The Left Protects Predators — ICE Gets the Blame · The Ben Ferguson Podcast

Speaker 1: There is anarchy and the Democratic Party right now, and
• 0:04
Speaker 1: they have gone to war, not with the people that
• 0:07
Speaker 1: they should be going to war with the criminals who
• 0:09
Speaker 1: are being arrested in this country, but instead they're now
• 0:12
Speaker 1: going to war with ICE. Now there is a civil
• 0:15
Speaker 1: war within the Democratic Party of their trying to decide
• 0:19
Speaker 1: do we just straight up be honest and say we
• 0:21
Speaker 1: want to abolish ICE or do we kind of lie
• 0:24
Speaker 1: a little bit. Now, before I get to that, I
• 0:27
Speaker 1: want you to hear about the arrests that have happened
• 0:30
Speaker 1: since yesterday in Minnesota. I want you to listen to
• 0:35
Speaker 1: what the federal government has put out about the arrest
• 0:38
Speaker 1: since yesterday, as Democrats say that ICE need to get
• 0:43
Speaker 1: the f out of their city, the f out of
• 0:46
Speaker 1: their state, and there needs to be a civil war
• 0:50
Speaker 1: against the ICE agents. This is also coming as the
• 0:53
Speaker 1: Democratic Party is saying in the future they may go
• 0:55
Speaker 1: out and arrest ICE agents and told them accountable for
• 1:01
Speaker 1: the crimes they claim they're committing. Now, so who are
• 1:04
Speaker 1: they actually out arresting? Well, listen to this, and this
• 1:08
Speaker 1: is again just since yesterday.
• 1:11
Speaker 2: He came here. Today, I printed out a couple of
• 1:15
Speaker 2: a few individuals that I'd like to share with you
• 1:19
Speaker 2: individuals that were arrested since yesterday. These three individuals were
• 1:24
Speaker 2: arrested just since yesterday. Keep in mind now these individuals
• 1:28
Speaker 2: were walking the streets of Minneapolis with impunity as of yesterday.
• 1:35
Speaker 2: We've got ho Ai Kumaiye, a criminal illegal alien from Laos,
• 1:39
Speaker 2: a registered sex offender convicted of sex offense against a child,
• 1:44
Speaker 2: including fondling and failure to register as a sex offender.
• 1:49
Speaker 2: This individual was walking the streets of Minneapolis just yesterday.
• 1:54
Speaker 2: This individual right here, it's very interesting that I haven't
• 1:58
Speaker 2: seen this individual or many others like him reported on
• 2:04
Speaker 2: very much by the local news media or the state
• 2:07
  Speaker 2: news media. That's that's uh, that's interesting. But let's don't
• 2:10
  Speaker 2: quit there. Let's let's get now you can't let's uh,
• 2:12
  Speaker 2: let's let's continue here. We've got Samuel Ravelo Hernandez, a
• 2:16
Speaker 2: criminal illegal alien from Guatemala charged with rape and lude
• 2:22
  Speaker 2: or lascivious.
• 2:23
Speaker 3: Acts with a minor.
• 2:24
Speaker 2: Now, think about that for just a second, rape and
• 2:27
Speaker 2: then on top of that, loud lasivious acts of the miner.
• 2:30
Speaker 3: This individual is walk in the.
• 2:31
Speaker 2: Streets of Minneapolis with impunity just yesterday. Let's don't quit there.
• 2:37
  Speaker 2: Let's let's let's keep on there. We've got Annabelle Gomez,
• 2:40
Speaker 2: a criminal illegal alien from Honduras, previously arrested for criminal
• 2:44
Speaker 2: sexual conduct and domestic assault. Other convictions include disorderly conduct
• 2:49
Speaker 2: and driving under the influence of liquor uh walk in
• 2:53
Speaker 2: the streets. As of yesterday, these are just three three
• 2:58
Speaker 2: that I decided to print out.
• 2:59
Speaker 3: That all of them, there's a whole stack of these.
• 3:02
Speaker 2: As a matter of fact, when we look over the
• 3:05
Speaker 2: past year at the ten thousand that have been arrested
• 3:07
Speaker 2: here in Minneapolis and Minnesota, that stack is enormous. These
• 3:13
Speaker 2: are the kinds of individuals this operation focuses on, individuals
• 3:18
Speaker 2: who escalate situations and in danger others. Again, our neighbors,
• 3:22
Speaker 2: our friends, our colleagues, and MA and PA America. This
• 3:27
Speaker 2: is exactly exactly why Interior Enforcement exists, to remove dangerous
• 3:33
Speaker 2: criminals from our communities, remove dangerous illegal alien criminals from
• 3:39
  Speaker 2: our communities.
