- 1:42[SPEAKER_05]: Jerry, AJ, what's going on with your eye off Philip?
- 1:47[SPEAKER_06]: I'm surviving, bro.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_06]: I'm surviving.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_06]: I'm still here.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, yeah, that's one thing, but you know, I was still getting over this little illness bullshit over that.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, damn, I forgot you did it.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_06]: It didn't put me down all week, but I'm today.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_06]: I'm better than I have to say.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_06]: And they telling you, take your ass in the office, bro.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_06]: I know.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_06]: I had to show them better than I could tell them that they have said.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'm going to show y'all how sick I am.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, man.
- 2:18[UNKNOWN]: Fuck.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, okay, you can go home, but it's like just talking to you when we're at an age, I was over to you, Maya.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, man, it's cool.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's cool.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's just, uh, mentally prepare for next week, just trying to get everything together.
- 2:35[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, yeah, man, just, just chilling.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_02]: Um, oh, I spent some, some free time just looking at, uh,
- 2:46[SPEAKER_02]: office and stuff like that.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I mean, yeah, it's about this.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, we in 2026 all season mode now.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_06]: You look at it.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_06]: Mike, we thank you.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm not.
- 3:00[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not off season mode.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_02]: But I was just looking at like different variations of how the office processes and moving guys emotion to help get guys open, the run game.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_02]: just like just trying to get an early jump on on that conversation and what possibly may have been.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_05]: Well, it doesn't help.
- 3:28[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, it doesn't hurt to look at scenarios.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_05]: He and Joe with spoke today.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_05]: I ain't going to lie to you.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_05]: I didn't have really
- 3:40[SPEAKER_05]: many takeaways from either one of their press conferences.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, they said something.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, I guess we want to start with once that we're on cliff already, you know, as I have any thoughts on it, he said that he felt like people were pressing.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_05]: I just been honest, I'm sure he had like reasons for why he's he definitely has reasons for why he says that, but like who I don't have to say it's for Joe yeah Cliff Cliff I mean we'll Joe probably said he said same thing a thousand times but Cliff Cliff mentioned he felt like his players on that side of the ball was pressing.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, I guess, Drake, as you hear, did you hear his press conference?
- 4:24[SPEAKER_06]: No, I mean, I heard a little bit of wits, but I didn't hear any of clips.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_06]: I was, you know, if you had any cliff notes, but what it was pressing to me, you know, I know we always hear, I mean, what it nervous, I mean, what is it?
- 4:35[SPEAKER_06]: Like, it sounds like that's one of those kind of things people kind of as Dan Quinn likes to say, lean into when things aren't going well.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_05]: It typically, you know, people kind of elaborate, right?
- 4:46[SPEAKER_05]: I'm out to see, I'm out to go to, oh, this is already in single page mode.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm out to go to, I'm out, I pulled up clips, clips presser now so I'm gonna try and read through it.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_05]: But, you know, people kind of elaborate on things like that some nature like hero ball and all this other stuff and that's typically explainable.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_05]: That's what Joe Wittis did, you know, trying to get people to just do their job
- 5:13[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, man, I think, I mean, that often decided to blow like, I just feel like they're so far behind Cliff, this is my summation of like where I think Cliff is, yeah, I just think like he's so far behind and trying to get anything and everything on track.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_05]: You know, he's just can't find no chemistry, regardless of who's in or out every seaver, like you still got your offensive line, it's crazy.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_05]: Actually, not, I think about it, the, the church is one of the most important parts.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_05]: They, they've been to health this all season.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_05]: That's been the health use group.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_05]: Um, so I don't know.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_05]: I feel like maybe he's kind of
- 6:08[SPEAKER_05]: injuries.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, you have Marcus for two years.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_05]: So like, that shouldn't be a huge drop off.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_05]: Like, you know what's a drop off, but it shouldn't be a huge drop off.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_05]: A man from a receiver standpoint, like, that's kind of where, you know, you got to get into your bag as a coordinator.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_05]: Help your help your help your squad out, bro.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_05]: So, I don't know.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_06]: Danny, I mean, it's with a ring game.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_06]: Like, it's just to see what the ring game.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_05]: So, I was kind of one of the first couple questions.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_05]: He said, he thinks it's a combination
- 6:39[SPEAKER_05]: The game is a combination of getting behind early where you are banding it at some point around a third throw to your trying to catch up, which hasn't helped.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_05]: And then just trying to find the right matchups, right personnel groupings, different things to take advantage of.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_05]: And next time on your personnel, we got to do it.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_05]: Got to do a good job of that.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_05]: You feel like the guys.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_05]: that we're asking you to step up and play, have gotten a better feel for the offensive this point, should be able to start making some strides that a help is not only in the run game, but the parents game as well.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_05]: That's quote, quote, unquote.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean, it's like, it's like, bro, let's look at the first drive against the out of them.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_02]: They did not run the ball at all.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_02]: The only runs that happen were mainly fashion because of the past rush, like whipping, whipping loss in his ass where
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: Like, and then even I got a tweet from a dead and day, you know, a guest that's been on our show, he reminded me of like the Giants game where they threw the ball like on the, I think it was like three and out.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_02]: The first drive of the game was three passes.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_02]: That another game against the Charger is like, another just six passes, open and drive, that another drive, it was just all passes.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_02]: So it was like to say,
- 7:58[SPEAKER_02]: To say that comment is like, bro, you're not even trying to establish the running some aspect or show the threat of run, you know, so it's just, um, it's just a bit frustrating, because I feel like everyone's bringing the heat primarily for Joe was doing it, but.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_02]: Cliff King's Berry is right up there with, you know, the regress in a play calling.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_02]: And I guess you could say a real regress and because Washington's defense wasn't good last year.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean, what they're right, maybe 30 of.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_02]: So for this office to be one of the best in the league, or whatever, for him to say that.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: And how has been produced.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_02]: And this is really showing the true regress
