- 0:00Speaker 1: Six degrees from James Baker. That is a very interesting
- 0:05Speaker 1: headline from Jonathan Turley. Why is the name James Baker matter.
- 0:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna explain it to you. He is a very
- 0:13Speaker 1: familiar figure that has re emerged with the release of
- 0:16Speaker 1: the Twitter files. The New York Post ran an article
- 0:21Speaker 1: about the emergence of James Baker, who is a former
- 0:25Speaker 1: FBI General Council. He is now at the center of
- 0:29Speaker 1: the Twitter suppression scandal as thousands of Twitter documents are
- 0:34Speaker 1: released on the company's infamous censorship program, which was much
- 0:37Speaker 1: bigger than the Hunter Biden laptop. Much has been confirmed
- 0:41Speaker 1: about the use of back channels by Biden and Democratic
- 0:45Speaker 1: officials to silence critics on the social media platform for years.
- 0:50Speaker 1: One familiar name immediately popped out in the first batch
- 0:53Speaker 1: of documents release through the journalists that was handpicked by
- 0:58Speaker 1: Elon Musk. The name is James Baker. Now, for many,
- 1:01Speaker 1: James Baker is fast becoming the Kevin Bacon of the
- 1:06Speaker 1: Russian collusion scandal. Baker has been featured repeatedly in the
- 1:11Speaker 1: Russian investigations launched by the Justice Department. And again, this
- 1:15Speaker 1: is gonna get completed, So I need you to understand.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I'm gonna try to stop and explain along the way.
- 1:21Speaker 1: James Baker was involved in the Russian collusion investigation that
- 1:27Speaker 1: was launched by the Justice Department. He was involved in
- 1:31Speaker 1: the hoax involving the Russian Alpha Bank. When Clinton campaign
- 1:37Speaker 1: lawyer Michael Sussman, for example, wanted to plant the bizarre
- 1:41Speaker 1: false claim of a secret communications channel between the Trump
- 1:46Speaker 1: campaign and the Kremlin, it was the guy by the
- 1:51Speaker 1: name of James Baker. James Baker was his go to,
- 1:57Speaker 1: high high up contact on speed diital at the DOJ.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Now Baker would actually later testify at Sessman's trial. In fact,
- 2:08Speaker 1: Baker's name also appeared prominently in controversies related to the
- 2:13Speaker 1: other Russian related FBI allegations against Donald Trump. Then he
- 2:19Speaker 1: was effectively forced out of his role in the government
- 2:22Speaker 1: in the Deep State due to his role and reportedly
- 2:25Speaker 1: found himself under criminal investigation. Then he became a defender
- 2:30Speaker 1: of the Russian investigations despite the findings of bias and
- 2:34Speaker 1: even criminal conduct. He was also a frequent target of
- 2:38Speaker 1: Donald Trump on social media, including Twitter. So what did
- 2:42Speaker 1: Baker do? Baker responded with public criticism of Trump for
- 2:46Speaker 1: his quote false narratives as he said, I'm not gonna
- 2:49Speaker 1: take it anymore. He was forced out of the FBI.
- 2:54Speaker 1: And when he was forced out the FBI because of
- 2:56Speaker 1: all of his shady work and his corruption at the FBI,
- 3:00Speaker 1: pushing false narratives, being on speed dial for the DNC,
- 3:04Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton, and Michael Sussman, and he knew that the
- 3:07Speaker 1: entire Russian collusion scandal was a hoax. He needed a
- 3:10Speaker 1: new job. So where'd he go? You ready for this?
- 3:14Speaker 1: He went to none other than Twitter. This guy comes
- 3:19Speaker 1: out of the deep state as a disgraced individual. He
- 3:21Speaker 1: comes out the FBI. Everybody knows he's a scumbag, con artist,
- 3:25Speaker 1: liar and pushed the Russian collusion scandal, and he knew
- 3:29Speaker 1: it was alive from the very beginning. This is the
- 3:31Speaker 1: same guy that helped bury information that was actually damning
- 3:35Speaker 1: to Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton. He then
- 3:39Speaker 1: leaves in disgrace from the FBI, and immediately Twitter says, yep,
- 3:43Speaker 1: we want to hire you. Not only are we going
- 3:45Speaker 1: to hire you, but we're gonna make you the deputy
- 3:47Speaker 1: General counsel of Twitter. Baker soon became involved in another
- 3:53Speaker 1: alleged back channel with a presidential campaign. This time it
- 3:59Speaker 1: was Twitter maintained the non public channels with a Biden campaign,
- 4:04Speaker 1: And to be clear, Baker didn't stop there with just
- 4:07Speaker 1: the Biden campaign. He continued to communicate when Joe Biden
- 4:11Speaker 1: became the president and communicated directly with the White House.