• 3:40
Speaker 1: It's all now, these are the stories that Left doesn't
• 3:43
Speaker 1: want you know about, because this is all about a
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: civil war.
• 3:46
  Speaker 3: Quote.
• 3:47
Speaker 1: Trump's politicalization of the DOJ will not deter Mayor Fry,
• 3:50
Speaker 1: Governor Waltz and a g Ellison from doing their jobs
• 3:52
Speaker 1: to protect the people in Minnesota. I stand with them
• 3:56
Speaker 1: against these blatant abuse of power. So let's be clear.
• 4:01
Speaker 1: Senator Schumer is fighting hard to keep criminals like Paljong,
• 4:08
Speaker 1: a rapist and child molester in the country. He's been
• 4:11
Speaker 1: convicted of sex offenses against child, fondling, burglary, larceny, and rape.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: He was arrested in Minnesota. This individual is who Chuck
• 4:22
Speaker 1: Schumer is defending and the Democratic Party that's where the
• 4:27
Speaker 1: civil war comes in. There are other Democrats who are like,
• 4:30
Speaker 1: we can't say that publicly, Like we know we want
• 4:33
Speaker 1: to abolish ICE, and we are the same party that
• 4:35
Speaker 1: says we want to get rid of police officers. But now,
• 4:39
Speaker 1: how do you actually accomplish this? That is the debate
• 4:43
Speaker 1: they're having on TV.
• 4:44
Speaker 3: Now. They're going back to their.
• 4:46
Speaker 1: Old playbook, which is to demonize, to humanize, and try
• 4:50
Speaker 1: to convince Americans that ICE agents are the Gestapo, that
• 4:55
Speaker 1: ICE agents are not crime fighters, not actually going after
• 4:59
Speaker 1: the the worst that are out there that are legal immigrants,
• 5:02
Speaker 1: you know, the rapists and the murderers, and the sex
• 5:05
Speaker 1: traffickers and the drug dealers. No, no, no, no, they want
• 5:09
Speaker 1: you to believe that somehow that is ice and the
• 5:13
Speaker 1: do gooders are the people that broke into this country
• 5:16
Speaker 1: that are also committing heinous crimes. Take a listen to
• 5:21
Speaker 1: Chris van hollend. This is what he had to say,
• 5:24
Speaker 1: is he's trying to rewrite history. And there's a theme
• 5:28
Speaker 1: that is happening. This is orchestrated by the Democratic Party.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: Listen to what he said about the deranged leftists that
• 5:37
Speaker 1: are impeding ICE operations and what he calls them.
• 5:41
Speaker 4: One of the things that gives me great hope, even
• 5:44
Speaker 4: amidst all of this division and chaos owned by Donald Trump,
• 5:49
Speaker 4: are the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing
• 5:53
Speaker 4: up blowing whistles to protect their neighbors, blowing whistles on
• 5:59
Speaker 4: the illegals of ICE. And I was just at a rally.
• 6:03
Speaker 3: In Hagerstown, Maryland today, hundreds.
• 6:06
Speaker 4: Of people coming out because Ices signaled that they might
• 6:10
Speaker 4: use a facility in Hagerstown for their purposes, and people
• 6:13
Speaker 4: were coming out to say no.
• 6:15
Speaker 3: You listen to Van Holland.
• 6:18
Speaker 1: One of the things that gives me great hope are
• 6:21
Speaker 1: the patriots in places like Minneapolis who are standing up,
• 6:24
Speaker 1: blowing whistles to protect their neighbors.
• 6:26
  Speaker 3: I want to take a.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: Quick moment and talk to you about an incredible organization
• 6:30
Speaker 1: and it is called Compassion International and how you can
• 6:34
Speaker 1: get involved. There's an invisible thread that connects humans across distance.
• 6:39
Speaker 1: You can't see it, but you can feel it when
• 6:42
Speaker 1: you pull. And when a child in Guatemala learns to read,
• 6:46
Speaker 1: you feel it. The thread vibrates with every new word
• 6:50
Speaker 1: they master. When a teenager in Kenya gets medical care
• 6:54
Speaker 1: that saves their sight, that thread pulls tighter. And when
• 6:59
Speaker 1: a young woman and the Philippines breaks her family cycle
• 7:02
Speaker 1: of poverty, you're standing there with her. And here's what's remarkable.
