- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time. I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in the stub true good of listening
- 0:24Speaker 1: to the other forty I don't join me. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn you go. You gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn, you got to turn them out. Then
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn the water, the water go. Come come on your
- 2:01Speaker 1: ah h, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening
- 2:06Speaker 1: to the voice, Come on dig me now, one and
- 2:09Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Okay, I got
- 2:14Speaker 1: something for you today. I'm gonna have a conversation this
- 2:21Speaker 1: morning about my understanding of grace now that I've gotten
- 2:26Speaker 1: older and I've come in to a better understanding of
- 2:29Speaker 1: a lot of things I didn't know about when I
- 2:31Speaker 1: was younger. This is just my interpretation of grace. Now
- 2:38Speaker 1: once again, y'all listen to me. I ain't nobody's pastor,
- 2:42Speaker 1: I ain't nobody's minister. So you know, I'm pretty sure
- 2:45Speaker 1: you can go to church and get a far more
- 2:48Speaker 1: extensive definition of one I'm giving you. I'm just talking
- 2:51Speaker 1: to people. You know. Grace is this thing that that
- 2:55Speaker 1: God provides for us and Grace's just things that you
- 3:03Speaker 1: get that's really undeserving, you know. I mean, I look
- 3:07Speaker 1: at my life as it is today. You know. Look,
- 3:09Speaker 1: I work hard and I have faith in God that
- 3:12Speaker 1: I do so things are going to happen in my life.
- 3:16Speaker 1: But the way my life is now, I don't. I don't.
- 3:19Speaker 1: I don't deserve all of this. I don't don't. I
- 3:22Speaker 1: don't look at it that way. I have been the
- 3:24Speaker 1: beneficiary of God's grace. I have aligned myself in a
- 3:30Speaker 1: position to accept whatever grace God has for me, and
- 3:35Speaker 1: it will be far abundant and exceedingly in anything you
- 3:40Speaker 1: could think of. His grace supersedes anything you could possibly imagine.
- 3:46Speaker 1: You know, the goals that I set and the aspirations
- 3:49Speaker 1: that I shoot for, and the things that I have
- 3:51Speaker 1: on my dream board. I have the faith that God
- 3:53Speaker 1: will give it to me. But what He does with grace,
- 3:56Speaker 1: he gives you far more than that. He gives you
- 3:59Speaker 1: what He has for you, not what you can see.
- 4:02Speaker 1: You can't see all He has for you. It's impossible.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Who are you? How can you possibly imagine what he
- 4:09Speaker 1: can imagine? How can you possibly think? How he can think?
- 4:12Speaker 1: How how can you possibly do what he can do.
- 4:14Speaker 1: How can it be that isn't a single mind living
- 4:18Speaker 1: or a collection of minds that could have thought of Earth?
- 4:22Speaker 1: What in your wildest imagination could have made you think
- 4:26Speaker 1: of Earth? The stars, the heavens, the oceans, the galaxy,
- 4:32Speaker 1: the constellations. What in your mind? What in any man's mind?
- 4:37Speaker 1: We can point at it and analyze it, but we
- 4:39Speaker 1: show couldn't have thought of it. So come on now,
- 4:43Speaker 1: I'm talking about lining yourself up with God's grace, which
- 4:48Speaker 1: he will give to you if you if you want
- 4:51Speaker 1: some of it now. But now, his thing about grace,
- 4:53Speaker 1: it can't be bought. If it could, if it could
- 4:55Speaker 1: be bought, I'm telling you I would pour all the
- 5:00Speaker 1: money I have and dump it into grace, because, after
- 5:04Speaker 1: discovering what it is, it's this goodness that God shines
- 5:10Speaker 1: on you simply as a reward of some type for
- 5:15Speaker 1: his love for you and for you attempting for you,
- 5:19Speaker 1: attempting to do right, not because you get it right.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Because if He judged us purely on how we are
- 5:26Speaker 1: the right and wrong of it, we would all be doomed,
- 5:29Speaker 1: all of us, every last one of us would be doomed,
- 5:34Speaker 1: because we all fall short, we all make mistakes, we
- 5:38Speaker 1: all sin, we all get it wrong from time to time.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Nobody's perfect. Man. Now I understand what my mother was
- 5:47Speaker 1: saying about cleaning the house. All I want is a
- 5:50Speaker 1: little more grace. All I need is a little more
- 5:53Speaker 1: grace when the last time you ask God for some grace. Now,
- 5:56Speaker 1: I'm not talking to you like I know everything. If
- 6:00Speaker 1: you just benefit from His grace, which you already have,
- 6:04Speaker 1: but if you're not aware of it, you don't know
- 6:06Speaker 1: what's going on. Become aware of grace, Get aware of
- 6:10Speaker 1: the fact that God does things for you simply because
- 6:13Speaker 1: He loves you. He does things for you that you
- 6:16Speaker 1: don't even deserve. Somehow, you just wonder how you just
- 6:19Speaker 1: got over when you didn't even do the things to
- 6:22Speaker 1: get over. Sometimes you don't even know how you got
- 6:26Speaker 1: that job you got when you ain't even really do
- 6:29Speaker 1: the things to get to job. How you end up
- 6:31Speaker 1: where you are all this education you thought you went
- 6:34Speaker 1: and got and had, How you end up where you
- 6:36Speaker 1: are today in a much better position than your education
- 6:39Speaker 1: could have ever gotten you. That's grace. How I get
- 6:44Speaker 1: every place I am today. I didn't plan this, man.
- 6:47Speaker 1: If I could have planned my life the way it is.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Don't you know how to done it? When I was
- 6:50Speaker 1: living in that car? If I knew how to do it, No,
- 6:53Speaker 1: I benefited from his grace. I'm just a beneficiary of
- 6:59Speaker 1: his grace, of his goodness and his mercy. God's goodness
- 7:04Speaker 1: is better than your goodness. God's goodness is better than
- 7:07Speaker 1: your mother's goodness. It's better than your wife's or your
- 7:10Speaker 1: husband or your booze goodness. God's goodness is different. His
- 7:16Speaker 1: goodness man covers some stuff you can't even imagine. So
- 7:20Speaker 1: why are you trying to put your life together when
- 7:23Speaker 1: the last time you asked him for just a little
- 7:25Speaker 1: bit of grace? When have you thought of your life
- 7:30Speaker 1: in terms of the grace that it has already benefited from?
- 7:34Speaker 1: Have you ever done that? Man? Just thought about you know?
- 7:37Speaker 1: You hear songs like my soul looked back and wonder
- 7:40Speaker 1: how I got over. That's grace. That's all I can
- 7:43Speaker 1: call it. Now. Like I said, you can go at
- 7:44Speaker 1: church or somewhere ever you want to and ministers that
- 7:47Speaker 1: the wind at school to teach this thing way better
- 7:50Speaker 1: than me. I'm just giving you from a layman standpoint. Man,
- 7:53Speaker 1: have you thought about his grace. Would you not bewailed
- 7:57Speaker 1: to be a beneficiary of his grace with a Now
- 8:00Speaker 1: check this out. The better you try to do, the
- 8:04Speaker 1: more grace he'll give to you. And that grace can't
- 8:07Speaker 1: be bought, Like I said, it's free. You can't purchase grace.
- 8:12Speaker 1: But the better you try to become, the more the
- 8:15Speaker 1: more grace he gets to put your way. So man,
- 8:18Speaker 1: just try, why don't you just try to do better?
- 8:23Speaker 1: Look man, quick, Timna, I'm gonna start next week. I'm
- 8:25Speaker 1: gonna start at the new year. Now you now you
- 8:27Speaker 1: do that every year, you know, the evers at the
- 8:29Speaker 1: new year. I'm eat better at the new year. I'm na,
- 8:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna gonna get in here and the new year.
- 8:34Speaker 1: If you're gonna do it, you're gonna do it now. Man,
- 8:37Speaker 1: you're gonna do not stop trying to do something, do it,
- 8:42Speaker 1: stop talking about it, do it now. The best way
- 8:45Speaker 1: to benefit from his grace is starting action now in
- 8:50Speaker 1: old w now right now today. What you're waiting on.
- 8:55Speaker 1: All you're doing is delaying his opportunity to bless you.
- 9:00Speaker 1: You know, man, you know, do you know how many
- 9:02Speaker 1: times we do that? We delay his opportunity to bless
- 9:05Speaker 1: us by not starting now. If you're gonna get healthy,
- 9:09Speaker 1: why don't you start now? Now? You're gonna trip a
- 9:11Speaker 1: little bit called the holidays coming. But you ain't got
- 9:14Speaker 1: to eat bad all the time. You could start eating
- 9:16Speaker 1: correct today, you could. You could and then guess what
- 9:20Speaker 1: that could be? Some grace on the end of that.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I'm just giving you a little cheap analogy. But do
- 9:26Speaker 1: you feel what I'm saying to you? Start thinking in
- 9:28Speaker 1: terms of grace, what He has done for you and
- 9:31Speaker 1: provided for you that you ain't even see coming. That
- 9:34Speaker 1: you know, you keep calling them blessings and I got
- 9:36Speaker 1: that a lot of it, and us all it is.
- 9:38Speaker 1: But man, have you thought about the stuff that didn't
- 9:40Speaker 1: happen to you? You can't account for I. For me,
- 9:45Speaker 1: that's been grace and I'm beneficiary of it. And that's
- 9:48Speaker 1: available to everybody that wants um. Next time you're talking
- 9:52Speaker 1: to him, just check in with grace. See what that is.
- 9:54Speaker 1: That's that's better than money. You're listening Monday, Monday, Monday, Monday, Monday.

