- 1:43[SPEAKER_05]: Paris, eh?
- 1:45[SPEAKER_05]: Man.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_05]: It's been a long week for your boy solo Kenny was up checking with your manager.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it was going on.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_03]: I feel Cool, man.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_03]: How you?
- 1:58[SPEAKER_05]: I'm good.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_05]: Uh, Jerry it before we literally right before we started to show you said my house Columbia and I gave him this look Like brother man
- 2:09[SPEAKER_05]: I could have stayed a week out, I would have felt like time, time just, I don't know if this makes sense, but time stopped, but also flew by at the same time, it went so fast, but like the days were just long, they're going to go away, like, also it's probably the case that I never, it was an area that I never meant to before, so it was just a whole different
- 2:40[SPEAKER_05]: or have no responsibilities, but you just wake up when you want to, go to sleep when you want to, you can step like it.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_05]: Eric and I, I'm, I'm in bed at six a.m.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_05]: I ain't going to fucking sleep to it.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_05]: And I got a belly full of tequila, bruh.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_03]: No, it was a great time.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_03]: I don't understand, I mean, everything is brand new to you out there.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_03]: So it was like,
- 3:04[SPEAKER_03]: You can't believe that certain shit is happening in front of your face, the weather's nice.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot of things to look at.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, just a lot of different experiences.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, definitely flies by quick, man, definitely got to run that back.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, my first thing I did my first day back today at the end of the job was I spent the first hour and a half looking up the times of the year to go to Medaging.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_05]: I got a flight safe.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, yo, if I can make this happen, bro, I need to find at least one of the two more people to roll with me, bro.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_05]: So I can make that trip.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_05]: I got the B and B's already because that's where I was
- 3:51[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to stay at one of those spies, but yeah, it was, it was a hell of a time, man.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_05]: While I was gone and we talked, I've been on Twitter here and there.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_05]: We got a couple of dates from
- 4:09[SPEAKER_05]: the commanders in their staff search right DJ Williams signed as the quarterback's coach for the commanders but not before a David Blow was hired as the new commanders O.C.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_05]: he was promoted elevated following and entered I think he did have the interview with Detroit right or was he scheduled I think he had the interview.
- 4:34[SPEAKER_03]: It was scheduled scheduled, okay, so he didn't have the interview.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so he elevated slash promoted hired as OC prior to his interview with the Detroit Lions.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_05]: I had plenty of thoughts and I'm glad I'm actually glad this is our first show back.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_05]: where I'm really at with this higher.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_05]: It's Mixie.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna get y'all to float first.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_05]: I'll share my thoughts afterwards, but what are y'all, where y'all that with David Blau as Washington and Dan Quinn decides to hitch his wagon to the first time, OC.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, I think for me it's been a weird feeling because it was unexpected, but at the same time, I remember having a conversation with y'all like a week or so before and I was like, what if it's just somebody on staff and AJ was like, ain't no way that's going to happen.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, it wasn't surprise me, even though I don't think it's what they should do.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_04]: But the thing that's weird for me about the David Blau situation is, I mean, he's young, he's inexperienced, and it feels weird to kind of go that route in your third year as they inquire the second coming off the year that you had.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_04]: And my thought was when they got right at Cliff King's very, you know, especially as soon as they did, you know, the one day after the press conference to add a piece of the Dan Quinn did have, they let
- 6:05[SPEAKER_04]: Kingsbury go and I'm like at this point they gotta have his replacement in mind.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_04]: So they must have knew that David Blow was probably going to be high for the list.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how serious the Mike McDaniel talk was.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know if they wanted to wait them out or they just didn't want to wait them out or if Blow was just this high on the list.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_04]: But with that comes the weird feeling of if David Blow is everything they say he is or everything at least they think he is.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_04]: The boy
- 6:33[SPEAKER_04]: That means you're going to have a successful season, a really successful season on off as at least if he's everything out of the gate.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_04]: And the thing that worries me is, if that happens, of course, the team should be good, but that guy's probably out of the door, so like, that's one of the risks of that happening.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_04]: And I will rather keep him versus let him out of the door, but how did you get rid of a cake talk to just had a good year?
- 6:57[SPEAKER_04]: So that's the weird conundrum, but then the other side of it is, it's also a risk because he's never called plays before.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_04]: We don't know anything about David Blow, like we don't know what his system is going to be.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_04]: We don't know
- 7:07[SPEAKER_04]: how he is in games and setting things up, you know, as far as like how he sees the game.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_04]: By week we've heard he can design a couple of plays and everything, but that's a complete different story from calling a game.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_04]: So with that,
- 7:20[SPEAKER_04]: If he's bad, then you're having another bad season, and Danquist probably fired.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I know some people don't think he's probably on the high seat or whatever, but how long can you give him with this risky elbow move?
- 7:31[SPEAKER_04]: So you look at it in a couple of ways, even if it's successful, you have a really tough decision to make the keep a David blower around, or do you,
- 7:40[SPEAKER_04]: Make the difficult decision to say, man, before anybody else hires this guy because he's the next big thing you make the difficult decision of fire in a damn clean so it's a lot of different ways obviously I hope it works out You have the good problem which is that problem.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_04]: I just mean but again, we know nothing about this guy so for me is hard to say I'm excited about the higher I mean it's intriguing because you know, I mean the unknown is always intriguing, but you just I just simply don't know
- 8:06[SPEAKER_04]: enough at this point to say, you know, I'm happy or ecstatic about anything.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_04]: It's just the, well, I guess we'll wait and see.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, for me with the David Blau-Hier, yeah, it's just kind of like we just got away to see, because we don't know anything.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know philosophy,
- 8:29[SPEAKER_03]: hasn't been a pressure yet.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know who the staff is going to be made above to provide some type of support from a veteran standpoint of calling plays.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know anything.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_03]: So it's hard to project.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_03]: What's going to happen from the office decided above from free agency to possibly even draft.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_03]: Don't know anything.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that's where it's an interesting decision by
- 8:56[SPEAKER_03]: Dan Quinn obviously, this has to be his call like almost 100% of the way to do this.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you know, we focus on how many like coaches that previously been within the Washington facility and staff in the past, but you know, Dan Quinn on his own outside of Washington has a similar thing.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: where it's been couching ahead, you know, it's been a, the floor, it's been a Mike McDaniel, Jeff Old-Break, Rahim Moore, so whatever, but especially on the office side of the ball, it feels like, from some of the information that I know and I told y'all probably, but I'm not going to dodge on here, but it just seems like they weren't comfortable waiting on Mike McNames, because of the fact that David Blow did have a penny,
- 9:49[SPEAKER_03]: interview on the table with each for where he has a lot of familiarity with Dan Campbell and so on So they hurryed up and you know got those those things died it I don't know if it's done on paper, but that's something that they hurry up and and agree to I mean Just look around and leave no one else has agreed to anything until today
- 10:12[SPEAKER_03]: And I still don't know if Harbaugh has actually like officially agreed to become the new consider New York Giants.
- 10:18[SPEAKER_03]: But they move pretty damn fast on O.C.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_03]: higher and it's going to be interesting where Mike McDonald's ends up landing whether that be a head coach or job or O.C.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_03]: job.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_03]: Cause I think it's going to fall back on Dan Quinn.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_03]: I just don't know how you could be this brave which is nuts to put on the table.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_03]: knowing that you're likely to hear your careers ahead, coaches on the line and going with a guy.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_03]: That has never even, you know, called plays at any particular level or even been coaching that long in the lead to even say, let me just rock with this.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_03]: But, you know, we're not in those buildings.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_03]: He could be a smart guy as much as he wants to.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_03]: He could draw a plays.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I've been drawing the play since I was a little kid.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_03]: You feel me?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_03]: Like, that don't mean that I'm board winner or jeans, but it's more so about connecting those play calls together than just having plays drawn up.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_03]: So we'll see, it's very intriguing and definitely gives us a lot to focus on for Trapper Dive, even how they manage the preseason.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_03]: And another reason why I feel like they,
- 11:29[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, a part of me sitting back and being able to think on this, a part of me is like, did they want to spend that money on Mike McDaniel or a veteran OC, did they decide to go cheat?