• 7:07
Speaker 1: That thread goes both ways because while you're changing their life,
• 7:12
Speaker 1: they're changing yours too. Their resilience inspires you, their joy
• 7:17
Speaker 1: reminds you what matters. Their letters become the highlight of
• 7:21
Speaker 1: your day. It is the powerful thread of Compassion International.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: Just hold one end of the thread, you'll stay connected
• 7:29
Speaker 1: through letters, photos, updates, prayers. The other end is a
• 7:34
Speaker 1: child who changed everything, including you. So impact the world,
• 7:40
Speaker 1: one child at a time. Learn how at Compassion dot com.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: That's Compassion dot com. There's an invisible thread that connects
• 7:49
Speaker 1: humans across distance. You can't see it, but you can
• 7:53
Speaker 1: feel it when you pull. Now, who are they actually protecting?
• 7:58
Speaker 1: They are protecting the child rapists and the murderers, the
• 8:01
Speaker 1: worst among us that ICE at going out to get.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: And why are they having to do that because in
• 8:08
Speaker 1: Minneapolis the local government refuses to work with ICE. There
• 8:13
Speaker 1: have been more than five hundred people that could have
• 8:15
Speaker 1: been handed over to ICE that were in custody of
• 8:18
Speaker 1: the Minneapolis police departments.
• 8:21
Speaker 3: And what do they do.
• 8:23
Speaker 1: They let them go instead of actually holding them for
• 8:26
Speaker 1: ICE to be held accountable for their actions. This, again,
• 8:30
Speaker 1: is the Democratic Party. You take a listen to the
• 8:34
Speaker 1: Saint Paul mayor. You may not have heard much about
• 8:37
Speaker 1: her compared to the mayor of Minneapolis who said to
• 8:41
Speaker 1: get the f out of our city referring to ICE agents,
• 8:44
Speaker 1: But she's just about as radical as he is. And
• 8:47
Speaker 1: I want you to hear what she said about the
• 8:51
Speaker 1: targeting of church members that happened over the weekend. Don Lemon,
• 8:56
Speaker 1: the former CNN radical was there as well, and here's
• 9:00
  Speaker 1: what she said.
• 9:01
Speaker 5: Curious, how you see this?
• 9:03
Speaker 6: Do you think that some of those protesters may have
• 9:06
Speaker 6: gone beyond their First Amendment rights and going into a
• 9:08
Speaker 6: church like that and broke the law.
• 9:11
Speaker 7: I will say that the you know is has led
• 9:13
Speaker 7: the way in their charge of going on to school
• 9:15
Speaker 7: properties and detaining people from places that should be just
• 9:19
Speaker 7: as well kept sacred. And so you know, we would
• 9:22
Speaker 7: have we responded the exact same way we would have
• 9:23
Speaker 7: at any place of worship that our PD came in.
• 9:27
Speaker 7: And you know, because this is an ongoing investigation, I
• 9:29
Speaker 7: can't comment more than that, but I would say we
• 9:32
Speaker 7: would have handled this in any other way in any
• 9:34
Speaker 7: other place of worship.
• 9:35
Speaker 3: In any other place of worship.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: So there's the Saint Paul Mayer who's done nothing about
• 9:40
Speaker 1: the deranged mobs that are targeting a church during their
• 9:44
Speaker 1: church service and then defending these far leftists and then
• 9:48
  Speaker 1: blames Ice.
• 9:50
Speaker 3: Ice has led the way.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: We responded the exact same way we would have at
• 9:54
Speaker 1: any place of worship, Meaning that if these radicals want
• 9:58
Speaker 1: to come into a church during a service and terrorize
• 10:02
Speaker 1: those parishioners in Minneapolis and in Saint Paul, they're in
• 10:07
Speaker 1: favor of it. Take a listen to Democratic Senator Tina
• 10:11
Speaker 1: Smith refusing to answer a simple question, and the simple
• 10:15
Speaker 1: question is, Hey, these far left antis mobs should they
• 10:20
Speaker 1: be targeting churches during service.
• 10:23
Speaker 3: Here's what the senator had to say.
• 10:25
Speaker 8: Sir, yesterday we saw a group of protesters go into
• 10:29
Speaker 8: the city's church to protest a pastor that they believe
• 10:32
Speaker 8: is an ice agent. That has, of course generated considerable
• 10:36
Speaker 8: criticism from those who say this was a desecration of
• 10:40
Speaker 8: a place of worship.