- 23:22Speaker 1: Whenever my friends come over, he puts on hip hop

- 24:17Speaker 1: I'll tell you what you need to do when your
- 24:19Speaker 1: friends come back and you need to beat him to
- 24:20Speaker 1: that radio. That's what you need to do. Don't sit
- 24:24Speaker 1: up there and let him play his song. Put yours
- 24:25Speaker 1: on first, don't don't throw something on that he know,
- 24:29Speaker 1: the tony Tony tony. Okay, give him something he can recognize.
- 24:36Speaker 1: But about this, yeah, yeah, so that sounds like shakes
- 24:44Speaker 1: a little embarrassed by him doing all that. Invite some

- 25:09Speaker 1: job and got a new one so she wouldn't have
- 25:11Speaker 1: to see him. He's saying, he didn't lead her on,
- 25:13Speaker 1: so why did she fall so hard for him? Okay, yeah,
- 25:19Speaker 1: my boyfriend, I knew you were gonna ask me. My
- 25:25Speaker 1: boyfriend and I had sex with the girl that he
- 25:29Speaker 1: works with. Got it now, Okay, And that's not the problem.
- 25:34Speaker 1: The problem. The problem has something to do with her
- 25:38Speaker 1: catching feelings, right yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, But her boyfriend
- 25:42Speaker 1: says that he didn't lead her on, but she left
- 25:45Speaker 1: the job and got a new job. You know how
- 25:47Speaker 1: good it's got to be for you to quit your job.
- 25:49Speaker 1: You know how good that is. You're not good this
- 25:52Speaker 1: sex is for you to walk away and say, I
- 25:54Speaker 1: just can't even be round hard. That's how good it is.
- 25:56Speaker 1: That's that's when it's just incredible. Ball. Yeah, she left
- 26:00Speaker 1: and got a new job so she wouldn't have to

- 26:28Speaker 1: why did she fall so hard for him? Like you
- 26:30Speaker 1: wasn't there? You saw him? Why is you sitting there
- 26:34Speaker 1: asking us? You was in the room, you saw that
- 26:38Speaker 1: work you're putting in? What you ask us? Why you
- 26:42Speaker 1: fall for both? Y'all fail for the same. Dude asked

- 26:51Speaker 1: to yourself. I'll be with you in a minute, he
- 26:52Speaker 1: said that, And you waited, and you waited. Your dirt
- 27:00Speaker 1: is a mess. It's just a mess. But at least
- 27:02Speaker 1: she's gone. She's gone. Everybody said, tried, at least try
- 27:07Speaker 1: what nothing? I'm sorry, it's our voice. I remember the

- 27:26Speaker 1: find to save you from trying it all right? Last one,
- 27:32Speaker 1: last one. This one's from Lynnette and Tyler. Lynette writes,
- 27:36Speaker 1: I'm the night manager at a hotel and I saw
- 27:39Speaker 1: my aunt's husband sitting by the pool one night talking
- 27:42Speaker 1: to a female. I told my aunt that he was there,
- 27:45Speaker 1: and she came to the hotel. When she got there,
- 27:48Speaker 1: he was gone, and he told her I was a liar.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Why did she put me in the middle of this
- 27:54Speaker 1: when I was only trying to help what you put
- 27:57Speaker 1: yourself in the middle of mouth You ain't got nothing
- 28:01Speaker 1: to do with it, And that's your uncle. You ain't
- 28:03Speaker 1: got no business saying nothing about your uncle is sitting

- 29:13Speaker 1: fourth birthday by getting baptized. China posted a video on
- 29:17Speaker 1: Instagram getting baptized in the pool in her backyard. In
- 29:20Speaker 1: the video, China was wearing an all white outfit while
- 29:23Speaker 1: a man baptized her and a group of onlookers stood
- 29:27Speaker 1: by stood around the pool. She captioned the slow motion
- 29:30Speaker 1: video by saying, born again on my birthday, five eleven,
- 29:34Speaker 1: twenty two, hashtag new beginnings. The baptism comes shortly, of course,
- 29:40Speaker 1: after China lost her one hundred million dollars defamation lawsuit
- 29:43Speaker 1: against the Kardashians. So she moving on. She's moving on
- 29:48Speaker 1: with the Lord, but better what better person to move forward?

- 30:20Speaker 1: I think it was. It wasn't. Ye don't matter. It
- 30:22Speaker 1: was you don't matter. It was in the pool because
- 30:25Speaker 1: I got baptized down at the church. Why you ain't
- 30:27Speaker 1: going there with your heathen age. I got BAPTI wrapped.
- 30:30Speaker 1: I was wrapped in. You got in the back yard.
- 30:33Speaker 1: It's a barbecue pit in the back. It's long more
- 30:35Speaker 1: in the corner. Wh Why are you out here? Where
- 30:38Speaker 1: have the cross at that you need to be? Just
- 30:40Speaker 1: don't feel holy? It don't feel so. I'm a whole
- 30:43Speaker 1: I reserved. That's why you're judging. It looked like a
- 30:49Speaker 1: pool part of when I looked at the video, that's
- 30:53Speaker 1: what I saw. I don't know where y'all got a baptismal.

