Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: President Trump coming out and blasting what he describes as
- 0:06Speaker 1: a scam artist that would be Adam Schiff over the
- 0:10Speaker 1: possibility of mortgage fraud. The President suggesting on Tuesday that
- 0:16Speaker 1: Senator Adam Shiff may have committed this crime, and in
- 0:20Speaker 1: a post on his True social platform, the President wrote,
- 0:23Speaker 1: I've always suspected shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist,
- 0:27Speaker 1: and now I learned that Fannie May's Financial Crimes Division
- 0:31Speaker 1: have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained
- 0:35Speaker 1: pattern of possible mortgage fraud. Adam Schiff said that his
- 0:40Speaker 1: primary residence was in Maryland to get a cheaper mortgage
- 0:43Speaker 1: and rip off America when he must live in California
- 0:47Speaker 1: because he was a Congressman from California. I always knew
- 0:52Speaker 1: Adam Shiff was a crook. The fraud began with the
- 0:55Speaker 1: refinance of his Maryland property on February the sixth, two
- 0:59Speaker 1: thousand and nine, and continued through multiple transactions until the
- 1:02Speaker 1: Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on
- 1:06Speaker 1: October thirteenth.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Twenty twenty.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Mortgage fraud is a very serious and crooked Adam Schiff,
- 1:13Speaker 1: now a senator, needs to be brought to justice.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Now, this isn't the first time that the.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Trump administration has called out a powerful individual when it
- 1:23Speaker 1: comes to the issue of mortgage fraud. In fact, the
- 1:25Speaker 1: Trump administration in April had also referred the New York
- 1:29Speaker 1: Attorney General for potential prosecution of our alleged mortgage fraud
- 1:33Speaker 1: as well. So, if you go back to the timeline
- 1:36Speaker 1: of what the President mentioned, Adam Schiff apparently falsely declared
- 1:41Speaker 1: a Maryland home as his primary residence for one reason,
- 1:45Speaker 1: he wanted to secure a lower mortgage rate, and he
- 1:49Speaker 1: did that from two thousand and nine until well twenty twenty,
- 1:53Speaker 1: when he was forced to change it and label it
- 1:55Speaker 1: as his second home. We know that he's not his
- 1:58Speaker 1: primary residence is not a Maryland because he is a
- 2:01Speaker 1: congressman and now he's center from where California, and this
- 2:06Speaker 1: is where Fannie May's Financial Crimes Division confirmed the wrongdoing
- 2:11Speaker 1: and that the Federal Housing Finance Agency has now referred
- 2:15Speaker 1: the matter to the DOJ for possible criminal prosecution. Now,
- 2:20Speaker 1: Shift does come out with a new statement denying all
- 2:24Speaker 1: the allegations, calling them quote baseless and politically moti motivated retaliation.
- 2:32Speaker 2: His office states.
- 2:34Speaker 1: That mortgage lenders were informed he used both residences year
- 2:40Speaker 1: round and that the claims don't.
- 2:42Speaker 2: Reflect on any illegality.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Now, the key timeline here is back in nine you
- 2:49Speaker 1: have a refinance on the Maryland home labeling it as
- 2:52Speaker 1: the primary residence. Twenty seventeen, he listed the Maryland address
- 2:57Speaker 1: on California tax paperwork.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Twenty twenty home.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Was reclassified as a secondary residence, a second home. A
- 3:05Speaker 1: CNN report also in twenty twenty three first flagged Shift's
- 3:10Speaker 1: dual residency claims. An ethics complaint followed in October of
- 3:14Speaker 1: twenty twenty four, but experts noted state laws around primary
- 3:19Speaker 1: residence can be ambiguous. That was the excuse Fannie May
- 3:24Speaker 1: and the FHFA have not publicly confirmed any findings.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Both have declined to comment.
- 3:32Speaker 1: This is a fresh new escalation for Adam Schiff and
- 3:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump now demanding transparency and legal action if Shift
- 3:40Speaker 1: in fact did break the law.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Now Trump is saying he's a scam.
- 3:45Speaker 1: Artist, and Adam Shift very well may have been that
- 3:48Speaker 1: for more than a decade when it comes to his
- 3:51Speaker 1: mortgage and the interest rate he was paying. Now, the
- 3:54Speaker 1: real question is how many others have done this and
- 3:59Speaker 1: not gotten away with it. How many others have been
- 4:01Speaker 1: actually prosecuted for financial crimes like this, how many others
- 4:06Speaker 1: have lied and had to pay significant fines? And is
- 4:10Speaker 1: Adam Shift somehow different? Should he be treated differently? These
- 4:16Speaker 1: are all of the questions that Americans are going to
- 4:18Speaker 1: be asking, and it's the question that many in law
- 4:21Speaker 1: enforcement should be asking as they're investigating this as well.
