- 0:22Speaker 1: right now so you do not miss an episode. And
- 0:25Speaker 1: if you're around this weekend, check your local news talk
- 0:29Speaker 1: station and find Verdict on the weekend there as do
- 0:32Speaker 1: we do this new syndicated radio show Center. We've got
- 0:35Speaker 1: a lot to talk about today. On today's show, We've
- 0:38Speaker 1: got four different big stories, and we're going to be
- 0:40Speaker 1: going rapid fire.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Well we are. We're going to move through a lot.
- 0:44Speaker 3: And I got to say, as you noted, this past
- 0:46Speaker 3: weekend was our debut on radio, and we ended up
- 0:50Speaker 3: being on more than one hundred stations. At first we
- 0:53Speaker 3: thought it was going to be eighty four. We had
- 0:54Speaker 3: over one hundred stations that took up the podcast aired
- 0:57Speaker 3: it across the country. We were in markets all over
- 1:00Speaker 3: the country. We're in some of the biggest markets in
- 1:03Speaker 3: the nation. And I got to say that's really a
- 1:05Speaker 3: credit to the incredible listeners of Verdict that we're trying
- 1:09Speaker 3: to talk about the big issues that are facing the
- 1:12Speaker 3: country and to debut on more than one hundred stations.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Our first weekend is really strong. We're glad to be
- 1:18Speaker 3: doing it.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Yeah, it really was a blast.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I gotta say the most fun part center was getting
- 1:23Speaker 1: you into radio timing, because I had to get you
- 1:26Speaker 1: in this like, hey, we got eight minutes and we
- 1:28Speaker 1: go to break even if we're still talking. That was
- 1:30Speaker 1: really fun for me to watch you, like, oh wow,
- 1:33Speaker 1: we really do have break times now.
- 1:35Speaker 2: That was new for you.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Yeah, I've gotten spoiled with the podcast where you can
- 1:39Speaker 3: talk about an issue, you can address it as deep
- 1:41Speaker 3: as you want. If you've got five minutes of content
- 1:44Speaker 3: on it, you talk five minutes. If you've got forty
- 1:46Speaker 3: minutes of content, you talk forty. The podcast format is nice,
- 1:50Speaker 3: but now our Friday pod will be more rigidly timed
- 1:53Speaker 3: because radio you got to fit into slots. So today's pod,
- 1:56Speaker 3: which is a pure pod, it's not going to be
- 1:58Speaker 3: a radio pod. We've got four topics we're going to
- 2:00Speaker 3: address number one, the border. The numbers from the border
- 2:05Speaker 3: are astonishing. Under Donald Trump ending catch and release, illegal
- 2:10Speaker 3: border crossings have dropped, not ninety percent, not ninety five percent,
- 2:16Speaker 3: not even ninety nine percent. They have dropped ninety nine
- 2:21Speaker 3: point nine nine percent. It is staggering. It is stunning.
- 2:26Speaker 3: We're going to explain everything that has happened on that second,
- 2:30Speaker 3: the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in a case called
- 2:33Speaker 3: Mahmoud versus Taylor that the fundamental question is do parents
- 2:38Speaker 3: have a right to opt out of radical transgender ideology
- 2:42Speaker 3: being taught to their kids. I think the Supreme Court
- 2:45Speaker 3: is going to rule yes, parents do have that right.
- 2:48Speaker 3: But it's a fundamental case about the rights of parents
- 2:51Speaker 3: to say, we want to protect our children, particularly our
- 2:54Speaker 3: young children. Kindergartener's, first, second third graders who in Maryland
- 2:59Speaker 3: that they were in docrenading with radical left wing transgender ideology.
- 3:04Speaker 3: Number three, Elizabeth Warren did a podcast. Now that was
- 3:08Speaker 3: a mistake. Listen. If you are a left wing communist
- 3:13Speaker 3: nutbag who doesn't like to tell the truth, a podcast
- 3:18Speaker 3: is really bad format for you because in a podcast,
- 3:21Speaker 3: people can actually ask questions, they can press you and
- 3:24Speaker 3: Elizabeth Warren had truly a train wreck interview on a
- 3:28Speaker 3: podcast where she was called out for brazenly lying to
- 3:33Speaker 3: the American people about Joe Biden's mental acuity. We're gonna
- 3:36Speaker 3: break that down. And finally, in the state of Minnesota,
- 3:40Speaker 3: there's a state employee who repeatedly vandalized Tesla's caused over
- 3:45Speaker 3: twenty thousand dollars in damage, and the woke George Sorowsda
- 3:50Speaker 3: gave him a slap on the wrist and let him go.
- 3:53Speaker 3: It is outrageous. We're gonna break that down as well.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a really important story, in one you do
- 3:58Speaker 1: not want to mess I want to tell you real
- 4:00Speaker 1: quick about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. As
- 4:04Speaker 1: you know, unfortunately, Israel is still under attack. Missile fire
- 4:08Speaker 1: has resumed from Israel's enemies, and terrorists are there who
- 4:12Speaker 1: seek utter death and destruction of the Jewish people. Now
- 4:15Speaker 1: Here in America, we really can't imagine what it's like
- 4:18Speaker 1: to live in constant fear like this, But for the
- 4:20Speaker 1: people of Israel, it's all very real, and it's every
- 4:24Speaker 1: single day. And that's why I'm asking you to join
- 4:27Speaker 1: me and show the people of Israel that you will
- 4:29Speaker 1: help protect them in this time of attack and uncertainty.