- 11:42[SPEAKER_03]: Because that's cheap.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: If you break it down from a coach's standard, like this is a guy that doesn't have, you know, a bunch of leverage doesn't have the resume to command a high amount of money.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_03]: and Cliff is out the door.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_03]: You owe him a one year contract.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_03]: You're also probably going to owe some other position coaches money as well.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_03]: So all those things kind of tally up over a time.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_03]: And I just don't know.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: I guess I'm waiting to see to make that final determination.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_03]: But I think whoever they hire as DC will give me a good glimpse into that.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_03]: Now they go and get by for us.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to know that they spend some money big time.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_03]: But even the candidates that they were interested in, it's just, it just gave out, we're running some favor, like we're doing, we're doing some favors here to get some guys in the office just to fill with that preparation of doing these interviews feels like.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_05]: For all some of the reasons that you both said, when I look at somebody of his nature, I think immediately, for me and maybe for others and for people that's listening, you may have said already that Dan Quinn is on the hot seat after his 2025 campaign.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_05]: I think if you look at this objectively,
- 13:24[SPEAKER_05]: locally you may have a reason or understanding of why Cliff Kingsbury and Dan Quinn part of ways, but like this is also a person that Dan Quinn chose to bring him.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_05]: So the decision to fire, fire, Cliff after two years out of his on his three-year deal, you know, that's putting yourself on the clock.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_05]: Well, who's going
- 13:54[SPEAKER_05]: One thing for me, I've always said during this period since even our last show, what I want on both size of the book, let me rephrase it, what I want from the office of coordinator is give me competition, you have jaded angles, so like give me competition, give me somebody who understands an offense.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_05]: Give me NFL offices.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_05]: Give me somebody who knows how to call a game, who can build, to build on his strength and understand what his strength is, and lean on it, right?
- 14:32[SPEAKER_05]: And defensively, get a superstar.
- 14:36[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know who it was.
- 14:37[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know who it was.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_05]: The Bryan Forest thing is interesting.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_05]: We'll get to the defensive side later.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_05]: But offensively, I'm like, yo, get competency.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_05]: They're going to go against the grain, not an insult to David Blau.
- 14:55[SPEAKER_05]: I'm saying from my expectation or what I want it or what I thought they would have gotten or should have gotten excuse me.
- 15:05[SPEAKER_05]: And somebody where he said, I'm going to go with somebody who I've come to know over the last two years, who I've heard positive things about during his tenure in Detroit in Arizona, et cetera, et cetera.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to take this leap of faith on this young and experienced guy and for a bit the other options out there, I was going to piss of coordinator.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_05]: What you're giving up.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_05]: Like, I'm super, I know, well, I'm saying all this.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_05]: I'm super interested in seeing what a day of a bout often looks like.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_05]: Jerry, you've mentioned it.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_05]: All right, y'all got all this big dog talk about who he is.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_05]: Sure, I acknowledge there's gonna be some bumps on the road.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_05]: But let's see if all that hype and all that faith in that praise that you have for him, if it meets exactly what you need in this office next year, right?
- 16:12[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm super interested in the day without concept.
- 16:16[SPEAKER_05]: But my concerns is exactly why I want a competency or experience, it's probably the right word because I don't want to make it seem like I'm saying that David isn't competent.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_05]: But where is somebody who has experiences against certain differences throughout the league?
- 16:39[SPEAKER_05]: Where is somebody who can, when he's getting,
- 16:43[SPEAKER_05]: Like, it's this one thing that he just can't seem to stop from protection standpoint or from a stunt standpoint.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_05]: Or from a coverage standpoint.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_05]: Like, where is that person who is thinking on the fly and able to end the moment, get that play call right that gets the offense back on track?
- 17:09[SPEAKER_05]: We also don't know how he's gonna communicate.
- 17:12[SPEAKER_05]: One of the things that I thought about is like, yo, how many people in that that on that offense of staff right now who's still around said you motherfuckers passed up me for this 30 year old 31 year old Anthony, Anthony little that thing, um, the who to do from Philly, right Johnson, um, those are the two immediate ones that come to mind.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_05]: Like, y'all passed up, y'all passed me up for a bow, um, so it's not like, there's an amosity, but more so like how is the bow, that's this how was the bow going to be able to earn their respect as a first timer and will there be any.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_05]: Um, friction from that standpoint, right?
- 18:06[SPEAKER_05]: Cause now you're, you went from assist and as in a sense to now like leading a whole room.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_05]: Commanding a whole room.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_05]: Communicating your issues or communicating your, your, your, your, your good and your bad to your head coach, right?
- 18:23[SPEAKER_05]: And have a conversation with all the 24 people that's going to be on your side of the boat.
- 18:29[SPEAKER_05]: So that's what I think about when I say, Dan, you took that risk after the season, you just had, I can't wait to see what David Bible looked like.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_05]: I can't wait.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_05]: But I thought you would have gone for a little bit more experience on that side of the boat from a competition standpoint experience.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_05]: He had to be elite.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_05]: I would expect elite or superstar on the defensive side when he comes to ours.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I think I think one of the greatest things that could happen for David Blau in this hiring process.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_03]: is possibly acquiring a Brian Flores, giving him the opportunity to see that type of style defense on a regular basis within practice.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_03]: Because I mean, like we said, he's never had to call a play.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_03]: You know, from an office coordinator position in those dynamics ever before is it's completely different and I don't think he has an issue with communicating on me is a quarterback.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_03]: You know, whether if he was good or bad as a quarterback in NFL, you know, that's up to your own discretion to come up with, but the thing is for Dan Quinn.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_03]: You don't necessarily have the luxury of allowing him to start slow and get his footing.
- 19:50[SPEAKER_03]: That's the main issue, you don't have that luxury because he needs to start fast and then you need to get the ball rolling immediately and even preseasoned.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_03]: Like there's no sitting down Jason Daniels or some of the starters in preseason because you need those live reps.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_03]: He needs those reps calling those plays
- 20:11[SPEAKER_03]: Jaden Daniels.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_03]: So it's just a weird dynamic overall.
- 20:18[SPEAKER_03]: I just saw it as being impatient.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_03]: But you know, I guess we'll see what the rest of the cast is build up of.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_03]: I think that Anthony Lynn and Brian Johnson have been in league long enough to know how this works.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_03]: Guys, it typically look like us that are doing the show, trap a dive and look like them.
- 20:41[SPEAKER_03]: They don't get those boy wonder, you know, looks or pushed up the level like, you know, maybe a David Blau is getting at this moment.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_03]: And it's happening all across sports.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, even here in DC, the Washington manager, the Washington National's new managers, but 33.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_04]: Baseball does a lot different though a lot, they can't go real young with it.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_04]: So this could be a very stringy.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_03]: But I mean, it's typically, it's typically not people that look like us.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_03]: I ain't never been trying to play the race game, but like on the opposite side of ball, the last couple guys that they've mentioned to be like, boy, wonders in the sense, possibly, offensively have been Thomas Brown, and he's been getting bounced
- 21:29[SPEAKER_03]: I think he might be in New England right now.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_03]: So that just tells you, like you don't really get those breaks.
- 21:37[SPEAKER_03]: And even you got the guy that you mentioned, Scholastic.
- 21:42[SPEAKER_04]: Yo, I was so.
- 21:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but you got him.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_03]: He's rumored to be, you know, one of those guys will see if he gets one of these eight jobs remaining.
- 21:51[SPEAKER_03]: It's a lot of them open in this.
- 21:52[SPEAKER_03]: So, yeah, I just think that,
- 21:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's the intriguing part right now is we have no clue what to anticipate from this offense and we really won't know until we get to free it to see how it's going to look because we don't have no case study.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like people can sit back and be like, oh,
- 22:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he played under K.O.C.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god, I'm waiting for him and then Johnson, but people also forget, he got drafted to the Browns I believe he was under Freddie Kitchen's life.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_05]: But also like, put some of the plays, what that's what, one thing about, like some of the plays that he brought to Detroit,
- 22:35[SPEAKER_05]: Because people love to reference the plays that he drew for, um, for, do that's the Heiko's now in Chicago.
- 22:44[SPEAKER_05]: Um, yeah, Ben Johnson, like he got that from Purdue.
- 22:47[SPEAKER_05]: So how much the depth of knowledge that he has, like, in terms of, like, play calling, or it's going to be play plays to draw up.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_05]: Can't come from anywhere of his background.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_05]: So it's
- 23:02[SPEAKER_05]: all because you know, some of his coaches in NFL, like I get it, like certain schematic principles will make sense.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_05]: But nobody knows anything.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_05]: It's a soon that you're going to expect a blend of just names, popular names that you can think of and think that that's the offense.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_05]: No, you don't know anything.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_05]: And like, I feel for anybody who's going to waste their time this all season trying to put together what a what a David Blau office going to look like in the
- 23:32[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not doing it.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think I think it would be.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_03]: It would be very foolish of anyone to sit there and think they could put two and two together.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_03]: Because I mean, he's been a quarterback.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_03]: His whole life, he'd been drawing up place forever.