- 4:25Speaker 2: But first I got to ask you a question.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Are you one of those that is just so tired
- 4:29Speaker 1: of giving your money to radical left woke companies that
- 4:32Speaker 1: actually are fighting against your values every day? Well, there
- 4:36Speaker 1: are certain bills that you pay every month that if
- 4:39Speaker 1: you can go with a conservative company, why not do it?
- 4:43Speaker 1: In fact, why not go with a conservative company actually
- 4:46Speaker 1: takes part of your bill every month that you're going
- 4:48Speaker 1: to pay to somebody, and they give it back to
- 4:50Speaker 1: organizations that support your First and your Second Amendment rights,
- 4:54Speaker 1: that support the rights of unborn children, that stand with
- 4:58Speaker 1: our military, are first responders and so many wounded warriors
- 5:04Speaker 1: that need help. Well, that bill I'm talking about is
- 5:07Speaker 1: your cell phone bill. And I've been telling you for
- 5:10Speaker 1: a long time about Patriot Mobile. But there's no better
- 5:13Speaker 1: time to switch than right now. Not only does Patriot
- 5:16Speaker 1: Mobile operate on all three major networks in this country, yeah,
- 5:20Speaker 1: all three. That means you get the same great coverage
- 5:22Speaker 1: you're used to right now, but you also make a
- 5:25Speaker 1: difference with every call you make and every text you make.
- 5:28Speaker 2: And why would you want to give your mondy a
- 5:29Speaker 2: big mobile?
- 5:30Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
- 5:34Speaker 1: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 5:39Speaker 1: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 5:44Speaker 1: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 5:48Speaker 1: make the switch, And it's so easy. All you have
- 5:51Speaker 1: to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
- 5:55Speaker 1: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 5:57Speaker 1: your office and they'll have you activate minutes. And if
- 6:01Speaker 1: you're still locked in a contract, not a problem. Patriots
- 6:04Speaker 1: Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred dollars
- 6:07Speaker 1: per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone, or
- 6:10Speaker 1: upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 6:13Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 6:16Speaker 1: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 6:25Speaker 1: com slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot, And
- 6:29Speaker 1: if you use the promo code Ferguson, you're gonna get
- 6:32Speaker 1: a free month of service on top of that Patriot
- 6:35Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 6:39Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson ninety seven to
- 6:42Speaker 1: two Patriot.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Now, while all of this.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Is happening, and we're going to continue covering it for you,
- 6:47Speaker 1: I can promise you that the President was doing something
- 6:50Speaker 1: very big in Pennsylvania with an energy and Innovation summit.
- 6:55Speaker 1: The President making it clear that he promised that he
- 6:58Speaker 1: was going to put American workers first as well as
- 7:01Speaker 1: making sure that we had energy independence. Here's part of
- 7:04Speaker 1: what he had to say about what was happening in
- 7:06Speaker 1: this big event.
- 7:08Speaker 3: In the campaign, I promised that I would save the
- 7:11Speaker 3: Homer City power plant fifty miles east of here, that
- 7:14Speaker 3: Joe Biden's green new scam forced to shut down. It's
- 7:18Speaker 3: a green new scam, greatest scam in history, the greatest
- 7:21Speaker 3: in history. Well, the auto pen I think is a
- 7:24Speaker 3: bigger scam if you want to other to Actually, I
- 7:27Speaker 3: do believe that today we're pleased to report that a
- 7:30Speaker 3: fifteen billion dollar investment from Nighthead Capital Management. Who's here
- 7:36Speaker 3: from Knighthead. Well, I'm very impressed with that fifteen billion.
- 7:40Speaker 3: That's pretty good. That's a great location too.
- 7:44Speaker 4: Wow, that's very impressive. Thank you very much. That's a
- 7:48Speaker 4: big number.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Huh, that's a big number, and yet it's been ut.
- 7:52Speaker 4: Relative to water.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Would go, that's a good job. But the Homer City
- 7:56Speaker 3: side is being resurrected as the largest natural gas for
- 8:00Speaker 3: power plant ever to be built in North America? Is
- 8:02Speaker 3: that right?
- 8:03Speaker 4: Huh? That's fantastic.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Now, not only did the President get to announce that
- 8:07Speaker 1: fifteen billion hour investment from Nighthead Capital Management and say
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm going to save the Homer City power plant, he
- 8:15Speaker 1: also talked about another major investment as well, the President
- 8:19Speaker 1: saying this.
- 8:20Speaker 3: Fifty six billion dollars in new energy infrastructure and more
- 8:23Speaker 3: than thirty six billion dollars in new data center projects,
- 8:27Speaker 3: and a lot more than that are.
