- 0:00Speaker 1: We are getting more news on the White House now
- 0:02Speaker 1: officially confirming that they are planning major announcements.
- 0:08Speaker 2: On new pardons.
- 0:10Speaker 1: So the plan that they've been putting out there seems
- 0:12Speaker 1: to be very real now that they are going to
- 0:15Speaker 1: be going for mass pardons the people they believe may
- 0:17Speaker 1: have broken the law in and around Donald in and
- 0:20Speaker 1: around Joe Biden, his family, the Biden crime family.
- 0:23Speaker 2: The businesses, business associates.
- 0:26Speaker 1: And people that were using and abusing their power in
- 0:29Speaker 1: the Deep State and in the Biden administration in general.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Get ready for maybe the most pardons we've ever seen
- 0:35Speaker 1: by a president leaving office to cover his own abs
- 0:40Speaker 1: for the crimes that he believes that he also may
- 0:42Speaker 1: have committed. And there's a very good chance now that
- 0:45Speaker 1: Joe Biden will in fact issue himself a pardon. Now
- 0:50Speaker 1: I'm going to get into that coming up in a
- 0:51Speaker 1: little bit, but I want to talk about something else,
- 0:54Speaker 1: and that is the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has
- 0:58Speaker 1: now officially heard some of the most unhinged arguments for
- 1:04Speaker 1: medically mutilating miners, and the state sponsored media is behind
- 1:09Speaker 1: all of this, demanding that children are mutilated. Now, we've
- 1:14Speaker 1: talked about follow the.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Money aspect of this.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Now I've played for you before the Vanderbilt University Medical
- 1:20Speaker 1: Center clips of them demanding that their doctors get on
- 1:24Speaker 1: board or get out of Vanderbilt if you're not okay
- 1:28Speaker 1: with mutilating miners. Because it's a money game, it's a
- 1:32Speaker 1: money grab. They're very lucrative for the hospital and they
- 1:35Speaker 1: know that they try to transition a child, that they
- 1:38Speaker 1: can make millions of dollars off of that child over
- 1:41Speaker 1: their lifetime because the entire time your body is fighting
- 1:45Speaker 1: what you are doing. You talk about, by the way,
- 1:47Speaker 1: how brilliant the human body is, and when you mess
- 1:50Speaker 1: with God. And I do believe some of this comes
- 1:52Speaker 1: down to faith and being a Christian. If you've ever
- 1:55Speaker 1: known someone that's ever gone through like a lung transplant, transplant,
- 2:00Speaker 1: et cetera, they are on anti rejection drugs the rest
- 2:05Speaker 1: of their life. If you've ever known some of its
- 2:06Speaker 1: had a lung transplant, and I have the lungs go
- 2:10Speaker 1: through a full rejection and it varies. But eight to
- 2:13Speaker 1: ten years after you get that lung transplant, and so
- 2:16Speaker 1: you know that you've been given a second chance at life,
- 2:19Speaker 1: but it is dated because at some point those lungs
- 2:22Speaker 1: will stop functioning because they even know they're not in
- 2:25Speaker 1: the body which they were created. That's how incredible the
- 2:29Speaker 1: human body is now. It is also incredible that you
- 2:33Speaker 1: can get a lung transplant or a heart transplant or
- 2:36Speaker 1: kid in your level. But you're on these these anti
- 2:39Speaker 1: rejection medicines indefinitely because you can't just take a pair
- 2:45Speaker 1: of lungs from one body, put it into another body
- 2:47Speaker 1: and they just work normally because your body understands your DNA.
- 2:53Speaker 2: That is accepted science.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Yet with these radical extremists that want to mutilate children,
- 3:00Speaker 1: and they refuse to accept that it is unnatural to
- 3:04Speaker 1: try to change a man from a woman.
- 3:06Speaker 2: And I said this on the show I think it
- 3:07Speaker 2: was yesterday.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I will apologize if a man who transitions to a
- 3:15Speaker 1: woman is able to get pregnant, I will say I'm
- 3:17Speaker 1: sorry for everything I've ever said about these surgeries and
- 3:22Speaker 1: the trans community in general.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And I'm talking about from a medical perspective.
- 3:26Speaker 1: But you know what's interesting, I can bet on virtually
- 3:28Speaker 1: anything I want to in Vegas. I cannot find a
- 3:31Speaker 1: single person to take a major bet on a.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Biological man birthing a child.
- 3:38Speaker 1: You don't know why, because when it comes down to it,
- 3:40Speaker 1: they know it's impossible too. And these might be some
- 3:44Speaker 1: of the most soulless people in the world that are
- 3:46Speaker 1: bookies that are running betting shops. Okay, they'll let you
- 3:49Speaker 1: bet on everything in life, but they won't let you
- 3:53Speaker 1: give your money to them on this bet because they
- 3:55Speaker 1: know they're going to lose. I say that to then
- 4:01Speaker 1: put into comparison what the Supreme Court is now saying
- 4:06Speaker 1: and just how sick many of these people are that
- 4:08Speaker 1: are demanding that you have gender transitioning treatments for children
- 4:13Speaker 1: that are two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine,
- 4:16Speaker 1: ten years old.
- 4:17Speaker 2: It is pure evil what they are doing.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I also want to remind you that there is a woman,
- 4:26Speaker 1: Justice Brown Jackson, Keanji Brown Jackson. This is the same
- 4:31Speaker 1: woman who's now arguing over this issue, who literally couldn't
- 4:34Speaker 1: define what a woman is during her Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
- 4:39Speaker 2: But now she's all about.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Telling you what a man or a woman can and
- 4:44Speaker 1: cannot be when it comes to this case, a case
- 4:47Speaker 1: that started in Tennessee. Now I'm going to talk even
- 4:51Speaker 1: more about what they said and the arguments they said.
- 4:54Speaker 1: I'm going to play it for you in a moment.
- 4:55Speaker 1: They are disgusting and vile. Before I get to that,
- 4:59Speaker 1: let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. If you have
- 5:01Speaker 1: a cell phone and your cell phone is with Big Mobile,
- 5:04Speaker 1: then you may not realizing that you're helping support democratic causes,
- 5:08Speaker 1: candidates and radical organizations every time you pay your bill.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Now I say that, and you say, all right, Ben,
- 5:14Speaker 1: why well it's great question. Big Mobile gives big donations
- 5:19Speaker 1: to radical leftist causes, including organizations that pay for abortions. Now,
- 5:24Speaker 1: if you don't want your money going there, then you
- 5:26Speaker 1: need to check out Patriot Mobile.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Because Patriot Mobile does something very different.