- 4:32Speaker 1: And one of the best ways to do this is
- 4:34Speaker 1: by giving to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Your gift today helps provide security essentials like bomb shelters,
- 4:44Speaker 1: flat jackets, and bulletproof vests. It also provides for armored
- 4:49Speaker 1: security vehicles, armored ambulances, and so much more. There's no
- 4:54Speaker 1: better time to give than right now, during the Passover holiday,
- 4:57Speaker 1: when we celebrate Israel's historic deliver rants and birth as
- 5:01Speaker 1: a nation. So give a special Passover gift today and
- 5:04Speaker 1: help protect the people of Israel. You can do this
- 5:07Speaker 1: by calling eight a eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's
- 5:12Speaker 1: eight eight eight four eight eight if CJ. Or you
- 5:18Speaker 1: can go online to support IFCJ dot org. That's one word,
- 5:23Speaker 1: support IFCJ dot org. Senator, let's start with that big
- 5:29Speaker 1: story Number one. These numbers are incredible. Under the Trump
- 5:33Speaker 1: catch and release has dropped by ninety nine point nine percent.
- 5:40Speaker 1: That is not a typo. Those are the real numbers
- 5:43Speaker 1: coming out under this Trump administration.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Man, you actually overstated it. It's not ninety nine point nine,
- 5:49Speaker 3: it's ninety nine point nine nine. Uh, it is even greater.
- 5:54Speaker 3: And I'm gonna tell you two numbers, two numbers that
- 5:56Speaker 3: tell the story, and it will take your breath away.
- 5:58Speaker 3: One hundred and eighty nine thousand, six hundred and four
- 6:02Speaker 3: and twenty Now what are those numbers. One hundred and
- 6:05Speaker 3: eighty nine thousand, six hundred four is the number of
- 6:08Speaker 3: illegal immigrants that border patrol agents caught and then immediately
- 6:12Speaker 3: released in the Biden administration in the month of December
- 6:16Speaker 3: twenty twenty three, when the border invasion was the very worst.
- 6:18Speaker 3: On hundred and eighty nine thousand, six hundred four. Do
- 6:21Speaker 3: you know how many illegal immigrants were caught and released
- 6:24Speaker 3: in the US in February of.
- 6:26Speaker 2: This I'm very excited to hear this number.
- 6:27Speaker 3: By the way, twenty wow, not one hundred and eighty
- 6:32Speaker 3: nine thousand, six hundred four twenty and that is one
- 6:35Speaker 3: one hundredth of one percent. That is a staggering, staggering number.
- 6:42Speaker 3: And I got to say on this podcast, you and
- 6:45Speaker 3: I talked about and we laid out that the border
- 6:49Speaker 3: would shut down, the border would be secured, and I said,
- 6:53Speaker 3: I said last year before the election, it's not going
- 6:56Speaker 3: to take a year, it's not going to take six months.
- 6:59Speaker 3: It is going to be done in months or even
- 7:02Speaker 3: weeks or even days. And why is that? You might say, well,
- 7:06Speaker 3: wait a second, We're three months into the Trump administration.
- 7:10Speaker 3: They haven't built a new wall, they haven't hired a
- 7:12Speaker 3: bunch of new border patrol agents. How did it change?
- 7:16Speaker 3: And understand, the single biggest determinant of securing the border
- 7:20Speaker 3: is one very simple policy question. What happens when you
- 7:25Speaker 3: apprehend an illegal immigrant? And if the answer is, you
- 7:28Speaker 3: put them on a plane and you fly them back
- 7:31Speaker 3: to the country they came from. Just about everyone that
- 7:33Speaker 3: comes here illegally they show up with a cell phone.
- 7:36Speaker 3: And when you do that, they pick up the phone,
- 7:38Speaker 3: they call their friends and family back home, and they say,
- 7:40Speaker 3: don't come. If you come, they're going to catch you
- 7:43Speaker 3: and they're going to send you back. So don't waste
- 7:45Speaker 3: the time and money and go through the horrific physical
- 7:48Speaker 3: and sexual abuse and the inhumane treatment of human traffickers.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Don't come because they're sending you back. And so it's instantaneous.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Once you implement the policy of we will send you back,
- 8:01Speaker 3: people stop coming. But the flip side is true under
- 8:04Speaker 3: Joe Biden the Democrats, when people got apprehended and Biden
- 8:09Speaker 3: let him go. Those same illegal immigrants had cell phones,
- 8:13Speaker 3: and they picked up the phone and they called their
- 8:14Speaker 3: friends and family and they said, come come on up,
- 8:17Speaker 3: because if you show up, you get to stay. And
- 8:20Speaker 3: so on January twentieth, Donald Trump changed the policy and said,
- 8:26Speaker 3: if someone comes, we are no longer going to let
- 8:29Speaker 3: them stay. We're not going to release them. We're going
- 8:32Speaker 3: to send them home. And the drop ninety nine point
- 8:37Speaker 3: nine to nine percent. My single favorite line from the
- 8:40Speaker 3: State of the Union that Trump gave earlier this year
- 8:43Speaker 3: was a year ago, Joe Biden stood in front of
- 8:47Speaker 3: the American people and said Congress needed to pass a
- 8:51Speaker 3: new law before he could secure the border. Turns out
- 8:54Speaker 3: we didn't need new legislation, we just needed a new president.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Bought on about it.
- 9:01Speaker 1: And that's the part I think that's so incredible is
- 9:04Speaker 1: this shows you just how deliberate it was by Joe Biden,
- 9:08Speaker 1: by the Democrats to make sure that this was a
- 9:12Speaker 1: conscientious plan. It wasn't an accident. Yes, it's something that
- 9:17Speaker 1: you and I talked about here.