- 31:38Speaker 1: encounters fans who asked him to do the dance every
- 31:41Speaker 1: single day of his life. He said, he is no
- 31:44Speaker 1: problem telling fans and new take a listen, what a
- 31:48Speaker 1: strange inclination for people to have, like do the dance.
- 31:52Speaker 1: The weird part from me is trying to understand what's
- 31:55Speaker 1: happening in their head, right, Like what makes you think
- 31:58Speaker 1: that you're just gonna ask a random person to dance
- 32:00Speaker 1: for you and they're gonna be like, oh my god,
- 32:01Speaker 1: I've been waiting for the ass. Hold on a second,
- 32:05Speaker 1: let me get into character, like it's not it's I

- 32:54Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. It's just it happened, moving on,
- 32:58Speaker 1: moving on, would you say, Junior, I'll tell you why
- 33:02Speaker 1: he don't want to do that? Dance no more? Why

- 33:44Speaker 1: So moving on. In shocking news, a federal trial for
- 33:47Speaker 1: reality TV stars Todd and Julie Christli is set to

- 35:03Speaker 1: their atturnys are. Well, I don't increase their ratings though.
- 35:05Speaker 1: They show would be good if it's a couple in
- 35:08Speaker 1: jail and you gotta go visit, and that's pretty if
- 35:10Speaker 1: they film it. If they film it like tiversly and
- 35:14Speaker 1: I love his mother too, the Grandmo, Yeah, she's hilarious.