- 23:46[SPEAKER_03]: So he got a book.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_03]: You film me?
- 23:49[SPEAKER_03]: Like, he's going to take references from a lot of places, but at the end of the day, truly don't know what this man's office could look like.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_03]: Who knows if he may not be trying to become the next cliff king's burry.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_03]: You know, with a different philosophy.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe I want to.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_03]: Instead of the air raid, I want to have a bullet maker.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_03]: You feel me?
- 24:09[SPEAKER_03]: Like, we don't know.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_03]: We have no clue.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_03]: And I only people that would know is Adam Peters and Dan Quinn.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_03]: But it may be like the guys that have been in that room.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_03]: But we have no clue what this office is going to look like.
- 24:25[SPEAKER_03]: We just think that it's going to be more run focus.
- 24:28[SPEAKER_03]: Cool.
- 24:29[SPEAKER_03]: But how does that truly marriage with the past and how does that create the balance overall?
- 24:34[SPEAKER_03]: for you and the grand scheme of things.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, like I said for me, it's hard to get excited about to the point where the beat, I don't know what you ever read any articles.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_04]: I haven't listened to any podcast, talking about David Blau because everybody knows what I know about the guy pretty much in.
- 24:51[SPEAKER_04]: We just know this book of PDF backwards.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_04]: But we can go over with a PDF look when he worked that way, played that.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_04]: That's it, we have no proof all.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_04]: You know, he might write clickings, Barry's office, but I assume he would.
- 25:01[SPEAKER_04]: you know, being as the head of your process with Washington and in a sum in that Washington went the different way from Cliff King's very because of philosophical differences.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_04]: Some of them, he must be bringing something different to the table, but we don't notice.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_04]: But again, only the people inside of that building know it.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_04]: And I can't get excited about anything or say anything about this guy until we see something in action.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_04]: We won't even know anything at preseason.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to be a vanilla, all of this at preseason.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_04]: We're not going to know anything until we want about how this guy goes about calling a game plan.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_04]: But even then, you're not going to even know much about it.
- 25:34[SPEAKER_04]: So you start seeing games and see us persist to see level.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_04]: Because no one else is going to know.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_04]: Deficit coordinate is not going to know what David Blow does.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_04]: You know, at least for the first couple of games.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_04]: So you
- 25:44[SPEAKER_04]: We probably can't truly get excited about the guy until mid-season if he's done it consistently, but again, it's like this is a very risky move for a damn clip But it's like I said a year three, especially after having such a pooch year two, you have to come out in
- 26:00[SPEAKER_04]: You know, be a playoff team or at least look like a playoff contender team.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not even saying you have to go out there and beat it in FC championship team again or make it to that game again But you can't come out and play half the season that you had last year and we are going to be banking on the office of a lot because we still don't know what we have on the defensive side of football.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_04]: Jade is development is important So it's a lot of unknown tier, but I still want to know who else he's going to get on the staff because I don't even think it's a guaranteed at Brad Johnson
- 26:30[SPEAKER_04]: or Anthony Lennstays on that.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_05]: That's exactly right.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm a friend with that.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because there's been rumors that Anthony Lennstays follow a son of Penn State.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_04]: And then Brian Johnson, he interviewed for this office, a coordinated job.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_04]: Who knows, there could be some salty fillers here like dude, I was the associate head coach here.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_04]: He had that bit title after Dan Clinton on the offense.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_04]: And he gets interviewed, and he feels like he's probably
- 26:56[SPEAKER_04]: Who knows, I mean, maybe they move on from that, but either way, I mean, I know they just hired DJ Williams, the Williamson as the quarterback's coach, but you have to wonder, well, it comes with that because there has to be some more experience and everyone, especially if you think that Anthony Lynn and Ryan Johnson, who are probably the veteran guys in that culture room for the offense, if they may be in flux if they're not going to be here, you know, if they had some more experience to the guy, maybe somebody that's called plays, maybe get a consultant in here or something.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_04]: because I do think he needs help.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, he may be a boy genius.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_04]: He may be great, but he's still probably needs some help from guys who's done it for a while.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_05]: For sure.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and I mean, a lot of coaches still out there, so we got to figure out one out.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_05]: Um, here's the last thing we can get to the defensive side of all.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_05]: I see a lot of glorious conversation in the chat.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_05]: We're going, we're going to talk about that defense.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_05]: Um,
- 27:48[SPEAKER_05]: The last thing I got to say about the offensive and that we need to flush out, um, if you don't go with, blah, as your offensive coordinator, another thing is you've got to spend some other, I mean, spent, you don't have to spend money period on both sides of the world, but you give them, say, you won't have to get some other fucking dogs on offense, like, ain't no shortcut this because if, if that timing can't oversee or supersede the coordinator, then, good, good look.
- 28:15[SPEAKER_05]: because you go out to ask this man Dave about to work in miracle in his first year as play caller and offensive coordinator, find some dogs, get some people in there who can really turn this ship around in terms of like explosive please, right?
- 28:29[SPEAKER_05]: I think Dale is probably the only, I mean, he's not probably, he is the only one about who can take things from this this.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_05]: Got Terry, and he missed a X amount of games, right?
- 28:48[SPEAKER_05]: But you don't, and we talked about Titan, I'm not rehashed, I'm not going to rehash these positions, but you're giving them same.
- 28:55[SPEAKER_05]: You need veteran help, as well as mixed in draft, but you need veteran help, but find you some dogs that fit whatever it is that you want to do, David, pay the money, add them, find this, get that sit done, don't worry about if they're stranger or not.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_05]: but you're talking about and let's go ahead and make sure that he has all the pieces in place.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_05]: So if you want this guy to succeed, they need to make sure that there's pieces on run it back, tighten and why receiver.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_05]: That can help Jaden in his third year and help David Blau in moments where he may be called the wrong play, but his team, his players made the plays work for him.
- 29:41[SPEAKER_04]: But what about on a defensive side?
- 29:43[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, not to get too far into it, but ATM meant to the point earlier about saving money and not getting too expensive.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_04]: But if you notice on a name on a defensive side of football, they have been all experienced guys versus on the offensive side of football.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_04]: I hadn't heard some of these guys name before that they were interviewing.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_04]: So to me, it says, we, we, we, we, what,
- 30:07[SPEAKER_04]: a young man, I don't think it's necessarily an expensive thing.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_04]: I think they wanted probably a young man on that side of the football, maybe work with Jay, maybe they feel like that's best for Jay, you know, ball.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_04]: But it's interesting for me from the defensive side of the football that they are looking at the more experienced guys and the guys that, you know, with the
- 30:27[SPEAKER_04]: deep inside of the floor.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_04]: They've all coached the defense at some high level.
- 30:32[SPEAKER_04]: So, to me, I'm wondering if Dan Quinn is like, I'm about to be super hands-off this year.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I'm just gonna put everything into, you know, my coordinators that they run the game plans.
- 30:43[SPEAKER_04]: But again, to me, the whole strategy for Dan, Clint just comes off as risky, like I said, because I, and again, I keep hearing that, you know, it's not really a high seed, it's not really a lump seed, but I just don't understand if you, especially with these moves, because these are risky moves, I don't understand how you make these moves and you go out and you don't have a season that you want to have and you're safe for another year.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_03]: That, that's just how, how can you ask not be on a fire
- 31:12[SPEAKER_03]: And we talking about the likes or, I mean, fires, step down, we talking about Mike Tom and John Arbor.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_03]: Mike, you talking about some solid coaches that lost their jobs and even guys have been in their year or two, right, more as lost his job.
- 31:29[SPEAKER_03]: You feel me like, yeah, I don't know how anyone can sit around and be like, oh, well, this, this decision and OC means that he believes that he has time.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_05]: Huh, that's one way to spin it like nobody that's nobody if you if you think that way you got it you got to entertain I did it maybe he couldn't yeah, because that's a first year move right that's a first year move I mean that that's that's bringing in Joe with junior to the run defense
- 32:01[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, Joe Joe it has been calling me.
- 32:04[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, he's been in the defensive space NFL wise for decades.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna say he's at 20 20 plus years.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, wait more experience than black.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so it's like, it's was like when you when you break the down that way, it just doesn't make sense.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know how that's behind time.
