demons. But you ought to have empathy. That's what
- 5:00Speaker 3: his lawyers were saying today. You ought to have empathy
- 5:02Speaker 3: for him for these demons. Look, the reason the news
- 5:06Speaker 3: is covering this, the reason we're talking about this on
- 5:09Speaker 3: the podcast, is not because of his personal tax problems
- 5:12Speaker 3: or even drug problems or gun problems. The reason it
- 5:16Speaker 3: matters is because Hunter is directly implicated in official corruption
- 5:21Speaker 3: by the President of the United States. And the tell
- 5:26Speaker 3: the key indicator, as you and I discussed months ago,
- 5:31Speaker 3: is if this indictment focuses on tax issues and gun
- 5:34Speaker 3: issues that are personal to Hunter, that can be explained
- 5:37Speaker 3: by his being a troubled soul. What they are doing
- 5:41Speaker 3: is covering up the mounting evidence of corruption by Joe Biden,
- 5:48Speaker 3: of Joe Biden being complicit in Hunters selling access to
- 5:53Speaker 3: Daddy to foreign players for millions of dollars. And that's
- 5:57Speaker 3: exactly what this plea agreement is all about. Is there's
- 6:02Speaker 3: nothing about Joe Biden, nothing about the big Guy, nothing
- 6:05Speaker 3: about Barisma, nothing about communist China. It's just a poor,
- 6:09Speaker 3: sad sack who has a substance abuse problem. And this
- 6:12Speaker 3: is all about covering up for Joe Biden.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I want to go rapid fire with you for a
- 6:19Speaker 2: second on this, and one of the things that I
- 6:21Speaker 2: want to ask you is this, there are a lot
- 6:24Speaker 2: of Americans that are saying, how did they come up
- 6:28Speaker 2: with these two charges? Only what does that conversation look like?
- 6:34Speaker 2: It wasn't a conversation center where they're sitting in a room.
- 6:37Speaker 2: They're going Okay, we can only charge Hunter Biden with
- 6:40Speaker 2: crimes that insulate and protect the office, right, the presidency.
- 6:45Speaker 2: We got we got we have to protect the Biden presidency.
- 6:48Speaker 2: So you guys need to find the crimes that if
- 6:51Speaker 2: he does plead guilty to them, that that crime will
- 6:55Speaker 2: not connect in any capacity or implicate any of the
- 6:59Speaker 2: other find Biden family members that we know have been
- 7:01Speaker 2: on the take in these deals where you don't have
- 7:04Speaker 2: to worry about the foreign funds coming in. We don't
- 7:07Speaker 2: want to connect it to him not being able to
- 7:09Speaker 2: you know, not registering as a foreign agent by the way,
- 7:12Speaker 2: which is a very big deal. We don't want to
- 7:14Speaker 2: connect it to these to Ukraine or Romania or these
- 7:18Speaker 2: oligarchs are the Chinese Communist Party. Because we have to
- 7:21Speaker 2: protect the presidency at all costs of Joe Biden. The
- 7:25Speaker 2: only way you come up with these two charges are
- 7:28Speaker 2: these two areas I would think is if you had
- 7:30Speaker 2: a conversation that way for the last five years. Can't
- 7:34Speaker 2: go there, can't do this because otherwise that'll connect him
- 7:37Speaker 2: to the presidency.
- 7:39Speaker 3: Well, look, that's exactly right, and it's it's what we
- 7:42Speaker 3: had discussed that you need personal offenses. Look, his failure
- 7:48Speaker 3: to pay taxes on his own money. That that that's
- 7:51Speaker 3: tied to Hunter himself. That that's his own screw up.
- 7:55Speaker 3: His possession of a firearm when he was a drug
- 7:59Speaker 3: us user, that's his personal screw up. What is missing
- 8:04Speaker 3: from these charges is anything about Barisma, anything about Ukraine,
- 8:09Speaker 3: anything about China, anything about diverting funds, anything about money laundering,
- 8:14Speaker 3: anything about selling official influence, anything about bribery. Look, we've
- 8:19Speaker 3: discussed in the past couple of weeks. The whistleblower came
- 8:22Speaker 3: forward and says that there is credible evidence that Joe
- 8:25Speaker 3: Biden personally received first it was a five million dollar
- 8:29Speaker 3: that it may be a ten million dollar bribe from
- 8:32Speaker 3: senior officials at Barisma. That's why the public should care
- 8:36Speaker 3: about this now. Of course, the Democrats won't acknowledge that exists.
- 8:40Speaker 3: The media won't acknowledge that exists, at least not the
- 8:42Speaker 3: corporate media. They are thrilled to say, well, now it's over.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Everything concerning Hunter Biden has resolved. He's been charged, he's
- 8:51Speaker 3: pleaded guilty. He's not going to serve a day in jail,
- 8:53Speaker 3: so he can go back to vacationing and living off
- 8:56Speaker 3: of the millions he's made off of Daddy and the
- 8:59Speaker 3: issue is resolved. It is this Department of Justice willfully
- 9:06Speaker 3: does not want to examine the very direct and the
- 9:09Speaker 3: growing evidence of Joe Biden's direct corruption.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Sana, I want to talk about the media's response to this.
- 9:18Speaker 2: It has been truly laughable watching how much the media
- 9:25Speaker 2: was willing to cover this breaking news story that you know,
- 9:29Speaker 2: Hunter Biden has reached a plea deal. They covered it
- 9:34Speaker 2: for minutes on in more coverage than they have ever
- 9:38Speaker 2: given to the story beforehand. Why because this is good news.
- 9:42Speaker 2: But before we get to that, let me tell you
- 9:43Speaker 2: about our friends, Augusta Precious Medals. I love hearing from
- 9:46Speaker 2: many of you that actually deal with the companies we
- 9:49Speaker 2: talk about, and Augusta Precious Metals is an incredible company
- 9:53Speaker 2: that will sit down with you and help you understand
- 9:56Speaker 2: how you can protect your money with a gold ira.
