“Send Coach John a message”I found a very interesting post from Power of Positivity (@LIVEpositivity) that got my attention for all the crazy things going on around us. This post made a lot of sense: “An environment that is not safe to disagree is not an environment focused on growth - it's an environment focused on control.” It is a very powerful reminder that we (me for sure) need to do a much better job of talking more even if we disagree on things.
