  Speaker 1: nineteen sixty six, one of the most famous executive orders

  Speaker 1: ever done by any president to this day. And the

  Speaker 1: reality is, from nineteen forty two to nineteen forty five,

  Speaker 1: it was the policy of the US government that people

  Speaker 1: of Japanese descent, including US citizens, would be incarceration incarcerated

  Speaker 1: in isolation camps. This was enacted in reaction to what

  Speaker 1: happened at Pearl Harbor, the attacks of Pearl Harbor, and

  Speaker 1: the ensuing war. The incarceration of Japanese Americans is considered

  Speaker 1: one of the most atrocious violations of American civil rights

  Speaker 1: intended for COVID relief to subsidize electric car production and purchasing.

  Speaker 1: By the way, he's not the only governor using this

  Speaker 1: money to fight so called climate change. Other governors are

  Speaker 1: doing the same thing. According to the governor of Washington State,

  Speaker 1: and it involves COVID dollars. The governor's office put out

  Speaker 1: the building sector, number two, implementing the Climate Commitment Act.