- 5:31Speaker 1: They take about five percent of your bill every month,
- 5:34Speaker 1: and they actually give it back to conservative causes, candidates
- 5:37Speaker 1: and organizations that actually fight for our First Amendment rights,
- 5:41Speaker 1: that actually fight for the rights of unborn children, that
- 5:44Speaker 1: fight for our men and women in uniform, our military
- 5:48Speaker 1: first responders, and our wounded warriors. That is why I
- 5:51Speaker 1: love Patriot Mobile. Now I get the same great coverage
- 5:54Speaker 1: that I'm used to. Okay, I get the same coverage
- 5:57Speaker 1: that I'm used to right now, it's amazing without the
- 6:00Speaker 1: radical agenda of the left. Now I want you to
- 6:03Speaker 1: try Patriot Mobile and switching is easy. Plus I'm gonna
- 6:05Speaker 1: give you a free month of service and then you
- 6:07Speaker 1: can make a difference with every phone.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Call that you make.
- 6:11Speaker 1: All you gotta do is go online at Patriot Mobile
- 6:13Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson,
- 6:20Speaker 1: and you can make the switch easily. You can also
- 6:22Speaker 1: call them the number nine seven two Patriot. That's nine
- 6:27Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot, nine seven to two Patriot or
- 6:30Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Com slash ferguson.
- 6:34Speaker 1: All right, so let's go back to this case and
- 6:36Speaker 1: so you understand the context of what they're arguing over here.
- 6:40Speaker 1: This case involves a Tennessee case where they're saying we're
- 6:44Speaker 1: not going to allow you to mutilate children, and they
- 6:49Speaker 1: call it gender affirming care for transgender children.
- 6:52Speaker 2: That's not what it is, all right.
- 6:55Speaker 1: The case the United States versus concerns of Tennessee law
- 6:59Speaker 1: that this is Senate built.
- 7:01Speaker 2: One or SB one.
- 7:02Speaker 1: It prohibits pediatric gender transitioning treatments. The pediatricians, joined by
- 7:10Speaker 1: the Biden Harris administration, fought back and arguing that there
- 7:14Speaker 1: exists a constitutional right to medically mutilate minors and deny
- 7:18Speaker 1: such is sex based discrimination. That's their argument. The State
- 7:24Speaker 1: of Tennessee says the law does not discriminate in that regard.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It simply says parameters around age and use specific regulations.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Now amid the oral arguments, the pro dei justice, you know,
- 7:36Speaker 1: Brown Jackson, who couldn't define what a woman was during
- 7:40Speaker 1: her Supreme Court nomination hearing, compared the case to pass
- 7:44Speaker 1: laws that ban interracial relationship, saying it's sort of the
- 7:49Speaker 1: same thing, even though clearly it is not. Listen to
- 7:53Speaker 1: her argument in her own words, this is during the
- 7:56Speaker 1: oral arguments being drawn.
- 7:58Speaker 3: By the statute of like the starting point the question
- 8:01Speaker 3: was whether it was discriminatory because it applied to both
- 8:05Speaker 3: races and it wasn't necessarily invidious or whatever. But you know,
- 8:09Speaker 3: as I read the statute here the excuse me the
- 8:12Speaker 3: case here. You know, the court starts off by saying
- 8:15Speaker 3: that Virginia is now one of sixteen states which prohibit
- 8:18Speaker 3: and punished marriages on the basis of racial classifications. And
- 8:21Speaker 3: when you look at the structure of that law, it
- 8:24Speaker 3: looks in terms of incontinuing, you can't do something that
- 8:27Speaker 3: is inconsistent with your own characteristics.
- 8:29Speaker 4: It's sort of the same thing. So it's interesting to
- 8:32Speaker 4: me that we now have this.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Different argument, And I wonder whether Virginia could have gotten
- 8:36Speaker 3: away with what they did here by just making a
- 8:40Speaker 3: classification argument the way that Tennessee is in this case.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Yes, I think that's exactly right, that there is absolutely
- 8:47Speaker 5: a parallel between any law that says you can't act
- 8:50Speaker 5: inconsistent with a protected characteristic in all other contents.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Now, I'm just going to stop there.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Because Kanjie Brown Jackson just compared bands on sex changes
- 9:01Speaker 1: for kids to bans on interracial marriage.
- 9:04Speaker 2: She wasn't the only one that went radical in these arguments.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Justice Sodamayor actually tried to downplay the pediatric quote gender
- 9:13Speaker 1: care industries irreversible and life altering consequences, arguing that the
- 9:20Speaker 1: dangers of such procedures such as surgically removing a child's
- 9:24Speaker 1: healthy body parts, are aching to the risks associated with
- 9:29Speaker 1: taking an over the counter remedy like aspirin quote unquote.
- 9:35Speaker 1: Sadam Or made the shock in comparison during oral arguments
- 9:41Speaker 1: in this case brought against Tennessee and Tennessee's simple law
- 9:47Speaker 1: banning sex change drugs and procedures for miners who.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Believe that they're transgendered.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I want you to hear what she had to say,
- 9:55Speaker 1: as she just acts like, oh, cutting off body parts
- 9:58Speaker 1: the same as your kid, taking ask for and everybody
- 10:01Speaker 1: calmed down.
- 10:02Speaker 4: Cannot eliminate the risk of detransitioners.
- 10:04Speaker 6: So it becomes a pure exercise of weighing benefits versus risk,
- 10:10Speaker 6: and the question of how many miners have to have
- 10:13Speaker 6: their bodies irreparably harmed for unproven benefits is one that
- 10:17Speaker 6: is best left.
- 10:18Speaker 4: I'm sorry, counselor.
- 10:20Speaker 7: Every medical treatment has a risk, even taking aspirin. There
- 10:27Speaker 7: is always going to be a percentage of the population
- 10:31Speaker 7: under any medical treatment that's going to suffer a harm.
- 10:36Speaker 4: So the question in my mind is not.
- 10:40Speaker 7: Do policy makers decide whether one person's life is more
- 10:45Speaker 7: valuable than the millions of others who get relief from
- 10:49Speaker 7: this treatment. The question is can you stop one sex
- 10:54Speaker 7: from the other.
- 10:56Speaker 1: This is why elections matter when you have a Supreme
- 11:01Speaker 1: Court justice sitting there saying every medical treatment has risks,
- 11:04Speaker 1: even aspirin, So therefore we should mutilate child children and
- 11:10Speaker 1: miners have their body parts irreparably harmed as it was described,
- 11:14Speaker 1: there an unproven benefit, and she says, well, I'm sorry,
- 11:20Speaker 1: we have aspirin for everybody. By the way, when was
- 11:23Speaker 1: the last time aspirin made a woman's breast fall off
- 11:28Speaker 1: or their uterus taken out, or male genitalia just falling off?