- 8:45[SPEAKER_02]: overall and and how he's been able to handle the second year as being a coordinator and it kind of goes back to the analytics of his time and Arizona.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_06]: You know what I think with Cliff in the biggest thing that I have an issue with is Cliff still wants to run and call his office as if he has everything that he needs to run the office, you know.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_06]: That's probably fine if Cliff wants to be this you know a hot passer.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_06]: You know, have the passing game be the main thing of the office and that be the identity.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_06]: You know, if you've got to healthy jaded for, you know, the whole season.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_06]: If you have a healthy Terry, healthy Noah Brown, you know, I'm just mentioning guys who were supposed to be on the roster that was supposed to be contributing.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_06]: But none of these guys have been there.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_06]: So now, you know, when Jaden's throwing out their Jaden's barely healthy when he's out there, he's had a deep race with most of the season.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_06]: He's throwing it guys that are, you know, more even in the top three of the receiver core, you know, to start the season, you know, and these guys aren't getting an open.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_06]: For me, Cliff hasn't shown the ability to adjust his offense.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_06]: You know, to AJ's point, we talk about getting mentioned in the Giants game when he opened up in their pass and they have done that quite a couple of games this season, but the best the offense has looked all season.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_06]: And I know it was, you know, the other opponent.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_06]: It was the writers.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_06]: And that was the game that that was the only game this season that I saw or Cliff come out there and establish the run from play one.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_06]: And that was that set the tone for the rest of the game.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_06]: Now I'm not saying you're going to go out there and you're going to do that every game.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_06]: But
- 10:17[SPEAKER_06]: what I'm saying is they haven't went back to that at all.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_06]: But we haven't seen any symbolism that even with Mary Yoda at court of back in I know when Jade is out there he likes to use Jade as her a little bit more.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_06]: But even with Mary Yoda at court of back we haven't seen him grow out there try to establish that one.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_06]: like he did in that reader's game, and that way, it might not have been a coincidence that that was the best your office looked all season.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_06]: So to me, Cliff just has a shown the ability to adjust to what he's had, and he's talked about his frustrations with certain players, you know, not being available, not being healthy, Terry's holdout early in the all season, but he's still running his office, like everyone in everything is there, instead of saying, you know, well, let me adjust it a little bit, let me find ways to
- 10:58[SPEAKER_06]: get the run game going.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_06]: And I mean, I know when coordinators do these Thursday press conferences, a lot of times they're just trying to get it out of there, say whatever, but I don't like these skews of, you know, the game got a hand or the score, the dictates for how running the ball, because you can start dictating how you want to play possession number one before the game's out of hand when the game's still kind of equal.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_06]: You had to ball first this week.
- 11:23[SPEAKER_06]: You know, we haven't got
- 11:27[SPEAKER_06]: and it was mostly passes.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_06]: So that's how he dictated how the game was going to go.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_06]: So that's what I'm saying.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_06]: If you want to try something different, I want to see Cliff adjust.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I mean, the results may not be too much different, but don't keep going the same thing.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_06]: We say the same thing on a defense event.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_06]: We don't want to see Joe with him going out there calling the same thing, going the same thing.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_06]: Well, Cliff, we want to see you adjust and we haven't seen that yet.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_06]: You know, we'll see if he could he'll do something different going forward, but something has to change if you want this office that any kind of momentum for the rest of the season.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, where was the money ball mentioned, well, you mentioned Chris right reggae is.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_05]: Now, he didn't allude to that in his statement.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_05]: Money boss specifically for those that's listening on the audio side.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_05]: Said he basically said, see, rod is starting and those getting benched.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_05]: Ben, somebody did ask a specific question about rod rigas.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_05]: And he said he thinks that, you know, when you go through the flows of the season and different guys are called on we've asked, see right the step up he's played at a high level and he's done that once again, but that's an area quote, let me actually pause right there the question was more about using Chris Rodriguez to get more explosive plays in the back field.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_05]: So back to the response.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_05]: is that I think we've done, we've got to be able to get what's blocked and then we have to have a chance to make a big one.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, we have to take advantage of that as well.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_05]: There is something though when I think about bail and sea rock, I don't know if I said it on this show, but it's actually kind of relative to the Terry conversation when we talk about how Terry is always
- 13:15[SPEAKER_05]: Um, you know, not to say that Bill isn't like an electric player to watch, but you know,
- 13:23[SPEAKER_05]: Eventually, you got to learn how to break those second level tackles and get you through to that third level to break those explosive runs.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_05]: Bill has had some moments here and there, right?
- 13:35[SPEAKER_05]: He had two big runs to date, the one against the charges, the one against the giants at the end of the game.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_05]: Those are your two biggest runs that you can think of when you think about Bill's rookie season so far.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_05]: uh, but at the same time, those two runs, what the first one specifically, he wasn't touched.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_05]: Going to the third level, uh, the first one, he made somebody miss, but like the flow of the defense allowed him to get to, uh, third level and stuff like that.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_05]: He just had division.
- 14:06[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I think when you look at Shira, like, there shouldn't be any issues, why he's not,
- 14:14[SPEAKER_05]: And the mix in terms of like I have the spale between him and Bill.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if Bill has that play strength yet.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and contact balance to really like be what we see he can be right now.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_05]: I think he has to we're yes to find a way to develop that.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_05]: Like make that second level guy miss or have the place dream that lower body place where he can push through those those tackles to to actually have that uh, expose the myths that people uh, think steady has.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, no, and we've been talking about this all season, because Chris around Rika is about far the best in between the tackles running back, that the team has on his roster.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_06]: But Bill, we've wanted to see him with more opportunities, but I think at this point is probably best to use Bill as a change of pace back.
- 15:11[SPEAKER_06]: I think they've been kind of trying to force the, you know, Bill to be the main back, you know, and have Jay Mack kind of been at Austin, Eplero, but I think they need to go to
- 15:20[SPEAKER_06]: They need to use all three, but don't just use two of them, we haven't seen any reason while one guy should be getting this amount of carries over any of the rest of the bets.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_06]: At this point, I do think you need to go see broad as you in between the tackles back possibly mostly first and second downs.