• 10:41
Speaker 3: Would you urge protesters to do more of.
• 10:44
Speaker 8: What we're seeing here or do you think that is
• 10:47
Speaker 8: counterproductive for what they're trying to achieve.
• 10:51
Speaker 9: So almost all of the protests and demonstrations that we've
• 10:54
Speaker 9: seen in Minnesota, and especially in Minneapolis and Saint Paul,
• 10:58
Speaker 9: have been peaceful, have been a nonviolent, and of course
• 11:01
Speaker 9: that is the right response. What all of our messages
• 11:04
Speaker 9: have been is basically, don't take the bait, don't fuel
• 11:07
Speaker 9: the president's narrative, don't fuel Donald Trump's narrative that is
• 11:13
Speaker 9: that this is a dangerous place. Let's show them how
• 11:16
Speaker 9: we stand up for each other and stand up for
• 11:18
Speaker 9: our neighbors. And that's what makes me so proud of Minnesota.
• 11:22
Speaker 1: Right you listen to that Democratic center, She now says,
• 11:26
Speaker 1: that's what makes her so proud. Almost all of the
• 11:29
Speaker 1: protests and demonstrations that we've seen in Minnesota have been peaceful.
• 11:32
Speaker 3: So she's telling you an admitting.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, some of them have gotten completely out of hand,
• 11:37
Speaker 1: but we're just so proud of all these people that
• 11:39
Speaker 1: just keep showing up, and we're just so proud that
• 11:43
Speaker 1: they're out there terrorizing people in church. Democratic Minneapolis City
• 11:48
Speaker 1: Council member telling this lie about ICE agents. And again,
• 11:54
Speaker 1: this goes back to the playbook of dehumanizing and attacking
• 11:59
Speaker 1: ICE agents. It's trying to turn them into the bad guys,
• 12:02
Speaker 1: into the Gestapo. Remember, you have a mayor and a
• 12:06
Speaker 1: governor that have not only disparagized agents, but they've said
• 12:10
Speaker 1: they want a civil war and they can get the.
• 12:13
Speaker 3: F out of their city.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: Well, now you've got a democratic Minneapolis City Council members
• 12:17
  Speaker 1: saying this.
• 12:19
Speaker 10: Every single person in the city understands that this is
• 12:21
Speaker 10: not here for public safety, right, Jake. We've had the
• 12:25
Speaker 10: first murder in the city of Minneapolis was perpetrated by
• 12:27
Speaker 10: federal agents. If this was about safety, ICE would be
• 12:30
Speaker 10: out of our city. And so I think we are
• 12:31
Speaker 10: seeing every single individual from every single corner walk of
• 12:34
Speaker 10: life in this city start to understand that this is
• 12:37
Speaker 10: not about safety, and that we are trying to do
• 12:39
Speaker 10: something here in our city because it's not okay.
• 12:42
Speaker 1: So to be clear, that is a Democratic city council
• 12:45
Speaker 1: member telling a lie to a Jake Tapper. Notice how
• 12:49
Speaker 1: he doesn't say a word to stop him. A disgusting
• 12:53
Speaker 1: lot to smear Ice agents who are already under attack
• 12:56
Speaker 1: while trying to arrest rapists, murderers, and pedophiles. This city
• 13:01
Speaker 1: council member said this was just if this was about safety,
• 13:05
Speaker 1: Ice would be out of our city. No Ice is
• 13:10
Speaker 1: actually doing the job that you refuse to do. Minnesota.
• 13:14
Speaker 1: Democrats are protecting the criminal illegals, just like the fraudsters
• 13:19
Speaker 1: who are there that have stolen countless dollars from American taxpayers.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: You've got deranged individuals out there, just like Stacy Abrams
• 13:29
Speaker 1: invoking Hitler and Chavez when trying to smear President Trump.
• 13:33
Speaker 1: This is part of the Democratic Party. Stacy Abrams saying
• 13:38
Speaker 1: it this way in an interview. Listen carefully of the
• 13:41
  Speaker 1: words she chooses.
