Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Kruz ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you as well, and we have two really big stories.
- 0:09Speaker 2: One of them is huge and you may have seen
- 0:12Speaker 2: the headline. It deals with two hundred and fifty thousand
- 0:15Speaker 2: dollars a wire that originated in Beijing with a beneficiary
- 0:21Speaker 2: address listed as Joe Biden's home. Now, we're gonna deal
- 0:27Speaker 2: with this because obviously that is a bombshell report that
- 0:30Speaker 2: has come out. There's also something else that's not being
- 0:34Speaker 2: covered in the news, and that's why we're gonna lead
- 0:36Speaker 2: with it. And it is about an Iranian influence operation
- 0:41Speaker 2: specifically on the Biden administration. The same Iranians that just
- 0:46Speaker 2: got six billion dollars freed up that they can quote
- 0:50Speaker 2: as they said, we'll do whatever the hell we want
- 0:52Speaker 2: with it. Senator, let's talk about this Iranian infiltration of
- 0:56Speaker 2: the Biden administration and what this means and explain it
- 1:00Speaker 2: all for everyone listening.
- 1:02Speaker 3: Well, listen today. I think this podcast is a very
- 1:05Speaker 3: important podcast and to underscore why think about the fact
- 1:10Speaker 3: that we now know that a quarter million dollars was
- 1:14Speaker 3: sent from the Chinese Communist to President Joe Biden's home
- 1:19Speaker 3: and that's the number two story on this podcast that
- 1:23Speaker 3: should make you pause. Now, why is it the number
- 1:25Speaker 3: two story in this podcast, Because the number one story
- 1:29Speaker 3: in this podcast is one of the most shocking stories
- 1:32Speaker 3: I've seen ever. And it's a story that I'm going
- 1:35Speaker 3: to tell you right now. The corporate media is not covering.
- 1:38Speaker 3: You didn't watch it on CNN, you didn't watch it
- 1:40Speaker 3: on MSNBC, you didn't watch it on ABCNBC or CBS.
- 1:45Speaker 3: It is a story that broke today that three senior
- 1:49Speaker 3: officials in the Biden administration were operatives for the Iranian government.
- 1:57Speaker 3: I mean, this is stunning, and I want to walk
- 1:59Speaker 3: through it because it's a very detailed expose about how
- 2:03Speaker 3: senior officials in Joe Biden's Democrat administration were operatives. They
- 2:09Speaker 3: were working for the Iranian government, they were in close
- 2:12Speaker 3: coordination with the Ayatola, they were working on behalf of Iran,
- 2:17Speaker 3: and they were setting US policy. And mind you, these
- 2:21Speaker 3: are individuals who have security clearances, who were working on
- 2:24Speaker 3: behalf of an Ayatola who chants death to America and
- 2:29Speaker 3: death to Israel. And so I want to walk through
- 2:32Speaker 3: this because again, you will not see this on the news.
- 2:35Speaker 3: The News does not want to cover it, and so
- 2:38Speaker 3: the story broke yesterday that three quote Iran experts who
- 2:44Speaker 3: worked closely for Rob Mallee. Now, who is Rob Maali?
- 2:47Speaker 3: Rob Malley was the Biden administration's quote special envoy to Iran.
- 2:52Speaker 3: Now Rob Malay has been fired. He's been fired because
- 2:55Speaker 3: the security clearance was revoked and he was thrown out
- 2:59Speaker 3: of the Biden administry. We still don't know why, but
- 3:02Speaker 3: it is presumably for a serious violation of law, because
- 3:06Speaker 3: to be too pro Iran for the Biden administration. I
- 3:10Speaker 3: don't even know what that means. Maybe that entails having
- 3:14Speaker 3: the Ayatola tattooed three or more times on your body.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Maybe it entails smuggling heroin and balloons that you ingest
- 3:24Speaker 3: to Iran. I don't know, But all right, enough hyperbole,
- 3:29Speaker 3: let's talk actual substance. So the report that came out
- 3:34Speaker 3: yesterday is an investigation that was based on thousands of
- 3:36Speaker 3: emails between Iranian diplomats and analysts, and it was published
- 3:41Speaker 3: by Semaphore and Rob Mallee, working for the Biden administration,
- 3:50Speaker 3: named three individuals to be senior officials. Number one. In
- 3:54Speaker 3: February twenty twenty one, Rob Malley recruited Arion Taba Tabai,
- 4:02Speaker 3: Sorry if I got the pronunciation wrong. She was a
- 4:05Speaker 3: Middle East fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the
- 4:08Speaker 3: United States the United States, and she came to the
- 4:11Speaker 3: State Department to assist in negotiation for Iran. She served
- 4:15Speaker 3: in that position for fifteen months. Mali also appointed or
- 4:20Speaker 3: tried to appoint Ali Vaez, who was the Iran Project's
- 4:25Speaker 3: director at the Crisis Group. But Vaez had a problem.
- 4:31Speaker 3: According to two different sources, this is in public reports.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Viez could not obtain the necessary security clearance and so
- 4:39Speaker 3: his appointment was canceled. Nevertheless, Rob Malley maintained Vaez as
- 4:45Speaker 3: a confident and according to two different people in this report,
- 4:50Speaker 3: Viez drafted Mallei's tweets, so he's communicating on behalf of
- 4:55Speaker 3: a senior Biden administration official. Now, third one is another
- 5:00Speaker 3: Iran analyst named Dina s Fandiari who was hired by
- 5:07Speaker 3: Mali at the ICG in twenty twenty one. And here's
- 5:13Speaker 3: here's what the project from Iran was. Iran engaged in
- 5:19Speaker 3: a focused influence effort. And I want to read you
- 5:24Speaker 3: one of the leaked emails and this is this is
- 5:27Speaker 3: within the Iranian government.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Quote.
- 5:30Speaker 3: As you already know, based on our previous discussions, a
- 5:33Speaker 3: network of young second generation Iranian exports was initiated and
- 5:38Speaker 3: we're looking forward to holding a meeting in Vienna in
- 5:42Speaker 3: med Farvadian. Actually, this very idea of Iran experts initiatives
- 5:48Speaker 3: was discussed between me and two of the young experts.