- 10:00Speaker 2: They are an amazing company that do business differently. They
- 10:04Speaker 2: will actually do a one on one conference with you.
- 10:07Speaker 2: Doesn't cost you a dime to talk about how gold
- 10:11Speaker 2: can help you protect your hard earned dollars to see
- 10:14Speaker 2: if a gold ira is an answer for you to
- 10:18Speaker 2: protect your assets. The bottom line is this. If you're
- 10:22Speaker 2: close to retirement or in retirement, there is no time
- 10:25Speaker 2: for you to make up losses, and we've seen a
- 10:27Speaker 2: lot of losses over the last couple of years. That
- 10:30Speaker 2: is where gold can come in to protect you. That's
- 10:33Speaker 2: why so many around the world have been buying up gold,
- 10:35Speaker 2: including major eight banking institutions. So if you want a
- 10:40Speaker 2: company that you can trust, call Augusta Precious Medals eight
- 10:45Speaker 2: seven to seven the number four Goldra eight seven seven

- 11:01Speaker 2: gold can do to you to give you that peace
- 11:03Speaker 2: of mind in retirement. August of Precious Metals eight seven
- 11:07Speaker 2: seven to number four Gold I r A center. The
- 11:11Speaker 2: media was very happy to cover the story. You saw
- 11:14Speaker 2: it and we talked about this even before the show.
- 11:17Speaker 2: How how it makes you angry? You roll your eyes,
- 11:20Speaker 2: you want to I want to throw something at the
- 11:23Speaker 2: TV because they've refused to cover the story. And not
- 11:27Speaker 2: only have they not covered it, they actually lie to
- 11:29Speaker 2: the American people about the Hunter Byton laptop. They said
- 11:32Speaker 2: it was Russian disinformation, they said in a high horse.
- 11:34Speaker 2: They said, we're not going to cover it. We're not
- 11:36Speaker 2: going to report on it. You can't mention it. Many
- 11:38Speaker 2: networks were banning people from bringing it up, and they
- 11:41Speaker 2: said if you did, they weren't going to let you
- 11:43Speaker 2: come back on the air. Now the Plea deal comes
- 11:46Speaker 2: in and they're covering it wall to wall. Why because
- 11:49Speaker 2: it's good news for the Bidens. It's an in cap
- 11:52Speaker 2: to this entire five years, and so they're happy to
- 11:56Speaker 2: tell you now all the crimes have been investigated, there's
- 11:59Speaker 2: only a couple and we're moving on.
- 12:02Speaker 3: Well, listen, that's exactly right. And they're willing to have
- 12:05Speaker 3: Hunter Biden play the scapegoat to a small extent, so
- 12:10Speaker 3: he pleads guilty but serves no jail time. So he
- 12:13Speaker 3: pleads guilty and gets slap on the wrist. But importantly
- 12:16Speaker 3: they say, okay, it's all done. And mind you, these
- 12:20Speaker 3: networks they didn't cover. In the last couple of weeks,
- 12:24Speaker 3: the accusation from the whistleblower that a confidential informant had
- 12:30Speaker 3: told the FBI that Joe Biden had personally taken a
- 12:32Speaker 3: five million dollar bribe from a senior Ukrainian Barisma official.
- 12:37Speaker 3: They didn't cover that. It didn't make the six o'clock
- 12:40Speaker 3: news on any major network. They didn't cover when Chuck
- 12:44Speaker 3: Grassley went to the floor of the Senate and said,
- 12:45Speaker 3: there were seventeen different phone recordings audio recordings of this
- 12:51Speaker 3: senior official at Barisma talking, fifteen of them with Hunter Biden,
- 12:55Speaker 3: two of them with Joe Biden. They didn't cover that.
- 12:57Speaker 3: That is not news in their view because is that
- 13:00Speaker 3: actually implicates the president and corruption. That should have led
- 13:04Speaker 3: the news by the way, and we talked about it
- 13:06Speaker 3: at length and verdict. Instead they cover it now Why
- 13:11Speaker 3: because this is the best way to insulate Joe Biden.
- 13:15Speaker 3: I promise you tomorrow, anyone who brings up anything about
- 13:19Speaker 3: Joe Biden's corruption with Hunter Biden, they're going to say,
- 13:21Speaker 3: been there, done that, matters resolved, hope they investigated it,
- 13:24Speaker 3: that they have convictions, it's all done. Nothing to see here,
- 13:28Speaker 3: Joe Biden's innocent. Move on. By the way, can we
- 13:31Speaker 3: talk to you about Donald Trump's indictment because that's what
- 13:33Speaker 3: they want to talk about.
- 13:35Speaker 1: The reporters there.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Yeah, you brought that up, and I gotta play this
- 13:40Speaker 2: because what you just said was exactly what happened on
- 13:44Speaker 2: NBC News. They broke in and it took them a
- 13:47Speaker 2: minute and I think it was twenty one seconds, while
- 13:50Speaker 2: telling you about Hunter's Indictment Center to then say this
- 13:54Speaker 2: comes on the heels of Donald Trump's and they counted
- 13:59Speaker 2: the number of indictments.
- 14:00Speaker 1: Just last week, like they think, they couldn't.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Even make it two minutes on the Hunter Biden story
- 14:04Speaker 2: before they're telling you about Donald Trump.
- 14:08Speaker 4: Biden has really not said a whole lot about this.
- 14:12Speaker 4: He has argued that he wants to keep distance between
- 14:15Speaker 4: himself and of course the Justice Department and this investigation.
