- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome in his vertical center.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you and Senator We've got
- 0:06Speaker 2: a big show today, including starting with a thwarted terror attack.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Yeah, the FBI arrested five terror suspects who were allegedly
- 0:15Speaker 3: planning a bombing in Los Angeles for New Year's Eve.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Pro Palestinian radical Islamists, anti American far left were going
- 0:23Speaker 3: to break down the details of who they are, what
- 0:27Speaker 3: they were caught doing, and what.
- 0:29Speaker 4: It means for you.
- 0:30Speaker 3: We also have stunning news from the Department of Justice
- 0:34Speaker 3: and the FBI, which is during the Biden DOJ, the
- 0:39Speaker 3: FBI and DOJ believe they did not have probable cause
- 0:43Speaker 3: to search mar A Lago, and nonetheless, political appointees at
- 0:48Speaker 3: in the Biden DOJ overrode the career employees and said
- 0:52Speaker 3: search it anyway. And finally, Scott Bess and the Treasury
- 0:58Speaker 3: Secretary broke important news that rents are dropping across America
- 1:04Speaker 3: because President Trump is deporting millions of illegal aliens, that
- 1:09Speaker 3: it is having exactly the effect the President told the
- 1:12Speaker 3: American people, and the result is the rents that Americans
- 1:14Speaker 3: are paying are going down.
- 1:16Speaker 4: All of that on today's.

- 2:13Speaker 2: You'll have the option to receive a one time auto
- 2:16Speaker 2: dialed text message from my Heartmedia. Senator, you and I
- 2:20Speaker 2: have been talking about this for quite some time, and
- 2:22Speaker 2: that is the national security threats that we face in
- 2:25Speaker 2: this country. A lot of it is because of the
- 2:27Speaker 2: open southern border that happened under the Biden administration, countless
- 2:31Speaker 2: number of people coming across the border that we didn't
- 2:33Speaker 2: know who they were, where they were coming from, and
- 2:36Speaker 2: catching people that were also on the terrorists watch list.
- 2:39Speaker 2: What we're now witnessing is the government sounding the alarm
- 2:43Speaker 2: that hey, we have a lot of people in this
- 2:44Speaker 2: country in the thousands who are here that we do
- 2:48Speaker 2: believe either have ties of terrorism are directly connected to
- 2:52Speaker 2: terrorist organizations. And then we see the news break about
- 2:57Speaker 2: the thwarting of this attack from la all the way
- 2:59Speaker 2: to New Orleans. This was a major operation that had
- 3:03Speaker 2: a plan to kill a lot of Americans.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Yeah, week after week we're saying terrorist or radical Islamists
- 3:10Speaker 3: either carrying out acts of violence or being prevented from
- 3:13Speaker 3: carry out acts of violence. But there's a consistent pattern
- 3:17Speaker 3: we've seen that many of them were admitted to this country,
- 3:20Speaker 3: allowed in this country by Joe Biden, the Democrats. We
- 3:23Speaker 3: saw that, for example with the Afghan radical who traveled
- 3:27Speaker 3: to d C. To and shot to National guardsmen, one
- 3:31Speaker 3: of whom he murdered, the other of whom he severely injured. Well,
- 3:36Speaker 3: this story now the federal authorities say they disrupted a
- 3:40Speaker 3: credible terrorist threat over the weekend, they arrest four alleged
- 3:44Speaker 3: members of a radical pro Palestinian extremist group accused of
- 3:49Speaker 3: planning coordinated New Year's Eve bombings in Los Angeles. The
- 3:55Speaker 3: FBI said that the members self identified as part of
- 3:58Speaker 3: a radical offshore of the Turtle Island Liberation Front. We're
- 4:03Speaker 3: going to tell you more about that group. It really
- 4:05Speaker 3: is a whack job group. It is an extremist group
- 4:08Speaker 3: motivated by pro Palestinian, anti law enforcement and anti government ideology.
- 4:13Speaker 3: According to the FBI, they were allegedly planning coordinated bombing
- 4:16Speaker 3: attacks on New Year's Eve using improvised explosive devices, targeting
- 4:23Speaker 3: five separate locations across Los Angeles. Four of them were
- 4:28Speaker 3: arrested in Lucerne Valley, where they were believed to be
- 4:32Speaker 3: preparing to test explosive devices ahead of the planned attacks,
- 4:35Speaker 3: and they've each been charged with conspiracy and possession of
- 4:39Speaker 3: a destructive device. A fifth individual was arrested Monday in
- 4:46Speaker 3: New Orleans connected to the same extremist group and was
- 4:51Speaker 3: allegedly planning a separate attack. I want you to listen
- 4:54Speaker 3: to Fox News covering this breaking news.
- 4:57Speaker 5: FBI now reports that has disrupted a play and New
- 5:00Speaker 5: Year's Eve terror attack in Los Angeles. Four suspects and custody,
- 5:05Speaker 5: the FABI identifying them as members of a pro Palestin
- 5:08Speaker 5: extremist group. They're suspected a planning coordinated ied attacks targeting
- 5:13Speaker 5: five different locations in Los Angeles. But based on the reporting,
- 5:17Speaker 5: now that plot has been foiled, we will wait for
- 5:20Speaker 5: more out of LA or out of.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Washington D Center.
