Remediation of small parcel finalized at former Texaco site After asking for feedback during a public meeting in January, the state Department of Environmental Conservation estimates it will cost the property owner $115,000 to decontaminate a 0.67-acre parcel at the former Texaco Research Center site outside of Beacon.