- 14:18Speaker 4: But notably, he did make some very recent comments in
- 14:22Speaker 4: an interview with Stephanie Rule, saying, quote, my son has
- 14:26Speaker 4: done nothing wrong. I trust him. Those comments will undoubtedly
- 14:29Speaker 4: come under fresh scrutiny. Now, of course, this does come
- 14:32Speaker 4: about a week after former President Trump pled not guilty
- 14:36Speaker 4: to thirty seven counts that he mishandled classified documents Republicans
- 14:39Speaker 4: the former.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Right by the way, I mean, sinay, you can hear
- 14:41Speaker 1: it there. They couldn't even make it to the two
- 14:43Speaker 1: minute mark.
- 14:44Speaker 2: They're telling you about the White House not giving a
- 14:47Speaker 2: comment yet on this. Right when they're breaking this news
- 14:50Speaker 2: that Hunter Biden reached the plea deal on tax charges
- 14:53Speaker 2: and a misdemeanor thing with a gun thing, that that's
- 14:56Speaker 2: gonna go away, so it's not a big deal.
- 14:58Speaker 1: And then they tell you about Donald Trump.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Well, and they also say, well, the White House wanted
- 15:04Speaker 3: to keep the President's distance from this, no kidding talk
- 15:07Speaker 3: about I'm really expecting Joe Biden at the best press
- 15:10Speaker 3: conference to say Hunter who, I'm sorry, I don't know
- 15:13Speaker 3: who that is. I don't know what you're talking about.
- 15:17Speaker 3: This is all about protecting the big guy. And look,
- 15:21Speaker 3: I get why the White House is doing that. That's
- 15:23Speaker 3: actually fairly natural political instincts is protect your guy. But
- 15:27Speaker 3: why is the Department of Justice acting like the DNC's
- 15:32Speaker 3: lawyers in this? I mean, this is disgraceful. That is,
- 15:37Speaker 3: if you care about the rule of law, if you
- 15:39Speaker 3: care about DOJ prosecuting crimes fairly and evenly, regardless of party,
- 15:44Speaker 3: you ought to be really upset at this because this
- 15:49Speaker 3: is all about Merrick Garland pretending to be even handed
- 15:51Speaker 3: while he's acting as the political henchman for Joe Biden.
- 15:56Speaker 2: You'll look at the time stamp here and you and
- 15:58Speaker 2: I were texting obviously when story broke. NBC News broke
- 16:03Speaker 2: in for their special report. They went eight minutes in
- 16:07Speaker 2: forty three seconds. Now we're trying to get the exact number,
- 16:10Speaker 2: but it looks like they spent more time covering Hunter
- 16:13Speaker 2: Biden today then they may have dealt with his story
- 16:16Speaker 2: in breaking news for the last since the levertop to
- 16:20Speaker 2: Hunter Biden lap ever, right, so you add up every
- 16:23Speaker 2: clip over the last since you know, two and twenty
- 16:26Speaker 2: election cycles, since a Hunter Biden laptop broke, it would.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Not be surprised me. It would not surprise me if
- 16:32Speaker 3: the corporate media said Hunter Biden's name more times today
- 16:36Speaker 3: than they have in the history of the universe.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and that is the point here of why they
- 16:42Speaker 2: went all in because for this, this was Okay, this
- 16:45Speaker 2: is good news. We need to cover this like this
- 16:48Speaker 2: is massive breaking news.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Because the favorite two words were what the media said
- 16:53Speaker 3: over and over and over again on station after station.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Their favorite two words today were wraps up, wraps up,
- 16:59Speaker 3: this rap up. The investigation wraps it up, wraps it up,
- 17:02Speaker 3: all wrapped up, all wrapped up. Nothing to see here,
- 17:04Speaker 3: this wraps it up, this wraps it up. That was
- 17:06Speaker 3: why they covered it because it's resolved. Nothing to see
- 17:11Speaker 3: here all over. Now, let's return to saying how much
- 17:14Speaker 3: we hate Donald Trump.
- 17:16Speaker 2: And they even use words today. I was laughing. Global
- 17:19Speaker 2: Investigation has wrapped up. That's how they put it on NBC.
- 17:23Speaker 2: And if you went over to ABC and CBS, same
- 17:26Speaker 2: exact thing. They wanted you to believe that today this
- 17:30Speaker 2: was a massive bombshell. It was a bad moment and
- 17:34Speaker 2: a tough thing for the White House to see this happen.
- 17:37Speaker 2: It's gonna be a day of reckoning. And meanwhile, when
- 17:40Speaker 2: they go to break, you know, they're laughing and high
- 17:42Speaker 2: fiving each other because they're like, we just got away
- 17:44Speaker 2: with it again.
- 17:46Speaker 3: Well, but you know what, the American people, I think
- 17:48Speaker 3: are a lot more engaged and aware. Listen, CNN. CNN
- 17:55Speaker 3: is celebrating this. But you know what, verdict, this podcast
- 17:58Speaker 3: has more viewers than CNA. The listeners who are downloading this.
- 18:02Speaker 3: That's the power that every one of you who downloads this,
- 18:05Speaker 3: and every one of you, by the way, let me
- 18:07Speaker 3: emphasize that shares it with your friends. That tells tell
- 18:10Speaker 3: your friend, tell your coworker, tell your sister, tell your brother. Hey,
- 18:13Speaker 3: listen to this episode. You want to know what was
- 18:15Speaker 3: really going on with Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. Listen
- 18:17Speaker 3: to this episode because you won't get it on the
- 18:19Speaker 3: six o'clock news. You won't get it on CNN or MSNBC.
- 18:23Speaker 3: They are not telling you the truth. The reason why
- 18:26Speaker 3: this podcast every week Monday, Wednesday and Friday keeps growing
- 18:31Speaker 3: and growing and growing is because you can't get actual
- 18:35Speaker 3: information about what's happening in many other places.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Yeah, no doubt, And there's always when a big story
- 18:42Speaker 2: like this break, Senator, there's an X factor that comes
- 18:45Speaker 2: out of these where you didn't see this happening. I
- 18:48Speaker 2: didn't see this happening until it was happening in real
- 18:51Speaker 2: time today, and that was the racial aspect of this.