- 11:36Speaker 1: According by the way to Mayo Clinic, appropriate studies have
- 11:39Speaker 1: not been performed on the relationship of age to the
- 11:41Speaker 1: effects of aspirin extended release capsules.
- 11:45Speaker 2: In the pediatric population.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Aspirin, by the way, is used as a pain reliever
- 11:49Speaker 1: and is also sometimes prescribed to lower the potential of
- 11:51Speaker 1: heart attacks and strokes and at risk patients.
- 11:55Speaker 2: The drug can render.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Dozens of potential side effects, some which require medical attention
- 12:00Speaker 1: and others that are more mild than Mayo Clinic says.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So compare that risk to the side effects for sex
- 12:06Speaker 1: change drugs and procedures that can be much more severe,
- 12:11Speaker 1: including death, including ir irreversible mutilation and infertility. Some of
- 12:17Speaker 1: these so called treatments for these minor kids we're talking
- 12:20Speaker 1: about three, four, five, six, seven year olds, including doublemus sectomies,
- 12:23Speaker 1: the removal of healthy breasts, female and male gentitelia, mutilation
- 12:27Speaker 1: and removal facial feminization and mascuization hormone treatments. Puberty bokers
- 12:35Speaker 1: can cause chemical sterilization. In fact, some of the drugs
- 12:38Speaker 1: that they give you when you're going through these transitions,
- 12:42Speaker 1: or some of the same drugs they give to rapists
- 12:45Speaker 1: when they're using them for chemical sterilization. Puberty bockers, by
- 12:49Speaker 1: the way, can also have long term impacts on bone growth,
- 12:52Speaker 1: bone density growth spurts that according to the Mayo Clinic.
- 12:57Speaker 1: So what are they saying on the left, Oh well, hey,
- 13:00Speaker 1: calm down, all right, transgendered activists, they're claiming that such
- 13:04Speaker 1: quote sex mutilating drugs and procedures for confused miners, they
- 13:08Speaker 1: say reduce suicide and improve mental health. That's actually not true.
- 13:13Speaker 1: Studies show the complete opposite of that. In fact, happiness
- 13:17Speaker 1: after someone goes through a full transition is actually no
- 13:20Speaker 1: higher than it was before. Why because it's a mental
- 13:23Speaker 1: health issue, but we don't want to call it that
- 13:24Speaker 1: or talk about it. Other research is indicated that a
- 13:28Speaker 1: majority of children who are confused about their sex grow
- 13:32Speaker 1: out of that feeling by the time they become adults.
- 13:35Speaker 1: European countries that have pushed sex changed drugs and surgeries
- 13:38Speaker 1: for miners before the United States are notably reversing course
- 13:41Speaker 1: over concerns about quote long term impacts.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Here's another study for you.
- 13:48Speaker 1: The vast majority of gender confused or gender questioning children
- 13:52Speaker 1: grow out of it, according to a fifteen year study
- 13:56Speaker 1: conducted in the Netherlands which track more than two seven
- 13:59Speaker 1: hundred SWILL from the ages of eleven to their mid twenties.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Being transgendered, in other words, is a trend. It is
- 14:06Speaker 1: a phase. The headline most gender confused children grow out
- 14:10Speaker 1: of it, landmark fifteen year old study concludes, As critics say,
- 14:13Speaker 1: it shows being trans is usually just a phase for
- 14:16Speaker 1: the kids.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Wow, you think they're going to talk about that.
- 14:20Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no no, because there's money to
- 14:22Speaker 1: be made, and you have these sick individuals that are
- 14:26Speaker 1: obsessed with turning your kids into these disgusting and vile
- 14:32Speaker 1: government programs.
- 14:35Speaker 2: It's also all about the money.
- 14:38Speaker 1: The amount of money that the hospitals and the doctors
- 14:40Speaker 1: make off of gender affirming care is absolutely unbelievable. This
- 14:46Speaker 1: is obsession about the LGBQIA promotion and telling children that
- 14:53Speaker 1: they can be a different sex and than what they
- 14:54Speaker 1: were born is how they make money. This is all
- 14:58Speaker 1: about gender id in a complex right where they say, well,
- 15:02Speaker 1: you can do whatever you want to do, be whatever
- 15:03Speaker 1: you want to do, and we'll give you the sex
- 15:05Speaker 1: change drugs and sex change procedures to ligne with your
- 15:09Speaker 1: outward appearance and how you feel on the inside.
- 15:13Speaker 2: You won't know how much money we're talking about here.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Give you an example, and I'd say follow the money,
- 15:18Speaker 1: because I really do think this is about the money.
- 15:20Speaker 2: This is not healthcare.
- 15:21Speaker 1: This is about cash and making a massive amount of
- 15:25Speaker 1: money all off of this, off these sick parents, by
- 15:27Speaker 1: the way, that are advocating for this, while the push
- 15:30Speaker 1: towards transgenderism is heavily ideological.
- 15:34Speaker 2: And new report released in Decembers found that.
- 15:36Speaker 1: The US sex reassignment surgery market size was valued at
- 15:40Speaker 1: more than two hundred and sixty seven million in twenty nineteen,
- 15:45Speaker 1: so two hundred and sixty nine million in twenty nineteen,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and they said it was expect to expand at a
- 15:49Speaker 1: compound annual growth rate of fourteen point four percent from
- 15:54Speaker 1: twenty twenty to twenty twenty seven. Because this is what
- 15:57Speaker 1: everyone's pushing in, what everybody's obsessed with, they say, the
- 16:01Speaker 1: marketization of children and the mutilation of their bodies is
- 16:04Speaker 1: big business growing at.
- 16:06Speaker 2: A fourteen point four percent rate per year.
- 16:08Speaker 1: By the way, that's a if you're looking at a
- 16:11Speaker 1: company that you think is going to grow at fourteen
- 16:13Speaker 1: point four percent a year in an industry, you would
- 16:15Speaker 1: invest in that company right now because there's so much
- 16:18Speaker 1: money to be made.
- 16:20Speaker 2: This is about money. It's always been about money, folks.
- 16:25Speaker 1: The amount of cash if they believe that they are
- 16:27Speaker 1: going to make is truly through the roof.
- 16:31Speaker 2: US.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Sex reassignment surgery market size by gender transition is going
- 16:38Speaker 1: to be a multi billion dollar industry and just another
- 16:44Speaker 1: year or two, multi billion, did you hear me? Multi billion,
- 16:51Speaker 1: multi billion.