- 32:20[SPEAKER_03]: And I think even from my angle, let's say that they've been blabbed us succeed.
- 32:24[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I think all of us as Washington fans, we hope that he does succeed, right?
- 32:28[SPEAKER_03]: Like, if he does succeed, he's probably going to get hired as a head coach next year.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_03]: But I'll be talking about, oh, that'll be too young to make him a head coach.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_03]: Well, he just got elevated to OC, my fucking like, you don't think he's going to be head coach.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_03]: And you got a guy 33 years old, like you, you this year, whatever, from Jacksonville, getting looks.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_03]: They get younger and younger and younger.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we've been knows if he ends up landing a job, but if he balls out, if Jaden balls out within this game with David Blau, he's gone next year.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_03]: You feel me?
- 33:01[SPEAKER_04]: Do you fire Quinn?
- 33:03[SPEAKER_04]: If even if you have a good season, that's the difficult thing.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_04]: Do you fire Dan Quinn?
- 33:07[SPEAKER_04]: If you're saving, I'm not going to do it, bro.
- 33:10[SPEAKER_03]: And that's what I do.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_03]: If he's not going to do it, and I don't think if they have a good season, they make the playoffs.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think that they, they move along, I don't think they should do it if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they, if they,
- 33:39[SPEAKER_03]: of paying him a rookie scale contract you know me so if you balls out next year who's gonna be the next guy next to I up within that staff you can't say we don't know what's going on Brian Johnson we don't know what's happening with the Y receiver coach which is Bobby Angle met the moment David Rye
- 33:59[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know what's happening with these guys, the tight-end coach, like, yeah, they brought in DJ Williams, Doug Williams' son, you know, glad to see nepotism working in black people's favor.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_03]: But even with him, he's been in the league without his dad.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_03]: You got to do a reputation, right?
- 34:15[SPEAKER_03]: You think I'm saying the same thing?
- 34:16[SPEAKER_03]: Working with the saints, like, you know, I've asked about him to a couple of people that I know that work with him under that staff with the saints.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he's solid duty been around the league, but it's like outside of that.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_03]: We don't know anything else, bro.
- 34:32[SPEAKER_03]: Like we don't know anything else and that's the petrifying thing.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_03]: It got it, it got to go fast.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_03]: Because if it don't go fast, Dan Quinn is going to be fired.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like during the season.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I don't know, I don't know, let me not jump too far, like, what is it put the cart before it's whatever?
- 34:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, for me, it's just a bit frustrating because I thought we had like better answers on what this office is gonna look like, but we ain't got no damn crew, like I ain't, I ain't got a damn clue in a, a money, did some of the chains that hardball ended up switching to Miami, I don't
- 35:14[SPEAKER_03]: in Miami.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_05]: Well, let me check more y'all.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, because what I'm going to do, we're going to go and take our every, and then we come back, we'll talk about that a defensive side of the football their policies having.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, wow.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_05]: That's rough.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_05]: Um, okay.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, okay.
- 35:37[SPEAKER_05]: Y'all know what time it is, man.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_05]: Let me go ahead and get the screen, right?
- 35:40[SPEAKER_05]: Get the screen, right?
- 35:41[SPEAKER_05]: For your boy.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_05]: Sound for them.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_05]: People over there at underdog.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_05]: Fantasy.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_05]: Football players are here.
- 35:51[SPEAKER_05]: Underdog is the best place to get on.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_05]: All the grid aren't action.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_05]: playing on the dog is easy, just pick whether your favorite plans can go higher or lower, or it's that's like touchdowns, rushing y'all's receptions, and more.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_05]: Let me tell you what I'm looking at this week.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_05]: First off, I was so out of the loop over the past few days where I need to know the matchups until this morning.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_05]: When I tell you, I can't wait for Saturday, but you got a Buffalo Denver San Francisco Addo.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_05]: And both those on Sunday, you got Houston, New England, LA, and Chicago.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_05]: That Buffalo Denver Games will be fun.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_05]: San Francisco Addo, I'm a little sketchy about that one.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_05]: I think Seattle, I think I don't think Seattle fucking around, but they ain't messing around.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_05]: I shouldn't see it.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry on the dog, I apologize for my language.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_05]: But let me start with Buffalo and Denver.
- 36:52[SPEAKER_05]: So we're gonna do where is James Cook.
- 36:58[SPEAKER_05]: I know James Cook got shut down against the Jacksonville Jaguars and I know he's going up against another top tier defense.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_05]: I don't care.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_05]: We bought the back of the boy James Cook.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_05]: And I wanna look at his rest of the season.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_05]: yards.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_05]: He's at 93 and a half.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_05]: We're going to go higher on James Cook, Russian and receiving yards 93 and a half.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_05]: We have receptions.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_05]: Where is my guy?
- 37:35[SPEAKER_05]: Khalil.
- 37:36[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, there you go.
- 37:37[SPEAKER_05]: Khalil, she's here.
- 37:39[SPEAKER_05]: He's at five and a half receptions on to go higher on she's here five and a half receptions on receiving yards while I do like Sutton often.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_05]: I'm still rock, I was certain 55 and a half receiving yards for Coral and Sutton and lastly.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_05]: uh, where is the guy RJ Harvey.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_05]: He's at 55 and a half receiving yards.
- 38:07[SPEAKER_05]: If there's one thing that shop ain't going to do, we're in this situation at home.
- 38:14[SPEAKER_05]: First play off game after a by week against the shaky defense in terms of stopping the run, he's going to tote that

- 39:17[SPEAKER_05]: All right, so the biggest news on that defense side of the ball is Washington did get a defensive excuse me, a coordinator interview with, uh, I guess he's former or free agent.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_05]: Let's just say, free agent, free agent coordinator Brian Flores.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_05]: Um, at one point when I first heard the news, it was reported from Ian rapper for it.
- 39:42[SPEAKER_05]: That Washington was open to and the next thing I heard was like on the day of the interview that he was scheduled to interview today or he is interviewing today and I believe that was today's Thursday.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_05]: So I believe that was like Tuesday for Washington and Brian Flores.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_05]: There's been a couple of the ones that's been interested in the past game coordinator from Seattle.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_05]: His name is why do I have
- 40:09[SPEAKER_05]: Um, so of course I didn't say what's the dude's name bro?
- 40:17[SPEAKER_05]: Let me see, Washington commander's offensive for later, you mean, it's our Wilson, not to do with the game, not to do from home.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_05]: All right, so we're y'all at with this process.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_05]: I think my list of thoughts is I do think it is more understandable that Washington take their time or take a length of your time to get this side rate, I think that
- 41:12[SPEAKER_05]: When you had to have a little urgency, obviously, that's understandable, but the pool for them to pool from it's kind of a little bit more vast.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_05]: There's a lot of options.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_05]: And there may be some that Washington wants to talk to that, or maybe even like are really interested in hiring that they maybe they can't because they're in the playoffs.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_05]: I have no idea.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_05]: But we're y'all let with the defensive coordinator search.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I mean, I'm with you in that for one, when I, when it came to the office, according to the search, I knew that would go about pretty quickly because again, I'm like, get rid of
- 41:54[SPEAKER_04]: have to have this replacement in mind, but when a defensive side of the football, that spot has been vacant since you fired Joe Whit will at least demoted Joe with me at season or whatever that was.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_04]: And I think we pretty much knew Dan Quinn wasn't going to keep that roll.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_04]: So now you get the ticket time a little bit and you shouldn't take your time with this because if you're looking outside of the Dan Quinn familiarity tree, then you have the
- 42:24[SPEAKER_04]: work with a damn quinn.
- 42:26[SPEAKER_04]: But damn quinn is the hate coach he already knows I'm a thief of guy got my old philosophies.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_04]: Now if I'm going in a different direction I have to note that this guy he can you know he can take my he fits to the next level he can help me like we can help each other we can feed off each other we can work together so you're going to have to interview a couple of guys and I'm glad I'm happy about the names that they brought and we talk about a brat for us who is the number one guy.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_04]: on that list.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_04]: Even though he may be a little shocked, it is, I mean, he's interviewing for everyone, everyone wants him, you know, at least on the defensive side of the football.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure if he gets a head coaching job just because of the whole awesome situation he had in my family, but he could get a head coaching job.
- 43:04[SPEAKER_04]: If, you know, if it was a fit that he would be alive for that, then you have a Jonathan Gannon who was the head coach at the Cardinals who had a successful defense at Philadelphia, then you talk about a Patrick Ram,
- 43:15[SPEAKER_04]: with the Raiders.