- 4:15Speaker 1: In fact, Baker then weighed in with the same signature
- 4:18Speaker 1: bias that characterized the Russian investigations. Weeks before the presidential election,
- 4:24Speaker 1: the New York Post ran that explosive story about the
- 4:27Speaker 1: laptop abandoned by Hunter Biden. It contained emails and records
- 4:30Speaker 1: detailing a multimillion dollar influenced peddaling operation by the Biden
- 4:34Speaker 1: crime family. And not only was Joe Biden's son Hunter
- 4:37Speaker 1: and brother James Biden involved in the deals with an
- 4:39Speaker 1: array of dubious foreign figures more than fifty countries that
- 4:43Speaker 1: were going after the worst people in the world, including
- 4:45Speaker 1: Russian oligarchs and the Chinese Communist Party. But Joe Biden
- 4:48Speaker 1: was referenced as a recipient or the possible recipient of
- 4:52Speaker 1: funds from all of these deals, known as the Big Guy.
- 4:56Speaker 1: The Bidens have been long accused of influenced pedaling, nepotism,
- 4:59Speaker 1: and other of corruption. Moreover, the campaign was not denying
- 5:04Speaker 1: that the laptop was hunter Biden's. In fact, they weren't
- 5:08Speaker 1: denying any of it. They weren't denying the key emails
- 5:11Speaker 1: that actually confirmed from other parties involved that this was
- 5:14Speaker 1: his laptop. They knew not to say it wasn't real,
- 5:17Speaker 1: because if they did, then they would be held to pay. Instead,
- 5:22Speaker 1: the Biden team requested and used their democratic operatives to
- 5:26Speaker 1: just make the story disappear. Twitter I instantly moved to
- 5:30Speaker 1: block the story. Why because now we know from the
- 5:33Speaker 1: emails internally that they were given a heads up before
- 5:36Speaker 1: the story even broke, so that they were ready to
- 5:38Speaker 1: suppress the story in silence a story and anyone that
- 5:40Speaker 1: shared it, even through direct messages, those links would be
- 5:44Speaker 1: blocked and they'd be treated like they were sharing child pornography.
- 5:49Speaker 1: That's not a joke. Now, before I get into more
- 5:52Speaker 1: of this story, I want to say thank you and
- 5:53Speaker 1: tell you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. They
- 5:56Speaker 1: are America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider. They want
- 6:02Speaker 1: to make it easy for you to try switching to
- 6:04Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile from whatever service you have. Right now, you
- 6:08Speaker 1: can give them sixty days to show you why I
- 6:11Speaker 1: use Patriot Mobile and why you should make the switch
- 6:13Speaker 1: right now. When you try Patriot Mobile for two months,
- 6:18Speaker 1: you get your third month free, plus you get free
- 6:20Speaker 1: activation now. They offer nationwide coverage on the best four
- 6:23Speaker 1: G and five G networks, and they use the same
- 6:26Speaker 1: exact cell towers of all of the three other major carriers.
- 6:30Speaker 1: You're gonna get the same coverage you have right now,
- 6:33Speaker 1: You get the same great service. You get to keep
- 6:35Speaker 1: your same cell phone number if you want to. You
- 6:36Speaker 1: can even usually use the same phone you have in
- 6:38Speaker 1: your hand right now. Now, Why do you want to switch?
- 6:41Speaker 1: When you do, they actually stand up for a First
- 6:44Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, and they give a portion of
- 6:47Speaker 1: your bill every month back to conservative Christian causes that
- 6:51Speaker 1: we all believe in. So, if you're ready to support
- 6:55Speaker 1: a company that's fighting to preserve our God given rights
- 6:58Speaker 1: and our freedoms, just go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 7:03Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson, or you can
- 7:07Speaker 1: call them nine seven two Patriot. That's nine seven two Patriot.