- 9:18Speaker 3: It was not a nat.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Deliberate It was deliberate to change the United States of
- 9:22Speaker 1: America forever.
- 9:23Speaker 3: And it was deliberate, even though they knew that they
- 9:27Speaker 3: were releasing people who were criminals, who were murderers, who
- 9:30Speaker 3: were rapists, who were child molesters, who were terrorists. They
- 9:35Speaker 3: released vast numbers of violent criminals into this country. And
- 9:39Speaker 3: they did it knowing full well Americans would be murdered,
- 9:42Speaker 3: knowing full well women would be raped, children would be raped,
- 9:47Speaker 3: there would be horrific crimes, and the Democrats were willing
- 9:51Speaker 3: to let people die.
- 9:53Speaker 4: Why.
- 9:53Speaker 3: I mean, I've had people ask me all the time,
- 9:55Speaker 3: why would they do this? Why would they allow an
- 9:58Speaker 3: invasion of our country like this? And the only answer
- 10:01Speaker 3: that makes any modicum of sense is the Democrats viewed
- 10:05Speaker 3: every illegalalien as a future Democrat voter, and they prioritized power,
- 10:12Speaker 3: staying in power. They're remaining in power above the lives
- 10:16Speaker 3: of you and your family. They were willing to let
- 10:18Speaker 3: Americans be murdered, be raped, children be horribly brutalized if
- 10:22Speaker 3: it meant Democrats stayed in power. That is cynical attle level.
- 10:28Speaker 3: It's very hard to think of another parallel in modern
- 10:31Speaker 3: times to that.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Which, by the way, you look at what you're talking
- 10:34Speaker 1: about with the cenecal so let's move to then part
- 10:37Speaker 1: two of this now, which is House Democrats have arrived
- 10:41Speaker 1: in El Salvador to push for Abriga Garcia's return. A
- 10:45Speaker 1: guy that is a very clearly MS thirteen gang member,
- 10:49Speaker 1: not because I say so, not because you say so, Center,
- 10:51Speaker 1: but because two courts have said so, as well as
- 10:54Speaker 1: federal authorities as well as his country of origin.
- 10:58Speaker 3: Well, look, Chris van Holland, the Democrat senator from Maryland,
- 11:02Speaker 3: went down to El Salvador, had this meeting with this
- 11:08Speaker 3: illegal immigrant where he sat there at the table looking
- 11:11Speaker 3: googly eyed. He frankly looked like a teenage boy with
- 11:16Speaker 3: acne staring at the pretty girl with pigtails and braces
- 11:20Speaker 3: he was. The level of love he had was bizarre.
- 11:27Speaker 3: I tweeted out, I said, find someone who looks at
- 11:29Speaker 3: you the way Democrat senators look at illegal alien gang
- 11:33Speaker 3: members that are in MS thirteen like it is weird.
- 11:38Speaker 3: And it's even weirder. The Democrats have decided this is
- 11:40Speaker 3: who they are as a party. So this week after
- 11:43Speaker 3: Chris van Holland, we saw lots of House members going
- 11:46Speaker 3: down to El Salvador, going, oh, I want to meet
- 11:48Speaker 3: with a gang member too, because you know, that's what
- 11:50Speaker 3: Democrats do. It's amazing and it's sad, and it's a
- 11:55Speaker 3: sign of just how out of touch congression Democrats are
- 12:01Speaker 3: with ordinary Americans.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And this comes on the heels of a new report
- 12:07Speaker 1: out that these Soros funded groups were behind the Democrats
- 12:11Speaker 1: plan all along to decriminalize illegal immigration. Apparently, several non
- 12:18Speaker 1: government organizations NGOs, funded in part by Alex and George
- 12:24Speaker 1: Soros's Open Society Foundations, they convinced Democrats to adopt a
- 12:29Speaker 1: platform as a party that sought to quote, decriminalize illegal
- 12:33Speaker 1: immigration to the United States despite its unpopulated with Americans,
- 12:37Speaker 1: because they understood that you can change a country by
- 12:40Speaker 1: flooding it with millions and millions of new prospective citizens.
- 12:44Speaker 3: The Democrat Party their number one priority is power, and
- 12:48Speaker 3: they prioritize staying in power over your life, your family, safety,
- 12:55Speaker 3: your community. They prioritize it over fairness of your daughter
- 13:00Speaker 3: competing in sports. They prioritize it over your family's well being,
- 13:05Speaker 3: even as they cause rampant inflation. It's why the election
- 13:09Speaker 3: was such a route, because they were so focused on
- 13:13Speaker 3: staying in power that they implemented policies that were unbelievably harmful,
- 13:19Speaker 3: and I got to say, this is something I've talked
- 13:20Speaker 3: with President Trump about. In some ways, I am grateful
- 13:25Speaker 3: that President Trump did not serve back to back consecutive terms,
- 13:30Speaker 3: because if he had served a second term immediately after
- 13:34Speaker 3: the twenty sixteen term, he would have come in in
- 13:39Speaker 3: a close contested election. It would have been it would
- 13:43Speaker 3: have been ugly, and he would have been able to
- 13:45Speaker 3: accomplish a fraction of what he's accomplishing now. A big
- 13:50Speaker 3: part of the reason Trump is accomplishing so much now
- 13:54Speaker 3: is that Joe Biden the Democrats did such a horrible
- 13:58Speaker 3: job that people are ready to change. This was a
- 14:03Speaker 3: change election with a mandate that, frankly, if Trump had
- 14:07Speaker 3: come in in twenty twenty, you would not have had
- 14:09Speaker 3: the same kind of mandate that we have in twenty
- 14:11Speaker 3: twenty four. So I'm not grateful for the horrific damage
- 14:15Speaker 3: that was done to the country for four years, but
- 14:17Speaker 3: I am grateful that Trump this second term came in
- 14:20Speaker 3: with a much greater mandate and the American people much
- 14:24Speaker 3: more eager for fundamental change because they saw just how
- 14:28Speaker 3: disastrous these left wing policies.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Are, which brings us to topic number two and that
- 14:33Speaker 1: deals with the Supreme Court is now hearing arguments about
- 14:37Speaker 1: the issue of parents protecting their kids from gender ideology
- 14:41Speaker 1: and public schools. This is another agenda item of the
- 14:44Speaker 1: radical left trying to take over not only your parental right,
- 14:49Speaker 1: saying that your kids are really not yours, the government
- 14:51Speaker 1: owns your children, but they can indoctrinate them on radical
- 14:55Speaker 1: gender ideology issues in the schools. And now this is
- 14:58Speaker 1: headed to the Supreme Court.