- 5:51Speaker 3: We you and me met in the Prague conference i
- 5:54Speaker 3: e Arian Taba Tabe and Dinas s Fan. We three
- 6:01Speaker 3: agreed to be the core group of the IEI for
- 6:05Speaker 3: the first meeting in Vienna. In order to establish this
- 6:08Speaker 3: network in practice, we have decided to invite almost twenty
- 6:11Speaker 3: scholars with established affiliation with the leading internationally well known
- 6:16Speaker 3: think tanks and closes the preliminary list of invitees. Please
- 6:20Speaker 3: let us know if you have any reservation on the
- 6:22Speaker 3: names asap. By the way, as you promise, this initiative
- 6:25Speaker 3: needs your financial as well as political support for the
- 6:29Speaker 3: first meeting. We need to cover the the We need
- 6:32Speaker 3: funds to cover the costs, including some tickets, hotel costs,
- 6:35Speaker 3: et cetera. Look forward to hearing from you Ba Tajdidi
- 6:41Speaker 3: eteram which I will confess my Irania is not good
- 6:45Speaker 3: enough to know what the heck that means, but it
- 6:47Speaker 3: is signed Sahed kleib Zadeh. And these were individuals. It
- 6:56Speaker 3: was a core of young Iranian nationals who were in
- 6:59Speaker 3: the United States who were working for Iran, and three
- 7:04Speaker 3: of them went on to work for the Biden administration
- 7:09Speaker 3: in senior positions. Now you look at the last two
- 7:12Speaker 3: and a half years, Joe Biden has leaned into Iran
- 7:16Speaker 3: in a level that has been insane. Iran is on
- 7:19Speaker 3: the verge of acquiring nuclear weapons. This is a nation
- 7:23Speaker 3: led by a note Iatola who chanced death to America
- 7:25Speaker 3: and death to Israel, and he's about to acquire nuclear weapons.
- 7:30Speaker 3: And this has been cheerleaded and pushed forward by officials
- 7:37Speaker 3: in the Biden administration who were working for Iran, who
- 7:40Speaker 3: were under the direction of Iran, who were literally operatives
- 7:44Speaker 3: for the government of Iran. And this is now documented
- 7:49Speaker 3: in multiple emails where they are emailing Iran saying what
- 7:52Speaker 3: do I say? What do I do? I work for you?
- 7:55Speaker 3: What do you want me to do? And I got
- 7:59Speaker 3: to say, this is a lead.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Oh, by the way, of course it is. O course
- 8:03Speaker 1: it is because it is illegal.
- 8:05Speaker 2: Is what you're saying, So, then how is no one
- 8:07Speaker 2: being arrested for this?
- 8:09Speaker 3: Well, the story just broke yesterday. Uh so we'll see
- 8:14Speaker 3: how it plays out. But the first step is the
- 8:18Speaker 3: media is just trying to bury it. The media doesn't
- 8:21Speaker 3: want people to know about it because listen, I mean,
- 8:24Speaker 3: I mean, is it comforting to anyone to know that
- 8:27Speaker 3: the senior government officials and the Joe Biden administration dealing
- 8:30Speaker 3: with Iran are operatives for the Iranian government? And Iran
- 8:37Speaker 3: is led by a theocratic, homicidal zealot who hates America
- 8:42Speaker 3: and these individuals were working for him. That is, it's stunning.
- 8:50Speaker 3: And what is striking now is is this report has detailed.
- 8:55Speaker 2: I want to make a career when you say that
- 8:57Speaker 2: the media is not covering this. Right now, as we're
- 8:59Speaker 2: recording the Center, I just put in the word I
- 9:01Speaker 2: ran into Google and the top story comes up. It's
- 9:04Speaker 2: from your website, Center Ted Cruz. It says Center Cruz
- 9:07Speaker 2: calls for Halton's secret Iran negotiations after leak emails. Then
- 9:11Speaker 2: the next one is a free Beacon, it says Pentagon
- 9:14Speaker 2: mom on Biden appoint he's alleged membership in Iran, you know,
- 9:17Speaker 2: in this group, and.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Then after that CNN.
- 9:21Speaker 2: So the first big news that has anything with Iran
- 9:23Speaker 2: right now, they're reporting on it says three m agrees
- 9:27Speaker 2: to pay almost ten million to settle an apparent Iranian
- 9:30Speaker 2: sanctions violation. Not a single news story has been written
- 9:35Speaker 2: about what we're breaking right now. When you put in
- 9:39Speaker 2: the word Iran right now, the only thing that's even
- 9:43Speaker 2: close is Al Jazeera says they had this. Why did
- 9:47Speaker 2: Iran's foreign minister want to go to Washington as the
- 9:49Speaker 2: US refuses the Iran's top diplomat request to visit DC.
- 9:53Speaker 1: That's it. No one else is touching this right now.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Well, and it's because the media can't defend this and listen,
- 9:59Speaker 3: this screw out of what was called the echo chamber.
- 10:02Speaker 3: So during the Obama administration, there were a group of journalists,
- 10:08Speaker 3: a group of left wing think tank activists, and a
- 10:12Speaker 3: group of zelots in the White House who created what
- 10:15Speaker 3: they called the Iran echo chamber, where when Barack Obama
- 10:19Speaker 3: was pushing for the Iran nuclear deal, everything he said
- 10:22Speaker 3: would get amplified by the press and the think tank world,
- 10:25Speaker 3: in the NGO world. And it was deliberate and this
- 10:28Speaker 3: grew out of that. But what we now know is
- 10:31Speaker 3: that this was directed by the Iranian government. And all right,
- 10:40Speaker 3: so let me give you an example. Zareff, who was
- 10:44Speaker 3: the Foreign Minister of Iran. On October second, twenty fourteen, Vaez,
- 10:48Speaker 3: one of the three, wrote to Zarif regarding the discontent
- 10:52Speaker 3: he head with an ICG report on Iran. Trying to
- 10:56Speaker 3: clarify the situation, provided explanation. Here's a quote from from
- 11:00Speaker 3: the email.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Quote.