- 7:11Speaker 1: If you're fed up with woke companies that don't care
- 7:14Speaker 1: about your values, support a company that actually does make
- 7:17Speaker 1: the switch today. Get a free month of service plus
- 7:20Speaker 1: free activation patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine seven
- 7:24Speaker 1: two Patriot all right now. So when they decided to
- 7:28Speaker 1: shut down the story, they knew why and how and when,
- 7:32Speaker 1: before the people publishing the story knew what the response
- 7:36Speaker 1: was going to be. It even suspended those who tried
- 7:39Speaker 1: to share the allegations with others. One of those that
- 7:42Speaker 1: was hit was White House Press Secretary Kayley macin any,
- 7:45Speaker 1: who was suspended for linking to the scandal and giving
- 7:48Speaker 1: information about the laptop. So even inside of Twitter, the
- 7:53Speaker 1: moves move actually raised serious concerns over the company serving
- 7:57Speaker 1: as a censor for the Biden campaign. The Global communications
- 8:01Speaker 1: director Brandon Boorman, who asked if the company would quote
- 8:06Speaker 1: truthfully claim that this is part of the policy for
- 8:09Speaker 1: barring posts and suspending users. Baker quickly jumped in to
- 8:15Speaker 1: support the censorship and said that it's reasonable for us,
- 8:19Speaker 1: meaning Twitter, to assume that they may have hacked to
- 8:23Speaker 1: get the information, and caution is warranted. He's the chief counsel.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Are you going to listen to him? Obviously they did,
- 8:32Speaker 1: now keeping in mind that he knew that the laptop
- 8:34Speaker 1: was real because he came from the FBI. He knew
- 8:37Speaker 1: all of this was real. He knew he was lying
- 8:39Speaker 1: on behalf of Twitter at that moment in time, doing
- 8:41Speaker 1: the bidding for the Democratic Party and the Biden campaign. Also,
- 8:47Speaker 1: he knew that there was never any evidence that the
- 8:49Speaker 1: material was actually hacked. Moreover, there was no evidence of
- 8:53Speaker 1: Russian involvement in the laptop. Indeed, the US intelligence quickly
- 8:58Speaker 1: rejected the Russian disinformation lame. Baker knew all of this
- 9:03Speaker 1: because he used to be at the FBI. However, he
- 9:06Speaker 1: insisted that there was quote reasonable assumption that the Russians
- 9:12Speaker 1: were behind another major scandal. It's the same guy that
- 9:14Speaker 1: pushed the Russian collusion scandal the first time and decided
- 9:18Speaker 1: to go all in to try to get rid of
- 9:19Speaker 1: Donald Trump because the deep state hated him. It's called
- 9:22Speaker 1: a coup attempt. So, faced with a major scandal implicating
- 9:27Speaker 1: Joe Biden and the corrupt selling of access to foreign
- 9:30Speaker 1: governments and foreign figures, including some with foreign intelligence associations
- 9:33Speaker 1: with the Chinese Communist Party and the Kremlin, Baker's natural
- 9:38Speaker 1: default was to kill the story at Twitter and stop
- 9:42Speaker 1: others from sharing the allegations because he knew the story
- 9:45Speaker 1: was real. These newly released documents also a show why
- 9:50Speaker 1: Twitter was so eager to hire Baker from the FBI
- 9:53Speaker 1: despite his role in the Russian collusion controversies. They knew
- 9:57Speaker 1: he was a liar, They knew he was an operative
- 9:59Speaker 1: of the Democrat Party. Well likely would have been a
- 10:02Speaker 1: liability for most companies. Seemed to actually draw Twitter to
- 10:06Speaker 1: him for censors and political operatives Within Twitter, Baker likely
- 10:11Speaker 1: seemed like a made man quote unquote for a company
- 10:15Speaker 1: committed to systemic censorship of conservative information. He would be
- 10:20Speaker 1: working with the chief legal officer at the company who
- 10:24Speaker 1: function as the company's chief censor, the same person who
- 10:27Speaker 1: said I'm not going to allow Donald Trump on the
- 10:30Speaker 1: platform any longer and we're going to ban him on
- 10:32Speaker 1: January six. Now, Gabe was widely revealed by free speech
- 10:38Speaker 1: advocates for her dismissal of free speech principles, an open
- 10:42Speaker 1: political bias at Twitter, and that is who James Baker
- 10:47Speaker 1: worked with. Not unexpectedly, Gabe and Baker would play prominent
- 10:51Speaker 1: roles in all aspects of the suppression of the Hunter
- 10:55Speaker 1: Biden scandal. There was hardly a need to round out
- 10:59Speaker 1: the quote suspects in the suppression scanal. When must took
- 11:02Speaker 1: over the company, both lawyers swatted down internal misgivings to
- 11:07Speaker 1: bury a story that could well have made the difference
- 11:10Speaker 1: in the closed twenty twenty election. It's striking, by the way,
- 11:15Speaker 1: how many of the figures and institutions involved in Russian
- 11:18Speaker 1: collusion claims are within six degrees of James Baker. Not
- 11:24Speaker 1: only did Baker work closely with fired FBI Director James
- 11:28Speaker 1: Comey and other key figures at the Justice Department, but
- 11:32Speaker 1: he was an acquaintance of key Clinton figures like Sessman,
- 11:35Speaker 1: who pushed the false collusion allegations to the FBI. In fact,
- 11:39Speaker 1: he was also hired by the Brookings Institute, which also
- 11:43Speaker 1: was a curious Bacon like role in the original and
- 11:46Speaker 1: development of the false Russian collusion allegations. None of these
- 11:51Speaker 1: means that Baker was a driving force of the scandal.