- 15:01Speaker 3: So the Supreme Court heard oral argument this week in
- 15:05Speaker 3: a case called Ma Mood versus Taylor. And in Mamod
- 15:12Speaker 3: versus Taylor, the question is do parents have a right
- 15:15Speaker 3: number one to be notified of sexually explicit gender ideology
- 15:20Speaker 3: lessons in public schools and number two to opt their
- 15:22Speaker 3: children out for religious reasons. And this came out of
- 15:26Speaker 3: Montgomery County, Maryland, and where they're giving children as young
- 15:31Speaker 3: as four years old books that have discussed quote intersex flags, drag, queens, underwear, leathers,
- 15:40Speaker 3: zipper xoxo. I don't even know what that means. The
- 15:45Speaker 3: Montgomery County Public School system has over fifty thousand elementary students.
- 15:51Speaker 3: It's the largest school system in Maryland. One of the
- 15:54Speaker 3: largest in the country, and the school system there insisted
- 15:58Speaker 3: that parents have zero rights to opt out of these
- 16:02Speaker 3: radical lessons and look to be clear that there's a
- 16:06Speaker 3: wide range of parents who, for religious reasons or other reasons,
- 16:10Speaker 3: don't want their kids to hear this garbage. And they
- 16:12Speaker 3: could be Christians, they could be Muslims, they could be Jews,
- 16:17Speaker 3: they could be Protestants or Catholics. But across the range
- 16:24Speaker 3: of faith, there are a lot of faiths who actually
- 16:27Speaker 3: believe there's a difference between boys and girls. By the way,
- 16:30Speaker 3: there are people who even are not religious, who are
- 16:33Speaker 3: basically not idiots and know that there is a difference
- 16:36Speaker 3: between boys and girls. And the extreme view of the
- 16:41Speaker 3: school district was you have no right, you have no
- 16:45Speaker 3: right to know about it, and you have no right
- 16:48Speaker 3: to opt in. And so they adopted an initiative entitled
- 16:55Speaker 3: quote Building Community with LGBTQ plus affirming picture books. And understand,
- 17:02Speaker 3: this is not high school students. We're talking preschool, kindergarten, first, second,
- 17:08Speaker 3: third grade little kids and teachers have been given a
- 17:12Speaker 3: quota of these books to use in the classroom and
- 17:16Speaker 3: are supposed to have the lessons quote embedded throughout and.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Parents.
- 17:24Speaker 3: So, for example, one of the books in the curriculum
- 17:27Speaker 3: resources was a book entitled Pride Puppy, which had illustrated
- 17:33Speaker 3: pictures of men in drag furries and words such as
- 17:37Speaker 3: queer and intersectional. There's another book called Born Ready, a
- 17:43Speaker 3: story about a five year old girl named Penelope who
- 17:48Speaker 3: decides that she is really a he. And by the way,
- 17:53Speaker 3: you know what the reaction of the school district, the
- 17:55Speaker 3: reaction of the radical leftist was to parents who said, look,
- 17:58Speaker 3: this is contrary to my faith. Don't teach this garbage
- 18:00Speaker 3: to my kids. They said, go private. If you don't
- 18:04Speaker 3: like what we're teaching, go to a private school. We're
- 18:07Speaker 3: going to force this ideology on you. And it's an
- 18:10Speaker 3: example of the incredible intolerance of the left that look, understand,
- 18:17Speaker 3: the plaintiffs in this case are not saying ban the books.
- 18:21Speaker 3: They're not saying don't teach this to the kids. They're saying,
- 18:24Speaker 3: let me know, and let me say, you know what,
- 18:27Speaker 3: I don't want my kid to hear this garbage. You
- 18:32Speaker 3: can teach it to other kids if their parents are
- 18:34Speaker 3: okay with it, but don't force it on my kid.
- 18:38Speaker 3: I think the plaineffs are going to win in this case.
- 18:40Speaker 3: I think they're going to hold the rights of parents
- 18:43Speaker 3: to say, you have an ability to reject this extreme,
- 18:48Speaker 3: extreme ideology being forced on your kids.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Well, in the White House, by the way, getting in
- 18:51Speaker 1: on this as well, Carolin Levitt, the White House may
- 18:53Speaker 1: acquear where the White House stands on this.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Here's what she said.
- 18:56Speaker 5: And then on the Supreme Court, I know the Court
- 18:58Speaker 5: is hearing a case dealing with who don't want their
- 19:00Speaker 5: kids having to read gener ideology books in schools? Can
- 19:03Speaker 5: you comment on that case and what the Trump administration
- 19:06Speaker 5: hopes to see come from that.