- 43:15[SPEAKER_04]: I know people finally talk about the Raiders, they're all the Raiders, but the Raiders' defense has never really been a issue.
- 43:22[SPEAKER_04]: And I think Patrick Rands will solid in a mile.
- 43:24[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think he's one of those guys who you look at and say, oh, this guy can't coach because he coach for the Raiders, what coach for the Jazz, when he weren't good or whatever.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, that's not how you look at defensive court and then if you look at the philosophies, you look at what they bring to the table, you look at if they can call games and you know, it's a bunch of different aspects that go into that.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_04]: The name's even the Seattle guy.
- 43:43[SPEAKER_04]: Now, he has the only one in the list that I've heard that hasn't called any plays or hasn't, you know, been a defensive coordinator, but he's coming from a proven system right now, a hot system in a Seattle system, like I think I think I really have that Seattle defense.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, the names that they, you know, kind of brought up for this search all intrigued me, like said a point where, you know, if it's any one of these names, I mean, of course, Brafflers will be my number one.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_04]: I'm happy with any of these guys or at least I'm intrigued or excited about what they could bring to the table because at least we know what the pedigree that these guys come in with.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_04]: So again, it's going to come down to Dan Quinn and how he feels like this person's going to bring to the culture of a team.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_04]: if he could take this defense to the next level, but the names that he's brought in.
- 44:27[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, how can you not like that group of names?
- 44:30[SPEAKER_04]: They I don't know how much longer this is going to drag out.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe there is a couple of more names that's left in the playoffs or wet net.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_04]: But you have to be thorough with this, because I maintain this.
- 44:40[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I understand how important the office societal football is and get in James development right.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_04]: But I feel like at this point in time for this season or at least for this team going into this season,
- 44:52[SPEAKER_04]: Probably the most important thing for me because of how bad that deepest was and I understand you still need talent, right?
- 44:59[SPEAKER_04]: But at the same time, you still need to know if you can get a guide here that can get more out of what you put on the football field And that was my issue with last year's team.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't even just last year's team the last two years team is that They didn't get more out of anything with these guys like you know
- 45:15[SPEAKER_04]: even when you don't have a lot of talent, you want to see if a coach can get more out of the guys that he has and we didn't see any evidence today.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_04]: So I want to see that even if you can't bring in the most talent and defense this all season, if you're still going to be, you know, it's going to be a work of progress.
- 45:29[SPEAKER_04]: You're not going to be the most talent and defense over it, right?
- 45:32[SPEAKER_04]: But you want to bring in a coach in here that can at least get more out of what he has.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_04]: even when he has the most talented defense out there.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_04]: You want to see those guys come together and play for them.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_04]: But even when you don't have that, you want to see if they can get more of those guys.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_04]: So it's going to be intriguing to see what they end up, or who they end up, or who they end up.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_04]: Higher up for this.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_05]: Two, two, nine is right quick before you go, AJ, I did want to mention because we named the couple defense of coordinators.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_05]: The normal Wilson coordinator for the Tennessee Titans, Washington interviewed him for the defense of coordinator position.
- 46:05[SPEAKER_05]: Um, he was the, um, Rams, uh, quality defense, the quality control, control coach for a little bit.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and then spend some time with Jets, Eagles, and the Ravens before he got his first coordinator job with the Titans and all four.
- 46:21[SPEAKER_05]: I'm in 2024's using me and then Joe Collin.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_05]: Um, Collin is 58, then our Wilson 43 talking about ages.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_05]: Joe is a defensive line coach for the Kansas Chiefs.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_05]: He's had stops with the Browns, Bucks, Ravens, all defensive line coach rose.
- 46:42[SPEAKER_05]: So if you want to do your research on those defenses, those defenses and so is every the run game.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_05]: That's a good deal of the chiefs and the reason why that name popped out to me is because the chiefs and Ravens during this time has been pretty good against the one, but yes, and 2021 he was a defense coordinator for the Jaguars and any went to the chiefs back to defensive lines coach, his connection to by the way is with Lance new mark, has he spent some time there in Detroit, by the way, so he had those are some two names that I want to mention.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I think the defensive coordinator job is very important, right?
- 47:25[SPEAKER_03]: Especially if Cliff King's very wants to just be the principal of the school.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_03]: You just want to oversee everything.
- 47:33[SPEAKER_03]: He's a good thing, man.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my,
- 48:05[SPEAKER_03]: guys that have already got like who've already had a shot before getting other opportunities, but it's been non-jobs out there.
- 48:14[SPEAKER_03]: Only two places have interviewed Brian Flores for a head coach and job, because for Stailers and Baltimore, he's not getting the job as a head coach.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_05]: I don't want to say that, bro, because those are two spots that you can actually make sense.
- 48:29[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it possibly could make sense.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_03]: But also like who else's interviewer for five plus jobs?
- 48:37[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, there's a lot of guys that have a lot of interest elsewhere and they're getting those requests.
- 48:42[SPEAKER_03]: He's not getting those requests.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, let's look at John Harball.
- 48:44[SPEAKER_03]: You got a bunch of requests.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_03]: You know, like there's other guys that have interviewed
- 48:49[SPEAKER_03]: more than he had.
- 48:50[SPEAKER_05]: Well, that's how about I'm talking about from a coordinator's last assistant standpoint.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_05]: I ain't talking about no 15 year a coach who's clearly highly respected.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_05]: I'm talking about the same same in equal levels as Brian Flores.
- 49:05[SPEAKER_05]: I'm near them or getting like five plus interviews interview requests for a hate coaching and coordinator's advice.
- 49:12[SPEAKER_05]: I only wanted you to probably think of his might make that you.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_05]: That's the only one that's getting
- 49:17[SPEAKER_03]: I think for me and I put this out a long time ago, once I realized that Bryan Flores was going to be a candidate for DC jobs because this is a contract expired at Minnesota.
- 49:28[SPEAKER_03]: He will never be a head coach again in the NFL.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_03]: Like once once you challenge that ecosystem is never happening again, like
- 49:38[SPEAKER_03]: it is not taking place.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_03]: So the rest of the names of that pool of interviews or candidates, whatever you want to call it, they don't do it for me.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_03]: Like Jonathan Gannon, Denar Wilson,
- 49:58[SPEAKER_03]: Joe Cullen, Carl Scott, they don't, they don't push the envelope.
- 50:03[SPEAKER_03]: They're not someone that you can bank on.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_03]: That side of the ball definitively being good.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_03]: And that's, that's not to say that Brian Flores automatically gives you that, but you know with his strategy and his scheme and how he calls plays, you are more likely to impact the office side of the ball from how he calls plays.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_03]: Whereas most of those other guys are from a traditional standpoint.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and I think Washington already has some personnel that would fit well with what Brian Flores wants to do and him even just coming to do to interview in person kind of tells you all.
- 50:38[SPEAKER_03]: I think that we probably will have some type of answer over the weekend.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_03]: as far as like where he ends up landing, but I can't see him getting the piss for a stealers job or the ravens, and that's just my plan.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_04]: Well, AJ, not just the helicopter jobs.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_04]: What about Defa's accord today?
- 50:57[SPEAKER_04]: What makes Washington more traffic than let's say, a Minnesota for Defa's accord did a job or any way else that will possibly need a Defa's accord today?
- 51:04[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, he can, he has an answer.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_03]: So that's a good question, Jerry.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_03]: The reason why,
- 51:12[SPEAKER_03]: a more likely place for him if he wanted to get in where he fits in at D.C. is because he could return to Minnesota and be the defensive coordinator over there.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_03]: But Kevin O'Connell was not getting fired anytime soon from Minnesota.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_03]: So he never will have a chance necessarily to elevate beyond
- 51:32[SPEAKER_03]: being defensive coordinator for the bike is he'll just be stuck there as that position role and hoping each year his name gets mentioned with the likes of whoever's in the open market for a team.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_05]: Huh, that's another thing that people aren't considering like, um, what if he just likes it in Minnesota like Kevin O'Connor was the person who gave him his next his next spot out after the Pittsburgh job Because he was with the LB's coach there and anywhere to go BDC with Minnesota like he made really just love to think about with with O'Connor like that's probably that's something that he's probably strongly considering they actually already mentioned that they got a strong offer to try to bring him back
- 52:10[SPEAKER_03]: because then it would have been done.
- 52:12[SPEAKER_05]: No, that's not about to say.
- 52:14[SPEAKER_05]: I'm about to say it's just like if you had a strong offer that he liked and maybe he would come back.