- 16:52Speaker 2: That's a lot of money.
- 16:54Speaker 1: They care about the money, which brings me to the
- 16:58Speaker 1: media pushing this. NBC's Joy Reid compares Tennessee not giving
- 17:04Speaker 1: gender altering care to miners to quote Nazi Germany.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Listen carefully.
- 17:10Speaker 8: America is dealing with many issues, from grocery prices to
- 17:13Speaker 8: gun violence, which is the number one cause of death.
- 17:16Speaker 9: For kids and teens.
- 17:17Speaker 8: But the one issue that Republicans successfully exploited in this
- 17:21Speaker 8: year's elections was their fear of the transgender community. Republicans
- 17:25Speaker 8: spent at least, get this, two hundred and fifteen million
- 17:29Speaker 8: dollars on anti trans TVs, with the most prominent coming
- 17:33Speaker 8: from the Trump campaign itself. Even supports letting biological men
- 17:39Speaker 8: compete against our girls in their sports.
- 17:42Speaker 2: Kamala is for day, dem President Trump.
- 17:45Speaker 10: Is for you.
- 17:47Speaker 8: Trump's argument was that Vice President Kamala Harris is fighting
- 17:49Speaker 8: for dyvem while he's fighting for you. Aaron Reid, an
- 17:53Speaker 8: independent journalist covering LGBTQ issues, tracked Trump campaign spending and
- 17:58Speaker 8: found that they spent okay more on anti trans ads
- 18:02Speaker 8: than they did on housing, immigration, and economy ads combined.
- 18:07Speaker 8: For context, in the entire fifty states, transgender adult Americans
- 18:11Speaker 8: make up point five not five point five percent of
- 18:15Speaker 8: the population, or one point three million Americans.
- 18:18Speaker 10: That are like three hundred and twenty million.
- 18:20Speaker 2: There are a.
- 18:21Speaker 8: Little over three hundred thousand transgender youths in America. That's
- 18:25Speaker 8: one point four percent of all young people between ages
- 18:29Speaker 8: thirteen and seventeen. That would be the numerical equivalent of
- 18:32Speaker 8: the Republican Party targeting the entire city of Phoenix, Arizona,
- 18:36Speaker 8: population one point sixty five million because they don't like
- 18:39Speaker 8: the desert landscape. In fact, there are more kids who
- 18:42Speaker 8: have been exposed to gun files estimated at three million,
- 18:46Speaker 8: than there are transgender Americans of all ages in total.
- 18:50Speaker 8: Targeting trans people isn't new. It is an age old
- 18:53Speaker 8: tradition which Nazi Germany did with brutally violent ends in
- 18:57Speaker 8: the nineteen thirties. While the Supreme Court refuses to do
- 19:00Speaker 8: anything about weapons of war in school today, they seemed
- 19:03Speaker 8: inclined to uphold Tennessee's ban on gender affirming care for minors.
- 19:07Speaker 8: While the decision is not expected for months, a majority
- 19:10Speaker 8: of the justices parted a string of debunked talking points,
- 19:14Speaker 8: all under the guise of protecting the kids, just not
- 19:17Speaker 8: every kid.
- 19:18Speaker 2: So there you go.
- 19:19Speaker 1: We're going to say, hey, a bunch of kids die
- 19:22Speaker 1: by gun violence, so therefore we should just go ahead
- 19:26Speaker 1: and allow for transitions.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Then they say, targeting trans people isn't new.
- 19:31Speaker 1: It's an old age tradition, which Nazi Germany did with brutal,
- 19:34Speaker 1: really violent ends in.
- 19:35Speaker 2: The nineteen thirties.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Wow, So trying to protect kids now means I'm a
- 19:41Speaker 1: Nazi again. You notice a trend with these guys, right,
- 19:44Speaker 1: They're all about calling you a Nazi. Every time that
- 19:46Speaker 1: they don't get their way, you don't agree with them,
- 19:49Speaker 1: You're a Nazi.
- 19:49Speaker 2: You're trying to protect kids. You're a nazi.
- 19:52Speaker 1: By the way, call me a nazi if protecting a
- 19:55Speaker 1: child from being mutilated, from being sterilized, from having healthy
- 20:00Speaker 1: body parts cut off of them. If that's your new
- 20:05Speaker 1: definition of being a Nazi, protecting kids that way, I'm
- 20:07Speaker 1: good with it, Like totally fine.
- 20:09Speaker 2: I have no issues there at all.
- 20:12Speaker 1: So this holiday season and I want to take a
- 20:14Speaker 1: moment because this may be one of the most important
- 20:16Speaker 1: gifts you ever buy for people that you love. There
- 20:20Speaker 1: is one thing that I want you to know about.
- 20:23Speaker 1: It is the burna less lethal pistol launcher, and it
- 20:28Speaker 1: can save not only your life, but the life of
- 20:30Speaker 1: someone else is a threat to you. It is a
- 20:33Speaker 1: center to recognize that personal safety is a year round priority.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Crime trends are spiking, especially during the holidays, making even
- 20:41Speaker 1: more critical to protect what matters most the holiday season.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Gift your loved ones the peace of mind with a
- 20:48Speaker 1: burner less lethal launcher. Why do I love this because
- 20:53Speaker 1: it puts more distance between my loved one and their attacker.
- 20:57Speaker 1: I can use this burn a launcher up to sixty
- 21:00Speaker 1: feet away from someone that's a threat to me. It
- 21:03Speaker 1: also has kinetic rounds that can incapacitate someone from up
- 21:07Speaker 1: to forty minutes. It has these amazing chemical rounds that
- 21:11Speaker 1: explode when they hit you, and it's things like pepper
- 21:14Speaker 1: spray in them or tear gas, and it's going to
- 21:17Speaker 1: drop someone instantly. Now, this is also great because you
- 21:21Speaker 1: don't have to deal about the with the irreversible consequences
- 21:25Speaker 1: of deadly force.
- 21:25Speaker 7: Now.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Look, I carry a firearm, but many times I'm in
- 21:28Speaker 1: places where I can't carry a firearm, especially when I'm traveling,
- 21:31Speaker 1: and this is a fabulous backup option. Maybe you have
- 21:34Speaker 1: a daughter that lives on college campus, or lives off campus,
- 21:37Speaker 1: or lives alone and they're under twenty one, or maybe
- 21:39Speaker 1: you have someone that just doesn't feel comfortable carrying a firearm.