- 11:02Speaker 3: As an Iranian, based on my national and patriotic duty,
- 11:08Speaker 3: I have not hesitated to help you in any way,
- 11:11Speaker 3: from proposing to your excellency and your an excellency are
- 11:15Speaker 3: both capitalized a public campaign against the notion of nuclear
- 11:21Speaker 3: breakout to assisting your team in preparing reports on the
- 11:26Speaker 3: practical needs of Iran. And Vaez explained that the icg's
- 11:31Speaker 3: reports were compiled through a process in a collaborative manner,
- 11:35Speaker 3: which suggested that he didn't have final say in his publication. Likewise,
- 11:41Speaker 3: Adnan tabat Abai wrote to Zarif on May nineteenth, twenty fourteen,
- 11:49Speaker 3: after an II meeting with him in Vienna. Quote, as
- 11:53Speaker 3: you will have noticed, we are all very much willing
- 11:56Speaker 3: to dedicate our capacities and resources to joint working on
- 12:00Speaker 3: the improvement of Iran's foreign relations. Iran is our country,
- 12:06Speaker 3: so we too feel the need and responsibility to contribute
- 12:11Speaker 3: our share. When I say we, I mean the very
- 12:16Speaker 3: group you met now. I want you to stop and think.
- 12:20Speaker 3: These are officials for the Biden administration who say Iran
- 12:26Speaker 3: is our country, so we too feel the need and
- 12:30Speaker 3: responsibility to contribute our share. They are literally working for
- 12:37Speaker 3: a foreign nation who are as our enemy and who
- 12:40Speaker 3: openly advocates death to America. And by the way, their bosses,
- 12:47Speaker 3: the Iranian Ayatola and the Mullahs in Iran, are actively
- 12:52Speaker 3: trying to murder the former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo,
- 12:57Speaker 3: the former US National Security Advisor John Bolt, than the
- 13:00Speaker 3: former Assistant Secretary of State Brian Hook. They're doing that
- 13:03Speaker 3: today as we speak. I forced the Biden State Department
- 13:08Speaker 3: to admit on the record today the State Department is
- 13:12Speaker 3: spending two million dollars a month in security costs to
- 13:19Speaker 3: defend the former US Secretary of State and other former
- 13:22Speaker 3: US senior officials from Iran's efforts to murder them. And
- 13:27Speaker 3: three officials of the Biden administration are working for the
- 13:30Speaker 3: bastards who are trying to murder former senior US officials.
- 13:36Speaker 2: I want to talk to you about our friends that
- 13:37Speaker 2: guests the Precious Medals real quick. If you're like me
- 13:39Speaker 2: and you've wanted to buy gold for years, lots of
- 13:42Speaker 2: commercials out there talk about buying gold, The question is
- 13:45Speaker 2: who can you really trust? Well, I didn't want a
- 13:48Speaker 2: bad investment. I wanted to make sure that I had
- 13:52Speaker 2: someone I could work with, and that is when I found.
- 13:55Speaker 1: A gust of Precious Medals.
- 13:57Speaker 2: If you have an IRA or a four to one
- 13:59Speaker 2: K and you you want to buy physical gold, eliminate

- 14:54Speaker 2: easy on you, and you'll get that integrity checklist right away.
- 14:57Speaker 2: So text the word bend to six ' eight five
- 15:00Speaker 2: I have nine to two or Augusta Precious Metals dot
- 15:03Speaker 2: Com center. This news breaks, and the second question that
- 15:07Speaker 2: I have for you is are these people we know
- 15:10Speaker 2: who they are, Are they still able to access anything
- 15:14Speaker 2: they want within the US government? Have they been arrested,
- 15:17Speaker 2: have they been have their key cards turned off? Their
- 15:20Speaker 2: access to their email the US government turned off? Or
- 15:23Speaker 2: are they still able tonight, tomorrow, the next day, and
- 15:27Speaker 2: definitely until someone decides to stop them. Do they still
- 15:30Speaker 2: have access to all of the intel they have with
- 15:33Speaker 2: its government?
- 15:34Speaker 3: Astonishingly yes. So let's take for example, Ariann Tabatbai. She
- 15:42Speaker 3: is currently the Department of Defenses, current chief of Staff
- 15:48Speaker 3: for Special Operations. She has a security clearance. Today the
- 15:53Speaker 3: Biden White House is not revoked her security clearance yet
- 15:56Speaker 3: this story broke. They haven't done anything. Let me read
- 15:59Speaker 3: you what she emailed Iranian leadership in twenty fourteen, so
- 16:03Speaker 3: nearly a decade ago.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Quote.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Our goal was to show what is said in the West,
- 16:09Speaker 3: that Iran does not need more than one thousand, five
- 16:13Speaker 3: hundred centrifuges is wrong, and that Iran should not be
- 16:18Speaker 3: expected to reduce the number of its centrifuges. That is
- 16:23Speaker 3: right now the current chief of staff for Special Operations
- 16:26Speaker 3: in the Biden Department Department of Defense. It is insane
- 16:30Speaker 3: that she has a security clearance and given this evidence
- 16:35Speaker 3: that you've got three individuals, on the face of it,
- 16:38Speaker 3: it appears to be a violation of federal law that
- 16:40Speaker 3: you cannot be working for a foreign government, much less
- 16:44Speaker 3: an enemy of America while a senior national security official
- 16:49Speaker 3: for the government. And look, the stories that are most
- 16:54Speaker 3: damning are the stories that the corporate media utterly ignores.