- 19:07Speaker 6: Sure, we hope the Supreme Court will do the right thing,
- 19:09Speaker 6: and the President has been very clear he stands on
- 19:11Speaker 6: the side of parental rights and he believes strongly that
- 19:14Speaker 6: parents should have a greater say in their children's education
- 19:17Speaker 6: and the content if you will, that children are being
- 19:20Speaker 6: exposed to in our public school system.
- 19:22Speaker 1: I mean pretty clear there, They're all in. This is
- 19:25Speaker 1: about parents, parental rights and the parents being able to
- 19:28Speaker 1: protect and decide what they're going to teach their kids
- 19:30Speaker 1: and when they're going to teach, especially when it comes
- 19:32Speaker 1: to things like this. But your tax hours should not
- 19:34Speaker 1: be going to these types of books to indoctrinate your kids.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Do you feel centered, because I genuinely feel this for
- 19:40Speaker 1: the first time in a long time, that we're starting
- 19:43Speaker 1: to see in the pendulum swing now in a very
- 19:46Speaker 1: big way back towards I think insanity, and parents are
- 19:51Speaker 1: now getting involved. We witness this in the last administration
- 19:54Speaker 1: where they started fighting back once they realized it was
- 19:56Speaker 1: having their kids in schools and seeing what was happening
- 19:58Speaker 1: with COVID and learning and disc learning and parents that
- 20:01Speaker 1: were being labeled domestic terrorists for showing up at school
- 20:04Speaker 1: board meetings. There does seem to be now a real
- 20:08Speaker 1: focus on parents getting back involved, and that is a blessing,
- 20:11Speaker 1: I think, in disguise out of all this radical stuff
- 20:13Speaker 1: that Left has been doing.
- 20:15Speaker 3: Absolutely it is you know, one of the books that
- 20:17Speaker 3: was being taught to children in these Maryland preschools and first, second,
- 20:23Speaker 3: third grade classes. It is a book that is entitled
- 20:30Speaker 3: What Are Your Words? And What Are Your Words? It's
- 20:33Speaker 3: a picture book and so it has little cartoon drawings
- 20:36Speaker 3: and there's a picture of a little boy who says,
- 20:39Speaker 3: sometimes I just use one set of pronouns. Sometimes I
- 20:44Speaker 3: change my pronouns, sometimes I use all the pronouns I
- 20:49Speaker 3: can think of. So the first picture is a little
- 20:51Speaker 3: boy and he's wearing a skirt, a flowered skirt, because
- 20:55Speaker 3: of course that's what little boys wear. The second picture,
- 20:59Speaker 3: where he sometimes I change my pronouns, he's wearing jeans
- 21:02Speaker 3: and a light blue shirt with a cloud on it,
- 21:04Speaker 3: because there I guess he's calling himself a boy. And
- 21:08Speaker 3: then the last picture he uses all the pronouns he can.
- 21:11Speaker 3: And then the next page, I want to read you
- 21:14Speaker 3: the words on it. My pronouns are like the weather,
- 21:20Speaker 3: they change depending on how I feel. And then this
- 21:26Speaker 3: little boy is smiling with joy and he says, and
- 21:30Speaker 3: that's okay because they're my words. This is telling four
- 21:37Speaker 3: year olds. You wake up in the morning and you
- 21:40Speaker 3: think you're a boy, you're a boy.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:43Speaker 3: If at noon you think you're a girl, you're a girl.
- 21:48Speaker 3: And at three, I don't know, you think you're a cat.
- 21:51Speaker 3: You're a cat. Like this is nuts, this is loopy,
- 21:56Speaker 3: and say it reminds me. We've discussed on this podcast
- 21:59Speaker 3: the Florida law that Ron de Santa signed into law
- 22:03Speaker 3: that was pejoratively called by the media that don't say
- 22:07Speaker 3: gay law. It actually said don't teach sexually explicit things
- 22:11Speaker 3: to little children, to children in preschool, kindergarten, first, second,
- 22:15Speaker 3: and third grade. By the way, fourth graders, you can
- 22:18Speaker 3: get into kinky s and m You can get into
- 22:20Speaker 3: any crazy stuff you want. But it was Florida saying,
- 22:23Speaker 3: look at least third grade and below, let's leave the
- 22:25Speaker 3: sex out of the classroom. And I get to say,
- 22:28Speaker 3: my kids are now no longer in elementary school, but
- 22:32Speaker 3: I don't want any teacher teaching young children about sex,
- 22:36Speaker 3: whether straight sex or gay sex, or any other kind like.
- 22:40Speaker 3: It is bizarre that the left is willing and wants
- 22:45Speaker 3: to indoctrinate four year olds that gender doesn't exist. As
- 22:54Speaker 3: I read from this book, my pronouns are like the weather,
- 22:57Speaker 3: They change depending on how I feel. That is the
- 23:03Speaker 3: ideology of the radical left at its complete nonsense.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. You've heard
- 23:10Speaker 1: me talk about Patriot Mobile for a while now, and
- 23:12Speaker 1: you probably already know that for years they've stood in
- 23:15Speaker 1: the gap for every American that believes freedom is actually
- 23:18Speaker 1: worth fighting for. Well, let me tell you if they're
- 23:21Speaker 1: the real deal. And so let me ask you this question.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Have you switched to Patriot Mobile. Yet, do you know
- 23:27Speaker 1: that every time you make a phone call, every time
- 23:29Speaker 1: you send a text, you're actually fighting for your First
- 23:31Speaker 1: and your Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children.
- 23:35Speaker 1: And every time you pay a bill to your cell
- 23:37Speaker 1: phone provider, are you making a difference standing up for
- 23:40Speaker 1: our wounded warriors, our veterans, and for conservative organizations. Well
- 23:46Speaker 1: here's the thing. If the answer is no, then it's
- 23:49Speaker 1: time for you to switch to Patriot Mobile.