- 38:13Speaker 1: everybody's doing that. Did you see Maxwell? He performed fortieth
- 38:16Speaker 1: anniversary of Thriller. He performed Lady in My Life off
- 38:21Speaker 1: the Thriller album. Maxwell Sexy Nice Nice, nice nice. And
- 38:26Speaker 1: to Mika Mallory, she accepted the Revolt Black Excellence Awards
- 38:32Speaker 1: and she talked about the recent tragic shooting in Buffalo
- 38:36Speaker 1: and talked about we need to do something as far
- 38:39Speaker 1: as justice and she said, you're sitting out here and
- 38:42Speaker 1: not doing anything. You need to make a change. I
- 38:45Speaker 1: loved her speech to Mika Mallory Billboard Music Awards in
- 38:48Speaker 1: the books. That's it, all right, Thank you, Carlo for
- 38:51Speaker 1: that music news. We'll be back with more of the
- 38:53Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to show.
- 39:00Speaker 1: All right, what do you say? Here we go again.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Ten people were killed and what officials are describing as
- 39:07Speaker 1: a racially motivated mass shooting by a gunman wearing military
- 39:12Speaker 1: style gear at a Buffalo, New York supermarket Saturday afternoon.
- 39:16Speaker 1: The Buffalo Police Department stated that the shooter, who was
- 39:19Speaker 1: eighteen years old eighteen years old, his name is Peyton Gendren,
- 39:25Speaker 1: drove over two hundred miles to Buffalo, New York to
- 39:28Speaker 1: inflict harm. The supermarket is in a mostly black neighborhood
- 39:33Speaker 1: of the city, and eleven of the victims were black
- 39:36Speaker 1: and two were white. Gendren was taken into custody Saturday.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Reports say he posted a manifesto declaring himself a white supremacist,
- 39:45Speaker 1: and he was live streaming the entire ordeal, which was
- 39:49Speaker 1: seen on Twitch. First. In video showing him driving up
- 39:53Speaker 1: to the supermarket, you hear him say you just gotta
- 39:56Speaker 1: go for it, and he pulls right in front of
- 39:58Speaker 1: the store's entrance, puts his car in park and hops
- 40:02Speaker 1: out of the car and just start shooting. He's shooting. Uh,
- 40:06Speaker 1: this was your evil. It was straight up racially motivated
- 40:10Speaker 1: hate crime. That Erie County Sheriff John Garcia, this is awful.
- 40:16Speaker 1: This is first people that lost a love one in this.
- 40:22Speaker 1: This absolutely, this is unbelievable. He planned this, yann to
- 40:28Speaker 1: do this pre meditated three hours, with this hate and
- 40:32Speaker 1: evil in his heart, to go to that grocery store
- 40:35Speaker 1: and specifically pick this area to kill black people while
- 40:41Speaker 1: they're at the grocery store. They're just buying groceries on
- 40:44Speaker 1: a Saturday, and you pull up and kill them, You
- 40:48Speaker 1: racist domestic terrorists. You know what. Yeah, it's just they
- 40:54Speaker 1: called him that yet, a domestic terrorist, because I'm calling
- 40:57Speaker 1: them many hesitant to say, yeah, why why he didn't
- 41:03Speaker 1: die at the end of this, Why didn't he die? Wait,
- 41:06Speaker 1: hold on, let me let me just say, um, why
- 41:09Speaker 1: he didn't die? Oh? I think it's because he's white,
- 41:12Speaker 1: because he's a white supremacist. Okay, that's fine, that saves you. Yeah,
- 41:18Speaker 1: apparently because you know, if he was black, he would
- 41:20Speaker 1: be dead. You know this, This is terrible. This is
- 41:24Speaker 1: absolutely eighteen years old, and then he gets out of
- 41:27Speaker 1: the car saying, sometimes you just have to go for it.
- 41:30Speaker 1: He pulls up to the store and gets out shooting.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Was this was this an assault rifle? Was an Yes?
- 41:38Speaker 1: It loom It looked like it. I mean he had
- 41:42Speaker 1: gun expert at all. But didn't he have the N
- 41:45Speaker 1: word written at the end of the gun too? Yes? Yes, yes, yes, yes,
- 41:54Speaker 1: for sure, for sure it was a hey crime and
- 41:57Speaker 1: he drove over two hundred miles. I feel for these
- 42:01Speaker 1: people that are in this story, these people that lost
- 42:03Speaker 1: loved ones, the community, the Buffalo, New York community. This
- 42:07Speaker 1: is heart broken, their heart broke. There's two things too
- 42:11Speaker 1: that I think about gun reform. We keep talking about it,
- 42:15Speaker 1: nobody's going to ever do anything about it. Gun reform
- 42:19Speaker 1: and social media. They had to have some type of
- 42:22Speaker 1: responsibility on there for that long. Is it a watch list?
- 42:26Speaker 1: Is there a list like he was he following specific
- 42:30Speaker 1: racial websites where they can watch these people and alert
- 42:34Speaker 1: the authorities. Why are they allowed to buy all of
- 42:38Speaker 1: this weapons and tactical gear and all that where? But yeah,
- 42:43Speaker 1: you're you're we're talking about the gun situation, but it's becoming,
- 42:47Speaker 1: you know, more lenient. Now, it's very lenient. Yeah, anybody
- 42:52Speaker 1: can go and buy a gun. You don't need a
- 42:53Speaker 1: permit or anything. And you know, in a lot of
- 42:56Speaker 1: these states that's the scary part. And in Texas. In
- 43:01Speaker 1: Texas there's if you if people that buy ammunition in Texas.
- 43:07Speaker 1: I had no idea until until I saw it. But
- 43:11Speaker 1: outside of an academy, which is a sporting good store,
- 43:15Speaker 1: they know exactly when the artillery comes in, when the
- 43:18Speaker 1: shipment comes in, and the line is wrapped around the building.
- 43:21Speaker 1: So if you say just Thursday morning, that's when it
- 43:23Speaker 1: comes in. I promise you it's one hundred people in
- 43:25Speaker 1: line every Thursday, and they stacking up and stacking up
- 43:29Speaker 1: and stacking up. It's it's it's crazy. They all stacked
- 43:32Speaker 1: with a lot of weapons. Man. And why isn't that regulated?
- 43:35Speaker 1: What do you buying all this? What do you need?
- 43:37Speaker 1: All right, Um, we're gonna buffalo strong, y'all gonna make
- 43:44Speaker 1: it through this. We are praying foot Baffalore, New York. Yeah,
- 43:47Speaker 1: all right, Coming up next, we'll have more of the
- 43:50Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to
- 43:54Speaker 1: show coming up in about four minutes after the hour
- 44:00Speaker 1: it's my strawberry letter for today and the subject is
- 44:03Speaker 1: between the bed and the Wall. We'll get into that,
- 44:08Speaker 1: huh huh. Right now it is time for the nephew
- 44:11Speaker 1: and today's frank phone call. What you got for its nav?
- 44:14Speaker 1: What you got? You know, sir, I never know what
- 44:17Speaker 1: how deep of the stupid I want to delve into
- 44:19Speaker 1: today on a Monday like this, But Ra, we're gonna
- 44:29Speaker 1: go knee deep and stupid today. This right here is
- 44:33Speaker 1: quit roll, quit rode, all right, quit rob That's it
- 44:42Speaker 1: right there, quite roll. It's what we're doing, cat dog.
- 44:45Speaker 1: If you could hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach miss
- 44:49Speaker 1: sister Taniel Siser tannil h. So this sister Tania. This
- 44:54Speaker 1: is uh Brian. I'm representing the youth, and of course
- 44:58Speaker 1: you know we're already having the fundraiser on Saturday, and
- 45:02Speaker 1: I would like to know are you gonna be um,
- 45:05Speaker 1: are you gonna be available to come out on Saturday,
- 45:07Speaker 1: because we got pretty much most of the most of
- 45:10Speaker 1: the choir you and acquire correct, Yeah, I never heard
- 45:13Speaker 1: of anything about anything on Saturday though. Well, we got
- 45:15Speaker 1: most of the choir members coming out on Saturday, and
- 45:18Speaker 1: we'd like to know if you're gonna be available on
- 45:20Speaker 1: Saturday to come out and participate in the fundraiser for
- 45:23Speaker 1: the children that's going on their vacation next year. Oh,
- 45:27Speaker 1: you said all the other chore members. I never heard
- 45:29Speaker 1: anything from them, all of the chore members. We probably
- 45:32Speaker 1: have about ninety five percent of the choire members coming out. Yeah,
- 45:37Speaker 1: I'm free on Saturday. Okay. Now we're doing from five
- 45:40Speaker 1: to seven on Saturday. So are you available five pm
- 45:44Speaker 1: to seven pm? It's only two hours? Yeah, what's your saying?
- 45:47Speaker 1: Name was Brian? I'm sorry? They called me Brian, Brian,
- 45:51Speaker 1: they called me Ba. I'm sorry. Okay, did I meet