- 11:54Speaker 1: To the contrary, Baker earned his bones in Washington as
- 11:58Speaker 1: a facilitator, a reliable and relatable ally to the Democratic
- 12:03Speaker 1: causes when it came to the business of the Beltway.
- 12:07Speaker 1: It is hardly a surprise the Baker found at home
- 12:09Speaker 1: at Twitter, where Caution was always warranted in dealing with
- 12:12Speaker 1: potentially damaging story our stories for democratic interests. There's something
- 12:20Speaker 1: else that also just broke, and it puts in perspective
- 12:23Speaker 1: about the corruption and within the media and Twitter and
- 12:26Speaker 1: everything else, and it's this is just a reminder that
- 12:28Speaker 1: this isn't really just about Biden. Time magazine has now
- 12:31Speaker 1: made their man of the Year Zelinski one of the
- 12:34Speaker 1: most corrupt and shady individuals in Ukraine. These are the
- 12:38Speaker 1: types of people that the media pushes and is obsessed with.
- 12:43Speaker 1: We're sending money over to Ukraine. We have no idea
- 12:46Speaker 1: where the money is going. There's no audit of the money.
- 12:48Speaker 1: We're giving them more money than the Russian military spends
- 12:51Speaker 1: on their military and entire year, all because we've decided
- 12:56Speaker 1: he's somehow our guy. This is a guy that is
- 12:59Speaker 1: now I'll turn into nothing more than a movie star
- 13:03Speaker 1: and immediately Time Magazine's got to be our person of
- 13:06Speaker 1: the year. That's what our media really is. Now. Let
- 13:10Speaker 1: me go back to another issue here, John Levine sang
- 13:14Speaker 1: on Fox News Channel, we really need to see what
- 13:17Speaker 1: the FBI was doing with Twitter. We need to see
- 13:19Speaker 1: the emails that we're going in and out of the FBI,
- 13:23Speaker 1: or at least the ones we can see to Twitter,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and that's part of what Musk may be working on.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Now take a listen. But let's bring in John Levine,
- 13:30Speaker 1: a reporter for The New York Post and Good Mornings, Hugh, John,
- 13:33Speaker 1: Good morning. We're making habit out of these Monday mornings. Here,
- 13:38Speaker 1: I want to go to call for number six. We
- 13:40Speaker 1: heard a SoundBite from Randa Devironment. I just want to
- 13:42Speaker 1: emphasize this for clarity for our audience. Her headline, FBI
- 13:46Speaker 1: warned Twitter during weekly meetings of Hunter, Biden Hack and
- 13:49Speaker 1: League Operation before censoring the post. Here's the line. The
- 13:53Speaker 1: extraordinary revelation for the first time lays bare how the
- 13:56Speaker 1: FBI was involved in pre bunking the story the laptop
- 14:00Speaker 1: which had been in the bureau's possession, the laptop for
- 14:03Speaker 1: almost a year. Right, Well, it's key to remember that.
- 14:07Speaker 1: You know, we didn't reach out to the FBI and say,
- 14:08Speaker 1: here's the story we're planning to write a year in advance.
- 14:11Speaker 1: They knew about it because they had access to Rudy
- 14:13Speaker 1: Giuliani's cloud. They were spying on him for a year
- 14:16Speaker 1: before the publication of our story. Through other investigations, they
- 14:19Speaker 1: were running, so they knew of the existence of the laptop.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And I'll remind you when Joe Biden was vice president,
- 14:25Speaker 1: they surely would have known of all of Hunter's schemes
- 14:28Speaker 1: and foreign countries at that time as well. So they
- 14:31Speaker 1: reach out to Eol Roth, the head of Twitter site integrity,
- 14:34Speaker 1: and they're having weekly meetings with him to talk about
- 14:37Speaker 1: what you're going to be getting hacks, and they're going
- 14:39Speaker 1: to be about Hunter. And we know this because Joel
- 14:41Speaker 1: Roth said in a sworn affidavit as part of another
- 14:44Speaker 1: lawsuit that he's involved with, that these meetings happened. And
- 14:47Speaker 1: I think something we didn't see in the initial trove
- 14:50Speaker 1: of documents with Matt Taiebe was more meat on these
- 14:54Speaker 1: bones about the FBI's involvement, and that's something I'm hoping
- 14:57Speaker 1: subsequent disclosures will reveal. The other thing I thought it
- 15:00Speaker 1: was interesting as you had James Baker, who is the
- 15:03Speaker 1: general counsel at Twitter, who had worked at the FBI
- 15:06Speaker 1: under Komey, making decisions, and when the general counsel of
- 15:10Speaker 1: your company comes to you and says, look, you know what.
