Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Subpoenas Go Out to the Biden Crime Family...FINALLY!
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: It is official.
- 0:02Speaker 2: House Republicans have signed the documents to subpoena Hunter Biden
- 0:07Speaker 2: and James Biden as their impeachment inquiry is ramping up.
- 0:13Speaker 2: The Republicans issue the subpoena to members of President Joe
- 0:17Speaker 2: Biden's family on Wednesday, taking their most aggressive step yet
- 0:21Speaker 2: in an impeachment inquiry bitterly opposed by Democrats. That's testing
- 0:25Speaker 2: the reach of congressional oversight powers. Now this comes at
- 0:30Speaker 2: the same time that a ex Clinton advisor has now
- 0:33Speaker 2: come out and said publicly that Biden will drop out
- 0:37Speaker 2: days before the Democratic National Convention. Why so they can
- 0:42Speaker 2: bring in whoever the hell it is that they want,
- 0:44Speaker 2: and who would that person be, more than likely Michelle
- 0:48Speaker 2: Obama for a very short election process for her. Now,
- 0:53Speaker 2: Dick Morris, who is a former Clinton advisor, came out
- 0:56Speaker 2: and suggested that the Democratic National Committee may the riding
- 1:00Speaker 2: on the wall and refuse to get Biden the delegates needed,
- 1:04Speaker 2: opening the door for another Democrat such as a California
- 1:08Speaker 2: Governor Gavin Newsom or even the Transportation Secretary Mayor Pete
- 1:13Speaker 2: to actually come in at the last moment and then.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Get those delegates.
- 1:17Speaker 2: There's also another person Michelle Obama that I absolutely think
- 1:21Speaker 2: is on this short list, and the major poll numbers
- 1:25Speaker 2: that have just come out are now making Democrats turn
- 1:27Speaker 2: on Joe Biden. This as he gets lost yet again
- 1:31Speaker 2: on a stage, walks off the stage randomly, and when
- 1:35Speaker 2: he walked off the stage, which was pretty darn shocking
- 1:38Speaker 2: when he did it, he walked off that stage and
- 1:43Speaker 2: never came back on the stage.
- 1:44Speaker 1: They had to go find him.
- 1:46Speaker 2: Democrats can see this, they can watch it, they can
- 1:49Speaker 2: witness it, and they know what's actually going on here
- 1:51Speaker 2: with the cognitive decline of Joe Biden. The poll numbers, though,
- 1:55Speaker 2: are what matter the most Democrats. They understand right now
- 1:59Speaker 2: he is a huge liability. CNN on their website put
- 2:03Speaker 2: it this way, House Overside Committee subpoenas Hunter and James Biden,
- 2:07Speaker 2: saying the House Overside Committee subpoena the Bidens and President
- 2:11Speaker 2: Joe Biden's family members are worried right now, setting up
- 2:16Speaker 2: a highly anticipated showdown as House Republicans continue to search
- 2:20Speaker 2: for whether the president committed an impeachable offense and connection
- 2:23Speaker 2: to his family's foreign business dealings high bar they have
- 2:26Speaker 2: yet to meet.
- 2:27Speaker 1: CNN rights.
- 2:28Speaker 2: That's, by the way, not true at all, but hey,
- 2:30Speaker 2: it's CNN, so we expect them to lie. The Republican
- 2:34Speaker 2: led panel also said it had subpoenaed a business associate
- 2:38Speaker 2: of the Biden family, Rob Walker, in requested voluntary interviews
- 2:43Speaker 2: with a list of individuals including Sarah Biden that's James
- 2:48Speaker 2: Biden's wife, Hallie Biden, the widow of the president's oldest son,
- 2:52Speaker 2: Bo Biden, who then Hunter Biden was hooking up with,
- 2:57Speaker 2: and Tony Bobolinski, another business associate of the president's sun
- 3:03Speaker 2: Wednesday's subpoenas are the first time the panel has directly
- 3:06Speaker 2: subpoened members of the Biden family, and come as House
- 3:10Speaker 2: Republicans are focusing on a list of high profile interviews
- 3:14Speaker 2: that they want to conduct before wrapping up their impeachment
- 3:17Speaker 2: inquiry into the president.
- 3:19Speaker 1: But even as their.
- 3:20Speaker 2: Endgame comes into focus, it's unclear CNN writes how long
- 3:24Speaker 2: the effort will take or whether House Republicans leading the
- 3:27Speaker 2: effort will be able to convince enough of their GOP
- 3:30Speaker 2: colleagues that Biden himself committed any high crimes or misdemeanors,
- 3:34Speaker 2: which still remain a key hurdle. Notice how the Democrats
- 3:38Speaker 2: have a very high standard at CNN of making sure
- 3:42Speaker 2: they're covering for the Biden crime family, saying, well, they
- 3:44Speaker 2: haven't proved anything yet, so this is a very tough
- 3:48Speaker 2: way in a very this is going to be very hard.