- 18:55Speaker 2: There was outrage from many African American leaders and many
- 19:01Speaker 2: African American defendants who have gone to prison and done
- 19:06Speaker 2: real hard time for the same crimes that Hunter Biden
- 19:11Speaker 2: was accused of and now has done this plea deal.
- 19:13Speaker 2: With some of the headlines that were put out, A
- 19:15Speaker 2: twenty two year old had pled guilty to weapons charges
- 19:18Speaker 2: stemming from his arrest just before a scheduled concert performance
- 19:21Speaker 2: in may A rapper Kodiak Black got over three years
- 19:24Speaker 2: in prison in a weapons case. Lil Wayne, another artist,
- 19:28Speaker 2: pled guilty to federal gun charges. The rapper will be
- 19:31Speaker 2: sentenced in January and face up to ten years in prison.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Another one, Meek Mill, arrested in Philadelphia on gun charges.
- 19:37Speaker 2: That one back in two thousand and eight, going to
- 19:40Speaker 2: prison eleven to twenty three months. Jah Ruhles sentence for
- 19:43Speaker 2: tax evasion. The rapper will serve twenty eight months in
- 19:46Speaker 2: addition to two years for a weapons charge. Fat Joe
- 19:49Speaker 2: another singer sentenced to prison for tax evasion. Rapper faces
- 19:54Speaker 2: four months and a fifth in jail in a fifteen
- 19:57Speaker 2: thousand dollars fine.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Now, many of the people I just mentioned were not.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Accused of the severity of the crimes that Hunter Biden
- 20:08Speaker 2: was when it came to the amount of taxes ode,
- 20:10Speaker 2: for example, Yet they serve time in jail. And this
- 20:14Speaker 2: started a trend on social media when I say there's
- 20:16Speaker 2: always an X factor on stories. I don't think anyone
- 20:19Speaker 2: saw that initial reaction. But there were lawyers speaking out today,
- 20:22Speaker 2: there were community activists speaking out today saying, let me
- 20:25Speaker 2: get this straight. This guy, because his dad is the president,
- 20:29Speaker 2: he's white, he didn't go to jail, But many, many
- 20:33Speaker 2: African American men, minority men, have gone to jail for
- 20:37Speaker 2: doing less than what he was accused of and done
- 20:39Speaker 2: real hard time. Hunter Biden wills not spend one second
- 20:44Speaker 2: in jail. I don't think the White House even saw
- 20:46Speaker 2: that reaction coming.
- 20:48Speaker 3: Well, look that there is a sense of entitlement that
- 20:52Speaker 3: this double standard is fully baked into every political operative
- 20:57Speaker 3: at the White House, to the political cronies running Deo
- 21:00Speaker 3: Jay listen, Hunter Biden. On the tax front, he willfully
- 21:04Speaker 3: and he pleaded guilty to this, willfully failed to pay
- 21:07Speaker 3: taxes on one point two million dollars in twenty seventeen
- 21:13Speaker 3: and twenty eighteen. One point two million dollars is a
- 21:16Speaker 3: lot of money. That's not one hundred bucks. It's not
- 21:18Speaker 3: fifty thousand bucks. It's not one hundred thousand bucks. It's
- 21:21Speaker 3: one point two million. And it was wilful not serving
- 21:24Speaker 3: a day in jail. This is a guy also who
- 21:28Speaker 3: had a firearm. The firearm ended up being discarded. It
- 21:33Speaker 3: was a Colt Cobra thirty eight spl revolver and it
- 21:40Speaker 3: was discarded in a dumpster by a school by his brothers.
- 21:48Speaker 3: His deceased brother's wife with whom Hunter Biden was having
- 21:52Speaker 3: an intimate affair, and she threw it out in the
- 21:56Speaker 3: dumpster where any kid could have grabbed the gun and
- 21:58Speaker 3: shot himself another kid. Look, if you or I do this, listen,
- 22:03Speaker 3: then you own a gun store. Yeah, what do you
- 22:07Speaker 3: think the Feds would federal if you just tossed a
- 22:10Speaker 3: gun at a dumpster buy a school. What would they do
- 22:12Speaker 3: to you?
- 22:13Speaker 2: Seriously, I promise you I would do real jail time
- 22:16Speaker 2: number one. But we've actually seen this with people that
- 22:19Speaker 2: have done straw purchases, where someone buys a gun for
- 22:21Speaker 2: somebody else. You go to prison, it's a federal crime.
- 22:25Speaker 2: You lose your ability to own a firearm, and you're
- 22:28Speaker 2: in serious trouble by the.
- 22:29Speaker 1: Way, as you should be.
- 22:31Speaker 2: But when you dump a gun in a dumpster by
- 22:33Speaker 2: a school, there should be instant, serious repercussions for those actions.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Somebody's life could be taken, a kid could find that gun,
- 22:43Speaker 2: you can have an accidental discharge. That's the reason why
- 22:46Speaker 2: the Feds don't screw around when it comes to guns
- 22:48Speaker 2: and the laws with guns, and they shouldn't. There should
- 22:51Speaker 2: be no leeway on these types of things. Yet, because
- 22:54Speaker 2: he was again the Vice President's son, Right. And there's
- 22:59Speaker 2: also the other shady part of the story, owning a
- 23:01Speaker 2: gun store. You know this part of the story. Well,
- 23:03Speaker 2: apparently Secret Service agents went into that gun store trying
- 23:07Speaker 2: to get the paperwork from that gun transaction after the
- 23:11Speaker 2: gun was thrown in the dumpster, right, because they were
- 23:14Speaker 2: trying to cover up the crime that he committed.
- 23:16Speaker 1: And that gun store owner said, no, I'm not.