- 45:55Speaker 1: you at the church? Well, I just joined about three
- 45:58Speaker 1: weeks ago and they've already given me an assignment. So
- 46:02Speaker 1: I made you in marketing in school. So they're trying
- 46:05Speaker 1: to get me to take care of the children and
- 46:08Speaker 1: their vacation that's coming up. We put together some things,
- 46:10Speaker 1: a great fundraiser, and you know, the choir members have
- 46:13Speaker 1: been very receptive. You're the last one for me to call,
- 46:16Speaker 1: and I wanted to make sure you are on board
- 46:18Speaker 1: with us. Okay, yeah, I just never heard about this.
- 46:21Speaker 1: So right right now, are you able to bring your
- 46:24Speaker 1: choir robe on on Saturday. Uh, yeah, we sing were
- 46:28Speaker 1: singing a song? What song? Did you need us to
- 46:31Speaker 1: um to sing? Did you tell the paths about this? No? No, no,
- 46:34Speaker 1: you guys are not actually going to be singing a song. Uh.
- 46:38Speaker 1: What it is is that we're having a uh and
- 46:41Speaker 1: I'm glad. I'm so glad that you're you're you're, you're
- 46:43Speaker 1: ready to participate in what we're doing. So I want
- 46:45Speaker 1: to first of all, say thank you first and foremost,
- 46:48Speaker 1: I want to say thank you. Okay, all right, so
- 46:50Speaker 1: what all right? And as I'm sorry, I can bring
- 46:56Speaker 1: my robe by just the road. So what's gonna happen
- 46:59Speaker 1: is you guys aren't say a saul, but we're having
- 47:01Speaker 1: a wet robe uh contest. So what now? A wet
- 47:07Speaker 1: robe contest? You're talking about like a wet T shirt
- 47:11Speaker 1: contest type of thing. Well, it's not a T shirt,
- 47:14Speaker 1: it's a robe. So you don't have a T shirt on.
- 47:17Speaker 1: What what we need you to do with? No? No, no, no, no, no, no,
- 47:20Speaker 1: not in the church. You're talking about the whole the
- 47:24Speaker 1: Uh A wet robe contest. You said a wet robe contest.
- 47:30Speaker 1: I heard a wet T shirt contest. That's not that's
- 47:33Speaker 1: not the same thing though, right, well, no, it's a
- 47:36Speaker 1: little bit different. What it is. You don't have a
- 47:38Speaker 1: T shirt on. You actually have your your your choir
- 47:41Speaker 1: robe on, and you don't have anything underneath it. You
- 47:45Speaker 1: don't wear any clothes undeath. And what we do is
- 47:48Speaker 1: all of ladies listen to me. We're gonna let wet
- 47:51Speaker 1: all of the ladies down, and the sexiest one that's
- 47:56Speaker 1: wet with their rolling at all is gonna win five
- 47:59Speaker 1: hundred dollars and half for the money is gonna go
- 48:02Speaker 1: to the children's vacation. Hello, you're talking about a wet
- 48:06Speaker 1: T shirt contest in the church. No, I'm talking about
- 48:10Speaker 1: a wet road contest at the church. Oh No, I'm
- 48:12Speaker 1: not there getting there and and and be naked under
- 48:16Speaker 1: it's gonna be it's gonna be out. It's gonna be
- 48:18Speaker 1: out road. We need you to be completely naked under
- 48:21Speaker 1: your road. And I'm gonna win everybody down with the
- 48:24Speaker 1: water holes and the finest one is going to be
- 48:28Speaker 1: able to uh to win five hundred dollars and two
- 48:30Speaker 1: hundred and fifty of that half of that money is
- 48:33Speaker 1: gonna go to the children's they came, hold on, hold on,
- 48:35Speaker 1: what do you say your name was? Again? My name?
- 48:38Speaker 1: My name is Brian. Right. How long you've been a
- 48:40Speaker 1: member of this church? Because I don't ever remember me? Okay,
- 48:44Speaker 1: I've been a member for about three weeks now, Like
- 48:47Speaker 1: I said, since I was a majored in marketing. They
- 48:50Speaker 1: actually threw me into no way after three weeks that
- 48:53Speaker 1: they gonna put you in charge of something. I don't
- 48:55Speaker 1: understand why. Other problem with you trying to pitch you
- 49:00Speaker 1: are let's trying to create that and you don't want
- 49:06Speaker 1: to help me. Kid. I want to help the kids,
- 49:08Speaker 1: but I'm not gonna get up there in no choir road.
- 49:11Speaker 1: I'm doing my best right now not to cuss you
- 49:13Speaker 1: out because I'm a woman's gude. So you're too good
- 49:16Speaker 1: to be naked under your role? Is that what you're saying?
- 49:18Speaker 1: You're too brid Look, I don't have to explain myself,
- 49:22Speaker 1: but I'm not gonna be naked up to no church. Okay,
- 49:24Speaker 1: So so you can't do the naked road car card.
- 49:28Speaker 1: You can't do that for the kids. I know you're
- 49:30Speaker 1: not about to tell me what I can and cannot
- 49:32Speaker 1: do for no kids. Now, I don't know who gave
- 49:34Speaker 1: me my number. But I think you need to figure
- 49:36Speaker 1: out who else to call for this, because I'm not
- 49:37Speaker 1: gonna be a part of this. We called all the
- 49:39Speaker 1: other choir members and they don't have a problem with it.
- 49:42Speaker 1: You ain't if you'll apply all the fire members. What
- 49:45Speaker 1: are they names? What other choire members did you call? That?
- 49:48Speaker 1: What we called? We called sister sister Bridget in the
- 49:52Speaker 1: choir to the Bridget and I have a problem with it.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Ain't no sister Bridget in the choir. Okay, how about
- 49:59Speaker 1: Sister Rachel. Sister Rachel in the choir was fine with it.
- 50:02Speaker 1: Ain't no sister Rachel. Sister Rachel wouldn't be getting naked. Okay, okay, okay,
- 50:07Speaker 1: let me ask you to something. Let you know I know,
- 50:12Speaker 1: but I think do you know sister Devita in the choir? Hello? Yes?
- 50:19Speaker 1: Do you know Sister Divita in the choir? Yes? I
- 50:22Speaker 1: know Sister Divita. Okay. So, so if Sister Divita said that,
- 50:28Speaker 1: Sister Bridge and the Sister Rachel didn't have a problem
- 50:31Speaker 1: doing it, why do you have a problem doing it.
- 50:34Speaker 1: I'm not about to be naked in a church, but
- 50:37Speaker 1: ken't You're not getting naked in the church. You're gonna
- 50:40Speaker 1: be in the back part of the church and we're
- 50:42Speaker 1: gonna spray you down with a water holes on your robe.
- 50:45Speaker 1: That's what We're not gonna be up there. This is
- 50:47Speaker 1: disgusting what Tommy said you would do it. Tommy said
- 50:50Speaker 1: you didn't have no problem doing it. Who the hell
- 50:53Speaker 1: it's Tommy. We don't even have a Tommy at the church.
- 50:55Speaker 1: You keep making up all these maids. Tommy is nephew
- 50:59Speaker 1: tom from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. That's who Timmy.
- 51:02Speaker 1: You Hello, Yes, this is nephew Timmy. How are you sure?
- 51:08Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's not real. This is not It's
- 51:12Speaker 1: not real baby, that nobody was calling you about doing
- 51:15Speaker 1: a wet rope because this morning you are you. I
- 51:19Speaker 1: was gonna go out on you. You were already going
- 51:21Speaker 1: off on me. The Vida got me the prank phone
- 51:25Speaker 1: call you. Oh my god, I'm gonna get I was
- 51:31Speaker 1: told of my time. What you're saying you was about
- 51:33Speaker 1: to come. I was about to cut you out right out.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Maybe I gotta ask you. You gotta tell me what's
- 51:38Speaker 1: the baddest and I mean the baddest radio show in
- 51:41Speaker 1: the late Steve Harvey Morning Show I just want to
- 51:47Speaker 1: know that I deliver stupid the way you wanted it
- 51:50Speaker 1: delivered this morning. Did I do it? Yes? All mine? Tail,
- 51:57Speaker 1: Did you get the stupid that you deserve? Did you
- 52:00Speaker 1: get it? Yeah? You got a PhD in this, Tommy? Yes? Alright?
- 52:05Speaker 1: What was her name? Right now, we're gonna have prank
- 52:07Speaker 1: tithing time with our minds clear. Prank tithing time. This
- 52:11Speaker 1: is where you we passed the collection plate and you
- 52:14Speaker 1: tipped me according to how much you enjoyed the prank.
- 52:19Speaker 1: All right, okay, this is called what time tipping? Its
- 52:26Speaker 1: tie tipping is what this is. This is where you
- 52:28Speaker 1: give to the prank in ministry. You give to the
- 52:32Speaker 1: prank ministry. And this is not what we do. It's
- 52:34Speaker 1: our job to keep you laughing and keep ignorance. Uh,
- 52:39Speaker 1: in the midst of the drama, would you say the
- 52:42Speaker 1: title of the prank again? Quit pros. That's why you're
- 52:47Speaker 1: not money right there, and that's why you're not getting tip.