- 3:50Speaker 2: This is going to be extremely hard for them. That's
- 3:53Speaker 2: what they're saying. They're already saying there's no way that
- 3:56Speaker 2: the Republicans can somehow meet this left and or this
- 4:01Speaker 2: standard that they have said needs to happen for there
- 4:04Speaker 2: to be an impeachment. I think it's pretty clear there
- 4:07Speaker 2: are quite a few impeachable offenses that the president has committed,
- 4:11Speaker 2: including the ten percent for the big guy, which you
- 4:14Speaker 2: can see now in these checks that have been written
- 4:18Speaker 2: directly from the president's brother to the sitting president of
- 4:21Speaker 2: the United States of America. We're talking about a quarter
- 4:24Speaker 2: of a million dollars at this point. Now, the White
- 4:27Speaker 2: House was also asked about this, and what did the
- 4:31Speaker 2: White House say when they were asked about this?
- 4:33Speaker 1: Going on? Take a list in the White House pres Secretary.
- 4:36Speaker 3: The House Oversight Committee has issued subpoenas for Hunter Biden,
- 4:40Speaker 3: James Biden, and Biden family business associate Rob Walker.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Do you have a comment on that?
- 4:46Speaker 4: So look as you just mentioned. It's just breaking. So
- 4:49Speaker 4: I don't have this information in front of me. I'm
- 4:51Speaker 4: just hearing from you. Certainly I would refer you to
- 4:53Speaker 4: any of the personal representatives on this on your question,
- 4:58Speaker 4: but I will have to say something that I've said
- 5:00Speaker 4: many times. This is an investigation that has been going
- 5:04Speaker 4: on for a year now and has turned up zero
- 5:07Speaker 4: evidence of wrongdoing by the president because there is none,
- 5:11Speaker 4: But Republicans continue to double down on a baseless, a baseless,
- 5:16Speaker 4: a smear campaign against the president.
- 5:18Speaker 2: Zero evidence. By the way, can we just laugh at
- 5:21Speaker 2: that for a moment. You have these checks that are
- 5:23Speaker 2: coming in from the President of the United States of
- 5:24Speaker 2: America for a quarter of a million dollars from his
- 5:27Speaker 2: brother right after money is being transferred from China communist
- 5:31Speaker 2: Chinese companies. Really, you want me to believe that there's
- 5:33Speaker 2: zero evidence here? Zero evidence? And look, she knows the
- 5:37Speaker 2: media is going to go work for them, right, she
- 5:40Speaker 2: knows it. She knows that the media is going to
- 5:44Speaker 2: cover for her and protect her. This is also a
- 5:48Speaker 2: president of the United States of America that refuses to
- 5:52Speaker 2: call out Democrats like Rashid t Lee that Rashid to leave,
- 5:56Speaker 2: as you know, was censured by the House of Representatives
- 5:59Speaker 2: for her anti Israel stance that is bigoted, anti Semitic,
- 6:04Speaker 2: and is calling for genocide of anyone who is Jewish
- 6:08Speaker 2: in it.
- 6:08Speaker 1: And around Israel. So what did the White House say
- 6:11Speaker 1: when they're asked about that question as well?
- 6:13Speaker 2: Listen, is there replace the Democratic Party for somebody who phrases.
- 6:16Speaker 5: That like that?
- 6:17Speaker 1: So we've been very clear.
- 6:18Speaker 4: We I we just said we think that we'd strongly
- 6:22Speaker 4: disagree in using that phrase. I mean that is coming
- 6:25Speaker 4: from here from the White House in a very public way.
- 6:27Speaker 4: It's been said by many people at the White House.
- 6:30Speaker 4: So we've been very very clear about that. I don't
- 6:33Speaker 4: have any conversations to read out to you with the congresswoman.
- 6:36Speaker 4: I just don't have anything from here at this time
- 6:38Speaker 4: to read out.
- 6:39Speaker 1: But look, we've been.
- 6:40Speaker 4: Very clear, very very clear about using how it is
- 6:44Speaker 4: important to be mindful about the language that we use,
- 6:49Speaker 4: especially in this time, and we'll continue to speak out
- 6:53Speaker 4: to that.
- 6:54Speaker 1: And we'll continue to speak out to that.
- 6:57Speaker 2: This is a woman that just used genocidal language against Israel.
- 7:03Speaker 2: This is a congresswoman the Democratic Party. So you've got
- 7:07Speaker 2: two messages today coming from the White House. One Joe
- 7:10Speaker 2: Biden has not committed any crimes. They have not turned
- 7:12Speaker 2: up any information, any intelligence, any evidence that these.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Committed any crimes.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Forget that the big guy's got these checks flowing in
- 7:18Speaker 2: from his family. Forget the fact there's one hundred plus suspicions,
- 7:22Speaker 2: activity reports and tied to the Biden crime family bank accounts.