- 21:42Speaker 1: This is an amazing gift for them. A burno, like
- 21:46Speaker 1: I said, can save two lives. It is a great
- 21:48Speaker 1: compliment owning a firearm, And if you or your family
- 21:51Speaker 1: is in a situation where you feel threatened, you can
- 21:53Speaker 1: start with berna and less lethal force.
- 21:56Speaker 2: It's legal in all fifty states.
- 21:58Speaker 1: That's something I love because I travel there are no
- 22:00Speaker 1: permits or background checks needed. And not only do I
- 22:04Speaker 1: own this, but I bought it for a ton of
- 22:05Speaker 1: my family members. Berna is the answer and is designed
- 22:09Speaker 1: for easy use by all age groups eighteen and over.
- 22:13Speaker 1: So check them out and I want to save you money.
- 22:16Speaker 1: It's also used by government agencies and law enforcement around
- 22:18Speaker 1: the country. More than a half million of these have
- 22:20Speaker 1: been sold and they have more than fourteen thousand, four
- 22:24Speaker 1: and a half star reviews. Visit Berna BYRNA dot com.
- 22:29Speaker 1: That's burna dot com slash ferguson for ten percent off.
- 22:33Speaker 1: That's by RNA dot com slash ferguson Berna dot com
- 22:38Speaker 1: slash ferguson to get ten percent off right now. Now,
- 22:42Speaker 1: Let's also talk about following the money and the age
- 22:45Speaker 1: of children that they want to mutilate their bodies. There
- 22:49Speaker 1: is a sex education consultant by the name of Nora Jelperen.
- 22:55Speaker 2: She says that children and she's.
- 22:58Speaker 1: Making money off this, as young as three years old
- 23:02Speaker 1: can know they are transgendered. I want you to listen
- 23:08Speaker 1: to this video the audio from it. I've heard trying
- 23:11Speaker 1: to convince parents that hey, if your kid believes they
- 23:14Speaker 1: are Superman, I guess then you should transition them to
- 23:17Speaker 1: Superman if they believe the Little Mermaid cut their legs
- 23:20Speaker 1: off or buying them together, like I don't know, Like
- 23:22Speaker 1: where do.
- 23:23Speaker 2: You draw the line?
- 23:23Speaker 1: A three year old does not know to wipe their
- 23:26Speaker 1: own rear end, yet they're still peeing their pants, But
- 23:29Speaker 1: they want us to now believe that a three year
- 23:32Speaker 1: old who can't wipe his own ass can tell you
- 23:35Speaker 1: if they are trapped and the wrong body and if
- 23:37Speaker 1: they do tell you that, then you should cut off
- 23:39Speaker 1: their body parts.
- 23:42Speaker 11: Their gender exists on a spectrum. I would have no
- 23:44Speaker 11: idea how many total there are, but we know it's
- 23:46Speaker 11: beyond two. And so I think this resistance to understanding
- 23:51Speaker 11: gender exists on a spectrum is a real cause for
- 23:54Speaker 11: concern for many people. And I understand that it's changed
- 23:58Speaker 11: very quickly, but there's a lot of science showing us
- 24:01Speaker 11: that gender exists on a spectrum and is no longer
- 24:04Speaker 11: just male or female.
- 24:05Speaker 10: Are there two sexes?
- 24:06Speaker 12: Though?
- 24:07Speaker 11: So I think the difference between biological sex and gender
- 24:10Speaker 11: and gender identity is really complex. And what I would
- 24:13Speaker 11: want parents to know is that information is not harmful,
- 24:17Speaker 11: it's not dangerous, it's helpful. And that we really encourage
- 24:21Speaker 11: parents to be talking to their kids about these topics
- 24:25Speaker 11: because they're the only ones that can share their values
- 24:27Speaker 11: and their beliefs, and schools can provide the medically accurate
- 24:30Speaker 11: and complete information about health.
- 24:32Speaker 9: So kids can make the healthiest choices possible.
- 24:35Speaker 10: Because biologically, people are born either male or female. Correct.
- 24:38Speaker 11: So, biologically people are born with all different kinds of
- 24:41Speaker 11: body parts and chromosomes and genes and different kinds of hormones.
- 24:45Speaker 11: It's a really complex subject area.
- 24:48Speaker 1: I'm sorry, wait what Like he asked a very simple question.
- 24:51Speaker 2: There, they're born men or women?
- 24:53Speaker 1: Do you not attach you an answer to the question,
- 24:56Speaker 1: She says, they're born with all different types of body
- 24:59Speaker 1: part arts. Yeah, boys are born with penises and girls
- 25:02Speaker 1: are born with vaginas. Like, that's totally true. This is
- 25:07Speaker 1: how insane these people are. I'm going to rewind that.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Just listener not to answer the simple question because she
- 25:12Speaker 1: knows the answer, and she can't admit that she knows
- 25:14Speaker 1: the answer. Because she does, all of her other arguments
- 25:16Speaker 1: about mutilating children disappear.
- 25:19Speaker 9: So kids can make the healthiest choices possible.
- 25:21Speaker 10: Because biologically people are born either male or female.
- 25:24Speaker 11: Correct, So biologically, people are born with all different kinds
- 25:28Speaker 11: of body parts and chromosomes and genes and different kinds
- 25:31Speaker 11: of hormones. It's a really complex subject area. It's not
- 25:34Speaker 11: when I feel well established to comment on in a
- 25:39Speaker 11: media interview, but I can tell you that we really
- 25:41Speaker 11: encourage people to get educated about how these issues show
- 25:46Speaker 11: up and making sure that you know, students have the
- 25:49Speaker 11: opportunity to talk with trusted adults, hopefully parents or other
- 25:52Speaker 11: trusted adults and get medically accurate information in schools.
- 25:55Speaker 13: Another thing that it seems that your curriculum, your lesson
- 25:58Speaker 13: plant has been sort of dragged into the slipstream of
- 26:02Speaker 13: is this debate of when a child, when a person
- 26:06Speaker 13: can fully on their own determine their own gender identity.
- 26:10Speaker 10: When do you believe that age.
- 26:12Speaker 11: Is Yeah, so it's not a personal belief, it's actually
- 26:15Speaker 11: scientific fact. If you look at the American Academy of Pediatrics,
- 26:19Speaker 11: which is the largest association of pediatricians in our country,
- 26:23Speaker 11: there is universal agreement the gender identity as a concept
- 26:27Speaker 11: established by the age of four or five. So we
- 26:30Speaker 11: are just putting into practice, which what is understood and
- 26:33Speaker 11: well accepted science, to make sure that students get information
- 26:37Speaker 11: at the ages and developmental levels when it's most appropriate,
- 26:41Speaker 11: and then introducing concepts that are more complex as they
- 26:44Speaker 11: age and mature.