- 15:35[SPEAKER_06]: And you just kind of spell a bill lit on different possessions that you can still use, Jay Mac and the road that he's in with Jeremy McNickle who use him and the road that he's in.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_06]: But we've been saying it all season, why is Chris Ravrique not getting more opportunities?
- 15:49[SPEAKER_06]: Now, I didn't see the press conference.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_06]: I know money ball has a tendency to exaggerate.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_06]: So how me out?
- 15:55[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, we'll see, but I do want to see more zebra this week, and what might be another translation form because again, because I didn't see it, I'm reading his one way, he says, Cliff says the receivers can't take advantage of man or single coverage.
- 16:13[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, did he say it in those words or,
- 16:16[SPEAKER_05]: I think money ball is more accurate than everything else you say so far, but the first sentence where you say, you took a shot of AP, no, it's literally the receivers that they had.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_05]: If you just said you got to be able to take advantage of the matchups when you can, there was a question about single, single man.
- 16:38[SPEAKER_05]: I think they might single high.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_05]: the way this question is phrase.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_05]: But they said single man coverages and man coverage.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_05]: But I think it was single highs is just a typo and the question.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_05]: I believe you said you got to be able to take advantage of the matches when you can and so far they basically haven't been able to really attack that area of defenses when they come into a play playing that type of coverage.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, and it's facts.
- 17:04[SPEAKER_05]: I mean.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_05]: But at the same time, like what can you do?
- 17:07[SPEAKER_05]: Like where's your bunch of words, your trips?
- 17:10[SPEAKER_05]: Where's your emotions and to stack the linements?
- 17:16[SPEAKER_05]: Help free these guys, cause like I even think about Jalen Lane.
- 17:20[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know if you ever remember, but in preseason, training camp, Cliff was talking about, like Jalen Lane had this bad guy, he ain't no the he had as a rock runner.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_05]: Now he's talking about in the pressure today.
- 17:34[SPEAKER_05]: Now I'm not blaming him or anything.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_05]: I'm actually just acknowledging like, it went from one thing to another.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_05]: Now he's saying that he's,
- 17:45[SPEAKER_05]: He's getting use Jalen is to like the different variations of NFL coverage specifically man, where he saw a lot of his own in college, but he's struggling, he didn't say struggling, but it's just been a challenge because he's developing in that area, and specifically like the slot position I think he mentioned, let me see, he said it's like the slot position is where
- 18:12[SPEAKER_05]: I think we're really back to square one in terms of like the evaluation with Jayman.
- 18:16[SPEAKER_05]: He came out, he came out, uh, V-tech, undeveloped, underdeveloped as a rock runner.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_05]: It's, we, we, we in it, we still in, we still in square one.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, well, let's see the trail on verse has.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I know he's quite different subject, you know, we want to see him on the outside, but it would be interesting to see him.
- 18:35[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_05]: That's that's an important, that's an important change of pace in terms of the conversation.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_05]: Like, it's, I mean, you're talking about a former number one pick.
- 18:43[SPEAKER_05]: I'm, I, you don't have to be super optimistic about him.
- 18:45[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not super optimistic about him, but it's a different flavor in terms of like
- 18:55[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, like a big body receiver and and where I'm getting that like he he has that round one that first round talent.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_05]: Just keeps getting hurt, but you're going to be a featured receiver.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_05]: They elevated him up from the practice while they signed them because of the Luke McAfee and Jerry obviously Terry is is unavailable.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_05]: So like he's going to get featured this week against Detroit and.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_05]: What a better opportunity for him, all be it, not with Jayden.
- 19:24[SPEAKER_05]: What a better opportunity for trail-on to see if he can actually find a new home in Washington because if you can get trail-on like to feel like that number one pick again, not necessarily your number one receiver, right, because you're going to need some help.
- 19:41[SPEAKER_05]: If you can feel like that number one pick again, like that's encouraging beyond 2025.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_05]: All right, so we're good here.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_05]: Let's actually take the ad break now.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_05]: We don't have too much to say about this.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to come back.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to talk about that defense side of the ball.
- 20:02[SPEAKER_05]: And what Joe Whithead to say, then we'll kind of do the preview of the game and get up out of here.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_05]: So let me tell you how people over here that's in a chat
- 20:21[SPEAKER_05]: fantasy football seasons and full swing and underdog is the blessed best place to get on all the action whether you're in the basketball football hockey or any sport in between underdog is the best place to get on the action all season long.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_05]: Playing on the dog is easy just pick whether your favorite place to go higher on lower such as stats like brushing yards, receptions, touchdowns and more so if we go
- 20:51[SPEAKER_05]: And we go to Sunday night football.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's actually a good game.
- 20:54[SPEAKER_05]: Pittsburgh and LA, the chargers.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_05]: I like this one.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_05]: I think I had to charge as one.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, Justin Herbert, he's a tricky guy, man.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_05]: And so with Aaron Rogers, because Aaron Rogers, you know, he could light through up in any minute.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_05]: But I'm gonna bet against,
- 21:20[SPEAKER_05]: Aaron and I'm just I'm going to actually just roll with Justin right so Justin is at 2508 and a half passing yards.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_05]: I want to go actually I'm I like this one better.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to go lower on Justin Justin Herbert's 2508 passing yards right but I'm going to go higher on Aaron Rodgers one and a half passing touchdowns.
- 21:46[SPEAKER_05]: I like that one.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_05]: Aaron Rodgers not to throw the football in the end zone.
- 21:49[SPEAKER_05]: especially in Arizona.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_05]: So we're going to go higher on an error rod just one and a half passing such down.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to go lower on 215 and a half just to Herbert passing yards.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_05]: DK Metcalf, he has three and a half receptions.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to go higher on DK Metcalf.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_05]: And then we're going to go
- 22:09[SPEAKER_05]: I like gets in man, but I just have a hard time trust their rookies.