- 16:58Speaker 3: It's like when you and I discussed the border and
- 17:01Speaker 3: what's happening at the border. There's a reason the corporate
- 17:05Speaker 3: media doesn't discuss the Biden open borders because you can't
- 17:09Speaker 3: defend it. There is no defense this story. There is
- 17:13Speaker 3: no defense. Senior officials for the Biden Foreign policy and
- 17:17Speaker 3: National security team have been working for the government of Iran, like,
- 17:23Speaker 3: holy crap, there's no response. So their only hope is
- 17:27Speaker 3: ignore it. And and that's why we do this podcast,
- 17:31Speaker 3: is to focus on topics that will not be covered
- 17:36Speaker 3: unless you engage, you speak out. And so this is
- 17:40Speaker 3: an issue that this actually reminds me of when the
- 17:43Speaker 3: Biden administration sent letters to the families of the nine
- 17:47Speaker 3: to eleven victims and said they were not going to
- 17:50Speaker 3: seek the death penalty for Khalid Sheikh Mohammad and other
- 17:54Speaker 3: plotters of September eleventh, and we devoted an entire episode
- 17:59Speaker 3: of this podcast talking about it, and and the listeners
- 18:02Speaker 3: of a Verdict got engaged and spoke out, and within
- 18:05Speaker 3: days the Biden administration reverse course. Here they are hoping
- 18:10Speaker 3: for silence because there is no defense, there is no explanation. Well, yeah,
- 18:15Speaker 3: the chief of staff of a major division at the
- 18:17Speaker 3: Department Offense is working for the Ayatola who hates America,
- 18:21Speaker 3: who is a radical zealot who chanced death to America.
- 18:25Speaker 3: But you know, no, biggie, there's no defense there. And
- 18:28Speaker 3: so they're hoping for silence. And I'm hoping that our
- 18:30Speaker 3: listeners don't allow them to engage in silence.
- 18:33Speaker 2: All right, I have to go back to this question now,
- 18:36Speaker 2: because we just had this, you know, six billion dollars
- 18:41Speaker 2: that went to Iran in this quote prisoner swap. So
- 18:45Speaker 2: number one question is were any of these people involved
- 18:48Speaker 2: in that swap and advocating for that the billions to
- 18:53Speaker 2: be freed out to Iran? That that's my question number one.
- 18:56Speaker 2: And number two, who would be making the decison vision
- 19:00Speaker 2: tonight to suspend them pending at least an investigation so
- 19:04Speaker 2: that they can't be taking in theory top secret information
- 19:07Speaker 2: they have security clearance and deciding to just grab it
- 19:10Speaker 2: all and give it to the Iranians.
- 19:13Speaker 3: Look in terms of who was involved, presumably all three
- 19:16Speaker 3: were involved in the decision. And look, when it comes
- 19:20Speaker 3: to Iran policy, the Biden administration came in and their
- 19:23Speaker 3: number one four policy objective was to re enter and
- 19:27Speaker 3: a Ran nuclear.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Agreement and to appease the.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Iranian regime at a level that has never been seen.
- 19:33Speaker 3: Rob Malley, he helped negotiate the original Obama Ran nuclear deal,
- 19:38Speaker 3: which was catastrophic. It was a disaster. They brought him back.
- 19:41Speaker 3: And by the way, this is a guy who's been suspended.
- 19:44Speaker 3: His security clearance has been revoked. We don't know why.
- 19:47Speaker 3: They won't tell us why, but he did something so
- 19:50Speaker 3: stunningly bad even the Biden administration had to fire him.
- 19:54Speaker 3: Holy cow. By the way, I've got to say, I'm
- 19:57Speaker 3: really embarrassed to admit my alma mater, Prinston has brought
- 20:00Speaker 3: Rob Malley in as a special lecturer and professor because
- 20:06Speaker 3: you know, he's fired for violating national security in some
- 20:11Speaker 3: undisclosed way, so we ought to have him teach at
- 20:14Speaker 3: one of the premier universities in America. I mean, it
- 20:16Speaker 3: really does illustrate all the problems we've got. But it
- 20:20Speaker 3: was Rob Malley who hired all three of these people.
- 20:22Speaker 3: And look you asked, is the fact that these three
- 20:27Speaker 3: people were working for the Biden administration the reason why
- 20:30Speaker 3: the Biden administration is appeased. Iran has sent billions of
- 20:35Speaker 3: dollars to Iran, has refused to enforce oil sanctions on Iran,
- 20:39Speaker 3: has allowed the Ietola to sell two billion barrel two
- 20:43Speaker 3: million rather two million barrels of oil a day. Is
- 20:47Speaker 3: that the reason?
- 20:48Speaker 1: Yes?
- 20:48Speaker 3: And no. They started wanting to give Iran everything they wanted,
- 20:52Speaker 3: which is why they hired Iranian operatives to be senior officials.
- 20:56Speaker 3: In some ways, these Iranian operatives were effective carrying out
- 21:00Speaker 3: the mission of the political hacks in the Biden White
- 21:05Speaker 3: House because their objective was appease Iran. And who better
- 21:10Speaker 3: to implement a policy of appeasing Iran than people who
- 21:14Speaker 3: are literally working for the Iranian government.
- 21:17Speaker 2: All right, let me ask you what words are appropriate
- 21:20Speaker 2: in this scenario? Is this spying? Are these people's spies?
- 21:24Speaker 2: Is this espionage? And the fact that no one in
- 21:28Speaker 2: the Biden administration is stopping them from doing this, I
- 21:31Speaker 2: guess is their way of downplaying saying no, no, no, it's
- 21:33Speaker 2: not that at all. They're just working on great foreign
- 21:36Speaker 2: relations with a country that chance death to America. But
- 21:40Speaker 2: in your mind center, is this espionage? Is a spying?
- 21:44Speaker 3: Look, almost any word you could apply to this is appropriate.
- 21:49Speaker 3: These are operatives who are working for the Iranian government.
- 21:54Speaker 3: We now have email proof, according to these press reports.
- 21:57Speaker 3: And look, these emails need to be confirmed, but we've
- 22:00Speaker 3: got now multiple press reports that are detailing them that
- 22:05Speaker 3: they were regularly emailing the Iranian government and saying what
- 22:09Speaker 3: should we do? What do you want us to do?