- 26:45Speaker 12: But you believe, based on your research that a child
- 26:49Speaker 12: who is born male by the age of four or
- 26:53Speaker 12: five can has the ability to assess that they are
- 26:58Speaker 12: identify as a female.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Listen very carefully to her response here.
- 27:03Speaker 11: So if you ask any child at the ages of three,
- 27:05Speaker 11: four or five what gender are they, they will clearly
- 27:08Speaker 11: be able to tell you they have been inundated with
- 27:11Speaker 11: messages about gender. If you think about the Halloween costumes,
- 27:14Speaker 11: if you think about the careers that kids are exposed to,
- 27:17Speaker 11: if you think about the cartoon characters and their TV shows,
- 27:20Speaker 11: the books that they're reading. There are messages about gender
- 27:23Speaker 11: and gender role stereotypes and gender identity from when they
- 27:26Speaker 11: are very very young. And kids are able to identify
- 27:29Speaker 11: what their gender is at a very early age.
- 27:32Speaker 13: Even if that gender is not necessarily conforming with their
- 27:37Speaker 13: biological birth.
- 27:39Speaker 9: Absolutely, absolutely so.
- 27:41Speaker 11: Kids that are transgender at the ages of three, four,
- 27:44Speaker 11: and five are able to say they feel like their
- 27:46Speaker 11: body is wrong, they feel like something is different with them,
- 27:50Speaker 11: how they identify, and the inside isn't matching up with
- 27:52Speaker 11: what they see on the outside. And that's why you'll
- 27:55Speaker 11: see some kids start to socially transition in kindergarten, first
- 27:59Speaker 11: and second grade. They usually have lots of support from
- 28:03Speaker 11: parents or caregivers.
- 28:04Speaker 1: They notice that term there, right, They usually have lots
- 28:08Speaker 1: of support from their parents or caregivers. So if you're
- 28:14Speaker 1: a parent that steers your kid in the right direction,
- 28:16Speaker 1: like no, little Timmy, you're You're not Susie. You're not
- 28:19Speaker 1: as supporting parent or caregiver. You notice how she describes this.
- 28:26Speaker 1: You as a parent if you don't go along with
- 28:28Speaker 1: little Timmy saying hey, I'm superman, I want to jump
- 28:30Speaker 1: off the roof, and you say, hey, you're gonna die
- 28:32Speaker 1: if you jump off the roof or because or get
- 28:34Speaker 1: seriously hurt. They're saying you're not a supportive parent. Because
- 28:38Speaker 1: how is that any different than say, you know, if
- 28:41Speaker 1: I have to believe my when a two year old
- 28:44Speaker 1: or three year old two says I'm I'm the opposite
- 28:46Speaker 1: sex of what I am, which, by the way, I
- 28:48Speaker 1: believe a lot of this is indoctrination from parents.
- 28:51Speaker 2: But if I'm.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Supposed to believe that, then any what if my kid says,
- 28:54Speaker 1: I'm a fish or I can fly, So I'm going
- 28:58Speaker 1: to climb up on that ladder and jump because I
- 29:00Speaker 1: can fly. Am I as a parent much to say, yes,
- 29:03Speaker 1: you can, little Timmy, you can fly off the roof
- 29:06Speaker 1: because I am a bad parent if I or a caregiver,
- 29:09Speaker 1: if I don't support you, and you're insane idea as
- 29:14Speaker 1: a two year old or a three year old, or
- 29:16Speaker 1: a four year old or a five year old.
- 29:17Speaker 2: As she describes it. Listen to her closing statement, we have.
- 29:20Speaker 11: Lots of support from mental providers who have expertise and
- 29:23Speaker 11: gender dysphoria, but we do see kids that are transgender
- 29:26Speaker 11: showing up in our kindergarten classrooms, etc.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Notice the one thing she says there, They have lots
- 29:32Speaker 1: of support from mental health providers. At least she admits
- 29:35Speaker 1: that it's a mental health issue. I don't think she
- 29:39Speaker 1: minute the way that I mean it. I don't think
- 29:41Speaker 1: she wants to talk about the way that I describe it.
- 29:44Speaker 1: But these people, including this woman, are making insane amounts
- 29:49Speaker 1: of money. They're turning this into a multi billion dollar industry,
- 29:55Speaker 1: mutilating kids and getting them addicted to drugs for the
- 30:00Speaker 1: rest of their life. Where they guarantee that they can
- 30:03Speaker 1: make money off of them. That is what this is
- 30:07Speaker 1: all about. This is a money making machine. By the way,
- 30:13Speaker 1: the media fully behind this CNN is Breonna Keeler, and
- 30:17Speaker 1: she's crazy, says, young girls can know if they will
- 30:20Speaker 1: want to give birth a nurse a baby in the future,
- 30:23Speaker 1: and little kids can know if they're trands.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Listen to this. This is crazy talk on CNN.
- 30:31Speaker 11: I think a lot of people are confused about this issue.
- 30:33Speaker 11: They don't know where they stand on it. But where
- 30:35Speaker 11: is the room for a conversation about this?
- 30:39Speaker 14: I love that we're having one right now in terms
- 30:41Speaker 14: of a conversation. And that's what was an issue today.
- 30:44Speaker 14: What kid, what girl knows whether she's going to want
- 30:49Speaker 14: to have a baby long term, or what testosterone will
- 30:52Speaker 14: do to her uterus, or that she will increase her.
- 30:55Speaker 4: Risk of heart attack. So take some stretch.
- 30:57Speaker 14: Some of them do, no, no, one of them.
- 31:01Speaker 4: No, I don't, none of them. None of them do
- 31:03Speaker 4: eighty five.
- 31:04Speaker 14: Percent what we know from the science. And again, it's
- 31:07Speaker 14: about not putting ideology over evidence, and that's what's happening here.
- 31:12Speaker 2: It's incredible.
- 31:14Speaker 1: She believes that any kid can just decide what they
- 31:16Speaker 1: are when they're a little kid, and that you just
- 31:19Speaker 1: have to walk down that road with them, even if
- 31:21Speaker 1: that means mutilating their body and making it where they
- 31:22Speaker 1: can never have children in the future.
- 31:25Speaker 2: These people are evil and they're sick.