- 22:14[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to go with the explosive guy that Washington, that the chargers have and I'm going to go with Clinton, Quinston Johnson.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_05]: He's at 43 and a half receiving yards.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to go higher on Quentin, Johnson.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_05]: So let's wrap this up one more time.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_05]: Higher on 43 and a half Quentin's Austin, receiving yards, higher on DK Metcaves, three and a half receptions, lower on Justin Herbert, 258 and a half passing yards, and higher on air Rogers, one and a half touchdowns.

- 23:38[SPEAKER_05]: All right, there it is.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, so let's go ahead and talk about the defense for a second.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_05]: Like I said with him or it's similar to Cliff, I didn't see like too many things or there are too many things that caught my eye.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_05]: He did an adequate enough job explaining why he was moving from the box down to the field.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_05]: Long story short, it's basically all he's known his entire coaching career.
- 24:05[SPEAKER_05]: from college to the NFL.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_05]: He's only known his coordinators to coach and call from the box that that that that is from the the visual level was a big deal.
- 24:17[SPEAKER_05]: But he's moving down to the field.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_05]: You know, he'll have a chance to help with personnel.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_05]: He said that the players have asked him sparingly, you know, to help him, or to come down to the field.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_05]: And, you know, he think it's time to do that.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_05]: And I mean, I think that's kind of the explanation that you did.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_05]: He said that he's the one that suggested it to Dan Quinn as well as opposed to Dan Quinn making that change.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_05]: He wanted that to be known that this wasn't the way he said it.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_05]: Like it was all of her, he's like, yo, this I did this Dan Quinn, they forced me down here.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_05]: So, um, yeah, man, um, he also thinks that, you know, uh,
- 25:01[SPEAKER_05]: today or this week would have helped, but I don't know man, he got a lot of the prove these last eight games and I don't mean like there's a lot of, I mean, we kind of understand contextually speaking, you know, he has a bad deck of hands.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_05]: Um, but again, we had that conversation Tuesday.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_05]: We know that you have a bad deck of hands, but at this point,
- 25:28[SPEAKER_05]: You know, what can you do?
- 25:30[SPEAKER_05]: You can infuse some of those younger guys.
- 25:32[SPEAKER_05]: And I say, that's the answer.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_05]: But it allows you to figure out who else do you have when it's roster that you can really like make some shake with.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I hope moving from the booth to the side like I think it's just funny to me, because especially the way Joe came out the biggest, what thing Joe went going through?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_06]: He going to control his own narrative.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_06]: He won't let you believe in somebody, make him do anything.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_06]: Everything he learned, you know, this is on me, I decided to do this.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_06]: But I mean, if you decided to do this about it, you do it weeks ago, either way.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I think that's his window dress, and I don't think that this actually, you know, makes much of a difference.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe in terms of, you know, kind of pumping guys up a hype, and guys up in the sideline.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, but I mean, you know, hopefully something changes.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_06]: But I mean, at the end of the day, like your wit in his defense,
- 26:25[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, at some point, yes, I mean, I'm questioning the coach in a lot, you know, I'm looking at him saying they can do this, they can do that.
- 26:31[SPEAKER_06]: But now they are really at a point now with who do you have?
- 26:35[SPEAKER_06]: Like, Debbie, defensively is hardly nobody to watch, especially when you talk about the hedge rutschers, you know, you have nobody there.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_06]: And now we're about to find out about the corner of that situation.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_06]: This is actually the most intriguing thing to be about the defense, because
- 26:49[SPEAKER_06]: Without Marshall, I'll add them more.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_06]: Now, I do think Marshall, I'm most going to be a bigger loss than somebody, thinking is, but it's going to be interesting now to see what happens with Mike Sanderson.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_06]: Like, Mike Sanderson, you'd have to see if you can get something back of that guy that you saw last year.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_06]: Even if some of you all might say, yeah, well, I always thought he was a fluke.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_06]: But even though he was much more productive last season, he didn't look as bad as he did last season, as he does this season.
- 27:12[SPEAKER_06]: But you want to see it, you can see most, you can see them all, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam, Sam
- 27:41[SPEAKER_06]: as it pertains to Mike here where he might line up at.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_06]: But yeah, I want to see if they can get that guy that we drafted last year, that guy that looked like he could have been in that conversation, but defensive rookie in a year at some points of the season last year.
- 27:54[SPEAKER_06]: You haven't seen any kind of remnants at that guy, suffered a couple of times.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_06]: He made a couple of plays.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_06]: He has three and a set of the seasons, but for the most parts, they've had a coverage a lot of times.
- 28:03[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe a lot of people think that is because he's bad in a slot, which he hasn't been good in a slot.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_06]: But he was decent the most production you got out of him was on the outside.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_06]: So if you're going to move him back out there, that's probably the thing that I'm looking forward to for the rest of the season.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_06]: Because that can't be a wasted pit because if Mike he is a wasted pit,
- 28:21[SPEAKER_06]: You already feel like Ben Senate was a waste of picking a second round last year.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_06]: You still have a scene of enough of Johnny Newton to say that he was worth that second round pick, you know last year.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_06]: So you would be talking about kind of an Oprah-free swing of second round picks last year.
- 28:34[SPEAKER_06]: So Mikey is the big question for me now going forward.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_06]: Even Johnny, I want to see more Johnny now, you know, you know, give him some more those snaps.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_06]: I see he's still not getting, you know, the majority of the snaps of D.T.
- 28:45[SPEAKER_06]: and I get that.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_06]: You like the wrong pain, you like Javanke in law, you know, it's kind of hard to move those guys off those spots.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know how healthy Johnny was last week, but I do remember Joe Witt said that with the rest of the edge rushes being out Johnny was the guy that they wanted to kick to the edge.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_06]: Like he would be that guy.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_06]: So maybe if he's healthier this week, we'll see a lot more Johnny and we're not going to just see a rush from the interior.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_06]: You'll see a rush from the edge.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe that makes him more productive.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_06]: the Jordan McGee's, you know, just seeing more than young players on the field like these and the guys are going to be watching going forward.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_06]: I don't have many expectations that the deep is going to be drastically better.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_06]: But if I'm going to get any kind of enjoyment out of the rest of the season, at least on that side of the football, it's going to be watching the, you know, the sentient or hopefully the sentient of those young guys that we have in that deep.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I'm here.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just, uh, I had something else happening real quick, but, um, if you can re-ass the question real quick, it was just a thought about Joe wait, right?