- 54:08Speaker 1: Here it is Strawberry Letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject between
- 54:12Speaker 1: the Bed and the Wall. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a
- 54:16Speaker 1: life coach and motivational speaker. So I travel a lot
- 54:19Speaker 1: and my husband keeps our two year old twins. I
- 54:22Speaker 1: was gone for a conference last week and I was
- 54:25Speaker 1: unable to speak with my husband while I was gone.
- 54:27Speaker 1: He said one of the twins through his cell phone
- 54:30Speaker 1: in the pool, and he didn't have a babysitter to
- 54:34Speaker 1: keep the boys while he spent the day in the
- 54:36Speaker 1: apple store. I had no reason to doubt him until
- 54:40Speaker 1: I spoke with his mother, and she told me that
- 54:42Speaker 1: she'd bring them over the twins pajamas and other clothes
- 54:45Speaker 1: after she'd washed them. That's when I found out that
- 54:48Speaker 1: my twins stayed with her the entire weekend I was gone.
- 54:53Speaker 1: I didn't let on that I was unaware my boys
- 54:55Speaker 1: had been there, and I asked a few questions. She
- 54:59Speaker 1: is such a sweet person that she had no idea
- 55:02Speaker 1: she was getting my husband in trouble. She said he
- 55:06Speaker 1: picked up the boys on Monday morning in time for school,
- 55:09Speaker 1: but he did not call her over the weekend to
- 55:11Speaker 1: check on them. I asked which number he called from,
- 55:15Speaker 1: and she said he used his cell phone. He was
- 55:19Speaker 1: about to get busted. I looked for anything around my
- 55:22Speaker 1: house that was out of place, and something told me
- 55:24Speaker 1: to go into the guest room. It's a small room,
- 55:28Speaker 1: so the bed is pushed up against the wall. The
- 55:30Speaker 1: covers were rumpled, and no one ever goes in this room.
- 55:34Speaker 1: So I went in to investigate. I went to investigate.
- 55:37Speaker 1: I saw a pair of sandals, size seven, I wear
- 55:40Speaker 1: size nine. I also found a Kroger bag with eyelashes,
- 55:44Speaker 1: two loose condoms, and perfume. I'm no fool, and I
- 55:49Speaker 1: knew a woman had been in my house. But why
- 55:51Speaker 1: is he such a lousy cheater? Why didn't he throw
- 55:55Speaker 1: her shoes away and hide the condoms? Did he want
- 55:58Speaker 1: to get caught? I helped people level up in life,
- 56:01Speaker 1: but I have no clue how to handle infidelity. Should
- 56:04Speaker 1: I confront him or leave his stupid behind? I think
- 56:08Speaker 1: you know you already know the answer to this. I
- 56:10Speaker 1: think you do. I think you I don't know why
- 56:13Speaker 1: you wrote us, but we're gonna try and help you
- 56:17Speaker 1: if we can. You know you say you help people
- 56:19Speaker 1: level up in life, Well, it's probably gonna be something
- 56:23Speaker 1: similar that you tell the people that you're gonna have
- 56:26Speaker 1: to tell your husband And I'm sorry, but your husband
- 56:28Speaker 1: did something really, really stupid here. If you're gonna cheat,
- 56:32Speaker 1: at least try not to get caught. You ask the question,
- 56:35Speaker 1: why is he such a lousy cheater? I think you're
- 56:40Speaker 1: you should confront him, but he's only gonna lie. You
- 56:43Speaker 1: already know that he's already been lying to you since
- 56:46Speaker 1: you were away. I don't think he wanted to get
- 56:48Speaker 1: caught necessarily, But whatever he did, everything he did says
- 56:53Speaker 1: the exact opposite. Okay, condom, shoes, lashes, perfume, the cell
- 56:59Speaker 1: phone lie. I mean, it's just way too much. He
- 57:02Speaker 1: lied about keeping the kids, his mom had them all along.
- 57:05Speaker 1: He didn't see them until Monday morning when he picked
- 57:08Speaker 1: them up to go to school. Why because he was
- 57:10Speaker 1: with this woman in your guest room. He can't possibly
- 57:15Speaker 1: think that you're that stupid. He can't. So yes, most
- 57:19Speaker 1: definitely confront him about this. Ask him about this. You
- 57:22Speaker 1: have the evidence, so even when he lies about what
- 57:24Speaker 1: he did, he's busted. The rest is up to you
- 57:27Speaker 1: whether you stay or leave him. And knowing what you
- 57:32Speaker 1: know about his cheating and his lying, I don't see
- 57:35Speaker 1: how you can stay. I don't see how you can
- 57:38Speaker 1: do it. You don't seem that bothered to me about it, though.
- 57:41Speaker 1: All you say is should I confront him or leave
- 57:43Speaker 1: his stupid behind. Those are your choices, and this is
- 57:46Speaker 1: your husband. You pick the one. I think you should leave,
- 57:49Speaker 1: but you know it's your life. You do what you
- 57:52Speaker 1: want to do. He didn't give you much choice though, nephew.
- 57:57Speaker 1: I think we're looking at this wrong. Sure, yeah, right,
- 58:03Speaker 1: I think we're looking at it really wrong. You are
- 58:05Speaker 1: a motivational coach. You should motivate your man to be
- 58:13Speaker 1: a better cheatah than what he is. I think we're
- 58:16Speaker 1: looking at this wrong. You should motivate him to be
- 58:20Speaker 1: a better cheatah. So now here's what bothered me about
- 58:22Speaker 1: the way he's cheated too loose? Come right there? Now
- 58:29Speaker 1: they come in threes. Why didn't he use all them? Anyway?
- 58:33Speaker 1: He went in there one and done. You're supposed to
- 58:35Speaker 1: go in there if you're gonna be player player going
- 58:38Speaker 1: in do all three? See that way, Now we've we've
- 58:40Speaker 1: flushed them all that's gone. There's no more evidence right there.
- 58:44Speaker 1: You've got to motivate this man to be a better
- 58:47Speaker 1: cheatah than what he is. And that's what that's what's
- 58:49Speaker 1: bothering me is you don't see the challenge that you
- 58:52Speaker 1: have right now. That's a challenge that you should be
- 58:54Speaker 1: really pushing for you want to make this guy a
- 58:57Speaker 1: better cheatah, so you don't find out what's going on? Now?
- 59:00Speaker 1: What now? What you really need to be doing. It's
- 59:02Speaker 1: trying to find out who west side self? Because somebody
- 59:04Speaker 1: you know, west side self, if somebody flip flops hang
- 59:08Speaker 1: around in this house. We got to figure out who
- 59:10Speaker 1: that is. And I think you can find out who
- 59:13Speaker 1: this person is if you really want to know. Oh
- 59:14Speaker 1: do you just want to make your man a better cheetah? Okay? Now,
- 59:18Speaker 1: his mama she all in it. She don't know she
- 59:22Speaker 1: in it. You know she didn't screwed up everything. He
- 59:25Speaker 1: didn't throw the twin, one of the twins in it,
- 59:28Speaker 1: and it's just a lot. You didn't put it all
- 59:30Speaker 1: on the babies. We've got to make him a better cheatah, baby,
- 59:33Speaker 1: If we made him a better cheatah, how much better
- 59:35Speaker 1: would you alls lives be? Right now? It would be
- 59:37Speaker 1: a lot more functionable if he knew how to cheat,
- 59:40Speaker 1: because you wouldn't even me. You wouldn't even be going
- 59:42Speaker 1: through this, You wouldn't be talking to us because he
- 59:43Speaker 1: would be doing it the right way, and he's in
- 59:46Speaker 1: other way. It's a right way to do the wrong thing.
- 59:49Speaker 1: It really is all right enough already, k you well.
- 59:54Speaker 1: At part two of our answers to the Strawberry letter
- 59:58Speaker 1: for today, the subject is between the bed and the wall.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: That's all coming up. At twenty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: right after this, you're listening, she was Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: All right, we're gonna recap today's strawberry letter. Here we
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: are while the subject is between the bed and the wall.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: A woman wrote in Who's a Life Coach motivational Speaker
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: she travels a lot. Her husband usually keeps her two
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: year old twins when she travels. She was gone for
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: a conference for it last week. She was unable to
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: speak to her husband because he said one of the
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: twins through his cell phone in the pool, and he
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: didn't have a babysitter to keep the boys while he
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: spent the day at the Apple store. Sounds like that
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: was all a lie, because his mother was keeping the
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: twins for the entire weekend. The twins did not throw
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: his phone in the pool. He had his phone with
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: him because his mother. He called his mother and his
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: mother said so. The way the wife found out when
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: she got back was the mother told her that the
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: husband didn't call her, and that he only picked the
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: kids up Monday morning when it was time to go
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: to school, So these were all lies. The wife came in,
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: looked in the guest room, found a bag, a bag
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: with the lashes in it, too loose condoms, and she
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: found a shoe that was a size seven she wears
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: a size nine. Perfume was also in the bag. She
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: knew a woman had been in her house. The question
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: she asked was why is her husband such a lousy cheater?
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: And why didn't he just throw the shoes and the
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: condoms away? And why didn't he make up a bit?
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: Because he's a stupid cheater. He did something really, really stupid,
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: So she wants to know should she leave his stupid
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: behind or confront him. I think you should do all
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: of the above. You should confront him and leave his
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: stupid behind. Tommy said, you're a motivational speaker, so you
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: should motivate him to cheat better. And now, Junior, it
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: is your turn. What do you say to bed and
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: the wall? Well, tom, I like your are two tim
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: That's that's one way to look at it. I'm just
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: I'm going with the sensible thought that I had. What
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: you're asking us for Shorty said it best? Why are
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: you asked up? You're the one, the life coach and
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: the motivation to speaker. How come you asking us? I'm
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: just a comedian. I don't have the skill set. You
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: need to resign from your titles. What you need? You
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: don't need to be a life coach or a motivational
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: speaker no more because y'all here given advice and you
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: can't solve y'all dare problem. Why am I listening to
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: youth foe? Okay, I'm trying to get I'm trying to
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: get a promotion on the job. You don't even know
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: who who, the lashes and the comments belong to you?
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: You have the trouble with that? Why did you asking us?
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: We have nothing to do with this. I know one thing.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: Just think about this was y'all role playing maybe two
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: years ago when y'all made these twins, it could have
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: been yours. You know, you could have been role playing,
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: could have been your shoes. And then last you've just forgot.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: But we don't know what to tell you. I don't
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: I don't know you. You're asking two foods me and
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: times you ask what we think you need? Some people
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: like Joe Losting. You need TV. James, you need to
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: be talking to some people like that who got way
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: more experienced in this. Because this is not what we do.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: I don't care if you don't know who it was
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: the bad No, wal we didn't even talk about that,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: no more. We don't even know what the title mean.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: You're you're not You're not good at life coaching, all
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: motivational speaking. I motivate you to stop writing us. I
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: can motivate you to do that. That's what you should
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: do because we don't know her fault though, don't make
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: it look like it's her fault. It's she didn't say.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: It's all I'm saying, is what do we care? I
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: don't know what to tell you. You're a life coach.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: Motivate me in the believe in it. That's what you need.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: We need better, We need better, cheat us, we need better. Yeah,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: because no, no, no, no, that's not it. I don't
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: How about not cheating when your wife's a way, working
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: hard and at a conference. How about not lying to
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: your wife about you keeping the twins and being at
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: the Apple store a weekend, or about your twins showing
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: your phone in the pool. She's not the first woman
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: than men have last. This is now. I knew it's
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: something she should notice. How come I in a life coach.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: I know that she the first one coach for cover
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: your tracks, Like, go go to the Apple store and
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: call her from the Apple store, cover your tracks. You
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Didn't say I gotta leave my phone.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: They're gonna be working with my phone over there. You
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: just you've got to be better at what you're doing.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: It's it's a won to the husband now he needs
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: to be That's who I don't have nothing for her.
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: I have took for him. I don't you're cheating him
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: how to lie better and cheat better, because because he's
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: terrible at it. You know who wrote the letter, the wife.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: They know the wife wrote it. Yeah, we got to
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: help do with these loose condoms called this is a problem.
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: Leave him. He's not only is he a cheater, he's
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: a horrible cheater. I do agree with you, he is
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: a horrible Yeah, women are much better at cheating than guys.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: This is just dumb on his part. Why are asking us?
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Why she asking us she stay or leave? YEA, she
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: has to leave this dude. She has to. She has
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: to leave this guy. You can't motivate herself. She need
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: on the couch talk. But she says she helps people
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: level up in life. That's in there. But she has
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: no clue how to handle infidelity. You don't have to
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: handle infidelity. Leave him all right, right? You have no
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: clue on how to handle infidelity. He has no clue
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: on how to do it. We don't know if that's
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: the right answer, sir, Because you're not a life coach
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: or a motivational speaker. How do you know that's right.
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: You don't know if that's right. We don't know this.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: If we made him a better cheater, wouldn't wouldn't this
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: be better people as a better cheater? You don't really
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: don't there. Okay, okay, what y'all want? Y'all want me
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: to be Friday night? Okay, he's not ready to love.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: I'll just say yeah. As it listen, hit us up