• 13:43
Speaker 5: Economic populism raised up Hitler in Germany, it raised up
• 13:48
Speaker 5: Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, and we watched it raise up
• 13:51
Speaker 5: Trump and his regime right here in America.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: That is Stacy Abrams invoking Hitler and Chavez when smearing
• 13:59
Speaker 1: President Trump. Why is she allowed to say this and
• 14:03
Speaker 1: get away with it in her own party? Because they
• 14:07
Speaker 1: believe it. They are going to continue to advocate and
• 14:15
Speaker 1: to completely go after Donald Trump and any Republican and
• 14:19
Speaker 1: ICE agents in law enforcements because they do not want
• 14:24
Speaker 1: law and order in America. John Asoff saying this about
• 14:29
Speaker 1: what is happening in Minnesota, and did he condemn the violence?
• 14:33
Speaker 1: Does he condemn what's happening with ICE agents? Well, here
• 14:36
Speaker 1: he is in his own words. I don't know pastor.
• 14:41
Speaker 11: Where it is in scripture that it says, deny care
• 14:47
Speaker 11: to the sick, wow, that it says take from those
• 14:52
Speaker 11: with the least to give to those with the most,
• 14:56
Speaker 11: that it says violate the house of worship to hunt
• 14:59
Speaker 11: down on the refugee.
• 15:02
Speaker 1: Notice, he has no problem with hunting down the pastor
• 15:04
Speaker 1: who they think is connected to law and order. He
• 15:08
Speaker 1: won't condemn the far left, the anti ICE mob that
• 15:10
Speaker 1: targeted a church in Saint Paul during service and instead
• 15:14
Speaker 1: slanders ICE for arresting criminal illegals. So this is the
• 15:18
Speaker 1: Democratic Party fill with Marxist socialists. And communists who wanted
• 15:23
Speaker 1: to fund all law enforcement and wanted to fund ice.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: This is why every election is so important. It's also
• 15:31
Speaker 1: the reason why so many voted for Donald Trump because
• 15:34
Speaker 1: they want law and order.
• 15:35
  Speaker 3: Now.
• 15:35
Speaker 1: Thank goodness, Donald Trump is not giving in to the
• 15:38
Speaker 1: radical left. Instead, he's holding them accountable. And as the
• 15:42
Speaker 1: left continues to tell you what they believe in, I
• 15:46
Speaker 1: say one thing. Listen to them. This is what they believe,
• 15:51
Speaker 1: This is what they want for this country. This is
• 15:54
Speaker 1: how much they hate law enforcement. When they tell you,
• 15:58
Speaker 1: believe them, and it's our job to call them out.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: Homeland Security Secretary Christin nom sag on Monday that federal
• 16:08
Speaker 1: authorities have arrested more than ten thousand criminal illegal aliens
• 16:14
Speaker 1: in Minneapolis alone. She added that investigators have opened what
• 16:19
Speaker 1: she described as a sweeping fraud probe totally at least
• 16:24
Speaker 1: nineteen billion, sharpening her criticism of the Minnesota Governor Waltz
• 16:29
Speaker 1: and the Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry for what she called
• 16:33
Speaker 1: a failure to protect public safety. In a statement, Nomes
• 16:37
Speaker 1: said the Department of Homeland Security law enforcement officers carried
• 16:41
Speaker 1: out the arrests and that about three thousand were made
• 16:45
Speaker 1: in the past six weeks alone. She said, those arrests
• 16:49
Speaker 1: included murderers, rapists, child sex offenders, and other violent criminals.
• 16:56
Speaker 3: But the media, they don't want you to know.
• 16:58
Speaker 1: This story is a great example of one of those
• 17:02
Speaker 1: that the so called media loves to go after. And
• 17:06
Speaker 1: on Sunday morning on Face the Nation on CBS, there
• 17:10
Speaker 1: was this exchange and it was amazing because Christy Nome
• 17:15
Speaker 1: took the anchor to the woodshed over her own lives.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: I want you to listen to the DHS secretary destroying
• 17:23
Speaker 1: CBS News's Margaret Brennan over the Ice arrests, and listen
• 17:28
Speaker 1: to the bias that was on the show that she
• 17:30
Speaker 1: didn't allow to become reality.
• 17:33
Speaker 12: You just said millions. What's the breakdown of the percentage
• 17:35
Speaker 12: of those who you have in custody who've actually committed
• 17:38
Speaker 12: a criminal offense versus just the civil infraction.
• 17:42
Speaker 6: Every single individual has committed a crime, but seventy percent
• 17:45
Speaker 6: of them have committed or have charges against them on
• 17:49
Speaker 6: violent crimes and crimes that they are charged with or
• 17:52
Speaker 6: have been convicted of that have come from other countries
• 17:55
Speaker 6: that are here illegally. First of all, and then they
• 17:57
Speaker 6: have committed a criminal act while they've been here or
• 18:00
Speaker 6: in their home countries as well.