- 30:00[SPEAKER_05]: Is he here is pressure?
- 30:02[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, no, I didn't hear anyone's pressure, uh, didn't really tap into it today.
- 30:07[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I think I did see like a excerpt of where you was saying that from him being on the sideline.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_02]: Um, it could be a difference in a sense like, you know, got to switch it up and do something different.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_02]: And also some players have been asking for him to be on the sideline.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I mean, don't really know what to expect from that, but I guess you could feel his energy more.
- 30:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know Joe with Junior personally, but I do know some people that have played under him.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_02]: as he's been there DB coach and they've raved about his energy and stuff.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe sometimes that's something that you need to fill on the sideline and being able to talk through communication hand on hand instead of being in the box.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_02]: Now I don't know if that means everybody else will be on the sidelines.
- 30:57[SPEAKER_02]: That's just like the Ryan Caregans and other defensive coaches.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_02]: But you know maybe we see a little extra on from them
- 31:06[SPEAKER_02]: and them being able to fill his energy from good plays and negative plays that they make.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_02]: and being able to address them more so on the fly and they can communicate what they're saying out there that could be a positivity or negativity in him having to adjust it and call them place so it adapts to them.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean typically when you have these situations, it really kind of indicates that, you know, that person's job is on the line.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_02]: Think the last time we really highlighted someone having this similar thing take place for them
- 31:42[SPEAKER_02]: damn what's the black defense coordinator that also was like the head coach, I think a little bit for the Panthers.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Steve Wilkes, we've seen, we've seen Steve Wilkes with the 49ers move from the booth to the sideline or whatever.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I think 49ers ended up making the Super Bowl that year, but
- 32:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's kind of like the real last conversation we had of like a coordinator movie from the booth to the side line.
- 32:12[SPEAKER_02]: So I mean, don't really know that.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: Prior.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: Which is.
- 32:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's still got five.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I'm saying.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, you're on your way out.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, right?
- 32:21[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, you trying something different.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_02]: But I mean, it all signals to Joe with Junior's last who raw as D coordinator for Watson.
- 32:30[SPEAKER_02]: I think that him being on the side line is just like,
- 32:34[SPEAKER_02]: The last play because I even touched on Tuesdays episode, you know, the defense is looking bad.
- 32:42[SPEAKER_02]: Now, Dan Quinn is smart not to fire Joe with June.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_02]: He might as well let him ride it out because if he fires him, the heat takes on the play calling of defense coordinator and it looks exactly the same, it's like, then what the hell are you here for in the sense?
- 32:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's just me.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: That's just me.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_02]: That's just me.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_02]: That's just me.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_02]: The whole scheme is screwed and also a person in them.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_06]: But AJ, what do you think that pressure is coming from, as far as, like, for them, the mood you're with to, you know, from the mood to the sideline.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_06]: And I'm asking that because, you know, obviously, you know, Dan Quinn is a relationship with Joe with, and people say, that's his buddy, buddy, friend.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_06]: Do you think that comes from Dan Quinn, Philon, some type of way about Joe with, or do you think it's coming from Dan Quinn, Philon, some kind of outside pressure to make an appearance that he is doing something different.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's outside of parents and I also think that at some point you got to do something different, you know, you can't just continue to do the same thing and not really have the answers, but even like Dan Quinn's senior as Dallas Cowboys coordinator, he called from the booth.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I want to say when he was back at Seattle, he was on the sidelines, but in Dallas, he primarily was in the booth with Joe with Jr. in the rest of that staff, so I just think that it's like I said, it's the last who raw.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he doesn't really want to fire Joe with Jr. because he knows he's an amazing coach, but at the end of day, I think they also understand that there's a disconnect from the personnel that they
- 34:18[SPEAKER_02]: So it's just like hey, I am getting some pressure.
- 34:22[SPEAKER_02]: Let's see if this shit and make a difference about putting you on the sideline Detroit, um, yes, I agree with you, Monty.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_05]: Still didn't live here one problems.
- 34:34[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I Also, I mean, obviously by default, Monty as well you mentioned about Vaughan Miller You gonna see more him and I'm sure he ain't that's not what you came here for but
- 34:46[SPEAKER_05]: That's the situation here, so it is, but it is, let's get into Detroit, man, I don't think this coordinator is going to forget to use your mere Gibbs, like that old dude did, that's my number one threat, Jay Moe for show, and the secondary, I mean, you know, I'm a
- 35:14[SPEAKER_05]: for my camera.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_05]: Jamir Gives, Jamo, Amara, and that order.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_05]: And I think, I think Jamir may fuck around at least at least 150 all purpose.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_05]: How do we stop them?
- 35:30[SPEAKER_05]: I guess that's kind of, cause I, let's kind of actually have a conversation.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_05]: I don't wanna just, how do we stop a generic Gibbs?
- 35:37[SPEAKER_05]: Like are we gonna pick our poison here?
- 35:38[SPEAKER_05]: Are we gonna load the, that's the terrible, I don't think we're gonna load the box like, but how do you, how do you do this?
- 35:43[SPEAKER_05]: Do you like run more base coverage, I mean, base formation is 43, get your line back, oh Lord.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_05]: And what you wanna do with Bobby Wack?
- 35:55[SPEAKER_06]: That's huge gonna be on the field.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_06]: You better have the young boys in the field, man.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_05]: He said, Joe said he has one of the bright spots with Jordan McGee.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_05]: Cool.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_05]: It's a perfect opportunity to start.
- 36:12[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, because you got Bobby Wagner playing 99, literally, 99% of the snaps.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_05]: Like, he's still not coming off the field.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_05]: This is a perfect opportunity to start saying, you know what Bobby?
- 36:22[SPEAKER_05]: You did good on this first album, but we don't need you to rest to try out.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_05]: It's perfect opportunity to start, you know, finding out how we can use the speed that we do have, whether it's the Modronos, Jordan, Louisville still going to be around so that's good, but I think that's the second one to feel more.