- 31:29Speaker 1: I want to take a moment and talk to you
- 31:30Speaker 1: about IFCJ, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, wants
- 31:35Speaker 1: to wish you a blessed beginning of the holiday season
- 31:38Speaker 1: as you gather with your families, grateful for the blessings
- 31:41Speaker 1: that God has given us all, but let's also remember
- 31:46Speaker 1: those who are facing unbelievable hardship in need of food, fellowship,
- 31:51Speaker 1: and hope. That includes the people of Israel, who are
- 31:54Speaker 1: threatened daily by attacks from enemies on all sides. And
- 31:58Speaker 1: during these hard times, Israelis are thankful for the Fellowship
- 32:02Speaker 1: for food and basic assistance, truly life saving aid when
- 32:06Speaker 1: the rest of the world seems to have turned its
- 32:08Speaker 1: back on them. Your gift of twenty five dollars will
- 32:12Speaker 1: help provide a food box to an elderly Jew or
- 32:15Speaker 1: a Jewish family who are suffering and in desperate need.
- 32:19Speaker 1: A gift of one hundred dollars will help provide four
- 32:22Speaker 1: of these life saving food boxes this holiday season, please
- 32:26Speaker 1: consider standing with Israel and the Jewish people. You can
- 32:30Speaker 1: go to SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. That's support IFCJ dot org.
- 32:36Speaker 1: To make a gift now that SUPPORTIFCJ dot org. Or
- 32:41Speaker 1: you can call to give at eight to eight for
- 32:44Speaker 1: eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight eight four eight eight
- 32:50Speaker 1: four three two five.
- 32:52Speaker 2: All right.
- 32:52Speaker 1: Now, I want you to hear what Center Ted Cruz
- 32:55Speaker 1: had to say about this case the Supreme Court and
- 32:57Speaker 1: what he thinks they will decide.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Take a listen, Center.
- 33:00Speaker 1: I want to move to this other case, and it
- 33:03Speaker 1: is a case that has really.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Been interesting to follow.
- 33:06Speaker 1: The Supreme Court hearing this case on gender transitions for minors. Now,
- 33:11Speaker 1: this has all come out of a case in Tennessee
- 33:14Speaker 1: where Tennessee was arguing that that you must protect children
- 33:19Speaker 1: from harm and body mutilation, especially at very young ages,
- 33:25Speaker 1: and the Left and the federal government saying, well, hold
- 33:28Speaker 1: on a second, we are in favor of this transgender care,
- 33:34Speaker 1: arguing that even those that are two and three and
- 33:37Speaker 1: four years old, they know that they're trands, so let
- 33:40Speaker 1: them be sterilized and castrate themselves. That is what the
- 33:43Speaker 1: ACLU lawyer said in his own words while he was
- 33:48Speaker 1: arguing this on TV on CNN, I want you to
- 33:52Speaker 1: listen and get your reaction to that.
- 33:54Speaker 15: I would say is nobody has to provide this medication
- 33:57Speaker 15: to adolescents. These are not doctors being four to provide
- 34:00Speaker 15: this medication. These are doctors who are wanting to treat
- 34:04Speaker 15: their patients in the best way that they know how,
- 34:06Speaker 15: based on the best available evidence to us. And these
- 34:09Speaker 15: are young people who may have known since they were
- 34:10Speaker 15: two years old exactly who they are, who suffered for.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Six seven years before.
- 34:14Speaker 4: They had any relief.
- 34:16Speaker 15: And what's happening here, it's not the kids who are
- 34:18Speaker 15: consenting to this treatment, it's the parents who are consenting
- 34:20Speaker 15: to the treatment. And as a parent, I would say,
- 34:23Speaker 15: we when our children are suffering, we are suffering. And
- 34:26Speaker 15: these are parents who love their children, who are listening
- 34:28Speaker 15: to the advice of their doctors, of the mainstream medical
- 34:31Speaker 15: community and doing what's right for their kids. In the
- 34:33Speaker 15: state of Tennessee has displaced their judgment.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Now you hear that argument, and that to me is
- 34:39Speaker 1: just I'm sorry, child abuse. If you're mutilating a child
- 34:42Speaker 1: at two and three and four years old, and that's
- 34:44Speaker 1: what Tennessee was.
- 34:45Speaker 16: Saying, well, Tennessee passed I think a very reasonable law
- 34:49Speaker 16: that prohibited puberty blockers and hormones and sterilizing children, sterilizing minors,
- 34:57Speaker 16: and we're seeing multiple state legislatures that are at acting
- 35:00Speaker 16: to protect children. I think that is a reasonable and
- 35:02Speaker 16: common sense step. And what happened is is, unsurprisingly that
- 35:07Speaker 16: the state got sued and the acl you argued that
- 35:11Speaker 16: that that making it illegal for a small child to
- 35:14Speaker 16: be sterilized and made permanently unable to have children or
- 35:18Speaker 16: even to be mutilated, that that prohibiting that violated the
- 35:23Speaker 16: fourteenth Amendment, the equal protection clause of the Constitution.
- 35:28Speaker 2: That that was the argument.
- 35:29Speaker 16: And this the Court of Appeals upheld the Tennessee law,
- 35:32Speaker 16: and the Supreme Court took the case. And so that
- 35:35Speaker 16: that was the argument you heard right there the ASLU
- 35:38Speaker 16: lawyers arguing for being able to sterilize eight year old
- 35:43Speaker 16: just using the math the lawyer laid out. The lawyer
- 35:45Speaker 16: talked about a child at the age of two might
- 35:50Speaker 16: know that he or she is transgender, and they might
- 35:52Speaker 16: have had to wait six years. Last I checked, two
- 35:55Speaker 16: plus six is eight. And so the legal argument is
- 35:59Speaker 16: that eight year old the parent should be able to
- 36:02Speaker 16: sterilize that child. And you know what if that child
- 36:05Speaker 16: decides that at eighteen he or she wants to be
- 36:09Speaker 16: a dad or wants to be a mom, Well, too
- 36:11Speaker 16: late now, because when you were eight, we went ahead
- 36:14Speaker 16: and sterilized you. So there's no going back. And this
- 36:18Speaker 16: argument went back and forth. Right, I'm going to make
- 36:19Speaker 16: a prediction. My prediction, I think the Supreme Court is
- 36:23Speaker 16: going to uphold Tennessee's law, and I think we may
- 36:27Speaker 16: see a breakdown that plays out along pretty familiar ideological lines.
- 36:32Speaker 2: Now, it was pretty striking.
- 36:34Speaker 16: The three liberal justices all were asking questions that I
- 36:41Speaker 16: got to say, we're really extreme and showing.
- 36:45Speaker 2: The modern left.