- 8:28Speaker 4: Going to be announced in the coming.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Weeks, not even months, I think we could say weeks, right.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Howard, So again the President saying the big investments are
- 8:37Speaker 1: coming quickly, and then it goes back to what he
- 8:40Speaker 1: promised the American people.
- 8:42Speaker 3: We're here today because we believe that America's destiny is
- 8:45Speaker 3: to dominate every industry and be the first in every technology,
- 8:50Speaker 3: and that includes being the world's number one superpowered artificial intelligence.
- 8:54Speaker 3: And we are way ahead of China, I have to say, well,
- 8:57Speaker 3: way ahead of China. And the plants are starting up
- 8:59Speaker 3: to instruction starting up. And did you notice that two
- 9:04Speaker 3: days ago they just announced that they had a budget
- 9:06Speaker 3: surplus of twenty five billion in this country, right, Howard,
- 9:10Speaker 3: they never saw anything like that. I would say that's
- 9:12Speaker 3: been like decades, twenty five billion, and that's peanuts compared
- 9:16Speaker 3: to what it's and it's good business practices. The tariffs
- 9:19Speaker 3: are coming in by the hundreds of billions of dollars
- 9:21Speaker 3: and they haven't They're really at the infant stage right now.
- 9:24Speaker 3: It's only on cars and steel mostly and the rest
- 9:29Speaker 3: is starting to kick in, which what.
- 9:31Speaker 2: An amazing idea. The President saying this in Pittsburgh.
- 9:35Speaker 1: We're here today because we believe that America's destiny is
- 9:38Speaker 1: to dominate every industry and be the first in every technology,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and that includes being the world's number one superpower in
- 9:45Speaker 1: artificial intelligence. He says, it goes back to the simple
- 9:50Speaker 1: aspect we have a commitment to the American people.
- 9:55Speaker 3: We have the hottest country, and we we're going to
- 9:57Speaker 3: keep it that way. Today's commitments are ensuring that the
- 10:00Speaker 3: future is going to be designed, built, and made right
- 10:04Speaker 3: here in Pennsylvania and right here in Pittsburgh. And I
- 10:06Speaker 3: have to say, right here in the United States of America.
- 10:12Speaker 1: When was the last time we had a president that
- 10:14Speaker 1: acted like this, that talk this way, that goes out
- 10:17Speaker 1: there and says we're now leading in technology and energy
- 10:22Speaker 1: companies who're announcing more than ninety two billion of investments
- 10:25Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania loan and he said, this is a triumphant
- 10:29Speaker 1: day for the people the Commonwealth and for the United
- 10:31Speaker 1: States of America. It is nice to see a president
- 10:35Speaker 1: again going out there and putting Americans first. I want
- 10:42Speaker 1: to get you up to speed on some new developments
- 10:44Speaker 1: that have taken place. And this is when it comes
- 10:47Speaker 1: to what happened in the Epstein files, or did the
- 10:50Speaker 1: Epstein files actually ever really exist. There are a lot
- 10:54Speaker 1: of conservatives, a lot of term sports are very upset
- 10:56Speaker 1: by this idea of like there's nothing there, let's just
- 10:59Speaker 1: move on. And they're not taking that answer and saying Okay,
- 11:03Speaker 1: we'll just move on now. Alan Dershowitz went on Newsmax.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Who is Alan Dershowitz. He is a Harvard law professor
- 11:12Speaker 1: who also was the lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein, And he
- 11:16Speaker 1: came out and he said some very interesting things about
- 11:19Speaker 1: the Epstein files and the jurisdiction. He said, Number one,
- 11:24Speaker 1: redacted or sealed materials in connection with the convicted sex
- 11:30Speaker 1: offender Jeffrey Epstein are in fact under the court's jurisdiction
- 11:35Speaker 1: to release, he says, not the Attorney General, Pam Bonding,
- 11:38Speaker 1: or the Department of Justice. The Harvard law professor who
- 11:42Speaker 1: helped secure a plebeal in two thousand and eight for Epstein,
- 11:46Speaker 1: had a lot more to say about the Epstein files.
- 11:49Speaker 1: His friends, who is he working with? And I want
- 11:52Speaker 1: you to hear this, listen very closely.
- 11:55Speaker 5: Dershwitz joins me, nice to see you, sir, And just
- 11:58Speaker 5: for starters in terms of there's I assume that much
- 12:01Speaker 5: of the information that's in the Justice Department possession is
- 12:06Speaker 5: grand jury testimony and that can't be released, right. That's
- 12:10Speaker 5: as we sort of sort through, will some of the
- 12:12Speaker 5: released I couldn't.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Yeah, some of it's grand jury testimony.