- 36:46[SPEAKER_05]: If you want to use them in the box, that's what I think.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, you're using them in the box for sure.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_05]: Well, I think that second love is going to be real important if we're talking about how we contain their run game.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_05]: That's going to be the biggest thing to still have Goldman and Ken law.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_05]: And I think that's a big deal.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_05]: And still have those two as well as deront paying, right?
- 37:12[SPEAKER_05]: In terms of just injuries, because that's the run.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_05]: To have them where you can move them around in your defense of line, I think that's going to be a big deal.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_05]: better that second level and how you
- 37:25[SPEAKER_05]: Do your alignments, whether it's your 43 under, where you got basically like a 34 alignment what it looks like and how you can control that the edge or contain the edge.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know, man.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's second level just gonna be pretty big.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_05]: But yeah, I guess if we wanna transition like for you, I named my three in order.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_05]: Like where's your head at in terms of like the three
- 37:53[SPEAKER_05]: or two to three biggest threats that Washington cannot ignore.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_06]: Well, two of them, whoa, actually.
- 38:03[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, the three obvious ones, they're running back tight in a while to see the reporters having the hell of a season.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_06]: Of course, Gibbs, it will raise me about Gibbs is we already face B John Robes and we couldn't do anything with him.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm just, I'm just picture and that Falcon's game all over again for this defense.
- 38:20[SPEAKER_06]: Then, of course, I'm my rock, but there's another person on that lion's office.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, he's not a skilled position player, but he might be the best right tag in the name and as per an ASU.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_06]: And I mentioned them because we can't get to the court that we couldn't get to say I'm down with it all last week and you got a strong law office of why I like that.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_06]: What where do you attack this team from the defensive standpoint, you know, if you said you're wrong.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and that's the thing.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, I understand we got we have what we have, but we can't talk about that.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_06]: Joe Whit has to do something to not let this be embarrassing.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_06]: Like he has to cover the stuff and not using something to dress and it would you go say.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_05]: I was hoping the biggest deal is like we can hang our hat on at one point this season.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_05]: We can hang our hat on generating pressure.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_05]: But after I've seen last week, it's just crazy.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_05]: And I guess that's kind of why they're the coordinators.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_05]: But just like last week, I said, Brad, we can get home on sand on create pressure.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_05]: I knew what we had in our favor.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_05]: We can do that.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_05]: But seeing that we had three pressures.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_05]: four pressures on Sam Darnell, that's that's what causes for concerns.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, we've had moments throughout the year where we've had, we couldn't create pressure, but that is the lowest amount I've seen all the season.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_05]: So going into the Detroit game after that performance, of course, they're going to be
- 39:45[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, a re-emphasized focus on creating pressure and I understand that and I think we'll see a little bit more But how much more like how much more consistent can that rush line be or even the second level To actually create some pressure on Jared I think that's gonna be a big big key to but creating pressure is like you you got a bounce back from such an abysmal night last week
- 40:08[SPEAKER_06]: Because they got some of it last year, didn't they?
- 40:10[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, when the playoffs, they got the golf a bit.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe use Frankie Louvre as that jack of all trees type of guy this time, you have to be some kind of aggressive, because you can't afford to let that second and third level of the defense is exposed over and over and over again.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_06]: And that's what can happen when you give a guy like golf time.
- 40:29[SPEAKER_06]: Because like I say, he's a similar quarterback the same guy.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_06]: You just watch that same Donald torch you and you couldn't get any pressure on him.
- 40:35[SPEAKER_06]: You do the same thing with Jerry Goff and it's going to be curtain so now they're going to Joe with is going to have to get some kind of aggressive due to something different this game because you can't go out there just flow your arms in the air and wait for white flag for these guys because they're going to probably want to score 50 on you.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_06]: They still pissed about last year.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean I think I think that Joe with Junior had a lot of success.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_02]: in a sense against Detroit last year in the playoffs.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they still put up a high clip of points.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_02]: And like you said, more Ben Johnson kind of went away from Jamera Gives with Hulk Washington kind of staying the game.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_02]: But Jamera Gives didn't necessarily have like the greatest game last week.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_02]: uh... the coordinator has also been uh... not really getting jamo as involved i think that they could apply some pressure to go off maybe half can law in paying play the edge a little bit more have blue blue lits up the gap uh... instead of put it in the cover is a half jord i think jord and a key place is high snap count that he has played all season
- 41:44[SPEAKER_02]: I think that Tyler Owens also will be very active in playing closest to the line of scrimmings to try to disrupt something with his size and his athleticism.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_02]: I think that we also see trade most on the outside with Mikey Sanderson on the outside and Jonathan Jones at Nickel Cornerback on Sunday.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_02]: So I just don't know what the safety play, man.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: clon and revone like I just don't know what happened there.
- 42:15[SPEAKER_02]: I really don't the only thing that's giving me some hope is that Joe with Junior did face the same personal group last year and they've lost some office of my men from Detroit's time but and this is different playcall they're bad the same token he has some success so I expect him to go back to you know
- 42:40[SPEAKER_02]: They got a lot of down weapons way more than what Seattle did.
- 42:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, we watched Sam Dono as we stated, go 16 for 16 what three or four touchdowns in the first half.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, four touchdowns in the first half.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_02]: So it is a bad, a bad game to have the bounce back from.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_02]: But I think if they, if they get they ask, kick.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_02]: from a defense standpoint, I think we'll be talking about Joe with Jr. getting fired or bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent, bent,
- 43:32[SPEAKER_02]: You filming, they both have decordinator experience.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_02]: Something has to give.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_02]: If it's a bad showing like what you had Sunday night.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_06]: Well, to a point, that would be the full straight blow out.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_05]: It was.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_05]: So let's do this.
- 43:47[SPEAKER_05]: And then we go to the offense, right, quick.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_05]: Percent change.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_05]: If it's a bad showing, percent change for you, no, just get a percentage, nothing else.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_05]: What's the percentage chance he gets fired if there's a bad showing again Sunday?