- 5:24Speaker 2: You hear this report, and I think what's so concerning
- 5:27Speaker 2: to so many Americans is we seem to be having
- 5:30Speaker 2: more and more of these reports. It's also got to
- 5:33Speaker 2: be incredibly frustrating law enforcement because this was avoidable. The
- 5:37Speaker 2: number of terrorists and random groups just like this one
- 5:40Speaker 2: we've I've never heard of before is concerning. And knowing
- 5:44Speaker 2: that there are thousands and thousands of terrorists in this
- 5:48Speaker 2: country and law enforcement's got about a thousand otherwise Americans die,
- 5:53Speaker 2: that is incredibly frustrating when you hear another report like this.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Yeah, look that this is what global laws, the Intifada means.
- 6:02Speaker 3: You look at the horrific mass murder in Australia and
- 6:06Speaker 3: on Bondi Beach, and that was globalizing the Intifada, the
- 6:10Speaker 3: father's son who committed that mass murder. There's evidence that
- 6:14Speaker 3: they were connected with ISIS and they were waging jihad
- 6:17Speaker 3: in this instance. Let me ask you this group, the
- 6:21Speaker 3: Turtle Island Liberation Front. Have you ever heard a Turtle
- 6:24Speaker 3: Island before?
- 6:25Speaker 5: You know?
- 6:25Speaker 1: It's fine.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I literally had to google it because until this report
- 6:28Speaker 2: came out, I'd never heard of it before. And then
- 6:30Speaker 2: I said it. And what was even funnier was my
- 6:33Speaker 2: wife was like, what movie are you talking about. I'm like,
- 6:35Speaker 2: I'm not talking about a movie. This is like a
- 6:37Speaker 2: terrorist organization I've never heard of before.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Look, I hadn't heard the phrase Turtle Island either, So
- 6:43Speaker 3: let me tell you what it is. The Turtle Island
- 6:45Speaker 3: Liberation Front Instagram account says its founding chapter is in
- 6:49Speaker 3: Los Angeles and its goal is to free Turtle Island,
- 6:54Speaker 3: which is an indigenous indigenous name used to refer to
- 6:57Speaker 3: North America. What do they want to free North America from?
- 7:02Speaker 3: Quote the illegal American Empire? The count posted Free Palestine,
- 7:09Speaker 3: Free Hawaii, Free Puerto Rico. Freeing the world from American
- 7:14Speaker 3: imperialism is the only way to a safe and peaceful future.
- 7:19Speaker 3: And let me also give you a little bit more
- 7:22Speaker 3: information about this group, because these guys really are whack jobs.
- 7:26Speaker 3: The group's into Instagram page has nine hundred and thirty
- 7:30Speaker 3: nine followers, which is one of the reasons we probably
- 7:32Speaker 3: haven't heard of them. Now, nine hundred and thirty nine
- 7:35Speaker 3: is not a lot unless you're talking about people who
- 7:37Speaker 3: are committed to terrorism and carrying out acts of violence.
- 7:41Speaker 3: On the Instagram page, you have phrases like death to
- 7:44Speaker 3: America and peaceful protest will never be enough. And there's
- 7:49Speaker 3: a video on the Instagram account that features a woman
- 7:53Speaker 3: who just says her name is Mary, and she explains
- 7:57Speaker 3: the group's name.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Here's what she says.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Quote, that's what the natives called it was Turtle Island.
- 8:02Speaker 3: So that's the decolonized name of the Americas, and Turtle
- 8:06Speaker 3: Island Liberation Front is looking for reparations and land back
- 8:11Speaker 3: for these indigenous groups.
- 8:13Speaker 4: This is dangerous.
- 8:15Speaker 3: By the way, TILF also had materials the FBI released.
- 8:19Speaker 3: One read death to Ice, another read death to America,
- 8:24Speaker 3: Long lived Turtle Island and Palestine. And so once again,
- 8:28Speaker 3: this is the Intifada, This is free Palestine, attack America,
- 8:33Speaker 3: kill Americans, and these bombs, so the bombs they were
- 8:37Speaker 3: found building. Here's what the federal criminal complaint says. It
- 8:41Speaker 3: says the individuals who were arrested had drafted a written
- 8:44Speaker 3: attack plan, they had shared bomb making instructions, and they
- 8:48Speaker 3: had planned pre operational surveillance of their targets. It says
- 8:54Speaker 3: three of the four individuals brought potassium nitrate, PVC pipes, charcoal,
- 9:01Speaker 3: sulfur powder, and other bomb making components to a camp
- 9:04Speaker 3: site in the Mahave Desert for testing.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Quote.
- 9:09Speaker 3: While in the desert, the co conspirators took steps to
- 9:12Speaker 3: begin construction of the device, including unloading the bomb making
- 9:16Speaker 3: materials e g. Precursors, PBC pipes, and fuses from their
- 9:20Speaker 3: cars and beginning to assemble the materials on a table,
- 9:23Speaker 3: constructing a tent to keep bomb materials shaded from the sun,
- 9:27Speaker 3: wiping down the interior one of the PVC pipes, and
- 9:32Speaker 3: they were building it when FBI agents intervened to prevent
- 9:37Speaker 3: them from actually assembling a functional explosive device. This is
- 9:43Speaker 3: dangerous and this is a pattern that we keep seeing
- 9:46Speaker 3: happen over and over and over again.