- 23:51Speaker 5: Now.
- 23:51Speaker 1: If you're worried about coverage, don't be because Patriot Mobile
- 23:55Speaker 1: is one of the few cell phone service providers that
- 23:58Speaker 1: actually operate on all three of the major networks. Meaning,
- 24:01Speaker 1: if you've got great coverage now, you're gonna keep greape coverage,
- 24:04Speaker 1: but you're gonna get rid of that radical left agenda
- 24:07Speaker 1: that Big Mobile has. The fact is, if you've got
- 24:10Speaker 1: a cell phone in this country today, you can get
- 24:12Speaker 1: exceptional or even better service with Patriot Mobile. And that's
- 24:15Speaker 1: why they offer a coverage guarantee that others don't. Or
- 24:19Speaker 1: maybe you haven't joined Patriot Mobile because you think making
- 24:22Speaker 1: the switch is just hard or painful, Well I'm here
- 24:24Speaker 1: to tell you I've done it. It's not In fact,
- 24:26Speaker 1: it's easy now in twenty five. There's no need to
- 24:30Speaker 1: spend hours in a retail store waiting your turn. You
- 24:34Speaker 1: simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent US based team
- 24:37Speaker 1: from the comfort of your home or office.
- 24:40Speaker 2: And they'll take care of the rest.
- 24:42Speaker 1: Plus, Patriot Mobile's contract buyout program covers up to five
- 24:45Speaker 1: hundred dollars per device, and you get to keep your
- 24:49Speaker 1: same number, keep your same cell phone, or treat yourself
- 24:51Speaker 1: to an upgrade.
- 24:52Speaker 2: So what are you waiting for?
- 24:54Speaker 1: Join Patriot Mobile today and make a difference with every
- 24:58Speaker 1: bill you pay, with every phone call you made, with

- 25:08Speaker 1: nine seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code Verdict,
- 25:11Speaker 1: and you're gonna get a free month of service. You
- 25:14Speaker 1: can also go online to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict.
- 25:18Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot.
- 25:23Speaker 1: All right, so let's move on real quick to Elizabeth
- 25:26Speaker 1: Warren and May, oh my, is it nice to see
- 25:30Speaker 1: people like Elizabeth be called out for what they were
- 25:33Speaker 1: part of. I think it's gonna go down in history
- 25:35Speaker 1: as one of the biggest cover ups in political history,
- 25:38Speaker 1: certainly in my lifetime, the hiding center of Joe Biden's
- 25:42Speaker 1: mental decline, and now she's being called out for being
- 25:46Speaker 1: a part of it.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Yeah, And I want to take this segment to talk
- 25:51Speaker 3: about the importance podcasts and that that may seem a
- 25:53Speaker 3: little self serving given what you and I are doing
- 25:56Speaker 3: right now, but the podcast format, long form interviews.
- 26:01Speaker 7: Look.
- 26:02Speaker 3: One of the critical differences in the twenty twenty four
- 26:04Speaker 3: election is Donald Trump went on podcast where he would
- 26:08Speaker 3: he would let Joe Rogan, he'd let other podcast hosts
- 26:11Speaker 3: question him for hours on end about any topic under
- 26:14Speaker 3: the sun. And Kamala Harris was terrified to do that.
- 26:17Speaker 3: She wouldn't do that because in a long form interview,
- 26:20Speaker 3: it's very hard to lie, Like if you have a
- 26:22Speaker 3: host who's willing to call you to account, lying over
- 26:25Speaker 3: an extended period of time is difficult. Now, Elizabeth Warren
- 26:28Speaker 3: appeared on a podcast called Talk Easy with Sam Fragoso. Now,
- 26:35Speaker 3: I'm not familiar with Sam Fragoso.
- 26:37Speaker 1: You're a listener. I'm shocked by that. I thought you
- 26:40Speaker 1: were like a subscriber and everything.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Well.
- 26:46Speaker 3: Fox News describes him as a left leaning host, and
- 26:52Speaker 3: I will say he may be a left leaning host,
- 26:55Speaker 3: but I want to commend him. Sam Fragoso did a
- 26:57Speaker 3: great job in this interview of calling out Elizabeth Warren's
- 27:03Speaker 3: blatant mendacity and all right, don't take my word for it.
- 27:07Speaker 3: Just give a listen. This is only sixty two seconds.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Listen to this interview, and Elizabeth Warren gets in deep,
- 27:13Speaker 3: deep trouble because she's lying, and she gets caught lying.
- 27:17Speaker 3: Give a listen.
- 27:18Speaker 7: Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity,
- 27:22Speaker 7: He had a sharpness to him. You said that up
- 27:24Speaker 7: until July of last year, I said what I believed
- 27:28Speaker 7: to be true, and you think he was as sharp
- 27:30Speaker 7: as you.
- 27:35Speaker 4: I said I had not seen decline, and I hadn't
- 27:41Speaker 4: at that point.
- 27:42Speaker 7: You did not see any decline from twenty twenty four
- 27:44Speaker 7: Joe Biden to twenty twenty one Joe Biden.
- 27:47Speaker 4: When I said that, you know what the thing is? Heap. Look,
- 27:54Speaker 4: he was sharp, he was on his feet. I saw
- 27:58Speaker 4: him live event, had meetings with him a couple of times.
- 28:02Speaker 7: Senator on his feet is not praise. He can speak
- 28:08Speaker 7: in sentences is not praise.