- 1:06:29Speaker 1: let's start right there in Man, I don't know what
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: happened to Anybody's seen Chris Paul, Devin Booker, had anybody
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: located to Phoenix. Man, boy, that everybody didn't know. I
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: just didn't understand it, man, one twenty three to ninety
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: Luca Donnage just went off. And just know Chris Paul. No,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: I'm mad because I actually went up with some friends
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: to watch this game. I left the house to see
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: this disappointment. It was. It was like CP three. I
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: don't even know if he's coming back next season. Man,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: But just the fact that there was a game seven
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: and nobody on Phoenix showed up. It was just I
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: couldn't believe that many miss shots. Well, I could have
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: been playing. I just could have went out there and
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: missed shots. If that's what we could give it to me,
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: I won't even hit the rim. Buttell so that they're
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: moving on. Man, it's gonna be going out and Dallas
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals. Nwalls move on to
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: Boston and Milwaukee. And what a show up they did, man,
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Boston one o nine to eight at one. Yeah, I
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: mean it was like everybody stopped watching the game at halftime.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Everybody just stopped watching. We just sat. Yeah, both games,
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: you just you just out now. So we are just
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: smoking sickalls down. This is all we really doing. We
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: were not deal nothing basketball related. Didn't nobody care if
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: they made it shot one one on nine to eight
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: in one. Y'all has had no help. Man. You can
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: tell that he really needed Chris Middleton to be there
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: to help take something that load off his back. Man,
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: because that that brother band just eight points in the
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: second half. What up teeth? So nine's Boston against Atlanta? No, no,
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: no tomost Atlanta. No, it's in Miami in the East.
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: That's Atlanta. Want to be there? So who you got, man?
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: This series here is gonna be tough, man. I mean,
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: I I don't know that. I really can't tell. Man.
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: I'm just gonna have to go with with the way
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: Miami playing. I like Miami, man in this in this
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: matchup against against uh Boston and then in the West. Man,
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: I'm I'm gonna seem the hard and glow tricks gonna do.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: That's the gold State Wars. We're gonna see what they're
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: gonna do. They just sit. Yeah, I called the hard
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: blow trick and they throwing up shot shots from half court.
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: So we just gonna see. It was a half bad.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: So I'm gonna go with Golden State. What you think
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: to Dallas? Dallas keep showing up, man, Yeah, Man, that
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: Luca man, he just that's a bad boy. Man. Well,
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: you gotta get to him. So we're gonna see what happens. Man,
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: we get We're right here at this point, Eastern Conference,
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Western Conference. We're gonna find out what happens. You're listening
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: to Save Harvey Morning Show. All right, what do you say?
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: Here we go again. Ten people were killed and what
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: officials are describing as a racially motivated mass shooting by
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: a gunman wearing military style gear at a Buffalo, New
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: York supermarket Saturday afternoon. The Buffalo Police Department stated that
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: the shooter, who was eighteen years old eighteen years old,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: his name is Peyton Gendren, drove over two hundred miles
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: to Buffalo, New York to inflict harm. The supermarket is
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: in a mostly black neighborhood of the city, and eleven
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: of the victims were black and two were white. Gendren
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: was taken into custody Saturday. Reports say he posted a
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: manifesto declaring himself a white supremacist, and he was live
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: streaming the entire ordeal, which was seen on Twitch. First
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: in video showing him driving up to the supermarket, you
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: hear him say you just gotta go for it, and
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: he pulls right in front of the store's entrance, puts
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: his car in park, and hops out of the car
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: and just start shooting. He's shooting. This was your evil.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: It was straight up racially motivated hate crime, said Erie
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: County Sheriff John Garcia. This is awful. This is a
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: people that lost a love one in this. Absolutely, this
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: is unbelievable. He planned this, planned to do this pre
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: meditated three hours, with this hate and evil in his heart,
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: to go to that grocery store and specifically pick this
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: area to kill black people while they're at the grocery store.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: They just firing groceries on the Saturday, and you pull
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: up and kill them. You domestic terrorists, you know what? Yeah,
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: it's just they called him that, yet a domestic terrorist
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: because I'm calling him that hesitant to say that. Yeah,
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: why why he didn't die? At the end of this,
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: why didn't he die? Let me just say, um, why
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: he didn't die? Oh? I think it's because he's white,
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: because he's a white supremacists. That saves you, apparently, because
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: you know if he was black, he would be dead.
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: You know this eighteen years old. And then he gets
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: out of the car saying, sometimes you just have to
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: go for it. He pulls up to the store and
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: gets out shooting. Was this was this an assault rifle? Yes,
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: it looked like it. I mean he had gun expert
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: at all. But didn't he have the N word written
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: at the end of the gun too? Yes? Yes, yeah, yes,
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: for it was a hate crime. And he drove over
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: two hundred miles. I feel for these people that are
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: in this store, these people that lost loved ones, the community,
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: the Buffalo, New York community. This is heartbroken, their heart broke.
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: There's two things too that I think about gun reform.
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: We keep talking about it, nobody's going to ever do
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: anything about it. Gun reform and social media. They had
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: to have some type of responsibility there for that long.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: Is it a watch list? Is there a list like
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: he was he following specific racial websites where they can
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: watch these people and alert the authorities. Why are they
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: allowed to buy all of this weapons and tactical gear
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: and all that way. But it's becoming, you know, more lenient.
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: Now it's very lenient. Yeah, anybody go and buy a gun.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: You don't need a permit or anything. And you know,
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: in a lot of these states that's the scary part.
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: And in Texas. In Texas, there's if you if people
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: that buy ammunition in Texas. I had no idea until
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: I saw it. But outside of an academy, which is
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: a sporting good store, they know exactly when the artillery
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: comes in, when the shipment comes in, and the line
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: is wrapped around the building. So if you say just
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: Thursday morning, that's when it comes in, I'll promise you
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: it's one hundred people in line every Thursday, and they
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: stacking up and stacking up and stacking up. It's it's
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: it's crazy. They all stacked with a lot of weapons. Man. Now,
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: why isn't that regulator? What do you buying all this?
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: What do you need? All right? Um, we're gonna buffalo strong, y'all.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: Gonna make it through this. We're praying foot Baffalore, New York. Yeah,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: all right, coming up at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to show, all right, So Karen,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: that's her karma. Finally, when trying to be mean goes wrong,
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: check this out, guys. A woman in the drive through
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: a Chick fil A in North Carolina got so upset
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: over her order being wrong that she got out of
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: her car to yell at one of the Chick fil
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: A employees. The only problem was she left her car
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: in drive and the car rolled away, jumped a curve,
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: and ended up halfway down a hill. Luckily no one
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: was hurt, thank god. But thankfully it was all captured
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: on TikTok where it's got millions abuse and laughs. So
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: you're getting out of your car to be mean, there's
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: something wrong with her, because I have not met a
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: bad person at Chick fil A. Those are the most
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: nicest people in the world. Yeah. Pleasure, My pleasure is
- 1:14:49Speaker 1: say that's what they say to you, yeah, whether or not. Yeah,
- 1:14:54Speaker 1: they sound like they mean it, and and that's good
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: enough for me. To stop talking when people they have
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: cop of by God clothes. I'm saying, to stop messing
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: around over there. That's your car down in the streets.