- 52:19[SPEAKER_05]: But like I think people who are considering like, who are considering why men, why Minnesota over Washington, I think is the mistake.
- 52:29[SPEAKER_05]: I think people need to exclude Washington out of the entire equation and be a little bit more objective because there may be other situations that he may be interested in.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_05]: he made just truly love the situation he has there and just wants to coach in the lead defense and like stay away from all the bullshit that you alluded to AJ like maybe he don't want to be a head coach and you know what bro I like my situation over here they give me my space my team my unit loves me I fuck with O'Connell um I actually and people don't think about it Kevin O'Connell ain't ever gone too long without a quarterback
- 53:11[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but I mean, I think Brian Ford's wants to be a head coach again, right, but let's say you come to Washington, what makes Washington interesting for you is you have a franchise quarterback, but you also have a head coach that's on a hot seat.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_03]: So if I perform there, I got the opportunity to sign within that office right now and get elevated to that head coach and job.
- 53:35[SPEAKER_03]: And
- 53:36[SPEAKER_03]: they're going to be such a great connector people by motivator everyone has spoken highly of him and in
- 53:44[SPEAKER_03]: all walks of the NFL world, right?
- 53:47[SPEAKER_03]: Adding him to someone that you have worked with also helps to expand your resume and how you are viewed to other teams of having that guy vouch for you when you go to interview for these other possible opportunities as a head coach, but you also get a great opportunity of working hands on with maybe that Adam Peters.
- 54:08[SPEAKER_03]: Josh Harris you get the rub shoulders with them more whatever the case and push yourself at the top of the the top of the the latter And being that hand coach because we don't know what's going to happen with that clamp But we know definitively and in Minnesota KLC is not going to wear even if this JJ McCarty thing fails He's going to get another shot to go get another quarterback You don't mean so that's where I would think at it
- 54:34[SPEAKER_03]: from a Brian Flores and the work environment is going to be conducive and I could be the highest paid defensive coordinator in the league.
- 54:41[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, he doesn't know if he's going to get a job as head coach, but I feel like if he felt that close to Minnesota and that confident and he knows where he stands, the deal should have been done by now.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_03]: It's not hard.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_03]: You already got familiarity there.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_05]: I do, I'll be quick, Tray.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_05]: I was once
- 55:04[SPEAKER_05]: the standpoint of not let's watch, let me just be clear, who's that that said it in the chat?
- 55:13[SPEAKER_05]: The scrolls.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_05]: I don't, the scrolls say a floor is isn't making a lateral move, he'll take a college job before that.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_05]: I don't agree.
- 55:22[SPEAKER_05]: I do think he can't take a lateral move if the money is right.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_03]: Like, and if you're willing to pay and Washington as it's in, and that's what we will most,
- 55:34[SPEAKER_05]: Washington will be a team that's willing to pay and there's probably going to be other teams out there.
- 55:39[SPEAKER_05]: If he did take lateral moves, I mean, he didn't take really, I think we're correct in our mind.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_05]: He's probably, we're probably the only team to interview them for the DC spot.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, the other only teams interview them for a hit coaching or requested for hate coaching.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_03]: So I think I think I'm Baltimore.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_03]: He might have did an interview for both.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I might be just a coach of the class because they don't have any interview for both and both of them.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_03]: I think he just hate coach for more and more.
- 56:08[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so, and Floor, he from New York, right?
- 56:11[SPEAKER_03]: He closer to New York than being in Minnesota, like...
- 56:15[SPEAKER_04]: So, I don't think that's the motivation.
- 56:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I think I think money and opportunity are the motivation.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_03]: And if you break it down, if you are Brian Flores, you're looking at how can I make my name more comfortable with these owners.
- 56:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I work with K, I work with KOC, but Dan Quinn is respected with all the ownership groups in the NFL and most of the top ranks like from GM standpoint and from position coaches in the NFL.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_03]: I can now rub shoulders with him again.
- 56:51[SPEAKER_03]: I can rub shoulders with someone like that as I've already done with a Mike Tomlin like I took I went from being a head coach and I took a position coach job.
- 57:01[SPEAKER_03]: I went and became the linebackers close for the Steelers.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_03]: You feel me?
- 57:05[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't think it's beneath him to do a lateral moves like some people are saying it here This man went from running the damn team in Miami.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I bought that out of the farm by the back.
- 57:14[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, it's just mentioned we went LB to DC after Miami.
- 57:18[SPEAKER_05]: So yeah
- 57:19[SPEAKER_05]: It is what it is.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_04]: That makes sense though.
- 57:21[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you think about it because at that point, he didn't know if he was going to work in the NFL.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, he had a terrible reputation after my ass.
- 57:27[SPEAKER_05]: Here's what I was going to ask you about.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_05]: You guys.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_05]: I know.
- 57:32[SPEAKER_05]: So here's my thing.
- 57:36[SPEAKER_05]: And Jerry, you got to floor.
- 57:38[SPEAKER_05]: My question.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_05]: This is my question.
- 57:41[SPEAKER_05]: And you can comment, however you was going to comment.
- 57:44[SPEAKER_05]: But I do have a question.
- 57:45[SPEAKER_05]: I want to ask.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_05]: how often nowadays, anyway, like people talk about these scenarios, but how often nowadays do coordinators get promoted after their hair coach gets fired?
- 57:58[SPEAKER_05]: Like, I don't even, I'm going to have to remind me about the last time it happened, because we keep talking about things like this.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_05]: And, and we talk about
- 58:05[SPEAKER_05]: That's in my head on top of my head.
- 58:07[SPEAKER_05]: That shit is rare.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_05]: That shit doesn't happen like that.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_05]: So like I think that scenario is kind of it's kind of over overstated too, but I think you know because in more you bring up a great point and I don't think that should be
- 58:24[SPEAKER_04]: any one's motivation that I'm going to take this job because this guy might not be hit alone.
- 58:29[SPEAKER_04]: If anything, I could see him taking the job looking at a damn coin as this is a guy I can pull from because remember, his reputation was bad in Miami for a lot of different reasons and ran his Patrick kind of described him as poison.
- 58:42[SPEAKER_04]: Well, when you hear people talk about a bank plan, you describe a bank plan as way different than that.
- 58:47[SPEAKER_04]: And I think Cliff King's very well-attested.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_04]: He probably learned a lot from a bank plan.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_04]: But you can say a lot about the bank plan.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_04]: You can say, I don't like him as a coach.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_04]: You know, he should be fired because he's not going this step or third.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_04]: But one thing you can't say about the bank plan is that his players don't love him.
- 59:02[SPEAKER_04]: and that they don't play for him through the end.
- 59:04[SPEAKER_04]: But even if you know, they're not winning whatever they still love they're clearly playing from through the end.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_04]: And when Washington had was more of a talent issue in an injury issue, versus this coach just can't get these guys right issue.
- 59:17[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, you're looking at the end, you can still pull from a guy like that.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_04]: And I think, you know, if a Brian Flores was looking
- 59:25[SPEAKER_04]: to go the Washington router, you know, go this road for a while or move.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_04]: I think that will be probably one of his motivations that, you know, I can at least learn from a fan club before I do become a head coach again, but I do not think that his motivation will be damn quick to be fine next year.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to sneak this guy and take his job.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_04]: It is more alluded to.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_04]: it just doesn't happen that often when you talk about promotions.
- 59:46[SPEAKER_04]: I remember back in the day when we always talked about Greg Williams was going to be Joe Gibbs's successor.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_04]: He's going to be the next coach of, you know, the Washington Rascans at the time and what happened, that never happened.
- 59:58[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I'm saying ended up hiring Jim Zorn after Jim Joe Gibbs left because, you know, at the end of the day, you got to go out and interview
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_04]: you know, new people, you're probably looking at the next hideous thing.
- 1:00:08[SPEAKER_04]: You're not just going to say, yeah, I'm just going to give our promotion to the next hideous guy.
- 1:00:11[SPEAKER_04]: It just doesn't happen in NFL.
- 1:00:13[SPEAKER_04]: But again, I don't know what brand floor is motivations are, but if I had the assume, if it had to be money, like money would be right, outside of head coaching, like I mean, the sumony doesn't get a head coaching job.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_04]: I would think money and also not even just money, but who has the tools that I could work with
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_04]: Washington defense doesn't have anybody, but we're still talking about almost talent watched his defense knee and other teams are all here need defensive coordinated as well and they're probably a much better position than they're watching till we talk about rock pair of personnel was.