- 44:01[SPEAKER_06]: I say 95%, I'm gonna say 20%, I'm at, I'm at five.
- 44:10[SPEAKER_02]: All right, I think you moved, you moved it, man, to the sideline.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_05]: Then, then you're also like, I mean, when you got to do the argument, we got our percentages, we good, let's go ahead, keep this whole question.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not, not because you all I'm just saying, we, that's what, let's see, let's see who's, where we are.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_05]: Offensively,
- 44:29[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, eight in Hutchinson, another guy who, you know, is a big name in this one, he did not play in January, um, he's going to go up he, oh, he called go up against Josh Connelly, that's the, that's it, that's it, like, I think if, if you can't, if you can not control,
- 44:58[SPEAKER_05]: Aiden, who was like the high motor, he's like a step above Max Crosby, maybe two steps above Max Crosby and my opinion in terms of motor, that's how dominant he is and relentless.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_05]: If you can't control him, he'll ruin the whole day, no matter what you try to do,
- 45:29[SPEAKER_05]: He won your ass, man.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_05]: So I don't know, like, are we, I think the biggest deal, I think when it comes to these guys, Chip Helpers gonna be a big deal, a slide protection is gonna be a big deal.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_05]: And for the love of guys, just do not put that urge in any situation where he has to pack your take.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_05]: I don't, I'll give it down, what's hiding on?
- 45:52[SPEAKER_05]: Don't.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_05]: Keep him.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_05]: He already wants to send him, send him downfield.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_05]: I don't care if it's 4.30.
- 46:00[SPEAKER_05]: Send him downfield.
- 46:02[SPEAKER_05]: Because he ain't going, he is not no pass blocker.
- 46:06[SPEAKER_05]: Where are we at in terms of, that's my main priority is a eight in Hutchinson.
- 46:11[SPEAKER_05]: Where are you all at in terms of like how this offense has a successful day against each other?
- 46:22[SPEAKER_02]: put in a on this on the ring game like
- 46:26[SPEAKER_02]: I think we see a lot of 13 person know, I think we see a lot of chip help and support to Josh Connelly Jr. against Aden Hutchison, because I don't think it's favorable for Detroit to move Aden to the other side.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_02]: Learning tonsils was there who had shown to be in my opinion all pro, thus far this season.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_02]: So I think that that's what happens and I think we also got to remember.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_02]: same way they have eight in Hutchison, Washington now also has eight uh Sam calls me back On their office of mine that they didn't have in the matchup that took place earlier this year in the playoff No, Sam was in there.
- 47:05[SPEAKER_05]: He that's where he tore the seat and he tore the seat again.
- 47:07[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, okay I thought I thought it happened against him, but yeah, so I mean, I think we see more the run game Be very tellin with the first 15 in the script
- 47:21[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, especially the first two plays of the drive, uh, open the drive for Washington, what they decide to do.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, man.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_02]: I, I just think that.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_02]: with this office, you're not really getting a much play action out of it.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_02]: So, you're not really slowing down a guy like Aida Hadjison with that hot motor and his pursuit, but if they can run outside the tackles and in-between the tackles, think that helps alleviate some of the pressure that you might receive from Aida Hadjison in particular on Sunday, but also on that back end, Detroit still got a Brian Branson that's
- 47:59[SPEAKER_02]: that's roaming all over the field in a Kirby Joseph who's a ball-hawk, so those are definitely some other pieces to be concerned about, especially if there's a past rush that is very effective in getting an after-marielder and then being able to flip the field.
- 48:15[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, he didn't have to send us still have nightmares of that game when he wrecked the whole first half of the car So once a couple years ago, we went down to Detroit and that's when I knew I said, man, this really yep, he wrecked the whole game plan So I was a little fortunate that well, I was a little happy that we didn't have to face a man she had to play us, but we get to see him again And this is gonna be another moment for Josh kind of lead to grow up
- 48:38[SPEAKER_06]: They're going to have to help calm you can't leave them on an island over there.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_06]: You're going to have to give them some chip help do whatever you can and you know, they kind of mitigate that or you know, get rid of some of those issues utilized for run game.
- 48:51[SPEAKER_06]: This is when you probably also, you know, kind of glad to have Mary Yoda in their little bit because you can't leave, you know, some of those read-offs just put Mary Yoda in the harms way so to speak.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_06]: Mary Yoda doesn't matter running.
- 49:02[SPEAKER_06]: You know, so I mean, that's what
- 49:06[SPEAKER_06]: deal with not that person hurt.
- 49:08[SPEAKER_06]: You know, I know, yeah, come on bro.
- 49:11[SPEAKER_06]: The Mario to is prone to some of those dumb thing, you know, even with the attention of ground is like, he's prone to give you some of those kind of, what are you doing, right?
- 49:18[SPEAKER_06]: You're a veteran, you know, so hopefully Mario to can kind of limit those, but no, I'm a, that's, of course, Ada Hutchison's the guy, um, this, of course, is AG mentioned the secondary guys, but then he also got one of the best linebackers in the game, Jack Campbell.
- 49:32[SPEAKER_06]: He isn't playing a hell of, he's a passing great football
- 49:34[SPEAKER_06]: Detroit has some pieces.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_05]: We kind of got the end I'm gonna say they got that linebacker coming back Right, Rodriguez or what I've been at do night is Enzo Lone Alice in no no no no no no no no no no no Because he was it's like jacked Detroit I'm looking it up now because he was he was a dog and like it he was a undrafted linebacker Malcolm Rodriguez
- 50:03[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_05]: Rodriguez.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:10[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:17[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:18[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:20[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:26[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 50:28[UNKNOWN]: Yeah
- 50:28[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, yeah.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_05]: It's 21 this 21 day window.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_05]: That's what I'm thinking of.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_06]: So he's okay.