• 18:02
Speaker 12: It's not seventy percent, yes, it is. It absolutely is
• 18:05
Speaker 12: seventy percent of everyone. You guys keep changing your percentage.
• 18:09
Speaker 12: You pick and choose what numbers you think work. But
• 18:11
Speaker 12: that is the facts is that seventy.
• 18:13
Speaker 6: Percent of the people that we have detained have charges
• 18:17
Speaker 6: against them or have been convicted of charges, and they
• 18:20
Speaker 6: need to be brought to justice. And we're going to
• 18:21
Speaker 6: keep doing that no matter how much you guys keep
• 18:24
Speaker 6: lying and don't tell the public the truth. It absolutely
• 18:26
Speaker 6: is that these law enforcement officers are out there every
• 18:29
Speaker 6: day doing the work to protect the American people, and
• 18:32
Speaker 6: they will keep doing that because they believe in enforcing
• 18:34
Speaker 6: the law, which is exactly what President Trump has charged
• 18:37
  Speaker 6: them with.
• 18:38
Speaker 1: You listen there to again the lies coming from CBS News.
• 18:43
Speaker 1: They try to spend the numbers, they try to say
• 18:45
Speaker 1: what she said is not accurate, and then when they're
• 18:48
Speaker 1: called out on it, you notice how quiet Brennan shut
• 18:51
Speaker 1: down because she knows that this is the actual number,
• 18:55
Speaker 1: which also brings us to another part of this story.
• 18:58
Speaker 1: You may not know the head the line that I'm
• 19:00
Speaker 1: about to give you, and that is the DOJ is
• 19:04
Speaker 1: investigating the Minnesota governor as well as the Minneapolis mayor
• 19:09
Speaker 1: their boat to crime. The probe is a quote intimidation tactic,
• 19:13
Speaker 1: and the liberal media is more than happy to spend
• 19:16
Speaker 1: it that way exactly for them. CNN doing a perfect
• 19:20
Speaker 1: job of giving you state sponsored media from the governor
• 19:24
Speaker 1: and the mayor, as they reported on this story between
• 19:28
Speaker 1: Jake Tapper and Caitlin Collins. Listen to how they tried
• 19:32
Speaker 1: to explain the story to you so that you think
• 19:35
Speaker 1: that somehow Donald Trump is the one doing something wrong,
• 19:38
Speaker 1: not the mayor who said that we should get the
• 19:43
Speaker 1: Ice Agency f out of his city, or the governor
• 19:46
Speaker 1: who said it's civil war. And let's also be clear,
• 19:50
Speaker 1: why are they saying that, Because billions of dollars have
• 19:53
Speaker 1: been coming into their state and have been disappearing through corruption, fraud,
• 19:59
Speaker 1: and much of the money actually going directly to terrorist
• 20:01
Speaker 1: organizations like Al Shabab. There is a massive fraud in
• 20:06
Speaker 1: the entire state, and they don't want the federal government
• 20:09
Speaker 1: there trying to clean it up. So CNN says, yeah,
• 20:13
Speaker 1: we'll give you cover to that, no problem.