- 9:49Speaker 2: You know, the good news is that we have an
- 9:50Speaker 2: administration in the present that's made it very clear that
- 9:53Speaker 2: we're going to go find these people. This is part
- 9:56Speaker 2: of the reason why immigration reformans shutting down our southern
- 9:59Speaker 2: border was so important.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Tom Homan has talked about this.
- 10:03Speaker 2: He said, far too many people on the tarist watch
- 10:05Speaker 2: lists got across, and I go back and I just
- 10:08Speaker 2: for the Visual Aid Center. Remember, this is a government
- 10:13Speaker 2: under Joe Biden's leadership that went to Texas where they
- 10:17Speaker 2: had put down barriers, and they used a forkliff to
- 10:20Speaker 2: lift up those barriers in the bob wire to allow
- 10:23Speaker 2: illegal immigrants into America. Many of them were were not detained,
- 10:28Speaker 2: the background checks were not checked on them, and people
- 10:31Speaker 2: released and got aways into this country. So now we
- 10:35Speaker 2: are having to deal with radical groups and other terrorist
- 10:39Speaker 2: groups that we've never even heard of, all because they said,
- 10:42Speaker 2: let's flood America with legal immigrants. And my worry is
- 10:45Speaker 2: going to cost American lives at some point.
- 10:48Speaker 4: Yeah, look, and it already has.
- 10:51Speaker 5: You.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Look at, for example, the National guardsmen who were shot
- 10:55Speaker 3: by the Afghan Islamist radical whom the Bide administrate imported
- 11:01Speaker 3: into America. We are seeing multiple attacks from violent illegal
- 11:06Speaker 3: immigrants that the Biden administration rolled out the red carpet.
- 11:10Speaker 2: To final question on this one, what are you expecting
- 11:13Speaker 2: moving forward from Congress on this as we continue to
- 11:17Speaker 2: find more in the FBI. I got to say to them,
- 11:20Speaker 2: God bless them for doing their job grabbing these radical
- 11:23Speaker 2: propusating groups and these individuals. And now I'm assuming there's
- 11:28Speaker 2: going to be even more that we can expect as
- 11:30Speaker 2: they find out who they were working with and who
- 11:32Speaker 2: their friends were, and who was instructing them or who
- 11:35Speaker 2: was a part of this.
- 11:36Speaker 3: But listen, this is what you happens when you have
- 11:39Speaker 3: the FBI and the Department of Justice actually focused on
- 11:42Speaker 3: going after criminals. You know what, the Biden DOJ said
- 11:45Speaker 3: their single largest operation was going and persecuting many of
- 11:51Speaker 3: the peaceful protesters from January sixth, the little old ladies
- 11:54Speaker 3: who were singing God Bless America and waving flags. The
- 11:58Speaker 3: Biden administration, they devoted their time, the DOJ and FBI,
- 12:01Speaker 3: to political persecution, to going after their political enemies. They
- 12:04Speaker 3: devoted massive time to going after Donald Trump directly. So
- 12:08Speaker 3: instead of looking for terrorists, which mind you, they were
- 12:10Speaker 3: flying into this country allowing to come into this country.
- 12:13Speaker 3: Instead of looking for ice, gang bangers and criminals and
- 12:16Speaker 3: murderers and rapists. They were engaged in political persecution. The
- 12:21Speaker 3: Trump Department of Justice, the Trump FBI is going after
- 12:24Speaker 3: bad guys and the result of that is that's making
- 12:28Speaker 3: Americans much safer.
- 12:29Speaker 2: For the next sixty seconds, can you hit pause on
- 12:32Speaker 2: your life and just think about this. Every day, millions
- 12:36Speaker 2: of children face a crushing reality, a constant defeating message
- 12:40Speaker 2: echoes and their empty stomachs and their desperate eyes. It
- 12:43Speaker 2: is that you don't matter. Poverty doesn't just steal food
- 12:47Speaker 2: and shelter. It steals hope, dignity, and the fundamental belief
- 12:50Speaker 2: that they are loved. But there's another message, one of
- 12:53Speaker 2: boundless love and hope. Through Compassion International, you can change
- 12:58Speaker 2: the child's story forever. You can sponsor child just like
- 13:01Speaker 2: I do. You can introduce them to a loving, heavenly father.
- 13:05Speaker 2: You can equip them with education, healthcare, and the support
- 13:08Speaker 2: to overcome poverty. This isn't just about one child. It's
- 13:12Speaker 2: about transforming families, revitalizing communities, and changing nations. It's about
- 13:17Speaker 2: proving that every child truly matters. So help give a
- 13:21Speaker 2: child a future, give them hope. Visit Compassion dot com today.
- 13:26Speaker 2: That's compassion dot Com brings me into actually a perfect
- 13:31Speaker 2: example of what you were just describing, and that is
- 13:34Speaker 2: new files are revealing that the Department of Justice and
- 13:36Speaker 2: the FBI quote did not have cause to raid mar Lago.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Hold on a second, you're telling me the people in
- 13:43Speaker 2: charge of Government Center under the Biden regime knew that
- 13:46Speaker 2: they were going after Donald Trump for political reasons and
- 13:49Speaker 2: not because they thought he broke a law.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Can't I could not imagine this.