- 7:25Speaker 2: But you got a White House now that also can't
- 7:28Speaker 2: even condemn a member of their own party who comes
- 7:30Speaker 2: out and calls for the genocide of Jewish individuals. This
- 7:34Speaker 2: is a democratic congressman. Here's something else the White House
- 7:38Speaker 2: had to say about Gaza.
- 7:40Speaker 4: We respect that there are strong feelings about the war
- 7:43Speaker 4: in Gaza, and we legitimate and there are legitimate public
- 7:47Speaker 4: debates and concerns about how it is being fought.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Wow, so let's be clear now, the White House not
- 7:53Speaker 2: only is calling for a ceasefire, but they're now implying
- 7:59Speaker 2: that maybe is Isel is doing something wrong in this
- 8:02Speaker 2: war in Gaza and saying that there is legitimate public
- 8:05Speaker 2: debates and concerns about how it's being fought. She's not
- 8:08Speaker 2: talking about Hamas, she's not talking about God, about Palestine.
- 8:12Speaker 1: She's talking about Israel.
- 8:14Speaker 2: That is your White House throwing under the bus, throwing
- 8:18Speaker 2: under the bus our closest ally in the Middle East.
- 8:23Speaker 2: And then she was asked about the censure of Rashid Talid,
- 8:26Speaker 2: just the basic censoring of her. Ask the question, does
- 8:31Speaker 2: the present believe that this is appropriate?
- 8:34Speaker 1: Listen last arighting, my parts.
- 8:35Speaker 6: Of the House censured concin Roushik's lies, consent within that
- 8:41Speaker 6: was appropriate, that her comments justify that action.
- 8:44Speaker 4: So I'm not going to speak to the actions that
- 8:47Speaker 4: Congress takes. We've been very clear in any any other
- 8:52Speaker 4: resolutions that include a censer. We've been very clear whether
- 8:55Speaker 4: it's a Republican or a Democrat, that is for certainly
- 8:57Speaker 4: Congress to take action on, and that is their prerogative.
- 9:01Speaker 2: That is their prerogative. So we're not going to answer
- 9:03Speaker 2: your question. We're not going to condemn a woman who
- 9:06Speaker 2: has called for genocide of Jewish people because she's in
- 9:10Speaker 2: our party, that is your president, that is your White House.
- 9:14Speaker 2: For ten years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian
- 9:17Speaker 2: conservative wireless provider.
- 9:19Speaker 1: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 9:21Speaker 1: They're the only one.
- 9:22Speaker 2: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 9:25Speaker 2: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 9:28Speaker 2: and organizations to help you stand up for what you
- 9:32Speaker 2: believe in. While you're paying a bill you're going to
- 9:34Speaker 2: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 9:38Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference. Every time you pay
- 9:42Speaker 2: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 9:45Speaker 2: time that you send a text message, Patriot Mobile actually
- 9:49Speaker 2: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 9:53Speaker 2: to protect the lives of unborn children. And that's what
- 9:57Speaker 2: they're doing right now is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 10:00Speaker 2: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 10:03Speaker 2: going to give a donation to help protect life and
- 10:07Speaker 2: to help mothers choose life to an organization that does
- 10:11Speaker 2: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 10:18Speaker 2: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 10:21Speaker 2: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 10:24Speaker 2: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 10:29Speaker 2: to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 10:33Speaker 2: or just a family, you can switch, and they make
- 10:35Speaker 2: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 10:39Speaker 2: call center making switching extremely easy. You're going to get
- 10:42Speaker 2: nationwide coverage, unlimited talking texts, and usually save real money
- 10:46Speaker 2: on your bill. Nine seven to two Patriot. It's nine
- 10:50Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot, nine seven to two Patriot, or
- 10:54Speaker 2: go online to Patriot mobile dot com slash ben that's
- 10:57Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile dot com slash been or nine to seven
- 11:01Speaker 2: to Patriot. Let me also remind you that it's not
- 11:05Speaker 2: just you know, Karine Jean Pierre at the White House
- 11:08Speaker 2: that is hawking and defending Hamas and the terrorists.
- 11:14Speaker 1: It's also TODP. Biden spokesman John Kirby.
- 11:17Speaker 2: John Kirby was asked about Israel, and they're right to
- 11:21Speaker 2: defend themselves, and I want you to hear how he
- 11:23Speaker 2: starts giving you the both sides ism, clearly saying that hey, Israel,
- 11:29Speaker 2: you need to slow down, stop doing what you're doing.
- 11:31Speaker 5: How important is time the timeline to that belief that
- 11:35Speaker 5: this is achievable? And the reason I ask is because
- 11:38Speaker 5: of this polling that shows Americans are very deeply divided
- 11:42Speaker 5: on Israel's counter attack.