- 12:16Speaker 6: Some of it is material that's been redacted, some of
- 12:19Speaker 6: it sealed by the court, and it comprises several things.
- 12:24Speaker 6: There are some that include accusations made by people I know,
- 12:28Speaker 6: the people who have been accused, and some of it
- 12:32Speaker 6: involves negative material about the accusers, and the courts have
- 12:37Speaker 6: redacted those in.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Order to protect the victims.
- 12:41Speaker 6: But are they Are they victims or are they mixed?
- 12:45Speaker 6: Some of them mixed victims and false accusers. So everything
- 12:49Speaker 6: should come out, but you know, this is a nothing burger.
- 12:53Speaker 6: Almost everything that's important has come out. I've seen the names.
- 12:58Speaker 6: There's nobody currently serving in office or who's at all names?
- 13:03Speaker 1: What names?
- 13:04Speaker 5: Is it just names of people on an airplane that
- 13:07Speaker 5: went to his island? Are there names of people doing
- 13:11Speaker 5: something wrong?
- 13:12Speaker 6: Well, yeah, there are names of people who are accused
- 13:15Speaker 6: of doing something wrong by accusers. But the information about
- 13:22Speaker 6: the accusers and negative information about the accusers has also
- 13:26Speaker 6: been suppressed. That the public doesn't really have a fair
- 13:29Speaker 6: opportunity to decide whether those who are accused were fairly
- 13:33Speaker 6: accused or not fairly accused. Now the media can actually
- 13:37Speaker 6: file applications to the judges to try to open up
- 13:41Speaker 6: this information.
- 13:42Speaker 4: I don't think you can fall pambond to you.
- 13:44Speaker 6: In the Justice Department, they don't have the authority to
- 13:47Speaker 6: release these redacted material or the sealed material.
- 13:52Speaker 4: I think I can't know this for.
- 13:53Speaker 6: Sure that they've released everything that they are able to release.
- 13:58Speaker 6: The rest of it is up to the judges, and
- 14:01Speaker 6: so the application should be made to the judges, not
- 14:04Speaker 6: to the Justice Department. Once the information is unredacted, then
- 14:08Speaker 6: the Justice Department can release it. Now this information includes,
- 14:12Speaker 6: for example, videotapes. There are all kinds of claims about
- 14:15Speaker 6: sex tapes. I happen to know what the facts are.
- 14:17Speaker 6: What happened is one day Epstein was robbed by an employee,
- 14:22Speaker 6: and so the Palm Beach police installed video cameras in
- 14:26Speaker 6: his living room, not in his bedrooms. And so there
- 14:29Speaker 6: are video tapes, but they're not they're not sex tapes.
- 14:32Speaker 6: And you know, there's no plausibility to the claim that
- 14:35Speaker 6: have worked for the Mozad that's just total nonsense.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Well see, actually, let me tell you. That's what I'll
- 14:41Speaker 2: tell you.
- 14:41Speaker 5: That's one of the things that's most distressing to me.
- 14:43Speaker 5: And that claim has been made by two former colleagues
- 14:46Speaker 5: of mine from another network. We are no longer at
- 14:48Speaker 5: that network. By the way, one I was a lawyer
- 14:50Speaker 5: and should know better. I mean, like they ever start
- 14:52Speaker 5: just pulling things out and if they have facts present them,
- 14:57Speaker 5: put them with some witnesses. But it's so a left
- 15:00Speaker 5: to find the topic, and with social media and everybody
- 15:03Speaker 5: picking sides, that it has really gone haywire.
- 15:06Speaker 6: Yeah, no, I agree with you. Look, I have sources
- 15:09Speaker 6: in Israel. I once represented the Mosad. I helped get
- 15:13Speaker 6: four or five Mozart agents out of Cyprus who had
- 15:17Speaker 6: been improperly arrested.
- 15:19Speaker 4: And believe me, if he had ever.
- 15:21Speaker 6: Worked for the Mosad, the first person he would have
- 15:23Speaker 6: told that to is me, because he would have wanted
- 15:25Speaker 6: me to use that to help him get an even
- 15:27Speaker 6: better deal than he got. So I am one hundred
- 15:31Speaker 6: percent certain based on my information and what he told
- 15:34Speaker 6: me and didn't tell me, that there's no conceivable claim
- 15:38Speaker 6: that he actually worked for the Mosad or the CIA,
- 15:41Speaker 6: and so people just make this stuff out of whole cloth.