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: See that's God. Try to tell yourself right there. But
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: I figure is out. I shut up at chick filate? God,
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: What what you're mad about? Some Polynesian say? That's what that?
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: Trust me? You won't bed in your life? That spicy nan.
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: What all I'm saying ain't about Christ? Settle down? Yeah,
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: all right, we'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: Show coming up at thirty three minutes after we'll play around.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: I would you rather right after this? You're listening to
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: Steve Morning Show? All right, guys, it is time for
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: would you rather? Let's get to it. Would you rather
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: now listen to this? Guys? Would you rather have a
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: head the size of a tennis ball? Or would you
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: rather have the head the size of a watermelon? Those
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: are your only two choices. That's it. Yes, I might
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: have watermelon. I might have to go with that watermelon.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: That that's just it ain't enough thinking inside that tennis bar.
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: That's just too tiny. Yeah. I need a bigger I
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: need my brain gotta be bigger. I'm going with the watermelon.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Is it a sweet watermelon? That? Do I need to
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: thump it? Don't need to thump it in? It's right, seedless?
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: I like seeds. Yeah, which one? Julian sent us a watermelon? Watermelon?
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: I've already been called that already. I'm already for me
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: with mme. Yeah, I've already been that. That's true. I'm
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: going with that. It didn't already mark me. I'm good,
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: all right? Would you rather have a date with Whitley
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: Gilbert or Thelma Evans? Oh? And why white? Film over
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: with you? Was a lamp and I was light? Could
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: we get together and winkle tonight? Where was that from? School? Brands? J? J? Popo? Forgotten?
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: But light? It was standing divided the ball? We tied
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: the panic three times a small Yeah, I'm sorry, I
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: did not miss a episode? Okay, not one? All right?
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: Would you rather have amazing conversations or amazing sex? Even
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: put the first. We don't want to talk amazing sex.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: We ain't got to say two words, no we can
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: I can the depth that no sale word? Alright, I
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: think talking's overrated. Let's get to it, all right. Would
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: you rather have no sexual appendage or five sexual appendages.
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: I'm gonna have fivet easy five. Yes, I want all
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: of my appendages. All right? Would you rather party in
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: Vegas or party in New Orleans? Ain't all baby New
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: Orleans because it's way more flavor in New Orleans. The
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: food is all the time. Okay, all right, that's today's
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: round of would you rather? Thank you guys, coming up next.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: It is the last break of the day and we'll
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: close out the show right after this. You're listening show,
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: all right, guys, here we are our last break of
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: the day. It's been a good monday. Yes, wow, yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: absolutely good monday. Yes, thanks everybody as usual for listening.
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: We appreciate the love and sending our support and prayers
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: out to the city of Buffalo. Buffalo strong. We care
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: for you. And H just just horrific, just sad, horrific situation.
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: But yeah, we need gun reform and we need social
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: media reform. We need it's a lot we need. We
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: gotta get out and out, y'all. We gotta make some change.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: We gotta do that. We have to do that. Yep.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: All right, Well, thank you guys, um, and you know what,
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: Steve will be back tomorrow and H and lou of that.
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: We're gonna leave you with the classic Steve Harvey closing remark,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: where is Steve's rich? I said, anyway, don't about him.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: He's on the way back. He'll be here tomorrow. Thank
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: you bye. In closing today, I would like to share
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: something with you into a friend of mine online in
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: a motivational speech he was giving Denzel Washington, and I
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: was listening to him and it prompted me to thinking,
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: and I was had just watched a short clip of
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: I was telling people that you've got to understand that
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: when you're in the process of succeeding, in the process
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: of going through the changes of life and the flows
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: of life, not to get too frustrated because God is
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: processing you. He's preparing you for everything you ask for,
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: and in getting the things you want in life, the
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: things you ask for, you're going to have to pass
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: a lot of tests because after you get to what
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: you ask God for, you're going to be faced with
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: challenges to maintain it, to continue to hold on to it,
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: and to go even further. So what is this thing
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: called life? Causes you to get experienced? So when you're
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: facing challenges and setbacks and hardships. You have to understand something, y'all,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: that you have to go through these things so you
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: become experienced. You can forget wanting it to go smoothly,
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: because that's not the experience of life. Experienced people of
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: value are experience of value because they know how to
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: survive hardships. Anybody can go through the good times, anybody.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: Anybody who you know can't handle fun, who you know
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: can't handle sunshine, Nah, man, you got to survive some
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: storms before you are of value to anybody. Because don't
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: nobody come to you, man, I'm just having too much fun.
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: My life is on too smooth. What should I do?
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: Nobody ever came to you with that. People come to
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: you with problems. People come to you with situations. People
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: come to you man hurting. Ain't nobody coming to you
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: man because it's going all right and just want to
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: know what you they do next? That is't how this work.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: So in order to become a valuable person to anybody,
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: you're going to have to be able to advise them,
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: to give them suggestion, give them the techniques, teach them
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: how to get through it. Talk to them about what
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: you did. That's the only way. So now forget about
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: this perfect existence because that doesn't exist. Stop trying to
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: play it safe, because you're never going to be that
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: if you if you don't fail, that simply means you're
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: not even trying. And if you hear anybody talking to
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: you about, man, I've done this and I've done that,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: they make it all look like it's gravy and it's smooth,
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: they're lying. They are lying. I didn't go through none
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: of that. You know. I just hung in there, man,
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: and it all worked out for me. That's a lie.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: That's a lie. If they're telling you that story, you
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: need to take real close look at who they are,
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: because they are not who they say they all and
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: they do not have what they claim to have. I
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: promise you that, because if you have anything, you have
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: failed to get it, because failures are proud of the process.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: Assist In Denzel, he said his wife, Paul Letter told
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: him something very valuable. He said that she said, to
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: get something you never had, you're gonna have to do
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: something you've never done. I can't tell you how true
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: that is. To get something you never had, you're gonna
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: have to do something you've never done, period. Period. It
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: just leads me to what I understand. Whatever you want
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: in life, you got to go through something to get it.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: You can write this down. Whatever you want in life,
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: you're gonna have to go through something to get it.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: It's not just right there. Whatever you really want, it's
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: not just right there. It's not in front of you
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: on the table in a box with some paper on
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: it and a ribbon. That's what you want. You think
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: it's gonna come in a prepackaged box like it's sitting
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: under the tree waiting on you. That's what you think.
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? That's not how it works. Man.
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: The things that you want in life, you're gonna have
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: to go through something to get it. God does not
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: put things of value in a box with a ribbon
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: on it and set it under the tree all year long.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: That's Christmas, homie. The rest of the years work. Those
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: are my clothes remarks. To get something you never had,
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: you're gonna have to do something you never did. Thank you,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: Paul Letter. Y'all have a great day. Hey, listen, talk
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: to God. He'd love to hear from me for all.