- 11:45Speaker 7: That's only thirty six percent, So it's very important or
- 11:48Speaker 7: extremely important to provide eight forty percent of Americans said
- 11:51Speaker 7: the military response has gone too far, and among Democrats
- 11:54Speaker 7: that number is fifty eight percent, So is he't all
- 11:57Speaker 7: concerned about backsliding in support for this mission among key
- 12:03Speaker 7: constituencies of his base.
- 12:06Speaker 8: As a leader who has been deeply involved in the
- 12:11Speaker 8: Middle East for much of his public life, he understands
- 12:15Speaker 8: that there's a lot of complex history here, and he
- 12:18Speaker 8: also understands it right now, there's an awful lot of
- 12:20Speaker 8: strong feelings on all sides about what's going on right now.
- 12:25Speaker 1: He appreciates that.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Wow, way to make sure you just throw Israel completely
- 12:30Speaker 2: under the bus and implying that their strong feelings are appropriate.
- 12:36Speaker 2: One side is a terrorist group that is cutting off
- 12:39Speaker 2: the heads of infant babies, and the other side is
- 12:41Speaker 2: just defending innocent.
- 12:42Speaker 1: People who were killed.
- 12:44Speaker 2: We also know that the ceasefire could happen, and we
- 12:47Speaker 2: know how the ceasefire could happen.
- 12:50Speaker 1: It's very simple.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Ceasefire can happen by the hostages being released from Gaza.
- 12:59Speaker 2: And who is refusing to do that? Hamas? Hamas is
- 13:03Speaker 2: refusing to do that. So what is Israel said, Sorry,
- 13:06Speaker 2: no go, We're going to keep coming after you.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Now.
- 13:08Speaker 2: This also comes as there is a fake journalist that's
- 13:12Speaker 2: now being called out for putting out fake propaganda that
- 13:16Speaker 2: the media apparently is covering. This coming from the Jerusalem
- 13:21Speaker 2: Post headline controversy surrounds reports of Israeli baby found burned
- 13:27Speaker 2: alive in an oven. A fake reporter continues to maintain
- 13:32Speaker 2: that it has not yet been able to independently verify
- 13:36Speaker 2: the story of the baby burned in an oven. In
- 13:39Speaker 2: an interview with the BBC on November seventh, senior Hamas
- 13:43Speaker 2: leader denied that the terrorists who had breached the barrier
- 13:46Speaker 2: fence and carried out a massacre on Israeli's southernmost kibbuts
- 13:50Speaker 2: in cities a month earlier had killed any civilians or
- 13:54Speaker 2: women and children, claiming that only soldiers were targeted. Guess
- 13:59Speaker 2: what we know that this terrorist of a mass is
- 14:02Speaker 2: a liar. We know they targeted children, We know they
- 14:06Speaker 2: targeted civilians. We know they targeted women for brutal sexual assault, rape, sodomy.
- 14:13Speaker 1: The list goes on and on, however you want to
- 14:15Speaker 1: put it.
- 14:16Speaker 2: It is precisely because of these growing denials of the
- 14:20Speaker 2: massacre that the accounts of the Atroses carried out on
- 14:22Speaker 2: October the seventh must be precise and verifiable. Know the
- 14:27Speaker 2: digital disinformation Wottenstog organization fake reporter in October thirtieth tweet
- 14:35Speaker 2: following circulation of report by first responders in the aftermath
- 14:39Speaker 2: to the carnage that Israeli baby was found burnt in
- 14:42Speaker 2: an oven. Now this fake reporter again is out there
- 14:45Speaker 2: undermining the story, saying it's not true. The story, however,
- 14:50Speaker 2: has been widely published, and it has also aroused a
- 14:53Speaker 2: lot of strong feelings, whether it is an account of
- 14:57Speaker 2: an incident which has been mistakely misrepresented, or by people
- 15:02Speaker 2: who are upset that it is just well so disgusting.
- 15:05Speaker 1: In general.
- 15:07Speaker 2: They are horrifying and unimaginable testimonies from the massacre in
- 15:10Speaker 2: the Gaza Strip and still even today there are those
- 15:12Speaker 2: who doubt their credibility, and they do so while taking
- 15:16Speaker 2: advantage of specific testimonies that have no basis. The fake
- 15:21Speaker 2: reporter said in an initial post on Twitter following the
- 15:25Speaker 2: publishing of the account, denying the massacre is in the
- 15:29Speaker 2: interests of Hamas supporters and other hostile elements operating on
- 15:34Speaker 2: social networks. It's said, if you see a testimony that
- 15:37Speaker 2: has no source or official confirmation, avoids spreading it. Inaccurate
- 15:42Speaker 2: testimony has the potential to for great harm. In a
- 15:46Speaker 2: separate post the same day, Fake Reporter noted the story
- 15:49Speaker 2: about the Israeli baby whose body was found the oven
- 15:52Speaker 2: has been circulating for twenty four hours and has serious consequences.