- 50:33[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, but he's the way.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, he's still got a lot of pieces on that defense a lot of pieces.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_06]: We didn't have to see last year, but you're going to see him now and you don't have a Jane and Daniels out there to kind of build you out in this game.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_06]: So again, this this is going to be on clip to see what he can generate because these last couple of weeks.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, we're talking about the defense and the blowouts that you have it.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_06]: The office has to help these guys out.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_06]: They have to put numbers on the board.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_06]: So if you can't help the defense, you know, because that's gonna be one of the, also helpful ways is putting points on the board.
- 51:04[SPEAKER_06]: You're gonna have Cliff that he's gonna have to skew him up something on these guys.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_06]: But as again, they haven't been good for the last four weeks either.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_06]: So can Cliff go out there and do anything against a hungry defense to the last one.
- 51:15[SPEAKER_06]: Be hungry.
- 51:16[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I think last thing and we get to our predictions
- 51:24[SPEAKER_05]: It's going to be a good way to gauge like cliffs protection plan moving forward because, I mean, it's been a conversation sporadically throughout the season, like what is this protection plan in some instances, you know, last year it was pretty evident.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_05]: There was not a play basically a passing play where he went out and you didn't have two chippers on both sides of the tackles.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_05]: Whether it's your tight ends, receivers, running backs.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_05]: This year is a little bit different.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously you have Jeremy Thompson on that end of the day, you know, that is pressure, you know, it's still pretty big.
- 52:03[SPEAKER_05]: Obviously it's on more than it's more so on one side than it is both, but at the end of the day, like, how are you going to make sure that your quarterback feels like he has time, I think that's going to be a big deal.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_05]: Alright, so let's go ahead and get into our score predictions, our overunders, our higher lower, and let's see what we have, we don't have to see that's, it's been like this all season, we're alright, here we go, alright, let's start with the quarterbacks, Jericho,
- 52:50[SPEAKER_01]: higher.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_05]: Higher.
- 52:57[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_05]: Marriota.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_05]: Marriota.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_05]: Two hundred and a half passing yards.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna go higher lower.
- 53:05[SPEAKER_01]: How many?
- 53:07[SPEAKER_01]: Two hundred and a half.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_01]: Two hundred
- 53:22[SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna go lower I'm wager.
- 53:25[SPEAKER_05]: Bill Merritt, he's at 44 and a half rushing yards.
- 53:28[SPEAKER_05]: We wanna go higher a low matter of fact.
- 53:31[SPEAKER_05]: Let's do a combination.
- 53:34[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know why I said it like that.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a 90.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_05]: 90 rushing yards combined for the three running backs.
- 53:43[SPEAKER_05]: Mignicles, Bill, and Rodriguez.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_05]: 90.
- 53:51[SPEAKER_05]: Are we going to go higher or lower?
- 53:53[SPEAKER_05]: Combination the night.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to say lower.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_05]: Okay lower combined.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_05]: Okay for all three on.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, treat them things.
- 54:02[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 54:03[SPEAKER_06]: I don't see clip.
- 54:04[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, stand and some clip that is shown me.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_06]: We need to believe that I got to see it.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 54:09[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I'm going to go lower too.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_05]: I don't see.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_05]: I don't see go.
- 54:13[SPEAKER_05]: I don't see.
- 54:14[SPEAKER_05]: I don't see over 90.
- 54:16[SPEAKER_05]: I don't even see.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_05]: Honestly, I don't see over 80.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, Monty say higher.
- 54:25[SPEAKER_05]: All right, were you ageing?
- 54:28[SPEAKER_02]: Let's say combination of the night.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_01]: Does then look at the work.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_05]: Carbonation tonight, man.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_05]: He's going to go.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_05]: Look, yeah, comedy team, yeah.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_05]: Jamir Gibbs, he's at 70 and a half right now.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to go higher, lower.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_05]: Higher, higher, higher.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_05]: He's going to prove.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to say, Harold, one run.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_06]: You can get a 70, 70 y'all attached to him.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, what about the first play the game where I'm cut.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm kind of know the Monday night mascara all over again My favorite players.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, hi, I guess this defense man.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_05]: Everybody go ahead three times the house All right, so we're gonna do two receivers.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_05]: We'll do debos Samuel.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_05]: He's at 54 and a half receiving yards higher a lower
- 55:22[SPEAKER_01]: I'll say higher.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_05]: Lower.
- 55:25[SPEAKER_05]: I think I think my inclination earlier in the season about his peak man of Giants game is proven itself.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_05]: I don't see that man going off any more at the rest of the season.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_05]: They saw that one.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_06]: I think off the terrace last week, which was surprising.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, look at her.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_05]: That's right.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_05]: I think that's why.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm going to go a low one fifty four and a half receiving yards on moths.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_05]: You say lower, uh, yeah.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_05]: And then we're going to do.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_05]: Jameson Williams.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_05]: Not I'm a rock.
- 56:06[SPEAKER_05]: I see he's he's a volume guy.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to rise at 80, 80 and a half receiving yards.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_06]: Higher lower easily higher.
- 56:19[SPEAKER_05]: Higher.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_02]: I see I see lower for him and whatever jamo's number is high.
- 56:27[SPEAKER_02]: He was at 40 and a 45 and a I think jamo might catch two bombs.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I mean, they vote smack in the number.
- 56:35[SPEAKER_05]: I don't want to vote for him.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_05]: So I mean,
- 56:39[SPEAKER_05]: I ain't anything, talks about that.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_05]: Monty said higher, yeah, Monty said higher.
- 56:44[SPEAKER_05]: All right, this is getting to our score predictions and our MVP's, who wants to be the first person at this?
- 56:51[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, good first.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_02]: I think Sunday's game is not going to be a pleasant one to watch.
- 56:59[SPEAKER_02]: I think that you mentally need to prepare yourself to just be having deja vu from last Sunday, just at a earlier time.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I think that Detroit ends up winning 48 to 17, uh, every period of games and Mary Gives.
- 57:22[SPEAKER_06]: You know what?
- 57:24[SPEAKER_06]: As much as I want to think this game's going to be a blowout, money ball says something that I was going to bring up to.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_06]: And that's why it's, it's, I don't know how we are going to fool you.