- 15:46Speaker 5: But it's so profoundly dangerous, you know. It's I mean,
- 15:49Speaker 5: whatever the facts are, the facts are, you know, and
- 15:51Speaker 5: transparency is great and things should be released. It's consistent
- 15:54Speaker 5: with transparency that don't violate any rules or anything's been
- 15:58Speaker 5: redacted by the court or by But when you have
- 16:01Speaker 5: people out there saying there are all these conspiracies and
- 16:04Speaker 5: there are all these things going on and saying that
- 16:06Speaker 5: I have it on good information, well you know, have
- 16:08Speaker 5: Adam tell us where your information is instead of instead
- 16:11Speaker 5: of slighting the town on fire.
- 16:13Speaker 6: But you know, all these things have a kernel of
- 16:15Speaker 6: a basis in fact, for example, the Mosad. Yes, in fact,
- 16:20Speaker 6: his girlfriend Glaine Maxwell's father Robert Maxwell, probably did work
- 16:26Speaker 6: for the Mosade.
- 16:26Speaker 4: But that has nothing to do with Jeffrey Epstein. Yes
- 16:29Speaker 4: there were videotapes.
- 16:30Speaker 6: Yes there are lists of names, but they're not lists
- 16:33Speaker 6: of names devised or designed by by Epstein. Yes, there
- 16:38Speaker 6: are lists of people who are on his planes. Bill
- 16:42Speaker 6: Clinton was on his plane, Bill Gates was on his planes.
- 16:46Speaker 4: Lots and lots of people. Remember, he had a life
- 16:49Speaker 4: way before he was ever charged with any crime.
- 16:52Speaker 6: That life include the President of Harvard, heads of this corporation,
- 16:56Speaker 6: that corporation. I know, My wife and I went to
- 16:59Speaker 6: his home for several events where he had some of
- 17:03Speaker 6: the world's greatest scientists. He had astronauts who had just
- 17:06Speaker 6: come back from out of space, and so of course
- 17:08Speaker 6: he attracted very, very prominent people.
- 17:11Speaker 4: None of them knew he was doing anything wrong.
- 17:13Speaker 6: It's when he was first arrested for doing something wrong
- 17:18Speaker 6: that everybody terminated their relationship. Not everybody, and people who
- 17:22Speaker 6: didn't can be called into account. But I don't think
- 17:25Speaker 6: there's much here, you know, as they say in the movies,
- 17:30Speaker 6: move on.
- 17:30Speaker 4: There's nothing to see here.
- 17:32Speaker 6: I think almost everything that has to be released has
- 17:35Speaker 6: been released.
- 17:36Speaker 4: I've seen everything, and I don't see anyone. Well.
- 17:40Speaker 5: The other alternative, the other alternative, although it takes forever.
- 17:43Speaker 5: I've been doing this with the Natalie Holloway cases getting
- 17:46Speaker 5: documents under Foyer, is that you can make a Freedom
- 17:49Speaker 5: of Information Act request. The government does have to comply
- 17:51Speaker 5: with it by law. Unfortunately, the government takes.
- 17:54Speaker 6: Forever because as I not very much, it would turn
- 17:59Speaker 6: up someterial that's redacted, and FOYA doesn't unredact. They just
- 18:03Speaker 6: give you the redacted material with all the blackouts.
- 18:06Speaker 4: And why.
- 18:09Speaker 6: Tell me about who the people are whose names have
- 18:12Speaker 6: been blacked out?
- 18:13Speaker 4: Because I did all the investigations.
- 18:15Speaker 6: And I was able to put together from all the evidence,
- 18:17Speaker 6: Oh this guy, this person, I know who it is, and.
- 18:22Speaker 5: With that, I've got to go. Professor Deshowitz, thank you, sir.
- 18:26Speaker 1: You can hear Alan there just saying a lot of
- 18:28Speaker 1: what you're seeing and a lot of its conspiracy theories.
- 18:32Speaker 2: And he said, this is I know.
- 18:35Speaker 1: I learned this speaking there Regret evans'strm over at Newsmax.
- 18:39Speaker 1: And I think the point he was making is what
- 18:41Speaker 1: you may be angry about may not even be based
- 18:44Speaker 1: in reality.
- 18:46Speaker 2: I want to know what there is. I want to
- 18:48Speaker 2: know it was redacted.
- 18:49Speaker 1: I want to protect the victims, but I also think
- 18:52Speaker 1: that there needs to be real transparency on this one.
- 18:56Speaker 1: The President, by the way, coming out and again blaming
- 19:00Speaker 1: his predecessors for creating files related to the high profile
- 19:04Speaker 1: client to the late six offender, Jeffrey Epstein. The President
- 19:07Speaker 1: praised Pam Bondi, by the way, who is coming under
- 19:10Speaker 1: intense criticism within Trump's own base for handling of the files,
- 19:16Speaker 1: and during a press briefing outside the White House that
- 19:18Speaker 1: aired live, Trump was asked whether body told them if
- 19:23Speaker 1: his name appeared in the documents.