- 13:53Speaker 4: You know, it really is astonishing.
- 13:54Speaker 3: So the Department of Justice and FBI handed documents over
- 13:58Speaker 3: to the Senate Judiciary Committee. And here's what Fox News
- 14:00Speaker 3: has reported about those documents. FBI doubted probable cause for
- 14:04Speaker 3: mar A Lago raid, but pushed forward amid pressure from Biden.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Doj emails reveal quote very little has been developed related
- 14:12Speaker 3: to who might be culpable for mishandling the documents. An
- 14:15Speaker 3: FBI official wrote, the FBI did not believe it had
- 14:19Speaker 3: probable cause to raid President Donald Trump's mar A Lago
- 14:22Speaker 3: home in twenty twenty two, but move forward amid pressure
- 14:25Speaker 3: from the Biden Justice Department, with an official saying he
- 14:29Speaker 3: didn't quote give a damn about the optics of the search.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Newly declassified documents reveal, and you have emails between the
- 14:39Speaker 3: FBI and the Justice Department in the months leading up
- 14:41Speaker 3: to the August twenty twenty two rate of mar A Lago,
- 14:44Speaker 3: and FBI officials explicitly expressed concern about a lack of
- 14:48Speaker 3: probable cause to execute the search warrant on the President's residence.
- 14:54Speaker 4: Quote.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Very little has been developed related to who might be
- 14:58Speaker 3: culpable for mishandling the docum. This is written by an
- 15:00Speaker 3: FBI agent serving as the assistant Special Agent in charge
- 15:04Speaker 3: to another FBI official. Quote from the interviews. The Washington
- 15:08Speaker 3: Field Office has gathered information suggesting that there may be
- 15:11Speaker 3: additional boxes, presumably of the same type as we're sent
- 15:14Speaker 3: back to Nara in January at mar A Lago. The
- 15:17Speaker 3: Washington Field Office has been drafting a search warrant AFFIDAVID
- 15:20Speaker 3: related to those potential boxes, but has some concerns that
- 15:23Speaker 3: the information is single source, has not been corroborated, and
- 15:27Speaker 3: may be dated. DOJCS opines, however, that the search warrant
- 15:33Speaker 3: meets the probable cause standard quote. Even as we continue
- 15:37Speaker 3: down a path towards a search warrant, the Washington Field
- 15:40Speaker 3: Office believes that a reasonable conversation with the former president's
- 15:43Speaker 3: attorney stating that the FBI and DOJ are reading a
- 15:46Speaker 3: search warrant and developed information there may be more documents
- 15:49Speaker 3: at mar A Lago ought not to be discounted. At
- 15:53Speaker 3: a minimum, even if the former president's attorney is correct
- 15:55Speaker 3: and the documents were all declassified or believed to be
- 15:58Speaker 3: disc classified, it can be reasonably argued that the documents
- 16:03Speaker 3: remain sensitive and should be properly secured until the matter
- 16:05Speaker 3: of classification is sorted out. This conversation could easily be
- 16:09Speaker 3: accomplished at the same time that the Washington Field Office
- 16:12Speaker 3: presses forward with the investigation and continues building out the
- 16:15Speaker 3: search warrant. Weeks later, an FBI agent writes in a
- 16:19Speaker 3: new email, quote, this is stunning. We haven't generated any
- 16:24Speaker 3: new facts, but keep being given draft after draft after draft.
- 16:29Speaker 3: Absent a witness coming forward with recent information about classified
- 16:33Speaker 3: on site. At what point is it fair to table this?
- 16:38Speaker 3: The agent rights it is time consuming for the team
- 16:42Speaker 3: and not productive if there are no new facts supporting
- 16:46Speaker 3: probable cause. Another email revealed that the Washington the FBI's
- 16:52Speaker 3: Washington Field Office quote did not believe and has articulated
- 16:56Speaker 3: a DOJCS that we have established probable cause for the
- 17:00Speaker 3: search warrant for classified records at.
- 17:02Speaker 4: Mar A Lago.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Let me read that again. The FBI Washington field off is.
- 17:06Speaker 3: This is in writing quote did not believe and has
- 17:10Speaker 3: articulated to the DOJCS that we have established probable cause
- 17:15Speaker 3: for the search warrant for classified weapons of classified records
- 17:20Speaker 3: at Mara A Lago. And the response quote doj OZ
- 17:25Speaker 3: opine that they do have probable cause, requesting a wide
- 17:28Speaker 3: scope including residents, office storage space. And the FBI also
- 17:33Speaker 3: said a raid would be quote counterproductive and suggested quote alternative,
- 17:39Speaker 3: less intrusive, and likely quicker options for resolution to reclaim
- 17:44Speaker 3: any potential classified records.
- 17:46Speaker 4: This is stunning.
- 17:48Speaker 1: It because I can't. I don't think you can.
- 17:50Speaker 2: You can overstate how stunning this is that the field
- 17:54Speaker 2: off is.
- 17:55Speaker 1: They're saying, this is stupid.