- 22:11Speaker 3: They were seeking direction, they were seeking instructions. We have
- 22:14Speaker 3: emails from the Iranian government saying they set up this
- 22:17Speaker 3: network with the purpose of influencing US government policy. And
- 22:22Speaker 3: so whether they were spies or simply operatives working for Iran,
- 22:30Speaker 3: it's functionally the same thing they were. As the emails
- 22:35Speaker 3: I read, they said, our loyalties are to Iran. You
- 22:39Speaker 3: know what, if your loyalties are to Iran or to
- 22:42Speaker 3: communist China, or to Russia or North Korea, or to Venezuela,
- 22:47Speaker 3: you shouldn't be in a senior national security position for
- 22:50Speaker 3: the United States of America. And there's a very real
- 22:54Speaker 3: question that I suspect is going to be investigated in
- 22:57Speaker 3: the days to come forward whether it was a violation
- 22:59Speaker 3: of criminal law law. There's a law Pharaoh that requires
- 23:03Speaker 3: an agent of a foreign government to register if they're
- 23:05Speaker 3: working on behalf of a foreign government. That raises an
- 23:09Speaker 3: obvious question, were the in violation of that law? But
- 23:13Speaker 3: the fact that they were given security clearance is I
- 23:16Speaker 3: got to tell you. Look listen. As an ordinary matter,
- 23:19Speaker 3: I mean, they ask you what contacts have you had
- 23:21Speaker 3: with the foreign government. Generally, if you said boo to
- 23:26Speaker 3: a foreign government that is an enemy of America, you
- 23:29Speaker 3: can't get a security clearance in this case, these three individuals,
- 23:34Speaker 3: their involvements was deep and pervasive, and they were part
- 23:38Speaker 3: of a government program launched by the Ayahtola specifically to
- 23:43Speaker 3: influence and undermine American policy and the Biden administration. They're
- 23:48Speaker 3: not defending this. You can't defend this on the merits.
- 23:52Speaker 3: They are counting on silence, because can you imagine Joe
- 23:58Speaker 3: Biden if any reporter had to merity to ask, how
- 24:02Speaker 3: do you feel about senior national security officials in your
- 24:05Speaker 3: administration working for the Ayatola in Iran? And do you
- 24:09Speaker 3: think it's a grave national security violation? He would get
- 24:13Speaker 3: confused and try to tie his shoe. He couldn't answer
- 24:15Speaker 3: that question, and so they're counting on the press to
- 24:18Speaker 3: cover up for.
- 24:20Speaker 2: I want to tell you about Patriot Mobile. For ten years,
- 24:22Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 24:27Speaker 2: And when I say only trust me, they're the only
- 24:29Speaker 2: one now. The team there have been great supporters not
- 24:33Speaker 2: only of shows just like this one, but they are
- 24:36Speaker 2: proud to partner with conservative organizations to grow the conservative base.
- 24:41Speaker 2: When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message
- 24:45Speaker 2: that you support free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life,
- 24:49Speaker 2: the Second Amendment, as well as our military, our veterans,
- 24:52Speaker 2: and our first responder heroes. They have one hundred percent
- 24:55Speaker 2: US based customer service team which makes switching easy. You
- 25:00Speaker 2: can keep your same cell phone number you have now,
- 25:02Speaker 2: you can keep your same phone or upgrade now when
- 25:05Speaker 2: you pay your bill, this is when the magic happens.
- 25:07Speaker 2: They take a percentage of your bill each and every
- 25:09Speaker 2: month and give it back to conservative causes that you
- 25:13Speaker 2: help choose to support in these categories that I just mentioned.
- 25:17Speaker 2: And you may not realize it, but many of the
- 25:19Speaker 2: big mobile companies actually give huge donations to democrats as
- 25:23Speaker 2: well as the Plan Parenthood. So stop giving your mind
- 25:27Speaker 2: to woke corporations that are fighting against your values and

- 25:55Speaker 2: breaking news that we just broke. Everyone listening, please share
- 25:59Speaker 2: this podcasts everywhere you can on social media. It had
- 26:04Speaker 2: a huge difference in the impact that we had on
- 26:07Speaker 2: that story that dealt with the Pentagon and Khali Sheik
- 26:10Speaker 2: Muhammad and that deal that was done.
- 26:12Speaker 1: We were able to stop that.
- 26:13Speaker 2: That was because of you guys getting involved in the work.
- 26:17Speaker 2: We need to make sure that this story, the same
- 26:20Speaker 2: thing happens. So send this podcast to everyone you know,
- 26:24Speaker 2: but post it on all of your social media accounts
- 26:26Speaker 2: so that we can get more people to hear about this.
- 26:29Speaker 2: It's an important national security story and we need to
- 26:32Speaker 2: force the media to do their damn job here. So again,
- 26:35Speaker 2: post this wherever you can. Now onto this other topic
- 26:39Speaker 2: center that is just as shocking is the last one.
- 26:43Speaker 2: There is new reporting out that Hunter Biden received wired
- 26:48Speaker 2: transfers for a quarter of a million dollars originating in
- 26:52Speaker 2: Beijing for more than more than two hundred and fifty
- 26:56Speaker 2: from Chinese business partners during the summer of two thousand
- 26:59Speaker 2: and nineteen. These wires were listed that were listed had
- 27:05Speaker 2: the home address of the President of the United States
- 27:08Speaker 2: of America, Joe Biden, as the beneficiary address for the
- 27:12Speaker 2: funds that were being transferred. This is a direct link
- 27:16Speaker 2: from money from Beijing now to the President of the
- 27:20Speaker 2: United States of America in the summ of at least
- 27:23Speaker 2: two hundred and fifty thousand and counting.
- 27:26Speaker 3: Well, look, that's exactly right. Let me walk you through
- 27:28Speaker 3: a little bit of this timeline. An individual named Jonathan
- 27:32Speaker 3: Lee and Hunter Biden developed a business relationship while Joe
- 27:36Speaker 3: Biden was vice president. On July twenty sixth, twenty nineteen,
- 27:41Speaker 3: Hunter Biden received a ten thousand dollars wire from Wang Jin.