- 19:25Speaker 2: No.
- 19:26Speaker 1: No, she's given us just a quick, a very quick briefing.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And in terms of the credibility of the different things
- 19:32Speaker 1: that they've seen. Trump said He's also denied numerous times
- 19:36Speaker 1: any association with Epstein's criminal activity. He said, quote and
- 19:40Speaker 1: I would say that, you know, these files were made
- 19:43Speaker 1: up by James Comy, they were made up by Barack Obama,
- 19:47Speaker 1: they were made up by the Biden team.
- 19:50Speaker 2: You know, we went through this.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Years of this with the Russia Russia Russia hoax, with
- 19:54Speaker 1: all the different things that we had to go through.
- 19:57Speaker 2: We've gone through years of it.
- 19:58Speaker 1: But she's handl very well referring to Bondi, and it's
- 20:03Speaker 1: going to be up to her. Whatever she thinks is credible,
- 20:06Speaker 1: she should release.
- 20:08Speaker 2: So this is the.
- 20:09Speaker 1: President on the record now on the issue of the
- 20:12Speaker 1: Epstein file, saying he's going to allow Pambondi to do
- 20:14Speaker 1: her job and decide what is best. I want to
- 20:19Speaker 1: move on to something else real quick, and it deals
- 20:21Speaker 1: with Bill Maher. Bill Maher clashed with a liberal actor
- 20:25Speaker 1: over Donald Trump and immigration policy. This at the same
- 20:29Speaker 1: time as ICE agents have arrested one three hundred and
- 20:33Speaker 1: sixty one criminal aliens in Houston, Texas alone in June. Now,
- 20:39Speaker 1: among the aliens arrested, we're thirty two child predators, nine murderers,
- 20:47Speaker 1: sixteen gang or cartel members and one alien convicted for
- 20:54Speaker 1: hijacking an airplane. That's just the highlight reel of what
- 20:59Speaker 1: was taking on the street just in Houston, Texas. Because
- 21:02Speaker 1: we have law and order that this president is advocating for. Now,
- 21:06Speaker 1: Bill Maher talking with this liberal actor clashing over immigration,
- 21:10Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what was said.
- 21:13Speaker 7: Part of this is a backlash to how badly Biden
- 21:16Speaker 7: handled the immigration situation. It can't just be like come one,
- 21:20Speaker 7: come all, which.
- 21:21Speaker 4: Is plenty of There's plenty of room here and we
- 21:24Speaker 4: need room, Lettie, this plenty of room in America. Come on,
- 21:27Speaker 4: there's not a lack of room. But it's never about room.
- 21:29Speaker 7: It's about resources and about like having a countries have
- 21:35Speaker 7: to have a border.
- 21:36Speaker 4: You can It just can't be.
- 21:38Speaker 7: I mean they've done surveys and something like two hundred
- 21:41Speaker 7: million people around the world when asked, would you come
- 21:43Speaker 7: to America if you could?
- 21:44Speaker 4: Yes, I would.
- 21:45Speaker 7: Why wouldn't they? Lots of countries excuse me, areholes right?
- 21:48Speaker 4: And they would love to be here?
- 21:50Speaker 2: You can't any right, right? The places aren't, but well
- 21:54Speaker 2: they are, well they are.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Mars said on his podcast, immigration gotten so out of control.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Under the Biden administration that he understands now why Donald
- 22:06Speaker 1: Trump is doing what.
- 22:07Speaker 2: He's doing, and also just being honest.
- 22:10Speaker 1: Are you a country if you don't have a border, No,
- 22:14Speaker 1: you are not a country. And this idea from this
- 22:16Speaker 1: liberal actor is like, well, there's plenty of room here.
- 22:19Speaker 1: There's plenty of room in America. Come on, there's no
- 22:21Speaker 1: lack of room in America's is the logic, right? Can
- 22:24Speaker 1: you imagine two hundred million people just randomly showing up
- 22:26Speaker 1: in the United States of America because he said, they
- 22:28Speaker 1: did this survey something like two hundred million people around
- 22:33Speaker 1: the world. When I ask would you come to America
- 22:35Speaker 1: if you could?
- 22:35Speaker 2: Said yes? And he said again, why wouldn't they?