- 17:56Speaker 2: This is abuse of power in essence and to the
- 17:59Speaker 2: point where they're putting it in writing.
- 18:02Speaker 3: And by the way, what it means if you don't
- 18:05Speaker 3: have probable cause for a search warrant but you nonetheless
- 18:09Speaker 3: engage in the search, the search is illegal without probable cause.
- 18:14Speaker 3: You don't have a basis for the search, that is justified.
- 18:18Speaker 3: And if the FBI is saying it would be illegal
- 18:21Speaker 3: to search President Trump's home, apparently the Biden Department of
- 18:25Speaker 3: Justice they were so partisan. Their objective what was not
- 18:29Speaker 3: to actually prosecute a crime. Their objective was to stop
- 18:32Speaker 3: the American people from voting for Donald Trump. They were
- 18:35Speaker 3: acting as political operatives. And so their view, as one
- 18:39Speaker 3: of the officials said, they don't give a damn about
- 18:41Speaker 3: the optics. The optics they wanted was President Trump in
- 18:44Speaker 3: a mug shot. They got that optic, but it backfired
- 18:47Speaker 3: on them, backfired bigly. As President Trump might have said
- 18:51Speaker 3: in the first term. But this was a political persecution.
- 18:56Speaker 3: And what's stunning is they knew it at the time.
- 19:00Speaker 2: Go to accountability, And this is where some of people
- 19:02Speaker 2: listening and watching this on on on Facebook or on
- 19:07Speaker 2: YouTube are gonna want to ask the question that I'm
- 19:10Speaker 2: going to ask you. Now it's clear abuse of power.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Where's the accountability Because at this point, it's like, we
- 19:19Speaker 2: know they did it, We've got the information, we know
- 19:22Speaker 2: that they were breaking the law or the rules, and
- 19:26Speaker 2: no one seems to be held accountable for this. So
- 19:29Speaker 2: in the rest of my lifetime. I have a feeling
- 19:31Speaker 2: there's going to be a Democrat that's going to get
- 19:33Speaker 2: back in the White House. What then, why would there
- 19:35Speaker 2: be an incentive for them not to abuse their power
- 19:38Speaker 2: and go after any other conservatives in the same way.
- 19:40Speaker 3: So there wouldn't be an incentive. And look, who knows
- 19:43Speaker 3: it may not be a Democrat in the White House.
- 19:44Speaker 3: It may the Democrat Party may have radicalized so much
- 19:47Speaker 3: that maybe the next nominee will be a member of
- 19:50Speaker 3: the Turtle Turtle Island Liberation Front. I mean, that's that's
- 19:52Speaker 3: that's how extreme these guys are getting. Look, there has
- 19:55Speaker 3: to be accountability, There has to be people who engage
- 19:58Speaker 3: in the abuse of power need to be fired. Now
- 20:01Speaker 3: the Trump Department of Justice and FBI have fired a
- 20:03Speaker 3: number of people. That's that's moving in the right direction.
- 20:05Speaker 3: But anyone who knew they were participating in an abuse
- 20:08Speaker 3: of justice and abuse of power, and and and anyone
- 20:12Speaker 3: who knew that it was illegal, let me ask, why
- 20:15Speaker 3: was there not anyone who stood up and said this
- 20:19Speaker 3: is not right at the Department of Justice to abuse
- 20:23Speaker 3: our power. Why were there no whistleblowers?
- 20:25Speaker 4: Why why was.
- 20:26Speaker 3: There no no pushback from within d O J.
- 20:32Speaker 2: You know, as you can ask you that question. There's
- 20:34Speaker 2: a lot of appointees. So that and I want to
- 20:36Speaker 2: get in the weeds here on this because I do
- 20:37Speaker 2: think it's important to paint the picture. When I was
- 20:39Speaker 2: in the Bush administration, there are there are political appointees,
- 20:42Speaker 2: and there's non political.
- 20:44Speaker 1: There's lifers.
- 20:45Speaker 2: There's people that stay in certain positions at the DOJ,
- 20:48Speaker 2: for example, at the FBI, they don't change based on
- 20:51Speaker 2: the election or who is in the White House or
- 20:54Speaker 2: who's in charge of the House or the Senator of Congress.
- 20:57Speaker 2: In general, that those into visuals are the ones that
- 21:01Speaker 2: you would hope would stand up here. The problem seems
- 21:03Speaker 2: to be that there's either massive fear when the Democrats
- 21:08Speaker 2: were in charge that their careers would be over a
- 21:11Speaker 2: or B that they just put in so many of
- 21:13Speaker 2: their liberal friends that the entire DOJ leadership and those
- 21:17Speaker 2: below them that were the supposed to be the non
- 21:19Speaker 2: political appointees were actually incredibly partisan. I go back to
- 21:24Speaker 2: you know, Peter struck and and Lisa Page or whatever
- 21:26Speaker 2: the hell their names were. That's I mean, there's two
- 21:29Speaker 2: examples of quote non political people that were absolutely political.