- 23:19Speaker 2: Giving you that paperwork to the two Secret Service guys
- 23:22Speaker 2: that apparently came in, and he refused to turn that
- 23:24Speaker 2: over so they could just make it all disappear. That's
- 23:27Speaker 2: another part of the story is why was the Secret
- 23:31Speaker 2: Service agents involved in that? Because at that time, from
- 23:35Speaker 2: what we understand, Joe Biden did not have Secret Service protection,
- 23:39Speaker 2: So why were they being used in that moment? Again,
- 23:43Speaker 2: another part of the investigation that went nowhere.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Well, and you look at the law that hunter Biden
- 23:51Speaker 3: is pleading guilty to have violated. It's eighteen USC. Section
- 23:56Speaker 3: nine twenty two, G three. It shall be unlawful for
- 23:59Speaker 3: any person who is an unlawful user of, or addicted
- 24:03Speaker 3: to any controlled substance to ship, or transport or receive
- 24:11Speaker 3: any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped to transport
- 24:15Speaker 3: the inner state or foreign commerce. And what's the penalty
- 24:18Speaker 3: for it? Well, let me just read you from the statute.
- 24:20Speaker 3: Whoever knowingly violates this subsection shall be fined as provided
- 24:25Speaker 3: in this title in prisoned not more than ten years
- 24:31Speaker 3: or both. So the maximum punishment is ten years in
- 24:34Speaker 3: prison and a fine of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
- 24:37Speaker 3: What does Hunter Biden get Zero years in prison, zero
- 24:41Speaker 3: months in prison, zero days in prison. That is a
- 24:45Speaker 3: sweetheart deal because Daddy is in the Oval office. But listen,
- 24:50Speaker 3: as infuriating as that is, and listen, I understand all
- 24:53Speaker 3: these defendants who faced real jail time. They ought to
- 24:56Speaker 3: get bad. They are bad. They are getting mad because
- 24:59Speaker 3: they wreck recognize gosh, you know. It reminds me of
- 25:03Speaker 3: you know, mel Brooks's History of the World, where he
- 25:07Speaker 3: would say, it's good to be the king. Well, it's
- 25:10Speaker 3: good to be the president's son. Apparently the laws don't
- 25:13Speaker 3: apply to you. By the way, let me point out,
- 25:16Speaker 3: and we said this on one of our most recent podcasts,
- 25:19Speaker 3: all of the lefties who went on TV and said,
- 25:22Speaker 3: no man is above the law, No man is above
- 25:24Speaker 3: the law. No man, no man no man, no man
- 25:27Speaker 3: is above the law. They said that repeatedly, repeatedly, repeatedly
- 25:31Speaker 3: concerning Donald J. Trump. It made them feel very moral
- 25:34Speaker 3: and self righteous. Well, you know who apparently is above
- 25:37Speaker 3: the law? Anyone named Biden or for that matter, anyone
- 25:39Speaker 3: named Hillary Clinton. Those men are above the law.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I want to ask you about where this moves forward
- 25:47Speaker 2: in Congress and is this going to be the end
- 25:51Speaker 2: of the road on this, Like did we lose or
- 25:53Speaker 2: should people still have faith that this is far from
- 25:56Speaker 2: over when it comes to the president, because at this point,
- 25:59Speaker 2: I think a lot of people that just don't care
- 26:01Speaker 2: anymore about Hunter Biden. They see the corruption, they see
- 26:04Speaker 2: the bribes, they see these the intel coming out, they
- 26:08Speaker 2: see what the whistle boarder is saying. They're saying, Okay,
- 26:10Speaker 2: let's keep our eye on the prize, which is the kingpin.
- 26:14Speaker 2: The kingpin is Joe Biden President of the United States
- 26:18Speaker 2: of America right now. I think there's a very big
- 26:21Speaker 2: concerns that he's compromised by China. You look at how
- 26:23Speaker 2: weak our meetings have been with China recently and Blincoln
- 26:26Speaker 2: for example, And we'll go into that, but first let
- 26:28Speaker 2: me tell you about Chalk if you're a guy and
- 26:30Speaker 2: you're dealing with the real issue of getting older, and

- 26:42Speaker 2: have fallen off a cliff historically, and that is why

- 27:32Speaker 2: percent over ninety days choq dot com. Senator, this is
- 27:37Speaker 2: at a point I think there's rage and anger and
- 27:39Speaker 2: frustration in the double standard.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Yes, but then there's also that worry that.
- 27:43Speaker 2: People feel like, all right, we lost again. The systems rigged,
- 27:46Speaker 2: the DOJ's rigged, the FBI's rigged, it's all rigged against us.
- 27:49Speaker 1: There's a double standard here.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Yet we still have a lot of questions being asked
- 27:53Speaker 2: about the president.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Will they go anywhere?
- 27:55Speaker 2: And should people be discouraged or is it getting much
- 27:59Speaker 2: bigger think with the league's coming out against the president.
- 28:04Speaker 3: So let me say yes, no, yes, yes, you should
- 28:07Speaker 3: be discouraged about DJ. I think the Merrick Garland DOJ
- 28:12Speaker 3: is thoroughly politicized. I think from their view, the Hunter
- 28:15Speaker 3: Biden investigation's over. They're done, they've wrapped it up, as
- 28:19Speaker 3: the Democrats and the press are gleefully saying they're not
- 28:22Speaker 3: investigating anymore. They don't want to know. They are the
- 28:24Speaker 3: three little monkeys. They see no evil, they hear no evil,
- 28:28Speaker 3: and they are covering up any connection to Joe Biden.
- 28:32Speaker 3: So if you're sitting there waiting for well, when is
- 28:35Speaker 3: DOJ going to do more on this? I think you
- 28:37Speaker 3: will wait at least until the end of twenty twenty four.
- 28:40Speaker 3: I don't think it's going to happen, so that you
- 28:43Speaker 3: should be distressed about. The good news is, I don't
- 28:46Speaker 3: believe the House of Representatives is going to sit quietly along.