- 15:57Speaker 2: The story was first circulated by pro Israeli accounts subscribe
- 16:01Speaker 2: The dimensions of the mask are carried out on seventy ten,
- 16:06Speaker 2: but very quickly the trend reversed and the story was
- 16:09Speaker 2: used to promote Hamas propaganda and claim that Israel is
- 16:12Speaker 2: fabricating evidence and inflating the numbers of the murdered. Now
- 16:18Speaker 2: you listen to this type of propaganda, and I got
- 16:22Speaker 2: to take you back to the actual initial reporting. The
- 16:26Speaker 2: initial reporting came from Eli Bier. He is the founder
- 16:30Speaker 2: and president of an organization that supports Israel, and he
- 16:39Speaker 2: is an individual who was in Israel and saw these atrocities.
- 16:45Speaker 2: He was telling the world about it. He was at
- 16:48Speaker 2: a convention and I think it was Las Vegas when
- 16:52Speaker 2: he told these stories. Yeah, it was the Republican Jewish
- 16:56Speaker 2: Coalition's annual leadership summit in Vegas. And this is what
- 17:01Speaker 2: he said at that convention about what he saw with
- 17:04Speaker 2: his own eyes.
- 17:05Speaker 3: We saw the most horrific things I saw in my
- 17:08Speaker 3: own eyes. A woman who was pregnant, four months pregnant.
- 17:13Speaker 3: She was in a little village, a little key boots.
- 17:16Speaker 3: They came into her house in front of her kids.
- 17:18Speaker 3: They opened up her stomach. She was pregnant. They opened
- 17:21Speaker 3: up her stomach, took out the baby, and stabbed a
- 17:24Speaker 3: little tiny baby in front of her, and then shot
- 17:27Speaker 3: her in front of her family. And then they killed
- 17:30Speaker 3: the rest of the kids. These are not regular enemies.
- 17:35Speaker 3: These are not regular situations. I saw little kids who
- 17:40Speaker 3: were beheaded. We didn't a which head belongs to which kid.
- 17:44Speaker 3: I was crying for five days straight. I couldn't get
- 17:47Speaker 3: out of I couldn't stop crying. See little children. Some
- 17:51Speaker 3: of them had grandparents who were Holocaust survivors, and they
- 17:55Speaker 3: were murdered in a Holocaust in Israel in twenty twenty three.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Little babies, little children. You couldn't even recognize. If there
- 18:04Speaker 3: were kids they could, We couldn't even recognize. We saw
- 18:06Speaker 3: a little baby in an oven. They put them in.
- 18:09Speaker 3: These bastards put these babies in the oven and put
- 18:12Speaker 3: on the oven. We found the kid a few hours later.
- 18:16Speaker 3: We found women who were raped, young girls who were
- 18:21Speaker 3: raped and then murdered anyone who was around. These people
- 18:27Speaker 3: were murdered or kidnapped. We found the little little twins,
- 18:33Speaker 3: ten year ten months old twins fourteen hours after their
- 18:37Speaker 3: parents were murdered. The mother of these twins, who was
- 18:42Speaker 3: hiding together with the twins in the bomb shelter for
- 18:44Speaker 3: two hours. Six o'clock, they ran into the when they
- 18:48Speaker 3: heard the missiles and they heard the shooting. They ran
- 18:50Speaker 3: into the bomb shelter and claraza where sixty percent of
- 18:53Speaker 3: the people were murdered. Beautiful little village, peaceful village, and
- 19:00Speaker 3: they were hiding in the shelter. And then the kids
- 19:02Speaker 3: was so hungry, the starving. The kids were crying, ten
- 19:06Speaker 3: months old. So the mother went out to get some
- 19:09Speaker 3: food for the children, and the terrorists were waiting outside
- 19:12Speaker 3: in the quarter.
- 19:13Speaker 1: You hear these stories and what is the left doing,
- 19:17Speaker 1: What is the White House doing? What is the media doing.
- 19:20Speaker 2: They're trying to say, well, maybe it didn't happen, maybe
- 19:24Speaker 2: this is not a true account. We'll find a fake
- 19:27Speaker 2: journalist and get him to start questioning, and then we
- 19:29Speaker 2: can justify us not covering it. These are the same people.
- 19:33Speaker 2: I have to just remind you that came out and
- 19:38Speaker 2: said that Hunter Biden's laptop wasn't real. These are the
- 19:42Speaker 2: same people that went out there and got a bunch
- 19:48Speaker 2: of people in the intelligence community former FBI director, CIA directors,
- 19:53Speaker 2: national intelligence directors to sign a letter telling the American
- 19:56Speaker 2: people that the Hunter Biden laptop it looks like Russian disinformation.