- 22:38Speaker 1: Lots of countries, excuse me, are blank holes and they
- 22:42Speaker 1: would love to be there. Now, that's the same thing
- 22:44Speaker 1: that Trump said. Remember several years ago, they're like, oh
- 22:47Speaker 1: my gosh, you're racist. I'm sure they won't say bo
- 22:49Speaker 1: Mar's racist because he's on the left, but he I mean,
- 22:52Speaker 1: Donald Trump was fiercely criticized by the left in his
- 22:55Speaker 1: first term when he said the same thing about Haiti
- 22:58Speaker 1: and El Salvador.
- 22:59Speaker 2: He said, the.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Places and then this acts are like, Wow, they're not
- 23:02Speaker 1: blank holes and mill Mahr double down, Well, they are,
- 23:05Speaker 1: that's why they want to come here. Why do you
- 23:07Speaker 1: think two hundred million people around the world say if
- 23:09Speaker 1: they could come to America they would. But this is
- 23:12Speaker 1: part of what the left is their whole goal. Go
- 23:17Speaker 1: back to the census for a second. If you count
- 23:21Speaker 1: illegal immigrants, which we do in our census, it changes
- 23:26Speaker 1: in a hard core.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Way, in a massive way.
- 23:33Speaker 1: How many people are how many congressmen come from those areas.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Think about sanctuary cities and large cities, like let's go
- 23:42Speaker 1: to Minneapolis, Saint Paul. They have more congress people there
- 23:45Speaker 1: because they have a large population and a lot of
- 23:47Speaker 1: his legal immigrants. Look at the whole state of California
- 23:50Speaker 1: is another example. Look at LA They are overly represented
- 23:54Speaker 1: compared to other parts of the country because they count
- 23:55Speaker 1: illegal immigrants. Look at I mean, you can go anywhere
- 23:59Speaker 1: in the country at sanctuary city. New York City is
- 24:01Speaker 1: another example. Chicago's another example. The list goes on and on.
- 24:05Speaker 1: Why do you think Democrats have no problem with flooding
- 24:07Speaker 1: this country legal immigrants because they know that when they
- 24:10Speaker 1: go to the sanctuary cities, that means they get more
- 24:12Speaker 1: people in Congress, which means they have a better chance
- 24:15Speaker 1: of having the majority and set of the minority. And
- 24:18Speaker 1: so we shouldn't by the way, In my opinion, I
- 24:21Speaker 1: don't think this should be controversial by the way at all.
- 24:25Speaker 1: We should not be counting illegal immigrants in the census.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Illegal immigrants also shouldn't be getting government benefits when they're
- 24:33Speaker 1: here illegally. We should have actual borders, We shouldn't have
- 24:37Speaker 1: open borders, and you're not a country if you don't
- 24:41Speaker 1: have defined borders. All of these things are a reality
- 24:46Speaker 1: of the conversation that desperately needs to be had. And look,
- 24:50Speaker 1: the American people stood with the President of the United
- 24:53Speaker 1: States of America on this issue. That's why he got
- 24:56Speaker 1: elected because the majority of Americans said, we are sick
- 25:00Speaker 1: and tired of what we're witnessing right now, and we
- 25:04Speaker 1: are sick and tired of having these open borders, and
- 25:07Speaker 1: we want a country. We want to be a country
- 25:09Speaker 1: of laws that are in force. We don't want people
- 25:11Speaker 1: coming into this country taking from us and maybe having
- 25:17Speaker 1: no allegiance to this country, or not even knowing who
- 25:20Speaker 1: they are, Which brings me back to the second narrative
- 25:26Speaker 1: that we're dealing with here. ICE has arrested one three
- 25:30Speaker 1: hundred and sixty one criminal aliens in the Houston area
- 25:33Speaker 1: in June alone. US Immigration customer enforcement arresting these aliens
- 25:38Speaker 1: during their month that they say is truly shocking. These
- 25:43Speaker 1: are people that have been convicted of criminal offenses after
- 25:47Speaker 1: legally entering the United States America. At the website for ICE,
- 25:53Speaker 1: they actually put this out quote. Despite attempts by some
- 25:58Speaker 1: under mon our mission by spreading false and malicious rumors,
- 26:01Speaker 1: the brave men and women of ICE continue to work
- 26:03Speaker 1: tirelessly around the clock targeting dangerous criminal aliens to restore
- 26:06Speaker 1: integrity to our nation's immigration system and bolster public safety
- 26:10Speaker 1: in our communities. That is what ICE Enforcement and Removal
- 26:13Speaker 1: Operations Houston Acting Field Office Director said in a statement.