- 21:34Speaker 3: There are far too many extreme partisans who burrowed into
- 21:38Speaker 3: both agencies, the FBI and the Department of Justice. As
- 21:42Speaker 3: you know, a book I wrote a few years ago
- 21:44Speaker 3: was called Justice Corrupted, How the Left has weaponized our
- 21:48Speaker 3: legal system, and I detailed This was written at the
- 21:51Speaker 3: beginning of the Biden administration, So I did not cover
- 21:55Speaker 3: the prosecutions of Trump or the Marlago rate because it
- 21:58Speaker 3: had happened.
- 21:58Speaker 2: By the way, how right were you on writing that book?
- 22:01Speaker 2: I mean knowing what happened afterwards.
- 22:02Speaker 3: Good grief, And the book starts chapter one is actually
- 22:06Speaker 3: about Watergate. It's about Nixon. And I am not a
- 22:08Speaker 3: Richard Nixon fan. I think he was. He was corrupt
- 22:11Speaker 3: and dishonest, and he abused power. But but if you
- 22:15Speaker 3: look at one of the things Nixon tried to do
- 22:18Speaker 3: is get the Department of Justice and the FBI to
- 22:20Speaker 3: go after his political enemies. But at the time DOJ
- 22:25Speaker 3: and the FBI and the I R S.
- 22:27Speaker 4: They all resisted.
- 22:28Speaker 3: They pushed back and said, no, that's an abuse of
- 22:30Speaker 3: our power. We're not going to do that. And what
- 22:34Speaker 3: Richard Nixon tried to do, Joe Biden succeeded in doing.
- 22:39Speaker 3: Why because nobody, not a political not not not careers.
- 22:43Speaker 3: Nobody pushed back effectively and stopped it. And and and
- 22:49Speaker 3: we saw that started with Barack Obama. Barack Obama weaponized
- 22:54Speaker 3: the Department of Justice, the FBI, the I r S.
- 22:57Speaker 3: And then when Trump became president, those partisans.
- 23:00Speaker 1: Slicker about it.
- 23:00Speaker 2: I do want people to understand that he was he
- 23:03Speaker 2: was very smart about it compared to this the blaze
- 23:06Speaker 2: and abuse of power by the Biden administration.
- 23:08Speaker 1: But there were and and I want to remind.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Us a couple a couple examples of the abuse of
- 23:13Speaker 2: power under Barack Obama. Give us a couple of those highlights.
- 23:16Speaker 2: If people remember what they did do and how this
- 23:18Speaker 2: started a long time ago, and and the reason why
- 23:20Speaker 2: is center there were a lot of people that got.
- 23:23Speaker 1: Into the DJ yeah, and the FBI then that were
- 23:27Speaker 1: lower in rank, who are now running the damn place.
- 23:29Speaker 1: When if you fast forward to the Biden.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Years, Yeah, you look at I mean one of one
- 23:33Speaker 3: of the classic examples of lowest learner at the I
- 23:36Speaker 3: r S and and and the i r S deliberately
- 23:39Speaker 3: targeted conservative groups, that targeted tea party groups. It went
- 23:42Speaker 3: after them and persecuted them, and and and the search
- 23:46Speaker 3: words they were among among things they were looking for
- 23:48Speaker 3: as any group dedicated to the Constitution of the Bill
- 23:50Speaker 3: of Rights.
- 23:51Speaker 4: Yeah, and and mind you, they didn't mean the A
- 23:53Speaker 4: c l U.
- 23:54Speaker 3: They didn't mean leftist groups that they meant anyone that
- 23:58Speaker 3: was conservative, any pro Israel group they targeted. I mean,
- 24:01Speaker 3: it was an ideological purge and it was an ideological
- 24:05Speaker 3: purge that the political officials did everything they could to
- 24:08Speaker 3: cover up. And ultimately, you know, you look at Eric Holder,
- 24:14Speaker 3: who was Attorney General, described himself as Barack Obama's wingman,
- 24:19Speaker 3: and he ended up being held in contempt of Congress,
- 24:21Speaker 3: which was stunning.
- 24:23Speaker 4: But it.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Began during the Obama administration. When Trump became president, many
- 24:30Speaker 3: of those partisans they burrowed into senior career positions at
- 24:34Speaker 3: the agency, and for four years the first Trump term,
- 24:37Speaker 3: they waged war on Donald Trump from within the agency,
- 24:41Speaker 3: trying to overturn the duly elected president, trying to overturn
- 24:45Speaker 3: an election. And then when when Biden got into power,
- 24:49Speaker 3: they came out in the open, and they were brazen.
- 24:51Speaker 3: And part of the reason Biden was so much worse
- 24:53Speaker 3: than Obama is they saw there were no consequences when
- 24:57Speaker 3: it happened under Obama that it worked, that they were
- 24:59Speaker 3: able to w repinize the system. And I suspect many
- 25:02Speaker 3: good people just left the agencies and those many of
- 25:07Speaker 3: those who remained were either they were afraid or they were.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Willing to go along with it.
- 25:12Speaker 3: But it's why one of the most important obligations responsibilities
- 25:18Speaker 3: that the Trump DOJ and the Trump FBI have is
- 25:21Speaker 3: to restore integrity to those agencies to go after criminals
- 25:25Speaker 3: and bad guys like terrorists planning to set off bombs
- 25:29Speaker 3: in Los Angeles, rather than using it to target political opponents.