- 27:46Speaker 3: On October second, twenty nineteen, Hunter Biden received a two
- 27:51Speaker 3: hundred and fifty thousand dollars wire from Jonathan Lee and
- 27:56Speaker 3: Tan Ling. Both wires originated in Beijing and listed as
- 28:03Speaker 3: the beneficiary address Joe Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home. Nearly three
- 28:10Speaker 3: months later, on October thirteenth, twenty nineteen, Hunter Biden's attorney
- 28:15Speaker 3: guy named George Mesiris, stated that Hunter Biden received no
- 28:20Speaker 3: money from BHR and did not disclose any payments from
- 28:23Speaker 3: Jonathan Lee. I mean, it's easy to forget quarter million dollars.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Everyone loses that. Beyond that, evidence shows that Joe Biden
- 28:32Speaker 3: developed a familiar relationship with Jonathan Lee during his vice
- 28:37Speaker 3: presidency and prior to these payments to Hunter Biden. Devin Archer,
- 28:42Speaker 3: who was a business associate of the Bidens, described how
- 28:46Speaker 3: Joe Biden, not Hunter, Joe Daddy, met with Jonathan Lee
- 28:50Speaker 3: in Beijing, China, had a phone call with him, and
- 28:54Speaker 3: later wrote college recommendation letters for his children. So understand
- 28:59Speaker 3: the guy who's wiring a quarter million dollars to Hunter
- 29:02Speaker 3: Biden to Joe Biden's home address, Joe Biden wrote college
- 29:07Speaker 3: recommendation letters for his kids, and in fact, in December
- 29:11Speaker 3: twenty thirteen, during a vice presidential trip to Beijing, reports
- 29:16Speaker 3: indicate that quote Hunter, shortly after arriving in Beijing on
- 29:20Speaker 3: December fourth, help arranged for Lee to shake hands with
- 29:25Speaker 3: his father in the lobby of the American delegation's hotel.
- 29:30Speaker 3: And mind you, all of this is happening, this wire
- 29:33Speaker 3: is happening simultaneously to Joe Biden announcing his campaign for
- 29:38Speaker 3: president of the United States. But nevertheless, on October twenty second,
- 29:42Speaker 3: twenty twenty, here's what Joe Biden said, quote, my son
- 29:46Speaker 3: has not made money in terms of thing about what
- 29:51Speaker 3: are you talking about China? The only guy who made
- 29:54Speaker 3: money in China is Trump. So what he said, his
- 30:00Speaker 3: Sun is not made money. From China. It was a
- 30:02Speaker 3: flat out lie. Not only had he made money, he'd
- 30:06Speaker 3: made a quarter million dollars from a guy Joe Biden
- 30:08Speaker 3: had met, from a guy who Joe Biden had written
- 30:11Speaker 3: recommendation letters for his kids, and that quarter million dollars
- 30:15Speaker 3: was wired to Joe Biden's home address.
- 30:21Speaker 2: I still am taken aback, and rarely does this happen
- 30:24Speaker 2: center at just the the.
- 30:28Speaker 1: And I don't think it's in commonant.
- 30:29Speaker 2: It's just the brazenness of the crimes that were committed
- 30:31Speaker 2: by the Bidens. They didn't get And this is twenty nineteen,
- 30:35Speaker 2: this is not that long ago.
- 30:38Speaker 3: He's running for president, right.
- 30:39Speaker 2: He's running for president of the United States of America.
- 30:43Speaker 2: And they're wiring these funds from Beijing to the home
- 30:48Speaker 2: address of the President of the United States and now
- 30:51Speaker 2: presidented States America while he's trying to become the president.
- 30:54Speaker 1: It's America.
- 30:54Speaker 2: It's almost like they're like, hey, get the money in here, quick,
- 30:58Speaker 2: move it through quickly.
- 30:59Speaker 1: We got to get this.
- 31:00Speaker 2: We gotta get this money in here fast before he
- 31:03Speaker 2: becomes the president. And so send it on where do
- 31:06Speaker 2: you want me to send We're not eve gonna funnel
- 31:08Speaker 2: the money this time. We're not even gonna put it
- 31:09Speaker 2: in the LLCs and move the bank accounts around. Just
- 31:13Speaker 2: send it directly the home address of the president, all right.
- 31:17Speaker 3: And this is an example where the corporate media will
- 31:20Speaker 3: be utterly compliant. So the only one who will even
- 31:23Speaker 3: bother to ask a question of Joe Biden at a
- 31:25Speaker 3: press conference or or of Kareem John Pierre will be
- 31:29Speaker 3: Fox because the rest of the corporate media will roll
- 31:31Speaker 3: over and be compliant. But here's a basic question, mister president,
- 31:37Speaker 3: did you ever meet Jonathan Lee's kids?
- 31:41Speaker 1: How about that?
- 31:41Speaker 3: Let's start with that. You wrote recommendation letters for him.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Do you ever meet him? You know anything about him?
- 31:47Speaker 3: And if the answers no, well why the hell did
- 31:51Speaker 3: you write recommendations letters for them? What did Jonathan Lee
- 31:55Speaker 3: do to get you? You were the vice president of
- 31:58Speaker 3: the United States to write a recommendation letter for his kids?
- 32:00Speaker 3: If you ever met the kids. I don't know if
- 32:02Speaker 3: he met him, but I would be shocked if he did.
- 32:06Speaker 3: If you never met the kids, So you're willing to
- 32:08Speaker 3: write a recommendation letter for someone you never met, presumably
- 32:12Speaker 3: you owe something to Daddy. If you're writing a recommendation
- 32:15Speaker 3: letter to the kids. So the question is what do
- 32:17Speaker 3: you owe, what did daddy do? And does it have
- 32:21Speaker 3: anything to do with the fact that daddy sent a
- 32:23Speaker 3: quarter million dollars wired it to your son at your
- 32:26Speaker 3: home address while you were running for president of the
- 32:29Speaker 3: United States. Remember the Democrat talking point and the corporate
- 32:32Speaker 3: media talking point is yeah, Hunter's corrupt. He let's throw
- 32:36Speaker 3: him overboard. We've given up on Hunter. But Joe had
- 32:39Speaker 3: nothing to do with it. Well, you know what, Hunter
- 32:41Speaker 3: didn't write recommendations letters for the kids of Jonathan Lee.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Joe did. So what did Joe get in exchange for
- 32:52Speaker 3: a recommendation letter? By the way, you and I are
- 32:54Speaker 3: both parents, Do either of us have recommendation letters from
- 32:57Speaker 3: the Vice President of the United States for our kids? Like,
- 33:02Speaker 3: that's pretty damn serious, And it's remarkable the media they
- 33:09Speaker 3: will not even ask these questions. They do not care.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Well, it's not just that you.