- 15:15Speaker 1: It is not clear cut, but I think out of
- 15:16Speaker 1: an abundance of caution. We ought to censoring the General
- 15:19Speaker 1: Council of the FBI now at the General Council of Twitter, right,
- 15:23Speaker 1: And he was also involved in a lot of the
- 15:25Speaker 1: FBI's discredited Steel Dossier, you know, investigations. So what are
- 15:30Speaker 1: we to take of this? The media says, the Steel
- 15:32Speaker 1: dossier Russia, this is a story, but don't look at
- 15:34Speaker 1: Hunter Biden, interesting goad. The decision on behalf of major
- 15:42Speaker 1: media organizations to virtually ignore what was dumped over the
- 15:47Speaker 1: weekend is stunning. It may not be surprising to you
- 15:51Speaker 1: what comes next to you, It is not surprising to me.
- 15:55Speaker 1: You know what comes next to the House investigations, I feel,
- 15:57Speaker 1: I mean hopefully, actually what comes next will be more
- 16:00Speaker 1: disclosures from Musk and we'll see what Barry what do
- 16:02Speaker 1: you what else do you think is out there to
- 16:04Speaker 1: be learned from additional disclosures that Musk was talking about.
- 16:07Speaker 1: I think we really need to see what the FBI
- 16:10Speaker 1: was doing with Twitter. We need to see what emails
- 16:13Speaker 1: were going to Yoel Roth. We need to see what
- 16:16Speaker 1: Twitter was saying back to them. We also need to
- 16:19Speaker 1: see what the FBI and the intelligence agencies were sending
- 16:23Speaker 1: to Facebook and to Google. And to see whether the
- 16:26Speaker 1: suppression of this information was more widespread because Facebook, as
- 16:29Speaker 1: you know, also they were going to do a fact
- 16:32Speaker 1: check and then they suppressed the story and pending the
- 16:35Speaker 1: results of the fact check that never arrived. And we
- 16:38Speaker 1: know that Mark Zuckerberg was on Joe Rogan and he
- 16:40Speaker 1: said they had also been reached out to you by
- 16:41Speaker 1: the FBA. So on that note, you've got an incoming
- 16:44Speaker 1: new Congress now, probably because they're going to run this committee.
- 16:46Speaker 1: And Kevin McCarthy was talking about exactly that issue over
- 16:49Speaker 1: the weekend with Maria call for number seven guys sound bite.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Now we need to start looking at Facebook, at Google.
- 16:55Speaker 1: These now have become arms of the Democratic Party, arms
- 16:59Speaker 1: of the Biden administration, but they also used the intel
- 17:03Speaker 1: community as well to live the American public. Should those
- 17:05Speaker 1: people keep their clearances? Should those people still be allowed
- 17:09Speaker 1: to have information? Let's see what they do with hearings.
- 17:12Speaker 1: But we've been here before, John, and they pretty much
- 17:15Speaker 1: went nowhere out of Washington. What kills me is it
- 17:18Speaker 1: was kind of a buried lead. In the original Taiebi
- 17:20Speaker 1: tweets was all these members of Congress saying, this is
- 17:23Speaker 1: the last straw we've crossed the rubicon. You can't censor
- 17:26Speaker 1: the free press. We're going to do something, and then
- 17:29Speaker 1: nothing happened. We've had two it was two years ago,
- 17:32Speaker 1: and nothing has happened. There were a couple of hearings.
- 17:34Speaker 1: I know some senators screamed at Jack Dorsey, and there
- 17:36Speaker 1: were some good YouTube videos out of it, but nothing happened.
- 17:39Speaker 1: So I'm hoping now in a Republican Congress we might
- 17:42Speaker 1: start to see real teeth. Well, I think that there's
- 17:44Speaker 1: fifty one national security people that signed on to this
- 17:48Speaker 1: idea that it was Russian disinformation. I think it's very
- 17:52Speaker 1: interesting how they got to that information, how they got
- 17:54Speaker 1: to that conclusion, and a House hearing could possibly expose that.
- 17:58Speaker 1: By the way, all these people that sign that letter,
- 18:00Speaker 1: let's go back to that, right remember, right for the election,
- 18:04Speaker 1: all of these different former FBI CIA directors signed onto
- 18:09Speaker 1: this letter saying that they believe that the laptop was
- 18:13Speaker 1: in fact Russian disinformation. They all came out with this letter,
- 18:18Speaker 1: made big news, and that gave cover to the media
- 18:20Speaker 1: to not cover the scandal, or to at least cover
- 18:22Speaker 1: it by saying this is crap and not real. That's
- 18:26Speaker 1: why they wrote that letter. I cannot wait to see
- 18:29Speaker 1: who started that letter, who orchestrate that letter, What will
- 18:33Speaker 1: come out of Twitter on that letter and those in
- 18:37Speaker 1: Congress when the Republicans take control. Kevin McCarthy should bring
- 18:41Speaker 1: them before hearings in Congress as former directors immediately and say,
- 18:45Speaker 1: all right, tell us how you got to the conclusion. Guys,
- 18:48Speaker 1: who organized you, who put you guys up to this?