- 20:02Speaker 2: So if you think no, there's no way that anybody
- 20:04Speaker 2: would do what we're describing right now, you're stupid. This
- 20:08Speaker 2: is exactly what they would do to push a narrative.
- 20:11Speaker 2: And the narrative is clear. What they're trying to accomplish.
- 20:14Speaker 2: The narrative is at all costs, cover this up. Cover
- 20:22Speaker 2: it up right now, at all costs, do whatever it
- 20:27Speaker 2: is that you have to do to cover it up.
- 20:30Speaker 2: John Kirby, by the way, at the White House said
- 20:32Speaker 2: something else that really bothered me today. It's actually not
- 20:36Speaker 2: what he said, it's actually what he didn't say that
- 20:38Speaker 2: bothers me even more. He was asked about the hundreds
- 20:41Speaker 2: of hostages that are Americans that are still being held
- 20:44Speaker 2: by Hamas, and this demand by Hamas that is, you know, hey,
- 20:49Speaker 2: we're not going to give you any of them, no
- 20:50Speaker 2: matter what, unless you leave the area, period, Right like
- 20:53Speaker 2: that's what they've said, Like period, unless you do what
- 20:56Speaker 2: we tay to do, not going to happen. Take a
- 20:59Speaker 2: listen to what he has said. All right, I want
- 21:03Speaker 2: you to hear this because it's really frustrating. And if
- 21:07Speaker 2: you're an American citizen, I want you to imagine you're
- 21:11Speaker 2: waiting for your loved one info, You're waiting and hoping
- 21:15Speaker 2: that your loved one's going to be released, and this
- 21:17Speaker 2: is what your White House tells you about them. Can
- 21:20Speaker 2: you talk a little bit more about what demands Hamas
- 21:23Speaker 2: is making to release these hostages, What is being asked
- 21:26Speaker 2: for you going on in direct contact, any guidance you
- 21:29Speaker 2: can get into you.
- 21:30Speaker 8: Again, I'm really not going to get into negotiating it
- 21:32Speaker 8: in public. We have a way to communicate with Hamas.
- 21:37Speaker 8: We're using that way and we're doing everything we can
- 21:41Speaker 8: to get these folks back with their families. But I
- 21:43Speaker 8: think you can understand that I can be putting all
- 21:47Speaker 8: that process at risk if I start talking about the
- 21:49Speaker 8: negotiating stance of one or another partner in this.
- 21:52Speaker 2: By the way, that's just not true. He could say,
- 21:54Speaker 2: I have a lot more than that. He's not saying
- 21:57Speaker 2: it right he's just saying this is what we think
- 21:59Speaker 2: in general. Well, I can't really talk about it like
- 22:02Speaker 2: that's not good enough. I'd be furious, right would I
- 22:06Speaker 2: would be absolutely furious. And while, by the way, that's happening.
- 22:10Speaker 2: My Orcis was in front of Congress. You know, there's
- 22:13Speaker 2: these new FBI warnings that told you about that on
- 22:15Speaker 2: yesterday's show, that there is a real elevated threat, the
- 22:19Speaker 2: highest threat we've seen level elevated threat level since nine
- 22:22Speaker 2: to eleven of a Hamas style attack in the United
- 22:27Speaker 2: States of America. My Orcis was before the Senate. Senator
- 22:33Speaker 2: Brent asked him a basic question.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Listen, do you believe that a border wall is part
- 22:38Speaker 1: of the answer? Yes or no? No, there it is,
- 22:42Speaker 1: That is my orcist.
- 22:43Speaker 2: Do you believe that a border wall is part of
- 22:45Speaker 2: the answer for security my archist? No, hell no, I'm
- 22:50Speaker 2: not going to get into that. No, I'm not going
- 22:52Speaker 2: to do that at all.
- 22:53Speaker 1: You moved to Biden's Healthy Human Services secretary. Here's another question.
- 22:57Speaker 2: They were asked about what's going on the border, and
- 23:01Speaker 2: I want.
- 23:01Speaker 1: You to understand what they're talking about here. They're talking
- 23:03Speaker 1: about a border and open border.
- 23:05Speaker 2: And then how many abortions for pregnant migrant girls, has
- 23:10Speaker 2: the Office of Refugee Resettlement facilitated across state lines over
- 23:14Speaker 2: the past year, Because what's happening right now is we're
- 23:16Speaker 2: learning that apparently tax dours have been going to abortions
- 23:22Speaker 2: forgant pregnant migrant girls, many of them that were brutally raped,
- 23:27Speaker 2: and then we're saying, oh, you're pregnant, will help you
- 23:29Speaker 2: with that.