- 28:10Speaker 4: Fair enough, fair enough, Look it is the question is
- 28:18Speaker 4: what are we gonna do now?
- 28:19Speaker 7: Okay?
- 28:21Speaker 1: I love the bail out there. Well, the question is
- 28:23Speaker 1: what are we gonna do now? And this liberal hosts like, okay,
- 28:26Speaker 1: I mean they're in shambles, and will I will give
- 28:29Speaker 1: this host a lot of credit. At least he spoke
- 28:31Speaker 1: truth to power there, like you guys are just straight
- 28:34Speaker 1: up lying and covering up. And now you want us
- 28:36Speaker 1: to help you rebuild the party that you just destroyed
- 28:39Speaker 1: by not being honest with us about the last candidate
- 28:41Speaker 1: being incapacitated. Oh oh, by the way, happened to be
- 28:44Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America.
- 28:46Speaker 3: And by the way, I gotta say, you heard the audio.
- 28:50Speaker 3: It's actually worth going online and watching the video because
- 28:53Speaker 3: when he asks was he as sharp as you?
- 28:56Speaker 7: Like?
- 28:56Speaker 3: Her expression she like almost laughed and she's can't say yes,
- 29:02Speaker 3: and she's just trapped. She's like, no, no, I said
- 29:05Speaker 3: what I believed. He's like, no, you didn't. You were lying.
- 29:08Speaker 3: And I love his point on his feet, that's your
- 29:13Speaker 3: praise for the president. He could stand up. That's not
- 29:18Speaker 3: being sharp and engage that he is able to stand
- 29:22Speaker 3: And I got to say it's interesting online one person.
- 29:27Speaker 3: Will mcavoyd tweeted, case in point, faking it doesn't work anymore.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Warren can't do long form because long form demands authenticity
- 29:36Speaker 3: and she has none. And then Tyler Winklevoss, the bitcoin
- 29:41Speaker 3: investor who was one of the people who initially was
- 29:44Speaker 3: involved in starting Facebook, and if you remember the movie
- 29:47Speaker 3: The Social Network, he and his twin accused Mark Zuckerberg
- 29:51Speaker 3: stealing Facebook from them. Whole back and forth. Anyway, Tyler
- 29:54Speaker 3: Winklevoss tweeted the following quote. Long form also demands truth.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Liars usually can't handle one or two basic follow up questions.
- 30:07Speaker 3: That's why confirmed liar Elizabeth Warren gets cooked here. And
- 30:12Speaker 3: that's why the Democrat Party is so broken right now.
- 30:17Speaker 3: They have a truth problem. And that is a simple
- 30:23Speaker 3: it's actually it's a testament to podcasts that that look,
- 30:26Speaker 3: you get on, you engage, you have a real conversation,
- 30:30Speaker 3: and if you're used to a six minute hit where
- 30:33Speaker 3: you can spin and and be dishonest, that is a
- 30:38Speaker 3: very difficult thing to do in a podcast where you
- 30:44Speaker 3: have a host who pushes you, and the corporate media
- 30:49Speaker 3: doesn't do that. And it's so here's what I tweeted today,
- 30:53Speaker 3: I said, watch this. Democrats now routinely lie and the
- 30:59Speaker 3: corporate media almost never calls them out for it, and
- 31:03Speaker 3: yet one podcaster can effortless, effortlessly unmask it in sixty
- 31:11Speaker 3: two seconds.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's incredible, which, by the way, also brings us
- 31:16Speaker 1: to another issue real quick, and that is I still
- 31:20Speaker 1: can't believe this. There's a guy that went viral, a
- 31:23Speaker 1: Minnesota state employee who apparently caused about twenty thousand or
- 31:29Speaker 1: over twenty thousand damages to Tesla's I'm gonna say that,
- 31:33Speaker 1: make it.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Clear, plural, not one, but multiple.
- 31:37Speaker 1: It has now led to a woke liberal district attorney saying, Nah,
- 31:43Speaker 1: we don't really want to hold this guy accountable. Let's
- 31:45Speaker 1: keep the lawlessness up. As long as it's against conservatives
- 31:48Speaker 1: and Elon Musk and Tesla owners. We're fine with that.
- 31:51Speaker 1: No big deal. You're good man. We're gonna let you
- 31:53Speaker 1: basically go on home.
- 31:55Speaker 3: Well, there is a suspected vandal. He's thirty three years old.
- 31:59Speaker 3: He is a government Employee's name is Dylan Brian Adams,
- 32:04Speaker 3: and he was allegedly spotted keing multiple Tesla vehicles, stripping
- 32:10Speaker 3: their paint off while walking his dog around the city,
- 32:13Speaker 3: and he caused over twenty thousand dollars in damage, vandalizing
- 32:18Speaker 3: half a dozen teslas. So he was doing this over
- 32:21Speaker 3: and over and over again. And by the way, if
- 32:24Speaker 3: this guy did this, he's dumb as a stump. Because
- 32:27Speaker 3: tesla's all have cameras on them that video the person,
- 32:31Speaker 3: any person who walks up to them, so he's doing
- 32:33Speaker 3: it on camera. Because leftists number one, they're utter hypocrites.