- 18:52Speaker 1: And were you guys acting on behalf of the presidential campaign?
- 18:57Speaker 1: What jobs were you offered? What were you promised for
- 19:00Speaker 1: pulling this off? For doing this? Those are questions that
- 19:05Speaker 1: should be asked, as are important questions that should be asked.
- 19:09Speaker 1: And that's what John Levine is saying here. We really
- 19:12Speaker 1: know now that the FBI was meeting weekly. Okay, it
- 19:15Speaker 1: was meeting weekly with big tech. Now this is not
- 19:20Speaker 1: just Twitter. Okay, this is not just Twitter. This is
- 19:26Speaker 1: something that's going to keep happening at all of the
- 19:29Speaker 1: big tech. I want to know how much of this
- 19:31Speaker 1: is happening, for example, at Facebook, at Google, at YouTube.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Miranda Divine said quote that the censorship of the Hunter
- 19:39Speaker 1: by Laptop as she now is described it was pre
- 19:42Speaker 1: ordered by the intel community because they were spying on
- 19:45Speaker 1: all the people that were doing the investigation into the
- 19:48Speaker 1: laptop within the media. Well, I think us failed to
- 19:52Speaker 1: deliver was the crucial bit about the censorship, which was
- 19:56Speaker 1: that it was pre ordered by the FBI. At that point,
- 20:02Speaker 1: in the weeks before the twenty twenty election, the FBI
- 20:05Speaker 1: was meeting with these big tech companies with Google, Apple, Twitter,
- 20:12Speaker 1: and Facebook on a weekly basis, and it was talking
- 20:17Speaker 1: to them about disinformation. Now specifically, let me just say
- 20:22Speaker 1: this about the weekly meetings. I can't imagine that every
- 20:28Speaker 1: single damn week you had enough intel to be sharing.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I just can't see it. I can't understand it. I
- 20:35Speaker 1: can't imagine it. Okay, I really can't. I cannot imagine
- 20:42Speaker 1: that there was enough intel to justify the weekly meetings. Now,
- 20:45Speaker 1: I do believe that there was probably enough people that
- 20:49Speaker 1: you wanted to silence, okay, every week for saying things
- 20:55Speaker 1: on social media about you. Now that I believe, I'm
- 21:00Speaker 1: sure a weekly meeting of saying hey, I needs you
- 21:03Speaker 1: get rid of this and needs to get rid of that,
- 21:04Speaker 1: I need you to get rid of this, and needs
- 21:05Speaker 1: you to move this, and needs you to silence this,
- 21:07Speaker 1: and needs you to get rid of these tweets. I mean,
- 21:09Speaker 1: we see it now. In these internal emails have been
- 21:12Speaker 1: released by Elon Musk, the Democratic Party was sending emails
- 21:16Speaker 1: on a regular basis to Twitter with some people that
- 21:21Speaker 1: were famous and some that were nobodies, but their tweets
- 21:25Speaker 1: had gone viral that were critical. Okay, that we're critical,
- 21:29Speaker 1: that we're mean, There were means spirited or critical, and
- 21:34Speaker 1: so what they decided to do then was just silence
- 21:38Speaker 1: or banned them, shut them down, shut them off, make
- 21:42Speaker 1: sure that those tweets never saw the light of day.
- 21:45Speaker 1: That was the whole goal in narrative and objective of
- 21:47Speaker 1: the weekly meetings. There wasn't enough national security issues to
- 21:52Speaker 1: be meeting with big tech every week. What the FBI
- 21:55Speaker 1: did was they said, hey, we are acting on behalf
- 21:58Speaker 1: of the Democratic Party and weekly we need meet with
- 22:00Speaker 1: you to tell you things that we really want you
- 22:02Speaker 1: and need you to silence. That's what we are going
- 22:04Speaker 1: to do, and that's exactly what they did quickly. I
- 22:07Speaker 1: also want to say thank you to our sponsor. Without them,

- 22:27Speaker 1: Did you diversify your investments so that there is a
- 22:30Speaker 1: hedge with your portfolio for inflation. Well, that's exactly what
- 22:35Speaker 1: gold and silver has done for so many It is
- 22:37Speaker 1: a hedge to protect when it comes to inflation. Right
- 22:42Speaker 1: now is actually a great time for you to protect

- 23:29Speaker 1: So there's a couple of things that are standing out
- 23:32Speaker 1: in these drops. The Twitter documents and that is the
- 23:37Speaker 1: corruption within the FBI, the deep state, the White House
- 23:44Speaker 1: went far beyond, okay, far far beyond just a Hunter
- 23:50Speaker 1: Biden's story. Really, the Hunter Biden's story didn't matter that much, right,
- 23:55Speaker 1: Biden's campaign isn't the government. Twitter made a private decision
- 23:59Speaker 1: to limit the Hunter Biden story. Is now the official
- 24:02Speaker 1: response of the Democratic Party saying this is totally fine.