- 23:30Speaker 9: Listen, how many abortions for pregnant migrant girls has the
- 23:34Speaker 9: Office of Refugee Resettlement facilitated across state lines over the
- 23:38Speaker 9: past year, and what was that cost to taxpayers?
- 23:42Speaker 10: So, Senator, we make sure in compliance with the law
- 23:45Speaker 10: that if, for example, emergency services are needed for an
- 23:48Speaker 10: individual in our care, we would make sure that they
- 23:51Speaker 10: provide those services. We also want to make sure that
- 23:53Speaker 10: we assist any individual in being able to execute on
- 23:57Speaker 10: their rights to have healthcare services.
- 24:00Speaker 1: We know the numbers.
- 24:01Speaker 10: I could try to get back to you on any
- 24:03Speaker 10: precise numbers.
- 24:04Speaker 1: So get your head around what he just admitted to.
- 24:07Speaker 2: He admitted that there's a significant number of pregnant migrant girls,
- 24:10Speaker 2: not women, not adults, but girls that the Office of
- 24:14Speaker 2: Refugee resettlement facilitated across state lines, abortions over the past year.
- 24:20Speaker 2: He knows the number, but he won't tell you the number.
- 24:22Speaker 2: And he knows that there's a cost of taxpayers, but
- 24:24Speaker 2: he won't tell you the number. This is Biden's Health
- 24:27Speaker 2: and Human Services secretary. I can try to get back
- 24:32Speaker 2: to you on That is the response that was had
- 24:36Speaker 2: by what that was said by this individual in the
- 24:38Speaker 2: Biden administration. Biden's Department of Homeland Security Secretary Marcus says
- 24:43Speaker 2: he is quote quite hesitant to name any specific tangible
- 24:46Speaker 2: examples of policy changes that the Biden administratingtion thinks would
- 24:51Speaker 2: make a difference at the southern border, as we are
- 24:54Speaker 2: at the highest level and elevated threat level that we
- 24:57Speaker 2: have seen since nine to eleven.
- 24:59Speaker 1: And he said, as he does not believe a border
- 25:01Speaker 1: wall would help.
- 25:02Speaker 6: So give me two or three specific examples that we
- 25:08Speaker 6: could do policy change that would make a difference.
- 25:13Speaker 11: Senator, I think the President on day one set forth
- 25:17Speaker 11: a blueprint that.
- 25:19Speaker 6: Well, pick three out of there that you think are
- 25:21Speaker 6: the best, the most meaningful center.
- 25:23Speaker 11: I would be quite hesitant to rank which ones are
- 25:29Speaker 11: the best, but I continue to adhere to the approach
- 25:34Speaker 11: that when we're speaking of a system that has not
- 25:38Speaker 11: been reformed since nineteen ninety six, that we need to
- 25:43Speaker 11: reform it from top to bottom.
- 25:45Speaker 2: I'm quite hesitant to give you any tangible examples of
- 25:49Speaker 2: policy changes. The reason why is because he knows they
- 25:52Speaker 2: have a wide open border that's the problem here, and
- 25:57Speaker 2: when he's asked if a border wall is needed, he
- 25:59Speaker 2: says no. He was asked about the millions of people
- 26:02Speaker 2: that are crossing the southern border, more people than the
- 26:05Speaker 2: population of Houston, Texas, for example, this year, and listen
- 26:09Speaker 2: to what he says about that.
- 26:11Speaker 6: Do you think that millions of people crossing our border
- 26:14Speaker 6: illegally creates the risk of a tourist attack in our country?
- 26:18Speaker 1: By the way, he knows the answer to this, I
- 26:20Speaker 1: want to be clear.
- 26:21Speaker 2: My Arcus knows that the FBI said that we're at
- 26:24Speaker 2: the highest elevation of threat level that we've been since
- 26:27Speaker 2: nine to eleven. He knows that there have been illegal
- 26:31Speaker 2: immigrants that have been on the Tarists watch list, and
- 26:33Speaker 2: more illegal immigrants have been caught coming across the southern
- 26:36Speaker 2: border this year that are on the Tarist watch list
- 26:38Speaker 2: and the five previous years combined.
- 26:40Speaker 1: He knows that Let's be clear about that. He knows that,
- 26:47Speaker 1: so this is not a trick question.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Quote, do you think that millions of people crossing our
- 26:53Speaker 2: border illegally creates the risk of a tarist attack in
- 26:57Speaker 2: our country? Now if he says yes, that he's admitted
- 27:00Speaker 2: get a wide open borders is a national security threat
- 27:02Speaker 2: and he knows it is.
- 27:03Speaker 1: But listen, Dolly answers it.
- 27:05Speaker 11: Senator, I think that the men and women of the
- 27:11Speaker 11: Department of Homeland Security do an extraordinary job of ensuring
- 27:16Speaker 11: the safety and signy.