- 33:15Speaker 2: I'm sure could ask ten hundred times more than I
- 33:17Speaker 2: do for recommendations for different things. And the more that
- 33:22Speaker 2: you build something, the more cautious and careful you are,
- 33:26Speaker 2: because you don't want to give your name to somebody
- 33:30Speaker 2: that could come back to haunt you. One day when
- 33:32Speaker 2: a press person like, hey, Senator Cruz, did you actually
- 33:35Speaker 2: write over a letter of recommendation for someone that you
- 33:37Speaker 2: didn't know, and now they've been arrested for drugs or
- 33:39Speaker 2: for this crime or that or embezzlement, you protect your
- 33:43Speaker 2: good name, unless, sure, Joe Biden, where it seems to
- 33:47Speaker 2: be that you can just buy a letter of recommendation
- 33:49Speaker 2: from the Vice president if the dollar amount is enough
- 33:53Speaker 2: to your family.
- 33:55Speaker 3: So look, I'm fifty two years old. I've been in
- 33:58Speaker 3: the Senate eleven years. My guess is maybe I've written
- 34:02Speaker 3: in the whole course of my life, let's say one
- 34:04Speaker 3: hundred recommendation letters. That's probably high, but I'm gonna overestimate it.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Those hundred have been almost exclusively people who are either
- 34:15Speaker 3: good personal friends of mine or people have worked for me.
- 34:18Speaker 3: If so someone was a staff assistant, if someone was
- 34:20Speaker 3: an employee in the office and they worked and they
- 34:22Speaker 3: did a good job, I'll draft a letter of recommendation,
- 34:25Speaker 3: and it'll vary if I know them well. Some letters
- 34:28Speaker 3: are recommendation. I lean in closely because if I know
- 34:30Speaker 3: them well and I work with them, I'll say something
- 34:32Speaker 3: nicely about them. If they were a good kid, and
- 34:35Speaker 3: they worked in the office and they could do good work.
- 34:37Speaker 3: I'll write a more generic letter and I'll often have
- 34:39Speaker 3: staff draft it and try to reflect you know. You know,
- 34:43Speaker 3: Young Ben did a nice job on a memo on
- 34:45Speaker 3: national security and he pointed out maybe we should not
- 34:48Speaker 3: have Iranian agents working for the federal government, and I
- 34:52Speaker 3: agreed with that. That was nicely done.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Yeah, mind you.
- 34:56Speaker 3: That means Young Ben couldn't get hired in the Biden administration.
- 34:59Speaker 3: But in a sane world, old Young Ben had some
- 35:01Speaker 3: wisdom that was impressive, and so you should hire him
- 35:05Speaker 3: at old miss because he also has a wicked serve
- 35:07Speaker 3: and knows how to play tennis. Like that's a letter
- 35:10Speaker 3: I might write, But I can tell you right now,
- 35:14Speaker 3: I have never written a letter of recommendation for a
- 35:18Speaker 3: Chinese national, and I'm sure as hell haven't written a
- 35:21Speaker 3: letter recommendation for the children of a Chinese national I've
- 35:24Speaker 3: never met. And I'm sure as hell as hell, as
- 35:27Speaker 3: hell as hell have never written a letter recommendation for
- 35:30Speaker 3: the children of a Chinese matt national who I've never
- 35:32Speaker 3: met the children, and that the dad has given a
- 35:36Speaker 3: quarter million dollars to my son and sent it to
- 35:38Speaker 3: my home address, Like, holy crap, Yeah, this is not
- 35:43Speaker 3: like there's sort of a realm of reasonableness. And look,
- 35:46Speaker 3: sometimes you have someone who was an intern and shook
- 35:50Speaker 3: your hand and you say, young Ben is a nice
- 35:52Speaker 3: young man, and it's kind of a courtesy, and you
- 35:56Speaker 3: don't really know. Young Ben may not be a nice
- 35:58Speaker 3: young man. He may be a total jerk, but you're
- 36:00Speaker 3: trying to be nice, and so you write a letter
- 36:02Speaker 3: because young men seem fine. This is qualitatively different. I
- 36:08Speaker 3: don't know anyone in politics who's ever done this like
- 36:13Speaker 3: what Joe Biden is doing. Like people listening might think, oh,
- 36:16Speaker 3: I don't know the political world. This is commonplace. No, no,
- 36:19Speaker 3: it's not. People don't do this like a quarter million dollars.
- 36:26Speaker 3: You don't get sent to you. You don't get sent
- 36:29Speaker 3: to you from Chinese nationals. You don't get sent to
- 36:32Speaker 3: you from Chinese nationals while you're running for president. Don't
- 36:35Speaker 3: get sent to you from Chinese nationals in exchange for
- 36:40Speaker 3: who the hell knows what I mean this is. And
- 36:44Speaker 3: it's worth underscoring this is not Hunter. This is Joe, Joe, Joe.
- 36:50Speaker 3: This money was wired to Joe's home address.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Yeah, great point there. Let me tell you about our
- 36:56Speaker 1: friends ever in talk.
- 36:57Speaker 2: If you're a guy and you feel like that you
- 37:00Speaker 2: lost in your strength and your vitality, and weakness and
- 37:02Speaker 2: complacency are setting in. Maybe you just feel fatigued and
- 37:06Speaker 2: you don't want to go work out. Maybe you don't
- 37:08Speaker 2: even like playing sports anymore, and that's something you love
- 37:10Speaker 2: to do. Maybe you just feel like you're just getting
- 37:13Speaker 2: weak and complacent and sitting around too much.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Well, guess what, you're not alone, men.

- 38:21Speaker 1: And finally sentater.