- 24:06Speaker 1: It's fine for the Democratic Party. They're now claiming it's
- 24:12Speaker 1: totally normal for the DNC, the Democratic Party, to look
- 24:16Speaker 1: at Twitter to do the silencing of their political enemies.
- 24:23Speaker 1: This is how fast the media is coalescing behind this idea.
- 24:27Speaker 1: MSNBC had an entire segment dedicated to this, and here
- 24:32Speaker 1: is what they said, saying, hold on, just because the
- 24:35Speaker 1: Biden campaign was sending emails to Twitter and telling Twitter
- 24:39Speaker 1: which Republicans, which conservatives, which tweets to make disappear, which
- 24:44Speaker 1: people to kick off their platform, doesn't actually mean that
- 24:48Speaker 1: they did anything wrong. That's their official line, and they're
- 24:54Speaker 1: going to sell this to the public because now they're
- 24:56Speaker 1: having it met. Okay, everything we told you was not
- 24:59Speaker 1: happening is in fact happening. Listen to this from MSNBC
- 25:03Speaker 1: complained about the collapse of civility on the site. They're
- 25:06Speaker 1: not wrong, and recent data backs their observations. Soon after
- 25:09Speaker 1: Musk acquired the platform, which hosts around four hundred and
- 25:12Speaker 1: fifty million active monthly users, he issued a general amnesty
- 25:16Speaker 1: that restored hundreds of accounts belonging to far right figures,
- 25:19Speaker 1: white nationalists, and QAnon adherents. And you can imagine what
- 25:22Speaker 1: happened next, but here it is in numbers. Slurs against
- 25:25Speaker 1: Black Americans increased by two hundred and two percent after
- 25:28Speaker 1: Musk took over. According to The New York Times, slurs
- 25:30Speaker 1: against gay men spiked by fifty eight percent, and anti
- 25:33Speaker 1: Semitic post soared more than sixty one percent in the
- 25:36Speaker 1: two weeks after Musk acquired the site. Musk also brought
- 25:39Speaker 1: back controversial far right figures like the neo Nazi Andrew Anglin,
- 25:43Speaker 1: the editor of The Daily Stormer and openly racist and
- 25:46Speaker 1: fascist publication. For Musk, who calls himself a free speech absolutist,
- 25:51Speaker 1: the act of restoring previously restricted accounts is some kind
- 25:54Speaker 1: of crusade to free big tech from imaginary control by
- 25:58Speaker 1: the political left. To a s at this point, just
- 26:00Speaker 1: this week, hold on the imaginary left. The actual emails
- 26:09Speaker 1: from Twitter show that there's not an imaginary left that
- 26:13Speaker 1: was controlling Twitter. It was the actual left, the Democratic
- 26:17Speaker 1: National Committee and the Democratic Party and the Democratic Whitehouse.
- 26:23Speaker 1: It was sending emails to Twitter saying ban these people.
- 26:26Speaker 1: It's in their own words, we have the files. Second thing,
- 26:33Speaker 1: when you hear MSNBC here saying oh wow, and this
- 26:35Speaker 1: is you know, he's bringing back all of these horrible,
- 26:39Speaker 1: terrible people and all these races and bigots and all
- 26:41Speaker 1: this is happening, you have to understand something. I believe
- 26:46Speaker 1: you should have the right to burn the American flag.
- 26:49Speaker 1: That's what freedom actually is. I also might kick your
- 26:55Speaker 1: as if I see you do it. There are a
- 26:59Speaker 1: lot of things that people say on the Democratic side,
- 27:03Speaker 1: for example, that I disagree with. Okay, I do I
- 27:09Speaker 1: disagree with it. I disagree with it wholeheartedly. I can't
- 27:15Speaker 1: stand many of the things that the Democratic Party actually
- 27:19Speaker 1: says and actually stands for. Do I believe they should
- 27:24Speaker 1: be silenced or shut down? Of course not, because that's
- 27:28Speaker 1: what freedom of speech is about, and that's what Elon
- 27:30Speaker 1: Musk is doing. Do I believe that the KKK should
- 27:34Speaker 1: have the right to exist yes. Do I believe that
- 27:38Speaker 1: those that hate white people should have a right to exist? Yes?