- 27:17Speaker 1: That wasn't the question I asked.
- 27:18Speaker 6: I said, do you think that millions of people crossing
- 27:20Speaker 6: our border illegally every year two and a half million
- 27:23Speaker 6: last year, creates the risk of a terrorists? With what's
- 27:25Speaker 6: going on in the world, people coming from more than
- 27:27Speaker 6: one hundred different countries crossing here illegally.
- 27:30Speaker 11: You don't even know how many of them.
- 27:32Speaker 6: Are still here. You came here today without that information.
- 27:35Speaker 6: Do you think that creates a risk of a terrorist
- 27:37Speaker 6: attack in our country?
- 27:39Speaker 11: A senator, you mischaracterize my testimony.
- 27:43Speaker 1: Yes or no?
- 27:44Speaker 6: Do you do you think that creates millions of people
- 27:47Speaker 6: come here are here illegally? We're not even talking about
- 27:50Speaker 6: the Godaways. How many Gadaways are in our country here illegally?
- 27:53Speaker 6: Does that create the risk of a terrorist attack in
- 27:55Speaker 6: our country?
- 27:57Speaker 2: If you think they're trying to keep you safe, they're not.
- 28:01Speaker 2: If you think they care about this country, they don't.
- 28:05Speaker 2: If you think that they truly are going to wake
- 28:07Speaker 2: up at any point and put national security against ahead
- 28:12Speaker 2: of their psychotic ideology, which is to fundamentally change this country,
- 28:17Speaker 2: you're not paying attention. We have tens of millions of
- 28:22Speaker 2: illegal immigrants coming across the border. We have countless five
- 28:26Speaker 2: times more people this year alone coming across the border.
- 28:28Speaker 2: They are on the Terrace watch list than we have
- 28:31Speaker 2: in the last five years combined. They know the open
- 28:34Speaker 2: border is a problem, the FBI saying we're the most
- 28:37Speaker 2: elevated level of attacks in ne to eleven. And then
- 28:40Speaker 2: the simple questions asked America's like, hey, do you believe
- 28:43Speaker 2: that the open border is a problem?
- 28:46Speaker 8: No?
- 28:46Speaker 2: Oh, okay, really you don't know. Do you think we
- 28:49Speaker 2: need a border wall? No, we don't need a border wall.
- 28:52Speaker 2: By the way, my archist was also asked a question
- 28:56Speaker 2: by Senator Collins. Senator Collins the vice chair of this committee.
- 28:59Speaker 2: They he was in from today basic question, listen, is.
- 29:03Speaker 12: The administration open to working with Congress to include policy
- 29:09Speaker 12: reforms that would deal with the underlying reasons for the
- 29:14Speaker 12: search As we consider the supplemental.
- 29:18Speaker 11: Vice Chair Collins, we need the funding that we are
- 29:22Speaker 11: requesting immediately that we are requesting in the supplemental. We
- 29:27Speaker 11: have advocated for day from day one for immigration reform.
- 29:33Speaker 11: It is unanimous that our broken immigration system is in
- 29:37Speaker 11: dire need of reform.
- 29:38Speaker 1: So there you go.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Just give us more money, and we won't give you
- 29:41Speaker 2: any guarantees. Right, we won't give you any guarantees. Let
- 29:45Speaker 2: me just remind you of the last thing that he said,
- 29:48Speaker 2: or I should say maybe the first thing in his
- 29:49Speaker 2: opening statement, I want you to hear this.
- 29:52Speaker 1: From the Department Home Secretary.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Majorcis claiming that the administration has actually pursued a comprehensive
- 29:59Speaker 2: strategy to ma it is this unprecedented migration at the
- 30:02Speaker 2: southern border.
- 30:03Speaker 11: Our administration has pursued a comprehensive strategy to manage this
- 30:07Speaker 11: unprecedented migration.
- 30:09Speaker 1: That's a lie. That is a lie. That is a
- 30:13Speaker 1: total lie. He's not done lying to you. Listen.
- 30:16Speaker 11: The second part our strategy includes expanded lawful pathways for migration,
- 30:22Speaker 11: strengthen consequences for unlawful entry at the border, removing a
- 30:26Speaker 11: record number of individuals found to be ineligible for protection
- 30:30Speaker 11: under the law, and increase partnership across the region to
- 30:33Speaker 11: curb irregular migration.
- 30:35Speaker 1: He's a liar.
- 30:36Speaker 2: We've had a record seven point eight million illegal immigrants
- 30:39Speaker 2: that have crossed the southern border under the Biden administration,
- 30:42Speaker 2: and he's sitting there telling you they're trying to stop it.
- 30:44Speaker 1: No, they're not.
- 30:45Speaker 2: They're trying to expand it. That's what they're actually trying
- 30:48Speaker 2: to do. Please take all this that I give you