- 1:00:48[SPEAKER_04]: So that's why I said, you know, if you're talking about a rap, was not saying it can't happen, just for me, I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.
- 1:00:54[SPEAKER_04]: like, I don't want to put that, you know, even trying to get excited about it, even though I would love it, you know, one it.
- 1:00:59[SPEAKER_04]: But I would just wonder what this Washington have to offer Brian Flores over anyone else, if you're talking about it or move.
- 1:01:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and I, and I didn't mean snake him, but it's just like, it's no different than a guy.
- 1:01:14[SPEAKER_03]: being undrafted.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_03]: Like when that undrafted process happens and teams are clamoring the sign guys, you're looking at the roster scene where you have an opportunity to best make that 53.
- 1:01:25[SPEAKER_03]: So that's kind of what I was looking at it from a Bryan Flora situation.
- 1:01:30[SPEAKER_03]: It's like if I stay in, if I ultimately don't get these two jobs I interviewed for as head coach, if I go back to Minnesota, I'm running back to same thing with no option of possibly getting elevated anytime soon.
- 1:01:43[SPEAKER_03]: Whereas in in Washington, I do my thing how I believe I'm going to do my thing and I also got a relationship with Adam Peters being that they have their child from New England and this money that they can spend to help me even get a greater defense.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_03]: I could possibly put myself in that situation to get elevated.
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it hasn't happened a bunch of times, but it also ain't been a motherfucker.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_03]: Really on those staves that you would want to elevate from those situations.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_03]: Because if you really, uh, a good enough team, you're getting, you're getting plucked from every single year.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, we're seeing it from the 49ers tree to the Rams tree to,
- 1:02:27[SPEAKER_03]: the Kansas City Chiefs tree from, you know, different angles this happened over the years with the Matt Naggies or whatever the case is, we're not in the Eagles.
- 1:02:37[SPEAKER_03]: Like Shane Shacken got his job, Jonathan Gannon, who I also would never hire as a DC, but yeah.
- 1:02:45[SPEAKER_03]: I had 100, I mean, just curious why.
- 1:02:48[SPEAKER_03]: I don't like his scheme.
- 1:02:49[SPEAKER_03]: I just don't think that it fits especially when you're looking at this particular defense.
- 1:02:55[SPEAKER_03]: You need so many pieces with that particular scheme to make it work.
- 1:03:00[SPEAKER_03]: And I just don't see Washington having the ability to acquire those guys to make that a well-old machine.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think the successful year that he had in Philly was a one-of-a-kind.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_03]: from the office standpoint, defensively, but that talent that he had in Philly was night and day and what he had in Arizona, in Arizona was a bottom tier defense, overall.
- 1:03:31[SPEAKER_03]: Like they showed up in a couple of games, but from an overall perspective, they didn't do anything.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_03]: And they went out and tried to acquire guys.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they even took Josh sweat from Philly.
- 1:03:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like, ain't nothing happened with that.
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_03]: I would never hire that type of guy to run the show here.
- 1:03:49[SPEAKER_03]: But, you know, I guess we possibly might learn something over the weekend because I expect some dominos to fall with this culture stuff and with a guy like Flora's, Lisa's only two spots, Baltimore and Pittsburgh as head coach options.
- 1:04:07[SPEAKER_03]: And maybe Mike just running back with Minnesota.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what that man thinking.
- 1:04:11[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what you got in mind, but that's how I would, if I were, okay, hypothetically, if you guys were in Brian Flores situation, you don't get the Baltimore, the Pittsburgh head coaching job, would you run it back from Minnesota or would you look at a new opportunity for Washington?
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_03]: No, with nobody has put into it.
- 1:04:31[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I would go with Minnesota and strictly say him because this is a guy that desperately trying to repair his reputation in the lead and he has done a great job of Minnesota where he knows that can work and the reason why I think about this.
- 1:04:47[SPEAKER_04]: It's almost kind of comparable to the Arab enemy situation, whereas the Arab enemy was desperately trying to get a head coach to job, and he didn't have the options, or even the reputation that Brown Flores has at this point in this time.
- 1:05:03[SPEAKER_04]: And he had to take a ladder or move the Washington because Washington was the only team that will hire him as an office coordinator at that point in time.
- 1:05:12[SPEAKER_04]: But Washington has seen how the court of that.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_04]: Now, Airbnb will never get another, probably not even another office coordinator job.
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_04]: Not letting alone the hate coaching job, but he will never get another office coordinator job.
- 1:05:24[SPEAKER_04]: So think about Wrath Laura as it becomes to a Washington team.
- 1:05:27[SPEAKER_04]: That's a lot of pressure, that's a lot of risk for a guy that has a reputation to build, and if it doesn't work,
- 1:05:35[SPEAKER_04]: no one's thinking about Brad Flores in terms of a hate culture job.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_04]: Maybe you know, you know, the highly as a defensive coordinator at that point, you know, just because Washington, you know, what they have right next to Tarnish, you know, I mean, that's just the truth in the matter.
- 1:05:47[SPEAKER_04]: Now, if it works, then he probably is an automatic hate culture candidate that plays a high risk, high reward.
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_04]: But for me, in his position, I'm taking the lower risk.
- 1:05:56[SPEAKER_04]: And Minnesota is the lower risk right now because you know what you've done there and you know what you probably can get to take you to do there because of what
- 1:06:04[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, um, the overall, that's about to happen.
- 1:06:12[SPEAKER_05]: Um, and the all season for Washington, uh, is something where it's like, I don't have an answer, right?
- 1:06:20[SPEAKER_05]: But, um, like that's something that floor is going to have to consider.
- 1:06:24[SPEAKER_05]: Like when you look at this roster, I'm sure he's going to find some pieces that he can work with.
- 1:06:30[SPEAKER_05]: Um, I don't think
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_05]: I would have said dorms, but he's going from ACL injury.
- 1:06:39[SPEAKER_05]: Johnny Newton, he's young, you can mold him.
- 1:06:44[SPEAKER_05]: But like, you got three levels that you're gonna have to repair.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_05]: And you're gonna have to work with Adipators to do that.
- 1:06:53[SPEAKER_05]: And are you, do you think you have enough time to transform this defense into the vision that you see?
- 1:07:03[SPEAKER_05]: You think you got the pieces in place that I understand it's game-to-weighted, your mom and Minnesota do.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_05]: And that's not to say that it needs to be a top five over night.
- 1:07:14[SPEAKER_05]: I just think like when the battle comes down to like fit and also like talent deficiency, like the level.
- 1:07:29[SPEAKER_05]: Cause I don't think Minnesota's perfect,
- 1:07:33[SPEAKER_05]: flourish and what he wants.
- 1:07:36[SPEAKER_05]: And then that's kind of the difference here in Washington is like, yo, like the coordinator was bad, but like these players weren't fucking helping at all.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_05]: They played like some airheads sometimes, bro.
- 1:07:48[SPEAKER_05]: So like, that's kind of the thing, what would our brother do?
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_05]: I don't know.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, if I'm him, that's, that's the batter that I got.
- 1:07:58[SPEAKER_05]: It's like, yo, do I want to waste my time or do I want to gamble on Washington and
- 1:08:03[SPEAKER_05]: the GM getting the pieces right.
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_05]: So I want to go where I know the pieces are right and we just bill from there.
- 1:08:11[SPEAKER_05]: No, that was breath.
- 1:08:13[SPEAKER_05]: Um, let's check in with the chat scroll said he's standing in a soda.
- 1:08:19[SPEAKER_05]: Ben said we're told we're so talent deficient.
- 1:08:24[SPEAKER_05]: Um, well, you got to think though you sense test the market again next year.
- 1:08:29[SPEAKER_05]: He's not going to, if he goes back to, he's not going to sign a one year deal on Minnesota.
- 1:08:33[SPEAKER_05]: Um, where we get where we get.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_05]: So we only had two options.
- 1:08:38[SPEAKER_05]: I mean, two responses to that.
- 1:08:40[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:08:41[SPEAKER_05]: Um, all right.
- 1:08:42[SPEAKER_05]: That's going to wrap it up for us fellas.
- 1:08:44[SPEAKER_05]: I don't think we have any.
- 1:08:46[SPEAKER_05]: AOC said his decision is based on how they're paying how they're going to pay them, which I mean, if you if you're a mercenary that's exactly That's how you handle it like who gonna pay me the most will meet a bad guy.
- 1:08:57[SPEAKER_05]: All right cool.