• 20:15
Speaker 13: I've confirmed that the Justice Department is investigating Minnesota Governor
• 20:19
Speaker 13: Tim Wallas and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frye. A source familiar
• 20:23
Speaker 13: has told me that that confirms what was reported earlier
• 20:27
Speaker 13: by CBS and essentially jac As we're still trying to
• 20:30
Speaker 13: figure out what exactly the contours of this investigation are,
• 20:33
Speaker 13: we have a pretty good idea so far. And we
• 20:36
Speaker 13: heard from the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanch earlier this
• 20:38
Speaker 13: week after we had heard these comments from Mayor fry
• 20:41
Speaker 13: from Governor Walls following the shooting of a woman by
• 20:45
Speaker 13: an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Earlier this week, Todd Blanche
• 20:48
Speaker 13: was saying that ICE operates in a bunch of different
• 20:51
Speaker 13: counties without incidents going on. He referred to what's happening
• 20:54
Speaker 13: in Minnesota as an insurrection and said it's the direct
• 20:57
Speaker 13: result of a failed governor and in all caps, terrible mayor,
• 21:01
Speaker 13: who he accused of encouraging violence against law enforcement, something
• 21:04
Speaker 13: that Todd Blinch called disgusting, and he said, I'm focused
• 21:07
Speaker 13: on stopping you from your terrorism by whatever means necessary. So, Jake,
• 21:11
Speaker 13: I think that gives us a pretty good sense of
• 21:13
Speaker 13: what exactly it is that the Justice Department is at
• 21:16
Speaker 13: least trying to base this investigation. Off of where it goes,
• 21:19
Speaker 13: it's not really clear right now, but this does come
• 21:21
Speaker 13: as the FBI director and the Deputy Attorney General we're
• 21:24
Speaker 13: seen in Minneapolis today as they've been surging law enforcement
• 21:28
Speaker 13: to the area, as those tensions have only continued since
• 21:31
Speaker 13: the shooting of Renee Good. But it does show you, Jake,
• 21:33
Speaker 13: who the Justice Department is focusing their targets on when
• 21:37
Speaker 13: it comes to the aftermath of the shooting of Renee
• 21:40
Speaker 13: Good here and right now, it is the Minnesota Governor
• 21:43
Speaker 13: Tim Walls and the mayor here, both of whom have
• 21:45
Speaker 13: been criticized by multiple White House officials for their comments,
• 21:49
Speaker 13: including Mayor Fry telling Ice to get the f out
• 21:51
Speaker 13: of Minneapolis the day that she was killed, and Governor
• 21:54
Speaker 13: Wallas as well making multiple public comments talking about the
• 21:58
Speaker 13: massive federal presence in their state. And so now it's
• 22:02
Speaker 13: an investigation by the Justice Department. It's not clear yet, Jake,
• 22:05
Speaker 13: that either of them have actually been served subpoenas as
• 22:08
Speaker 13: a result of this, and where this is going to go.
• 22:10
Speaker 13: It seems to be in the very early stages of
• 22:13
Speaker 13: whatever investigation this is, but that is what we have
• 22:16
Speaker 13: learned so far, Jake.
• 22:17
  Speaker 3: You notice there.
• 22:18
Speaker 1: They didn't talk about the actual problems in Minnesota. They
• 22:22
Speaker 1: did not talk about the fraud. They didn't talk about
• 22:25
Speaker 1: the millions that turn into billions of dollars that have
• 22:28
Speaker 1: gone missing from the taxpayers.
• 22:30
Speaker 3: No, no, Instead, what did they do there?
• 22:33
Speaker 1: They made up a totally different issue, and that was
• 22:36
Speaker 1: some sort of retaliation or retribution as they described it
• 22:41
Speaker 1: for a Trump administration they claim is angry. Yes, the
• 22:44
Speaker 1: Trump administration, by the way, is angry either angry that
• 22:47
Speaker 1: billions of dollars of our tax dollars have gone missing
• 22:50
Speaker 1: in corruption and fraud, that the governor and the mayor
• 22:53
Speaker 1: looked the other way on purpose, Which brings us back
• 22:57
Speaker 1: to Christino and what she had to say say on Monday.
• 23:01
Speaker 1: The federal authorities have not only arrested more than ten
• 23:04
Speaker 1: thousand criminal legal aliens in Minneapolis, but she added that
• 23:08
Speaker 1: investigators have opened what she described as that sweeping fraud
• 23:11
Speaker 1: probe totally at least nineteen billion, and then explaining it
• 23:16
Speaker 1: very clearly, this is at.
• 23:18
  Speaker 3: The government's footsteps.
• 23:21
Speaker 1: This is a defeat of the governor of Minnesota and
• 23:24
Speaker 1: the mayor of Minneapolis. She also made it clear that
• 23:29
Speaker 1: the worst of the worst are who they're targeting in Minnesota,
• 23:32
Speaker 1: and we are finding the rapists, the child sex offenders,
• 23:35
Speaker 1: the violent criminals, the murderersno I writing this peace and
• 23:39
Speaker 1: public safety in Minneapolis. We have arrested over ten thousand
• 23:43
Speaker 1: criminal illegal aliens who were killing Americans, hurting children, and
• 23:48
Speaker 1: raiding terror in Minneapolis because Tim Wall Jacob Fry refused
• 23:52
Speaker 1: to protect their own people and instead protect criminals. Noome continued,
• 23:57
Speaker 1: In the last six weeks, our brave Department of Home
• 24:00
Speaker 1: Security law enforcement have arrested three thousand criminal illegal aliens,
• 24:05
Speaker 1: including vicious murderers, rapist, child pedophiles, and incredibly dangerous individuals.