- 28:49Speaker 3: I think James Comer and I think Jim Jordan are
- 28:51Speaker 3: going to keep digging. I am working closely with both
- 28:54Speaker 3: of them. I'm going to keep pressing them. They have
- 28:56Speaker 3: the power to issue subpoenas. I think the House needs
- 28:59Speaker 3: to keep press So that is encouraging. And I'll also say, listen,
- 29:04Speaker 3: this podcast is going to keep pressing. And what we're
- 29:07Speaker 3: what we're seeing is more and more whistleblowers coming forward,
- 29:11Speaker 3: more and more people in the FBI and the DJ
- 29:15Speaker 3: and the I R S who are principaled, who are honorable,
- 29:18Speaker 3: who are frustrated by this corruption and and that growing effort. Listen,
- 29:24Speaker 3: remember back to Richard Nixon and Watergate. At first, it
- 29:28Speaker 3: started off and it was just a little story here,
- 29:30Speaker 3: that it was a little story there. But the evidence
- 29:32Speaker 3: grew and mounted. Do I think Merrick Garland listen. I
- 29:37Speaker 3: got to say, as an aside, I was doing a
- 29:40Speaker 3: TV interview last week and the person interviewing me asked said, well,
- 29:46Speaker 3: do you think there's a scenario where the Democrats in
- 29:49Speaker 3: the Senate would vote to convict Joe Biden in an
- 29:53Speaker 3: impeachment hearing, and I laughed and I said no, And
- 29:58Speaker 3: I went on to say, you could have video of
- 30:03Speaker 3: Joe Biden murdering children at midnight under a full moon,
- 30:09Speaker 3: dressed as the Devil and singing Pat Benatar, and the
- 30:15Speaker 3: Democrats still would not vote to convict. Now, amusingly enough,
- 30:18Speaker 3: Ben the lefties lost their minds, but they didn't dispute
- 30:24Speaker 3: the underlying point that the Democrats didn't care about the facts,
- 30:27Speaker 3: would never vote to convict Joe Biden, didn't care what
- 30:29Speaker 3: he was guilty of. None of that was controversial. They're like, yeah, oh,
- 30:32Speaker 3: that's obviously true. You know what they were mad at?
- 30:37Speaker 3: What was that that I said the words Pat Benatar?
- 30:42Speaker 3: And this is kind of predictable, right, Okay, this began
- 30:46Speaker 3: trending on Twitter that I said, Pat Benatar and lefties.
- 30:51Speaker 3: It's very funny. They're very territorial. They guard culture. You're
- 30:57Speaker 3: not allowed to reference pop culture. And it actually Pat
- 31:00Speaker 3: Benatar responded to me. Who the heck? Who the heck
- 31:03Speaker 3: knew Pat Benatar would ever respond a little on me.
- 31:06Speaker 3: I was fairly sing, Okay, hold on, I missed that.
- 31:08Speaker 3: What did Pat say, because I totally missed this.
- 31:10Speaker 1: This is awesome.
- 31:11Speaker 3: So she posted on I think it was Facebook, and
- 31:13Speaker 3: she just said nice try. And I don't know. One
- 31:16Speaker 3: of the lefty papers said Pat bennettar Burns Crews. That
- 31:21Speaker 3: was one of the headlines the last few days. That's hilarious,
- 31:24Speaker 3: which I found really funny. So let me tell you
- 31:26Speaker 3: two funny things about Pat benattar Gate. Number one, I
- 31:32Speaker 3: put out a tweet today today or yesterday where I said, look,
- 31:39Speaker 3: my point was that he could be murdering children under
- 31:44Speaker 3: a full moon while singing hit me with your best
- 31:47Speaker 3: shot and Democrats wouldn't care yep. But to be honest, look,
- 31:53Speaker 3: I thought that was kind of a clever tweet, so
- 31:55Speaker 3: I sent it out. But do you want to know
- 31:57Speaker 3: the actual backstory behind why I said Pat Benatar? Yeah, okay,
- 32:01Speaker 3: So I'm I was just free associating. I'm doing an interview.
- 32:04Speaker 3: It was a middle of the afternoon, I'm talking, and
- 32:07Speaker 3: I'm trying to think of like an outlandish scenario. So
- 32:09Speaker 3: I'm like, murdering children dress as the devil, full moon midnight.
- 32:14Speaker 3: And what I was trying to think of was the
- 32:18Speaker 3: band Nickelback. Oh yeah, and the reason, it's kind of
- 32:22Speaker 3: a funny. So in twenty sixteen, when I was running
- 32:24Speaker 3: for president, there was this guy, this protester that showed
- 32:27Speaker 3: up at several of my events holding a sign that
- 32:30Speaker 3: says Ted Cruz likes Nickelback.
- 32:35Speaker 1: That was like the greatest like band insult ever.
- 32:38Speaker 2: By the way, I remember that, I was like, so
- 32:39Speaker 2: and so light, it's like the new like, oh, he
- 32:42Speaker 2: probably drinks bud Light.
- 32:43Speaker 3: Yes, And I remember at the time the guy who
- 32:46Speaker 3: showed up, I was laughing. I'm like, that's really funny.
- 32:50Speaker 3: And so as I was free associating, I'm like, crap,
- 32:53Speaker 3: what was that band that they said I liked? And
- 32:55Speaker 3: I couldn't remember the name Nickelback. So I was just
- 32:58Speaker 3: like grasping for someone. And I don't know why Pat
- 33:01Speaker 3: Benatar popped in my head, but I was looking for someone,
- 33:04Speaker 3: and so I said Pat Benattar. What was funny is
- 33:06Speaker 3: all these lefties on Twitter are like, oh, Cruise thinks
- 33:10Speaker 3: Pat Bennettar is satanic and like, you know, Metallica or
- 33:14Speaker 3: something like that, And I just was namings like a
- 33:17Speaker 3: random rock star because I couldn't remember Nickelback.