- 1:08:58[SPEAKER_05]: I rock out with Jayden and and Dan and AP All of them guys over there
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I think it's a bag and a sister hair coach role, which I look real quick, Mike Patton, from the Vikings, he recently retired and he was the sister hair coach.
- 1:09:20[SPEAKER_03]: And no, we not talking about no damn stadium.
- 1:09:23[SPEAKER_03]: What is there to talk about?
- 1:09:24[SPEAKER_03]: Just look at the pictures.
- 1:09:25[SPEAKER_03]: The design.
- 1:09:26[SPEAKER_05]: But I do fuck with the rendering.
- 1:09:29[SPEAKER_05]: I'm not sure if that's your code.
- 1:09:32[SPEAKER_05]: It's tough, it's tough.
- 1:09:33[SPEAKER_05]: It's tough.
- 1:09:34[SPEAKER_05]: They just need that if I'm about to say something crazy.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_05]: They just need to have some good bars and stuff like that in the area.
- 1:09:43[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even need to let go of turning into a whole closet.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:48[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:49[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:50[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:51[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:53[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.
- 1:09:54[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

- 1:10:24[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I wasn't planning on doing anything, man.

- 1:11:11[SPEAKER_03]: No, it was nice there, but they also have like a separate spot right across called Good Love.
- 1:11:19[SPEAKER_03]: It's a lounge as well, but I mean, yeah, it was, food was banging.
- 1:11:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, food was banging, but I mean,
- 1:11:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I know it Mods just came from Cardano where he's probably eating, he was eating stakes for $15.
- 1:11:34[SPEAKER_03]: What was that?
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, I'm eating that trick.
- 1:11:38[SPEAKER_05]: I was surprised, like I spent, I spent, but I spent less than what I thought I spent.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_05]: So I was relieved in that aspect, but I spent some, I spent some other fucking breath.
- 1:11:57[SPEAKER_05]: When I went to the theory room, when I spent, when I spent, when I spent, when I went to drinks, new drinks, all day, now stop.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_05]: That's that's the most interesting fight the drinks like seven U.S. bro.
- 1:12:09[SPEAKER_05]: No, bro, not not when you not certain places Sir, wait, that's all I say delirium was like 20 I was getting delirium.
- 1:12:17[SPEAKER_03]: I was getting the bottle.
- 1:12:18[SPEAKER_05]: I was getting doubles.
- 1:12:20[SPEAKER_05]: So look because I would I wanted to delirium The first the first where my man shot the shot out of the scrimm it was his B.A
- 1:12:27[SPEAKER_05]: You want to follow this this this this nigga's scrum.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_05]: But he's out like he can't hang when he when he started drinking bread and that's my first time like I've been on a trip with him.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_05]: Me it was three of us we're going to a couple of trips.
- 1:12:42[SPEAKER_05]: But this time this is my first time with him it was me and him.
- 1:12:48[SPEAKER_05]: where to do this out like 9.38 night knock out.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
- 1:13:01[SPEAKER_05]: He's an expert there, but like he's the one who's been like seven, eight, nine times.
- 1:13:07[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm like, I might just sleep this morning, I'm like, he can't act.
- 1:13:13[SPEAKER_05]: He just can't hang when he drinks.
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_05]: So I'm like, bro, get your ass up, bro.
- 1:13:16[SPEAKER_05]: He, he, he talking and circles eyes rolling the back of his head.
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_05]: I said, all right, cool, bro, you do your thing, bro.
- 1:13:22[SPEAKER_05]: So I went to Delirium, boy, got to Delirium, posted up at the bar.
- 1:13:31[SPEAKER_05]: You know, they packed with, but I was like, this shit.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_05]: This shit, back where I got to the bar.
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_05]: I said, let me get, I got my little styrofoam.
- 1:13:42[SPEAKER_05]: Cut, got the double shot to kill in that jump, post up.
- 1:13:46[SPEAKER_05]: But when I tell you, what it, DJ was cranking, bro.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_05]: Like, I mean, it made it, but my lucky night, DJ was cranking, valves out there.
- 1:13:54[SPEAKER_05]: I'm over there, 7 months to kill the bro.
- 1:13:57[SPEAKER_05]: But to the point, I think we can talk about all the rest of that offline.
- 1:14:01[SPEAKER_05]: The point of that though, the double shots was hitting me for like...
- 1:14:09[SPEAKER_05]: double shots was hitting me for like closer closer to like 30-ish 30.
- 1:14:13[SPEAKER_05]: American prices?
- 1:14:14[SPEAKER_05]: No, no, no.
- 1:14:15[SPEAKER_05]: It wasn't American price.
- 1:14:17[SPEAKER_05]: That's what it converted to when you said you were here.
- 1:14:20[SPEAKER_04]: That's not a race to be $30.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, that's what it's like.
- 1:14:23[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, or that's what it's like.
- 1:14:25[SPEAKER_04]: That's what it's like.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's what it's like.
- 1:14:28[SPEAKER_03]: But it's the fact that it's the expected there because
- 1:14:31[SPEAKER_03]: That is the main attraction for Americans coming over there that thank you.
- 1:14:36[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not going to Like you ask me.
- 1:14:38[SPEAKER_05]: So I bought it into the night broke as if when I said you breath I had I had like I probably had like four doubles
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_04]: Four, four, double, damn fish.
- 1:14:50[SPEAKER_05]: I hate, I hate, I hate, I hate shot, I hate a drink to two young.
- 1:14:55[SPEAKER_05]: I already know.
- 1:14:57[SPEAKER_05]: I'm like, hey, hey, hey, what's up with you?
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_05]: And then I, then I, then I came back the next day.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_05]: Now my man's up.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_05]: He said he won't go to the Lerem.
- 1:15:07[SPEAKER_05]: That's not on the Sunday, but it was, it was, it was empty.
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_05]: Like the whole night.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_05]: We still posted up, but you know who in there, regardless of if it's happening.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_05]: So, so we stayed in there for a little bit.
- 1:15:21[SPEAKER_05]: And that's when he told me when I looked at the Joan, I bought him a shot because it was the birthday.
- 1:15:25[SPEAKER_05]: I bought him a double and I bought myself a double.
- 1:15:27[SPEAKER_05]: And I looked at the Joan and he told me because he knew how to do the conversion just quickly say it.
- 1:15:32[SPEAKER_05]: Damn bro, you beat me on this, on this damn net, on this damn net, uh, $60, $70, I see it.
- 1:15:39[SPEAKER_05]: You're lying.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_05]: And that's when the click, that was like, bro, I bought like five of them for five of them, so I was like, I gave you the currency converter app, bro.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_03]: I want to think about that in the lyrics.
- 1:15:50[SPEAKER_03]: Man, you, well, I thought I'd get, yeah, like that's the only spot I did that's going to tax you like that.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_03]: Everywhere else is like a double party with a cost you $12.
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, so that's that's kind of that's where I guys think that's from a drink standpoint.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_05]: That's where I got that that's where I got Spank so That but still what's at the point though this weekend like Drake said where I just I spent I spent some money I ain't spent as much as I thought I may be outside I'm gonna try my best to stay inside though
- 1:16:22[SPEAKER_05]: I think we get paid Friday because of the holiday Friday Saturday because of the holiday.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_04]: No.
- 1:16:35[SPEAKER_04]: We need to get paid on the Wednesday.
- 1:16:37[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, it's on this weekend.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_05]: Friday holiday.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_05]: Okay, we can.

- 1:16:44[SPEAKER_05]: All right.
- 1:16:45[SPEAKER_05]: Hey, y'all take it easy.
- 1:16:46[SPEAKER_05]: The spots in the world city are cheaper for future references.
- 1:16:50[SPEAKER_05]: I'm going to keep that in mind.
- 1:16:51[SPEAKER_05]: After I come back for a meddling.
- 1:16:53[SPEAKER_03]: I told him that I thought I told him that.
- 1:16:55[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you did that.
- 1:16:56[SPEAKER_03]: That's where the lyric.
- 1:16:58[SPEAKER_03]: That's where the lyric used to be.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_03]: That's where he used to be.
- 1:17:00[SPEAKER_03]: And then they moved it.
- 1:17:01[SPEAKER_03]: So like monkey bar.
- 1:17:03[SPEAKER_03]: Monkey bar definitely did a ready cheever.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_05]: But the two nights I was there in the in the wall of city Monkey bar was Nathan.
- 1:17:12[SPEAKER_05]: It was empty both nights where I was pissed But I did I did hang out.