• 24:11
Speaker 1: A huge victory for public safety. Gnoam also allegs massive
• 24:15
Speaker 1: fraud in her own words, totally as she described it,
• 24:19
Speaker 1: at least nineteen billion, and said Home Insecurity investigation agents
• 24:24
Speaker 1: were conducting large scale investigations aimed at recovering money and
• 24:28
Speaker 1: holding those responsible accountable. Nom by the way, did not
• 24:33
Speaker 1: provide any details outside of that. Why well, of course,
• 24:37
Speaker 1: because she doesn't want the criminals to know what we're
• 24:39
Speaker 1: actually doing. But what she did say was this, there
• 24:42
Speaker 1: is massive fraud in Minneapolis, at least nineteen billion, and
• 24:46
Speaker 1: that's just a tip of the iceberg. Our home insecurity
• 24:48
Speaker 1: investigators are on the ground in Minneapolis, conducting wide scale
• 24:52
Speaker 1: investigations to get justice for the American people who have
• 24:55
Speaker 1: been robed blind. Now you notice she didn't say Minnesota.
• 24:59
Speaker 1: She said eineteen billion in Minneapolis, one single city in America. DHS,
• 25:06
Speaker 1: by the way, not releasing records, names, or other details. Why,
• 25:11
Speaker 1: because of course they don't want to help the criminals
• 25:13
  Speaker 1: know what's coming.
• 25:14
  Speaker 4: Now.
• 25:15
Speaker 1: We also know that the Justice Department is investigating whether
• 25:18
Speaker 1: walt and Fry impeded federal immigration enforcement through public statements.
• 25:23
Speaker 1: According to people familiar with that investigation, both Waltz and
• 25:27
Speaker 1: Fry have criticized the investigation, and of course, as you
• 25:31
Speaker 1: heard from CNN earlier, they're describing it as an intimidation tactic. No,
• 25:36
Speaker 1: it's an actual massive investigation. One other thing that's also
• 25:41
Speaker 1: really interesting is a federal judge in Minneapolis has barred
• 25:44
Speaker 1: DHS agents from arresting what they describe as peaceful protesters
• 25:49
Speaker 1: who are not suspected of crimes or obstructing officers after
• 25:53
Speaker 1: residents alleged violations of their const social rights while observing
• 25:57
Speaker 1: or protesting immigration raids. Nomes fraud allegations also arrive against
• 26:03
Speaker 1: the backdrop of Minnesota's long running Feeding Our Future case,
• 26:08
Speaker 1: a high profile federal investigation tied to pandemic era child
• 26:12
Speaker 1: nutrition programs. What we know about this is shocking. Minnesota's
• 26:17
Speaker 1: Office of the Legislative Auditor summarize that the US Department
• 26:20
Speaker 1: of Justice has now charged not ten, not twenty, not thirty,
• 26:25
Speaker 1: not forty, not fifty, not sixty, but seventy individuals between
• 26:30
Speaker 1: September of twenty twenty two and February of twenty twenty
• 26:33
Speaker 1: four in connection with US suspected two hundred and fifty
• 26:39
Speaker 1: million dollars scheme involving federally funded nutrition programs, and said
• 26:44
Speaker 1: the alleged fraud centered on the Minnesota nonprofit Feeding Our Future.
• 26:50
Speaker 1: Walt's office previously said it had not received notice of
• 26:55
Speaker 1: the Justice Department's investigation, while Fry said the probe appears
• 27:00
Speaker 1: aimed at just intimidating him for opposing what he called
• 27:03
Speaker 1: dangerous federal actions in his city. One thing is for sure,
• 27:08
Speaker 1: the Trump administration is not backing down, and because of
• 27:13
Speaker 1: President Trump's leadership, others are doing their jobs the way
• 27:17
Speaker 1: they're supposed to. That includes Christy Nome, the FBI, and
• 27:21
Speaker 1: Cashptel and many others who are now going to hold
• 27:24
Speaker 1: those accountable in Minnesota for the crimes that they've committed.
• 27:29
Speaker 1: And that, my friends, is far from quote intimidation, even
• 27:33
Speaker 1: if CNN lies to you and says otherwise. Don't forget
• 27:38
Speaker 1: to share this podcast, by the way, with your family
• 27:40
Speaker 1: and your friends on social media wherever you can hit
• 27:42
Speaker 1: that subscribe or auto download button and I'll talk to
• 27:45
  Speaker 1: you again tomorrow.