- 26:17Speaker 1: Went on to say this, the number of dangerous criminal
- 26:21Speaker 1: aliens that were removed from local communities across South East
- 26:24Speaker 1: Texas last month is just another example of their selfless
- 26:27Speaker 1: and unyielding effort to return our local communities to places
- 26:32Speaker 1: where we can all raise our families without having to
- 26:34Speaker 1: worry about child predators, gang members, cartel members, other violent
- 26:40Speaker 1: criminal aliens. Praying on our loved ones. Now you go
- 26:43Speaker 1: back to the list, and again the Democrats and the
- 26:46Speaker 1: media want you to believe that everybody that's getting arrested
- 26:48Speaker 1: right now is just some kind loving person that it
- 26:50Speaker 1: just happens to be in this country illegally, and they
- 26:52Speaker 1: really didn't do anything wrong.
- 26:53Speaker 2: We don't even think they broke the law, all right.
- 26:55Speaker 2: Look at the list.
- 26:56Speaker 1: Among the criminal aliens arrested in June by Ice Houston
- 27:01Speaker 1: Filled office, you had a fifty six year old criminal
- 27:03Speaker 1: alien from Cuba arrested by Ice who was convicted in
- 27:09Speaker 1: three of hijacking and airplane traveling from Cube at Key West, Florida.
- 27:13Speaker 1: You have a forty seven year old criminal alien from
- 27:15Speaker 1: Mexico and a former gang member arrested by Ice who was.
- 27:20Speaker 2: Illegally entering who had illegally.
- 27:22Speaker 1: Entered the country six times and had been convicted twice
- 27:26Speaker 1: for trafficking cocaine and once for attempted murder, another arrest
- 27:31Speaker 1: for evading arrest, illegal entry in drug possession. You had
- 27:34Speaker 1: another twenty nine year old, six time deported criminal alien
- 27:38Speaker 1: from Mexico arrested by Ice who had been convicted of homicide,
- 27:43Speaker 1: had been convicted of aggravated robbery, convicted of burglary of
- 27:46Speaker 1: a vehicle and drug possession. You had another forty year
- 27:50Speaker 1: old criminal from Mexico arrested by ICE June the twenty fourth,
- 27:54Speaker 1: who has illegally entered the US four times and been
- 27:57Speaker 1: convicted of sexual assault of a minor and also been
- 28:01Speaker 1: convicted of theft. You had a fifty one year old
- 28:04Speaker 1: criminal alien from Mexico arrested by ICE who had.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Been convicted of sexual.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Indecency with a minor, criminal trespassed with a deadly weapon,
- 28:14Speaker 1: driving while intoxicated, and unauthorized use of a firearm. Now
- 28:18Speaker 1: the arrests are parts of just the Houston Fields Office
- 28:21Speaker 1: routine immigration enforcement activities being conducted alongside federal, state, and
- 28:26Speaker 1: local law enforcement agencies, they say daily throughout the Southeast
- 28:30Speaker 1: Texas to enhance public safety, national security, and border security.
- 28:35Speaker 1: So they put this out, we see all these pictures,
- 28:38Speaker 1: we realize, oh wait, these are actually really bad ombras.
- 28:42Speaker 1: They're not just grabbing some random person off the street,
- 28:46Speaker 1: which is what the Left wants you to believe. That
- 28:48Speaker 1: there's some grandmother who's been there for thirty five years
- 28:51Speaker 1: and that's who Ice is going after. It's pretty darn
- 28:55Speaker 1: clear okay that there are really bad own bras. There
- 29:03Speaker 1: are really evil and sick people out there that are
- 29:08Speaker 1: doing heinous crimes to our community and killing our communities.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Right they're killing our communities with fetanyl. You look at
- 29:17Speaker 1: the number one killer of young people forty five and
- 29:20Speaker 1: hunderd what is it? It's fetanyl. You think the Democratic
- 29:24Speaker 1: Party gives a rats we're in about the people that
- 29:25Speaker 1: die today from fetanyl accidental overdoses. They do not care,
- 29:30Speaker 1: and they'll never care because this is about power. This
- 29:34Speaker 1: is about votes, This is about the census, This is
- 29:37Speaker 1: about eventually giving them and turning them into the best
- 29:43Speaker 1: way I can describe it is American citizens. They want
- 29:47Speaker 1: them here, and they want as many of them here
- 29:49Speaker 1: as they can get their hands on.
- 29:51Speaker 2: That's why they opened our borders.
- 29:53Speaker 1: And they knew that all the people that we're arresting
- 29:55Speaker 1: right now, they knew that all of them that were
- 30:00Speaker 1: coming into this country, we're doing terrible things. They knew
- 30:05Speaker 1: that they were lying to the American people, and they
- 30:08Speaker 1: didn't care because they wanted to change the country. They
- 30:12Speaker 1: wanted to change the country fundamentally. Don't forget Share this
- 30:17Speaker 1: podcast wherever you can with your family, and your friends,
- 30:19Speaker 1: and I'll see you back here tomorrow