- 33:21Speaker 2: By the way, the next time, for all the listeners
- 33:23Speaker 2: that you and I are traveling to do a Verdict
- 33:25Speaker 2: Live event. I'm gonna pull one of the earbuds and
- 33:28Speaker 2: just make sure it's not really Pat Benatar. I just
- 33:30Speaker 2: want to be I'll report back to everybody. Maybe that's
- 33:34Speaker 2: why this happened. That's amazing, all.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Right, the next campus tour we do, we really oughtit,
- 33:38Speaker 3: like enter the Verdict Live recording to Pat Benatar playing.
- 33:42Speaker 3: Because I'm a kid of the eighties. I grew up
- 33:46Speaker 3: with Pat Benatar, So when I was reassociating, I've tried
- 33:48Speaker 3: to think of something that was just sort of to
- 33:51Speaker 3: be honest, the kind of notion was that I had
- 33:54Speaker 3: in my head and I wasn't fully formed with the
- 33:57Speaker 3: hit me with the best shot would just Biden defied
- 34:01Speaker 3: and utterly care free because he knew he would never
- 34:05Speaker 3: be held to account, which sadly is the reality of
- 34:09Speaker 3: Democrats in Congress in the corporate media, which is they
- 34:12Speaker 3: do not care. There's not a single Democrat who cares
- 34:16Speaker 3: if Joe Biden received a five million dollar bribe from
- 34:19Speaker 3: a foreign country. They don't care. None of the corporate media.
- 34:23Speaker 1: Is there an amount of money?
- 34:24Speaker 2: Is there amount of money though, or anything that Hunter
- 34:27Speaker 2: Biden or Joe Biden could have done. I mean, we're
- 34:29Speaker 2: talking about taking money from Russian Ola Garks, We're talking
- 34:32Speaker 2: about taking money from corrupt businessman, you know, Barisma in
- 34:35Speaker 2: Romania and other places around the world. James Comer said
- 34:40Speaker 2: recently he believes they're going to find another twenty million,
- 34:43Speaker 2: up to another twenty maybe you know, thirty total million
- 34:46Speaker 2: come in. Yeah, So you're saying there's nothing that they
- 34:50Speaker 2: could have done in the past.
- 34:52Speaker 3: Joe BIDENY would care about one hundred million dollars in
- 34:54Speaker 3: his bank account. He could have put a billion dollars
- 34:56Speaker 3: in his bank account. He could have put one hundred
- 34:58Speaker 3: billion dollars in conflict diamonds from Africa that resulted in
- 35:04Speaker 3: the murder of thousands of children. The Democrats do not
- 35:09Speaker 3: care and the corporate media won't cover it. While Nickelback, Yeah,
- 35:13Speaker 3: while listening to Nickelback in one ear and Pat Benattar
- 35:17Speaker 3: and the other.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Yeah, it's amazing.
- 35:20Speaker 2: I want to ask you a serious question though about
- 35:22Speaker 2: China real quick, because this is an important one. We
- 35:25Speaker 2: had this meeting with Anthony Blinkin going over there.
- 35:29Speaker 3: And it just hold on. But before you do this,
- 35:32Speaker 3: I want to go back, look a reasonable listener. As
- 35:36Speaker 3: you know, Heidi gets mad at me sometimes when Verdict
- 35:40Speaker 3: gets a little too dogmatic, and she says, look, this
- 35:44Speaker 3: podcast is better when you're reasonable and you consider both sides.
- 35:48Speaker 3: The statement that Democrats don't care may sound hyperbolic, but
- 35:55Speaker 3: I challenge you if it's false. Can you point to
- 36:00Speaker 3: a single Democrat in the Senate or House of Representatives
- 36:05Speaker 3: that has asked even a single witness one critical question
- 36:10Speaker 3: about this topic. I can tell you in the Senate
- 36:13Speaker 3: Judiciary Committee on which I serve, I have never seen
- 36:17Speaker 3: any of the Democrats when they have DOJ in front
- 36:20Speaker 3: of them, when they have the FBI in front of them,
- 36:22Speaker 3: they won't ask anything. They they it does not matter.
- 36:26Speaker 3: And I also will say I have not seen any
- 36:29Speaker 3: Capitol Hill reporter ask even a single Democrat senator one
- 36:34Speaker 3: question about this and and so you may think, gosh,
- 36:38Speaker 3: that's that's overstated to say they don't care, But at
- 36:41Speaker 3: some point your conduct conveys something. If you cared, you
- 36:47Speaker 3: would demonstrate you cared by at least asking about it.
- 36:52Speaker 3: They never ever, ever do.
- 36:54Speaker 2: On this issue, the support by Democrats is one hundred
- 36:57Speaker 2: percent members.
- 36:59Speaker 3: There's not a single outlier maybe there is in the House.
- 37:03Speaker 3: I don't think there is. I know in the Senate
- 37:04Speaker 3: there's not. Or if there is. If someone has secret
- 37:08Speaker 3: concerns they're harboring in their heart, boy, they're keeping them quiet,
- 37:11Speaker 3: they won't actually say them publicly.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Incredible.
- 37:15Speaker 1: Let me tell you real quick about Patriot Mobile.
- 37:17Speaker 2: If you are sick and tired of giving your money
- 37:19Speaker 2: to woke companies that are fighting against the values that
- 37:21Speaker 2: you believe in, then it's time for you to check
- 37:24Speaker 2: out America's only Christian, conservative wireless provider. Nine nine percent
- 37:30Speaker 2: of you listening have got a cell phone. Well, you
- 37:32Speaker 2: want dependable coverage, nationwide coverage. You get that at Patriot
- 37:37Speaker 2: Mobile because they give you that on all three major networks,
- 37:40Speaker 2: So you get the best possible service in your area

- 38:05Speaker 2: to you, and they give back to causes that I
- 38:07Speaker 2: just mentioned. For years, we've had to take it on
- 38:09Speaker 2: the chin with Big Mobile. They've been dumping millions and
- 38:13Speaker 2: millions of dollars into leftist causes and we had no
- 38:16Speaker 2: other option, so you had to deal with it.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Not anymore so.