- 25:34Speaker 2: What will accountability look like specifically on these emails and
- 25:37Speaker 2: the people there? And will Congress get involved in this
- 25:40Speaker 2: now seeing this letter Grassly, etc.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Yeah, Look, I would certainly expect we'll see hearings in Congress.
- 25:47Speaker 3: I'd like to see the Senate Judiciary Committee hold hearings
- 25:51Speaker 3: on this and engage in oversight. This was released by
- 25:54Speaker 3: Chuck Grassley, the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, so that's beneficial.
- 25:58Speaker 3: And you know, look, I want to amend the Trump
- 26:01Speaker 3: Justice Department for handing these emails over. But part of
- 26:04Speaker 3: the reason that the Biden DOJ wrote these is because
- 26:07Speaker 3: they thought no one would ever know that they thought
- 26:10Speaker 3: Biden was going to be reelected or Kamala Harris was
- 26:12Speaker 3: going to be elected, and so this would remain hidden forever.
- 26:17Speaker 3: What changed the rules is you have a new Attorney
- 26:19Speaker 3: General and a new FBI director who decided we're going
- 26:22Speaker 3: to give this to We're going to show the American
- 26:24Speaker 3: people exactly what was going on.
- 26:26Speaker 4: That was the right thing to do.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Finally, I want to move to another shocking breaking news story,
- 26:31Speaker 2: and that is if you get rid of people in
- 26:34Speaker 2: this country they're here illegally, then you don't have to
- 26:37Speaker 2: compete for them. Center for Housing, we have seen the
- 26:41Speaker 2: medium age of first time home buyers. The number skyrocket
- 26:44Speaker 2: to forty plus years old, depending on where you live.
- 26:48Speaker 2: It's the highest we've seen it, certainly in my lifetime,
- 26:50Speaker 2: and the highest we've seen since World War One. I
- 26:52Speaker 2: think if I looked at the data correctly, that was
- 26:55Speaker 2: something that should be very eye opening. Rental prices have
- 26:59Speaker 2: also skyrocketed, because well, you're competing when it comes to
- 27:03Speaker 2: renting a home, especially those entry level homes. With tens
- 27:07Speaker 2: of millions of illegal immigrants, we are now finally seeing
- 27:11Speaker 2: Donald Trump's deportations and the shutting down the southern border
- 27:15Speaker 2: completely turning into guess what, lower rent and lower home
- 27:18Speaker 2: prices for Americans.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Yeah, and look, this is at the end of the day,
- 27:24Speaker 3: very simple economics. And in economics one oh one you
- 27:28Speaker 3: learn that prices. Prices are determined by two factors, supply
- 27:33Speaker 3: and demand and their graft, and where they intersect is
- 27:37Speaker 3: where the price is. So supply, it's pretty simple to understand.
- 27:41Speaker 3: The more of something there is, the lower the price is.
- 27:45Speaker 3: If there are a whole bunch of houses, the price
- 27:49Speaker 3: of housing goes down. If there are a whole bunch
- 27:51Speaker 3: of bananas, the price of bananas go down. But the
- 27:55Speaker 3: other thing that determines price is demand. If there are
- 27:58Speaker 3: a ton of people that want to buy houses or bananas,
- 28:02Speaker 3: the price goes up. And so those two counterbalance each other,
- 28:05Speaker 3: and actually rising prices typically are a market signal that
- 28:09Speaker 3: we need more supply. And so if banana prices skyrocket
- 28:14Speaker 3: because suddenly people decide they really really like bananas, you
- 28:17Speaker 3: know what's gonna happen. People are gonna plant more bananas
- 28:19Speaker 3: and grow more bananas to meet the demand, and the
- 28:22Speaker 3: price will fall. Well, what did Joe Biden do? Joe
- 28:24Speaker 3: Biden imported allowed more than twelve million illegal aliens to
- 28:30Speaker 3: come into this country. Now, when they came into this country,
- 28:32Speaker 3: most of those illegal aliens didn't live in a tent,
- 28:35Speaker 3: they didn't sleep on a park bench. They went and
- 28:38Speaker 3: rented an apartment, or they rented a house, or they
- 28:40Speaker 3: bought a house. And you bring in twelve million people,
- 28:43Speaker 3: that's twelve million people that are trying to rent, and
- 28:45Speaker 3: when demand goes up a lot, you end up having
- 28:49Speaker 3: prices go up. Now, now here's what Scott Besson reported.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Scott Besson said that last month apartment rents fell one
- 29:00Speaker 3: two point one percent compared to the same time last year,
- 29:03Speaker 3: and they dropped five point two percent compared to the
- 29:06Speaker 3: same time period in twenty twenty two, when rents had
- 29:10Speaker 3: peaked under Joe Biden and Bessen did an interview on
- 29:14Speaker 3: Fox Business Channel where he said rents are down and
- 29:18Speaker 3: the story the Biden administration doesn't want to talk about
- 29:21Speaker 3: the mass unfettered immigration that pushed up rents, especially for
- 29:26Speaker 3: working Americans. And he continued to say, there's a recent
- 29:30Speaker 3: study out from the Wharton School that shows every one
- 29:34Speaker 3: percent increase in population, rents went up one percent. So
- 29:39Speaker 3: President Trump, by enforcing the border and sending home more
- 29:43Speaker 3: than two million illegals. We're now seeing rents coming down substantially.