- 38:22Speaker 2: It's interesting because as we find out about this money
- 38:25Speaker 2: that has come in directly from Beijing, you have the
- 38:28Speaker 2: first impeachment inquiry hearing that's going to take place in
- 38:32Speaker 2: Washington this week. James Comer seems to have a very
- 38:35Speaker 2: interesting strategy. He announces his three key witnesses for the
- 38:39Speaker 2: first impeachment inquiry hearing. They announced this and they said
- 38:44Speaker 2: that these three witnesses that are going to testify before
- 38:47Speaker 2: the first impeachment inquiry. They include a Professor Jonathan Turley
- 38:51Speaker 2: of George Washington University Law School, Ellen O'Connor, former Assistant
- 38:55Speaker 2: Attorney General of the United States Department of Justice Tax Division,
- 38:59Speaker 2: and Bruce Devinsky of Davinski Consulting. A forensic accounting expert,
- 39:05Speaker 2: Turley is nationally recognized as a legal scholar who has
- 39:08Speaker 2: published work in areas ranging from constitution law to legal theory.
- 39:12Speaker 2: O'Connor supervised the DOJ's litigation of civil, criminal trial and
- 39:16Speaker 2: appellate tax cases. And Davinski accumulated more than forty years
- 39:20Speaker 2: of financial investigative and dispute consulting experience, as well as
- 39:25Speaker 2: served as an expert witness more than one hundred times,
- 39:28Speaker 2: testifying in more than eighty trials, including trials involving criminal
- 39:32Speaker 2: and civil financial fraud. So it seems to me that
- 39:36Speaker 2: these witnesses seem to be about really building a case
- 39:41Speaker 2: around the financial transactions around Joe Biden and his role
- 39:47Speaker 2: in the family business. I'm sure if these witnesses get
- 39:51Speaker 2: to see things like a quarter of a million dollars
- 39:53Speaker 2: coming from Beijing, that's going to raise some red flags
- 39:56Speaker 2: in their area of expertise.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Look unquestionably, and I will say James Comer is, I
- 40:02Speaker 3: think doing an excellent job, as is Jim Jordan building
- 40:05Speaker 3: up the case systematically and laying out the evidence. Of
- 40:08Speaker 3: the three witnesses. I know two of them personally. I
- 40:11Speaker 3: know Turley and I know O'Connor personally. They're both serious professionals.
- 40:15Speaker 3: Turley is a very well respected constitutional law professor. He's
- 40:19Speaker 3: not a Republican, he's a Democrat, but he's an honest
- 40:23Speaker 3: constitutional law scholar, and so he ends up being characterizes
- 40:27Speaker 3: more of a Republican because he actually speaks out against
- 40:30Speaker 3: the corruption we're seeing in the Biden administration. He has
- 40:33Speaker 3: the courage to do so. Turley is kind of like
- 40:35Speaker 3: Alan Dershowitz, who is another Democrat, Alan whom I know
- 40:39Speaker 3: very well. He is my criminal law professor in law school.
- 40:42Speaker 3: Alan is a self described liberal Democrat. He does not
- 40:46Speaker 3: like Donald Trump. He's voted against Donald Trump every time,
- 40:49Speaker 3: but he believes in constitutional law. Turley has been really courageous.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Aileen O'Connor is a very serious federal DOJ official taxificiall.
- 41:00Speaker 3: I expect she will testify about how bizarre it is
- 41:03Speaker 3: how the Biden DOJ has investigated these crimes, and in particular,
- 41:08Speaker 3: how they've obstructed justice, how they've blocked an investigation, how
- 41:12Speaker 3: anyone not named Hunter Biden would face very different investigation
- 41:16Speaker 3: and prosecution. If his name was Hunter Smith and you
- 41:19Speaker 3: engaged in a rampant pattern of criminality, the DOJ would
- 41:23Speaker 3: not be protecting you, and would not especially be protecting
- 41:25Speaker 3: your father, who was the locus of the criminality. The
- 41:28Speaker 3: third individual I don't know, but he's described as a
- 41:31Speaker 3: forensic accountant, and I assume he's going to testify about
- 41:33Speaker 3: things like what it means to get nearly two hundred
- 41:37Speaker 3: suspicious activity reports on your banking records, what it means
- 41:41Speaker 3: to have over twenty shell companies that make no products,
- 41:44Speaker 3: that have no employees, that don't do anything other than
- 41:46Speaker 3: exist to launder money and to hide the transaction of money.
- 41:50Speaker 3: And so look, I fully expect Democrats to ignore what
- 41:55Speaker 3: these witnesses have to say, and the corporate media to
- 41:59Speaker 3: cover it up and try to hide it. But we
- 42:03Speaker 3: are seeing drip drip drip every day. People are realizing
- 42:08Speaker 3: the evidence of corruption of the Biden family. And we're
- 42:11Speaker 3: not just talking about Hunter. Hunter is a troubled soul.
- 42:14Speaker 3: But if Hunter were the only issue, we wouldn't be
- 42:16Speaker 3: talking about this. This is about the corruption of Joe Biden,
- 42:21Speaker 3: the current president of the United States. And understand this
- 42:24Speaker 3: as we wrap up. The current president of the United
- 42:27Speaker 3: States had a quarter million dollars wired to his house
- 42:31Speaker 3: from communist China while he was running for president of
- 42:37Speaker 3: the United States. Yes, it was sent to his son,
- 42:40Speaker 3: but sent from a guy who Joe Biden himself wrote
- 42:44Speaker 3: recommendation letters for his kids. The family business. Let me
- 42:49Speaker 3: actually wrap with this for every Democrat, for every dishonest
- 42:56Speaker 3: corporate media shill who's saying Hunter was corrupt, but not Joe.
- 43:02Speaker 3: One question you need to ask, over and over again.
- 43:05Speaker 3: We're going to revisit this in a later podcast. What
- 43:10Speaker 3: was Hunter Biden selling? He has no skills, he doesn't
- 43:15Speaker 3: have goods or services, He cannot do anything. When's the
- 43:20Speaker 3: last time you paid millions of dollars to a crackhead?
- 43:24Speaker 3: What function, what role? What service was he providing? The
- 43:29Speaker 3: only thing Hunter was able to sell is favors from Daddy,
- 43:35Speaker 3: and so the argument that Daddy had nothing to do
- 43:38Speaker 3: with it is on its face ludicrous.
- 43:42Speaker 2: We're gonna keep covering this issue also that the money
- 43:46Speaker 2: and what it was going on with Iran as well,
- 43:48Speaker 2: and if there is fallout, I'll say it again, Please