- 36:47Speaker 16: They are all in on mutilating and sterilizing children. This
- 36:52Speaker 16: is not a fringe view on the left. Today's elected
- 36:56Speaker 16: Democrats and sadly the left wing activists they put on
- 37:01Speaker 16: the courts are absolutely committed to this extreme agenda.
- 37:06Speaker 4: So I want you to listen to this.
- 37:08Speaker 1: Oude of my org justice, out of my order downplaying
- 37:10Speaker 1: the risk of mutilation of miners in this back and forth,
- 37:14Speaker 1: in these oral arguments, this is what she said.
- 37:17Speaker 6: Cannot eliminate the risk of detransitioners. So it becomes a
- 37:21Speaker 6: pure exercise of weighing benefits versus risk, and the question
- 37:26Speaker 6: of how many miners have to have their bodies irreparably
- 37:30Speaker 6: harmed for unproven benefits is one that is best left.
- 37:33Speaker 4: I'm sorry, counselor.
- 37:35Speaker 7: Every medical treatment has a risk, even taking asprin. There
- 37:43Speaker 7: is always going to be a percentage of the population
- 37:46Speaker 7: under any medical treatment that's going to suffer a harm.
- 37:51Speaker 4: So the question, in my mind is not.
- 37:55Speaker 7: Do policy makers decide whether one person's life is more
- 38:00Speaker 7: valuable than the millions of others who get relief from
- 38:05Speaker 7: this treatment. The question is can you stop one sex
- 38:09Speaker 7: from the other?
- 38:11Speaker 1: I mean, she's saying this is not a big deal
- 38:15Speaker 1: at all if you're mutilating a child, because even aspirin
- 38:19Speaker 1: has risks and effect so therefore, just put it under
- 38:22Speaker 1: the category of everything goes well.
- 38:25Speaker 16: That sums up today's radical left. In their view, severing
- 38:31Speaker 16: a child's genitals is comparable to taking aspirin. She also claimed,
- 38:38Speaker 16: quote millions of people are getting relief from this. Now,
- 38:44Speaker 16: thankfully we do not currently have millions of children being sterilized.
- 38:49Speaker 16: But let's be clear, that's the left's worldview is that
- 38:53Speaker 16: sterilizing little boys and little girls, mutilating them, making them
- 38:58Speaker 16: permanently unable to have children, that should be happening on
- 39:02Speaker 16: the scale of millions and millions of little boys and
- 39:05Speaker 16: little girls. That is Justice Soda bay Or here to
- 39:09Speaker 16: take a listen to Justice.
- 39:13Speaker 9: Justice k.
- 39:14Speaker 2: Katanji Brown Jackson.
- 39:15Speaker 3: Drawn by the statute that was sort of like the
- 39:18Speaker 3: starting point. The question was whether it was discriminatory because
- 39:22Speaker 3: it applied to both races and it wasn't necessarily invidious
- 39:26Speaker 3: or whatever. But you know, as I read the statute here,
- 39:29Speaker 3: excuse me the case here. You know, the court starts
- 39:32Speaker 3: off by saying that Virginia is now one of sixteen
- 39:34Speaker 3: states which prohibit and punished marriages on the basis of
- 39:37Speaker 3: racial classifications. And when you look at the structure of
- 39:41Speaker 3: that law, it looks in terms of incontinued you can't
- 39:44Speaker 3: do something that is inconsistent with your own characteristics.
- 39:47Speaker 4: It's sort of the same thing.
- 39:48Speaker 3: So it's interesting to me that we now have this
- 39:51Speaker 3: different argument, and I wonder whether Virginia could have gotten
- 39:53Speaker 3: away with what they did here by just making a
- 39:57Speaker 3: classification argument the way that Tennessee is in this.
- 40:01Speaker 5: Case yes, I think that's exactly right, that there is
- 40:04Speaker 5: absolutely a parallel between any law that says you can't
- 40:07Speaker 5: act and consistent with a protected characteristic in all other contents.
- 40:12Speaker 2: You hear it there.
- 40:13Speaker 1: This is another example of just how extreme these and
- 40:16Speaker 1: this is one of the elections, by the way, are
- 40:18Speaker 1: so important center. I mean, this is why Donald Trump
- 40:21Speaker 1: being elected was so important, because when he's not, when
- 40:23Speaker 1: you don't have a conservative in the White House, you
- 40:25Speaker 1: get these radical activists who are Supreme Court justices, and
- 40:29Speaker 1: if they have the majority, this is what they want
- 40:31Speaker 1: you to be able to do. This is what they
- 40:32Speaker 1: want to happen to your children.
- 40:34Speaker 16: Well, and let me break down what that exchange back
- 40:37Speaker 16: and forth was. So Katanji Brown Jackson, who Joe Biden
- 40:41Speaker 16: put on the Supreme Court, is comparing this Tennessee law
- 40:46Speaker 16: to the law in Loving versus Virginia. Now, Loving versus
- 40:49Speaker 16: Virginia is a Supreme Court case. It's a landmark case
- 40:52Speaker 16: that struck down Virginia's ban decades ago, many many years
- 40:57Speaker 16: ago on interracial marriage on African Americans and Anglos choosing
- 41:02Speaker 16: to get married. And she says, quote, it's sort of
- 41:06Speaker 16: the same thing now Virginia's law was an abomination. It
- 41:11Speaker 16: was restricting adults making the decision to get married. It
- 41:16Speaker 16: was deliberately doing so on the basis of race, which,
- 41:21Speaker 16: mind you, we thought a civil war in significant part
- 41:25Speaker 16: to end slavery and to vindicate equal rights. And we
- 41:29Speaker 16: passed and adopted the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth Amendments to
- 41:33Speaker 16: end slavery, to protect equal protection, and to give African
- 41:36Speaker 16: Americans the right to vote, to ensure that there's not
- 41:39Speaker 16: racial discrimination. But in the less view, not sterilizing an
- 41:44Speaker 16: eight year old is the same thing like that is bizarre.
- 41:49Speaker 16: And by the way, the person who responds to Justice
- 41:52Speaker 16: Jackson is Joe Biden's solicitor General, the top lawyer for
- 41:58Speaker 16: the Biden administration before the United States Supreme Court. You say, oh, yeah,
- 42:02Speaker 16: they're exactly the same thing. In our worldview, you ought
- 42:05Speaker 16: to be able to mutilate children. It doesn't matter how young.
- 42:09Speaker 16: The Constitution protects your right to mutilate your child.
- 42:14Speaker 2: That is a bizarre view. That is an.
- 42:17Speaker 16: Extreme view, and that sadly is where today's modern left is.