- 32:38Speaker 3: So they're claimed to care about the Green New Deal
- 32:41Speaker 3: or complete lies because they've decided now to attack electric cars.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Why because they hate Elon Musk. And understand, they hate
- 32:49Speaker 3: Elon Musk not just because he's now supporting Trump, not
- 32:53Speaker 3: just because he's now cutting the government. They hate Elon
- 32:57Speaker 3: Musk because he's a heretic. This is religion and and
- 33:01Speaker 3: and the woke leftist cultural Marxist religion five years ago
- 33:07Speaker 3: lionized Elon Musk and they view him as someone who
- 33:11Speaker 3: has betrayed the faith. And so this angry government employee,
- 33:17Speaker 3: who as far as I know, has not lost his
- 33:19Speaker 3: job despite being a brazen criminal, uh was caught keying
- 33:27Speaker 3: and and vandalizing six different teslas, and unfortunately the the
- 33:33Speaker 3: Hennemount County District Attorney is a woman named Mary Moriarty,
- 33:38Speaker 3: who is a left wing George Soros DA and she
- 33:42Speaker 3: decided that that that that they're not going to uh
- 33:46Speaker 3: go go after her. Uh that that that that they're
- 33:50Speaker 3: they're not going to charge him, uh and it is unfortunate.
- 33:59Speaker 3: So the chief of police, Minneapolis Police Chief Brianohera, said
- 34:04Speaker 3: that the damage in each case is the equivalent of
- 34:06Speaker 3: a felony. And the chief said in a scathing statement
- 34:09Speaker 3: on Monday, this is from The New York Post, that
- 34:12Speaker 3: Moriarty's decision not to bring charges is frustrating for his
- 34:15Speaker 3: officers in the public. And here's what the police chief said.
- 34:20Speaker 2: Quote.
- 34:21Speaker 3: The Minneapolis Police Department did its job. It identified and
- 34:25Speaker 3: investigated a crime trend, identified and arrested a suspect, and
- 34:30Speaker 3: presented the case file to the Henneman County District the
- 34:34Speaker 3: Keneman County Attorney's Office for consideration of charges. The case
- 34:38Speaker 3: impacted at least six different victims and totaled over twenty
- 34:43Speaker 3: thousand dollars in damage. Any frustration related to the charging
- 34:47Speaker 3: decision of the Henneman County attorneys should be directed solely
- 34:52Speaker 3: at her office. Our investigators are always frustrated when the
- 34:57Speaker 3: cases they poured their hearts into are declined. In my experience,
- 35:02Speaker 3: the victims in these cases often feel the same. That's
- 35:06Speaker 3: the chief of police and the sad reality it is
- 35:12Speaker 3: that for leftists today, for elected Democrats, they are now
- 35:18Speaker 3: openly embracing domestic terrorism. They are now openly We played
- 35:24Speaker 3: on this podcast before Chuck Schumer refused to condemn people
- 35:29Speaker 3: firebombing Tesla dealerships, people throwing molotov cocktails at Testa dealerships,
- 35:34Speaker 3: people firing guns into Tested dealerships. Somebody's going to be killed.
- 35:40Speaker 3: I don't want that to happen. I pray it does
- 35:42Speaker 3: not happen. But this escalating violence is going to lead
- 35:46Speaker 3: to a loss of life. And the Democrats are celebrating it.
- 35:49Speaker 3: And now the left wing DA's are saying, hey, you've
- 35:53Speaker 3: vandalized cars, and we decide we don't like the person
- 35:56Speaker 3: who owns the company that built the car. Well, tough luck, sorry, Ben,
- 36:00Speaker 3: We're gonna scratch up your car, we're gonna keep it.
- 36:01Speaker 3: We're gonna do thousand dollars of damage and nothing you
- 36:04Speaker 3: can do about it. Because we the Democrats, support domestic terrorism.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Yeah, you're absolutely right.
- 36:10Speaker 1: And there's also that just scary psychological aspect of it.
- 36:13Speaker 1: If you know your DA won't go after people that
- 36:16Speaker 1: are going after your car, is it going to make
- 36:18Speaker 1: you more or less likely to buy a tesla? That's
- 36:20Speaker 1: part of the financial warfare against Elon Musk.
- 36:23Speaker 3: And by the way, what's the DA going to do
- 36:25Speaker 3: if they commit violence against you? What's the DA gonna
- 36:28Speaker 3: do if they commit violence against you?
- 36:30Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 36:31Speaker 3: Like, if this radical leftist is able to vandalize a tesla,
- 36:35Speaker 3: how about if he walks up and punches the owner
- 36:37Speaker 3: of the tesla in the face. Yeah, do you have
- 36:40Speaker 3: any confidence that this left wing nutcase DA is going
- 36:44Speaker 3: to charge the radical with punching someone in the face.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Their view is, Hey, if you're punching a tesla owner
- 36:50Speaker 3: in the face, that's an admirable act of resistance. It
- 36:55Speaker 3: is lawless. And let me be clear, I disagree with
- 36:59Speaker 3: the political views of Marxists and communists and leftists, but
- 37:04Speaker 3: I passionately oppose violence against them. And if anyone engaged
- 37:09Speaker 3: in violence against a leftist, I would support prosecuting them
- 37:13Speaker 3: and sending them to jail. Violence is never acceptable. And
- 37:17Speaker 3: you know what, the Democrats can't say that because they
- 37:21Speaker 3: support they refuse to condemn the violence against their political
- 37:25Speaker 3: opponents because it is part of their ideology. And we
- 37:28Speaker 3: saw that tragically during the Black Lives Matter and Antifa
- 37:32Speaker 3: riots across the country, where Kamala Harris most strikingly raised
- 37:37Speaker 3: money to bail out of jail radical Antifa terrorists who
- 37:42Speaker 3: committed crimes of violence in Minneapolis, same city. Because the
- 37:47Speaker 3: Democrat Party is a party that supports violence in pursuit
- 37:51Speaker 3: of their remaining in power.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Yeah, at Bingo, don't forget. We did this show Monday,

- 38:12Speaker 1: will see you back here in a couple of days.