- 38:20Speaker 2: If you've had enough of the bud lights of the world,

- 38:55Speaker 2: Senator I mentioned a moment ago, and I do want
- 38:57Speaker 2: to get you on the record on this because one
- 39:00Speaker 2: of the things that concerns me the most about the
- 39:02Speaker 2: compromise situation that the bidens are in and we're following
- 39:06Speaker 2: the money. This suspicious activity reports the amount of cash
- 39:09Speaker 2: coming into their bank accounts and number of payments and
- 39:12Speaker 2: loans coming in, specifically from China, and then you see
- 39:15Speaker 2: Anthony Blincoln basically saying, Hey, we need a strong China
- 39:19Speaker 2: and that's somehow good for America. He's not really, you know,
- 39:22Speaker 2: holding China accountable for what they've been doing, expanding and
- 39:26Speaker 2: creating islands out of thin air and in different parts
- 39:29Speaker 2: around the world and the seas that give them a
- 39:32Speaker 2: massive I mean, I don't want to understate this, but
- 39:36Speaker 2: a general said they have now superiority when it comes
- 39:39Speaker 2: to fighting a war because of these new islands they've created.
- 39:43Speaker 2: No one stopped them. America didn't, and now it seems
- 39:46Speaker 2: like China can do whatever the hell they want, and
- 39:48Speaker 2: this administration keeps holding back when there's a chance to
- 39:53Speaker 2: hold them accountable. Are you concerned that that is directly
- 39:56Speaker 2: related to them being compromised?
- 39:59Speaker 3: You know, I don't. I don't know if it's that
- 40:02Speaker 3: China has information on Joe Biden concerning the millions of
- 40:06Speaker 3: dollars they funneled Hunter Biden's business affairs, and I don't
- 40:09Speaker 3: know if the ten percent for the Big Guy that
- 40:11Speaker 3: went to Joe Biden as a factor. I will say,
- 40:14Speaker 3: even if Hunter Biden had never influenced peddled once, I
- 40:19Speaker 3: think Joe Biden would be rolling over to China. Biden
- 40:22Speaker 3: has rolled over to China for fifty years. He's famously said,
- 40:26Speaker 3: come on, man, come on man, China's our friend. I
- 40:30Speaker 3: mean he has been a China defender. He has been
- 40:35Speaker 3: snuggling up to the Chinese communists for decades. And if
- 40:40Speaker 3: you put it in the broader picture, the entire Biden
- 40:43Speaker 3: foreign policy has been to undermine our friends, to undermine
- 40:46Speaker 3: our allies. They've worked to undermine Israel, They've worked to
- 40:50Speaker 3: undermine the United Kingdom, They've worked to underline the country
- 40:53Speaker 3: Saudi Arabia that have been friends to us, and at
- 40:57Speaker 3: the same time have been showing weakness and appeasement to
- 41:02Speaker 3: our enemies. Think about it. Every enemy of America stronger
- 41:06Speaker 3: today than they were two and a half years ago.
- 41:08Speaker 3: China's stronger, Russia stronger, Iran is stronger, North Korea is stronger,
- 41:13Speaker 3: Venezuela is stronger. If you hate America, Joe Biden has
- 41:18Speaker 3: been great for you. If you're a Mexican drug cartel,
- 41:23Speaker 3: Joe Biden has been great for you. And when it
- 41:25Speaker 3: comes to China, wanted the things to understand, and we've
- 41:27Speaker 3: talked about this before in the podcast Today's Democrat Party
- 41:32Speaker 3: in Washington. They are structurally pro China. And why is that.
- 41:38Speaker 3: It's because the stakeholders that fund them, the people who
- 41:44Speaker 3: call the shots in the Democrat Party, who pull the
- 41:47Speaker 3: strings on the marionette puppets that are Democrat senators and congressmen,
- 41:54Speaker 3: all of them are in bed with China.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Who is that.
- 41:57Speaker 3: It's big business, it's big Wall Street, it's big Tech,
- 42:01Speaker 3: it's big universities, and it's big Hollywood, and they are
- 42:05Speaker 3: all in bed with China. They all make billions of
- 42:09Speaker 3: dollars from communist China. And so when it comes to
- 42:12Speaker 3: today's Democrat Party, they don't want to stand up to
- 42:16Speaker 3: China because the people who are paying the bills depend
- 42:20Speaker 3: upon ongoing close interaction and essentially capitulation to China. So,
- 42:28Speaker 3: as you know, in the preceding Congress, I forced to
- 42:31Speaker 3: vote on the Senate Florida prohibit the US government from
- 42:34Speaker 3: purchasing goods and in particular electric vehicles or batteries made
- 42:39Speaker 3: using slave labor in concentration camps in China. Now, this
- 42:44Speaker 3: ought to be an easy vote. Do you buy things
- 42:48Speaker 3: manufactured by slaves and concentration camps? The answer should mean
- 42:53Speaker 3: not just no, but hell no. Every single Democrat voted
- 42:59Speaker 3: against my resolume. All of them except one. Joe Manchin
- 43:02Speaker 3: is the only one who voted with me. Every other
- 43:05Speaker 3: Democrat voted for yep, let's buy things from the concentration camps.
- 43:09Speaker 3: That is because their stakeholders are fully invested in China today.
- 43:17Speaker 1: It's truly incredible.
- 43:18Speaker 2: I appreciate you giving us that answer and perspective because
- 43:22Speaker 2: there's so many people that are asking us questions, how
- 43:24Speaker 2: can we keep being so weak?