- 27:42Speaker 1: Does that mean that I don't denounce them? Does that
- 27:44Speaker 1: mean that we don't expose them or mock them, or
- 27:47Speaker 1: or make it clear who they really are? Do you
- 27:50Speaker 1: have the right to say terrible things? Yes, because when
- 27:54Speaker 1: you start limiting free speech, and yes, we have limits
- 27:58Speaker 1: on it, like you can't scream five or in a
- 28:00Speaker 1: crowded theater. Right, we have laws like that. That makes sense.
- 28:05Speaker 1: But what the Democratic Party was doing, what the White
- 28:09Speaker 1: House was doing, was saying we get to decide what
- 28:12Speaker 1: free speech is okay and what free speech is not okay.
- 28:16Speaker 1: We are the arbiters of what can and cannot be said.
- 28:21Speaker 1: So bringing people back to Twitter the way that Elon
- 28:26Speaker 1: Musk has allowed them to come back to Twitter was
- 28:28Speaker 1: still having rules. Is truly about freedom of speech? And
- 28:36Speaker 1: when we start limiting free speech, not when we start
- 28:38Speaker 1: we have The Democratic Party has been limiting free speech.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Big tech at Google has been limiting free speech. They've
- 28:45Speaker 1: been picking winners and losers with emails. YouTube has been
- 28:49Speaker 1: picking winners and losers with content. Facebook has been silencing
- 28:54Speaker 1: and censoring and shutting down and suppressing conservative viewpoints, picking
- 29:00Speaker 1: winners and losers. And that's what MSNBC is saying right now.
- 29:04Speaker 1: They're saying it's okay to silence and censor and shut
- 29:08Speaker 1: people down. We believe in that because we only believe
- 29:11Speaker 1: what should be said are the things that we believe
- 29:14Speaker 1: you should be able to say. We will tell you
- 29:17Speaker 1: what you can say and what you can't say. We
- 29:19Speaker 1: will tell you what stories you can put out there
- 29:22Speaker 1: and which ones you can't, and the stories that we
- 29:25Speaker 1: don't like, like the Hunter Biden laptop story, because it
- 29:28Speaker 1: obviously does something very big, right, What it does is huge.
- 29:37Speaker 1: What it does is show the corruption of the Biden
- 29:40Speaker 1: crime family. And they knew it was going to cost
- 29:43Speaker 1: the election, and they couldn't afford that. They had to
- 29:46Speaker 1: get rid of Donald Trump and they interfered in our elections.
- 29:50Speaker 1: Isn't that what Democrats we go back to. They knew,
- 29:52Speaker 1: by the way that the Russian inclusion story was a
- 29:55Speaker 1: hoax because they created it, They funded it, they wrote
- 29:58Speaker 1: the movie script. We know that the Democratic National Committee
- 30:04Speaker 1: and Hillary Clinton's campaign came up with it and paid
- 30:07Speaker 1: for it, right, and paid for it, I'm gonna say
- 30:12Speaker 1: it again, and paid for it. We know that we
- 30:17Speaker 1: know it one hundred percent, and they use it to
- 30:21Speaker 1: try to overthrow the will of the people. Everyone understand
- 30:26Speaker 1: what you're up against. This is what they do in
- 30:29Speaker 1: third world countries. This is what they also do in
- 30:34Speaker 1: places like Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Venezuela, Cuba, China, and Russia.
- 30:44Speaker 1: And that is what they are saying is the only
- 30:47Speaker 1: thing that is acceptable. Those the only things that are
- 30:51Speaker 1: acceptable to believe and or say. And you want me
- 30:56Speaker 1: to feel sorry for the people involved at Twitter for
- 31:02Speaker 1: being exposed, or at Facebook who are going to be exposed,
- 31:07Speaker 1: give me a break. I'm not gonna feel sorry for
- 31:10Speaker 1: any of them. And why should any of us feel
- 31:14Speaker 1: sorry for them? They were the ones that were rigging
- 31:16Speaker 1: the election. Was the election rigged? At this point, I
- 31:20Speaker 1: think it's very clear it was rigged. When the entire
- 31:24Speaker 1: media is silencing a real news story because they know
- 31:27Speaker 1: that story will cost a Kennet the election, how can
- 31:31Speaker 1: you say that's not a rigged election. That is the
- 31:34Speaker 1: definition of a rigged election. Was Donald Trump right pretty much?
- 31:40Speaker 1: Every time he said they're spying on me? He was right?
- 31:42Speaker 1: They said he was crazy? Was he right when he
- 31:46Speaker 1: said that Republicans were being silenced and suppressed. Yes, he
- 31:49Speaker 1: was absolutely right when he said that. Was he right
- 31:52Speaker 1: when he said that the media is corrupt to the core. Yes,
- 31:57Speaker 1: he was right when he said that. When he said
- 32:00Speaker 1: that the media picks winners and losers and the media
- 32:02Speaker 1: doesn't do their job and that they are fake news,
- 32:05Speaker 1: was he right? Yes? Make sure, by the way, that