- 29:48Speaker 3: I think that will continue for the rest of the year.
- 29:51Speaker 3: We brought down interest rates and so we brought mortgage
- 29:54Speaker 3: rates down, and I think everything else will follow that.
- 29:57Speaker 3: That is a major victory. And by the way, it's
- 29:59Speaker 3: exactly what President Trump said on the campaign trail, which
- 30:03Speaker 3: is that if we deport the illegal aliens that Joe
- 30:06Speaker 3: Biden's open borders brought into this country, the result is
- 30:09Speaker 3: going to be rents are going to come down and
- 30:11Speaker 3: housing is going to be more affordable. We now have
- 30:13Speaker 3: the data backing that up. You know.
- 30:15Speaker 2: Messaging, I think center is going to be so important
- 30:17Speaker 2: going into the mid terms. And one of the things
- 30:20Speaker 2: I do think we have not messaged well enough on
- 30:23Speaker 2: our side is what is about to happen in twenty
- 30:26Speaker 2: twenty six. And there are laws that were passing twenty
- 30:28Speaker 2: twenty five that are enacted in twenty twenty six. You
- 30:32Speaker 2: combine what you just said about home prices and what
- 30:36Speaker 2: the Treasury Secretary was talking about there with something that's
- 30:39Speaker 2: going to have a huge impact on our economy. No
- 30:42Speaker 2: tax on tips is coming in this new year. No
- 30:45Speaker 2: tax on overtime is coming this year, and no tax
- 30:49Speaker 2: on Social Security for seniors is coming. Those are three
- 30:53Speaker 2: massive victories that I think many Americans have actually kind
- 30:56Speaker 2: of forgotten about that are going to be implemented this year.
- 30:59Speaker 2: That's going to have a very big impact on our economy,
- 31:02Speaker 2: but also affordability and living.
- 31:05Speaker 4: No, that's exactly right.
- 31:06Speaker 3: And I got to say, by the way, for people
- 31:09Speaker 3: that make substantial tipped wages or over time, millions of
- 31:15Speaker 3: Americans are going to be entitled to a refund from
- 31:18Speaker 3: the IRS starting in January, Starting in just a couple
- 31:20Speaker 3: of weeks, they'll be entitled to a refund because of
- 31:23Speaker 3: those tax cuts, because of the working family tax cut.
- 31:27Speaker 3: And look, the latest mantra of both Democrats in the media,
- 31:34Speaker 3: because in many instances they're one and the same, is affordability.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Now affordability. I am certain that that came from a
- 31:41Speaker 3: focus group the Democrats put on that that was a
- 31:44Speaker 3: word they could blame and blame on Trump. Affordability about
- 31:48Speaker 3: twelve minutes ago, used to be called two things, jobs
- 31:50Speaker 3: and inflation.
- 31:51Speaker 4: That's how we used to talk about it.
- 31:54Speaker 3: Jobs were seeing economic growth, and that is coming from
- 31:58Speaker 3: the historic tax cup we pass and it's coming from
- 32:01Speaker 3: President Trump's incredible leadership, cutting job killing regulation, and then inflation.
- 32:07Speaker 3: We are seeing inflation coming down, and this is interesting.
- 32:11Speaker 3: The HUD Department, the Housing and Urban Development Department, published
- 32:16Speaker 3: this month a report an investigation that concluded Biden's importing
- 32:21Speaker 3: of millions of migrants drove up prices for Americans who
- 32:26Speaker 3: are low income but who do not receive public assistance.
- 32:30Speaker 3: And here's what the report concluded. Quote one key cause
- 32:33Speaker 3: of elevated worst case needs is immigration. Between twenty twenty
- 32:37Speaker 3: one and twenty twenty four, the foreign born population of
- 32:40Speaker 3: the United States increased more than six million, the largest
- 32:44Speaker 3: such increase over such a short period in American history.
- 32:49Speaker 3: This immigration driven increase in households has contributed to a
- 32:52Speaker 3: significant increase in housing demand, thus driving up housing prices.
- 32:58Speaker 3: In fact, in some markets, immigration is accounted for nearly
- 33:03Speaker 3: all of the increase in housing demand in recent years.
- 33:07Speaker 3: That is hurting affordability.
- 33:09Speaker 1: All nearly all. What else do you need to know?
- 33:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that's Democrat policies kill jobs and drove up inflation.
- 33:18Speaker 3: And right now, under common sense conservative policies, we're seeing
- 33:23Speaker 3: jobs come back and we're making progress turning around and
- 33:26Speaker 3: driving down the Biden inflation that hurts so many Americans.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a great point.
- 33:32Speaker 2: Don't forget. We do this show Monday, Wednesday, Friday. So
- 33:34Speaker 2: at that subscribe or auto dowload button. You can also
- 33:37Speaker 2: watch on Facebook and on YouTube as well, so make
- 33:40Speaker 2: sure you watch the episodes there if you'd like to
- 33:42Speaker 2: do that. And the center, I will see you back here.
- 33:45Speaker 1: In a couple of days. All right, let's do the promo.
